One of the best models

Выглядит круто!

This is articulation

Stop, that's not the end

5-seats sallon

What is this?

That's surf board

Hello, it's me Egor You are on my youtube channel LEGO Garage

Today we have a special guest

Привет, я Мадока

LEGO Technic designer from far Japan

Who design one the best LEGO Technic cars

And all his models have free building instructions

Link to his channel int he top right angle or in video desription below

Today, Madoka arrived to Russia, to annual LEGO Technic 4x4 competition held by LTR LUG

To take part in Moscow event and meet other builders and fans

We have a little time to make review of his newest model - JEEP Wrangler JK presented in 2017

Let's try to make it short, if possible)

Model is unique

This is JEEP, Iconic JEEP Wrangler. Famous as Land Cruiser, but with own charisma

And Madoka's version is one of the best made in LEGO

Unique design is recreated with minimum non-technic parts.

Original grille mesh, front lights and bonnet are well designed and instantly recognizable

Hard top is removable

Openable rear door

Spare wheel on the door

Trunk have no floor, so it is useless in this version, but you can upgrade model

Openable doors, and they are also removable like in real life

This is unique detail of real Jeep Wrangler

This is light tubular doors, that are popular among real-life Jeep-fans, who use it for rock crawling

Such doors help drivers to control surface conditions on hard obstacles

But I prefer original version with doors

Openable bonnet with empty space under it

Model is equipped with front LED Lights

Suspension of LEGO model is not realistic, but unique

There is no spring shock absorbers here, but car have very wide axle articulation

More that models with 6,5 shocks

I will show suspension later

Madoka did some design variations

In instruction you can see different front bumpers

Now model is standing on 68 mm wheels instead 62 (like in instruction)

This wheel are rare and was used only шт 2 sets in far 90's

Now these 68 mm wheels are rare and expensive

Madoka designed model with 62 mm wheels

To say the truth, they are too small here, looks like bone stock

So, we added larger tires and did some modifications

So, Madoka, tell us about it

Это модификация моего Jeep Wrangler

Since Madoka deisgned it without 3 pin wheel holders

We can try to use this model with 3rd party tires

Madoka was glad with result, look yourself

This wheels are for RC models, cheap from chinese online shop

size is about 75 mm

To use this wheels, I increased central hole and glued small 12 teeth gear inside nut hole

You can see the result

Что ты думаешь Мадока?

Выглядит круто, особенно эти зубастые грунтозацепы

Короче нам обоим понравилось то что мы натворили

Американский стиль: чем больше колеса - тем круче)

And now Madoka will help me to remove the body and show chassis

To see suspension without shock absorbers

Помоги снять кузов с рамы пожалуйста

Battery block is right inside the cabin

And only one seat here

Model is short based, and place is very limited. So it is better to put battery closer to front, than in the back

That's for better weight distribution

And I don't recommend to do models with heavy back

This is unique chassis

With chinese wheels

no shock absorbers here

Axles can move only in opposite sides in relation to each other

this linkage system makes impossible to tilt both axles to one side

If one wheel goes up, another wheel on the same side goes down

Minus is that we cant compress both axle suspensions

That's kind of rotating axles, not suspended.

Such hard type suspension you can find on front loaders and other heavy construction tansport

For slow trial models it is not a big problem, even differentials in the axles

Thanks to wide articluation of axles: wheels can touch surface in even hardest situations

Since we have large wheels, we have to limit suspension travel using pins with balls here

Steering is based on linkage system, that is driven by small linear actuatro and M motor

M motor is connected to LA with gear up system using cluth gear

No auto centering system of course

I love that chassis is well weight balanced

For propulsion chassis have two L motors with 8:24 and 20:28 transmission gears

That's very strong! High torque transmission.

Differentials are good thing to keep transmission safe with such heavy torque

We lose some crawling perfromance

but increase maneuverability and safety

And we also have good suspension travel, as I said before

Drive wisely!

Итак, это все, верно?

Пока, пока

Don't move! Stay where you are!

Hello Zakhar!

What do you want to tell us?

About this car

This is JEEP Wrangler Unlimited with long wheelbase

What is the difference with Madoka's red?

It have strong front bumper with roll cage

Spare wheel cage holder

New cool wheels (again from RC)

LED lights on the roof

And also snorkel

Model also have tent, that can be used on picnic

Roof rack on the rood

With this thing!

what is this?

That's a surfboard

Yeah, SURFBOARD

And hijack lift

There is also a can, with oil?

no, that's not BMW or VAG, this is gasoline.

Ok, GASOLINE JERRY CAN

Check this Madoks

Look at this Madoka, can you imagine shovel as jerry can handle?!

Suspension travel is not good as in red Jeep

Because the chassis is completely other!

It is the same as in Toyota Hilux

It is more realistic for me, with spring shocks

I use 6,5 soft shocks

I have 5 seats here, all doors removable

Rear seat is transformable

Steering system with servo motor

But I can't tell you all in thi video, may be later....

That's all for today, let's go to practice

Good bye, bye bye!

DAVID WILCOCK EXPLAINS THE RULES OF THE ILLUMINATI & HOW THEY OPERATE - Duration: 6:08.

DAVID WILCOCK EXPLAINS THE RULES OF THE ILLUMINATI & HOW THEY OPERATE

BY JOE MARTINONOVEMBER

At times its laughed at, at times its taken very seriously and now, the term Illuminati

has gained such a large amount of attention and popularity that it begs a deeper exploration

by those not even in the conspiracy realm but who are simply curious and seeking truth.

