The Flash 4x05 Promo Breakdown - BlackSmith Vs KillerFrost & How The Flash Can Get Drunk!!! - Duration: 6:10.thank you guys for coming you're gonna need to walk this off or run it off
because I'm the flash did you girls were Taurus
what is good Youtube Warstu here with a video on the flash season 4
episode 4 and episode 5 traded brightener so last night's episode was a
lot of fun we were introduced to two new characters breacher who is gypsies dad
who is even more powerful in scary than we thought and also a new meta who
originally we thought was per ceased due to the park's particle accelerator going
off in season 1 Ralph it turns out he is basically like Stretch Armstrong there
was a plastic man a reference and that was due to the fact that he was on the
bus so Ralph is the 3rd metahuman from the list he's an ex dirty cop but it
turns out in the end of the episode he wasn't actually dirty but they led us to
believe that he was and it was pretty cool the CGI on his body that could
essentially stretch into any shape or form a shoe that he wanted to did look
pretty cool Caitlin came up with a cocktail to allow him to control it but
yet again iris West was the central piece she basically is in control of
team flash which I don't like it's my only negative point that I have about
the whole of the flash TV show when Cisco met breach of that was funny he
got a lot picked him off the ground and then chips he runs in and says daddy in
any drops Cisco quite funny and essentially he hunts him down and tests
him and in the end and Cisco wins breaches dad well breach Gipsy's dad
over he doesn't particularly like him and
then she kind of zhamuhe Soph to kind of find another breach someone that has
breached so it's pretty cool they've got like a long-distance relationship that
actually makes some sense at sense and there was a massive cliff hanger right
at the end of the episode Ralph told Barry Allen that his client
was Dafoe then we got a flash back to abracadabra alakazam last season when he
was head the cerebral inhibitor and now Barry Allen thinks he knows that
clifford DeVoe is behind and I really hope they're not going to defeat in with
the cerebral inhibitor so we actually have a trailer that you would have
watched before this but next week's episode which is called girls night out
it's essentially the bachelor party and a bachelorette party for Barry and iris
we have felicity smoak a.k.a emily bent rickets coming over so the synopsis goes
like this having received an anonymous threat from an old bus
hamni8 black fears that her past time as killer frost may be back to hunt her
guests are M&E but rick it comes to central city to help the girl celebrate
iris bachelorette party while cisco and joe and the guys take barry on the town
which it seems like it's gonna be another fun episode after tom
Cavanaugh's episode last weekly directed they all go out have a night out you've
got the seal you got iris you've got Caitlin
you've got felicity on nights out and then the other side you've got Barry you
got Joe you've got Harry from Earth to you got Cisco and Ralph's joining them
and yes Barry Allen can get drunk but he's got to take a magic cocktail that
Caitlin made for him as we seed in a last season which is pretty cool and it
seems like such a cool episode there's a scene where Barry goes here cuz there
I'm the flash and he's drunk snown believes him we get to see the dude that
was in the bar from episode 1 the one that has the same symbols on his
knuckles that Barry has been writing down and I'm the same sorta thing his
face and his eye popped onto the table and it actually looks like iris West
slaps him for doing something wrong to see his facial expressions to some look
precious they look pretty funny
so it look more like it's just gonna be a bit of a filler episode and kind of
some narrative between the network and black the black light Killa frost and
the network and we're gonna meet black Smith and she does look pretty cool we
don't get to see much of her but she looks pretty scary so I guess you could
dub this episode as killer frost versus black Smith it's gonna be a fun episode
but from the synopsis it doesn't look like much other narratives gonna happen
here so let me know guys what do you think about last week's episode I mean
this week's episode being the journey in int elongated night do you like the new
character Ralph what did you think of the breacher and what do you think of
next week's episode because to me at next week's episode does look very good
I can't wait to see what black Smith Katee Sackhoff looks like on the big
screen I'm gonna basically do these flash videos like come just put my
review and training breakdown into one video because for time reasons its
best-case scenario for me unless I've got time to make individual videos so if
you could guys please like this video and comment as I'm not really getting
much interest in my arrow flash videos at the moment I'd done what I've been
doing wrong I've upgraded the audio I've been using higher as images and
everything so guys please support me if you can that would be much appreciated
and I will catch you in another video guys very soon catch ya later

How Google drains Americas fresh water - the real price of Google's targeted ads - Duration: 11:15.On May 11 2017 regulators in South Carolina unanimously approved Google's request to triple
their daily groundwater withdrawal permit from 500,000 gallons to 1.5 million.
This controversial permit comes at times when the aquifer under counties surrounding Charleston
began to experience sever drops of water levels and water pressure.
Google wants to use this precious source of fresh water that's used by locals for farming
and daily needs, to cool its large data center in Goose Creek in Berkeley County.
Google ignored the concerns of residents and local water utilities officials, that no further
permits should be considered until groundwater pressure and water levels begin to recover.
The problem with this aquifer is that there is not enough data to fully understand and
interpret recent downward trends.
What gives companies like Google a leverage to ask for more permits, is the uncertainty
of attribution of these trends – whether they are caused due to droughts, pumping,
or a combination of both.
Aquifers are natural underground resources of fresh water, that act as sponge capturing
the raining water beneath the soil instead of releasing it into the ocean or evaporation.
