Waching daily Jul 4 2017

hello everyone it's me Jayskibean and welcome back to crash bandicoot this is a very

first - Bandicoot game remade for the trilogy so part two we're continuing on

upstream level I just kind of jumped in last episode and I was like mm I'll save

it for next time I haven't had a chance to go off camera and 100% of the

previous levels like I said I was going to but I definitely will I definitely

plan on doing it there's go happen let's first look at all I'm going to finish

this level what is anything nope so I remember these levels in stream level

I remember the stream level just like there's an easier very easy version and

there's like a harder version and a lot of these levels not just the stream

levels but a lot of these levels in general they'll basically repeat

themselves to an extent like there will be harder versions of them down the line

as we go you'll see I'm talking about you'll definitely see what I'm talking

about oh man I remember this these millions were so hard to me as a kid and

a lot of this level was like I really didn't like the toaster time this was

definitely time okay so how do i unlock that then do I get all the

okay well I'm just gonna do the bonus round I guess I have to get all the

boxes and go back to the crystals I don't know I don't know figure it out oh

that's work okay probably will probably will join pulling pulling pulling away

me going I'm a jumping baby cute point I did it

yay okay okay see you too we still call wham and Matt

oh so okay so Kanna I'm not gonna go back to Miami and sure

I will keep going forward keep moving forward just like the motto of that one

kid from that one layers Meet the Robinsons I guess oh we missed three oh

well now well great but you missed three boxes that's okay because hiccups deihi

captain stiff I like how he just kind of creeped out it's nice and so nice I

really like this remake this is awesome this is good remake eyes have boogers in

them still just woke up like 20-ish minutes tops impossible as the first

boss I remember this guy whatever he looks like now

puh puh puh puh body blows don't hurt him yeah you have to like hit him the

face I think

oh yes brings back memories okay oh you jump on up and get it okay

now you have to do I guess that's all you have to do well looks so good though

I don't know like he funny like he doesn't have that nostalgic playstation

to look there PlayStation 1 look but I guess it's the whole purpose of it being

remastered yeah gem did it onward does the fastest level ever easy boss man

it's ok it's the first ball so he's gonna be easy pop you popped get these

trophies like what and I'm probably gonna platinum this game I've platen up

a few games so Dark Souls 3 a blood-borne I'm gonna go this one this

one let's give koco's time machine uh yeah let's do it hey can we can we do

you want her to join your adventure yeah press R to to swamp Coco oh cool

is that all that one

awesome so I can play as Coco on the plays Coco because why not

I mean I like crash more but I didn't know you could play as Coco on this game

that's really cool Rolling Stones see what I mean they like reuse the levels

kind of but it's still like the further it goes like they stay with the trend of

whatever world you're in two islands I guess and they get they get really hard

so I dig in we do they get very difficult early according to what I

remember early inferred yard Coco in her little laptop later on like um and later

do in later games like they develop like scripts and stuff what was that like

they actually say stuff like oh they have strip later on in the game like

Coco will talk I don't remember if trash talked or not I think crash always stays

quiet kind of like slink besides saying oh the Oregon oh yay I'm

invincible

now you can repeat no-holds-barred getting em trophy soccer ball see this

would be a lot harder if I wasn't invincible but guess what I was yeah all

right hit hit yeah oh no I miss ball that's a good just have to not die

they get a bonus round still I got a good to go

I've gotten all the bonus round so far I think unless there was one underneath

that one oh boy yeah hit hit hit hit hit hit hit I don't like these I really do

all right point sweet what how many lives I have I can't look at them here

try and go to look at your inventory but I can't check it good it's about to tell

me this is out the PowerBook so 24 geez I'm never gonna have a game over

never but I'm sure I'll need those later I'm definitely I'm almost 100% I'm going

to need those lives later I will probably use them all I need one more

only one more to get that bonus round another bonus huh maybe oh no a dead I

don't mr. Joe that's okay I'm fine don't have twenty five nines next I'm like a

super cat was on my lives it's harder than it looks the real oh I try to get

oh oh yes Jess animations I forgot about the death animation there's all sorts of

