Melania Decorates Tree On Thanksgiving And Gets Grossly Attacked When Libs See There On a Closer Loo - Duration: 5:26.

Melania Decorates Tree On Thanksgiving And Gets Grossly Attacked When Libs See What's

There On a Closer Look.

Thanksgiving traditions take many shapes, depending on your upbringing and the activities

that you hold dear.

Americans across the country might be doing anything from quarterbacking the friendly

game of family football to blocking for grandma to keep the good Black Friday sales from getting

stripped from her cart.

At 1600 Pennsylvania Ave though, they're keeping it pretty classic and decorating for

Christmas.

While the President rarely takes a day off from the constant problem solving and history-making,

the First Lady has a somewhat more enjoyable task of getting the entire White House ready

for the Holiday season, and they consider Christmas to be the biggest part of that.

The Trump Family has made it clear that they're not shying away from religion or continue

trying to make the White House completely PC, the way their predecessors did.

They're going to be saying "Merry Christmas."

They're going to be making a big deal about the celebration of the birth of Christ, which

isn't sitting well with liberals.

Daily Mail reports on the Christmas preparations:

"It is the most wonderful time of the year – and it appears first lady Melania Trump

is already full of the festive spirit.

The 46-year-old mother-of-one began preparations for Christmas at the White House this week,

first receiving the official tree on Monday, along with her 11-year-old son Barron, and

then beginning the all-important task of decorating it – and the building itself.

Melania shared pictures of herself, taken across a couple of days, on Twitter in which

she can be seen hanging ornaments on a tree, putting some finishing touches to a bow on

a wreath, and admiring the traditional gingerbread White House along with the official pastry

chefs who are responsible for preparing the tasty creation each year."

Despite being the picture of class, kindness, and dignity, liberals still love to hate on

Melania Trump for what almost anyone would consider to be petty reasons.

Since you can't actually bash a person for just not being who you want them to be, they

persist in picking her apart.

You'll notice in the reports on the First Lady's Christmas Tree decorations, that

the fact she is wearing a coat seems to be constantly pointed out.

"Chilly?

Interestingly, Melania was pictured wearing a coat in several of the snaps, despite being

indoors, including this one where she was shown the official gingerbread White House.

Melania even managed to maintain a suitably-wintry outfit while decorating, opting to keep a

warm coat on, despite being inside the White House.

Some of the pictures, which show Melania admiring the gingerbread house, and then decorating

it with a tiny wreath made of icing, appear to have been taken shortly after she and son

Barron oversaw the arrival of the official White House tree.

In them, Melania is wearing the same festive red turtle-neck sweater, black trousers, and

knee-high leather boots she was pictured in when the tree was delivered to the White House

– as well as the same warm red-and-blue plaid coat she had on to keep out the winter

chill.

Others show FLOTUS in a chic beige dress as ties a bow on a wreath and puts up official

White House-themed decorations on a small tree – which she does while wearing a matching

collared coat, again despite being indoors, with her hair left in loose waves around her

shoulders.

Melania shared the images on her official Twitter account, along with the caption, 'Preparations

are underway to celebrate holidays at the @WhiteHouse."

So what exactly are the liberals problem with the First Lady?

By all accounts, she should be loved.

She's an immigrant, she was a single woman in New York who made a name for herself in

one of the most competitive jobs in the world.

She's college educated and speaks multiple languages, and doesn't tell other people

how to live their lives.

Feminists should be flocking to her if they really believed what they said the believed.

The problems that liberals have with Melania Trump are simple really; she's not Michelle

Obama, and she's married to Donald Trump.

And even though the liberals and feminists swear up and down that they would never tell

someone who to love, they tell her not to love President Trump, and even though they

would never define a woman by a man, they define her by him.

Thankfully, she doesn't seem to care that much what people say about her.

"It has certainly been a festive week for the Trump family; on Tuesday, the president

and his wife hosted the annual National Thanksgiving Turkey Presentation during which he pardoned

a turkey called Drumstick as is tradition in the White House.

While addressing the crowds at the event Trump, standing alongside Melania and Barron, pointed

out that in his first ten months in office he's worked to overturn the executive actions

of his predecessor, President Obama.

'However, I have been informed by the White House counsel's office that Tater and Tot's

pardon cannot, under any circumstances, be revoked,' the president joked, name-dropping

the heir and the spare of last year's turkey pardon."

Its sentiments like that; the complete disregard for appeasing the easily triggered that makes

liberals hate him, and because they hate him, they hate her.