In order for an aquifer to sustain itself, it has to at least reach the equilibrium between
the amounts of recharged and discharged water.
Aquifers are only renewable as long as rate of recharge and discharge equalize over time.
However, several observations have been already made that suggest the critical level of the
situation.
The groundwater levels in the Charleston aquifer have declined from 126 feet above land surface
prior to pumpage, to 40 to 60 feet below land surface in 2015.
Another proof of declining water levels is that many well sites are losing pressure and
had to devote more resources to increase the power of their pumps, or dig deeper to regain
the water pressure.
For example, 6 wells of Mount Pleasant Waterworks are now pumping at 400 feet below land surface,
which significantly increases the costs for electricity needed to lift water from these
depths.
To respond to the alarming state, South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control
has designated Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester Counties as Capacity Use Area.
In a Capacity Use Area, each groundwater withdrawal exceeding 3 million gallons per month is requested
to be reported to and gain permission from the South Carolina Department.
Permitting expansion of groundwater withdrawal by Google poses a threat to many residents
fearing that they will be limited to increase their pumpage to support their daily needs
in the future.
While trends show that Carolina aquifers clearly responded accordingly to multi-year droughts
of 1998 – 2002 and 2007 – 2008, it has been observed that where users transitioned
from ground water to surface water, water levels in those aquifers began to see recovering
trends.
Wells that had experienced these droughts but have not recovered are the ones where
pumping continued increasing.
The three-fold increase of groundwater withdrawal by Google will inflict an exponential stress
on the aquifers in Coastal South Carolina.
Even if the groundwater in the aquifer prove to be able to sustain excessive withdrawals,
ever declining water levels will put costly barriers to entry for small and middle size
users.
This will essentially transfer ownership of South Carolina water to the ever enclosing
circle of elites, because ordinary people will not have enough financial means to tap
into the water resource that used to be publicly available on free-to-all basis.
To estimate how much groundwater there is in Carolina aquifers, a study by the US Geological
Survey and the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources was set to be completed
by 2019.
A date for which Google refused to wait despite calls by the local community around Charleston
to not allow further permits until ground water levels begin to rise again or sufficient
studies are completed.
The talks for regulations were being delayed for 15 years, and have been coincidently closed
within three months at nearly the same time as Google permit came to be okayed in May.
And while Google's public relations staff vehemently claims they want to collaborate
with the community, they refuse to disclose any details on how much fresh water they collect
in South Carolina, and how they treat it during and after use under trade secrecy.
What Google did confirm however, is that they are never going to return the water back to
the aquifer, but dump it into the sewers.
Google will reuse some groundwater, but it will still inquire losses due to evaporation.
No used water will be processed to be returned to recharge the aquifer.
Another issue with this controversial permit, is that Google already uses 4 million gallons
of tap water a day to cool its Goose Creek data center in Berkley County.
With increasing average temperature in the region and potentially more frequent and sever
future droughts, diminishing surface water resources might lead Google to expand its
permit to make up for the losses should the supply of tap water drop.
This is a likely scenario if no regulations are implemented in the mean time to protect
the groundwater so that it continues to serve the needs of general users and farmers and
not just single conglomerates.
Google refuses to accept their withdrawals have any substantial impact on the sustainability
of the aquifer.
The company also declared that the aquifer is the most readily available source of cooling
and that no other alternatives are viable.
But the real reason Google went for South Carolina in the first place is the low cost
of electricity in the region and virtually no price tag and regulations for tapping into
groundwater sources.
You see data centers spend staggering amounts of electricity.
Just in the US, data centers consume as much electricity as produced by roughly 10 nuclear
power plants.
What's most controversial about this is that more than 90% of this energy is not used
to power computation.
On average only 6 to 12 percent of the electricity coming to data centers is used.
The rest is being dumped as waste simple because most of the processors are idle majority of
the time.
The wastefulness of the data center industry is so severe that its 76 billion kilowatt-hours
energy input from the grid in 2010 outperformed paper industry by nearly 10 billion kilowatt-hours.
It was the computer technology that was supposed to be a "green" alternative to paper.
This is because data centers of these reckless companies are not designed to conserve the
energy as long as they don't have the incentives to do so.
In addition to wasting vast majority of electricity flow from the grid, data centers also use
banks of diesel generators and thousands of lead-acid batteries to insure against grid
failure.
However, most of this energy is not needed and is therefore wasted, because data centers
hold redundant data on their hard drives, even if they are no longer in use by consumers.
More than 75% of trillions of gigabytes of data are being created by ordinary consumers.
This number is estimated to be even much higher for Google, because the company's business
model relies on generating and collecting users private information to be shared and
sold for marketing purposes.
You need to realize that Google is no longer a technology start up and they are not making
revenue from selling products that have a creative value.
Google has transformed itself into an advertising platform that offers marketers and retailers
auctions to place their bids for people's private and personal information.
Similar to stock exchange and trading strategies of the Wall Street banks, Google engages in
high-frequency-trading to always find the highest bidder willing to pay the most for
invading your privacy.
And thus Google participates in depleting fresh water resources that could have been
used by ordinary citizens for drinking, or farmers to grow food, only to deliver targeted
advertisements and politically biased search engine algorithms.
