about the top 5 minimalist life hacks that not only help simplify my life, but have also
have also been really good for our financial stability so let's get on into the video
Number one: It's really good to let your friends and family know that
you like to have as few things as possible and you don't like knickknacks
I know for the last 10 plus years I've told my family and everybody I just
really don't like a lot of knickknacks lying around it really kind of stresses
me out it gives me a bit of anxiety because I feel like there's more to
clean there's more to keep up on and I have always been the kind of person I
just like to give things away throw things away like I just don't have a lot
of stuff around and I just I'd like it that way so this hack is really
essential for like when your birthday comes around when Christmas comes around
all those kind of holidays where you're likely to get gifts um ask for things
like tickets to a concert where tickets to a movie whatever it is like an event
that you can go to rather than items if you really don't want a bunch of items
in your house or you know just let people know that you would you like to
live the lifestyle that you live and if you happen to get an item that you don't
really want lying around the house it's always great to donate the item or to
you know give it to somebody who would really appreciate it number two is to
buy things intentionally this could be from the grocery store from the mall
whatever it is I know that for me it's really a problem if I go to the mall on
a whim and just kind of just because I want to go and I always end up finding
something that I don't really need but now I'm able to go to the mall and look
around and appreciate a lot of things and know that I don't have to buy
anything at that time which is great but also keep in mind you're not only going
to potentially waste your money on things that you don't need by going to
the grocery store at the mall and you don't need something but you're also
kind of wasting your time as well so if you go to the grocery store with the set
list or you go to the mall with a set list of the exact items that you want or
need for cooking a meal or that you need to restock on in your
then it's amazing because you only get the things that you need and you kind of
don't have to be looking around and be susceptible to all the marketing and all
those things that are trying to get you to buy things beside note if you feel
like you constantly have to buy things or you need to make yourself feel better
by buying things maybe it's time to reevaluate the things that you're
finding happiness in because there might be a little you know something kind of
off there so it's really great to kind of re-evaluate that situation and say
like this item doesn't make me happy and how can I fix this in the future sort of
thing number three give things away that aren't valuable to you or that you no
longer use so a great example of this is just things that I had in my closet you
guys saw in a previous video of mine I just chose to give away and to give to a
local thrift store or to sell them because I know that I haven't worn them
in like six months to a year probably not going to wear them and I've always
been the type of person I know that I will probably get some people who are
like how can you do that but even yearbooks I've never held on to
yearbooks never been that kind of person never held on to things like Christmas
cards and stuff like that although I think it's really sweet to get great
messages from people like imagine how many cards you'd have at the end of your
lifetime if you kept every single Christmas and birthday card it's just I
I don't like holding on to all those things occasionally I keep things that
they're really really really special to me but for the most part I really just
kind of let go of those sentimental things um because I I think it would
cause more stress in my life to have things all over the place than to just
give them away and have the memory in my heart and in my mind and never to let
that go but letting go of the object itself I find is really refreshing for
me number four is remember that you can use one device for a lot of different
things an example I have here is like a macbook computer or you know
you know that you have you can use it as a calendar as a planner as well you can
go paperless have all of your receipts send to your email so that you don't
have receipts all over your home you can use your computer as a television as
well hearing and I did that for the longest time until we bought a
television actually gifted to us but yeah you can do so much with just one
device a computer and then it saves you the hassle of having so many different
items and I know that I still like my Erin Condren planner I got one a few
months ago and I just absolutely love it because I have to bring that planner
from work to home and it just really helps me but for the most part I like to
have items that can be multi-use multi-purpose three to stop and I think
a computer is a great great thing for that number five eating simply it's not
only a lot easier to manage but it's a lot healthier as well so an example of
this is Karen and I would leave a shopping usually on Sunday nights we try
to have two meals in mine for the week and we kind of just batch make it we
like meal prep I guess you would say and then not only is it a really healthy
meal because we're making it at home and we're making sure that we can we know
every ingredient that's going into it but it just simplifies our life we can
make a list of the exact things that we want the grocery store we usually never
buy anything that we don't go in meeting and it's really amazing it's great for
finances that is definitely a great tip to follow if you're not already using
that so even though these hacks are all minimalism hacks and they really really
work to simplify your life I feel that all of these can really help you be more
financially stable and they've really helped Karen and I just progress in our
life together and if you guys want more videos on finances or things like that

McCain Blasts US in Speech to Naval Academy, "No More America First".
Arizona Sen. John McCain took another swipe at Trump administration policy in a speech
to the U.S. Naval Academy, where he slammed both isolationism and nationalism, ideas he
said are ascendant within the President Trump's White House.