The fact that this indivisible unit is serving God and country together, unphased by the

livid liberal masses angers them even more.

This Thanksgiving, whether you're trimming a tree or just trimming the odds you'll

ever fit into your skinny jeans again, be sure to give thanks for a First Family who

doesn't back down when bullied and stays the course, making America Great Again.

what do you think about this?

Intermittent Fasting Made Easy - The Mistakes I Made - Duration: 8:20.

hey guys it's Kevin Kreider more than just muscle in this video this is going

to be intermittent fasting made easier and the mistakes that I made

what is intermittent fasting intermittent fasting is a restriction of

food so you can be in a fastest and slight ketogenic state for about 16 to

24 hours and a day and then you have a feeding window it can vary from four to

eight hours or even ten hours for a feeding window depending on what

variation of intermittent fasting you choose number one the mistake I made

which you can avoid is that I did a water fast I did a complete water fast

where I didn't have any coffee or any teas or even lemon water and I just

avoided everything I mean I don't you barely even have water because I was

like oh it's fasting you're not supposed to have water either so I would just

basically make it really hard on myself and I would end up a little bit

dehydrated too cuz I was afraid of drinking even water too at the same time

and that's a really strict fast but what I did was I even had a little bit of

water but I didn't know you could have endless amount of water too and it's

really important to stay hydrated during intermittent fasting so that's a mistake

and it can make it easier for you to adhere to number two is that I tried

eating super clean on this now what's the problem with this with intermittent

fasting when you try to eat super clean and only Whole Foods

that's not very chloric Lehi and it's very dense so you'll end up eating very

little amount of food because you have a shorter window to actually eat and you

get full or faster too when you eat just basically baked chicken and a little bit

