How to watch 360° videos | Tips for a better 360 video experience - Duration: 3:06.

Hi Guys, it's Gaba VR here again!

You know, I very-very like 360 world,

creating and watching 360 contents.

I think it's a very unique format which a lot of people don't really understand,

maybe just because they watch it in the wrong way.

The most usual arguments I hear in this topic,

that people say „I don't want to find out what that scene is about",

„I don't want to search for the point of interest in the video",

„I want the filmmaker to lead me through the whole story", just like before.

Okay, it may be true when you find a bad 360 content.

As a content creator I think these videos must be built up differently, than "traditional" movies,

and I believe storytelling is possible this way, too.

But we have to choose the right story, the right camera placement

and cut the whole video well.

But now I'd like to talk about the viewer's side.

So, I think the most enjoyable way to watch a great 360 content

is not waiting and searching for the key scenes in the video,

because all the video has several key scenes all around you.

I think rotating screen is not only an option,

but this is the most powerful way to watch a 360 video from the beginning to the end.

Let me show you!

Of course, watching me while I'm watching the video might be weird,

but when you can control these things yourself, it's very enjoyable.

It's like driving a car or sitting on a passenger's seat…

Or even driving a small plain, or just sitting on a plane: it's a huge difference.

So my basic theory in watching 360 videos

is that you must look around all the time,

and when you find something which is the most interesting for you in the scene,

keep on watching it for a while.

I'm not searching for the key point in the scene.

I just look around all the time, waiting for something that grabs my attention.

Of course, there will be things you will miss,

but you also miss details in the real life, too.

It's impossible to see everything.

But overall it's not a problem, because it's all about impressions.

It's the creators' responsibility, that the whole movie must have its own atmosphere.

And when it's okay, I just want to be the part of it.

So just like in normal movies, this is also about the total impact.

As a viewer, don't be lost in details just because you could see more details.

So whether you watch a 360 video on smartphone or on desktop,

please give it a try and watch videos this way.

I suggest approaching these videos in a different way,

and I think you will like them.

If you like this advice, go and watch 360 contents,

and if you liked this video, please thumbs up and subscribe to my YouTube channel.

And if you are interested about littleplanet photography,

feel free to follow me on Instagram too.

See you soon guys!

Giving Thanks for Kids and Cows - Duration: 8:13.

In the next 20 years, 70 percent of all privately-owned farms and ranches in the US will change hands.

Some will just be sold, others will be left to family members, mostly the next generation

of rancher.

To train the next generation we start them young, and that's why we give thanks to

kids and cows, on Our Wyoming Life.

Farming and ranching isn't just a profession; it's a way of life.

Its getting up early and working late, often in weather or conditions that no normal person

would choose to work in.

Rain, snow, bitter wind and scorching heat may slow you down, but it can't stop you

from getting done what needs done.

The next generation of farmers and ranchers face plenty of challenges on their own.

Only 1% of working Americans claim farming as their occupation and over the next few

years 240 million acres of farm and ranch land are expected to change hands.

With a majority of farmers and ranchers in the US over the age of 55 many of them may

not have heirs that are interested in taking over the family business, millions of acres

up for grab by large corporations.

Even if a farmer has and heir that that is interested in carrying on the family business

we still have challenges such as inheritance tax, low prices and high overhead to deal

with.

New farmers and ranchers are quickly becoming a very rare thing, the number of entry level

farms has fallen by 30% since 1987 and new farmers only make up 10% of farmers and ranchers

today.

Beginning farms and ranches face even more challenges than hard work, the capital is

often lacking and the scale of an operation you need to turn a profit is often impossible.

There are programs in place to help you and we will talk about them a little later.

We were lucky, Erin's stepdad has owned Wyoming ranches for generations.

When we left our corporate office jobs to come back and help when he got sick, we landed

in a situation that neither Erin or I had ever even dreamed of being in.

Gilbert helped us get started, he taught me what I needed to know and what he didn't

teach me, I went out learned on my own.

When he passed away, we were thrust into the fire, either get burned or figure out a way

to put it out.

When we had kids, we decided that they should know the value hard work and early on we started

trying to give them some of the values and dedication that Gilbert tried to teach us.

I'm gone somedays from dusk till dawn, there are days I don't see the kids in the morning

and get a passing glance at them at night, but we hope that they learn that the reason

behind that is to give them the life they deserve, to put shoes on their feet and clothes

on their backs and food in their stomachs.

A big part of that learning process is getting the kids out to do chores on the ranch, and

when they were old enough, they started doing them.

Still we have to pick and choose the chores they can do, I'm not going to expect a 6-year-old

to go out and fix fence alone, or a 4-year-old to go push cows into a corral.

