I'm going to tell you where to find some of the best less touristy Instagrams in Washington DC.

HELLO! Welcome to Trip Hacks DC. My name is Rob.

I'm a tour guide here in the nation's capital. If you're coming to Washington DC

and you're looking for the best tips, tricks, and hacks for exploring the city, make sure to subscribe to this channel and hit the bell

notification icon so that you don't miss any new videos.

And if you'd like to have me personally show you around when you come, head on over to TripHacksDC.com

afterwards, to see the tours that I offer. In this video

I'm going to tell you where to go if you want to find some of the best

off-the-beaten-path Instagram shots. Of course if you come on tour with me

I'm happy to tell you about the best angles you can get of the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument and the reflecting pool,

but if you want to impress your friends with some cool lesser-known shots of DC,

I'm gonna give you seven of my favorites. And to help you find them when you arrive

I'll put a Google map in the description with all of their locations. If you live in or have been a DC before and have

any personal favorite Instagram shots, leave a comment on this video and let me know what they are, otherwise

let's get started... First up is CityCenterDC.

CityCenter is a development in downtown Washington that has been open for a few years now.

It's a mix of apartments, high-end shopping and high-end restaurants, with a fancy luxury hotel coming soon.

This is personally not an area of the city that I frequent, as the stores and restaurants don't really interest me. However,

I will say that when I do visit it feels like the entire place was designed specifically for Instagram.

There are big colorful

statues that you can pose with, there are cool water features that you can take a look at, but by far the most popular

Instagram are the lights that hang over the walkway, and they change seasonally. Right now since its fall

they're set up as colorful fall leaves. Over the summer

it was beach balls, and in the spring they'll change over to pink flowers for Washington DC's famous Cherry Blossom Festival.

Second up is the Kogod Courtyard. Tina

and I actually mentioned this one in our things to do in DC with kids video.

It is a beautiful courtyard covered in glass ceiling between two Smithsonian museums: the Portrait Gallery and the American Art

Museum. These are located about one mile north of the National Mall,

but both museums are

fantastic, especially if you're an art lover,

and worth a trip from the National Mall. And of course make sure to stop in the courtyard and get your great Instagram.

Next up on my list is

District Doughnut. If you're a foodie then taking pictures of food for your Instagram feed is a must. I have to admit

I'm actually terrible at taking pictures of food, which is why you almost never see it on the Trip Hacks DC

Instagram feed, with this one exception. I personally like Instagramming at District Doughnut because: 1) the donuts are delicious,

2) they encourage Instagramming the place, and even have their own hashtag. If your Instagram is particularly good

they might print it and post it on their social wall. And a bonus tip is to make sure you get a cup of Compass

Coffee while you're here - another great local brand. Next up is the mural at Ben's Chili Bowl.

There are a lot of really cool murals around Washington DC

and they usually make for really cool Instagrams. one of the best-known murals in the city is located in the alley next to Ben's Chili

Bowl, which is right on U Street. This mural has actually changed a few times over the years. The current version of the mural features prominent

African-Americans who have contributed to the history of the city and the neighborhood. A few faces that you might recognize include: Barack and Michelle Obama,

Dave Chappelle, and Muhammad Ali. And like I just said there are actually a lot of really cool murals located around the city,

but unlike in other places

they're not all concentrated in one neighborhood.

So it takes a little bit of planning and a little bit of work if you want to see them all. My next spot is

the Blind Whino Southwest Arts Club.