of rice and some vegetables your caloric intake is gonna be super low so you're

gonna be super lethargic too and you gonna need one room while your Energy's

lower and you're not losing a body fat because your metabolism starts to halt

and it slows down and you're not gonna lose more body fat after the initial

boost of fat loss so you will actually end up feeling worse because you're just

so deprived of energy because the intermittent fasting allows you to eat

more calorically dense foods and in a shorter period of time and because

you're eating super clean you're just not gonna eat as much instead of being

at a 500 cal caloric deficit everyday you might end

up being at like a thousand or 1,200 caloric deficit every day and initially

you lose a lot of fat but eventually you're gonna just hit a wall your

hormone levels are gonna drop because you're not getting enough fats in there

your calorie intake super low so your energy starts to deprive I mean your

energy starts to get lower and you just will come to a halt when you're getting

really angry very fast number three I didn't give it enough time I only gave

it about two to three weeks because I was like oh I'm getting results but I'm

afraid I'm gonna lose muscle fasting causes muscle loss your seed all of the

magazines have protein every two to three hours wake up in the middle of

night because you don't wanna be in a fasted state and you'll lose muscle

protein and your body starts attacking the amino acids and using it for energy

through gluconeogenesis and all this kind of stuff okay we're getting way

ahead of ourselves it usually happens after at least 24 hours of constant

fasting and the thing is we're doing a modified version of fasting it's called

intermittent fasting so what you want to basically do is just ease your way into

it really you just skipping breakfast and what that allows you to do is your

hormone level shift you're all the sudden letting your sympathetic nervous

system tick in which releases epinephrine norepinephrine growth

hormone levels start to increase you get sharp focus eventually over time but

you're used to basically having an insolent surge first thing in the

morning because you have breakfast and then you started kicked in the

parasympathetic nervous system which gives you a little bit more authority

it's your food digesting if insulin rises from your growth hormone level

shut down more give your body enough time to readjust that you've had about X

amount of years of eating a certain way it's gonna take a little bit of time for

you to get to the other side which is the benefits of intermittent fasting

give it at least 30 days try now guys I eventually messed up with intermittent

fasting those getting great results number four is that I stand in track my

calories and macros I eat whatever I want and now here's the thing for fat

loss all you have to do is worry about the caloric intake for physiques and

basically trying to get aesthetics macronutrient ratios do

and then at that point so the example if you're a physique competitor

macronutrient ratio is definitely matter you want to get enough protein to the

ratio carbohydrates and fats and depending if you want to take a step

further based off your body type of changes so you really want to keep track

of your caloric intake because what I would end up doing this going through

all these you can eat sushi buffets and state buffets and just keep eating

within this time part for him and I did eventually gain some body fat i abused

it so keep track a little bit especially in the beginning get used to eating the

same amount of foods but the thing is what intermittent fasting does it allows

you to eat a variety of great foods and stay consistent with it every day until

you get a hold of it until you start losing body fat and gaining the physique

you want number five the fifth mistake is that I thought it was a diet it's not

a diet it's just the way to structure your food to make your current way of

eating and the diet that you're on if you choose to be on a diet more

enjoyable and flexible for you it gives you oh because you're only fitting your

meals into two meals and all the calories in the two meals instead of

three four or five you end up eating more foods because I found that at times

there were times where I was like oh my god should I have this burrito these

this burgers and fries or so that the chicken salad chicken with salad and I

was like I looked at my my tracker and I was like wow I think I need the burger

the fried sorry I need more calories today so that's how you up didn't

foods that are good for you slash more foods that aren't really that good for

you but you need the calories you're gonna make the trade-off in the

decisions in that moment for yourself but that is a mistake that I made as I

thought it was a diet just like everybody else did and I was like oh

this is a bad diet what's gonna happen what what are they gonna tell me not to

eat and what are they gonna tell me what to eat this doesn't tell you what not

see a month eat it's just the way to structure how you eat that's all it does

doesn't tell you to do anything else it's all up to you cuz you do

intermittent fasting for fat loss you can do it for mental power you can do it

for bulking it's a great structure that makes it into your lifestyle which I

love about intermittent fasting and number six this is a doozy I drank too

much coffee during intermittent

I drank too much coffee so say Oh a bunch by appetite it feels great this

I'm just gonna keep drinking coffee off throughout the day we do warrior dive

style ride only one meal a day but I'm gonna have like six big cups of coffee

about the other day problem what that is too much caffeine will raise insulin

levels about 200 milligrams of caffeine start to raise the insulin levels and

you might as well just have carbohydrates or any type of food so I

really recommend keeping your your caffeine intake below 200 milligrams

unless you're about to worked out and you're about to be in a fasted state and

you want to work out so you can go a little bit high over the caffeine

because you're about to break your best anyway and because you're working out

you're getting a little more insulin insulin sensitive and by the time you

have that first meal your insulin sensitive everything's heightened and

you can absorb all that food and it's just a great thing to notice is that too

much caffeine can mess you up a little bit and then you become depend on it and

the caffeine and coffee don't do the same effects like kicking your

sympathetic nervous system which is more energy and it will also then reduce your

food cravings but then you get used to it and then the same amount of caffeine

doesn't reduce your food cravings so I recommend not having too much coffee

about two to three cups at the most while you're doing intermittent fasting

and then maybe a little bit more right before you work out on the days that you

work out so guys I hope you enjoyed this video please subscribe to my youtube

channel I have an awesome free book it's called the intermittent fasting handbook

fuelie muscle in strength you can download it in the link above it's free

this is a free ebook coming right into your hands and into your computer or

whatever laptop you choose it's free to take and it'll guide you how to do

Kinnaman fast and better based off the time day that you want to workout and

everything and I hope you enjoyed this video please subscribe to my youtube

The Real Philosopher's Stone: Turning Lead into Gold - Duration: 5:44.

[♩INTRO ]

When you hear "philosopher's stone," the first thing that comes to mind might be

Harry Potter trying to stop Lord Voldemort from using it to restore his power.

But the idea of a philosopher's stone has been around for thousands of years.

For ancient alchemists, it was their ultimate goal in life: to create some kind of object

or process that could turn common metals into gold.

They mainly focused on lead, and the recipes they came up with were as numerous and bizarre

as the alchemists themselves.

Some called for things like urine, bones, and cat hairs.

They never actually succeeded in their quest to achieve transmutation—the conversion

of one element into another.

Or in creating an elixir that would make them immortal, which is the other thing they thought

a philosopher's stone might be able to do.

These days, we still can't make ourselves immortal.

But with some serious equipment, we can change atoms into different elements.

We can even turn lead into gold.

Elements are defined by the number of protons their atoms have in their nuclei.

Lead has 82 protons and gold has 79, so to turn lead into gold, we would have to somehow

force it to lose three of its protons.

But that's not simple.

The forces that hold nuclei together are incredibly strong — I mean, literally, they're called

the strong force.

If an atom's protons want to stay together, all the cat hairs in the world aren't going

to break them apart.

But they don't always want to stay together.

And in the early 20th century, scientists discovered that sometimes, one type of atom

will suddenly turn into another.