In the speech to the midshipmen in Annapolis, Maryland, on Monday, the Senate Armed Services
Committee chairman ripped into the Trump administration's policies, although — taking a Voldemort-like
approach that's become habitual among anti-Trump conservatives — he never mentioned the president's
name.
McCain contrasted the "hopeful atmosphere of 1991" after the fall of the Soviet Union
with "the current circumstances of our world," according to USNI News.
"We have gone from an interval when the global success of democracy seemed assured
to a time in which the seductions of authoritarian rule find favor with many; when self-interested
leadership excuses naked aggression with weak rationalizations; when ethnic grievances haunt
the old and religious fanaticism fires the minds of the misguided young," McCain said.
"We are asleep to the necessity of our leadership, and to the opportunities and real dangers
of this world," he continued.
"We are asleep in our echo chambers, where our views are always affirmed and information
that contradicts them is always fake.
We are asleep in our polarized politics, which exaggerates our differences, looks for scapegoats
instead of answers."
McCain then went on to attack attributes (isolationism, protectionism) and straw men (conspiracy theories,
propaganda) commonly associated with the Trump administration.
"I believe in Americans.
We're capable of better.
I've seen it," the Arizona senator said.
"We're hopeful, compassionate people.
And we still have leaders who will uphold the values that made America great, and a
beacon to the oppressed.
"But I don't take that for granted.
We have to fight.
We have to fight against propaganda and crackpot conspiracy theories.
We have to fight isolationism, protectionism, and nativism."
In a part of his speech where he contrasted the values of post-World War II statesmen
with the current administration, he refused to mention the latter by name — although
he did take aim at one of its most identifiable slogans.
McCain said that the statesmen had come to the conclusion "that the American example
and American leadership are indispensable to securing a peaceful and prosperous future.
Our failure to remain engaged in Europe and enforce the hard-won peace of 1918 had made
that clear.
There could be no more isolationism, no more tired resignation — no more 'America First.'"
McCain, of course, is equating — possibly deliberately and dishonestly — Trump's
"America First" with the America First Committee, a WWII-era anti-war, isolationist
group.
This group, led by Sears Roebuck executive Robert E. Wood and aviation hero Charles Lindbergh,
vociferously opposed entry into the war against Hitler's Germany for reasons that were not
always admirable or moral.
The comparisons between a slogan meant to emphasize what many conservatives feel was
the Obama administration's excessive accommodation to internationalism and globalism with a discredited
movement that sought to stay out of an active war waged by fascist, racist, genocidal powers
is, one would hope, nothing more than rhetoric.
Judging by McCain's recent history with the Trump administration — he's killed
the Republican bill to replace Obamacare and intimated he found the Obama administration
more up to his liking, for instance — one is not inclined to give him the benefit of
the doubt.
John McCain has served our country and the Republican Party well.
We wish him the best in his fight against cancer.
However, I'm getting a bit sick of having to append those caveats onto the end of every
single story involving something the Arizona lawmaker has done to blight the conservative
cause or blunt the edge of the Trump agenda.
Let's face facts: McCain has become an incorrigible RINO, wholly determined to act as a roadblock
to his party's efforts to undo the damage of the Obama era.
Part of this seems to involve smearing the president at every opportunity possible.
If John McCain really wants to do something great for America, we have a simple suggestion
for him: Retirement.

