Hi to all lazy ones! Today I will tell you about myself!

I was born in Omsk city (In Siberia) I'm the only child in the family.

My parents were always supporting me. I never asked them a permission

to do something in my life, I was only informing them.

They said: "It makes no sense to hold you back...

You will do it anyway!"

I finished school with good grades, but never loved studying there.

Especially I didn't like math, physics and literature.

At school we had a psycho-educational class

And last year of my studies

I took second place in regional Olympiad on psychology

in Omsk region.

And I could enter university as a medallist in the faculty of psychology of Omsk State University.

But I refused this opportunity!

I studied for 3 years in a music school for guitar class

But dropped out of it. My rebellious spirit rebelled against the post-Soviet music school.

I didn't like the rules there, I didn't like to attend it.

I graduated from Omsk State Technical University

My specialty was called "Advertising of industry and technologies"

But I realized very quickly that

I'd be little something will be able to learn there

And I started working in addition to my studies

To this day I do marketing!

I'm married. My husband is Swede. He is 2 years older then me.

And as you might imagine, he is the reason for my stay here in Norway

Because he has been living here in Oslo for 8 years

By the time of shooting the video I visited 27 countries

But the older you get the more often there is a dilemma

to go to a country you really liked

or to go to some new country

I'd really like to visit

different tropical islands.

Also want to go to Hawaii

Now I really want to find time

to learn sketching, lettering and professional video-shooting

But unfortunately now I have another priorities.

Immediately after University I went to work in Egypt

Worked there 9 months. Mainly in an Italian entertainment team.

Right after Egypt I went to work in Germany

I was leaving between 2 countries. The company I worked for was producing laser marking components

And for selling on the Russian-speaking market

I learnt all laser physics and optics

I regret that I didn't study in an art school in my chilhood

Because I really like to paint! Also I regret that

while working in IKEA, I didn't use the opportunity to learn Swedish for free.

And the last thing I regret

that I didn't start to film for YouTube earlier

Main beauty secret. I curl up my lashes, but not with a special device like everybody

I curl them up with a needle

My mom taught me that when I was 14.

I actually don't know how to show it in front of the camera...

My idols are Victoria Beckham, Jennifer Lopez.

I like Gisele Bundchen and Sarah-Jessica Parker as well.

I generally like all the girls with non-standard appearance

who proved this world

that can achieve everything.

My shortcomings

I'm very emotional. And I don't accept everybody unconditionally

I can't say about myself

that I love everybody and have forgiven all people.

There is a huge room for improvement.

First time I went abroad at the age 19,

I went with the bus from Omsk city to Frankfurt om Main

It took 5 days (5000 km).I don't know how I survived then.

Payed for this trip my favorite teacher

who was living in Germany. I went for 1 month to her

"I love you Natalia Davidovna!"

I speak English, a little bit of Italian and now a little bit of Norwegian.

A skill I'm proud of

I type without looking at the keyboard

both Cyrillic and the Latin alphabet

The point of this videoblog is to share with you

that knowledge, those skills, those tips

which used to help me and help me now to make my life better.

To become me more harmonic person

And I want to share it with you

Of course I realize that I can not be liked by everybody.

I'm not a 100$ banknote

I can't film more videos, because YouTube is like a full-time job

It's to film only one video. I have another job and another income.

Of course a blogger can earn good money

If he or she has 300 K followers

you can film more. But I don't have these sponsors so far

Starting from February til September I earned 118 dollars (on views)

Beginners Weight Loss Tips (Fat Loss) - Duration: 4:04.

what's up guys it's Matt from Macro lean and in this video I'm going to be

talking about weight loss tips for beginners. If you're at the beginning of

your weight loss/ fat loss journey and you don't know where to start

these three tips are going to show you the path to take. I've got your back

so let's get into it! Tip number one is addressing your

nutrition. This comes first in any weight loss/ fat loss goal or changing your body

composition in any way, we have to look at the calories and we need to start

tracking our food to see what's going on. It's like budgeting! If you have to save for

a house you would have to look at you're in goings and outgoings, to see what's

going on with your bank account. And it's the same with calories coming in and

coming out. We need to check your finances when you're saving for a big

thing like a house deposit and we need to check the health finances when we're

trying to lose body fat and change our body for the better.

so I would advise downloading the app MyFitnessPal or if you want to go old

school? Just writing stuff down and seeing what you're eating. From there we

can see how much food we need to maintain our current composition, our

current weight, our current body fat percentage and we can adjust into a

calorie deficit. Before we start getting confused about calorie deficits,

maintenance numbers and calorie surpluses. Start tracking your food just to get the

feel, the idea of what it feels like to see what you're eating. Start looking at

food labels and looking at the calories, the proteins, the fats, the carbs, the

macronutrients and becoming more familiar with nutrition. With nutrition

numbers, with nutrition info as a whole. Once you've become more familiar with

that, then you need to place yourself into a calorie deficit. That means

consuming less calories than your body currently needs to maintain its current

composition. When you do that with a good amount of protein you will start losing

fat consistently.

Second tip is super simple and super boring, and it's getting hydrated.

I advise women to be drinking about two to three liters of water a day, and guys

about three to four liters of water a day.

why??? because when you're hydrated your body works better. Your cells are plump

and full and they can pass around vitamins, micronutrients, minerals and they can do

their job better. Better functionality! so many times people ask me "Matt how do I

drink more water???" Guess what?? You get a bottle of water, you get a glass water

and you start glugging early in the morning and you keep drinking until you

hit your quota for the day. Being hydrated helps with everything, it helps

with digestion, it helps with detoxing. Every waste product that leaves the body

does so via water. Drink more water yo!! This will help with better functionality

and in turn it will help with fat loss and weight loss!

The third and final tip is full-body workouts if you are starting your weight

loss and fat loss journey and you're going in the gym and doing stuff like

bicep curls or you're doing ABS you are spinning your wheels. So many times

I see people in the gym who are heavily overweight and they're wasting their

time . You want to get in the gym, get the biggest bang for your buck and get the

fuck out! So what do you do? Well do stuff like squats, deadlifts,

push-ups, pulling exercises like rows or lat

pull-downs. Stuff that is working a multitude of muscle groups. These are compound

exercises. You want to be doing full-body routines three to four times a week in

conjunction with a calorie deficit and drinking lots of water. If you do that

with consistency and you're a beginner you are going to see progress. You're

gonna see crazy progress if you've been eating the wrong kind of foods,

overeating you haven't been moving, you've been sedentary. If you start

implementing all these three things into your life you're going to see progress

very very fast. That's my three top tips to lose weight, to lose fat as a beginner.

then I got the still a huge extreme lash mascara I absolutely love this mascara

it's one of my favorite mascaras in the world and it's $23 for the full size but