In 1903, physicists Ernest Rutherford and Frederick Soddy noticed that some thorium

in their lab had converted itself into radium.

We now know that's because thorium is radioactive, meaning its nucleus is unstable — it doesn't

have a good balance of positively-charged protons and neutral neutrons.

[pic on TB]

To fix this, radioactive nuclei eject small particles, which is what we call radioactive

decay.

That lowers the energy needed to keep everything together, so the nucleus becomes more stable.

And some forms of radioactive decay change the number of protons in the nucleus — and

therefore, the element itself.

In Soddy and Rutherford's lab, thorium, which has 90 protons, underwent alpha decay,

losing two protons and turning into radium, which has 88 protons.

Supposedly, Soddy said: "Rutherford, this is transmutation!" and Rutherford replied,

"Soddy, don't call it transmutation.

They'll have our heads off as alchemists."

Soddy was right, though: it was transmutation, and we now know it happens all the time with

radioactive elements.

But creating gold was another matter entirely.

In 1923, Japanese physicist Hantaro Nagaoka was studying the structure of atoms by looking

at the light emitted from them when they were excited by electricity, and realized that

it might be possible to turn mercury into gold.

Mercury has 80 protons — just one more than gold — and Nagaoka believed that with enough

energy, you could rip protons off the mercury atoms, forcing them to turn into gold.

During one experiment, his team applied about 15,000 volts of electricity to mercury, and

detected a small amount of gold in the residue.

Their work caught the eye of German researcher Adolf Miethe.

He was intrigued because he'd found gold in the residue from a mercury vapor lamp.

So Miethe modified Nagaoka's experiment and ran a current through a mercury lamp for

nearly 200 hours.

He claimed to have made gold, and even filed a patent for the process.

But, there were many, many criticisms of his methods, and efforts by other scientists to

replicate his findings failed.

Researchers weren't completely sure mercury could turn into gold until the 1940s, after

they'd figured out how to force atoms to release particles by bombarding them with

tons of extra energy in the form of neutrons.

But there was a problem—the isotopes of gold that mercury turned into were radioactive.

Isotopes are atoms that have the same number of protons but different numbers of neutrons.

They're the same element, just lighter or heavier.

The isotope of gold we mine from the ground isn't radioactive, but plenty of the isotopes

we can make artificially are.

These particular radioactive isotopes were heavier than natural gold, with 119 or 120

neutrons instead of the usual 118.

And they actually decayed back into mercury, through a process that involves ejecting an

electron and turning one of their neutrons into an extra proton.

So, by the 1940s, physicists knew how to turn mercury into gold.

It was radioactive and unstable and not the kind of thing you could make coins or jewelry

out of, but it was something.

Turning lead into gold is a lot harder, though.

The lead nucleus is pretty stable — it can hold a lot of neutrons before it becomes radioactive,

which is why we use it to shield nuclear reactors.

But once it does become radioactive, it undergoes a type of decay that makes it gain a proton,

turning into an isotope of bismuth.

And we do know how to turn bismuth into gold.

In the 1980s, researchers used carbon and neon nuclei to blast protons out of a sheet

of bismuth.

They produced nine different isotopes of gold, and the team was confident they'd transmuted

at least a few thousand atoms.

But a few thousand atoms isn't much.

I mean, we're talking less than a billionth of a billionth of a gram.

That would be some very small bling.

If this all sounds like a lot of work to create a tiny amount of gold, that's because it

is.

Using these transmutation methods, it costs tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars

to produce miniscule amounts of gold — usually radioactive gold.

I know gold is expensive these days, but that just doesn't seem worth it.

And yet, we're still performing these kinds of experiments all the time, because even

though it isn't a very good money-making scheme, we can learn more from them than the

ancient alchemists could ever have imagined.

For example, in the late 1980s, researchers at CERN discovered that the nuclei of some

of the lighter isotopes of gold have different shapes — some are close to spherical, but

others are much more deformed.

And physicists are still trying to figure out exactly how that works.

So even if we aren't able to make vast quantities of stable gold, I guess you could say we finally

did discover the philosopher's stone — or maybe, the philosopher's particle accelerator.

It's not making money or turning us immortal, but it is teaching us a lot about physics.

And we didn't even have to use pee or cat hair to make it happen.

America's Sex Predator Central; Wall Street, DC & Harveywood - Duration: 7:46.

A Wall Street multi-millionaire has a lawsuit weighing in against him claiming that he lured

three female models into a brutal sex dungeon.