Google's Goose Creek data center emits 1,350 tons per year of particulate matter, sulfur
dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, and other pollutants.
There are however viable alternatives for data centers.
For example, the National Security Agency Fort Meade data center in Maryland uses wastewater
for cooling.
The National Energy Research Scientific Computing Center at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory
in California, runs at roughly 96% utilization by queuing up large jobs and scheduling them
so that the machines are running nearly full-out, 24 hours a day.
There are also various methods to considerably shrink data center foot print, and thus decrease
the amount of energy and water needed to maintain the power.
Google doesn't do this in Coastal South Carolina, because it doesn't have to think
about the consequences and outrage of the local population.
No major nation wide media or news outlets are covering these local controversies, so
Google is under no public pressure to alter their practices.
Roughly 90% of Google's revenue comes from advertising programs.
Most of which is generated through their search engine and Google Adwords and Adsense programs.
If you want Google to feel the pressure, and stop them from making profit off of your private
life to fund their reckless business strategies, you can start using search engine alternatives
like DuckDuckGo, Qwant, or Startpage, and install uBlock Origin on your browser of choice
to block Google's ads and trackers.
Great alternatives to Chrome browser that will not share your data with Google are Firefox,
IceCat, and Brave Browser.
If you are using gmail, you can switch to private encrypted email providers like Protonmail,
Tutanota, or Posteo, who will never share your data with advertisers or government spies.
I talk about all these alternatives and other essential methods how you can stop Google
along with other corporate monopolies like Facebook or Amazon from making you part of
their unsustainable business model.
Google keeps stepping over the line with their privacy violating algorithms, unconstitutional
collaboration with government spies around the world to help them build mass surveillance,
constant tweaks to their search engine algorithms to filter web content, and political censorship
of dissenting opinions.
Now they are going to drain precious sources of fresh water in a century during which water
is bound to become the scarcest commodity on Earth.
My only question is – is Google now too big to fail?
Can they do whatever they want and they will be given a pass?
If you feel like this message is important, share this video with your friends and comment
below whether some kind of action needs to be taken to put Google in check.
If you are from South Carolina, or other areas where Google drains fresh water resources,
please do leave your thoughts in the comment section.
I created this channel to use Google's own algorithms against them and expose their and
other big corporations' dirty practices.

Big Banks Own Every Ounce Of Our Spineless Congress - Duration: 3:35.A big win for the financial industry was achieved after the US Senate allowed banks to bar customers
from filing class action lawsuits against them.
At the cost of consumer rights, Republicans successfully completely squashed the rule
that would've given average citizens more power to resolve disputes and protect themselves
from predatory banking practices.
Joining me to talk about this is legal journalist for Trial Lawyer Magazine Mollye Barrows.
Mollye, there's no question who wins.
Big banks win.
Consumers get hammered again.
Isn't that how this story adds up?
Yes.
It's the classic spin, 'We're doing this to protect you,' but not at all.
The ones that are getting protected are the financial institutions.
Basically, when you and I sign up for a credit card, or maybe open up a new account, there
is clauses in there that say if you have a dispute with one of the practices, then the
bank gets to choose a third person, a mediator.
A forced arbitration, if you will, and you don't have the option to sue.
Well, this new rule passed by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and basically
it went into action in July ... These banking institutions have been complaining about it
ever since, and then the Senate basically ... And Mike Pence was the tie-breaking vote
... Agreed that customers don't have that option anymore.
So here we've got Trump and Pence ... They're running on 'We're the populous.
We care about the consumer.'
Not at all.
And Pence is the guy that says, 'No, you know what?
We're going to let big banks, we're going to let big credit card companies, we're going
to let telecommunication companies run over consumers,' and they're not going to be
able to do anything but arbitrate.
And what's so important about that, as you know, is the corporation wins more than 70%
of the time in arbitration because they pick the arbitrators.
Isn't that how this works?
Yes, that's exactly right.
That's the problem with the whole arbitration system.
It's not like you and I can go up there and say, 'I want to talk to the bank president.'
Speaking of a situation like Wachovia, where they opened up three-and-a-half million accounts,
phony accounts, that caused customers wrecked their lives financially, basically, in many
cases.
So some of those ... And that's where this rule came from ... Some of those customers
wanted to pursue basically a class action lawsuit, and they were not allowed to pursue
that.
This rule would've allowed them to go around that ban and pursue that.
In Wachovia, they were, but yes.
So, what's important about the class action is if you have a million people that lose
$100, if it's a class action, they can all bring that case together, but if they have
to bring it individually, one person who lost $100, it's going to cost them $20,000 just
to get the $100 back.
So, in the end, the bank is able to say, 'Gee whiz, this is pretty good profit margin for
us.
We stole all this money,' like Wachovia has done, and all these other banks of done
so many times.
'We've stolen all this money,' ... Bank of America ... Just take a look at how many
times these people have committed outright criminal fraud.
So, now consumers have nothing they can do about it, right?
No.
No.
I mean, unless they want to pursue it individually, like you said, but basically, this rule would've
allowed them to go around those arbitration clauses and pursue class action suits, and
now they're not going to be allowed to do that.
