Creating A Protective 'Bubble' Shielding Yourself From Negative Energies - Duration: 3:06.

Creating A Protective Bubble Shielding Yourself From Negative Energies

by Conscious Reminder

Negative and positive energies are both part of this three dimensional world.

But when the energy that prevails around you is negative, it will drain your positive energy

and make you feel depressed and sad.

This is why excessive exposure to negative energy can even make you mentally unstable

and physically weak.

It is thus extremely necessary to protect your auric field and not to allow harsh and

low vibrations affect you.

Here are 5 ways to shield yourself from negative energies:

1.

Close Your Aura

In normal setting, your Aura will expand up to 6 feet.

It is the main source of catching any foreign energy and thus in a closed room where there

are chances of being touched by negative Aura, it is advisable to close your aura.

You can do so by crossing your arms and legs while sitting.

Or you can command your aura to just stick around you.

2.

Know Your Surroundings

It is important to know the surroundings; doing so will make it easier for you to protect

your Aura.

It is much easier to protect the Aura when the source is known.

Also, shorten your stay in places where negative energy is dominant.

3.

Dont React To Negativity

During a heated debate, do not react to negative thoughts of others.

Instead keep your positive thoughts around.

By choosing to not to respond to the negative energy, you can save yourself from its influence.

4.

Meditate And Exercise Daily

Both physical and mental fitness are necessary to ward off negativity.

This can be achieved with regular exercise and meditation.

Exercise will clean your blood and meditation will clean your aura.

5.

Build An Energy Shield Around You

It is an imaginary shield created by your brain in order to protect you from negativity.

For this, order your mind to make the shield which can make you resistant to negative energy

for many hours.

This shield should be permeable in order to allow you to send energy, but should restrict

any intake of energy.

Use these ways to protect yourself from negative energy.

Whats your opinion on negative energy?

Does it affect you or have you already learned how to protect yourself from negative influences?

Share your views and opinions with us.

Korean Fashion Haul : Teenager Style Shopping Mall, Merong Shop (ENG CC) - Duration: 6:42.

Hi guys

It's Kyung-Ah from Ryu's Penna

Today, I bought about 100$ of items from Merong Shop

Actually, I wanted to use other shopping malls

But, I couldn't find a better and cheaper place than here

So, I used Merong Shop for another time. (It's a teenager shopping mall)

Since fall is coming

I bought 2 tops, 1 bottom, and 3 outers

Before I start the clip

I'm a Youtuber covering fashion and ordinary life

If you're watching me for the first time, the like and subscribe button is on the bottom, so click and watch me please

Then, shall we start the Haul?

The first one is

Tada~

It's a green crop tee

It's hard to find a long sleeve crop tee

But Merong Shop had it

The length was just the best

But, if your breast is large, it might be short

If you raise your hands, underwear might poke out so be careful or wear a bra top

This kind of item match good lightly with coats

It goes well with skirts, leggings, and jeans etc. because of the basic design

A simple crop like this is useful for fall

When I came out of my house, I matched it with leggings and it was pretty

Next is

Ta da~

Anorak!

Anorak design was on trend since last year

But, since I didn't have one, I bought it this time

It's thinner than I thought, so I recommend to layer it

I layered it with a t-shirt

The lower banding was stronger than I thought, so it makes a pretty overfit

As you can see

The zipper works well

One sad point is

The inner part

Can you see it?

The finish of the inside zipper was not clean

Though it's not visible

If you layer it with a sweater

The thread can get on it

And the cloth can be damaged easily

For this kind of thread, you can burn it with a lighter

You have to finish it yourself

But considering the price, the banding is very tight

So, you might not be upset about the thread

But, being clean isn't a bad thing!

I matched it with a wide jean, to make a retro street look

Actually, matching it with a skirt or skinny jeans might be pretty also, but

Anorak itself has trended with the old-school retro look, so I matched it like this

Next are bottoms!