There is certainly a great deal of disinformation, propaganda and distraction when it comes to

the Illuminati and other conspiracy theories. With certain alternative news websites out

there continuously publishing fake or misleading stories, it can sometimes take away from the

truth other outlets are working to bring forth credibly.

Thus, making sense of whats actually going on can be difficult at times, especially when

the mainstream tosses those who ask these questions in the category of looneys.

In reality, fingers are often pointed towards Hollywood movie stars, music artists and entertainers

who are seen throwing up specific hand signs or music videos constantly containing significant

ancient art/symbolism.

And although these stars are not the Illuminati themselves, they are tools for them, and their

use of the cabals symbolism is to popularize or normalize the religion that this group

follows.

And while some feel this is simply a joke being passed around to get people on the internet

talking, others have explored, researched and heard directly from the horses mouth

what the truth really is.

I believe its time we pull our heads out of the sand and have the courage to truly

look at this, what it means, how it impacts our lives and what we can do to move on from

it, because it is very real.

In todays terms, its often referred to as the Deep State, Shadow Government or

Elite.

In the video below, David Wilcock will describe very clearly how this group follows certain

rules and uses symbolism to get our consent to be enslaved.

Separating Fact From Fiction

People have sometimes asked me, why talk about such negative things?

If we talk about the Illuminati were giving power to them and focusing our attention on

them.

This is an understandable first reaction when you consider what has happened in the New

Age movement with disinformation about how our reality is formed.

Although our thoughts and beliefs do help co-create our reality, our purpose is not

to avoid the truth.

We must awaken to whats going on, snap out of our global sleep and begin to create

real change.

Putting a negative or positive connotation on talking about the Illuminati

comes down to how much power you choose to give that yourself.

If we want to know where we can go, we first have to identify the experience we are facing

and how it functions.

Sure, there is no denying the fact that corporations dictate major government policy, and that

a handful of corporations and the people who run them seem to have control over major resources

and industries that currently govern our world, but without us they are powerless.

This is no conspiracy.

Within the past couple of years multiple studies have examined the allocation of global resources

and wealth.

Theyve found that the richest 1 percent on the planet own the majority of global wealth.

On top of this, our health care industry, food industry, energy industry, entertainment

industry, education and the world of finance are all owned and operated by a handful of

corporations and the people that run them.

(source) You might be saying yeah, so what? The point is, all of these industries continue

to participate in activities that destroy the planet, our health and overall well-being.

Meanwhile, we all go to school, work and live our lives while continuing to remain blind

to what is happening in the world.

I want a nation of workers, not thinkers. John D. Rockefeller

Why This Symbolism Is Used

While at an event in California called Contact In The Desert, we interviewed David Wilcock,

a longtime occult researcher.

During the interview, he mentioned that the Elite/Illuminati believe they must convey

their intentions to humanity in order to, in essence, get permission from us to have

them enslave us.

This manifests as rituals during mass sports events, symbolism found around society and

in various popular industries like film and music.

The rules and symbols this group follows is very similar to that of many religions we

know of today like Christianity, Judaism, Islam etc.

To them, its their strong belief, and their goal is to popularize their religion and symbolism

so they can gain as much power from it as possible.

Check out the clip below to hear what this symbolism is about.

You can watch the full interview with David Wilcock here.

Becoming aware of these things is the first step in disempowering them.

When we no longer idolize and give in to the mass mind control that takes place via Hollywood,

the music industry and so forth, we move our dollar, attention and power away from it and

instead begin to focus on creating other things.

Their game only works when we choose to play it so blindly.

By knowing whats going on, we can choose a different path, rendering their game useless.

They are not all powerful in that they can control our every move, it is only when we

are unconscious of it all or turning a blind eye

to it that we give them the power.

Interview with Mai Doodle Drawings: Freelance Illustrator (English Subtitles) - Duration: 10:57.

I'm Mai, 26 years old and I am a graphic designer and illustrator.

Back when I was 4 years old I started drawing and I really started to like it.

So I thought: "Okay, what do I have to do to do this for the rest of my life? So that I never have to work a single day in my life."

This thought guided me until now.

Later, after I got my A-Levels I decided to study graphic design.

I chose illustration as a major and alongside my studies and in school I worked in this creative area already.

There was always this feeling inside of me that told me: You need the money. Something in your current career isn't right.

It's normal to work as a student nowadays and that's exactly what I did.

That's why I worked in different jobs and in different industries.

After my studies I thought: There needs to be more. And I recognized that freelancing is the only way for me to become happy.

Being employed is amazing, it's super nice for those who like it.

But I realized that for more it's not exactly brilliant.

That's why I decided to become a freelancer.

I really like to draw in general. It's also super motivating to see how my illustrations appeal to somebody.

What you're doing and how you appeal to someone .. there's such a magic!

Many people watch me when I'm on a DIY/creative market.

I know other artists who couldn't work in such an environment.

But for me it's fine. I already gave manga drawing lectures when I was studying.

That's why this "spotlight" is nothing new for me.

I somehow grew up with people watching me drawing.

It's so fascinating for me to create something completely new on a blank sheet of paper.

And you know: it's yours! You created it. Nobody else made it for you.

Of course it's somehow a compilation of many thoughts you gathered across the years.

But it's still yours.

Yeah. It's so fascinating for me that I am able to create something that makes other people happy.

Other people shall get the opportunity to watch me while I draw them when I am sitting at a DIY/creative market.

I can't be shy and I am not supposed to think that this is just for me.