It also goes to the bigger issue of, again, a Donald Trump led government, especially
with the Republicans.
Back in March, they also pushed the Fairness and Class Action Litigation Act, which is
still moving its way through Congress, and that's got a long uphill battle, but it's
another attempt to limit consumers' options when it comes to holding these institutions
accountable fiscally.
Big day for banks.
Terrible day for consumers.
We're used to seeing that again and again.
Thanks for joining me ok.
Yes.

Celeb Reputations That Changed Overnight - Duration: 5:37.In Hollywood, a celebrity's reputation often rests in their own hands.
Sometimes, they use that power to their advantage.
Other times, it destroys them altogether.
Here are some celebs who've managed to change their reputations — for better or worse!
— in the blink of an eye!
Paula Deen
Paula Deen's empire fell apart overnight after the controversial chef was sued by a former
employee for discrimination and harassment.
Admitting that she had used the "N-word" multiple times in her life, Deen subsequently lost
many of her high-profile sponsors, including Walmart and The Food Network.
Some fans stuck by her side — until a disastrous 2013 interview on the Today show.
"There's someone evil out there that saw what I had worked for, and they wanted it."
After that, her reputation melted like butter on a hot skillet.
And yet, Deen has continued to find ways to make serious cash since the scandal.
Recent professional ventures include everything from a clothing line, to a new series, and
even a spin on Dancing With the Stars.
Mel Gibson
In 1996, Mel Gibson collected two Oscars for directing the iconic war drama Braveheart.
A little more than a decade later, he was arrested on a DUI charge, during which he
allegedly went on an anti-Semitic rant.
As a result, Gibson went from a global superstar to one of the most reviled men in Hollywood.
And it's a title he's never quite been able to fully shake.
Yet, in 2017, his film Hacksaw Ridge won two Oscars and earned Gibson a nomination for
best director.
Ben Affleck
At the start of 2004, Ben Affleck's career seemed like it was pretty much over.
His high-profile engagement to Jennifer Lopez had been called off, and his films were bombing.
But his first comeback effort came in 2007 with Gone Baby Gone — and the film was a
critical smash.
Once the laughing stock of Hollywood, Affleck was suddenly a respected, sought-after director.
His follow-up movies were even bigger hits.
The Town earned nearly $100 million at the box office, and Argo won the best picture
Oscar in 2013.
Matthew McConaughey
After setting the stage for a comeback in 2012, thanks to his acclaimed performance
in Magic Mike, McConaughey entered 2013 ready to forget about Failure to Launch.
First came the indie drama Mud.
Then came Dallas Buyers Club, for which, McConaughey lost more than 40 pounds to play dying AIDS
patient Ron Woodroof.
His performance in the film won him pretty much every award in Hollywood, including an
Oscar.
McConaughey followed up with an acclaimed performance on HBO's True Detective and a
role in Christopher Nolan's space epic Interstellar.
At this point, nobody would be surprised if McConaughey soon earned another shot at Oscar
gold.
Kevin Hart
During his meteoric rise to fame, actor and comedian Kevin Hart made millions of people
laugh.
But in September 2017, he made just as many people furious.
News broke that Hart had been targeted in an alleged extortion plot connected to a video
that supposedly shows him cheating with a woman who is not his pregnant wife, Eniko
Parrish.
Reports of the extortion attempt emerged after Hart's cryptic Instagram apologizing to Parrish
and his kids for making, quote, "a bad error in judgment":
"You know, I'm not perfect.
I'm not gonna sit up here and say that I am or claim to be in any way, shape, or form."
In the days since his admission, Hart, who has been accused of cheating in the past,
has dodged awkward headlines involving not just the woman in the video, but also involving
his first wife, who recently spoke to Inside Edition:
"What went wrong in your marriage?"
"Lies and infidelity."
Tom Cruise
In May 2005, Tom Cruise fell from his status as America's favorite actor, thanks to a painfully
awkward interview on Oprah, where he jumped on Oprah's couch and declared his love for
then-girlfriend Katie Holmes.
The interview was one stop on his press tour for War of the Worlds, which also put the
actor's Scientology practice in the hot seat.
Nowhere was this more prevalent than during his June 2005 interview with Matt Lauer, when
the actor and the journalist sparred over Brooke Shields' comments about using medication
to treat postpartum depression.
"If anti-depressants work for Brooke Shields, why isn't that OK?"
"I disagree with it.
And I think that there's a higher and better quality of life."
Though has remained one of Hollywood's biggest box-office draws, Cruise also remains a fixture
in the tabloids, especially due to his ties to Scientology.
Some have argued that Cruise's practice has been so damaging that it nearly destroyed
his career altogether.
Miley Cyrus
For years, Miley Cyrus was the bubbly, yet dorky star of the Disney Channel series Hannah
Montana.
And then, suddenly, she was...not.
In the blink of an eye, Cyrus transformed her image from an innocent teen star to a
twerking, pot-smoking, wrecking-ball-swinging wild child.
Cyrus has since begun cleaning up her image, and it appears to be paying off in multiple
respects: she's back together with former fiancé Liam Hemsworth, and the music from
her 2017 album, Younger Now, is heating up the charts.