different detonations depending on how you die either fall get hit by it this

guy either way I don't plan on dying anymore I've only got twice so far so

that's good I don't think I died at all in the first episode maybe no I did I

did I fell down holes trying to get all the boxes in that one level I missed a

lot this time

it's not a funniest crash but oh fuck oh he's 24 she's like oh what the heck is

this what he has to do yeah so Coco is a time machine so does she not come in

until later as Coco crashes daughter crashes sister cat what what what is

what is she I don't know we'll find out I'm sure we'll find out maybe it's

crashed his daughter with this one lady we're about to save I'm gonna swap my

hero again for hog-wild because this is a classic this meet you're in for a

treat frou hog-wild this is good this is so

guy used to play this level over and over and over and over as a kid it was

this one end the second part of the hog levels it's so good now wonder what the

hog looks like because it is just be like a little gray square in the

original game Oh circle

you literally just ride hogfish we did it did it in addictive

oh yeah so good ah they changed it they changed the

music where to find a pair fair enough fair enough oh oh I died I don't miss

its foot twist fair to say it oh jeez you get the quick hug come on this is

gonna be rough pretty hard this is a lot harder than I remember it

okay we good we done good up until the sport what's this the music and enjoy

very limited secreted in a distance good internet that they didn't ticket Diana

my voice is probably out of sync with the music it always been for some reason

hello I got my life back you can't take it from me oh poor piggy

hey hungry I'll save you friend so technically I'm hoping to speak to by

doing this oh I get them all I can sound got them all yeah I got the diamond

perfect soy milk Baba sweets I got three gemstones now I got to go back and get

the rest of all but I really do native fortress it's naked fortress time

and I'm going to continue playing as crash I'm not going to play as Coco and

probably anymore maybe later I will if I want to see a certain levels cut I'll do

it fairly I just live in the nostalgia right now and I would love Coco it's

probably not new I probably I was probably little I just never noticed you

can do the time machine thing but but yeah hey look I already got about a

couple pieces I know one of these levels you can actually go forward and there's

like there's bonus boxes oops so this is the nature forest another

reuse ish level

which isn't bad it's not bad because they're all still unique the levels are

still unique which honestly even if they weren't it doesn't matter

oh okay well when the monkeys are rolling you can't spin them death you

can't put them dad in the room fire okay oh yeah Arnhem

oh yeah that's not okay

we're gonna redo this this is so much harder than the original oh my god is

this so much on it yeah got a loud bang hey uh no apparently a start on this one

I can never get these right I like how they remaster all the satin

suit sounds I mean they sound more realistic nalli they don't come as fun

so it's not a hint at fall damage because now you just belly-flop maybe

you just have to fall from higher heights to do a belly flop in this game

as opposed to just kind of doing it on command like you used to be able to why

can't I not land that I can't land that there we go geez not do that same on

hook pulling pulling got it kill all the turtles and then I'm done dancing me up

what yay oh I didn't have a mask that's good quick stuff so I can't let anything

touch me at all I keep forgetting that you getting it

once that's it you barely get touched and you dated your angel hit wait for

this fire to pass okay we good Oh almost waited too long whoa Nelly Tom your

little self damn my boy

was close oh hell is there glue yeah how they're going say they're like almost

infant it's crazy me going hi ready huh no ah no come on

you gotta be kidding me I know fall did I know follow two did it once

we're not even off the first world yet and I'm dying my crazy but crazy at

least the games all you fairly judge it like you feel the heat off of it and you

bathe okay so yeah um so how's your day I'm a taco taco why is that the first

food that popped in my head anyway tunku bell yo kids don't go bail okay okay

okay we're good

I done did it nope don't try it on me monkey all right

bonus round I'm gonna have to go through all that again after I do the bonus

round probably it's okay I'm gonna die because I'm not doing so hot join a

belly flop no you can't oh boy hey hey guy hey Oh bye say yoke

at least I got two lines back back up in 25 hopefully I don't yes okay good good

I was hoping it wasn't going to respawn me back at the checkpoint because that

would have been catastrophic ah finished it and now for the hard part

going boring point why is this so hard to me I don't know all this is a mask

hey worth it Charlie worth it spin spin jibba jibba jibba jibba Jimbo yeah yeah

buddy yep yeah buddy you gotta be like really

precise like look how look how small those ledges are you got to land on in

the cycle so Mario maker stuff right here yeah

sameer you make your platforming skills Oh

or necessary there we go and I'm done done goddamn - yup

get out of waffle fruit yeah I googled it I know what they're called now

they're called wampa fruit oh my get them

we'll get them all what do you know I forgot it it's not cheesy it's like

actually 3d you can move back and forth on this chat for you

all right you know 1-9 going going Oh Nellie what is this what I must be

going finished in okay and now coin coin and

I'm not mad mad mad me up maybe checkpoint this is a long level

wowza blonde ah no come on I don't know where my crash bandicoot

skills gone nonces you see I was good as I was when I was little a wee lad a weed