You need to be open. You need to draw fast if you can.

That's my personal USP and I am really proud of that.

And for the people who can't do that: You're still artists but of a different kind.

And that really deserves respect, too.

My main challenge is that many people have to wait until I draw them, especially on those DIY/creative markets.

Because it takes time to create an illustration.

Sometimes they're getting impatient because of the waiting.

It's like standing in the queue in an adventure park, waiting for an impressive experience.

And my biggest challenge is to show these people how thankful I am and that I don't take it for granted.

Not getting nervous, thinking these people take so much time to get a drawing.

I get really jittery and I know that.

But I think you should stay calm and 99% of the people know what they get and are super happy with the result.

And that's making me happy as well.

There was never somebody who insulted me or complained.

Maybe some people who looked a bit annoyed but.. yeah.

To become a freelancer was some sort of a conflict for me.

Because I knew that there are many self-employed people in my family and looking at them I saw that this could be successful.

This could really work out. That's why I started my freelance career.

To make the decision to become a freelancer is half the battle.

But after the decision you need to stick at it.

As a self-employed worker you need to do something every single minute. You're responsible for everything at your company and only actual work will return in $$.

That's so important.

Do your thing. Continue.

And if you have no idea of taxation: Go and get an accoutant! :D

In the near future I'm continuing drawing doodles and having booths at creative markets, drawing even more people.

I have no idea if I'll do the same in 5 or 10 years but I will still be a creative. That's for sure.

And I'll definitely be a freelancer. Definitely.

My obstacles? I would call them challenges which help me to grow.

I don't fear challenges. I actually don't fear anything in life. I'm fearless. I'm not even afraid of spiders! :D

Back when I was studying I asked my lecturers (who were actually pretty good) what they did. How they started out.

Even things like how much do you take?

Those numbers were astronomically big.

For me as a graduate this was unbelievable.

I'd never pay myself that much.

The price/hourly rate calculation is definitely one of the most important topics for freelancers.

I was very pragmatic at the beginning.

On my first creative market I wasn't charging much for one drawing.

But after recognizing "Oh, wow. Many people want me to draw a doodle of them!?" I started to raise my rates.

I did this in small steps.

Within the last 2 years I raised the price per doodle to about $10 which is perfectly fine.

I know that my products are luxury goods. You don't need them in your life. But people like to pay for it.

You need to understand your target group. What price is okay for them, what's not okay for them.

You'll get many clients if your rate is too low.

However, if your rate is too high, not that many people will buy your products or services.

But you'll realise: Those who'll pay you the higher rate will pay it gladly.

I think it's good to find the center.

In general I'd say it's better to start too cheap than too expensive.

Imagine you'll charge $60 per hour and you'll reduce it after some time.. that's not smart from an economical standpoint.

Starting cheaper means you can always raise your rate. It's your right to increase it over time.

You're allowed to increase your rate once you get more and more clients because the value of your time increases as well.

I'm not sure if there's a single greatest moment in my career.

I think there're simply too many.

On my last creative market in Regensburg I painted a group of 4 people.

One of them was so impressed and suddenly she started to cry..

And I was like "Wow!".

I don't think about the impact of my illustrations and what they trigger.

But that's paradox somehow. I'm affected if I look at other artists and their work.

I never cried because of a drawing but people are totally different.

I caught her in my arms when I saw her crying and said "Thank you.. that's such a nice gesture.".

Then there was another experience that I made in Berlin.

I was in a big shopping center and painted there for about a week.

There was an older woman who came on the first day to my booth.

When I gave the drawing to her she was overwhelmingly thankful for it.

She said "Thank you.. you're doing such a great job.. continue doing it .. go your own way!".

The fun thing was that she came back on the next day and I doodled her again.

She said that it's a nice snapshot and so on and that she wants to support me.

That almost made me cry. Almost :3

But the positive moments every single day count just as much.

Once somebody is ordering a drawing I get this feeling: "Wow.. somebody actively decided to let me draw a doodle of him or her.."

And I am just super thankful for every order.

Simply for the people who decide to book my services.

Because sometimes people complain too much.

And sometimes there're no reasons for that.

And I think that if you're a thankful person everything will be alright.

Video Game Glitches That Make Them More Fun - Duration: 5:01.

Almost every gamer has encountered an infuriating glitch that forces you to reset the game.

However, once in awhile, a goofy programming bug actually make a game better.

Some, like the infamous infinite extra lives bug in Super Mario Brothers, are well known.

But there are others you may not be quite as familiar with.

Here's a look at some particularly odd glitches that actually made video games better.

Super Mario 64

In the Nintendo 64 classic Super Mario 64, players have to collect stars in order to

unlock new areas of the game, with 70 required to access the final boss fight with Bowser.

Unless you use your butt, that is.

By jumping backwards up the stairs while hitting the A button, Mario will butt-scoot up the

otherwise infinite staircase, shooting right through the entrance to the boss fight.

Turns out Bowser's magic is no match for this plumber's posterior.

Heavy Rain

During Heavy Rain's final act, one of the game's floating dialogue boxes may continuously

appear.

This allows the main character, Ethan, to scream the name of his missing son Shaun at

completely inappropriate times.

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a way for players to purposely activate this

glitch, which appears at random.

When it does, though, get ready to shout for joy.

And for Shaun!

"I know who the killer is, Ethan!"

"SHAUN!"

Fallout 4

One of the most coveted items in Fallout 4 are the Freefall Legs.

Located in a small room at the top of the Mass Fusion building, the boots prevent the

Sole Survivor from suffering any falling damage.