on the bus is a metahuman one of new metahumans now and that is essentially
what team flash doing they're trying to find everyone on that bus so during the
latest episode Barry Allen put Ralph on the list so we now know three of the
twelve meta humans so before the season even started the producers told is that
there were going to be no speed surveillance they also said the main
villain was going to be a thinker but let's be honest guys we can't believe
anything that the producers tell us because those so many errors so many
plot holes they couldn't even explain at Comic Con house avatar ever even existed
and the whole 2056 Barry Allen message never made any sense so in the comics
there's a character called August ha whose bare hands best friend he worked
Barry Allen he was hit by the metahuman storms and essentially became a
speedster alongside of a lot of other people then he became evil in many ways
killed some people and had to be stopped by Wally West and Barry Allen and then
he was locked up in iron Heights that was a storyline for 2016-2017 the
god speed story iron wasn't very long but I'm not saying they're gonna
introduce god speed in the season but I think there would be very silly and they
would have capitalized on a very good storyline if they didn't but to be fair
he could have been created during the actual speed for storm that we got the
end of the season so if they were to do this all it would take would be for
Ralph to name-drop that Barry Allen in him know someone called August heart and
it would be very very cool and I think it would be the most realistic realistic
way if there's gonna be a new speedster to actually have
being formed from the speedforce orbs at the end of the flash season 3 because we
all know evil species are going to appear at some point this is the flash
show guys it's known for speedster villains I mean
the thinker guy I mean he would want to create a known speedster and what be
cool if the thinker actually did create his own speedster from getting Barry
Allen out of the Speed Force I hope if this is the case they're going to
explain in scientific terms how the thinker actually bought Barry Allen out
the Speed Force and created all these new metahumans because there's a lot of
unanswered questions and he didn't really explain in any shape or form so I
think the best way would it be if the 12th metahuman would actually be
Godspeed it will be great in my opinion and also you never know Godspeed if he
is gonna be show could be actually the one pulling all the strings and we could
be in for by hundred Kreisberg saying there's no species when really the
species is the actual one pulling the thinker's chain and he's actually behind
everything so the fact that Andrew Kreisberg told Kevin Smith I don't know
why he would tell Kevin Smith Godse because let's be honest they haven't
given him a good episode of direct since run away with the dinosaurs in season 2
to be honest in my opinion it's already been told that they know the storyline
for season 5 so everything in this season must be building up to the next
season eros Kevin Smith wouldn't randomly drop that on Twitter for a lot
of people to see so obviously something towards his end of the season is gonna
build up for a carry over to season 5 most likely will be Godspeed or some
kind of speeds to create from a metahuman storm or when Barry Allen came
out out of the Speed Force and he hit the bus and now it's doing dark matter
but the problem of this show and the good thing about this show is there's so
many writing continuity errors that they can literally do whatever they want even
if it doesn't make sense in times a comic book being accurate like
continuity I mean after they couldn't explain the whole house sabotage ever
existed thing I'm not gonna believe anything the producers ever say about
this show again because it's a straight-up lied they
could not explain how sabotage ever existed and for me that just makes no
sense so let me know guys do you think Godspeed August heart was on the bus do
you think they're gonna create a speedster because so far we've had
someone who can manipulate and take over technology we've had someone who can
change their luck to be good and give other people bad luck and we've had the
elongate man who can stretch in crazy positions like Plastic Man which is
gonna be interesting how they actually use him throughout the season anyway
guys this is just a little Theory I've been thinking up for a while but I don't
know there was a guy on the bus maybe he could be God speed or maybe a speed sir
there was also another girl that we seen and there was another guy but I presume
I'm gonna go back and forth to this bus seeing quite a lot to see more people
because we only seen like four or five people on the bus I mean maybe the bus
driver was gods per don't know I just think they have to use the gossipy
storyline it would be a massive it would be a mask it just would be a missed
opportunity if there wasn't some kind of evil speed so you never know a bar throw
himself could have even wrote on the bus Eddie Thawne from earth-2 could have
been riding the bus you never know I really hope there's some massive twist
that we don't see coming hunter what a hunter from Earth one
could have been he could be Godspeed that would be so cool if he was the

Period Vlog Day 3-6 (September) - Duration: 4:32.
Hi Guys!
I'm going to be doing my Period Vlogs for September with Day three to six of my period.
Day three, my flow was medium.
In the morning I put on a U By Kotex Super tampon and I wore it for three hours.
At lunchtime, I changed into a Tampax Pearl Super tampon.
I wore it for five and a half hours.
And then around 5:30 in the afternoon.
I put on a U By Kotex Click super tampon.
I just have a wrapper to show doubt as you can see it's a compact version of the Sleek.
Then I put on a Tampax Pearl Ultra tampon with a Bodyform extra protection liner and
I wore this for the last thing at night.
So that was day 3.
Moving on to day 4.
I the morning I changed into a Tampax Pearl super tampon.
I used this for six and half hours.
Midday, I put on a U By Kotex Security Super plus tampon.
And by day 4 my period is starting to get lighter so I wore this for seven hours.
Around 7:00 pm I put on a Tampax Radiant superplus tampon.
I wore it for seven hours.
And then the last thing I wore on day 4 was one of these.
And this is an Always maxi night pad.
As you can see they're really thick and they're great for overnight if you have a heavy period.
My period wasn't that heavy at this time but this is the only larger type of pad that I
had.
So going onto day 5.
The first thing I put on was an o.b regular applicator tampon and I used this with a Carefree
normal pantyliner.
I wore that for three hours and then I took out the tampon and I just wore the Carefree
liner by itself.
On day 6 which is the last day of my period.
I had this Carefree pantyliner on and at some point during the day I changed it and I wore
an Always Dailies liner.
So that was my period vlog day 3-6 for September.