Crash Bandicoot play love yeah it undid it and I gosh it

dead again them all and I guess I was walking back it doesn't look like it

because I was I gotten that Christina Padilla maybe you have to have a certain

amount of gems to unlock those so I'm not I'm not worried about the box enough

oh no oh God oh no way back here then I'm not done then then me up I say no

one no damage anything uh no how are you supposed to do that you got to go fast

dude you got to go super fast it's okay we got this you can do it you just got

try it all my lord going going oh no oh well at least I had

the mass time now would have been frustrating so I don't want to die

I gotta go fast it I gotta go fast it in now going going oh my god how are you

supposed to do that how are you supposed to do that do you

have to jump from this packet one all the way to the platform I'm gonna try

that oh no oh I guess I got a save

I guess when you lose a certain amount of lives it gives you a handicap like it

spawns you with the mask I think that's what's doing I think it's like it's okay

he's special and it simply a mask so I can complete level

because I'm not doing so hot on this one I am really not doing so hot oh I am

definitely in need of a handicap okay so I'm just gonna point see oh my

why'd you not to golf dude I am I am over it and so over it I'm getting I'm

getting my it let's start starting to get a little wound right how are you oh

my G is the head of excavate hahahahaha oh my god ah they're trying they're

trying so hard to make it easy for my little brain oh did it

ah I just got not died on this part dude that was so hard and I like how the

games since this is how bad you are at it in ads masks and checkpoints that is

not all in your head see that's what makes the game not

darter souls because guess what game doesn't do that Dark Souls Dark Souls

does not do that you will get no handicap from Dark Souls they will they

will not save you I hear the end we're closed

geez dude geez he that was hard that was difficult great but you miss a lot of

boxes you suck oh my god that was hard I'm have to go back and do that one okay

so anyway I gotta finish the episode off here I was gonna try and do a little bit

more but that last level took way too long so I hope you guys enjoyed watching

me almost rage it wasn't quite been an ed rage but it was getting there I was

getting real close if there wasn't them by helping me oh wee man to the second

island oh we're in the second island now that's awesome so we finished the first

island around the second island I hope you guys enjoyed if you guys did

enjoy make sure you slap that like button underneath the video and until

next time I'll see you guys later

MP DLC ANNOUNCED! & EVIDENCE OF SP DLC IN MASS EFFECT ANDROMEDA - Duration: 3:17.

Today BioWare's Mass Effect channel on youtube published a video and then immediately took

it down,

They then put it right back up as I guess they thougyht it was out there now, so they

may as well,

I'm fairly certain that putting it out at this time was a mistake due to the Twitter

page for Mass Effect posting the same teaser trailer an hour later,

as if it was rushed on.

What is this video about?

Well it's a teaser trailer for the new Multiplayer DLC,

Adding platinum mode and... well... let's just watch it.

<play teaser>

Yup Batarians,

People are already asking how the hell they are there when we haven't even found the Batarian

Ark in singleplayer,

This could mean one of 2 things,

Either, they definitely ARE done with singleplayer DLC of which I am not yet fully convinced,

Or, this was a bigger slip up than we though with them releasing the video early and they

intended to release another one for singleplayer.

Now, i'm really not sure which one to think here,

Getting Batarian before Quarian seems a little strange, though of course not impossible,

only hints to the Quarian Ark were given whereas this is an in your face "we're here!"

There's been lots of speculation about whether we are getting singleplayer DLC and other

prominent youtubers in the Mass Effect Andromeda have voiced their opinions and they seem to

be split, all giving fairly good reasons of why they have come to this conclusion.