Chris Pratt
Thanks to his role on NBC's Parks and Recreation, Chris Pratt quickly became TV's go-to, chubby,
funny guy.
Then, in July 2013, he transformed his reputation with a single photo — the result of his
intense training for his role as Peter Quill in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy.
That film turned Pratt into Hollywood's hottest and most sought-after leading man pretty much
in an instant.
His overnight success continued well into 2015 when he starred in Jurassic World, which
became one of the biggest blockbusters of all time.
But even with all that big screen heat, he'll still always be Andy Dwyer to us.
"I'm out!"

Behind the Scenes of Future Man • The Look of Future Man - Duration: 3:10.- Hi.
I'm Seth Rogen.
And I'm Evan Goldberg.
And this is day one of the series Future Man.
It's a sci-fi action comedy.
Welcome to the resistance.
I beat the Biotic Wars, and it turns out
that game was actually a simulator
scene back from the future to find
humanity's savior, which is me.
So, that's it.
All the fate of humanity depend on this moment,
right here and now.
You know, your standard half-hour comedy.
The idea was to take the big budget,
kind of action movie vibe, and do
it on a serialized type show.
And Cort Fey, our cinematographer,
has captured that.
We're shooting it in a style that is trying to move
itself away from television.
You know, Most TVs are obviously 16 by 9.
We're shooting anamorphic, so it's the wide screen ratio.
It's unlike anything on TV.
Now, that's what I call a hole in one.
The inspiration for the look of the show comes
from a lot of the sci-fi and action
movies from the '80s and '90s.
We want to use cinematic language
that reminds people of their favorite things
from those movies.
When you watch "Terminator 2," you see sparks rain,
and spinning yellow lights.
We used an older set of anamorphic lenses from
Panavision to achieve that anamorphic character
from the '80s and '90s.
You get the blue flares, and the oval, out of focus highlights.
We try to achieve that level of visual jazz.
Sounds pretty heavy.
More in pain, more out of breath.
Ready, and action.
I think the trick to creating this kind of scope
is a lot of big, really interesting sets.
And what Jess is delivering for us to shoot on
is just fantastic.
This is the command center for the resistance.
There is no one shorter than us allowed down here.
[LAUGHTER]
It's a production design dream.
I get to play around with the '60s, and the '80s,
and the present day, an alternate timeline
on the present day, and the future.
It's not something in TV you get to do often.
These sets are incredible.
I've never even been in this one.
This is a yoga studio, apparently.
And the other thing you don't see on typical half hours
is my sets have a lot more integrated lighting,
and so Cort and I will plan out how is it going
to look the most incredible?
Like, when I said, look, I'm doing this graffiti thing,
and he was like, what if it does something in black light?
And I was like, that's amazing!
Most of our action sequences, we're using
a lot of physical effects.
That burning barrel back there is real,
and it's helping us light the background.
They're trying to breach.
Nice.
Between their genius, and then people like Seth and Evan,
it's creating this very unique, massive world,
and making it quite--
The best cock I've ever eaten.
R-rated comedy.
That's so fucked up.
It's just cool to do it from the way that's not so standard.
And there's nothing standard about any of this.
And I can't wait to see what it looks like when
it's all put together.
What's your plan?
It's time travel 101.
You need to blend in.
Everybody get down!
Heads on tables!
We are from your time!
We need another plan.

MLAC - Resulto investigación guarderías - Duration: 8:11.Results of our Childcare Research
When we were doing our investigation, and were making observations,
in the investigations for the daycares,
we realized daycares were using...
Instead of using rugs that were specially made for entry,
for entrance, were strong, and that could resist a lot of dirt
coming in that we have on our shoes,
which as we obviously know is not good for our kids with asthma.
For any kid, especially for children with asthma.
This dirt comes into our houses and stays in our carpets.
And children tend to play on the carpet.
So, we realized the daycares that we went into,
what they were doing was that they were using pieces of carpet,
or just decoration rugs, and they were not rugs specially designed for house entrances.
It is important that one of daycare entrances of the house
for all people to come in to clean their shoes,
or it could be another idea that they take off their shoes.
The people that come into the daycare should take off their shoes,
but regularly they don't.
There's no time to do this because first of all,
parents only come to drop off their kids to daycare,
and they leave. So, to avoid this it was just to daycares,
so they can find entry rugs for the main doors
for about ten dollars extra at any of the known warehouse stores.
And this way, they could make themselves in control a little bit more.
The incoming dirt in daycares that stays in the carpets.
In the walkthrough, one of the things that we also observed...
In the walkthrough, we did at the daycare,
one of the observations we made was the use of bleach or Clorox,
as many or a lot of us know it as.
Clorox is one thing that is not recommended,
especially to be used around children with asthma.
But there are sometimes in certain places, specifically daycares.
It is something recommended by law.
It is a requirement that they must do to be able to continue to be open for business.
We went to the daycares to do the walkthrough.
We noticed that many times containers of Clorox are not properly, as you can see in this picture,
are not properly labeled, or not even marked.
There's sometimes they only have paper labels that can get easily damaged
with water, or when they use it.
There are others who put signs, or some type of label with permanent marker,
and we don't even know if it is actually what is being used.
Or some other type of containers can be used to put in some other chemicals
and containers. They are not the correct ones.