This is a community art space

located about 1 mile south of the Capitol in an area of the city where very few tourists tend to venture. If it looks like

a big church, it's because, yes, at one time it was a church. Nowadays

it's used as a community art and event space. The Blind Whino calls itself the "most hidden gem" in the city's art

community. If you do want to Instagram this spot

make sure to plan ahead because the gates are only open for a limited number of hours on the weekends. At the same time, those

limited hours make this even more of a gem if you can get there. The next spot on my list is the Watermelon House. The

story of this house goes something like this:

the owners hired a painting company and asked that the house be painted a bright fire engine red. When the owners got home

they realized that the painters had used a shade of red that made the house look more like a bottle of

Pepto-Bismol. But rather than have the painters come back and redo it,

the owners just grabbed a can of green paint and black paint and made it look like a watermelon. The Watermelon

House has existed in this form for much longer than Instagram has been around, but because it's become such a social media phenomenon,

they've added an official hashtag that you can use when you visit. And lastly, one of my personal favorite spots in the city is the

Yards Park bridge. The National Mall is obviously the best known park in Washington DC.

One of the best locals' parks is the Yards Park. It's located southeast of the Capitol near Nationals Ballpark,

so if you're coming in for a game you can swing over here beforehand.

There's a lot of really great places to eat and drink right on the park.

But what people really love to Instagram is the bridge that spans over the pool and I have to admit

it does look really cool. And a bonus tip is that it looks especially

impressive at night if you bring a tripod, and you can get a nice long exposure. And that's it!

And if you're planning a trip and want to take a tour with me you can click on the Capitol dome on the left side

of my head, that'll take you over to TripHacksDC.com where you can see the tours that I offer. Enjoy your trip!

Do you guys remember that girl Chantal Witherbottom?

- Mhm. - Oh, she sucked.

Well, she's gone missing.

What do you mean gone missing?

She's like a missing person.

Well, where is she?

That's-- that's the question.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Chantal?

Chantal?

Chantal!

I saw her.

She's alive.

Don't you think it's kind of crazy that the moment you

become obsessed with this girl, you

just magically run into her?

[MUSIC PLAYING]

When was the last time you saw her before last night?

Six years.

But you know, it doesn't feel that way with social media.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Isn't this exciting?

No.

We're being followed.

Who are you?

[SCREAMING] Stay away from me.

You don't have to be afraid.

It's not like he's gonna gun us down or something.

I mean--

50 bucks says he guns us down.

Who hired you?

Chantal's family.

What if we work together?

Yeah.

I don't know what's going on, but I don't like it.

Maybe Chantal's part of the cult.

We to see what they're doing here.

Sweet, talented Dory.

Don't die.

Dory, seriously, all right?

All right, all right, all right.

If you don't text me, I'll be scared.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

I'm close to finding her.

We didn't hire a private investigator.

[SCREAMING]

You're not on the right path.

I'll tell you where Chantal is if you give me $5,000.

Whoa.

Oh my god.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

I get by with a little help - Duration: 3:54.

Hi friends,

It's always been part of my personal legend that I am a solitary creature.

I spent summer vacations alone with my books.

My parents joked that raising me was like having a pet cat.

You know she's doing more or less okay but you rarely actually see her.

I never kept many friends at a time or for very long.

I, was an island.

That's not to say that no one ever helped me, but I wasn't aware how much I needed

their help.

Until I was.

When I started my old job, I was two days in when they flew us all in from states across

the country to new york for a big staff retreat.

I still had that thing of where you feel like you cant breathe in all the way, because I

was in So.

far.

Over my head.

And all three days with my new coworkers seemed to show me was just how out of place I was.

On the last day we sat in a circle on too many chairs stuffed into a tiny conference

room and our boss asked us all to say out loud what we're most worried about.

Some say practical things about tech capabilities and scaling up a program and training however

many hundred field organizers.

The person who goes before me says he's not worried about anything.

I am worried that I don't know what the hell I am doing or how I even ended up in

this room.

But my friend Gaby--she wasn't my friend yet--she was just the other girl who wore

all black at the staff retreat and was already like a year into doing this exact job--tells

me quietly as we all pack into an elevator to leave the building, to talk to her when

we're back at our respective offices.

The next week, she calls me from her office in Pennsylvania and spends an hour and a half

explaining to me in great detail every thing I need to know about my job.