The bottom is

Ta da~

I chose a bottom with unbalanced ruffle designs

This kind of bottom goes well on simple looks

And even for family meetings

Also, it looked good for a girly date look, so I bought it

This one was tight also, helping to hold the body shape

It seems to look good for just girly looks

But, I matched it with boots for a mix match look

Doesn't this kind of casual look nice?

And the outer!

Ta da

I bought two same color zip ups that are different in color

Actually, there were many colors

I chose a bold blue color

And a pastel light purple color

As you can see the color is very pretty

But it's quite thin

And the inside is just fabric

So, for these days, you should wear warm inner clothes

If you see this item

The banding isn't tight

The design is wide shaped

So, with a loose feel

It'll look very pretty with other overfit items

It's simple and useful that much, so I bought two of them

Since I said it's useful

I'll show you different looks with these two colors

For the first look, I matched yellow which goes well with blue

Just simply wearing a t-shirt and skirt is unique and pretty, due to the color

For the second look, I matched a crop top with corduroy pants, giving a unique retro look

Isn't it different than the first?

It's useful enough to arrange different looks

Merong Shop is very nice considering the price

But the problem is always one thing, the inner thread finish

You have to consider it (summer clothes were the same)

This kind of problem can be solved with a lighter

So, check this point

It's the last one!

The last one is?

Ta da~

It's a jacket that you can look pretty especially in the fall

In my memory, there was this color and a denim one (actually it had 6 colors..Sorry, LOL)

This item is thin and overfit also

So, if you wear warm inners or match it with long sleeves with points

It'll look pretty

And this kind of jacket looks good ordinarily matched, or even if you

Fold the sleeve to make the inner poke out

So, I matched it with a sweater with big letterings for the inner

And since the jacket is overfit, I matched it with a skinny jean

And for the whole look I matched a black and brown look

And since this kind of design doesn't matter the trend

If you have one and put it in the closet

You can use it in spring and fall

So, I recommend you having one

Well guys

This is the end to my Merong Shop 100$ Haul

Actually, buying 6 fall clothes is

Very…very… fantastic!

That's why I can't stop using this place

I'll show you other shopping malls and teenager malls next time

This was the end to this one, See ya in the next clip! ♥♥♥(Like and subscribe, please!)♥♥♥

Bye~

One Pan Zucchini Lasagna!(No-bake) - Duration: 13:45.

Hello guys

Today, this meal name is quite long..

We're making One Pan No Bake Zucchini Lasagna!

Well, there's no lasagna sheets involved so it's basically not a lasagna

but anyway, it is still so hearty and filling served with a salad or bread

Let's start!

Slice 4 garlics, or use 2tspp of minced garlic

Chop one whole onion

And I'm gonna two zucchinis thinly and long

But if you are making a 1 layered one you will need only 1

If you have this it will be quick!

But if you don't,

Cut the long zucchini in half

You can stand it up vertically and cut like this

or horizontally, you can slice off a thin layer

make a flat bottom and then cut

This is the safest, easiest method

It's kinda tricky to cut it straight like this

Sprinkles about 2 pinches of salt on them

to drain the water out

Prepare your ground beef

no need to season it

If you are making a single layered one, just use 500g, if you are making double layer one, prepare 800g

Turn on the heat to medium

drizzle some cooking olive oil or vegetable oil

Quickly stiry gry the garlic and when you smell it

add the onions

and whent the sizzling sound gets loud, lower the heat to medium-low heat

Sprinkle some dried herbs: like oregano or parsley

Then add 2 pinches of salt and sweat them

The they become golden, add the ground beef

Now up the heat again to medium

add black pepper

then dried oregano or parsley,

pan fry

then add red wine, about 4-5 Tbsp

Once it boils,

add your favorite tomato sauce(like basil tomato sauce, arrabiata, etc)

My husband doesn't really like tomato-y food so I didn't add much

If you LOVE tomato sauce, you can up the sauce amount twice as much

I added 4 Tbsp and stirred

and when it boiled, I tasted it

If you think you need more sauce, add more to taste. I added 4 Tbsp more

Now cook 10 minutes more

Meanwhile, I also sliced some eggplant(aubergine), but if you already sliced 2 zucchinis

you can ignore this part

I salted this as well

If you notice that the zucchinis are sweating

dried them with a kitchen towel

When the meat is cooked all the way through, have a taste

if you can't stop tasting it, that's a good sign!