Ostensibly, the only way to acquire them is to use a jetpack-equipped suit of power armor.

Unless you hop in the garbage, that is.

Yep.

If you pick up a trash can, stand against the wall, and start jumping with it, you'll

shoot up the wall right to the top of the building.

Although this is technically a glitch, we prefer to think of it as an incredibly specific,

radiation-induced mutant power.

Red Dead Redemption

This glitch doesn't make Red Dead Redemption any easier to complete, but it sure makes

the quest more entertaining.

For some reason, you may encounter human beings flying in the sky like birds.

They even flap their arms like wings!

Either this is a glitch, or someone slipped main character John Marston some seriously

strong peyote.

And we know just who would have done it, too.

"Shaun!"

"Shaun!"

"Shaun!"

Mega Man 3

Are Dr. Wily's gang of murderous robots giving you trouble in Mega Man 3?

Well, they'll be a little easier once you're invincible.

If you jump into a pit while holding down right on the second controller's D-pad - and

while an enemy is overhead - you won't actually die.

Instead, you'll be an invincible ghost for the rest of the level.

Just jump back out and simply laugh in the face of evil.

Ha!

Hahaha!!!

Crysis

The sharks from Crysis must be fans of Sharknado.

In some cases, the undersea predators can float out of the sea and chase the player

around the beach.

Apparently their hunger — or hatred — is so intense, it causes them to spontaneously

evolve lungs and hovering abilities.

One thing is for sure…

"You're gonna need a bigger boat!"

Mario Kart 64

There are lots of shortcuts in Mario Kart 64 you can employ against your soon-to-be-former

friends.

Perhaps the best — or most infuriating, depending upon your perspective — is the

shortcut glitch in the Wario Stadium level.

Hitting the left stadium wall in a precise spot allows your racer to bounce over and

land much further along the track.

You can then turn around and flip over the wall again to complete the lap.

If you're good enough, then you can win the race in a matter of seconds.

Let's hear it for totally cheating!

Diablo

The first Diablo game contains a famous bug that allows players to easily duplicate items,

turning your character into an unstoppable killing machine.

All you have to do is drop the item you want to duplicate on the ground, and walk to pick

it up.

As you pick up the item, click on something in your inventory, like a useless little potion.

If you pick the item up and select another from your inventory simultaneously, then the

game will create a duplicate copy of the "ground" item.

Of course, there's only one reasonable response to that kind of blatant cheating.

"Shaun!"

"Shaun!"

"Shaun!"

"Shaun!"

A Buttercream Christmas Cake with Buttercream Pinecones and Candles - Duration: 10:41.

I'm Lorelie and welcome to Wedding Cakes For You cake tutorials. In this video

I'll be showing you how to create this beautiful buttercream Christmas cake

design. It includes pine needles with little red berries, candles with dripping

wax and flames and pinecones. Now for the berries you're going to need a small

parchment bag filled with red frosting. To make your berries look more real you

can coat the inside of the bag with red colored piping gel. For the candles use

another bag with red frosting, coat it with red piping gel and use a number 12

Wilton tip. For the pine needles you'll need a bag filled with moss-green, coated

with green gel and a number 233 tip. For the pinecones fill your bag with brown

and optional yellow striping to add highlights. Use a number 103 tip. For the

borders fill another bag with white buttercream and use a number 18 tip.

You'll need straws to pipe pinecones on and candy sticks to pipe the candles, a

six inch or larger cake. I'm using a 6 inch. Start by piping shells for the top

border. I did a simple shell border with my number 18 tip. And now here I'm

marking my cake to visualize where to put the various elements.

Starting with the green pine needles you're gonna squeeze and pull up

slightly and then release. The gel gives the needles extra shine and help it to

flow easily through the holes. but this is optional. Continue making the pine

boughs until you're happy with the basic shape.

For the pinecones pipe a tight ribbon of frosting around the tip of the straw

just like you would do for a rose. Pipe a row of scales around that. The scales

should be vertical and side by side not overlapping like a rose. Drop down and

pipe another row of scales. Continue this process until you're happy with the way

your pinecone looks.

Each row should flare just a little bit more than the one before it.

Once you're satisfied cut the straw to a point and grasp it gently but firmly

with your scissors. Push the pointed end into the cake at an angle so the

pinecone will look as though it is resting on the cake. Fill in around the

pinecones with greens. Now cut the candy sticks to a length that you feel looks right for

your cake. Push the first one in at an angle, just enough so you can fit your

piping bag and your tip down over the stick. Put the round tip over and all the

way down to the base of the stick. Now squeeze as you pull the bag to the top

and then release. Repeat that process for the second candle.

For the flames I used a leaf tip with yellow frosting.

I forgot to mention that in the beginning.

Now add your second and third pine cone.

Clip the end of the paper bag with a red icing in it to make a small opening, a

really really tiny opening. Pipe little round berries between and within the

greens, now add some candle wax drips to make your candles look more real.

Try this fun and easy border by starting with a zigzag pattern with your number

18, and then pipe over the zig zag with a shell border.

For the final touch add a dusting of powdered sugar to make snow. If you liked

my tutorial and my cake design please subscribe, leave me a comment or ask

a question below, and I'll put more information and links in the description

box. Happy Holiday baking to you and stay tuned, because next week I have another

exciting cake decorating video for you. This design was inspired by Roland Winebeckler's

book Buttercream Flowers and Arrangements. I'll put that link in the

description box as well for you. Thanks and have a great day!

