Windows Vista is bad we will get started right after this
I'm sure since Windows Vista was released in January of 2007 you've heard
something about it and surely not in a good way
by now it is widely accepted that Windows Vista is bad let's dig into the
details of why
Bull had a great ad campaign that successfully sent the message Windows
Vista is buggy and difficult to use let's watch one of those commercials as
it highlights a very specific pain point for Vista users hello I'm a Mac Mac is

allow allow he's part of Vista my new operating system PCs have a lot of
security problems so he asked me to authorize pretty much anything I do

wind 9x and win inti codebase to deliver a stable user experience on a platform
with broad hardware and software compatibility to both home users and
businesses this goal was somehow overlooked with Windows Vista common
Hardware was determined to be incompatible with the new platform by
2008 XP was acknowledged as the most widely installed operating system to
make matters worst low cost netbooks were on the rise and those systems
simply didn't have the resources to run Windows Vista
adding features can mean adding lines of code this can lead to what is
traditionally referred to as software bloat not to be confused with the
practice of bundling software on new PCs at the time a fully updated installation
of Windows XP had an estimated 40 million lines of code at launch an
installation of Windows Vista had over 50 million lines of code
due to this bloat Windows XP performs better than Vista on the same hardware
nobody wants their new PC to run slower than their old PC this may be why OEM is
offered in XP downgrade on some systems shipped with Vista
with Windows Vista came a new method of memory management the old way of
thinking is that free memory is good and a program that uses a lot of memory is
clearly bad we want all the free memory we can get for when we go to run a
program the general idea for how Vista manages memory is the opposite free
memory is wasted memory so it should be used to increase the overall performance
of the system for anyone familiar with computers at the time it looked like
Windows Vista was consuming all the available memory for no apparent reason
albeit we do see this in modern times with browsers like Firefox and Google
Chrome back then it was unheard of and just
another reason not to switch from XP some features of vista you can see and
interact with like the arrow interface and start search but those cosmetic
changes are not enough to warrant switching from Windows XP the improve
stability refined driver model and better memory usage are all invisible to
the user it's hard to feel good about a purchase when the benefits are

Now with this practice in the last few years,
I've seen it evolve so much to where we

stands out above anyone else,
obviously the number one would
be the Mini Sleeve because it's trademarked.
I think number two is probably
our compassion for our patients.
How we truly do see them through
their whole weight-loss journey.
We know that each one is going through a different journey
and so we try to stay right there
with them and guide them the right way.
Some people struggle with their weight
for other reasons and have other medical conditions
and so we try to cater to each one
specifically and individually.
With the office environment here
at the McCarty Weight Loss Center,
some of our patients are more accommodated
with a larger chair and so all of our chairs
here are bariatric friendly.
Our lab, our phlebotomy chair,
all of the chairs in our nutrition rooms, our lobby,
everywhere you go in this office
there is a bariatric friendly chair, just in case.
We don't ever want anyone to feel uncomfortable
or unwelcome, so we try to structure our office
to where it's very warm and inviting to each patient.