If you are doing single layer, you can just top with the sliced zucchinis right away

but if you are doing double layer, take out half of the meat

then make a zucchini layer, then layer the rest of the meat on top

and lastly cover it more zucchinis, ok?

Turn off the heat

And I am doing double layer here,

so I'm gonna take out half of the meat on a serving plate that I'm gonna use

and the rest that is in the pan, spread and flatten it

Layer with some mozzarella cheese

and with zucchinis or eggplants

and on top of that cover with meat

then with cheese

Then lastly cover the top with the remaining zucchini or eggplant

and then, cheese

Now turn on the heat to the lowest

then cover it with cooking foil

If you hate cooking foil, just cover it with another big pan or a cover..

I'm just gonna use a foil

After 10 minutes or so,

Tadah! The cheese has melted!

Cook 10 minutes further, uncovered

If you have an oven,

you can put this in 175C, for 20 minutes

Done!

Before serving, sprinkle some parsley

and enjoy!

The first slice is always ugly...

-I'm so hungry

-Looks healthy and delicious!

yeah

-Mm! -Is it good?

-wow

-The beef and the cheese though...!

- so good!

There's so much cheese!

There's too much cheese!

-I love it.

Babe, you don't like the lasagna too tomato-y right

-right

So I didn't put a lot in

But if YOU like the tomato sauce

add more! to your taste

I didn't use the oven

-what?

your mom was surprised lol

-I can imagine

cuz i didn't use an oven

woah

cheese..*pants*

I would love to have more tomato sauce in it

-tomato sauce?

I think if I had this alone, I would've put more tomato sauce

BUT you gotta have it too so..

-well I loved it like this

-maybe I ate too fast

You want more?

Thanks sweetie

In the future when we have babies

and if our babies don't eat vegetables

I should use this as a trick!

I should put TONS of zucchinis and eggplants

and be like, "Oh! You want some lasagna?"

Guys, I love it when you guys use my recipe for your one pan or no oven meals

and I love to see that I can help you guys in everyday meals

So if you make this

don't forget to tag me

and if you liked this video, please press like! and subscribe

and see you next time!

We will carry on eating now..

-I'm gonna have more!

Bye!

Doom - REVIEW (Nintendo Switch) - Duration: 6:54.

Doom is the antithesis of so much of what the Switch excels at.

Brash and bloody with thundering music and a cold heart, Doom is the digital representation

of idle doodlings from a 15-year-old boy.

One trait it does share in common with Nintendo's more family-friendly offerings, though, is

gameplay that's as refined and exciting as anything out there.

Combat is relentless, empowering, and downright thrilling in Doom, pushing this year-old port

above the lesser aspects that make up the rest of this diabolical adventure.

First, Switch owners are probably wondering how Doom holds up technically.

Starting life on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC in May 2016, Doom always emphasized

smooth action over high-end graphics.

And, for the most part, Doom Switch is every bit as easy to play.

The framerate holds up during almost every fight, and the few dips usually only happen

during bloody executions so it doesn't hamper the killing fun.

There is one glitch I encountered a number of times, though.

The music drops out and the sound effects become dulled at seemingly random points.

Things get back to normal during the next load screen but it's a definite headscratcher

when things go silent.

If handheld is you've preferred method of Switching, Doom looks just as good on the

small screen.

But it's a much better game on a television.

