Samsung Electronics has toppled Intel as the world's largest maker of memory chips.

Intel has dominated the memory chip market for 25 years... and 2017 was a record-breaking

year for Intel, reporting total revenue of 62-point-eight billion U.S. dollars, but it

was not enough to remain the top dog in the market.

That's because Samsung's memory chip division made 67 billion dollars in revenue last year.

Samsung also far outpaced Intel in terms of operating profits and profitability.

Market watchers say Samsung is reaping the benefits of focusing on mobile memory chips

from the outset, while Intel remains primarily focused on processors for desktop computers

and laptops.

Moon, Trump agree to cooperate to ensure successful PyeongChang Winter Olympics - Duration: 2:09.

Let's start with a late Friday night phone call between the leaders of South Korea and

the United States.

President Moon Jae-in and his U.S. counterpart Donald Trump mostly talked about the upcoming

PyeongChang Winter Olympics.

They also touched upon the current situation on the Korean Peninsula.

Our Blue House correspondent Hwang Hojun reports.

During their 30-minute phone call late Friday, President Moon Jae-in and his U.S. counterpart

Donald Trump agreed to work closely together and cooperate to ensure that the PyeongChang

Winter Olympic Games, that open on February 9th, run like clockwork and pass without a

hitch.

According to a written statement by Senior Presidential Secretary for Public Relations

Yoon Young-chan, President Trump wished his South Korean counterpart a successful Winter

Olympics, noting it's the first large-scale international event Korea is hosting since

President Moon's inauguration.

He said many countries considered canceling their participation in the PyeongChang Games

because of tensions on the Korean Peninsula, but stressed that now... no one fears competing

in it, adding he's with South Korea 100 percent.

President Moon in return expressed his gratitude, especially for the U.S. sending a high-level

delegation led by Vice President Mike Pence to PyeongChang.

The South Korean leader said Pence's visit could become a turning point to continue the

momentum of dialogue and reconciliation between the two Koreas.

According to a statement released by the White House, Presidents Moon and Trump also discussed

the importance of improving the human rights situation in North Korea and underscored their

commitment to work together on this issue.

In fact, on Friday afternoon local time, Trump met with a group of North Korean escapees

at the White House, including Ji Seong-ho,... the man he invited to his State of the Union

address on Tuesday.

President Trump listened to their accounts of the abuses they suffered at the hands of

the Kim Jong-un regime and how they escaped to freedom.

Also during the phone call, President Trump reiterated his commitment to addressing the

trade imbalance between Seoul and Washington.

President Moon said South Korea would faithfully participate in the ongoing negotiations to

amend their bilateral free trade agreement.

divv I will be showing you a bunch of clothes I bought a long time ago and ideas on

how to pair them if you would like to comment on ideas on how to pair them get

down to the comment section below I will also be telling you how much each item cost and

if I made any alterations and how much the alteration cost and that will be

pretty much it so let's get vogue-ing

so the reason why the skirt cost sixty bob is because I spent thirty shillings

on buying it and thirty shillings on making it fit around my hips I was

unable to zip the top up at the back so that's why it is open so don't mind that

the lace top costs thirty shillings because I spent twenty shillings on

making it fit and ten bob on buying it

The reason why the yellow pants cost KSh 60 is because I spent

KSh 30 on buying them and KSh 30 on reducing the flare at the

bottom I spent KSh 30 on the blouse because I spent KSh 20 to make

the blouse fit and KSh 10 on buying it.

I also made the skirt narrower as you can see

from the picture on the side and that's it

U.S. nuclear posture review says North Korea is 'clear and grave threat' to U.S., allies - Duration: 0:42.

A Pentagon-led review of the U.S. nuclear arsenal has named North Korea as a "clear

and grave threat" to the U.S. and its allies.

Released on Friday,... the so-called nuclear posture review also asserts that any North

Korean nuclear attack against the U.S. or its allies will result in "the end of that

regime."

The report goes on to say that "there's no scenario in which the Kim Jong-un regime could

employ nuclear weapons and survive."

The review also concluded that the United States should largely follow Obama administration's

blueprint for modernizing the nuclear arsenal, including new bomber aircraft, submarines

and land-based missiles.