I have seen some evidence for DLC that kinda proves it is already at least partially in

the game, this thing I am talking about is the Silhesh SMG,

It is in the code of the game along with all of the other weapons, it has a shield modifier,

800 rate of fire and decent damage,

It appears via stats to be an fully automatic hornet.

As many of you know I'm am not too familiar with the original trilogy, so there's a good

chance I'm missing something about the name of this weapon,

I can only assume that this is a weapon relating to a different race we have yet to see,

but, as it has Hesh in it, it could also be a hybrid weapon, maybe even developed by Quarians

or something separately from where ever they are, but this is of course a long shot, quite

the reach really.

This evidence of DLC is certainly not concrete, but it shows that at least some of the DLC

is already in the games code,

There are 2 separate versions of the Silhesh with different damage, one for Multiplayer

and one for Singleplayer.

Remember folks, this is evidence not proof,

we still don't know anything on singleplayer for sure yet, but hopefully, the accidental

release of this multiplayer teaser will be a catylist for news on the singleplayer.

If any more good evidence or proof comes to light I will inform you of it post haste,

All links to tweets and the teaser and such can be found in the description.

<outro>

Thanks for watching folks, hope this has helped shed a little more light on this maze of uncertainty

surrounding the future of Mass Effect: Andromeda,

I really like this game and am hopeful of it's future, but my synical side is still

there, I'll continue to give the most unbiased and well thought out opinion I can to go with

whatever evidence I find.

Spread the word, sharing on social media is about the best way to do that,

like, share, subscribe

and have an awesome day folks!

Moo!

That's so funny.

Hey, you sure you're in the right room?

Oh, big tough guy.

This one goes here. That one goes there.

Primary colors go on this side,

this one goes...

I'm sorry.

Here, let me help you.

You're a freak. You know that?

I've had to watch you play with these for weeks.

Are you crazy?

No? What if you had an extra one?

Freak.

Why don't you cut this little act and do something?

Why don't you stop me? Huh?

- Are you gonna stop... - Hey!

How old are you? Five?

Hi, I'm Jason. It's my first time here. It's exciting.

And you must be the bully of detention.

How dumb can you be?

Oh!

Did you just slap me?

I did. Weird, right?

Now I'm gonna be here every day

for what seems like the rest of my life, and I'm sure that you are, too.

So let's make a deal.

Don't sit near me,

or him,

and we'll be okay.

Okay!

Uh, approved homework,

or working on the Better Choices workbook.

- These should be out and in progress. - I need to go to the ladies' room.

Uh... Okay. And good morning.

Oh, my God.

I got your text and I was like, "Where are they?"

So, this is where you come every Saturday instead of practice.

- God, this must suck. - It does.

Well, then you shouldn't have sent Ty that picture of me.

That's not exactly how it happened. I mean, he's a liar.

- You punched his tooth out. - They put it back.

Water under the bridge now. Let's move on.

Oh, thank God.

We're moving on. Without you.

Cutting you out. Literally.

You can show up for cheer practice if you want,

but I wouldn't.

Damn, girl!

Oh, my God, what have you done?

Kimberly, what have you done to your hair?

You cut off your hair?

- Hey... door! - Kimberly what...

Hey, thanks for that in there.

Ah, no worries. I hate guys like that.

Yeah. Oh... so, hey, we should, uh, hang out sometime, huh?

Not that we have to. But I think tonight we should.

- What's your name again? - Billy.

Billy Cranston.

Or William Cranston.

You remember kids used to call me Billy Crams-tons as a third-grade joke?

Like Billy crams tons of crayons in his butt.

Which I didn't! But it's really impossible to

cram a ton of crayons in a butt.

- No, no, I'm sorry, I shouldn't say that. - Okay, Billy,

I would honestly hang outwith you, but I have a date every night

with the Angel Grove Sheriff's Department.

So... I'm sorry.

Wait... no, no, no. Don't leave, don't leave, hey.

All right, so I don't really expect for us to hang out.

Truth is I need to get somewhere tonight, and I could really use your help.

Billy, I hear you, but as I told you, I have house arrest.

There's nothing I can do about it. I'm sorry.

Well, like, I mean, I can fix that.

I know how to trick the SIM. I have, uh... I have tools.

I have to be in my house before 7:00.

Well, if you come to my house before 7:00,

then I can fix it for you.

Oh! I also have a car. Or access to a car.

