anyways he was a CPA up in New York for a while I guess I don't know what's what

he said that's had to believe him he was a CPA in Florida for a while and he was

like one of them it's one of the managers there it was really weird kind

of place but he would help me out all the time I guess I would want to call

him my mentor even though he never was like patted I'll be your mentor you know

he was like 20 years older than me I was trying to get my CPA license he had his

CPA license for a long time he probably worked twenty thirty tax seasons under

his belt were this so I was going into my third tax season so he would help me

on the most practical things and what I really liked about how Jerry would help

me was you wouldn't just tell me the answer you know he'd be like wow you

know what do you want why do you think this or what do you think about that or

oh this is good umm I just just really certain things like I would give him

financial statements and I would have the income statement on the top and then

the bottom would be the balance sheet and he's like no no no no no no I'm like

why he's like it just is that he's like you know because you can glance and he

just gave me the reasoning so like I didn't learn that in squat and learn

that from anybody but Jerry and now it's like if I see an income statement if I

see some financial statements roll through and the balance sheet on top who

is this loser you know what he's doing so little

things like that some games played he had a lot of GP I'm getting my GP up I'm

sharing my GP with you GP his games played right so that's the

that's that's what pops in my head like he's definitely the one and got little

teeny big was like no balance she goes on top like no one else told me that no

one else thought that was important little stuff like spelling things

correctly on a tax return you know capitalizing the first word and leaving

the rest small on a tax return like oh it just oh it's just so cringy when I

see a tax return that has a misspelled like electricity's misspelled on the tax

return like cringe I mean just the little stuff like little he was just

little little detail wrong yeah it don't matter he's like no it matters like was

of things like I used to do like a tick mark like a check like if you're going

into a bank statement I would put a tick mark in front of it and goes no no no

you don't do that you go put it behind you put them behind you know I'm like

why everything was I was always like why

play a little fucking baby kid why but well you tell me you know because you

never know like it's like the tick can be mistaken for a number or a decimal or

whatever you just put it up behind and it's just so I started doing that and

there's probably so many more things that he there is there's so many more

things that I worked with him for about a year and a half I'm getting to is you

know and I saw how you leave a place you give your two weeks you tell the owner

and then Jerry was tell everyone else who worked there you know I'm moving on

and said I have nothing bad to say about this place I love my time here you know

I'm very very professional so I learned from example

how you leave leave leave a job you give your two weeks notice you don't say

anything bad about anybody because they just gave you employment and I mean if

you're not lazy work you know if you're a good worker there why why burn a

bridge over because you're done with it just a couple more weeks so I saw how he

how he handled his exit with class and I tried to do the same exact thing and

I've never had any thing bad to say about anybody who ever worked there

except the quote unquote with the screamer who was my boss who was one of

my bosses at this job who screamed at me in front of everybody and we'll get to

that one day because how's the moment I'm still like as a man is out after

getting bullied in middle school I said no more I said for any if anybody

anybody ever raises their voice at me I'm one knocked her head off and this

guy raised his voice at me and yelled at me in front of everybody but it was like

I wanted to see pay license that bad I was it but that's for another time

bad things dog bad things for reals fo realz bad things you think

you're gonna be like 140 pounds just scream at me in front of everybody dog

ah player nah oh you don't big boy me like that anyways I have a lot of issues

well I went to Jerry's office it was his last day it was like the afternoon you

know he's taking the boxes out there and I just went to his office and I said

like Jerry I just want to say like how think for how grateful how thankful I am

that you took time to teach me things to help me you know and and and to guide me

