Last Saturday I went to Qlimax with Imara, Sarie
Lisa and Britt of course
This was my first time Qlimax
I had a fantastic night
This was for sure the best indoor party of 2017
definitely
Because we brought Britt to Qlimax as a surprise for Iem and Saar
that was making the night even more special
But there was more
Phuture Noize came as surprise act and
he is one of our favorites of this moment
so that was also my favorite of the night
also Sub Zero Project was my favorite
they had also a good set
People came from all over the world, all over Europe
I've seen people from Italy
Germany
the UK
So that's also nice
That there are so much dedicated people
The night went so fast
It felt like we've been there for one hour
But we've been there from eleven pm till half past five am
Unfortunately we saw Gunz for Hire for like five minutes
and we missed N-Vitral
But the rest of the night was nice
Next year I'll be there again

I love going to exotic places all
across the globe but just thinking about sitting in one seat for many hours makes
my butt hurt now as I'm preparing this script. When I recently went to South
Africa for my visit to Johannesburg I was very concerned about the condition
my body would be in by the time I walked off the plane. On my way to South Africa
I was lucky enough to be flying standby for a very little price. Standby is
excellent when it comes to the price of the trip but there are two things that
are very worrisome when it comes to getting these cheap tickets number one
is if I would actually get on because if that plane gets full of people who are
paying full price or even luggage slash cargo that was completely paid for they
will consider the weight of the plane and if you and the paid cargo combined
is tipping your scales, the plane may take off without you the other concern
is that if you do manage to get on a plane they may toss you in any seat that
is still available which means you can wind up sitting very far away from your
companion and even worse squeezed in between two strangers that might be
overweight a chronic offer or just smelling bad. I could have taken South African Airlines
to get to South Africa and have a guaranteed seat,
like I had for my way home but to save the money and time in the air I gave the
stand by flight a chance, And man old man was not a great idea. Because when we did get
confirmed for the flight we got the hook-up from a friend behind
the counter and got put up in Delta one.
Delta one is the most exclusive cabins in the sky.
This was not just any ole hookup! As soon as we saw how fancy the seats were,
I pulled out my phone to do a price check on this flight. No lie,
the joint was a jaw-dropping ten thousand dollars for our one-way, 15-hour trip!
The advertisement said it combines the best features of business clients and
first-class into one Delta experience. Now Delta one is an international
business class product available on all international long-haul flights as well
as transcontinental flights between New York and Los Angeles or San Francisco
the term delta first-class is still used to describe the premium cabin or shorter
domestic flights but with me being up here I made it my business to make the
most out of this experience