Joining me now to talk about it is RT correspondent Brigida Santos.

Brigida, this is, the stories get crazier everyday, coming out of Washington, I see

your Al Franken this week, now he's targeted and the story is a really ugly story against

Frank.

And so let's bounce now to Wall Street.

We bounced to Hollywood, bounced to Washington, now let's bounce to Wall Street.

What's this case about?

So, 62-year old Howard Rubin is a Wall Street millionaire.

He has worked at the George Soros Fund, and also at Bear Stearns.

He is accused of beating and raping three models, and of leading an organized human

trafficking ring.

Now these allegations are very serious.

These women allege that he had repeatedly lured them to his penthouse and to other locations

under the guise of companionship, or conducting photo shoots with him, and when they arrived

they say that he drugged them, gagged them, raped them, beat them, and even so badly in

some cases that one of them required reconstructive surgery.

Another one had broken ribs.

And that he covered this up with the help of some of his associates.

Now, the plaintiffs say that he violated several laws, including the racketeer influenced and

corrupt organizations act, and also the trafficking victims protection act because he created

this enterprise to rule them in, abuse them, and then cover it up.

And of course, he is denying all of these allegations and now countering by saying that

these women are trying to extort him for money, Mike.

Yeah, the good news here, Brigida, is that when you look at these stories, it's always

a case of, you know, if you go back in time, these women, and whether it's the Al Franken

story, whether it's the Roy Moore story, the [inaudible 00:02:00] Weinstein, you name it.

These, most of the time, the women had nobody within their circle that was giving them any

kind of support.

There was nobody saying, "Look, I'm here with you, you know, we'll work through this together."

This case ... But now we see that changing, now we see, you know, whether it's, you know,

a reporter in the Al Franken case, somebody who Roy Moore knew in Alabama, whether this

character on Wall Street.

It always turns when somebody having enough courage to come forward first.

And you know, what's wrong with that, is it should have happened a lot, it should happen

a long time ago.

There should be support for these women and say, "Yes, go do this now."

But this is another classic case of a rich, powerful person thinking that he can get away

with what he wants.

These stories are all about non-consensual sex acts like we saw with Harvey Weinstein.

Do you know the extent of Howard Rubin's wealth and power, and how did that work to intimidate

maybe these people involved?

He is one of the most well-respected men on Wall Street, and in fact, his deals have been

featured in The Big Short.

He has also boosted Bear Stearns' sales by $295 billion, so he's a very powerful man.

And in fact, in this case, you said that people were not on these women's side, it's even

worse than that, because two female fixers were pretending to be on the side of these

women by finding them on Instagram and sending them messages saying that he was a very nice

man, and if they ever felt uncomfortable, that they would still be allowed to be paid

for those photo shoots, and they could leave at any time.

But in the case, this did not happen, and he also intimidated these women by allegedly

hiring somebody to hack into all of their social media accounts, to change their passwords,

their billing information, and even tamper with some evidence so that he could force

them to settle and change it so that they could not file criminal actions against him,

Mike, so these are very serious allegations.

The problem is, this doesn't stop simply by people having to pay money.

This character can pay as much money as he needs to pay.

It stops when they're prosecuted.

It stops when they have to go to prison, and that's the only thing that stops this idea

that they're above the law, that somehow their wealth and their affluence, and their influence,

puts them in a class of their own and they can do with what they want.

But there's another side to this.

The other side is the holier-than-thou types.

We're seeing them in Washington all over the place right now.

Giving speeches about how wrong sexual harassment is.

Again, I come back to the Al Franken story.

He's news right now for sexual harassment too.

I mean, what's this story about?

Isn't this another situation where "I'm Al Franken and I have this big name, and I have

this power and therefore I can do what I want to do."

This is an ugly story.

What's your take on that story?

Al Franken, of course, is the Democratic Senator from Minnesota, he has been accused by a female

reporter, Leeann Tweeden, of sexually assaulting her in 2006 by kissing her without her permission

and sticking his tongue in her mouth, and then taking a photo of himself groping her

while she was asleep.

And that photo has been made public.

And I want to mention that this incident happened two years before he joined the Senate, when

he was still an actor.

It was while they were on a USO celebrity tour in the Middle East.

They were in a play together, they were supposed to be rehearsing a scene in which he does

kiss her, but she said that they did not need to rehearse that kiss and he decided to kiss

her anyway without her permission.