5 Best Ways to Prevent Aching Legs & Leg Fatigue - Duration: 6:49.

Hey everybody it's Doctor Jo, and today I'm going to show you my top five ways

to prevent leg fatigue so let's get started.

Like my socks? I'll tell you about those later. So the top five ways

to prevent leg fatigue, this can be if you stand up at work a lot all day, if

you're a runner, if you just move a lot, these are going to be some simple

stretches, some simple treatments to do that you don't even have to get on the

floor. so if you're walking around a lot and you don't have a lot of time to take

a break, you can do these pretty easily. so the first one is just going to be a

quad stretch. the quad is up in here and it works a lot while you're moving

throughout the day, and so when those muscles get tired, they get fatigued, and

then your whole legs get tired and fatigued, so a really easy stretch to do is

make sure you have a countertop or chair something sturdy to balance on because

you want to focus on the stretch. so if you have enough flexibility, just grab

your foot behind you, and if you don't you can use like a chair behind you and

just prop it up as well, but grab that foot and the key with this is to keep

the top part of your leg straight down. so it's not stretching like this because

that's not really going to stretch the quad. you want to bring it down and if

you need more of a stretch you can even bring it back just a little bit, and

that'll help get your hip flexors as well. so since this is a stretch, you want

to hold that for 30 seconds, and if your legs get tired throughout the day, you

probably want to stretch both sides after you do the 30 seconds. I like to

alternate back and forth just to give that other side a little break in

between, so do that three times on each side to get those quads nice and

loosened up. so the next stretch is going to be for the adductors on the inside

and again those get fatigued pretty quickly especially when you're running,

and that kind of stuff. they get tired out. so again stretching those out are a

great way to help prevent that fatigue, to prevent that lactic build-up. it's

that lactic acid build up in there. so another really easy way to stretch those

out without getting down on the floor or sit down or

something like that, is just spread your feet out a little bit past your

shoulder height. it doesn't have to be super far, but you're just gonna bend one

knee and lean over to the side. which will be stretching this side. those

adductors, the groin, those inner thigh muscles. so again this is going to be a

thirty second stretch. if you need something to hold on to, again you can

and you can turn facing it if you want to, and then after you stretch that side

then you're gonna come back and stretch the other way. the more upright you can

get the better because again if you're more upright, that will help stretch that

hip flexor out a little bit as well, which is one that you also want to

stretch. so if you come and push that hip out while you're stretching you're gonna

get your adductors in your hip flexor as well, but if you don't really need to

stretch that part, you can bend over a little bit, but I like having those

combination stretches cuz it's really nice. another great way to prevent leg

fatigue is compression socks and the folks at Socks Lane sent me their

compression socks, and as you can see here these are the below the knee ones. I

love compression socks especially when I go running. I used to run without

compression socks, and then I'd really kind of get that verge of, I'm about to

get shin splints, I'm about to get some plantar fasciitis, my legs are really

really tired, and what compression socks do is they help prevent that fatigue

because they help those muscles increase that circulation. so if you're up all day

and your feet start and gets swollen a little bit, sometimes people have their

feet nice and swollen and you can push on it and it'll make a little finger indention,

and that means that that that blood is just going down it's following

gravity, and it's having a really hard time to work back up to your system. so

compression socks help give that compression. I call it a little hug.

there's different amounts of pressure some are really light, this is a 15 to 20,

but they go all the way up to 30 40 and so on. so I really really like

compression socks. they're great to use. again they're great to use when you're

running. they're great to use when you're just standing up on your feet all day. if

you are pregnant, and you have the swelling feet, these also do

great job for that too. so if you're interested in purchasing any of the

compression socks from socks Lane in the fun designs or just regular colors, go

ahead and click on the link up here. the 4th treatment is going to be a hamstring

stretch. so with hamstring stretches you just

want to prop out your heel like this. keep your hips forward this way and lean

keeping your back straight. so I'll do it this way so you can see, but you don't

want to curl your back and try and touch your toes because then you're not really

getting a good stretch in your hamstrings. try and keep that back

straight and just lean forward at the hips. so I'm getting more of a stretch

here versus if I curl my back and try to touch my toes. so you don't have to touch

your toes, but again this is a stretch where you want to hold it for 30 seconds

and then do it three times on each side. so just kind of propping it out in

front of you and doing this way. if this is not super comfortable or if you feel

off balance, if you have something like a chair you can prop it up in the chair as

well, and then just stretch forward. people like this one a little bit better

sometime, so it's kind of up to you. and then the last stretch I'm gonna do on a

step. the last stretch is going to be for your calves and your feet. the best way

to do this is to use a step or a curb something that you can kind of step on

up on. if you have some balance issues, make sure you have something sturdy to

hold on to, or some rails if you have a step, but you're just gonna step up on

the step and put the ball of your foot right on the edge here. then drop your

heel down and that's going to stretch your calf area. it's going to search the

bottom of your foot, so if you have some fatigue in that area it's really going

to help stretch it out and make it feel a lot better. so holding it for 30

seconds, and then switching sides. if you feel

really balanced and if you have shoes on, you can do both at the same time if you

want to, but make sure that you're not slipping off of that step. so if you if

you feel a little unstable, you can do one at a time, but if you feel pretty

good you can stretch them both at a time. so thirty Seconds, three times.

those were your top five ways to prevent leg fatigue. if you're interested in

purchasing the socks lane compression socks, make sure you click up here, and

don't forget to subscribe by clicking down here. and remember be safe, have fun,

and I hope you feel better soon.