The main benefits to delta One was the meal service in the air,
and the only u.s. carrier to offer LIE-FLAT seats
on every long-haul flight that's right I didn't have to sit up I was able
to lay completely flat like in a twin size bed.
Was it the most comfortable bed I've ever laid in?
Not by a long shot! But was it the most
comfortable way to fly? Yes Yes and Yes! By the time I ate and looked at a movie
or two while getting tipsy then dozing off to sleep 15 hours felt more like 4
to 5 hours I swore before we actually landed that I
was going to realize that something went wrong with their tracking of the
different time zones and we had at least another 8 to 10 hours to go but I was
wrong it really did take all of the chore out
of the long flight. If I ever get everything my way there is no way I
would sit up in a seat ever again. Being able to afford 10 G's for my
long-distance flights is a new goal of mine. And the flight attendant, She took
good care of me. She told me how happy she was to see "one of us"
up in the Dope Seats. I took her she always has to serve snobs up in those
seats and me being a cool dude that I am made her feel a lot more relaxed and her
and I talked about everything from the best places you see in South Africa, her
job, we crack jokes, and she even looked out for me when another flight attendant
tried to serve me a dish that did not look up to par. I mean the strawberries
missing off the top of my pie but she just walked by to make sure my dessert
was to my liking and she was furious when she saw what the dessert lady gave
me she took mine and came back with a smoking-hot pie with a fresh piece of
fruit and let me know that others get treated like royalty up there that I
should too. I wouldn't have even noticed that if she didn't point it out but I'm
happy she did lastly she introduced me to something it seems like I would have
already known about which was a mixture of coffee and Baileys Irish liqueur I
know what I'll be drinking on flights from now on when I have to fly at night
that was icing on the great experience cake that is Delta one for long haul in
most cases the seats are arranged in Reverse herringbone configuration
meaning all c's point towards the center or towards the window this is among the
best ways to increase privacy because no traveler is directly facing another
however our sisters were herringbone configuration the footrest on the
seats pointed towards the aisle instead of away from it it decreased our privacy
but our faces were closer to each other which
made talking back and forth a lot more simple than it would have been the other
way around we left Atlanta about 8:00 at night and after a short while I begin to
get late most people in the area started dozing off or settling in for the night
I was already just for pure comfort so I just sat there and turned on the TV that
was planted in the side panel the first thing you see is the amount of time the
flights have left but also our excellent selection of TV shows Premium TV shows
movies and a few touchscreen video games and there was a few super old movies
that I had not kept up with and I wanted to see I plan to watch a few and type on
my laptop but by the time I got to the third act of guardians of the galaxy -
which was my first movie I was starting to doze off - the next morning the
flight attendant walked me up to serve me breakfast again the food was very
impressive this is around the time I realized that we actually were about to
get off the plane in another three hours I cannot stress enough how fast the
flight seemed if the amount of time sitting on a plane is what stopping you
from going to Africa I suggest you do it at least once so you can see how the
flight is just not as long as you may be making it out to be and it was not only
because I was laying down cuz on my way home we did take South African airlines
and we was not able to get luxury seating again a few movies a few drinks
and a nap or 2 - and you'll be home and this plane made a stop in Dakar Senegal
and it still did not seem so long I wish I could have gotten some video footage
of the window over Dakar but it was so late at night when we got there that the
video would have just been pitch black there are a few more places in South
Africa that I can't wait to get to you I plan on being in Cape Town
then Durban by March through May of 2018 and if I can of course I will try my
best to get there there Delta One!

días en la revista forbes que están
empezando a suplantar a gente en sus
tiendas por algoritmos es decir esto es
el futuro
esto es hoy está pasando hoy esto es el
presente y en cinco años esto va a dar
otro giro entonces es una las partes que
tenemos que tener muy controlado en
marketing estoque que me decías de
bueno pero son emprendedores y muchachas
tengo la percepción de que estas
herramientas que suenan a tecnología el
futuro no están disponibles para
emprendedores y son los tiempos una
falsa percepción y en temas de
inteligencia oficial te digo exactamente
lo mismo es decir si tú me dices que si
yo tengo que invertir ya tienes ni comer
se invertiría us 99 dólares al mes por
el sistema de inteligencia artificial
que aprenda y recomiende productos a
otros usuarios
yo lo haría eso está a día de hoy
disponible no olvidemos que la
transformación digital provoca dolor
dentro de la zona
y supone muchas veces lo que están
haciendo es reemplazar y poniendo porque
si te das cuenta
en la mayoría de grandes empresas
quiénes son las personas los puestos
directivos más altos que los clientes
son personas de perfil económico
financiero pero nunca tecnológico marco
guineano y esto está pasando estas
empresas que están haciendo esta
reforma fiscal pone la tiene en los
puestos más fuertes personas de
tecnología y de marzo y está
funcionando entonces eso es uno de los
cambios que va a ir sucediendo también
la que ha gustado el video