We brainstormed ways I could structure my team, all the things I needed to worry about

day to day, how to get other people to buy in to what I wanted to do, and how to get

over that feeling like i was gonna throw up because I was so in over my head.

I felt guilty that I was taking up all her time.

She was plenty busy.

But she told me "Look.

It's right to be worried because that means you take this seriously.

And I don't win unless you also win."

And she was right.

The help gaby gave me, someone else gave to gaby, and I tried to give it to the other

people after me.

Cause not one of us is an island.

And I don't shine if you don't shine.

What she made me realize is that asking for help is nothing to be ashamed of.

Instead of feeling guilty, you can just feel grateful.

Which, um, get's to the point of this whole video.

I'm starting a Patreon.

If you didn't know already, Patreon is a place you can support your favorite creators

by pledging a dollar or a couple dollars a month and in return you get little rewards.

Like, in my case I'll make you playlists and write you letters and draw little drawings

of the wonderful stories you tell in the comments.

And it's something that will really help me make more videos and better videos, and

branch out into some other projects that I've been dying to get started but I just haven't

had the time or the budget.

So if you can support me, It would really do so much to help me keep this thing going

and I would be so grateful.

If you don't wanna support me or you don't have the money right now, well, nothing changes.

And I appreciate you being here all the same.

Things like leaving a comment or sharing a video with someone you think might like it,

means just as much to me.

I promise.

Go check it out and let me know what you think.

In the comments, tell me about a time you asked for help.

If you liked this video you can subscribe, you can find me around the internet @itsradishtime,

and now, you can also support me on patreon.

I'll see you next week.

Bye!

Message pour l'Humanité ~ Canalisation d'Aikon par Louise Kay (Français/Español/English subs) - Duration: 12:01.

What advice would you...give to humans, right now?

Remember who you are.

Remember your infinite nature.

Remember that you are Master Gods.

Master Creators...in physical form.

You're Gods and Goddesses.

Most of you do not recognize your own divine worth.

You do not recognize the power that you have within yourselves.

You are Master Creators.

You're creating your whole reality.

Every thought that you have

every emotion that you feel

every...

energy that moves through your body

is all transmitted out from you.

You're like a beacon transmitting information

into a field which then creates a physical reality

to manifest, to reflect back to you

like a mirror...

that which you are emitting

and when you become aware of this

that's when it really gets fun

because that's when you can really start

to play with it.

You must have the courage and the openness

and the maturity for self-reflection

to allow yourself not to become a victim

to your circumstances

and imagine that, "Oh, this is happening to me

poor me...all these random things are happening".

No, you are creating it. So, you can ask yourself

why am I creating this situation?

What is this situation trying to show me about myself

that I have not yet seen?

What is this situation teaching me?

Because everything you experience in your life

is there to support you...

is there to teach you...

is there to show you something

and when you grasp its understanding

there is no longer space left

to be miserable or angry with the universe.

You can remain in a state of gratitude.

When you're in a state of gratitude

your frequency rises and you attract to yourself

you magnetize to yourself

more of what you truly desire.

Trust your inner knowing.

All the answers you ever need to know

in...every given moment, are within you.

Most of you are spending your time

searching on the outside

grasping for answers

using your mind, trying to find solutions

thinking, thinking about your problems.

You're going about it all the wrong way.

There's a much easier way. It's so simple

that most of you are missing it.

It's in the silence.

It's in the stillness.

When you allow yourself to remain calm and centered...

close your eyes...

and dive into your inner world

and feel what's going on in your body.

Simply bring your awareness to the feelings

and allow all feelings within your body.

Noticing thoughts passing by.

From this state, everything that you need to know

will come to you

because you're relaxed and you're open.

When you're stressing, you tensed up in it

and you're searching for it

you're flowing against the current

you're swimming upstream.

Relax...

and allow...

and let the universe support you

in the most...flowing...

graceful way, where it brings to you

everything that you need.

