Filament Dry Box || How to properly store and 3D print Nylon, PC, TPU, PVA... - Duration: 6:46.
I'm currently working on my filament test series which makes me print several exotic
materials that are not as easy to handle as PLA.
Many of these, like nylon, polycarbonate or TPUs need to be stored really dry that they
don't absorb moisture.
Today, I'll be showing you, how I built a simply and cheap filament box, which you
can use to store your filaments in and even directly print out of.
Guten Tag everybody, I'm Stefan and welcome to CNC kitchen.
Moisture is a major concern when it comes to 3D printing, because working with dry filament
makes the difference between a successful print or a lot of problems.
I gotta be honest, but I store most of my PLA filaments on a holder here in my office
and didn't really have an issue with these so far because once, PLA isn't printed that
hot and second it doesn't absorb moisture as quickly.
But as soon as you get into more uncommon materials the storage location can become
an issue.
I store my ABS an PETG filaments in a big box where I added a couple of these nylon
bags filled with silica gel.
When I use a spool I just take it out of the box and put them on the normal spool holder
of my printers and that works totally fine.
I'm getting more and more into printing nylons or polycarbonate.
For most of these it's essential to keep them dry even during printing, because even
a day out in normal ambient air might result in a print that is more foam in the end instead
of solid plastic.
Also PVA, the water soluble support material, is very susceptible to moisture and even though
it might be printing well for a while, your print results will improve if you keep it
dry all the time. and even attach a Bowden tube to it to directly
print out of the box.
We only need a few simple things which are a plastic container that is big enough to
hold a couple of rolls of filament, and a bunch of silica gel perls.
These can be purchased on Amazon or Ebay in larger quantities.
This is pretty much the same stuff that is also in the silica gel packages you well know,
but the pearls contain an indicator so they turn green, as soon as they get saturated
with water.
A kilo is plenty for a box of 3 rolls.
The nice thing is that you can reuse these as often as you like.
Once you see, that the moisture level in your box doesn't go down as far anymore and the
silica gel changes its color, you put everything on a baking tray and put it into your oven
at around 110°C and open the door from time to time, to remove the moist air from the
oven.
After around an hour, the pearls are dry again and changed their color back to orange.
Just leave them in the oven until they almost cooled down again and then put them back into
the box.
If anybody wonders, I also tried using silica cat litter which didn't work for me at all.
Maybe I would have needed to dry it before.
I wouldn't recommend to only use bags of silica gel that you gathered from your filament
packs, because the amount of material they contain is so little, that they will hardly
last for a longer period of time.
And, since you can't judge if they are still okay or not it's hard to tell if they are
still working.
This brings me to the next item on the list.
I have one of these cheep hygrometers in all of my filament boxes to check the environmental
conditions.
This is nice for the big box where I don't directly see the silica gel, but I also noticed
that the moisture level will rise already when the silica gel just started to change
color.
Then we will need a piece of PVC tube which holds the spools and two 3D printed holders.
If your tube diameter doesn't match mine, just scale the model accordingly.
Then we need a Teflon tube that is used to guide the filament from the box to the printhead
so that it has no change to pick up moisture.
In order to connect these to the box I used commercially available Bowden connectors,
but you can also print one out on your own.
You can find links to all of these items down in the description.
Start by grabbing the biggest roll you want to add to your box and mark the location where
the tube needs to be.
I didn't center the holder because this will result in a straighter filament path
with different roll sizes and amount of material that is still left.
Now take your brackets and mark the locations where you will need to drill.
I used a wood drill, since, with its tip, is way easier to start a hole with in the
plastic.
Then also drill a hole in the right size where the Bowden connectors shall go later.
I drilled two holes in the upper part of the box so that I can use the second one later
for the storing position.
Now just bolt the brackets to the box.
If you want to be extra thorough you can add a foam seal to the lid but the amount of silicagel
that is in the box can easily handle small leakages over longer periods of time.