And if you decide to help me, you can have the car for a few hours.

Come on, honey. Let's go.

Don't be so hard on him.

How do you think he feels walking around town now?

How do you think I feel walking around town now?

Let's not do this tonight.

What's the plan, huh?

What's he gonna do with his life?

He could've been so much more.

Get out of the way!

Oh, my God, is that Jason Scott?

Oh, my God! Jason Scott!

- Billy? - Yeah.

- Billy! - Yes?

- It's 6:56... - 6:56, I know.

You got four minutes. Grab that chair.

- What's all this stuff? - It's objects that I found with my dad.

Most of it is his.

- Hey. - Where's the cage? Where's the cage?

Here. Here it is.

- Put your foot in this. - What is it?

It's a Faraday cage. it should stop the cell signal if we're lucky.

That's the three-minute warning.

- Come on, bud. If the signal goes off... - My dad's been dead

now seven years, four months, and two days?

- Yeah, two days. - Um, okay, um...

That's a long time. He used to work at the mine.

Billy, I really don't think that we have time...

You still live at 4455 Old Wharf?

- Yes... yes, I do. - Great house.

- Okay. - So, yeah, about my dad.

We used to go and find objects together.

Some really, really old.

I'm gonna get in trouble, Billy.

Oh! Almost like that show

We should've definitely had our own TV show.

That would've been so crazy.

What are you doing?

Dude, come on, seriously!

It's gonna go... Billy, come on!

What?

Thank you.

Mmm-hmm. Can you stop touching me now?.(CoolestClips4K)

How Vera Rubin Found the First Direct Evidence for Dark Matter | Great Minds - Duration: 5:05.

It's the 1970s.

Sean Connery is still James Bond, fashion is blindingly ugly, and astronomers are working

tirelessly to solve the galactic rotation problem.

Which is actually a very misleading name, because the problem was

that galaxies rotated too well.

The stars on the outskirts of galaxies were orbiting much faster than astronomers expected,

and they were starting to question what they thought they knew about the laws of physics.

Eventually, they realized that they were looking at the first direct evidence for dark matter.

And it was an astronomer named Vera Rubin who found it.

Rubin was born in 1928 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and she loved to stargaze as a kid, she was

especially fascinated by how the stars would move through the sky overnight.

Her father, who was an electrical engineer, helped her make a telescope when she was 14,

and she started going to meetings for amateur astronomers.

In interviews, she used to claim that she faked her way through high school, since she

turned every assignment into an excuse to write about astronomy.

That passion for the stars carried her to Vassar College in New York, which she chose

because one of her awesome astronomer forebears, Maria Mitchell, had taught there.

From there, she got a master's degree in astronomy from Cornell, and a PhD from Georgetown.

Her master's thesis involved analyzing the movements of more than a hundred galaxies,

and her PhD looked into how galaxies are distributed through the universe.

Maybe you're starting to sense a theme here: she was really interested in galaxies.

After bouncing around between a few different professorships,

Rubin landed at the Carnegie Institution in Washington, DC in 1965.

It was there that she and fellow astronomer, Kent Ford,

turned their attention to how stars orbited the centers of galaxies.

Ford had invented a more sensitive kind of spectrometer, a tool that splits up the light

detected by a telescope based on its wavelength.

Rubin and Ford used it to calculate how fast different parts of galaxies were moving.

When they plotted the stars' orbital velocities across a galaxy, they expected to see that

the stars close to the center orbited really fast, with orbits getting slower and slower

the farther the stars were from the center.

Like how in our solar system, Mercury moves much more quickly in its orbit

around the Sun than Neptune does.

But that's not what they saw.

They found that stars on the edges of galaxies

were orbiting just as quickly as the stars closer in.

It made no sense.

The stars on the outskirts of these galaxies were orbiting so fast that the galaxies should

have basically flown apart, the mass of all the matter that they could see in each galaxy

shouldn't have been enough to hold them together.

Now, Rubin and Ford weren't the first people to notice some odd galactic motions.

There had been a few isolated observations earlier in the century.

For example, in the 1930s, American astronomer Horace Babcock observed that

the nearby Andromeda galaxy was spinning way too fast.