And it's in the moments of great intensity

of great stress in your life

when you must remember this the most

because that's when it's the easiest

to get caught up in all the drama

but remind yourself to stop, become still.

Connect with that inner stillness.

That is your strength.

That is where the true power lies.

We recommend for you, especially during this time

of transition, that you find...time to connect

with the stillness every day.

Even if it is for one minute.

We recommend that you pay close attention to your thoughts.

As you pay close attention to your thoughts

then comes the capacity to deconstruct the mind programs

that you have taken on from your societies conditioning

and the patterns which you have taken on

from your...caregivers as children.

When you came into this world

you came in with a blank page

and what was imprinted onto that?

Everything that you saw happening around you.

All the unconscious behavior from those adults around you.

And you copied it, like chameleons

and it went into the subconscious mind.

And at your school you receive much programming

of how to think and what to think, and how you should behave.

And now it's time to deconstruct these programs

that are no longer compatible with the new energies that are...

coming to Earth right now...

and it is time to...heal.

Because everything from your birth

until this moment now that you did not meet

any energies that you repress

that you didn't want to look at

it all needs to come up and be released

and this is the time for it.

This is the time for your healing

for inner healing and for your transformation.

Love yourselves... be easy with yourselves.

Do not be hard on yourself.

Pay attention to what that voice in your head

is telling you.

Are you hearing all day long? "Oh, why did you do that?

You're stupid. Oh, I shouldn't have done that.

I'm so stupid".

Negative criticisms like this, or are you hearing a voice

in your head telling you? "Awesome way to go.

I'm doing my best. I'm doing great".

Because this voice in the head

if you give it power

can greatly influence your experience of life.

How you feel... and what you feel

is connected to what situations you manifest.

Recognize yourself as separate from that voice.

You can observe the voice.

When you observe it, you no longer are the voice.

There is the voice and there is you

and there is space between the two

and in this way you disidentify from the created...

personality-program.

And as you disidentify from it

it naturally falls away and what rises up to meet it

is a true expression of your Higher Self.

Creativity which can flow through your heart.

You'll know when this is happening

because it will feel so amazing to you

you'll feel in the flow.

You'll feel pure joy.

Your...system is constantly communicating to you.

It's like a guidance system

and when you tune into it

and understand how it's communicating to you

then you can...follow...

the guidance from your Higher Self...

rather than following the instructions

which come from that personality-construct in mind

which is full of programmings.

And you follow the voice of the Higher Self

by allowing yourself to feel.

Your body communicates to you through feeling.

So, when it feels light, open, joyful

when you have that whisper of a "yes"

that is your intuition

take action on that.

When you feel contracted, tight, a knot in the stomach

it doesn't feel right, something feels off...

you see, many of you choose to dismiss that

because you give the power to the mind

and the thoughts.

But you must listen to that inner knowing.

You must follow that inner knowing

and that will take you on the fastest route

to where you want to be.

Do not get caught up in dramas.

You're going to see more and more dramas

happening all around you

because as these energies are hitting the Earth...

they're...creating an atmosphere where everything under the surface

is bubbling up.

So, you'll see it happening in your families.

You'll see it happening on collective levels

and it can be very easy to get sucked into it

when everyone around you is talking about something

"Oh!", caught up in the drama.

That is when you must remain still

and allow yourself to feel.

You must remember how to feel.

We cannot emphasize the importance of feeling

and allowing sensations in your body

because many of you

have developed a habit whereby you...

try to avoid feeling at all costs.

Especially when that feeling is unpleasant.

If it feels nice, you're happy and excited

then you're happy to feel it

but as soon as the sadness, the loneliness, the anger, the fear

rise up...then many of you, your reaction

is to turn away from it, push it down.

"No, I shouldn't be feeling that.

I should only be feeling what feels good".

Allow yourself to feel that too.

Become okay with feeling those things too.

That's where the true healing happens.