As we could also see in the walkthrough at the daycares,
we are a little bit concerned about the type of dilution
that has been made to use the Clorox.
As I have said, it is not recommended to use Clorox around kids.
Especially around children with asthma.
But we also know and understand that it's a requirement by law.
We recommend to use dilutions that will help them to comply with the law,
but also to make it a little bit more safe for the kids around.
There are two times where Clorox can be used.
One is to sanitize, and the other is to disinfect.
To sanitize, we only need one tablespoon of Clorox to one quarter of a gallon of fresh water.
And to sanitize is to use, for example, cleaning surfaces,
to clean tables, to be able to clean toys the kids haven't used, or where kids have been.
That's to sanitize.
To disinfect, the correct dilution is one and a half tablespoon of Clorox,
to one quarter of a gallon of fresh water.
To disinfect, for example, if a kid had an accident and blood was involved, and fell on a surface.
Or an accident where kids urinated on a surface, that is the way to disinfect.
In this photo, Silvia is showing us the importance of extractor fans in the bathroom.
There was one of the daycares that did not have any.
Some of the daycares under resourced
so probably providers don't have enough resources to have something really sophisticated.
The extractor fan is something important, which the bathrooms have to maintain humidity level.
To maintain low humidity, the ideal humidity has to be 50 or less.
And extractor fans help for this to happen.
At some of the daycares, they had none.
We also observed some of the daycares to not have windows in the bathrooms.
Windows were not being open
because they have no windows or extractor fans, that causes moisture to go up a lot.
We recommend that if for some reason they don't have access to extractor fans
or windows, they can use fans which can be plugged in,
and that way they can lower, and keep humidity low.
And mold is not produced, and it is not dangerous for kids with asthma
and their lungs to be using that bathroom.
One of the things we observed in the majority,
if not, in all the childcare centers, is the lack of a healthcare policy.
It's one of the primary things with parents, with kids
of kids with asthma in need.
We could be concerned, or at least we should give it the importance
that it deserves.
The health care policy includes
vaccines, could include protocols in case of emergency.
This might include how much temperture children might have
to send them back home, if the kids are sick, and all those issues.
What we could observe in all the childcare centers,
or daycares is they don't exist.
There was only of the daycares that have one policy
a little bit acceptable, at least an idea of a healthcare policy.
The daycares providers...
What she did was talk to a friend of hers, who was nurse,
who helped to develop some type of, a little bit of a healthcare policy.
This important for children who have,
most of all, it is important for all children,
but even more important for kids with asthma
because we as healthcare providers want to know what
we are going to be able to do in case of any emergency,
or in case of anything unexpected.
We want to know how we are keeping children safe
when under our supervision.
We also as parents want that healthcare policy existing
because we want our kids at the end of the day
when they come back home, we want them back healthy as the same way they arrived.

Why You Should Change the Way You View Time | GoalGetter vlog - 11/02/17 - Duration: 5:34.Hey, this is Kelsey from the GoalGetter blog. Thanks for watching this video.
Today, we're gonna talk about time—specifically, how we feel about time. Time
is a limited resource. Once you use it you can't get it back. You know like
those days when you get to work and you sit down at your desk and you've got a
super long to-do list and you're like yeah let's do this. And then you work all
day and you feel like you're a hamster spinning on a hamster wheel. And at the
end of the day 5 o'clock rolls around and you have more to do on your to-do
list then you start with. The way we view time says a lot about how highly we
value our future goals and how highly we respect other people. Because if you
think about it this way: if you set challenging goals for yourself the only
way you can really achieve those is by using your time wisely. And if you really
respect other people you're gonna give them the chance to do that, too.
So, maybe you are on board with everything that I just said. You know,
maybe you're like, "yeah, Kelsey you are so smart!" Well, first of all, thank you. But,
also I mean it's not rocket science to understand that using our time wisely is
important to really achieving our goals. I'm not reinventing the wheel
when I say that. But it's very important to understand the why behind the action,
because behavioral change is pretty much impossible to achieve unless you change
the way you think about the behavior that you're changing. So, we're going to
talk about why it's important to change the way you view time, or just consider
the way you view time and think of it more as a limited resource. When you're
mindful of the way you spend your time, it automatically makes you more mindful
of how you're spending other people's time. One of the best ways to show people
that we respect them is by using their time wisely—that's over the phone, in
person, if you're asking them to proof a report you've got or something.
You want to make sure that you're respecting their time and
understanding that they've got stuff going on, too. Whenever I ask people you
know like to come down to my workspace and I want to talk to them about
something or if I call them, I want to make sure that I'm prepared and I'm not
wasting their time unnecessarily trying to find the email that I'm referencing
or the documents that I'm referencing. You know, I want to make sure that I've
got all that ready so they're not just sitting on the phone listening to me
shuffle through my papers or sort through my email, you know. Or like if I
want send someone to help me with the project I want to make sure that I've
got everything sorted ready to go we can just get to work they're not just
standing around waiting while I get everything organized. I want to make sure
that the time that they're spending helping me is not some time that they
could be doing something better or they could be adding value to the company. You
want to make sure that not only are you really highly prioritizing what you're
doing with your time, you're also highly prioritizing those around you. The last
thing I want to talk about is: whenever you're mindful of your time and how
you're spending your time it makes you more aware of what you're doing that's
necessary and what you're doing that's not necessary.