Jan Oort, the Dutch astronomer who the Oort Cloud is named after, saw something similar

with the Spindle Galaxy in the constellation Sextans, and so did a Swiss astronomer named

Fritz Zwicky, in some of the galaxies in the Coma galaxy cluster.

They came up with a few different explanations for this behavior.

Babcock thought it might have to do with light absorption, or maybe that objects on the outskirts

of galaxies had some different dynamics that we didn't have the math yet to describe.

Oort and Zwicky both independently suggested that there were halos of non-luminous matter

around the galaxies, aka dark matter.

What Rubin and Ford discovered was that this problem didn't just exist

for one or two galaxies at a time.

It showed up all across the sky.

Babcock, Oort, and Zwicky hadn't found some weird anomalies;

they saw specific examples of a widespread phenomenon.

Rubin graphed the motions of these galaxies in rotation curves, plotting the velocities

of objects from their centers out to their edges.

In the 1970s, she gathered and published a huge amount of data, showing clearly and incontrovertibly

that the galactic rotation problem was typical galactic behavior,

and that there was some kind of unexplained physics at work.

She also realized that the dark matter hypothesis was consistent

with her observations for all these galaxies.

If there was a bunch of matter in them that we couldn't detect, that would explain why

the galaxies were rotating so fast.

After that, astronomers started finding more and more evidence for dark matter, and these

days, most astronomers think that 84% of the matter in the universe is dark matter.

Rubin died in December 2016 at the age of 88.

Through her decades of work on galaxies and dark matter,

she laid the foundation for what's now a huge field of research.

Astronomers still have no idea what dark matter is, and there are thousands of researchers

all over the world trying to figure it out.

So, in a lot of ways, Vera Rubin is still contributing to our knowledge of the universe.

Thanks for watching this episode of SciShow Space.

Literacy Beats Empire | Literacy II - Duration: 3:44.

Hey there.

Reading is important.

That's not a controversial thing to say.

But we don't emphasize how important literacy is to the history of the modern world.

Last time I pointed out how the most important legacy of Europe's Protestant Reformation

may have been the inadvertent creation of the space for mass literacy.

Today I'd like to talk a bit more about why literacy, the ability to read and write,

is so important.

There are good arguments that other things are more important to development.

Modern life wouldn't be possible without the Industrial Revolution of the 1700s and

1800s.

But it's worth mentioning that many of the engineers that built the steam engines of

the Industrial Revolution were from Scotland.

They were the product of a century or two of literacy promotion by the Scottish reformed

Church.

Literacy developed slowly at the beginning.

Just because people were encouraged to read the bible it didn't necessarily mean that

they could write.

As recently as the mid 1800s, only 10% of people worldwide could read.

Mostly Literate Countries in Northern Europe and North America had a tremendous head-start,

and ended up taking over the world.

That dominance is now fading, very quickly in historical terms.

I think that has a lot to do with literacy.

In the 19th century mass schooling slowly spread across Southern and Eastern Europe.

In the 20th and 21st centuries, the rest of the world caught up very quickly.

The development of a culture of mass literacy took centuries in Protestant Europe.

Most of the rest of the world has built one in less than 100 years.

The effects of this can already be seen in the distribution of power worldwide.

On almost every measure, the United States is much more powerful than the British Empire

was, and it has historically had a lot less competition.

But we haven't been able to actually take any new territory since the late 19th century.

We like to pretend that's because we're a better kind of Empire, but tell that to

the Mexicans, or the Filipinos.

I think this difference comes down to the fact that the British were dealing with largely

pre-literate populations.

For an illiterate peasant in 1750, the British rulers were just a new set of gangster overlords.

They kicked out the old thugs.

Whatever.

Same as it ever was.

In the 20th and 21st centuries though, the people of Vietnam, or Iraq, had a very different

picture of what was happening.

Literacy provided a mass culture, a positive form of nationalism, and the sense that they

had the right to run their own country.

Literacy allows people to beat Imperial aggressors on their own terms.

The survival of movements for Tibetan and Uighur independence from China probably has

a lot to do with this dynamic as well.

Literacy brings freedom.

And so much more.

We're only at the beginning of this process.

Many countries are only half a century into the era of mass literacy.

The world is about to get a lot better.

Thanks for watching, please subscribe, and please consider chipping into my crowd-funding

thing, we've only got a few days left to save the More Freedom Foundation.