But there are plenty of chores they can do.

From letting chickens out of the chicken house in the morning to putting them in at night.

Gathering eggs everyday and making sure the chickens have food and water.

Mackenzie: If we see a chicken sitting on eggs and she won't get off that means she's

broody.

Broody means she's going to sit there and she's going to wait for some eggs to hatch.

She's gonna be a mom.

Mike: Soon enough the chickens will become our first stand alone kid run endeavor on

the ranch as we hope that they will be able to run the whole operation, from feeding to

washing and packaging eggs.

Another project that the girls have this week is going to the neighbors house and taking

care of their dogs while they are out of town for thanksgiving vacation.

Mackenzie: We are getting food for dogs because Gary's gone, he's on vacation for Thanksgiving.

Mike: They also get to check on the pigs, making sure they are ok.

No, they cant lift a 50 lb bag of pig food, but for the little ones checking animals is

the first step on the ranch that leads to connection to the animals and land that will

hopefully grow into something that makes them better people.

In addition to pigs but they also check on steers and heifers, cows and bulls as well.

They even like to check on and feed the barn cats making sure they are probably the best

taken care of barn cats in 20 miles.

There is no guarantee that any of our three kids, Mackenzie who is 6, Grace who is 4 or

Lincoln our 2-year-old will have any interest in continuing the family ranch when they grow

up.

Honestly, we don't plan on putting any pressure on them to do so.

They may leave for college and become whoever they choose to be but there is the chance

that they will come back and help carry on a family tradition that we hope will be around

for many, many years in the future.

It's a gamble, everyday around here, and even our kids learn that there is a segment

of the population that either can't or don't bother themselves with where their food comes

from or the work that goes into it.

The flip side to that are people who are concerned about the future of farming and ranching.

People who want to help and know the importance of what we do here on the ranch, a thing that

sometimes we even take for granted.

Its true, before we started doing these videos we knew there was a disconnect between the

producer and consumer, but we had no idea how many people were out there, just like

you who want to bridge that gap.

It's easy to get wrapped up in your own life, your own personal little bubble and

ignore what happens outside of it.

Not a day goes by that we don't get an email or a comment asking us how to become a rancher

or farmer, how to get a job as a ranch hand, or just get invited to a local ranch or farm

just to look around.

Its not going be easy to become a rancher or farmers.

Go talk to your local Extension Office, Farm Services Office and USDA office.

They provide resources and knowledge that new farmers and ranchers will have to have

in order to be successful.

Hands on experience is an absolute necessity in agriculture.

Reading a book or even watching a video can help but the reality is you are going to have

to get your boots and hands dirty.

There are farm and ranch jobs out there.

Look in local farm and ranch groups on Facebook, visit your local feed and ranch supply store,

talk to people that work there.

If you're serious about beginning a career in agriculture it can be done.

Small family farms and ranches are going to save agriculture if it's going to be saved.

But big changes are coming and it's going to be even harder tomorrow than it is today.

So, with Thanksgiving behinds us we give thanks to the kids and the cows and all the ranchers

and farmers all over the world, that feed us 3 times a day.

We also give thanks for you, for being here with us, following our life and hearing our

message.

Its not enough to save the land, we also need to save the people that farm it.

Have a great week, and thanks for joining us, in Our Wyoming Life.

It's, eh, Autumn

Hop! My neighbour said this one is not hot

Just normal paprika

Get out!

Making a better mixtape. - Duration: 3:42.

Hi friends

Question--does anyone make mixtapes anymore?

I mean probably not mix *tapes* because there are probably people watching this who have

never held a cassette, and I was of the crossover area where you'd get a boom box with a cd

player and a cassette deck, and you'd get your friend to put in her Britney spears,

hit me baby one more time cd, and a blank tape, and hit play, and record at the same

time.

Which was the 1998 version of burning yourself a copy.

A mixtape, though, is a different animal.

So let me tell you a story.

In high school, I liked this boy and we'd gone on one date

It was prom

But we were ~talking~ and like ~hanging out~and we both really liked music so we decided to

take it to the next relationship level: making each other mixtapes.

I was gonna burn him a cd, he was going to burn me a cd, and we were going to exchange

them at school the next Friday.

I spent hours picking the songs, arranging and rearranging them, trying to find the right

balance of lyrics that would make it obvious that i liked him but not TOO obvious yknow.

You can't just throw somebody 15 straight love songs right off the bat, it'd scare

them off!

And then you have to title it something that says like "hey, read into this whatever

you want"

Which in high school in 2006 means you call it something like "rawr" or "oh my gosh"

or "some stuff….