Make sure that your box has some kind of clips so close the lid properly.
When I bought mine at IKEA, the clips were out of stock, so I just printed a couple.
Pour in a bunch of silica gel and you're all set.
Now you can simply add your precious rolls of filament to the box and store them in there
very dry.
Mine goes down to below 10% in a couple of hours and dries out bad filament only in a
matter of days.
Even though the silica gel pearls look clean, I was able to spot some dust after adding
them to the box.
Since you don't want that in your nozzle just add one of these universal filament dust
cleaners inside the box.
When I don't use the box, I close the connectors with specifically designed plugs, but you
can also just use two small pieces of Teflon tube which you seal at one end.
Before starting a print, slide the material through the Bowden tube and feed it to your
printer just as normal.
Make sure that you don't have too much drag, and if so check your Bowden tube and dust
filter.
Also make sure that the Bowden tube is long enough and maybe even guide it somehow, that
it doesn't interfere with your print.
When I'm done printing, I either remove to whole Bowden tube, or I just feed the end
into the second connector so I can easily load it the next time without needing to open
the box.
That's it.
This is a very convenient solution for me now if I want to print with Nylon, PVA or
similar.
Even drying bad filament with this box works great.

Team Liquid LoL | Squad S2 EP2: Support (TL vs 100 Thieves & Clutch Gaming) - Duration: 14:32.
this week our scrims were not great as last week, I talked with Peter and Peter
say our scrims turned out very bad and he wanna make ours scrims better. I always
push my supports to play better I always push my supports like help me play
better I'd be like Olleh this is really bad I think we shouldn't do this anymore
like you shouldn't do this anymore he was telling me like I think this part
our scrims is not good this part we had to improve blah blah blah and I did
agree with him
when we played against TSM we were decisive but not greedy we made a couple
of mistakes of course but it really bring that same kind of focus and drive
determination to the object game but we still put out a win so we thought 2-0
you know things are going great next week will be just as good the fact that
there wasn't this boogeyman of TSM was gonna get you if you don't practice
really hard the energy really dropped in the second week of practice we were
losing we weren't focused during screams there
was no energy we didn't have any like constructive meetings and then on
Thursday Jared came back we were start all right well boys it's good to be back
Congrats on an impressive first weekend what's what's we've been like so far it
It was actually so awkward he like asked his questions about things that we'd
been going over for a long time I just I don't know I feel like last
week we worked on a lot of things I can't point out anything that we've
learned at last few days like I didn't really want to answer all the questions
I think I answered one Eugene answered one and then after that it was like very
slow it's kind of like one of those like awkward moments in high school and like
the teachers just like okay can anyone give me the answer and like doing has
the answer so it's just kind of like a dwindling silence and I could tell he
was pretty disappointed that there was no energy
his answer should be flying out right flying out of your head
if you know the answer, let it fly consistency yes I kind of was really
afraid after we went two-zero that we would get really complacent we didn't
really look too much past the first week because that was like the big test that
we'd been studying for and then after we I guess aced it, all my worst fears came
true just god-awful practice super unfocused
no one has a goal we're not like actually progressing as a
team and then in my opinion if you're not really getting any better you're
probably getting worse it's pretty hard to stay neutral
Tuesday and Wednesday we actually got worse I'll give you one analogy that I
think is fairly helpful 1960 Kennedy said that they wanted to put a man on
the moon in a decade the scientific community at that time did not care for
his plan they were happy to explore space right just check stuff out there
was no real target you want to put a man on the moon at a decade that's a
different ballgame and you have to raise the standards for everything that you're
doing on a daily basis in order to achieve that and not only did they think
it was crazy in 1960 but they did it in nine years to
me it's a journey with many destinations leading towards your ultimate one you go
two- zero over the weekend but did you really hit your processed targets for what you
want to do in terms of preparing yourself for worlds and from the sounds
of it the answer is yes and no