3 Facts About Selling Your Home As A Senior - Duration: 2:20.

Hi I'm Jim Lawson. Today we're here to talk about three things that you should

consider as a senior before selling your home. Point number one...emotions. Emotions

are going to play a big part in any real estate transaction but particularly so

with the senior that may well have been in their house for twenty, thirty or even forty

years. They have so many memories and belongings in this house that it is a

very emotional time to think about packing those things away which brings

us to staging because staging can always help a seller achieve more money but

sometimes it's not what the senior actually wants because although we might

be able to get more money by staging it really is disruptive and they're going

to find that process of packing their things away early a little disconcerting

and one of the best things to do when working with seniors is really find out

what's going to be best for them and work with them accordingly. Point number

two is downsizing and one of the things that we really need to be aware of in

downsizing is what criteria is going to be important to the senior in the next

move. If it's downsizing to an apartment that's a really easy one but if it's

downsizing to a bungalow where they expect to be there for quite some time

it's quite likely that the actual downsizing will cost more money as we've

been in a house for twenty or thirty years that might need some updating and

the house that we're looking at buying is quite often new and modern and has

all those wonderful features it is very likely that a downsize will mean an

additional spending of maybe a hundred or two hundred thousand dollars. Point

number three is Aging in Place. Sometimes the best option for the senior is not

actually moving at all it's being able to stay in their home and one of the

ways that that can be done is through a reverse mortgage. You are able to take up

to 55 percent of the equity out of your current house and apply that to living

expenses. There is no repayment of the mortgage as long as you are in the house. Thank you so much for watching

I hope these three points will help you make decision when it comes to whether you're going to

make you next move or stay in your current house.

Truth About Democrat " White Privilege" Every Voter Needs to See | Top Stories Today - Duration: 2:43.

From Regan Pifer: Look who doesn't like the media now!

Senator Bernie Sanders is getting all hot and bothered when questioned by various news

sources concerning the "FBI investigation into his wife Jane Sanders surrounding her

tenure as head of the now-defunct Burlington College" and "fraudulently obtained a

bank loan for the college while she was at the helm".

Allegations also suggest the senator used "his influence to pressure the bank to approve

the loan."

While Sanders wants to brush all of this off and calls the investigation "politically

motivated" and an "absolute lie," no one–from the left OR right has stopped asking

questions.

According to the Washington Free Beacon:

Sanders was asked about the allegations in a May interview with local Vermont TV station

WCAX, and he was in no hurry to directly discuss the matter, Politico reported:

"There's an implication, and from at least one individual, an explicit argument that

when they called for an investigation into Burlington College that you used your influence

to secure a loan from People's United—"

The senator cut him off.

Sanders is used to fielding softball questions from an adoring local press, but his inquisitor,

Kyle Midura of Burlington TV station WCAX, had a rare opportunity to put him on the spot.

Investigative reporters had been breaking stories about a federal investigation into

allegations that the senator's wife, Jane Sanders, had committed fraud in obtaining

bank loans for the now defunct Burlington College, and that Sanders's Senate office

had weighed in.

"Well, as you know," he said, "it would be improp—this implication came from Donald

Trump's campaign manager in Vermont.

Let me leave it at that, because it would be improper at this point for me to say anything

more."

Midura leaned in.

"You've previously said it was nonsense."

"Yes," Sanders responded, "it is nonsense.

But now that there is a process going on, which was initiated by Trump's campaign

manager, somebody who does this all of the time, has gone after a number of Democrats

and progressives in this state.

It would be improper at this point for me to add any more to that."

And when Fox News or CNN broaches the topic, Sanders, again, grows irritated, shifts discussion

to healthcare, insults the Trump administration, or refuses to talk about it anymore.

Apparently, the Bern believes everyone should have free education and healthcare… but

only certain people should be questioned and challenged.

what do you think about this?

Please share this and tell us what you think.

The yarn from your shirt unravels my nerves

I'm loosing all sense of time

You say you're for sure, but you're all out of words

Now you can't decide

Cracks in the tile, the ground starts to shake

My ego has faded away

We're running in circles

We're running in circles

We're running in circles

We're running in circles

We're running in circles

The kick and the snare is all I've prepared

I've felt this way once before

The pain I would bare, the life I would share

Cracks in the tile, the ground starts to shake

My ego has faded away

We're running in circles

We're running in circles

We're running in circles

We're running in circles

[Battlegrounds] The Cult of Zylbrad - 28 Days Later Style - Duration: 4:17.