Como Pintar - Heroe Orco Negro / How to paint Black Ork Hero (ENG-Sub) - Duration: 29:41.

Greetings Wargamers & Players, Welcome to Miniature War Retro.

In this tutorial we shall see how to paint the black orc heroe from antique miniatures.

Games Workshop discontinue this miniature during the big cleaning of the last year before Warhammer Fantasy to Age of Sigmar.

This miniature got out in metal in the first edition and lately was reedited in Finecast, that's the miniature that we're going to use in this tutorial.

It's a generic heroe miniature that can represent differents roles in a Warhammer Fantasy game and even inside their spinoff like Mordheim.

Rich in details and with an interesting design, it expose us a black orc completely armored that have a shield and a great ripper.

In this guide we shall see the steps to paint this miniature in an easy way, if you have this one you get encourage to give it some life or use the same techniques that we're going to use will help you as an example on similar miniatures.

For the armor, basically we're looking a very worn out appearance. In the official photo of the armor you can see a pretty polish black, barely any scratch. In this case we're going to do that the black lose some strenght and vivid, going from a state where the armor has losen color, showing the worn out black.

For this we're giving a layer base in a black middle tone that it's like a grey tone.

For this we mix Abaddon Black with Celestra Grey in a proportion of 90/10 or 80/20. Cause we don't want a dark grey. The other option is to use the set for blacks from Andrea Colors and take the third shadow as tha layer base.

We apply the layer base when we want it to create this appearance of worn out black.

With the layer base applied now we add more grey to the black or mix the first light with the third shadow of the set of blacks from Andrea.

In both cases it will be a small proportion, to achieve a dark grey now.

Basically we're looking for that point where the black goes grey.

Lets take some paint with the flat point brush or a brush with a point a little worned out, this will give some randomness to the stroke, which will get a better worn out effect.

With soft strokes we will go over with the brush to the black zones to transform that black from the layer base to something more worn out, using an old brush, the hair wont deposit the paint evenly, creating in this way more worn out zones than others.

We keep doing this technique until we get satisfied with the results, that would be a more less dark or worn out.

Once satisfied with the worn outs, we apply a wash with Agrax Earthshade to help the blending of the color tones and create a light sensation of filth.

Once the shade it's dried completely, we now stand out the profiles and edges, and add a little of the effect of basic stripping, to reforce later the inclusiom of the metals in the armor.

For this we take Celestra Grey and with soft strokes we apply it on the edges, profiles and surface where we want to create a major sensation of worn out.

Now we start to apply the metal effects, in this case we create the zones where there is no more paint and that's why you can see the original color of the armor, that equally we're going to create a worn out appearance.

I recommend to use in this step a brush with the hair or point completely open, those that you use them for dry brush in scenography. This will help to create that randomness that we are searching in a easy way.

We take a metal tone like Leadbelcher or the antique Boltgun Metal and with soft strokes we apply the paint over the edges and the zones where the grey it's strong. We can do it with the dry brush technique or with diluted paint.

In this step we take a more light metal grey tone, like Ironbreaker Armor.

What are we going to do is to emphazise the edges of the armor to give it a more brilliant tone because of the more extreme worn out. Now the best thing to do is to use a brush that is in good shape. In this case we used a small flat point brush.

For the chainmail, we mix Leadbelcher or a dark metal black color. This will give us a darker metalize layer that will help us to stand out better the form of the rings of the chainmail. Once dried the base, we give a wash with Nuln Oil.

The same was employed for the ripper and the shield.

To give light to the chainmail, take a more light metal, like Ironbreaker Armor and give soft strokes over it, if we want to emphasize some zones with more light, so we can create some volume or in the zones where the chainmail it's more exposed, we can create a second layer with the metals.

As an option, if you want to add something more of old to the armor, we can create zones with oxide or a wash with Agrax Earthshade and after give a little of Ironbreaker Armor in zones that are more exposed to mark the lights.

