One of my favorite things about Japan is that

no matter where you've been

there's always new secret spots to explore.

Today we're going on a trip to one of those hidden spots

To Kumano, a coastal city that's backed by rolling mountains

and home to Kumano Kodo a UNESCO world heritage site

And one of the most breathtaking pieces of history I've ever seen.

This time around I made a few new friends

including Notto from Thailand

while filming a new NHK show about Kumano city that will air in a few weeks here in Japan.

We're taking you guys behind the scenes

sharing our first look at the beautiful spots of Kumano.

Hey guys

We are here a world heritage tour.

These original stones here are from over 800 years ago

And then above us, these trees,

were planted, what, 100 years ago?

Yeah, they're quite new!

We've walked along the generations of 1000 years!

And by walking through here, a lot of people before

They would think that if you walk through here and pray

and reflect and feel the nature and feel the energy

That somehow

You become...

REBORN!!

Notto here is kind of like my senpai!

He's also in grad school, studying in Tokyo.

Yes, in Tokyo.

We are drowning in the Tokyo city life

So this for us is kind of like

a chance to see nature and truly be...

...REBORN!!

As with many local spots in Japan,

the stories behind a place are often best told by the local people who live there.

In our case, we're lucky enough to have Matchan

and her loveable, hiking sidekick Rin-chan

who are experts in guiding Japanese and English-speaking travelers who come to visit.

Rather than rushing to the top

I want you to take your time

and really feel the history as you climb!

What we learned from them is that the Kumano Kodo

is a stone trail and famous historical path of prayer

that leads through the mountains, past three grand Kumano shrines

and finally north to the world-famous Ise Jingu shrine.

Throughout the trail the stone formations change

based on which historical period they were constructed in

Changing from small hand-size rocks to large stones that can weigh up to two tons

See this crazy wall?!

We were walking on this and I didnt even notice

until our wonderful guides Matchan and Rin-chan pointed it out but

It's at least 3 or 4 huge rocks thick

people carried all of these rocks by hand

and lined them up in a zig-zag pattern

which is what makes it stable/safe to walk on.

The crazy thing is that there's nothing in between!

There's no like mortar. There's no cement

Somebody designed the placement of each rock

which is quite the feat!

I thought I was in shape!!!

The path has many different trails

but along the way Matchan took us to an extra special secret spot for a break.

So we just came to this new terrace

right at the edge of the forest, before the ocean.

You can have coffee, a snack, or a mikan.

The guy who's running the place here said

the people here in Kumano city don't get sick

because not only are they surrounded by this beautiful nature

but they're eat great things

like the Vitamin-C in mikan.

After a long walk its perfect!

Refreshing and just a little bit sweet!

But that's not the only food you'll find in Kumano!

After dropping of Rin-chan

We followed the trail which took us down towards the beach

and into the actual city.

Where a local restaurant is using yuzu

and other local flavors in this delicacy: Sanma Sushi

It's really good he doesn't even taste like fishy at all

This is like so clean and fresh and delicious delicious tasting I can't even say I'm so I like happy right now

Oh my gosh this may very well be the most

beautiful place I've ever been to in Japan!

What a beautiful beach out here!

This beach isn't made of sand, but rather, tiny pebbles

Do you hear the waves coming in???

And the sound of the waves slowly sucking the pebbles back out to sea.

Matchan told us how she used to race across the beach

so we decided to have a race, too!

But eventually we headed in for the day.

Today is Day 2, and we are going to start

some new adventures in Kumano.

I've heard that today we might go to the onsen!

L: Onsennn~~?? N: The hot springs!

We're going to get started and get on this train!

Wow, it's so cute!!

This adorable little train is completely battery powered

and it used to transport minerals from the local mines

but today it's actually used for something else!

The train just pulled up and look at this!

It's the cutest, tiny little train!

I'm TALLER than this?!

But today... WE'RE going to ride inside of it?!

Can I fit inside of this door?

Let's find out!

I fit, guys!

We're going to depart soon!

Oh!! That startled me!!

Guys there's like a staircase in the tunnels!

Today this little train is used to take people to

the nearby hot springs!

But I am NOT taking you in there with me!!

Instead we did some crazy things afterwards like

biking on the train tracks back to where we started

And eventually climbed to the top

of another portion of the Kumano trail

Once at the top we found something amazing!...

We found...

We found this...

We found this VIEW!!!

We're in the most beautiful place EVER!

We're in Kumano City!!!! YEAH!

I love living in the city and being close to everything,

but when I escaped it in places like Kumano

that's what really helps me recharge.

Ahhh it's impossible!!

That's what makes everything worth it!

The one thing that gets in the way of the latter is that we are so focused on being

unworthy of the attention of the divine that we oftentimes forget that the Divine might

need our attention too.

Here are a few things that you need to pay attention to as to form a healthy conversational

relationship with the divine and You.