#3"

So the day comes for us to trade mixtapes.

I'm super nervous to give it to him to the point here like I see him and run to get it

out of my backpack.

Like, run.

At a very not chill pace.

Yall he doesn't even give me a tracklist to his so I have to sit with my CD in my backpack

all day without even being able to hypothesize the vibes of it.

Til school lets out, and I get to my car, and like there is a lot of weight in this

moment.

This CD is the answer to the question "does he like me or not?"

I pop the CD in and it's

*ominous music plays*

An introduction to destruction, by Sum 41.

A good mixtape is an art!

You have to respect the art!

So here are my 5 tips for making the best playlist possible.

You don't have to adhere to a single genre, or a single time period, but you do have to

have a theme.

Some themes I have picked for playlists in the past include: growly white boys, depression

jams, hillary clinton, and potential cartoon superhero tv theme songs.

You can't put two songs by the same artist in a row.

It's against the rules.

Don't just whiplash somebody between an up tempo bop to like, a sad ballad.

If you're gonna go all over the spectrum of moods, you've gotta slow the songs down

one by one.

Ease in an out it it.

Make it seamless.

This is a journey.

Do not.

name your playlist.

after the current season.

Take this seriously--I know you're more creative than that.

Pay careful attention to the first and last song.

The first one has to set the tone for what the entire playlist is gonna be, and the last

song shouldn't just be your least favorite song on the list.

You've gotta tie the room together with that one.

End on a metaphorical high note.

In the comments tell me about the best mixtape or playlist you ever made or received.

By the way if you become a patron there's a tier where I'll make you a playlist every

month.

Get with the winning team!

If you liked this video you can subscribe, you can find me anywhere on the internet at

Justice Democrat Sarah Smith vs Corporate Centrist Adam Smith Debate - Duration: 3:31.

hey everyone walked at the progressive social warriors okay so I got a great

video here of Sarah Smith a justice Democrat a progressive a real real

progressive who's debating Adam Smith a corporate Democrat Hillary Clinton

debbie wasserman style candidates whose primary him in the in Washington

district nine I thought it was an amazing to be I think they're doing it

over Skype I haven't seen that before I came across and I thought it was really

amazing I'm gonna play you a little clip of it but the full debate will be in the

link into the description I hope you guys will watch it I hope you guys will

support Sarah she's an amazing progressive and these are the type of

people that we need an office to fight back against the corporate establishment

it's a great debate and just remember that Adam Smith during this debate

thinks that he's trying to fool us by just basically mimicking everything that

Sarah Smith believes in he's trying to do a Hillary Clinton style debate we're

where Hillary Clinton just copied everything Bernie Sanders said Adam

Smith is is the same thing he knows that he has to pretty much say everything

that Sarah Smith says if he even has a chance but just remember he's been in

office for I don't know how many years and hasn't done shit for the progressive

movement and all of a sudden he thinks that he can fool us by making us believe

he's a progressive but you ain't gonna fool no one so

anyways I hope you enjoyed the video thanks everyone

my question to you both is can you explain why the super delegate system is

being utilized in a Democratic Party primary to select presidential

candidates to run in the general election is that contrary to isn't that

contrary to using a democratic system of one vote one voter I I went first last

time so I think sarah should be able to go first this time thank you I

appreciate it I'm happy to go first so I think the super-delegates system for

lack of a better word is crazy I think as of right now it absolutely Rob's the

voice of democratic voters and it's part of what's causing so much dissent in the

Democratic Party we're seeing registered Democrats who are upset and angry late

look at the state of Washington we caucus 72.7%

in favor of Bernie Sanders and all of our super-delegates including

representative Smith voted for Hillary and that basically took that 72.7%

and drowned out our voice our whole state wasn't listened to our district

wasn't listened to so the super delegate system is really just a way for four

part fur establishment line toters to keep their control it keeps their power

in their fists it doesn't really it gives the illusion of the people having

power but the reality is that they don't when we have a super delegate system

it's it's absolutely unconscionable that we would have that we wouldn't tie our

super delegates to the will of their districts it just opens up and leaves a

lot of space for representatives to suit to to talk about how the part the will

of the party supersedes the will of their people and how they don't need to

listen to the what the majority of their constituents did in a caucus and I just

think that's fundamentally wrong not just as a not just as part of the party

but as part of our democratic system as a whole it goes against the entire

spirit of our system and it absolutely has no place in the modern tomorrow I

think four quick points I'd like to make first of all we should do away with

super-delegates I completely agree with that I've said that from the very

beginning there is no point in having them I do however disagree that the

super delegate process disenfranchised voters in the state of Washington