Granted, my vision isn't top-notch, but I struggled to make out the smaller enemies

and couldn't hit airborne foes to save my life.

Doom is just so fast and frenetic that it's hard to do it justice in handheld mode.

Thankfully, there aren't any motion controls, so if your eyes are sharper than mine, there

aren't any control hurdles to overcome.

Now to get the real selling point.

The action in Doom is the polar opposite of the many plodding, duck-behind-cover-while-you-regenerate-your-life

shooters out there.

Fights are so fast it's like you're a jacked up rabbit being slingshot head first

into a demonic battle.

Movement is the key to success in that stopping leads to quick deaths.

Enemies pour into the battlefields and you have to sprint through tunnels, leap across

chasms, shinny up ledges, and leap off glowing trampolines to stay one step ahead of your

determined pursuers.

The brilliant innovation of Doom that pushes you to stay on the offensive comes from the

hand-to-hand executions.

Once you stagger an enemy with enough bullets, they glow blue and orange, and that's your

chance to smash their heads in.

Doing so gives you extra life, so when you're near death, it's better to rush in to perform

an execution than cower away from danger.

That risk/reward system is the key to Doom's tenacious hook.

Fights are long and nasty affairs that require you to think fast and move even faster to

quell the relentless horde.

Your arsenal is more than enough to stay on top.

There's a shotgun, plasma rifle, chaingun, and more, each with their own unique strengths

and weaknesses to ensure you use every weapon.

I really loved how I couldn't just rely on one or two guns the entire campaign.

Ammunition is a short supply so you're forced to bounce between guns so you'd better master

each and every one.

You wouldn't want to face off against a boss with just a gauss cannon if you've

haven't disposed of a few dozen enemies with it beforehand.

As great as the combat is, though, none of the other elements can live up to its impressive

heights.

This is an ugly game.

I know hell and Mars aren't supposed to be the most beautiful places, but the artistic

design was downright boring and repetitive for most of the campaign.

The levels look so similar that I often got lost.

Plus, the compass and map aren't great at pointing you in the right direction so I spent

a lot of time wandering around.

It's a serious letdown going from the crazy combat to bumbling around nondescript locations

trying to find the next fight.

The game also slows down when you upgrade your gear.

Guns and your armor can be infused with new abilities which sounds fine but I had no interesting

poking around in menus when there were enemies waiting to be killed.

I would have preferred an upgrade system like Ratchet & Clank.

In that franchise, guns automatically upgrade when you kill enough enemies with that gun.

It's the perfect way to inject more variety into your arsenal while incentivizing reasons

to switch which guns you use without slowing things down with menus.

There's also a story about Mars, hell, demons, and portals to mysterious places, but the

narrative clashes with the combat, too.

This is a game about speed.

The music is loud and raucous, the enemies quick and deadly, and I got amped up in each

and every fight.

My heart was racing and my blood was pounding and then... a cutscene?

Holographic people talking about whatever?

Come on!

There's a time and a place for story and it's not when you're slaying demons by

the truckload.

It's incredible how the combat in Doom is so exciting but every other aspect contradicts

that design approach.

Maybe I'm impatient, but when I'm immersed in a superfast game, I don't want to spend

time in menus or listen to a by-the-book story or stare at a map to figure out where to go

next.

I want to rush into the next battle head first as I wonder what kind of afterlife demons

have.

The campaign is a long one.

It took me about 12 hours and I didn't find most of the secrets strewn across levels.

There's plenty of reason to go back two or three times to thoroughly humiliate demons

and perfect your combat tactics.

But if you want more, there's a multiplayer mode.

Sadly.

it's not nearly as exciting as the main offering.

There's little to separate this from other shooters so it just feels kind of flat compared

to the great campaign.

I would much rather dive back into a harder difficulty setting than trade rockets with

some dude living in Des Moines.

So, Doom is a little uneven.

But ID Software nails the most important part: the combat.