Using Images and words which are familiar

While conversing with the Divine, people often get confused and messed up on the meaning

of complex things.

The good news is that one can request the Divine to send messages in the form of examples

or images which are familiar to us and more straightforward to our understanding.

Write down everything and don�t be judgmental

Many things won�t make sense to you right away and it would be beneficial to have them

noted down so you can revisit them.

Also make sure that you are open to all the possibilities.

Focus the attention on yourself

Don�t fall victim to diversion, thinking about other people and their lives.

It is your time and you should be focusing on your own self only.

Don�t be afraid to ask

It is a good thing to be curious and you can ask as much from your soul and the divine

as you want without feeling embarrassed.

Stay in the present moment

Your chores, your commitments would still be there after you are done talking to yourself

so keep those thoughts at Bay and focus on the present.

Don�t be shy or embarrassed about asking uncomfortable questions.

There is nothing new for the divine and you�d be better informed once you�ve dared to

ask the question.

Think about how you can have a better conversation and be present and respectful to the divine.

Wound Dehiscence After A Tummy Tuck-Dr.Hourglass - Duration: 6:28.

Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Superhourglass.

Today we are going to discuss: Wound dehiscence after a tummy tuck.

In this channel, we will discuss everything you need to know for you to get the hourglass shape

you've always wanted.

Wound dehiscence is a post-operative condition that happens when the wound splits open along the incision.

During the tummy tuck, an incision will be placed on the skin and the essential arrangements

in order to extract the excess skin and fat and tighten the abdominal wall muscle.

After the surgery, the incision is closed and sutured.

During the recovery period, you may experience wound dehiscence, which happens when the edge

of the incision opens up prior to the complete healing of the wound.

You can decrease the risk of wound dehiscence or completely avoid the condition with proper care

from your doctor and by following the surgeon's instructions.

The common symptoms of wound dehiscence after a tummy tuck surgery include bleeding from the incision,

unending or severe pain, swelling that has expanded beyond the surgical site,

a rise in body temperature, or a sudden and complete opening of the incision.

Wound dehiscence after a tummy tuck can be caused by a number of factors.

Choosing your plastic surgeon carefully can help prevent the condition, but still these can happen.

The common factors that can cause the complication include diabetes, carelessness during the recovery,

application of force or pressure to the surgery area, age, poor skin quality, poor suturing of the incision,

and being overweight and not walking with your hip flexed after the surgery.

The condition may also occur if the surgeon removes the sutures before the wound has healed.

Also, when you contract an infection after a tummy tuck, it may lead to the opening of the incisions.

You must follow the surgeon's instruction and be extra careful during the recovery to avoid infections

and infection-induced wound dehiscence.

Some severe health complications like diabetes, obesity, and poor wound health have been found

to be among the factors that can cause wound dehiscence after a tummy tuck.

The use of certain medications like blood thinners, poor lifestyle,

and smoking can also trigger wound dehiscence.

The treatment of wound dehiscence starts with the administration of antibiotics, which is followed

by surgical debridement to clean the area.

The damaged, infected, and dead tissues will be removed, and the incisions will then be closed

and sutured properly to make sure the condition doesn't happen again.

After the treatment, your health will be monitored for several weeks.

Also, you must change your surgical dressing regularly to avoid wound dehiscence from recurring.

Once again we are getting word on just how lax, and downright negligent former President

Barack Hussein Obama was when it came to our nation's national security and its interests.

Today we are seeing the warning about the Uranium One deal with the Kremlin which was

issued on December 21st, 2010.

Barack Hussein Obama was already President then and Crooked Hillary Clinton was a year

and a half into her tenure as his Secretary of State.

The Uranium One deal which allocated a sizable portion of United States uranium reserves

had just been awarded to Russian government-controlled interests.

The deal made no sense.

It weakened American security and it also made the Clinton Foundation, and the Clintons

themselves, very rich via donations and Bill Clinton speaking arrangements made by Russian

corporate interests directly tied to this deal.

Warning letter to then-President Obama:

Republican Senator John Barrasso from the great state of Wyoming first sounded the alarm.

But as usual Barack Obama, his administration, and much of the establishment mainstream media

chose to ignore the dire warnings.

But today they are worried about so-called Russia collusion because the left wing lost

the 2016 Presidential election.

Fascinating, don't you think?

Trump-Russia Collusion Is Fake News — Fire Mueller, And End This Bogus Investigation

Russian Scandal: Special Counsel Robert Mueller has a tough job.

After all, how can you prove allegations of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian

officials to influence our 2016 presidential election when, from all evidence after a year

and a half of investigation, it didn't happen?

Naming Mueller to head the investigation was a huge error.

His investigation should be shut down and Mueller sent home.

Off This week's stunning revelation that Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National

Committee funded the fake Trump/Putin dossier, filled with outright lies, exaggerations and

misleading information, is the final straw.