For the differents leather straps, we take for the layer base Rinox Hide or a dark toasted brown.

Once applied the layer base, we mix this tone with a light brown or Mourfang Brown, in an initial proportion of 80/20.

With this we start to create the lights, emphazise in the more exposed zones. Then we can add more light adding more Mourfang Brown.

For the handle of the ripper, it was used a lighter brown tone going to yellow, using a mix for it.

We shall give a layer base mixing Rinox Hide and Steel Legion Drab in a proportion of 60/40.

Then, we give it a wash with Agrax Earthshade.

With the tint dried, to the inital mix we start adding more Steel Legion Drab, that we're going to use for the degrading the base tone until a lighter tone, leaving the lighter tone stronger in the zones where the handle it's more propense to be taken.

For the red tones the different symbols of the armor, shield and ripper, we give a base layer with Khorne Red careful of not getting out and then to illuminate it will be as simple to create a mix of Khorne Red and Mephistone Red, where this one will be added more quantity as more vivid we want the color.

The skin of the black orcs it's usually darker in relation of the rest of the beings in their race, that's why they are called "black orcs".

The skin of the orc can be painted in many forms, in this case with the detail of focusing more in the darker tone.

For the skin of this orc, we use a pallid scheme of green-yellow. For the initial base layer we give it with Castellan Green. If we want a more vivid skin tone, the layer base should be perfect in Caliban Green.

In this phase we shall apply a wash with Agrax Earthshade, ls tint goes well with the green tone of Castellan Green and will help us to emphasize this pale dark tone that we want for the skin. In the case of Caliban Green for the base, we can use the Biel-Tan Green shade.

Now me start to emphasize the skin tones, and the muscular volume, helping us with the lights.

First we're going to do is to use again Castellan Green once more. And apply it in a way that the more depth parts of the muscular outline wont be painted.

In my case I used the blur effect with diluted paint to add the different layers, but you can do it perfectly with degrading.

With this layer applied, the next phase, Will be added in a a light yellow tone. In this case l used Averland Sunset. In the case With the Caliban, before adding the yellow, | recommend to add Moot Green and from there the final lights with a yellowish vivid tone like Yriel Yellow.

We shall mix Averland Sunset little by little, if we don't we will kill really fast the dark green. Layer by layer, each layer more similar to the next light and a more up yellowish tone.

Now it's turn of the different horns of the miniature.

Painting horns depends a lot of the type of horns that we want to do. In this case the horns are like bull or cow type, generally is not stripped, it's the typical that we see in GW photos, if not more of a tone that profile a degrading to a light in some of the edges.

For this miniatures and searching a little of the original, we shall see a little over it how to paint those classic stripes. I'm telling you just a little because the size wont help to show you well how to create this technique, but in the future we shall see an exclusive video in the channel.

But lets start with it

First we shall paint all the horns with a medium toasted brown or light one like Mourfang Brown.

Once dried we mix this brown tone with a dark yellowish tone, in this case I used an old canister of Bubonic Brown.

This mix will be half and half, we shall apply it in a form that only the middle of the horns will be covered completely. From the middle till the root of the horn what we are going to do we create fine lines, leaving a gap between each one, generally it will create a very fine triangular design.

For the next step, we add to the mix a bone tone like Ushabti Bone and we replicate the same thing as the last step, except that this time we wont cover it completely till the middle of the horn, we do it until a quarter or a little more and then we shall create again those triangles lines, but now those lines will be over the last ones and only until covering as maximum to the half.

In this way and with a little of practice we shall get a very interesting stripped horns.

And with this steps this antique miniature that now it's in the Vintage world will be alive again.

Hope that you liked this painting guide, from the Retro World, where more discontinued miniatures of a lot of other games will be joining.

Do you remember?

All of our happy moments have turned into dust.

A light breeze seems enough to scatter them away.

I'm afraid.

I'm afraid.

I'm a lost one.

I'm a lost one.

