What's up everybody!

This is Emil from Pongfinity.

So I was recently at the World Championships that was held in Düsseldorf, Germany.

I was invited there by the International Table Tennis Federation, the ITTF, who wanted me

to make some trick shot videos with some of the world's best players at the World Championships.

So, well, of course I went there, I had a great time filming with the players there

and I think the videos turned out to be really nice.

I have actually now made a compilation out of the best trick shots we filmed there and

I think it's really nice and I'll show it to you now.

Hope you enjoy!

So that was the video, it was a lot of fun making it!

I still have to say about the event itself, the World Championships, that was absolutely

amazing event, everything was so well organized there and the venue looked incredible.

I actually have a picture to show you, here's how it looked like from inside.

There were four tables in the main hall and there were seats for 7000 or 8000 people.

The atmosphere in the hall was awesome especially during the last 3 or 4 days when it was completely

sold out.

As you might know, eventually most of the medals went to the Chinese players.

In the Women's singles we saw Ding Ning win her 3rd World Championship title meanwhile

in the Men's Singles Ma Long took his 2nd World Championship title.

Here's actually a picture with Ma Long after the exhausting final.

I wasn't this time able to film any trick shots with him, but maybe some time in the

future, who knows, we'll see :)

But yeah, being at the World Championships and watch some of the world's best players

compete there and also film some videos with them afterwards was an incredible experience

and I just want to say huge thanks to the ITTF for making that all possible.

Become benevolent and show everyone the true path.

You have left the world of sorrow, you have stepped away from it and so you must not cause sorrow or take sorrow even in your thoughts.

If your feelings are hurt about anything someone has said, it means you are accepting sorrow.

If depends on you as to whether you accept something or not when others give it.

Let it not be that when someone is causing sorrow, you say, "What can I do?"

Check what it is that you have to take and what you mustn't take.

today, I am sharing a turmeric tea recipe for thyroid health with a secret ingredient

that helps to nourish your thyroid.

If you are a regular on my channel, then you must have tried out my turmeric tea recipe

and my DIY turmeric tea mix and many of you may have benefitted from including turmeric

tea in your diet.

Your thyroid is a butterfly shaped gland in your neck just above your collar bone.

It is one of your endocrine glands which makes hormones.

Thyroid hormones controls the rate of many activities in your body these includes how

fast you burn your calories and how fast your heart beats.

All of these activities are your bodies metabolism, depending on how much or how little hormone

your thyroid makes you may often feel restless or tired or you may lose or gain weight.

Women are more likely than men to have thyroid disease, especially right after pregnancy

and after menopause.

Women are 5-8 times more likely than men to have thyroid problems.

The causes of thyroid problems are largely unknown, but the best part is thyroid can

be managed to an extend by changing your lifestyle.

If you have a thyroid problem or autoimmune disease, then you may have inflammation in

your body.

Turmeric can help in reducing inflammation throughout the body since excessive inflammation

is often present alongside thyroid disorders.

This miracle spice helps to protect the thyroid.

of them especially finding good quality cinnamon.

So, in this turmeric tea recipe I am using another powerful ingredient that no only helps

to absorb turmeric faster into the body but also helps in nourishing and protecting your

thyroid gland.

So lets get started with the recipe.

Into a serving glass or a cup, add in half tsp turmeric powder and then add in 1/4 tsp

black pepper powder.

Now why is black pepper powder important?

Ground black pepper will increase the bioavailability of turmeric; which basically means it makes

it possible for the body to absorb curcumin the active ingredient in turmeric.

Piperine an alkaloid found in black pepper can increase bioavailability of curcumin by

upto 2000% and now, add in hot boiling water and once the water cools down a little, add

in 1/2 to 1 tsp virgin coconut oil.

The active ingredient in turmeric which is known as curcumin is more easily absorbed

when taken with fat.

Turmeric is fat soluble which means, it dissolves in fat and in order for the body to be able

to absorb turmeric you may have to add some fat.

Virgin coconut oil is the secret ingredient in this turmeric tea recipe, which will help

to nourish your thyroid gland.

Virgin coconut oil is high in healthy saturated fat, lauric acid, and medium chain fatty acids.

Its unique structure makes it highly usable energy for the body and is nourishing to the

thyroid gland.

50% of the fat contained in coconut oil is a fat rarely found in nature called Lauric

Acid.

Your body converts lauric acid into monolaurin which has antiviral and antibacterial properties.

Lauric acid is a powerful virus and bacteria destroyer and coconut oil contains the most

lauric acid of any substance on earth other than breast milk.

Losing weight becomes a harder task if you are suffering from thyroid issues because

thyroid hormones has a direct impact on the bodies metabolism.

Combining turmeric with coconut helps to accelerate metabolism and also has a greater satiating

Today we are on our way to kyoto

oh a cute pigeon

its 6.50am now

and we are on our way to the station

and we will take the train to

tokyo

and then

we take the shinkansen to

kyoto. itll take around 3 hours

enough time to get bored

thats why we took many thing with us. my bag is already full

with things

without buying anything

thats our beautiful view which you cant really see

now you can see it better

we have a nice blue sky today

but the sun rises on this side

thats why you cant really see it

we are on our way to the shinkansen now

if you dont know something just ask someone

show them some screenshots

of your connection

its a little similar to germany

we need to go to the platform 17

thats on the right side

the difficult thing is to find the lines/trains not the platform

i guess

this has to be our train

maybe

then we need to find

the non reserved carriage

we found the train

we have no idea where you can see that

and we bought food

we are on our way to the bamboo groove

we just follow the crowd

cause we didnt understood the map

where the groove is and not everyone is following

and behind it is the huge garden

we are on our way to the bamboo groove now

which looks really boring on this video

but its super cloudy

so no light comes through

and its like if you would go into a forest when its cloudy

maybe we'll see the magic somewhere else in this groove

i wont make many videos about this forest

but take pictures which i can show you after

but its somehow intresting

maybe we find a spot where no people are (nope)

