I found it strange why he would to that just because one person if he was wrong.

I needed to get the true from shollow, so I told my friend to write him what I told him because I wanted to stay anonymous.

He said that he edited the audio because in his other videos the sound was horrible.

After a long day of pre-production,

Wednesday night is when the sets are built and sketches start coming to life.

We only have two days to really produce the bulk of our sort of physical on-location things

and then Monday it's contained in that it's always in the studio

so we can't get into too much production.

It's always more of the headwork of desk pieces and very clever writing.

Um, so, uh, you know it moves like a locomotive but because there's only so much we can do

in the space of 24 hours, it is forced to be doable.

Myself and a crew of 4 or 5 come in at night.

We usually, knock off whatever sets they request and that'd be on, say, Wednesday night.

Thursday they come in and shoot them.

Thursday night we come in and take those out and put in 3 or 4 more sets.

So, it's pretty quick turn around. It's all within about 24 hours.

...lampshades, you know, a ton of blinds, you know, a ton of curtains,

all our flags cause we've spent half our lives politically speaking.

This is where we store all our rugs and some particular, uh, you know, flats.

Some see-through metal frames; different sort of look.

So, all this stuff-- we keep all of our couches and chairs.

When you get to know that your favourite sausage causes cancer,

it is much easier to stop eating it, because it causes your health to diminish.

And just to tell you... sausages are bleaaah!

I would like to share with you my experience with changing diet.

I introduced changes gradually,

on one side out of a fear, on the other out of convenience.

I stopped eating meat, not because I felt bad for the animals...

It was too problematic to look for meat which was good enough

to be eaten and I knew where it came from...

It was easier to resign all together than to dedicate time and energy to look for good

and healthy meat.

Then, the ethical side

rolled around.

The biggest change I made

when it comes to my diet, was switch to ketogenic diet

(the diet based mainly on the principal of not eating a lot of carbohydrates).

It was caused by two things:

I wanted to have the stable energy level all day, not energetic rollercoaster

(typical for Western diet).

You eat your breakfast and you feel sleepy...

You eat dinner and you are sleepy...

I wanted to be stable all day.

The second thing: I wanted to lose weight, what did not happen despite slight adjustments of my diet

and doing sports...

With ketogenic diet, I managed.

It is very important to see sense in the changes you make.

You cannot face situations in which you love pizza, you stop eating it for 2 years and then you will do it again.

Your motivation in such situation is not enough.

When you understand that eating pizza is not good for you

and you decide one day to stop,

you make this decision for ones and for all!

You have to tell yourself that you stop with pizza today and you won't do it ever again in your life.

You have to make conscious decision.

Just like with smoking, you make a conscious decision; make a conscious decision about eating meat and pizza.

I think it is the only method. If you start diet for a moment

your motivation to change

is weak.

Especially that change is not a rapid process.

Internet articles can try to convince you that it is just 21 days, but I disagree.

I adjusted my eating habits a few times.

I managed to feel the change after 2-3 months.

21 days is not realistic...

But from my experience I can tell you that it is possible to change anything!!

To summarize, changing diet requires two things.

First of all, you need to understand what changes you need and why you need that change.

The second thing is understanding that the changes you make are for a lifetime.

They are not temporary, it is a change for life.

From today until forever!