Everything I love makes me cry.

Cuz I'm a lost one.

Yeah I'm a lost one.

All that I live for makes me die.

My child, when you follow look carefully at the path I tread.

One day, I won't be here to walk by your side.

I leave my footsteps here for you.

Steer clear of them.

Follow those who chose the easy path, for they may have the answer.

The path I chose is bent like a question mark and only gives birth to countless problems.

I hope the dream you dreamed because of me

won't turn out to be a nightmare when you wake up.

Now that I've run to the very end,

I see that there's not a thing that resembles the eternity, healing and answers I was looking for.

I ran down this path for my family, only to have it take my father's life.

It seems that the gunshot signalling the start was intended for my back.

Listen well.

Even if the whole world welcomes you, that same world will abandon you, so you gotta let go

before it's too late.

Cuz I've been there before.

This path may dazzle your eyes, but don't be fooled by the diamonds and gold.

Don't get drunk on applause.

Sometimes they'll use compliments as shackles.

Even when they roll out the red carpet for you, don't forget

that it has turned red from soaking up your blood and sweat.

I hope the dream you dreamed because of me

won't turn out to be a nightmare when you wake up.

Now that I've run to the very end,

I've learned that the fame and the money don't mean a thing.

I lost one too many things.

Whatever you wish to become, I'll applaud you.

I'll applaud you.

Just don't end up like me.

I'm a lost one.

I'm a lost one.

Everything I love makes me cry.

Cuz I'm a lost one.

Yeah I'm a lost one.

All that I live for makes me die.

They took everything from me.

They stole the ground beneath my feet.

They left me high and dry.

To sell a fuckin' lie.

I lost.

I lost one.

They took everything from me.

They stole the ground beneath my feet.

Left me to die.

It's all right.

I never bought the lie.

I lost...

No.

You lost The One.

I pray that your dream is a reachable one.

I pray that your dream only shows you things you can touch.

Because success takes as much as it gives.

I pray that your dream doesn't give you something too precious.

I pray that your dream doesn't attract attention.

Protect it like a secret and always hold your breath..

Because the world takes as much as it gives.

I pray that your dream doesn't only show you the stuff of dreams

Icarus lives.

I pray that you dream a long dream.

Deutschland vermasselt Klimakonferenz - Clixoom Science & Fiction - Duration: 7:11.

It's so embarrassing was like to really, in the ground we sink German have the climate conference to

must say screwed up the poorer regions of the earth feel abandoned

questionable was primarily the German occurring here was clearly the then pioneer has climate policy in things gotten more than a few scratches

We make the fact-check what the bonner climate conference

really brought and how is the fight against climate change go now actually all that now welcome the views of science fiction

Today, from the climate conference Berlin two years ago in Paris was promise with a big

Ends the whole world marveled as the participating states at the time promised the warming of the earth to a value well below two degrees celsius

to stop an ambitious but long overdue statement and

somehow it was clear that the summit in Bonn could not reach it because let's face it, the self-imposed goals of

190 participating states were

minimalist one wanted somehow the implementation

of the Paris Agreement

bring further forward and yes

it worked well in parts, there is now a first draft for a rule-book that describes how the Parisian agreement from

2020 tat can be implemented that needs to be shortened so that it now 2018

may be decided in the Polish katowice final and signed a performance to celebrate the still far but there are some points

That could be checked off in Bonn perhaps the greatest success in Bonn the pressure on the world

phase out environmentally harmful coal has risen canada and uk have to start a

global initiative announced they want to got out to tackle along with 20 other partners from the coal and makes nevertheless still around

40 percent of the world's energy supply from factors include such things mexico France and Italy more than embarrassing for us

Germany is not part of this anti-coal alliance and I really freak out when christian lindner from the fdp in the coalition negotiations

feared in Berlin that we electroless importer 'nen by the shutdown of coal-fired power plants precisely from such

be harmful coal power and nuclear power raises the one

toot frightening image on the fdp by and blow no idea and want the fortunes of

determine federal republic of Germany if one namely that is not true, we need the coal solely for grid stability

