I'm going to show you how to get tender and tasty pork ribs with crispy skin.

I prepare the marinade, I cut the ribs
I put them in a mixing bowl
I add: 1 tsp of Chinese five spice powder
1 tsp of garlic powder
½ tsp of ground pepper
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of Shaoxing cooking wine
I mix
I cover with cling film and I let it rest for 2 hours in the fridge
Now I prepare breadcrumbs with fresh bread
I cut it into pieces
I put them on an oven tray
I dry them in the oven to 150°C for about 20 minutes
I take them out and I let them cool for 30 minutes
I put them in a mortar or in a blender to crush them
I sift them to keep only the fine breadcrumbs
I beat 2 eggs with ¼ teaspoon of salt
I take out the pork ribs from the fridge to bread them
I take one piece of pork
I first cover it with a thin layer of flour
The flour allows the egg to adhere
Then I dip it in the egg
The egg binds the breadcrumbs
Finally I cover it completely with the breadcrumbs
I start frying
I pour 50cl of oil in a pan heated over medium-low heat
When the oil is hot, I put the ribs
I fry for 7 minutes on two sides
When they are golden brown and crispy, I remove them
I put them on paper towels
The crispy ribs are ready!
You can enjoy them with a bowl of jasmine rice.
