What Is The Best Team Comp For Zilong and Layla? Mobile Legends - Duration: 6:20.

>> Ask VeLL: Alright family, so it's very common that we lose games before we even play
them.
One of the biggest and seemingly unavoidable problems in Mobile
Legends is struggles with team composition.
Some times you have players who don't wanna play tank so you end up losing because of
lack of sustainability.
Other times, you have 2 or 3 people who want to be ADC so you're terrible early game because
the current meta favors early game heroes.
We recently talked about Zilong and some of his flaws in the meta.
Another hero in a similar position as zilong is Layla.
Late game, layla is arguably the best ADC in Mobile Legends.
The issue is, the most effective team comp in the current meta is filled with early game
killers, like Cyclops, Lancelot, Natalia, Kagura, Fanny,
and the list goes on.
In the current meta if a team has an early game team comp, the game is lost before late
game even comes.
This meta makes being an ADC very difficult already, Layla picks are very tricky to get
right and that's what we're going to be talking about.
We're going to go over the best team composition for Zilong and Layla.
Since we've been talking about Zilong a lot lately, lets start there.
I told you all Zilong is very team dependent.
So some of you were wondering, what is a good team comp that makes zilong work.
Honestly, making zilong work can be done in many ways.
The goal with Zilong is to split push successfully so you can steal towers without the other
team realizing whats happening.
Split pushes can be planned, but they can also be lucky strategies pulled off out of
desperation.
A good zilong player, knows how to read the battle field and split push at the right times,
but the best way for zilong to be successful is having
a team composition that helps create the right time for
zilong.
If you're going to use split pushing as your strategy, you'll need heroes that can sustain
or heroes that are so deadly they require help to be
stopped.
So the deadly heroes is easier to explain.
Let's imagine, your team has, fanny, kagura, cyclops, hylos
and zilong.
I don't know why anyone in their right mind would ever let someone manage to get a comp
this powerful but lets say that's the team you're working with.
That's a comp where the other team literally cant win without bringing other players to
help in certain lanes.
Lets say, fanny and kagura are laning together.
No 2 people can survive that.
So that will force the person in the middle or the jungler to roam and help
a lot.
Lets make it even more unfair and say we have a 3-1-1.
Hylos, Fanny, and Kagura top lane.
Cyclops mid.
And zilong bot.
The other team has only 1 choice.
They have to bring 4 or 5 people to try and stop hylos fanny and kagura.
If they dont, who ever is in that lane will keep dying, or they will just keep taking
the towers.
With that team comp the only option is to send people
and try to help slow those op heroes down.
This gives zilong a lot of opportunity to split push because top lane is so stacked
with power they can keep everyones attention all game and it'll be
hard to focus zilong even if they wanted to.
Obviously this was an extreme example.
Most team comps wont be stacked with those types of heroes.
So lets keep it realistic.
A good duo that can also attract a lot of attention in the top lane is Chou and Fanny.
Chou can stun and kick people from under their tower, and fanny can finish people very fast
which will force mid lane or jungle to come help as well.
Basically, the best team comp with zilong is a team with heroes that have so much synergy
it's almost impossible to win a fair fight against them.
That's going to make it so the other team is always off balance
and zilong will be free to take one of the lanes when someone leaves to go help their
teammates.
Let's move on to layla which is easier to build a team around.
Layla is an ADC that lack mobility and sustainability.
so for layla to be a good pick she just needs to lane with someone who can keep her alive.
A tank like Hylos can stun anyone who tries to attack layla.
Just about any hero with growd control if played well honestly.
But whats even more important than keeping layla alive, is making sure you have a team
that can stay alive.
The reason that's important is because Layla is a late game hero.
So you need to have heroes who will force the game to go into late game where layla
is most dominate.
When layla is picked.
Double tank is definitely one of the top strategies I'd recommend.
One example team for layla is, Hylos, Ruby, Cylops, and Grock.
Hylos and Layla Bottom lane would be easy for them to hold the lane and if hylos feeds
layla she can get fed fast.
Cyclops can hold middle on his own.
And Ruby and Grock can hold top on their own.
Early game this team comp is capable of holding lanes very easily,
and late game in team fights this team is going to be
almost impossible to stop.
The 2 Tanks are hard to kill.
Ruby is hard to kill because of her life steal.
And cyclops is hard to kill because of his life steal.
With a team this sustainable and stacked with this much crowd control it's
going to ensure layla can deal free damage.
It would be hard for someone to get past all that crowd control and focus layla if they
wanted to.
That being said, there are definitely more strategies that can work for Layla and Zilong,
but I want to know some of the team comps you all think
would work and what strategies you've found to help you
have successful games with Layla and Zilong.