And since just shows them masks australia how to solve the simple and smart with battery-color

rather prefer christian lindner only inform talking about is a real fear and fear for Germany Germany has in Bonn another initiative

presented thus are poor and affected people worldwide

extreme weather patterns are insured against climate damage in this year as the hurricanes in the Caribbean or the

share arid in Africa could lead to that in 2017 a new record year is a record of damage caused by just such

extreme weather situations and mainly affect people in poorer regions of the world and robbing them of their

Complete existence, the German federal government wants to help and called the possible solution

interest draining the alliance which also will join other countries so poor people help

to guard against weather disasters, the concrete target by 2020. 400 million people against climatic damage

rest assured thumbs up for this idea a success

In a broader sense was also that an alternative alliance from us federal states urban and company official us

Delegation has placed in the shadow even if donald trump plans

exit agreement from the Parisian was the character of this alliance in Bonn significantly large parts of the USA are further they want is the Parisian

fulfill promise of escaping the usa

so playing at all, no more role well

So after all, hold the Parisian's agreement not to be continued and implemented history is trend away from coal unabated

you want to continue to talk about how to more ambitious

can make climate policy in 2018 the so-called thaler noah dialogue to take place in which even environmentalists and climate scientists

and scientists inside often participate are only the usual diplomats and diplomat inside invited long had the participants

About important financial matters argued actually the conference should end on Friday until early Saturday morning then it was agreed to but out

that an elderly billionaire form will probably continue to exist is to help poor countries while

climate follow to deal with the opportunities are now grown that this shape well even after the expiration of the Kyoto Protocol

continue in 2020 to more greenhouse diplomats and politicians celebrate the klimagipfel

the bund therefore regarded as a success quite different that the representatives of those regions, however, the already directly

are affected by climate change such as if geely nicole we are on the front line of

Climate change in their homeland to fiji islands had already whole villages to resettle the people there is literally the water up to the neck and

developmental organizations such as Oxfam are disappointed and criticism that the rich industrial countries are still far too little responsibility

take oxfam employee jan kowalzig says

The growing damage and destructions in a row of dry storm and other weather extremes to

urgently is the small island states increasingly

existential difficulties and financial art here have bricked the industrialized countries two weeks and now successfully prevented the

Financing issues, in dealing with losses and damages as a result of climate change at upcoming conferences the necessary space to give this is a

evil maneuver towards the poorest and from climate change

extremely endangered countries in the climate change in Bonn has shown one thing the pioneer of Germany once when climate protection was not only some scratch

gotten hardly attainable goal seems the greenhouse gases by 2020 compared to 1990 levels by 40 percent

Of this we have instead is yet managed only 28 percent Germany being left behind on the verge

Germany is the world's largest sponsor of lignite seven of the ten worst co2 fling in Europe are our

German Chancellor angela merkel responded more than adequately the interests of economy and climate protection would

be carefully considered in their speech in Bonn, it does have a faster getting out of the coal-fired power

indicated mind

indicated at the same time she stressed also that lignite should continue to make a significant contribution to energy generation genuinly bullshit

At the same time it is getting warmer on the earth and that which was agreed in climate protection so far is not enough. From to save us

Germany fool of himself so as dramatic on the international stage if we promise something yes

Then, we can not keep it

From this perspective because the climate summit in Bonn almost a farce are although not the really big contentious question here

were discussed to the canned it did not have to in this situation in which we find ourselves not harsh and unrelenting

will be discussed that has not occurred in any case it was Ringelpiez touch with

For the great problems were not addressed

If you want to miss a video on the subject in the future then we press here abo soaking and do not forget the

Close attention to the bell because only then he missed a video when they click on here it goes

with climate change skeptics proved definitively refuted at johnston until then

stay tuned