after scrims even though we lost that's fine like we just need to talk
that's just scrim and practice so I want him to tell me his opinion
definitely I'm gonna take a hundred percent of the blame here I should have
been a lot more constructive like after the game I usually try to talk to him
like kind of single him out like that made him feel bad I got hurt you know I
talked to me about my problem or both our problems well then I can I can just
handle my problem I can fix my problem but your way was like when I made one
mistake you just think like oh like the first bad that makes me feel a little
bad. I work with Peter actually every year now since 2015 he's
always kind of been the same kind of person he's very particular it's really
important to be able to articulate your thoughts and your personal you know
thinking processes what your plan is or you think the front of the team should
be very clearly and in enough detail that people don't make mistakes after we
lost scrims I was kind of depressed because I didn't do my job well not
saying it's true just for you this is like a very common thing
and you get like a little bit of success and you make some progress and then you
start to feel like like it's solid right like like you own it and then you relax
and then you just sort of slip backwards and then when you feel yourself slipping
then you're like fuck like I thought I was there and so then you get pissed at
yourself for slipping yeah it's like it's not like I don't know how to do
that yeah like I was doing that shit but now I don't do that shit yeah and then
like our players got like frustrated like why all I don't do that shit yeah
when I talked to Jared I feel really comfortable he is my American father
he's my Oracle I wish is my father in America you made a classic classic like
improvement mistake climbing up a mountain you slip you slip ten feet but
now you know how do you still know how to climb up, the difference is how you're
gonna be able to sort of stay consistent and not feel like you're gonna relax
like you can be proud of yourself for making the progress as you should
because it was real and you were working at you know he made me feel really
comfortable to talk everything and I felt much better just by talking and he
just came to me and then I I know you can do it he gave me some advice and I
just followed because I believed in it
and the phrase I believe right so of course do you know how to do
this stuff take a couple things to focus on we kneel do it and just make surfing
making some sense
whoa hard life hard life
we are here after scrim to test our new setup in alienware training
facility so all the computers were set up prior to us coming here and so we're
testing out all the equipment to see how it runs a lot some of the guys are
streaming some of the guys are just like testing out how their their game runs
some guys are just like watching YouTube videos I didn't expect I'm gonna have
double monitor and now I have and so I can play while watching my twitch
chat so I can stream well so I think I can feel paid by Steve so it's pretty
nice yay I can stream now oh thank you check it out
100 thieves the newcomer to the league sitting at two and teamliquid looking
hot off of a 2-0 week one as well what do they have to do to get the big for you
here dad yeah I'm gonna say Team Liquid just used to destroy bottom line and
that's for a couple of reasons doublelift is the aggressive shot caller
of this team who does have a lot of strength throughout but when you also
look across the board or 100 keys and after being the main shot-caller if
double if you know they can assume control of that Lane then I don't think
hundred thieves has much of a strategy afterwards + TLD wolves is it fair to
say that even though both these teams are - I know people are looking at Team
Liquid as a heavy favorite right now it is 100 thieves had a great week one
with the 2-0 game it will be a spectacular opening Oh ult onto impact, pool goes
down yourself some damage get out of this one tides of blood trying to get
himself a bit more of that cooled down will be slow that one more hit hyper is
gonna have to connect once again crimson runs just about to come up keep impact
alive sumday just done the visit comes out
perfect timing Oh your map pressure is just so much better than ours right now as
100 thieves tiptoes back and forth initiation comes in team liquid going
for broke as they try to save the Nexus and try to push back a few members
of 100 thieves but the health bars are not
in this world for teamliquid Dago town along with the bars 100 thieves will be
at the top of the standings 3 and 0 to start off week 2 of the NA LCS for
beating TL today it definitely meant a lot to me because I was supposed
to start on that roster until they eventually got doublelift
I played with Olleh for a year so I know what he's gonna play and I knew he's gonna
just pick Alistar and try to kill me the whole game so I just played really safe
