And today I'm going to share to how to make Vegetable Daliya which can turned up to into a balanced food
So let's see what all ingredients are required and how can we make it
Cauliflower Finely Chopped, Cabbage Finely Chopped, Coriander Leaves, Sliced Onion, Chopped Green Chilly,
1 Cup Roasted Porridge, Thoroughly washed ¼ Cup Split & De-husked Pink Lentil (Toor Dal)
In spices I need Salt, Cumin Seeds & Coriander Seeds Powder
Take pressure cooker, add1 tbsp Cooking Oil
As soon oil heat up add ¼ tsp Cumin Seeds
Add Sliced Onions
Now the Onions are brown so we'll add all the vegetables
After cooking the vegetables for 2 mins, now we'll add porridge in it
Adding Pink Lentil
Stir for 2 mins and then add spices in it
You can add spices as per your taste
I'm adding Salt & Coriander Seeds Powder in it.
For spiciness I've already added Green Chilli along with vegetables
You can add Turmeric Powder or can avoid it
Mix all the spices well
I've added Turmeric Powder in it to give some colour to it.
Now we'll add Water to it and will pressure cook it for 3 whistles
Add 3-4 Cup water in 1 Cup Porridge
Now cover it with lid and let it cook for 3 whistles
Here we have Veg dalia ready
Make sure that its consistency shouldn't too thick or liquid
You can relish this either in breakfast or lunch
Because it has all the nutrients like Minerals, Vitamins, Carbohydrate, Fat & Protein
If you are giving this dalia to kids or to the person who want to gain weight
They can add Clarified Butter on top of it
But those who want to lose weight
They can have it like this because it has less oil in it which is beneficial for them
You can have 1 medium size bowl of this dalia
So our hot and yummy veg dalia is ready