Книга Теней I Handmade Book of Shadows - Duration: 12:23.

Hi! My name is Katya. Welcome to my channel!

In this video I will tell you how I made this book.

It's magical.

Some calls it "Book Of Shadows", or (if I'm not mistaken) "Grimoire".

It's a book, where wizards write down various spells or their notes.

I decided to make this book for writing about herbs, their properties (like Herbology).

Also I will write about runes, their meanings, scandinavian symbols and amulets.

I made it by myself, as you can see.

If you are interested, remain on my channel and I will tell about each phases of the process.

IMHO First of all a book has to have beautiful pages, so I decided to dip each of the page into tea, then to dry.

It has to be like a bit old.

The paper has to crunch when you open the book. Also it has to have a beautiful tea-pattern on it.

Btw, first I tried to make it with coffee, but the effect was not what I was expecting.

The smell was fantastic. In real life I like coffee more than tea, so I adore it's smell.

And now…

About the process itself and my torment XD

These are my sheets of paper.

Now I'll be sewing them here.

Just finished with sewing my sheets of paper.

I sewed each four of them right in the middle.

I obtained: One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.

Eight simple sets of four sheets and three different.

I bought this interesting paper. I find it perfect for the beginning and the end of my book.

Also it will make it's chapters.

When putting tea leaves above the paper, a very beautiful pattern occurs.

I find it very cool.

Each sheet has it's spirit.

I left long threads. This way it will be easier for me to glue the cover.

So, what will be next?

I want to find a book and to still it's cover.

I selected this old book for the cover.

It costed 3 cents long time ago.

I don't remember how it appeared in my collection.

It is really very old and there's no sin to use it for this purpose.

Later…

Hello again!

Want to tell you on what phase is my book.

As I told you I took off the cover and it looks like this now.

Next I'll show you my little Fail.

Yesterday I took all these sheets of paper.

I took a piece of sackcloth, because of it's little holes on material.

All of my threads I pulled out of my sackcloth.

Then I tied them from this side and from another.

And also from this side.

Next I put some paper here and here for not stain everything with clay.

I glued together a piece of paper (above) and my book with a simple PVA glue.

Then I saw that That didn't work.

PVA clay doesn't get dry as soon as I want.

So, what to do?

A very bad idea appeared in my mind - to use pins for keeping them together.

Now, as you see, there are signs left after pins.

Hopefully it will not be seen after put my cover.

Also I have to work on my flexibility of my book, because I want it to open easily.

I hate when a book automatically closes after you open it and doesn't stay open.

I bought this fabric.

It's dark blue with black pattern.

This pattern is called "Turkish Cucumber", if I'm not mistaken.

It is the most adequate fabric that I found.

I wanted a classic style.

Also in that shop I found these two interesting beads.

I think I will use this one, because it consists of two stones : black agate and amethyst.

This one is also cool. I think I will find a place for it, but not on this book.

There is a hole here, so I can sew it on a fabric.

All this will be hidden in these ribbon.

I bought a long one and I will cut it on parts.

Also I bought a bookmark.

This pentagram will be sewed below.

A pentagram symbolises five elements of the nature and also the human's figure.

Later...

I always have troubles with fixing the middle of the video so this little ship will be here helping me XD

So this is what I've got.

To be sincere, I'm not quite happy with the result.

I think I just can't be friend with the clay.

While making this book, I think I got a lot of gray hair on my head.

I carefully glued the cover, but there are a lot of fails anyway.

Here the fabric is sticking out and on the other side as well.

Just after I put the cover, I remembered about the stone, so I was to sew after.

It was a big torment for me.

After this I glued the paper on the inside part, and after this I remembered about the ribbons.

It was fail on a fail. I really have no idea what's happening with me.

I decided to glue the ribbons above the paper.

It's terrible, I know. Promise to fix it soon.

Here the clay looks not good as well.

At the end of my book I have a black envelope.

I made it, but I haven't glued it yet. (Again with my lovely CLAY XD)

I will put inside various ribbons, notes etc etc.

I filled some of my pages, so now I can show them to you.

First comes this bookmark. I think it's the only thing I'm proud of, because I made it really well.

This first page is not perfect because of (again) clay, so I decided to print this image and to sew it inside.

This is Yggdrasil Tree. Vikings believed that Gods live on it and people go there after their death.

It's a very cool image. Here you can see each of the part of the tree.

I have only black and white printer, so this image is perfect for it.

I'm happy that this image decorate my book.

Next comes a thin sheet of paper.

To be honest this is not my font. I stole it from my beloved site - Pinterest.

On video it looks like yellow, but actually it's gold.

Special for this I bought a set of pens.

And next page is about Moon Phases.

Yes, I decided to write in my book in english until I get bored.

I'm sure that I will get tired and I will pass to russian some day.

There is more information in english on internet.

Also there are a lot of books in PDF or JPEG format there, that I read sometimes.

I will be happy to learn more english.

Next page is about my lovely Rune Alphabet, which I'm studying now.

I wrote it like in English Alphabet, not like on Futhark, because this way it will be easier for me to learn it.

For better understanding I wrote down numbers of Futhark near each of the rune and the meanings.

Here,as you can see, I wrote my name using runes.

I found out what's my rune and it is Ehwaz.

I am happy, because it means journey, horse and movement.

Such a nice coincidence - I was born in a Horse Year (according Chinese Calendar), so I'm very happy that Ehwaz is my rune.

You can ask why I chose name Katya instead of my full name Ecaterina.