Song: John Murphy - In The House - In A Heartbeat (28 Days Later Soundtrack)

First there was a smaller Zombie gathering outside ruins lead by Brad.

We waited for an opportunity to ambush them.

Some of us separated from Brad's group to flank them and surprise them.

Oh hai Elliot.

So the ambush didn't work as Muselk discovered us and Brad's team didn't move in.

Leave no zombiehind!

Oh hello Elliot again, please don't shoot me!

I'm gonna revenge you Nostalxia!

FACEPUNCH!!!!

You got us this time! But we will be back for revenge!

Brad: This time don't punch each other and let's meet up somewhere

Brad: Zombies head to Pochinki church

Brad: Pochinki church is where the cult starts

So we landed at Pochinki church

And marched to the top of the mountain.

We looked down upon them and took family pictures as a part of an epic, frightening horde.

Half of us almost screwed up again trying to go at them from the wrong direction.

But eventually we found them and the horde came together again.

And we started running, the chase was on!

They were surrounded, but stood their ground.

But we overwhelmed them.

RIP Rob

RIP Elliot

Leave no zombiehind!

You won't escape this time!

VICTORY!

I hope we made you proud!

Super Mario Galaxy Shortcuts TURN CAPTIONS ON! - Duration: 9:43.

Hey everybody! I'm going to show you 10 shortcuts in this game!

Go into the description to see the credits. Let's-a-Go!

This first shortcut is in "A Snack of Cosmic Proportions" of the Good Egg Galaxy.

On the final star-shaped planet you can long jump to the star instead of having to collect Pull Star chips.

In "Megaleg's Moon" in Bowser Jr.'s Robot Reactor, we can use a glitch to get Megaleg faster than intended.

By triple-jumping onto the Launch Star cage, Mario will be sucked into the Moon's gravity.

See?

Since we didn't land in the right area, we didn't trigger the cutscene.

We can now walk on Megaleg all we want!

But this isn't important to us. We skipped the Bullet Bill section on the other planet which makes this a shortcut.

Walking back to the original landing spot triggers the cutscene and cancels the glitch.

Normally in Beach Bowl's "Sunken Treasure" mission you would have to find 5 Star Chips.

I know a faster method. Backflip onto this palm tree then triple-jump to the top layer of the level.

Congratulations! You just skipped over this entire mission!

This whole mission done in around 1-2 minutes!

"Beware of Bouldergeist" located in Ghostly Galaxy has a small shortcut.

See that bone? You're going to have to long jump-wall jump onto it.

Then long jump-wall jump off the wall of the mansion onto solid ground. I don't recommend doing this one-it's hard and it doesn't save much time.

Bubble Breeze has a huge shortcut. On the 2nd planet just backflip onto the rocks behind you and then long jump to the star.

Time to royally conquer the summit in Freezeflame Galaxy! Once your here, backflip-wall jump onto the snowy rock.

Then do it again on-top of this snowman's head.

Deep Dark's "Bubble Blastoff" shortcut-this one can be a doozy. First defeat the Undergrunt Gunner and hop into the cannon.

Fire EXACTLY where I do. To high-dead. To low-dead. Make sure to fire when the first yellow block is at it's highest point.

Thankfully Deep Dark's "Boo in a Box" shortcut is way easier. Once in the box stand by the right wall, backflip-wall jump, and spin to break the crystal.

If you wanted to, you could combine both of these Deep Dark Galaxy shortcuts into one big speedrun.

Want to invade the Dreadnought like a boss? Side somersault-spin, then wall jump off these two walls to get to the top. We don't even have to flood this planet to retrieve the Power Star.

Let's traverse Melty Molten's volcano. Yeah, you heard me right. First backflip into the volcano. As the game pushes you down, move your joystick down-jump-move your joystick up, spin and repeat.

It's very difficult but it's worth it for a speedrun. It feels so good to pull off. One thing to keep in mind: You will get stuck if you try to do this in the mission: "Fiery Dino Piranha".

Thanks for Watching. Try these shortcuts out at home!