and stuff and it's very valuable and I really thank you for that and he said

you're very welcome you know dot or not and then he said he said you know in the

future going on just do what's right and you'll be fine and I was

okay and I mean just just do what's right and you'll be fine and I mean I

guess really that could go for almost any career or anything in life like you

have to internally be okay with your decisions like you have to sleep at

night you have to put your head on the pillow and specifically with with with

the counting and taxes and there is a law there's a lot of gray area you would

think maybe it's all just set in stone it's just numbers and every all the

rules are set in stone but it'll there's a ton of gray area where the IRS does

not really have a definite thing and there's not definite sightings and you

know there's pushing up saying you know there's just a lot of gray area clients

will always ask you to do stuff or you know they don't have a CPA license that

they work seven years on so where do they care they're like yeah just throw a

couple hundred grand on my tax return ain't no big deal eh I actually had

someone asked me just just to act two hundred thousand dollars onto their

income so they could get a house it's always about the house anyways we'll get

that in a suburb but so yeah when he asked me throw on 200k I'm thinking I'm

thinking I think what did Jerry told me Jerry told me just do what you think's

right and I was like oh this ain't even close to right like no but then you know

when a single mom comes in and she's got two kids at home and you know this or

that can I use this and it's kind of a gray area and I'm like oh man this this

woman's working so hard I'm like I feel like it's the right thing if I put her

in for this creditor I put her in for this expense like if I feel in my heart

that it's the right thing then I do it and I use that so that's what my mentor

told me you guys have a blessed whatever time

5 Places to Get Good Video Ideas in 2018 - Duration: 4:11.

- Coming up with new content ideas can be difficult,

especially if you're posting two blogs every single week

or if you're like me and then posting two new videos

every single week.

So how can you come up with new content ideas

without repeating the old ones?

In today's video, I'm gonna give you a couple strategies

on how you can come up with new content ideas

that your ideal audience is looking for.

Hey guys, welcome back to another episode

of Just the Tips.

My name is Trene if you are new here

and I help creative business owners like you get started

here on YouTube.

This is video two in a series I'm doing here on my channel

to help you come up with content ideas.

Last week, I shared 15 video ideas to help you

get started here on YouTube and today

I'm gonna share with you the ways I come up

with content ideas.

First way to come up with new content ideas

is to go to YouTube and I do this all the time.

I go to Google Chrome and I go into an incognito window.

This way YouTube isn't taking my previous search history

to effect my search results.

So then you just start typing in your video idea.

Start to type that into the YouTube search bar.

And YouTube's gonna prepopulate based on what people

are actually searching for.

And you can see like a wide list of ideas

that you can get from YouTube.

So that's the first way you can start coming up

with content ideas.

The second way to come up with new content ideas,

is go to Google Trends.

Just go to Google.trends.com and see what's trending

in your industry.

So if you're thinking about logging goals,

type that in, see if it's trending,

if it's gonna take off.

I know specifically coming up, Christmas is coming up,

so that's a tent pole event that's going to be taking off.

So maybe Christmas ideas for scrapbookers.

Christmas ideas for business owners.

And take a look at when that trend is taking off.

You wanna get your video out prior to the uprise

in that trend.

The third way is going to Google Keyword Tool Planner.

(laughing)

So this is one of my favorite ones.

Not only does it help me realize what the competition

is gonna be and how often that specific keyword

is searched a month, but it also spikes new content ideas

just by looking at the result it comes up with.

So you could type in any kind of keyword phrase in there

to see what Google has to say about

whether it's highly competitive, whether it's searched a lot

and then kind of just get some new ideas

based on other recommendations

that that tool has for you.

The next way to come up with content idea

is Facebook groups.

So I always like to do a poll in my Facebook group,

Video for Biz Crew, just to see what people want me

to talk about.

You could also post into a Facebook group,

"What are you struggling with x, y, z most?"

See what people are responding to.

Or even just go into a Facebook group,

go to that little search bar

and type in your niche, whether it's Instagram,

YouTube, blogging and see what questions

are popping up based around that key word.

And do a video on that.

And the final way is to look at what industry leaders

are doing.

So one of the industry leaders that I look up to,

a mentor of mine, is Tim Schmoyer of Video Creators.

So I take a look and see what types of videos he's doing.

Now I'm not going to copy those videos,

but I have a different spin on it.

I have a different audience,

I have a different way of teaching

and I have different thoughts on that topic.

So I'm gonna teach or share different content

than he would, but I know if he's talking about it,

that it's something that should be talked about

in my specific industry.