and i watched out for that and I think Aphromoo did a really great job in
protecting me I was kind of depressed after I lost to 100 thieves when side
Lane is losing like as a support I can't do anything I was kind of like oh my god
I want to do something for our team but I have no like source to do because they
play nearly safe and they just try to win by side lane and they always like
try defensively so I was happy that I can learn something because when i lose
i'm happy i can Clutch look good liquid has looked good honestly I'm
expecting this to be a pretty exciting battle between these two teams who both
show potential to be contenders for that top echelon in the North American LC
yeah and liquid to speak a little bit about them people are definitely looking
at them as one of the best teams certainly in the league team liquid is a
team that thing a lot of people identifies primarily playing through
their baleen and in their loss hundred thieves they were shut down for the most
part let's see how this is gonna play out whether it's through the bot lane
whether it's through elsewhere on the map I just want to see a good game to
close out week number volley it's almost here though a lot of damage left to make
this work with double if shows up player Oh get down but muster shot as the pivot
trying to get himself away will it be enough double if wants to say no and
he'll say it liquid is looking to fight no Apollo no get out at the start of
this one there's not gonna be any fight today just to clean up has double
improved in guns down Hawk whoa killing spree for him double kill for
impact if they all forgiving is done guys because I've hidden that's all she
broke what she's done and liquid makes the game absolute decimation of clutch
gaming there for Team Liquid looking so strong well I'm happy I can play much
better I think my confidence is like connecting to my English I believe when
I have confidence I say something like even random stuff I want to tattoo one
day that's it you know I told him I was really sorry and I'm gonna work on it I
told him I was gonna fix it yeah I'm just trying to make sure our bot lane
progresses along and I think always attitude is really good I like that when
he has a problem he like will tell me about it pretty quickly after he is just
a really accommodating person so I think he's just way nicer than me honestly I'm
an asshole he's a nice guy our relationship between me and Peter is
kind of we still trying to know each other and then Peters say sorry and my
heart start to be fine maybe we just still need time as a duo
you because we need time to believe in each other but I want him to feel
comfortable with me like say everything as we want and I really okay with
anything I just want to be best partner and best friend at the same time
you

LowSpecGamer recommends: Devil Daggers and VA-11 HALL-A (Games for your low end PC!) - Duration: 3:46.
Are you looking for easy to run games that you can pretty much run in everything?
Welcome to LowSpecGamer recommends, where me and my friend joe talk about some interesting
indie gems that you might not have heard about and that work on something as low as an intel
atom.
Let's begin:
Devil Daggers is the one and only game made by the Developer Sorath.
And it's quite an impressive small game that packs a lot of punch… or should I say
fire power?
You are in hell, everything is coming for you.
Survive.
That's it, really!
This is a first person shooter in a kind of demonic underworld arena where you're constantly
assaulted by groups of hellish creatures, one more dangerous than the other.
As soon as you arrive into the arena you're pushed to take the… devil… dagger?
And once you take it, you better get ready, they will be coming for you!
Oh, and if you think these enemies are difficult, the amount of life you've been given will
make you want to move faster with each passing second, since it only takes one hit to kill
you.
That's right!
One hit and you're out.
Being honest, this game might not catch your attention at first, given that there isn't
much to say visually or graphically, and it is initially so difficult that it might turn
you away but the core gameplay is enough to make you spend more than a few minutes playing
as you try to push through all the enemies you can take out before restarting and trying
again.
And again.
And again.
You first time you will likely last 30 seconds, many tries later you might be able to break
a minute.
One more try, one more try, one more try and before you know it is 3 am, you just managed
to survive 3 minutes and you feel great.
So, if you dig hellish monsters from the underworld, first person shooter games and a great haunting
atmosphere.
Consider this game Recommended.
Thanks Alex, I'll now tell you about VA-11 Hall-A: Cyberpunk Bartender Action… wait,
what?
I swear, sometimes Alex tells me to review the weirdest games….