where we can take a nice picture

and i will watch over my belongings

cause here are too many forgeiners

we are now at

the end of the world cause

we had to get off the train a few stations before but

we didnt recognized that because google told me once

that we have to drive 1 hour

to get to the station

and we got there in 5 minutes

and we chilled the whole time cause we tought it would take 1 hour

and now we are at the end of the world but

thats not too bad because the end of the world is kinda beautiful

like you can see

that is the toilet

it was just like in a forest

was a little disgusting and it smells so bad here

it wasnt that bad, at least you wont get dirty

you dont need to touch the toilet

actually cool but somehow weird

i like the heated, high techology toilets more

we are on our way or we are back from

and wait for the train we just missed

we eat now in a restaurant

and over there there flys something big and raptor birdy like

and we eat now

and here is a river

a canal or a river i dont know

here is another one but one is not deep and the other one is deep

and everything is full with cherryblossoms

right and left and above and under

i stand on a balcony

and here are the balconies of the other things

its really nice. we are excited how the food will taste like

we hope amazing otherwise we will cry ourselfs to sleep

cause it costs 10€

but the view is very pretty

i just got my soup and my garlic bread

hello everyone it's me Jayskibean and this video is going to be a little different

from my traditional videos that I have on the channel I'm doing a vlog I

haven't done a vlog in a long time so it's like the cringe days and this is

probably going to be really reminiscent of those because it's probably gonna be

pretty cringy like like everything else I do I usually do my vlog type things in

my list plays but I feel like not as many people pay attention to like what

I'm saying or it's kind of buried and all the let's play mystics but do so

many of those and if I just do one vlog then you're all going to see it's gonna

stand out blah blah blah anyway I have an important message for you guys first

off I want to welcome everybody who's new to the channel I really appreciate

everybody spreading the word about JC bean and I've been growing a lot lately

I've got like a hundred subs in the past month but seems tiny but for a tiny

channel like me it's actually really huge and um I want to thank everybody

for all the support I've had smaller youtubers make videos about me which is

amazing I've had non youtubers start following me like people who just want

to watch my channel just to watch my channel or follow me and stuff and and

they're telling their friends and stuff like that so I really want to thank you

all for that and I love all the support and you guys are awesome and it makes me

happy to be able to spread the word and spread the happiness everybody else I'm

getting really close to 700 subs my goal is to hit a thousand by October 18th

which is my one-year anniversary on the channel I know it's not much but it's a

pretty good goal for one year and I I'm something like that we can hit it

probably but it's a team effort I mean I I do as much as I possibly can but this

is part two of the vlog right here I have something to ask of you guys if all

of you could tell one friend about JC bean tell one friend and tell them to

tell one friend and pass it on then that could help us grow tremendously if one

if just think about it you tell one friend they subscribe they start

watching my channel they tell another friend they subscribe this and it grows

because there's a lot of you now there's a lot of you and I love every single one

of you and I want to help all of your days

every day make somebody's day every day that's that's basically my

motto um the whole reason behind me starting my channel is to create like a

getaway from reality I want to create something that people if people are

going through so much or they have a lot on their mind or the stressed about

things in their life they can breathe if they have about 20 minutes or so watch

one of my videos and just get away for about 20 minutes

even my scary videos I'd to be as goofy as possible and them just make it more

enjoyable and more innocent and happy as I possibly can is the list is it little

amount of stress as possible it is my goal if you guys just wanted like really

really important messages that was it that was that you guys can turn off the

blog now but if you want to see more stuff about JC being here I have hidden

a lot of little Easter eggs in some of my videos including you seen Lily but

Lily butts everywhere she's one of my little visitors of my

videos of stuff and mostly when rage ski beam comes out is when Lily but will

follow anything with Lily but is when I'm like freaking out or getting really

rayji Lily but probably coming up in vert ski beam I knew you guys have

probably seen him he's in a few videos and he's not necessarily an alter ego

like markiplier has dark applier and all his other crazy alter egos in

jacksepticeye's ante he's more of a parody because you know my whole channel

is based off of being goofy and funny and parody and all everything I can I

want to like not necessarily make fun of but kind of put like a lighter side to

it not not so serious as the dark attire and antiseptic IR which is really which

is really cool I really like the idea of having an alter ego like that that's all

distorted and stuff but I also want to make it funny like I think my 300

subscriber video inverse key being did the intro for that and I'm trying to

make it as goofy and not serious as possible and I think a lot of people

thought that I was trying to be serious about I was trying to be scary in

it turned out to be pretty like everything else I think that's all have

the cover hey look yeah yeah that's basically it that's basically all I had

to cover in this little short five six minutes long is my um quick recap of

thank you guys so much I appreciate all the support recently to the small

youtubers to the non youtubers to the newcomers I love you all I want you guys

to tell one person at least one person and tell them to pass it on so they can

pass it on and they can pass it on because that's really going to spark

some growth in the channel and I feel like I got what it takes I feel like

this channel can make it up there and we're building a great community I

really love the community that's building around this channel and I love

how everybody interacts with each other and everybody's so happy and stuff I

haven't had many haters at all and most of it's been like constructive criticism

and it's helped me out a lot by the way if you have some of that or if you have

some advice about some programs or whatever that I do or how I played games

or whatever how I act you know which app probably how I actually I'm going to

change much but let me know tell me in the comments tell me what you like and