As long as it's fun to slay demons, it doesn't matter too much that the rest of the adventure

fails to live up to that high standard.

I can only say that I liked Doom but it's a no-brainer if you're itching for some

first-person action on your Switch.

#1 Misconception Families of Addicts Make with Boundaries - Duration: 5:46.

Hi, do you know what the number one misconception is when it comes to families setting boundaries

with someone they love in active addiction?

Hi, I'm Kimberly Velez, Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida.

The number one misconception for families in regards to setting boundaries with their

loved one in addiction and the reason why that is because most families have been afraid

that their loved will think they are abandoning them.

And this is why I decided to create a Youtube Video about this topic because it's so critical

and important.

So here's the main two reasons why families tend to believe that they are abandoning their

loved one when they are setting a healthy boundary.

So the first main issue for families is really that it is something different for you.

You are saying no for the first time, you're not doing things that you have typically done

before to reduce your discomfort and we're human beings, creatures of habit and one of

things we do not like to experience as a human being is feeling uncomfortable.

So everybody has their own reasons for how they respond and react to their loved one

in active addiction.

This is where a skilled clinician can come in and help support the family and address

their own individualized needs.Especially when it comes to managing our emotions in

new ways.

So again this is something very emotional.

You can't get more emotional than watching someone we love self destruct.

So when we are feeling a level of discomfort, a level of anxiety, when we're feeling fear-

scared or lonely or worried- we will find the quickest way to alleviate ourselves of

that.

So nine times out of ten, when it's families dealing with their loved one in active addiction,

they've been alleviating it by possibly enabling and rescuing and not saying no perhaps when

they need to and definitely by tolerating behaviors from their loved one that they normally

would not accept by anyone else.

So, again it's really critical to get help and guidance and understand that about yourself

and then being taught or shown or start practicing new coping mechanisms to manage those emotions

cuz they are still going to be there especially when you start saying no.

The second reason why families really struggle and feel like they are abandoning their loved

one is because your loved one doesn't want this to happen either.

It's different for them as well.

And what that really means is that you have to remember you are dealing with someone in

active addiction.

They're not in their right mind, they're not rational thinkers in active addiction.

When families have come to me in the past, saying "Kim we are really worried because

she doesn't want us to do this" , "she feels like we don't love her" "this

is what she said to us".

You know I would point out that is emotional manipulation because in no way shape or form

are you abandoning your loved one.

You're setting up different limits to behaviors that you are going to accept and tolerate

from your loved one.

That's all that's changing.

So, they tend to not want that kind of support and they will do anything and everything they

can to really try to get you to revert back to the old ways because the old ways enabled

their addiction.

It enabled them to get away with things that they shouldn't.

It made their drug use easier, more comfortable and this is what families do not want to do.

So it's really, really critical that you all, again, get help and understand for yourself,

what are your emotional hooks?

How are you being triggered?

What are the things that your loved one says or does that gets to you and how are you responding?

You know-do you just throw your hands up?

Do you feel powerless?

Are you feeling frustrated?

Are you scared because most of the families I worked with are terrified to set a healthy

boundary for fear that their loved one will pull away even more from them.

Your relationship that was there prior to the addiction is nine times out of ten not

the same.

Families are really scared to set a healthy boundary for fear of losing more of the relationship

that's really non existent at this point in time.

So these are the two main issues that families really, really struggle with and again, it's

so important for you guys to get help.

You cannot possibly navigate and manage crisis after crisis by yourself.

There's resources out there that can help you.

I have down below a link to "The Top 3 Resources Available to Families" . Please click on

it - it's free and start your path in getting the help that you need so that you no longer

fall under the misconceptions and misguidance of feeling like you are abandoning your loved

one by setting up - I call them recovery supportive boundaries.

That's what you want to do.

You don't want to do anything as a family that fuels the addictive cycle.

So again, implementing and following thru with recovery supportive boundaries - that's

what families need to do.

Please get the help to start understanding what that is.