Now, Franken has come out and apologized.

He said that he regrets taking this photo, and that he did do it.

Yeah.

Look, Howard Rubin's attorney is also being accused of covering up Howard's sex dungeon

penthouse.

How is she being roped into this, and what's the story behind those allegations?

That's very serious.

Very serious.

Yes, it is.

... for the attorney to affirmatively get involved in that.

What's your take?

Yes, so Lifat Schnur is a former Brooklyn Prosecutor, and he was hired as Rubin's attorney.

Now he's the one who drafted up these Non Disclosure Agreements for the models to sign,

prior to the models ever meeting Rubin, so they did not know what they were getting into,

and once they met with him, Rubin then worked with Schnur, the attorney, to try and cover

this all up.

And in fact, Schnur has also been accused of obstructing justice, of intimidating the

witness, and even getting involved in another criminal case involving one of these models.

He somehow was able to get himself as her lawyer, which is obviously a conflict of interest,

Mike.

Yeah, I mean there's some lines a lawyer should not cross.

One is to get involved in the cover up, one is to get involved in the process of victimizing

these people a second time.

So you know, hopefully when this is all over, they don't just pay out money, really what

needs to happen here, in order to change things.

What needs to happen, is they probably need to share a cell somewhere.

And then the next time somebody thinks that maybe they're so powerful, maybe their political

position makes them so important.

Maybe they have so much money that they think they're above the law, they'll think, "Well

you know what, Howard ended up in prison."

Or some of these other people that have been called out, they end up with something more

than having to pay fines.

That's really what it's going to take to change this culture.

Brigida, thanks for joining me.

Magneto Apologizes to Charles / Plane Scene | X-Men Days of Future Past (2014) Movie Clip - Duration: 3:00.

Fancy a game? It's been a while.

I'm not in the mood for games, thank you.

I haven't had a real sip in ten years.

I didn't kill the President.

The bullet curved, Erik.

Because I was trying to save him.

They took me out before I could.

Why would you try and save him?

Because he was one of us.

You must think me so foolish.

We've always said they would come after us.

I never imagined they'd use Raven's DNA to do it.

When did you last see her?

The day I left for Dallas.

And how was she?

Strong.

Driven.

Loyal.

How... how was she?

She was...

we were...

I could see why she meant so much to you.

You should be proud of her, Charles.

She's out there, fighting for our cause.

Your cause.

The girl I raised was not capable of killing.

You didn't raise her, you grew up with her.

She couldn't stay a little girl forever, that's why she left.

She left because you got inside her head.

That's not my power.

She made a choice.

But now we know where that choice leads, don't we?

She's going to murder Trask...

they're going to capture her...

and then they're going to wipe us out.

Not if we get to her first.

Not if we change history tomorrow.

I'm sorry, Charles...

for what happened.

I truly am.

It's been a while since I've played.

I'll go easy on you.

Might finally be a fair fight.

You have the first move.

Why Do We Shiver? - Duration: 3:54.

It's almost winter where Squeaks and I live, which means it's starting to get much colder

outside!

And that means it's time to get out our jackets and mittens and hats.

Sometimes, when I get too cold, like if I forget my hat one day, I start to shiver.

Maybe that's happened to you, too: when we shiver, we shake back and forth, and can't

stop even if we try!

Shivering might not be very fun, but it's an important way for our bodies to keep us

warm.

See, no matter how cold or hot it is outside, the insides of our bodies have to stay at

about the same temperature all the time.

That keeps our bodies comfortable and working properly.

So our bodies have built-in ways to keep our temperature pretty much the same no matter

what it's like outside.

For example, if you get too hot, like if you're running around, you're probably going to

sweat.

And that sweat helps to cool your body down.

Well, shivering does the opposite of sweating: it helps to make our bodies warmer when we

get too cold.

Heat is leaving your body all of the time, even though you don't usually notice it.

You know how when you have a hot bowl of soup, sometimes you can see the steam rising from

it?

That steam is some of the heat leaving the soup as it cools off.

And the same kind of thing happens with our bodies.

We don't give off steam, but there's still heat leaving our bodies!

When you wear a jacket or sweatshirt, the heat gets trapped between your body and the

clothing.

This trapped heat helps keep your body from getting too cold.

If it's really cold outside and you're not wearing a jacket, then there's nothing

to keep the heat from escaping into the air around you.

After a while, the temperature inside of your body will start to go down a little.

When it gets down far enough, you start to shiver.