So who are some leaders in your industry?

Do they have a blog, do they have a YouTube channel

and what are they talking about that you could give

your take on?

So I wanna know how do you currently

come up with your content ideas?

The intel agency also highlighted the possiblity of additional missile launches... as active

movements of vehicles have been detected at a missile research facility in Pyongyang.

The NIS added the hermit kingdom is expected to continue its nuke tests and step up efforts

It's also reporting North Korea's leader Kim Jong-un reinforced surveillance of the regime's

events.

The two top diplomats are expected to discuss follow-up measures on mending bilateral relations,...

President Moon Jae-in's possible visit to China later this year,... and ways to restrain

North Korea's provocations and bring stability in the region.

The visit could possibly take place in mid or late November... after Kang's tour to three

saying the conflict will get worse

if India doesn't back off.

And that if not, war is inevitable.

Well, something terrible has just happened.

India's new defense minister is wrecking the inevitable war

by directly approaching Chinese troops at the border—

with kindness and understanding.

Just look at this video!

Do you know what Namaste means?

What would you say in Chinese?

We just say Ni Hao.

So I say Namaste.

Ok,

Ni Hao.

It's as if she views Chinese soldiers

as fellow human beings

equally deserving of love and respect!

How are they going to kill each other now?

No one is more upset, I think,

than my favorite Chinese state-run media,

the Global Times.

It's hard to say namaste to war.

Fortunately, damage was contained.

That video was posted on Twitter, after all.

And Twitter is banned in China.

Which seems like maybe a slight overstatement.

she also inspected a nearby airport.

And how about an accusation of some kind?

Surely it's none of those things.

Because you've got to trust the Global Times when it says,

"India is not a major focus

for China's strategic ambition."

Not at all.

Because it's not like China and India

are in a competition or anything.

Even though they both are the most populous economic powerhouses in Asia.

Okay, well...

the Chinese regime may be a bit jealous that

Chinese people seem to love Indian culture so much.

Since "One of the most popular movies in China over the summer,"

was the Bollywood hit Dangal.

And obviously there's a little bit of competition in the Indian Ocean.

India is looking to buy US drones

to counter all the Chinese navy activity there.

And President Trump does seem to favor

selling weapons to India.

And who could forget the competition

of which world leader would go first?

You know, maybe state-run Chinese media

don't have much to worry about.

Xi Jinping replies to Kim Jong-un's congratulatory message: N.K. state media - Duration: 1:52.

The leaders of China and North Korea exchanged friendly messages following Xi Jinping's re-election.

Their relations had been frosty as the regime escalated tensions with Seoul and Washington.

But that may change rapidly.

According to our Kim Mok-yeon, China may even be have a top official visit Pyongyang.

On Thursday, North Korean state media reported that Chinese President Xi Jinping has replied

to the message North Korean leader Kim Jong-un sent to congratulate the Chinese leader for

securing a second five-year term.

The Korean Central News Agency reported that in the message sent by Xi on Wednesday, the

Chinese leader expressed hope that relations between the two countries can ultimately make

a positive contribution to regional stability.

This marks the first time in over a year that President Xi has sent a personal message to

the North Korean leader.

Political experts say this news could imply a softening of the two countries' relations,...

which have worsened amid North Korea's continuous missile and nuclear provocations.

(KOREAN) " We can't come to a conclusion that North

Korea-China relations are getting better, but with U.S. President Trump urging China

to cooperate in solving the North Korean issue, we can say that China is willing to do more

in taking a decisive role."

After the news broke out.

South Korea's Unification Ministry said that there is a possibility that a Chinese government

official could visit North Korea as the Chinese Communist Party's 19th Congress just ended.

Speaking to reporters on Thursday, a senior ministry official raised the possibility,

saying China had previously sent an official to the North following the CCP's 18th Congress

five years ago.

The official stressed that since the end of this year's congress, China has been clearly

making efforts to improve ties with South Korea, but added that it is still unclear

how Asia's largest economy would deal with North Korea.