For it shows that not only were Hillary Clinton, the DNC and her lawyer, Marc Elias, lying

when they denied any involvement in the phony dossier, it showed that they — not Trump

— were deeply, perhaps criminally, compromised by collusion with Russian officials.

In Hillary's case, in 2009 she promised the Russians a "reset," and then over

the next two years proceeded to help them build their own mini-Silicon Valley with U.S.

funding and expertise, and approved the sale of Uranium One, a Canadian company that controls

20% of U.S.-based uranium supplies, to Russia's state-owned nuclear monopoly, Rosatom.

If that isn't dizzying enough, then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, her husband former

President Bill Clinton, and their Clinton Foundation charity took in millions of dollars

from Russian entities and the grateful executives of Uranium One, who were taken over by the

deep-pocketed Russians.

It was a classic example of illegal pay-for-play, and yet neither President Obama's Justice

Department nor his FBI found anything wrong with it.

Fast forward to 2016, and Hillary and the DNC retained Fusion GPS to dig up dirt on

Donald Trump.

Fusion then hired former British spook Christopher Steele, a man who, as former head of the Moscow

desk for Britain's MI6 intelligence agency, has deep espionage ties in Russia, to do "research"

on Trump.

What they got instead was innuendo, half-truths, distortions, exaggerations and just plain

gossip — much of it from Russian "sources."

And yet, this phantasmagorical bit of research became the basis for a full-blown investigation

of the Trump campaign's supposed ties to Russian officials and their interference in

the 2016 presidential election.

With each new revelation in recent weeks, it has become ever clearer that the collusion

that took place wasn't on the part of Trump, but Hillary Clinton and the Democrats, who

have been playing a double-game with the Russians since at least Obama's first term.

That's the real collusion here.

Typical of how the progressive left works, they have accused their opponent of the very

thing they are guilty of: colluding with a possible enemy.

This is where Robert Mueller comes in.

Mueller himself was head of the FBI from 2001 to 2013.

But from 2009 to 2013, all sorts of alarms were going off over the apparent influence

peddling by Hillary Clinton while serving as secretary of state.

The Justice Department, headed by die-hard leftist lawyer and Obama loyalist Eric Holder,

did nothing.

Nor did Mueller.

Fast forward to 2016.

Mueller's successor at the FBI, James Comey, did do something: He paid Fusion GPS, which

received funding from Russian sources, for its bogus "research" on Trump.

That research also became the basis for the equally bogus investigation headed by Mueller.

Yet, as we said earlier in the week, it's now clear that the real Russian collusion

was among Hillary and Bill Clinton, their Clinton Foundation, the DNC, Democratic operatives

and bagmen John and Tony Podesta, Fusion GPS and James Comey.

Not Trump and his campaign confederates.

When a legal mistake of this magnitude is made, it must be undone.

That's just what Congress is doing right now.

In recent days, both houses of Congress have unveiled investigations into the Uranium One

deal and possible pay-for-play deals at Hillary Clinton's State Department and her family

Clinton Foundation.

Just Thursday, Sen. Chuck Grassley, the Iowa Republican, called for naming a special counsel

for the Uranium One deal and the related financial shenanigans.

He's on solid ground here: In a new Rasmussen poll, 51% of likely voters said they believe

"it's likely that Bill and Hillary Clinton or their close political associates broke

the law in their dealings with Russia."

In the meantime, however, the purely political investigation of Trump led by Mueller since

the start of this year has gone nowhere.

It should be ended immediately, and not just because they've found nothing or that the

original basis for the investigation has been tainted by being funded by the Democrats,

FBI and Russians.

We have nothing personal against Mueller, who led the FBI's shift toward counterterrorism

in the immediate years after 9/11.

But as special counsel, Mueller has conflicts all over the place, including his personal

ties to Comey (who was Mueller's favorite to succeed him at the FBI in 2013) and by

the fact that he headed the FBI during the time that Hillary was engaged in soliciting

donations, selling access to the office of the secretary of state, and officially approving

the highly questionable Uranium One deal.

In addition, the very premise of the Russian investigation has been proven faulty, based

almost entirely (at least initially) on a politically motivated opposition-research

operation run by the Democrats against Trump, and later picked up by the FBI's Comey.

Based on this, it's time to let special counsel Robert Mueller go, and dismantle the

Russian investigation he leads.

Isn't it great how the media is so up in arms about a fake Russian collusion narrative

that was made up by the Clinton machine in order to excuse the fact that not many liked,

nor wanted, Crooked Hillary Clinton as their president?

They ignore the real Russian smoking gun but they are intent on trying to make an already

proven fake narrative stick against President Donald Trump that just won't stick no matter

how hard they try.

The American people aren't stupid, they also see the media biased and the outright

unfair assault against our president and the left will continue to pay for it at the ballot

box.