This is because I read that only the name that you use in everyday life imports.

In real life I use Ecaterina seldom.

For runes imports sounds of your name, so if you use a nickname, write it in runes.

There is nothing written next, but I plan to fill the book regularly.

If it will be interesting for you, I can show you my next pages sometime.

Aha! Also I wanted to show you what my terrarium transformed into.

I made it in one of my first videos.

Now it is full of grass inside and I begin to worry for them not to pull out the bung.

But I really like it.

In internet I saw a granny, who had a terrarium for 80 years and now it is huge.

His terrarium is in a big bottle. If I'll ever find a glass like this, I am gonna do a new terrarium

and after many years I will give it as inheritance for my grandchildren.

Thank you, little ship, for the help.

It is leaving =))

If you find interesting what I am gonna write in my book, subscribe and give a "like" to this video.

And now it's goodbye and thank you for your attention!

Essential Life Hacks For Pregnant Women - Duration: 5:41.

Congratulations, you're pregnant!

So now you're probably nauseous, you have to pee every 10 minutes, and you're totally

stressing about the actual birth.

Luckily, you don't have to suffer through the next nine months.

We've got experts weighing in on the very best life hacks for nailing your pregnancy.

Fireball

OK, no, not this kind...

THIS kind.

You've probably heard ginger tea soothes nausea, but did you know that hot tamales and atomic

fireballs get the same results?

Reproductive endocrinologist, Dr. Aimee Eyvazzadeh says, "Herbalists have long known of the power

of cinnamon, and many recent published scientific studies are also demonstrating the same.

Cinnamon is a side-effect-free way of reducing symptoms that are so commonly seen in pregnancy."

She adds, "I tell patients to suck on the candy and don't necessarily eat the entire

[thing].

But just warning you, after pregnancy you may have a really hard time eating a hot tamale

again."

But if you're sweating the heat, there's another option!

Unisom

Beat the nausea, without a prescription.

Dr. Aimee says, quote, "You've heard of Kim Kardashian marketing Diclegis for nausea.

It's pregnancy category A, which means it's safe [for your baby]...But if you need relief

in a pinch…"

"Taking Unisom with b6 is almost just like Diclegis and no prescription needed.

Unisom tabs are super small and easier to swallow so they may work better."

However, Dr. Aimee warns, "Before you try any of these pregnancy hacks do talk to your

doctor.

Severe nausea could be a sign of untreated hyperthyroidism, and that's something you'd

want to know."

Stimulation

Gotta go — with nowhere to go?

Bailey Gaddis, birth doula, and author of Feng Shui Mommy says, "If you're ever in traffic

with a full bladder...redirect attention from your bladder by using...touch techniques."

She says, quote, "If you're not the one driving, direct attention to your arm by lightly grazing

the back of your fingertips across your arm.

This light touch helps to stimulate your nerve endings and release endorphins.

If you're the one behind the wheel, lightly graze one thumb across the side of the other."

Or maybe, you actually want to stimulate your pee...

Peppermint oil

If you're having trouble peeing, Gaddis says, "Pressure on the bladder and swelling in [the]

vaginal region [makes it] difficult to fully empty the bladder...My number one, top secret

tip, that all my pregnant clients love, is to put a few drops of peppermint essential

oil in the toilet bowl if you ever have trouble urinating.

Peppermint oil is so effective because its vapors help to dilate the urethra.

This tip is especially helpful during childbirth when the pressure on the bladder and swelling

in the vaginal region is greatly intensified."

Relax with your main squeeze

Use that baby-related restless sleep, as a chance to bond with your partner.

Gaddis says, "To ward off insomnia, tell your partner it's essential to practice birthing

relaxation techniques like pressure point work, light touch massage, scalp, jaw, and

foot massage, and guided meditation together before bed to ensure you're both fully prepped

for birth."

Doing these relaxation techniques has multiple benefits.

Gaddis continues, "Not only can this get you nightly massages, but it will serve to deepen

your bond with your partner, fill your birthing tool kit, and help you drift into deep and

restorative sleep."

Meditative meals

Meditating before meals can help you make better food choices and stay healthy throughout

your pregnancy.

Gaddis recommends, "Meditate for three minutes before preparing any meal, or going into a

restaurant...When you take a few quiet moments to clear the mind before making food selections,

you're more likely to tune into what your body actually needs and desires, instead of

what your mind is saying sounds good."

Singing along

Trainers often suggest the "talk test," in which you see if you can talk comfortably

during exercise, in order to measure the intensity of your workout.

But according to Helene Byrne, internationally recognized prenatal and postpartum fitness

expert, and founder of BeFit-Mom, the "sing test" works even better.

She says, "When we speak, it's far too easy and common to take small, barely noticeable

inhalations.

So while you may not be out-right panting, you can unintentionally overshoot your ideal

prenatal aerobic training zone without recognizing it in your body."

Here's what she suggests instead: "Sing a simple song like Row, Row, Row Your Boat and

if you need to take a big inhale between the first two lines...then you should lower your

intensity."

To the core

When you have a baby occupying your uterus, it's common to experience pain.

But you can set yourself up for a smoother third trimester by doing prenatal core exercises.

Byrne recommends, "Prevent common pregnancy problems like diastasis recti , pelvic instability,

and back pain with simple prenatal core exercises that build and maintain strength in the transverse

abdominis, or TvA.

The TvA is our body's internal corset and when contracted, compresses the abdomen.