I Shivering starts in a special part of your

brain that controls your body temperature.

Once this part of your brain gets the message from your body that you're starting to feel

pretty chilly, it sends out a message of its own to different parts of your body to fix

the problem.

And it sends this message without us having to do a thing.

Shivering is a good example of a reflex — something our bodies do without us having to think about

them.

If someone tosses a ball to you, and it's a little too high, and headed right toward

your face … look out, Squeaks!

[Someone off-camera throws a ball at Squeaks.

Or something else.

He ducks.]

There's a pretty good chance that you're going to duck, and probably close your eyes,

too, without even thinking about it!

Ducking and bling are reflexes, and they help to protect your head and eyes from getting

hurt.

With the shivering reflex, your brain keeps your body from getting too cold by telling

your muscles to move.

You probably already know that your muscles help your body move around.

And moving muscles give off heat.

That's one reason you get hot when you exercise.

When we shiver, our muscles move in a different way than when we walk or lift something.

They get tight and then loose really quickly, over and over again — they keep squeezing

and relaxing.

When our muscles move this way, they can make our bodies shake back and forth.

That's shivering!

Meanwhile, we usually also do other things to get warm, like put on more clothing, or

wrap up in a blanket.

Once our bodies get warm enough again, that special part of the brain sends a signal to

the muscles to stop moving, and we stop shivering.

Of course, the best way to keep from shivering in the first place is to wear warm clothes.

Wearing more than one layer is a good way to keep especially warm, because each layer

can trap more heat.

We can also wear mittens and hats to keep heat from escaping from our heads and hands.

All this talking about keeping warm reminds me: we need to dig our warm jackets out of

the closet!

C'mon, Squeaks — let's go!

10 Reasons Why the Mainstream Media Won't Cover the Las Vegas Shooting Anymore - Duration: 4:13.

10 Reasons Why the Mainstream Media Wont Cover the Las Vegas Shooting Anymore

It was the worst mass-shooting in American history, and despite a curious public hungry

for answers, the entire tragedy remains shrouded in mystery and the mainstream media seems

intent on keeping it that way.

The Las Vegas shooting, which left 58 dead and 546 injured, should remain as a top news

story if only because of how many questions remain unanswered.

But then again, given the massive inconsistencies in the case from the official timeline

changing multiple times to the coincidental deaths of 4 witnesses maybe they WANT

the story to go away.

Here Are The Top 10 Mysteries That Could Be Scaring Away The Media:

1.

The official timeline of the shooting, as released by authorities, has changed at least

three times.

Whereas the mainstream media seemed complacent as the inconsistencies mounted, it took a

rogue independent journalist to ask tough questions at one of the LVMPDs press conferences:

2.

Just a week before the mass shooting, the alleged shooter Stephen Paddock wired $100,000

to an account in the Philippines.

3.

Paddocks hard drive was missing from his laptop, according to investigators who searched

his hotel room.

4.

The shooter had also apparently taken multiple cruises to destinations in the Middle East.

5.

It has now been confirmed by authorities after being denied for a month that an officer

actually fired his gun into Stephens hotel room, despite claims that Paddock killed himself

before police broke down his door.

6.

Jesus Campos, a security guard at the hotel, was alleged to have been shot in the leg while

Paddock was still alive.

However, a spokesperson for the clinic Jesus was treated at said they had no record of

treating him.

7.

Even more mysteriously, Jesus had been scheduled for multiple TV interviews after the shooting,

but abruptly cancelled them all after allegedly leaving the country.

Alexander: Jesus Campos was believed dead at some point, after three more key witnesses

have died in mysterious circumstances in the weeks following the shooting.

When he returned, however, he was quickly welcomed to the stage of the Ellen DeGeneres

Show, where he was asked softball questions:

8.

It was also revealed, during an interview on Fox News, that prior to Paddock firing

out of his hotel room window, police had responded to Campos being shot in the leg and were already

outside of Paddocks room.

As of yesterday it was that two we knew about Campos but there were two other

police officers from MGM that were on the floor prior to the shooting, said Craig

Eiland.

9.

The MGM Grand allegedly has a corporate watch center where employees receive training

to identify odd or suspicious activity.

This, of course, begs the question: how did no one notice Paddock bringing 5,000 bullets,

27 rifles in 10 different bags up to his room?

10.

On October 31, 2017, when Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov drove a pickup truck through New York

that left 8 dead and more injured, countless videos and images were released, identifying

the suspect to the public.