What Is Life's Biggest "Trap" People Fall Into - Duration: 4:31.
Imagine you are 50 years in the future.
You come to a car-sales event to purchase your very first self-driving autopilot car.
These cars will revolutionise road safety, having far better reaction speeds and split-second
decision-making capabilities than a human driver.
However, the sales agent explained to you that in the extremely rare event of an unavoidable accident
it will sacrifice you as the occupant if it can save more people
and minimise life casualties as a result.
Say if, one day, while you are driving along, an unfortunate set of events
causes the car to head towards a crowd of 10 people crossing the road.
It can't stop in time, so it will avoid killing 10 people by steering into a wall,
killing you in the process.
You're like, No way, I'm out.
And you leave the event without purchasing the car.
You see, this is the ethical dilemma of the self-driving car.
WHAT IS LIFE'S BIGGES TRAP, PEOPLE FALL INTO
Researchers have done polls on large groups of people on different ethical scenarios
when it comes to self-driving cars.
The results are interesting, if predictable.
In general, people are comfortable with the idea that self-driving vehicles
should be programmed to minimize the death toll.
Yet, they actually wished others to cruise in utilitarian autonomous vehicles, more than
they wanted to buy utilitarian autonomous vehicles themselves.
People are in favor of cars that sacrifice the occupant to save other lives—
as long as they don't have to drive one themselves.
As a result, by using an AI that prioritises minimisation of road casualties, the opposite
may occur as fewer people will buy these self-driving cars, leading to more road casualties
due to human driving.
In fact, it is not far-fetched to suggest that if the AI cars are instead programmed
to selfishly protect its owner at all costs, more lives will be saved as people are more
willing to buy these cars!
Quite a counter-intuitive idea.
Here's another similar case.
We all know about animal rights activists and their fight against animal testing and
experiments right?
Their arguments make sense on the surface:
Animals cannot give consent.
Humans can.
So long as informed consenting adults take part in these experiments instead,
it's a win-win situation.
There are already human volunteers for clinical trials of drugs,
so why not use humans across the board?
Now, let us look at the actual steps of new drug development.
See the pre-clinical trials?
That's when we test the drug on animals in-vivo or in-vitro to evaluate its safety,
toxicity and efficacy.
As you can see, a good 60–70% of newly discovered medical drugs get eliminated
because they're deemed unsafe.
Human trials only come after that.
The very same people who fight against animal experiments
are not willing to be the first-line guinea pigs to replace these animals,
just like the case for self-driving utilitarian cars.
Now obviously, unethical practices and unnecessary cruelty to animal test-subjects
should be punished.
That's common sense.
I don't even know why I felt the need to insert this disclaimer.
But I can say, without a doubt, that if all animal testing is banned, there will not be
enough human volunteers to achieve anywhere close to an ample sample size
required for accurate research.
As a result, more drugs out in the market would be unsafe,
more harm would be done instead of good.
And we're talking about harm affecting literally millions of people around the globe.
So what's the moral of the story?
Ethics and morality are not straight-forward.
The biggest 'trap' people fall into, is thinking that they are good people,
simply because they want to do good.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but having good intentions does not mean
you are actually doing good.
Especially if those good intentions are bred from emotional reasoning.
You lose sight of the big picture, and get tunnel-vision, as if looking out from the
bottom of a well.
Sadly, not everyone understands this.
For a society to thrive, these people should not be allowed important positions,
where they can make decisions for people.

Hi. Today I will show you how to make kanzashi angel.
I made it by request from my viewers.
Detailed list of all needed items is in the description of this video.
Cut a square out of ribbon. 50mm x 50mm.
Burn the edges.
Fold it in a half.
Fold the corners to the top.
Fold in a half.
Cut off a corner,..
...burn the edge and press it (to glue it).
Cut of a back of the petal,..
...burn the edges and press them.
Cut a square out of ribbon. 38mm x 38mm.
Burn the edges.
Fold it in a half,..
...again in a half...
...and one more time in a half.
Cut off a corner,...
...burn the edge...
...press it.
Cut off a back of the petal...
...and burn it.
Now make a similar petal but use ribbon which have 25mm in width.
Glue a small petal inside a big petal.
Make 4 pairs of petals as this one.
Now glue 2 pairs together.
Glue them to the biggest petal.
Glue a pom pom to the top.
Glue a rhinestone between the wings.
Now the second version.
Glue small petal inside big petal, but this time make only 2 pairs.
Glue a pair of petals to the small petal.
Glue them to the biggest petal.
Attach a head.
Finally, glue the rhinestone.
And it's done.
These angels will be a perfect decoration for Christmas tree.
You can also use them to decorate the centerpieces, greeting cards or create a lovely hair decoration.