Performing these safe moves throughout pregnancy will not just prevent or lessen the severity

of these issues, but will also greatly aid in the pushing phase of labor, as the TvA

is our primary, voluntary expulsion muscle."

Yoga ball

Lessen the chance of an episiotomy or vaginal tearing by exercising on a yoga ball.

As Byrne describes it, "When you...straddle a large exercise ball, your pelvic floor is

in contact with the ball.

As you exercise on the balls, whether simple stretches, with free weights, or stability

moves, the membrane of the ball and your pelvic floor will function as one unit.

As your weight shifts on the ball, your pelvic floor will undergo a small amount of upward

pressure which gently stretches your pelvic floor muscles, which builds elasticity."

In addition, Byrne suggested, "After 36 weeks gestation, you can gently bounce on the ball

for 5 minutes a day, to more effectively build elasticity in your pelvic floor.

Practicing Kegels on the ball is great too."

My day in Chiang Mai, Thailand - Duration: 8:43.

Last time we showed you around the nature around Chiang Mai

But this time we thought of going around the city of Chiang Mai

And to show you around

The forecast said rain for today so we decided on going to this shopping mall called Maya

Well, it doesn't seem to be raining, but anyway

But here we are

There's a huge food court at the basement level here

Many Japanese companies here, like Mister Donut

That's cool

And smoothies, basic stuff

Let's go and see the shopping mall and we shall see where this afternoon and evening takes us

What did you find?

Coco Curry! Woooo!

The best restaurant in the world

We decided to see a movie tonight

There's a nice looking movie theater here

We're going to see Justice League

There are different seat options there

There's deluxe, premium and first class

And sofa

We decided on sofa

It was the most expensive one at the Dolby Digital Atmos theater

But there's also this first class theater

Which is even more expensive

And all of the seats there are recliners

We definitely need to check that out one day

The sofa for two people at the Atmos theater is 500 baht

Which is around 13 euros, that is for two people

So not bad

You can also come outside to the terrace here at the floor where the movie theater is located

You can watch the sunset and the planes flying by here

The movie was quite entertaining, it was okay

But the movie experience as a whole was very nice

The sofa was super comfortable

You could recline the sofa as well by leaning back

So nice

Which was interesting was that between the trailers and the movie there was a song

It said both in Thai and English that everyone should stand up and pay respect to the King's anthem

And everyone stood up in the theater

I don't know if it's an everyday thing in the movies here, it propably is

Next time we come to see a movie we'll see if they have it again

There's an area here called Nimman close by this Maya shopping mall

We're going there next, it's very close

It should be a very cute and atmospheric area

We're going to have dinner there, let's try and find a nice place

We decided on a place called "Guu Fusion Roti & Tea" for our dinner

We decided on this one because this place is full of locals

Why not, it seems very nice

They have a huge selection of roti

Roti is kind of a bread and they have different fillings

They have a few vegetarian options, not too many though

But the selection of savory and sweet roti is huge with all the different fillings

So let's have a taste

Oh, this is the shredded chicken

Oh right, that's what the menu said

But I didn't think it would be this kind of chicken flour

How is it?

Pretty ok

Cheese and mushroom roti

Much better than the previous one

And then cheese and garlic roti

This is the best one

Spicy pork toasts

At a street food stall

I wasn't satisfied with my shredded chicken, sausage and cheese roti

So I had to try something else

But the other rotis were good

Yes

This is amazing

So freakin' delicious

The Nimman district has kind of a hipster feeling to it

It's a very nice area

Several food trucks

Cute restaurants and a nice atmosphere

We'll definitely visit Nimman again

Antti just told me that this is the best street food he'd had in a long time

Right?

Yes, yes

"Yes, yes"

Where are we going next?

Sunday Night Market!

Sunday Night Market in the heart of old town Chiang Mai

Let's go!

This is the Sunday Night Market

Every Sunday night they have this market here until late at night

And here in Thailand you really need to try one of these foot massages

80 baht for 30 minutes

Which is roughly two euros per person

Pretty nice

And it doesn't matter if you're wearing stockings, we just found out

Yeah, because I'm wearing stockings

But Antti is not

I can't do this now since it tickles when he's massaging my sole

I got this boss guy who has a lot of strenght

So it's a proper massage

It was a very nice massage

A real proper massage

My neck and shoulders feel so much better now compared to the temple massage before

Antti is speaking about a temple massage because we went to get a massage at a temple yesterday

It seems like it's a bit of a gamble here of what kind of a massagist you'll get

Because at the temple I had an awesome massagist and Antti got a trainee

And this time Antti got this boss guy and I first got a very weak lady

But they then changed her to someone who was stronger

In the end it was quite an ok massage

The face massage was quite a weird one though

I'm not sure how my face looks like at the moment

We changed the massage from 30 minutes to an hour

So we also got a neck and shoulders massage

An hour was 150 baht

So what is that?

Four euros

Not bad

The market is closing now

Most of the stalls are closed or closing now around 11 pm and moving away

So, we're leaving as well

That was our afternoon and evening like here in Chiang Mai

There's a lot to do here and it's cheap as well

Which is very nice

Many videos are still to come about Thailand

And in December we'll have daily videos

So like last year, we're having an advent calendar this year as well

Last year we were trying out Japanese treats

This year we're trying out Thai treats here in Chiang Mai

So, starting on 1st of December until the 24th, until Christmas Eve

We'll have a video about Thai food and treats on this channel every day

We won't have these Monday videos during this period of time

But we'll have these Thai food videos instead

So if you haven't subscribed to our channel yet, now's a perfect time to do so