Although I'm glad I did!
Va11 Hall-a it's a Visual Novel set in a futuristic dystopian world where you get to
play as Jill, one of the two bartenders of VA-11 Hall-A, affectionately nicknamed "Vall-Halla".
Something that you pick up from the get go is that the game isn't as heavily based
on making choices as you would expect from a Visual Novel.
In fact, there are no dialogue choices and interactivity is based on making and serving
drinks, so different endings can be unlocked by serving the correct drinks and certain
dialogue only shows up if you get some of the characters drunk.
So, if it's not heavily about making choices, the story better be good, right?
Well, VallHalla offers you such a colourful variety of characters that it's easy to
just lose yourself in the dialogue that you read as you play.
The protagonist is a girl running away from her past, living in a cyberpunk dystopia of
which you see very little but learn a lot from talking to characters that show up to
drink every day.
From hackers for hire to robotic idols to lolicon, robotic sexual prostitu...
NO. NO. NO
STOP. WE ARE GOING TO GET DEMONETIZED AGAIN.
But what I would call the strongest element in the game is definitely the aesthetic.
The music, the gloomy dark colors, the way you move forward, the design of the characters
and the UI, and of course, the drinks!
Everything just connects in a way that keeps you engaged for the ride.
So, if you have a few hours to spare and you're looking for a novel to just sit back, and
relax.
Fix yourself a drink or juice
if you're underage! and play this game.
So, what do you think?
What indie gems would you recomends for low end pcs?
Please let us know in comments and thanks for watching.

3 Tips for Using a VHF Radio | BoatUS - Duration: 3:14.
Lenny Rudow here for BoatUS Magazine!
When you're on a boat, your most important lifeline to the outside world is your VHF
radio.
Now, most of you probably already know the basics of VHF radio operation.
Things like, in an emergency, call the Coast Guard on Channel 16.
Now, if you're not familiar with the basics of VHF operation, head for BoatUS.com/Magazine.
[LINK IN DESCRIPTION] On the magazine section of the website, we have an article on VHF
protocol.
It's very informative.
Aside from that, today we're going to talk about three tips that will help you make even
better use of your VHF.
Ready for tip number one?
Always make sure your antenna is completely vertical.
See, here's the thing.
When your antenna sits cocked at an angle, it's not going to get the best range.
The signal radiates at 180 degrees from the tip, so anytime it's tilted, you're not getting
as much range as you can.
To maximize the distance you can communicate, you really want that antenna completely vertical.
Tip number two: When you're speaking into the mic, hold it at a 90 degree angle to your
face.
And don't smash it up against your mouth or speak directly into it.
If you do so, your own breath can cause wind noise in the mic.
Tip number three: Make sure that your radio is DSC active.
This means the Coast Guard will know your exact position if you ever have to call them
in an emergency.
Remember that in order to have DSC active, your chartplotter and your VHF have to be
interfaced with each other.
You also have to register your VHF with an MMSI number with the Coast Guard so they have
all the information about your boat.
Now don't worry.
This is actually a really easy process.
You can register for an MMSI number for free at BoatUS.com/MMSI.
And on top of that, having your units interfaced is not a big deal.
We're talking about connecting two wires here, people.
A few minutes on the BoatUS Magazine section of the website and you'll know how to do it,
no problem.
I'm going to tell you right now, folks, out of all three tips, the most important one
is making sure your radio is DSC active.
In fact, Coast Guard statistics tell us that even though all the fixed-mount VHF sold these
days, in fact for the last decade, have the ability to use DSC, only a small fraction
are actually activated.
So, if you're uncomfortable with doing the process yourself and you don't want to deal
with interfacing your VHF with your GPS, please by all means, take your boat to a pro and
let them do it.
Just make sure you get it done.
Well, I hope you've enjoyed this video.
If you have any comments for us, please leave them in the box below, and we hope we see
you round at BoatUS.com.