To this day, not a single photographic piece of evidence has been released showing Stephen

Paddock entering or exiting the Mandalay Bay hotel.

The media may hope that this entire fiasco just disappears out of the public consciousness,

but those of us who demand answers will not forget so easily.

Best Tech Backpack 2017 - Duration: 5:06.

what's up guys my name is Mario and on this video we're gonna check out this awesome

backpack that I picked up for $30 probably one of the best backpacks that

I come across towards the end of 2017 that will cost you under $30.00 so let's

go check it out and see what this backpack is all about so one of the

things I got my attention about this bag is the actual design the actual gray

with the black makes this backpack looks awesome and very stylish right in the

back you actually have you have additional comfort and pretty good

cushion it's gonna allow you for more support especially we carry some heavy

items here and when you actually lay it down towards the back if you actually

have you but your electronic gadgets this is gonna give additional protection

you can actually attach your sunglasses your classes your ID your car keys

anything you carry you can actually hook it up here and on this side you can

actually attach your cellphone so that's another feature to have

now attaching your cell phone here I wouldn't recommend that you do it all

the time but it is a good temporary location to store your phone when you're

moving around and right towards the end it's gonna have additional support with

additional stitches that is gonna allowed this backpack to be more durable

and on the bottom you have another strap that you're gonna be able to use to

attach it to your luggage when you pull out the handle you can actually secure

this bag to your luggage so it doesn't fall it moves around when you actually

travel a lot now let's go check out some of the compartments and you're gonna get

with this bag so right in the front you're gonna get one small compartment

now this is not gonna give you a lot of room to store items but you can actually

store like for example your keys if you carry some gum something that you use on

your daily basis that you have to pull out a lot throughout the day this is a

perfect place to store it if you have your charger and something small that's

gonna fit in here and you have to access all the time

one thing that I like is that when you actually slide the zipper up is it

actually slides right into this small pocket giving this a very cool design

now let's move into the first compartment of this bag one thing that I

like about it is that it actually sleeps all the way to the front so it actually

gives you access to see what's inside this first compartment now you're not

gonna get a lot of small pockets in here if you need a bag that has a lot of

compartments and small pockets this is not gonna be the bag for you I don't

like to have a lot of pockets because it's really hard to keep track of items

and know where they are trying to find them when you're looking for them it's

just a hassle so very simple right here you

- sockets you can put your phones you can put a portable hard drive you can

actually put some pants if you carry like a notepad or paper you can actually

store it here it does give you a little bit of additional a storage this

actually extends a little bit you can store a little more items in here like

your headphones you can just throw them in here now that we're done with the

first compartment is let's move to the most most important compartment on this

bag which is to wash the bag this one actually opens all the way from almost

on top to bottom so towards the top on the right hand side you're actually

gonna have a larger pocket size which is going to be a see-through mesh material

this isn't going to allow you to actually see your items and very easy to

find like you jump drives any cables anything that you need that is small you

just store in here and it's very easy to find down here you have two more

compartments where you're gonna actually store the portable power bank that

you're gonna use for this backpack you're gonna hook up the included cable

that came with the actual I'd use report that goes to the outside of the bag

which we're gonna cover in a second and running those the solar side it has it's

a little bit bigger compartment I can actually fit my small camera I have a

Sony a 5,000 mile and I can actually fit it in here the actual size of this bag

is not real big but it's not small you can actually fit some bigger items in

here as well if you need to and one on this side you can actually put your

action to your tablet it has one sleeve with a little bit of protection and in

the back you have another sleep compartment with more protection where

you can actually put a computer up to 15 for 44 inches and what I really like

about this bag is that it comes with two elastic straps that are actually gonna

hold it the laptop secures so if you happen to open this the wrong side the

actual computer is not gonna slide off the bag and it's gonna hit the floor and

it's just gonna break shut out to this company for adding this feature this is

a great feature to have especially on this bag so as I was mentioning right on

the outside you're gonna have a USB charging port you can actually connect

any of your devices that are compatible with the USB connection you can just

plug it in here and on the inside the older cables going to connect to your

portable power bank and to finish it all off one more feature that this bag has

is that this is actually water-resistant so keep in mind this is going to be a

great tech bag that you can take with you so if you're out in the rain

this is gonna protect all your tech gadgets all right guys this was my

review of this awesome backpack if you guys want to go check it out I leave a

link in the description below of you to the Amazon website let me know your

questions starts on this backpack I would love to hear what you have to say