Walk with me here. Let me give you a scenario. Let's just say there's this
this person and she's at work she's been at her job for quite a while. And she
there's a report that she runs every single Monday. This is a report her boss
asked her for probably when she first started a couple years ago. So she runs
it. It takes about 20 minutes of her time every single Monday. And it's been a
decent one to two years since anyone's ever responded to it or brought it up to
her. She doesn't actually know if anyone even looks at this report when she sends
it. She just keeps doing it just because that's what she's always done. Have you
ever stopped to think about how many processes you do at work that are like
the vestigial legs on a whale? They were really useful, probably, a long time ago,
but now just about everyone has forgotten that they exist. Whenever
you're actually paying attention to how you're spending your time and what
you're doing that's valuable, it really brings to light those vestigial legs. It
makes you think about: maybe I don't need to do
this; maybe I could be doing something else that would be bringing more value
so that I could make sure that I'm actually contributing to the bottom line
of this company instead of just wasting its time. Time isn't something that we
can just let fly by while we're just trying to figure our selves out. Everyone
always talks about how time just goes by so quickly.
So, harness that. Embrace that. Grab on to that. Don't squander it. Make sure that
every minute that you're on this earth you're actually creating something and
you're adding value. Thanks for watching this video. If you want to read more
about this or other similar topics, go to www.beagoalgetter.net. That's my blog and
you can read more about this and learn about other things, too.

MLAC - Que Es Asma? - Duration: 1:02.What Is Asthma?
Hello, my name is Araceli Martinez,
and I'm part of the group
Mujeres Latinas Apoyando la Communidad.
Asthma is an internal irritation in the airways
that creates mucus and inflammation and obstructs the normal breathing.
When sleeping, a wheezing sound can be heard in the chest.
When I used to go with my son to the park,
I needed to see what activities he could do
because with the asthma, he could get attacks at any time.
Some of the times, we had to stop because he had an attack.
And we needed to wait so he could get air.
To take control of the asthma, we recommend to follow those steps,
which have helped us Mujeres Latinas Apoyando la Communidad
with our kids. Thank you.

MLAC - Educación al consumidor - Duration: 1:01.Know What You Are Buying
Hello, my name is Sandra.
I'm going to talk a little bit of why we should not
believe everything that is advertised on TV
about cleaning products at home.
Which many times we use because of what they say,
or they have a scent we like.
They also advertise they clean fast,
but they do not give us any warning about how dangerous they are.
That's why it's important to read the labels
to learn that the product we are buying is dangerous.
For example, when it says, "Warning,"
it's telling us it is dangerous.
That's why it's so important for us Hispanics
to know, to understand, to learn how to use the products.
So, we can take care of our families and our homes.
Thank you.

Bar Design - How To Size A Walk-In Cooler For A Draft Beer System - Duration: 5:02.Hey, Rick Uzubell again from Cabaret Design Group, talking today about
"Bar Design - How To Size A Walk-In Cooler For A Draft Beer System" Coming up!
At any point in this video, please check-out the affiliate links, including the
equipment and gift ideas and if you're new here, definitely subscribe!
What size walk-in cooler do you need? If you're planning a draft beer system, I'll help
you with the design criteria to select the right walk-in cooler. Stay tuned!
First, a little background information is necessary in making any purchasing
decision. There are two types of walk-in coolers: prefabricated and built-to-order,
as you see here. This story is about the prefabricated variety, as shown in this photo.
This type of walk-in cooler consists of
urethane panels and is economical, easy to expand and relocate. The elements that
compose the walk-in cooler are the walls, floor, door and refrigeration system.
The walls, which range from 3 1/2" to 5" in thickness,
consist of insulation sandwiched between thin sheets of galvanized steel
or aluminum. As I mentioned in an earlier post (reference below) walk-in coolers
used for beer walls require special design and engineering. Many owners will
utilize a rack system to make more efficient use of the cube and in such
applications, a floor system is impractical. Refrigeration systems can be
mounted overhead, as seen here, or on a side panel, if the room has a low ceiling.
The door should have a self-closing mechanism, such as the one shown here,
in order to conserve energy. Walk-in coolers can be installed indoors and outdoors
and are offered by numerous companies in a wide-variety of quick-ship sizes, as
shown in this chart. Up next: Be careful how you use your walk-in cooler!