Harry Partridge [Scribble Kibble #94] - Duration: 3:56.
Great, let's talk about Harry Partridge's animations!
Can you tell I'm trying to cram everything I put off for two years into the show before
episode 100?
Maybe I should've waited until I updated all this old wolf artwork.
Oh well!
I should mention that pretty much every one of Harry's cartoons has some kind of inappropriate
joke in it, and on top of that most of his animations make me laugh, so I don't even
know what to recommend to watch as an example if, by chance, you've never seen anything
of his ever.
I can't imagine that, but I guess it's possible.
He's a king of meta animation jokes.
(clip) Start by watching With Animation You Can.
Dr. Bees is a classic.
And then two of my personal favorites are A Kickstarter Video and This Year.
Of course there's the video game ones and his series Starbarians too, which is where
the clip I just showed came from.
There are three, mmm, four things that make Harry Partidge's animations so good.
One is the humor.
Harry's artwork always assists in making the dialogue even more funny.
Two is that it's frame-by-frame animation.
Everything is an individual drawing, and Harry's characters move a lot.
Time consuming, but obviously really good quality.
Three is character mass.
Most toons you watch are flat 2D characters.
Harry's people have dimension to them.
Four is facial expressions.
That's what I want to take a closer look at.
The way Harry animates heads uses all of the standard elements of course: animated pupils,
eyelids, eyebrows, and mouths.
The mouths have a line that defines the bottom lip.
Sounds simple enough, but that one line separates these animations from standard cartoon mouths,
which tend to be just the mouth shape with no lips.
You'll also notice that the teeth in the mouths has depth.
The one thing Harry does exceptionally well with is articulating the eyelids and eyebrows
to match the dialogue.
A lot of times in cartoons the characters eyes are limited to simple blinks and the
rare pushed expression.
Harry's toons have eyelids that are always doing things besides blinking: subtle movements
up and down both on the top and bottom lids.
The eyebrows also make those constant subtle movements.
For instance here, the eyebrow doesn't stay cocked through this entire sequence.
It actually goes down and then back up again with the blink and head rotation.
This type of character animation is what makes his people so lively.
When we get into an extreme expression, Harry animates in extra lines to further define
the eyelids and brows.
The characters don't just have the eyebrow shape, there are physical ridges on the face
the brows are attached to.
A lot of cartoons ignore that fact and go with floaty eyebrows.
One stylistic thing about Harry Partridge eyes is when they're open, there's a little
line at the top.
This is the eyelid, more or less, and the direction it points depends on which way and
at what angle the head is facing.
This more defined eye style feels inspired by older cartoons; it's not really the type
of eyes you see around often anymore.
Everybody's doing semi-perfect ovals these days.
Hrrrmmmm.
Ok that's enough talk about faces.
They tend to be one of the most unique things between different animators.
Everybody has their own way of drawing them.
Thanks for watching and see you next time.

Nicola Benedetti: Beethoven on period instruments - Duration: 1:34.
To play on gut strings and at a lower pitch, when you spend the majority of the
time not doing that, is definitely a challenge and presents a whole set of
circumstances that you usually don't have to deal with but it just inspires
you in so many different directions to do so many things that you wouldn't
otherwise do. I've played a fair amount of Baroque music like that but that's
I've also been using a Baroque bow whereas just now because I'm doing
Beethoven Violin Concerto and obviously people were starting to use heavier and
longer bows at that time, it's sort of a merging of different violin setups and
the first five minutes the rehearsal was a bit of like a shock to the system
and then I just relaxed into it and enjoyed the rehearsal so much. Also the
musicians there, they're playing with as if it's a group of five not
not 40. They're so communicative and challenging in different ways but so
enjoyable.

Porque você deve se preocupar com segurança - part 1 - Duration: 7:59.
Hi, my name is Tatiana, and I am a student in the Systems Client Technical Sales team and Lab Services.
In our chat today we are going to talk to David Bridges about security.
How are you, David?
I'm fine, Tatiana
David, tell me a little more about your story here at IBM.
I've been in IBM for almost twenty years now, I'll complete it this year,
I started with the support team and spent 10 years with them.
Then I became a manager in Strategic Resourcing with the backup team in the SAN Disk and performance area.
I have worked on transformation projects and for the last cinco years I've been in Lab Services,
with a focus on Cloud and Security.
Cool, David, about security:
cyber attacks, data thefts, are growing more each day and this is a threat to organizations,
with this scenario the demand for security solutions is increasing and you as a consultant,
I wanted to know more about your opinion of how important security is nowadays.
That's a very interesting question, because in recent years there's really been an increase in attacks,
with cases and more cases of data leakage, the concern for information has grown in companies.
The older areas, such as information & technology security systems, have changed,
the profile of the security professional in companies has also changed,
so more and more we hear cases of preparation, there's even a lack of professionals in the market,
this is something that's happening a lot and really is a subject that's the center of concern for most companies.
This is something that companies need to worry about today,
how to protect their own data and their client's data, so this needs to be in everyone's head.
How much should I pay attention to this topic, Security?
Since I use my cellphone and computer everyday.
This really addresses this concern because, today the phone has become, in addition to a working tool,
it is way for us to communicate, transfer data -
you use it today, for example, to access your bank account -
is a device that comes to add agility and is also something that we should worry about.
We have to be aware of these recommendations that are usually given, let's use the bank account example,
you need to use a strong password, to prevent malicious people from gaining access to your data.
So the concern for the security area will always be around prevention.
I really need to try to put some obstacles for the person who wants to access your data,
to that they have difficulties.
So, it starts with a simple attitude, the example of changing your password,
this could make it more difficult – pay attention to the places that you connect your WiFi network,
if you connect to them you receive a message on your cellphone saying it's not a reliable network -
so these items are simple actions that end up influencing
if it's easy or not for a person to access your information.
So we start from this assumption precisely in these actions that a person should have to avoid any invasions.
There are a lot photos leakage, a number of things that could be related to these actions that were not performed at the time
You can have an idea of how sensitive the subject is.
And in the company scale, what are the challenges that companies have been facing lately
and what is the difference of how attentive a person has to be and the company has to be?
Usually companies have security rules that are applied in the entire area, in the entire company.
Taking up our example that follows a security policy that we need to be adopting,
again using the example of the password change,
I need to take actions on my password so that it becomes more difficult to be used, or replicated.
I need to avoid leaving sensitive data,
or information that shouldn't be accessed by anyone else on top of a table for example.
So what the company is doing regarding people, there is an education that people need about security,
every employee needs to have in mind that this is no longer a rule,
it's not an action the company is asking for, is something that really is valid and this can influence again,
data leakage, there are cases where our data was leaked on the internet,
and no one wants to be associated with leaking your client's information, so that's important.
So a company needs to have that concern, employees have to understand that this is a sensitive issue,
and they have to be following these rules and to keep us from going through that kind of situation.
So always adopting policies, of course, tools and technology can help,
but if we do not have a proactive action on this regard it will not be any good to have a lot of tools
if I can not take action so this can be avoided.
That's true, here at IBM we have training periodically,
as it is a very important subject and we end up forgetting, it's simple things –
don't leave the document on the table -
so here we have the training to remember
"people, we need to pay attention to this type of subject ".
Exactly because this is a concern, we have in mind that an attack, an invasion,
it's usually external, but often we also have that inner threat.
So again, it's someone who has a bad intention and they can take - an information, a document -
all this makes it easier to leak that information in some way, we have to worry about both sides.
Well, that's it…David, thank you, and if you were interested in this subject,
in the next video we will talk about IBM Servers and Operating Systems we have here,
among other subjects, don't forget to subscribe to our channel,
IBM Systems, and thank you, see you next time!
See, you!