Draft beer requires that the temperature be carefully maintained between 36 and 38
degrees Fahrenheit and this is impossible to maintain when the door is
being constantly open and closed. Rising temperatures in walk-in coolers -- even
one or two degrees Fahrenheit, will result in
excessive foaming and lost profits. Therefore, cased beer should never be stored in the same
walk-in cooler as your draft beer. The size of a walk-in cooler is driven by
the amount of beer you sell and the number of brands. A small walk-in cooler
can be selected if a bar sells a moderate amount of draught beer. The bar
shown here is a system featuring 10 brands of draft beer. As with most bars,
it's important to carry at least three of the largest U.S. domestic beers, such as
Bud Light, Miller Lite and Coors. Therefore, in this example, that means we
have to accommodate space for seven craft beers. As shown in this chart, the
U.S. domestics are commonly sold in 1/2 barrels, which are 15.5 gallons,
and craft beers are most commonly sold in sixtels, which are 1/6 barrels and 5.16 gallons
and less commonly in slim 1/4 barrels, which
are 7.75 gallons. Barrels need to be stacked inside the
walk-in cooler, as shown in this photo. Half barrels are normally stacked in
racks and the craft beers are commonly stacked with a device known as a "keg
series spacer," such as the one manufactured by DeVault and featured by
many web retailers. The advantage of the keg series spacer is that it allows two
kegs of the same product to be connected to the glycol system. Getting back to our
example, I designed the walk-in cooler to have seven brands of sixtels along
one long wall -- double-stacked, four slim 1/4-barrels along the opposite wall --
double-stacked and three 1/2-barrels -- double-stacked on the end wall.
Each of the smaller barrels has a row of back-ups
in front of it, designated in red. This layout can be downloaded at the end of this article.
The capacity of this 6' x 8 ' walk-in cooler is: (21) sixtels, (12) slim
1/4-barrels and (6) 1/2-barrels. This means that a total of 14 brands can be
stored in this walk-in cooler. Of course, depending on the popularity of certain
products, that configuration could easily be changed.

MLB Gave Big Middle Finger To Racist NFL Kneelers At World Series With Sly Thing They Did On Field - Duration: 4:44.MLB Gave Big Middle Finger To Racist NFL Kneelers At World Series With Sly Thing They Did On
Field.
The National Football League has thoroughly disgusted most of America with their National
Anthem protest.
Those who were formerly huge NFL fans have boycotted games to the point the league is
considering extreme measures, just to keep from shutting down.
Whether from seeing the mistakes that their friends over at the NFL made, or just because
of an innate patriotism, the players of America's pastime didn't follow suit.
Major League Baseball is having none of this disrespecting the flag.
Major League Baseball is not appreciative of those who disrespect the flag.
In fact, the single solitary player who was brazen enough to keel during the anthem received
a national backlash that might well end his career.
The MLB is so sure about where their allegiance lies, that they've more than doubled down
on their show of support to all of our men and women in uniform.
Los Angeles was the stage for the match that would decide the World Series, and according
to USA Newsflash, they made just about the most patriotic move possible, and instead
of having a celebrity (of which Los Angeles has plenty) they asked 4 of Los Angeles'
finest to sing the anthem:
"Unlike the National Football League (NFL), the Major League Baseball has ensured that
there are no un-patriotic moves such as kneeling during their playing of the national anthem,
and have made sure that their national anthem playing for Game 7 of the World Series will
be a one to remember for a very long time.
Instead of taking a knee and showing disrespect to the primary American values like the protest
started by former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick, the MLB brought out the
Los Angeles Police Department quartet to sing the national anthem."
There's not much that could inspire more patriotism in an American than seeing 4 men
and women, who put their lives on the line for us every day singing about their allegiance
to the flag that they serve.
There were no doubt droves of much more higher profile and more experienced celebrities that
lined up to sing the anthem at such a high profile event, but none of them would have
been nearly as qualified to sing about what the nation means to them, and that's what
matters the most.
"Major League Baseball, despite seeing a rare amount of anthem protesting since the
trend started, have still seen success in toning down their protests, something which
currently seems impossible for the Football league to achieve.
But their protests have still come at a price, since the more they keep up with the protest,
the more their ratings are dropping, and outraged fans are doing everything in their power to
boycott the league with their wallets.
Starting from burning seasonal tickets to leaving the stadiums during games nearly empty,
the fans have also made sure to the major ratings plummeting by avoiding the TV game
streaming.
As if that was not enough, major sponsors have also pulled their advertisements from
the games, spelling even more bad news for the protesting players.
The MLB however seems to understand what disrespect such protests mean, and avoid doing it, but
at the same time, giving the honor of singing the anthem to police officers, which is an
action they deserve all of our support form."
Twitter immediately lit up with those who noticed the way the MLB doubled down on their
commitment to true American values.
Everyone who is anyone had to take notice of what was being said by the choice of singers
at the event.
It would have been very difficult to kneel, right in the face of the police officers who
were singing the anthem (not that anyone tried), and the MLB knew that. The crowd was going
wild.
They know what the gesture meant, and they seemed to be bursting with pride, right there
in Los Angeles.
In case you haven't guessed by now, America isn't happy with out of touch millionaires
telling us what we should and shouldn't pledge our allegiance to.
No matter what has happened in the world, America is still the greatest country on earth.
And it was made the best country by those who wouldn't tolerate anyone who tried to
tear down what we believe in.
Those who are protesting the National Anthem are doing so supposedly because of police
brutality.
Unfortunately, they seem to be confusing the justified use of force with brutality, since
the instances that they cite are cases that were found to be completely acceptable.
But since those who claim to identify with criminals didn't get their way on the rulings,
they're protesting the entire police force and everything that the flag stands for.
America stands for fair representation, trials by juries, democratic elections, and yes,
we stand for the National Anthem.
Those who have a problem with that can kneel if they want to, but they might find it's
easier to stand when they're in the unemployment line.
What do you think about this?
