Success: Focus on Incremental Progress and Ignore Distractions - Duration: 4:46.

How to be successful. David Jaffee with BestStockStrategy.com where i teach people how

to earn money in the stock market. i make around a million dollars a year by

trading stock options I believe I'm the only legitimate stock market coach and

I'm definitely one of the best traders in the world I can tell you that in

order to be more successful you have to focus and ignore distractions and focus

on incremental progress that's pretty much it if you're able to focus and

block out all the distractions all the misinformation and not get distracted by

all the other competing information sources and you are completely okay with

making incremental progress then you will eventually be successful so a good

example of this is if you find if you're 20 years old and you have the ability to

work in a job that pays you $75,000 dollars a year but it's in a

field that you don't necessarily like and you're not passionate about versus

working in a field where you can learn and earn $30,000 dollars a year but is

something that you're really passionate about that you enjoy you would be doing

yourself a large huge disservice if you don't choose the $30,000 a year job

because what you can do is you can earn more money every single year by choosing

that job so for example if you work in that job for 10 years and you know that

is something that you're passionate about you can turn it into a career so

maybe the first year you earn $30,000 the next year you earn $35,000 the next year you

earn $38,000 by year 10 you're probably gonna earn a $130,000 dollars

dollars right maybe even more than that you'll find a way because you're

passionate about it to become an expert in your field and you can add ancillary

sources of income to increase the amount of income debt that you're making in

that career choice but if you choose the job that is paying you 75 thousand

dollars a year but you're not passionate about it you might end up making your

fifth year like two hundred thousand but after five years you're gonna stop doing

it and they are gonna start over from zero so you've traded time for money but

the people who have made the educated decision where they're thinking long

term and they're thinking about making their thing about me

incremental progress and they've been able to block out the distractions of

accepting that higher paying job because they know that even though they're not

going to be tempted by earning more money because they know that that is it

distractions this is not in something that they can view themselves doing long

term then those people who choose the $30,000 a year job in ten or twenty

years are going to be worth ten to twenty times more than the person who

took the quick money and is not making incremental progress additionally by

choosing that job in a field that they're not that they're not passionate

about that person is usually going to feel some cognitive dissonance inside

they're gonna feel like you sell out they're gonna feel like people can buy

their time and they're gonna feel regret for entering into that job in a field

that they're not passionate about whereas someone who is working in the

job that pays them thirty thousand dollars they're gonna feel secure about

their choice they're gonna feel less stressed they're gonna feel less

pressure about changing careers and really that's what it comes down to you

have to block out distractions you have to play the long game and you have to

focus on making small incremental progress and that's something that

people have a lot of problem with people are not disciplined they try to make

quick money they don't invest in their future they always try to invest in the

really short term you make sure and have short term gains and engaging like those

quick fix dopamine hits that's why people like eat McDonald's or they'll go

out and go drink and they'll get drunk even though they know that for the

long-term it's not good for them you really have to think long term all of

the most successful people in the world have a long term vision and they build

products that have sustainability and that have been around and will be around

for a long period of time if you just keep jumping from job to job and you try

making quick money that is not how you're gonna be happy

it's not going to be it's not gonna be a way for you to be successful this is

David Jaffee with BestStockStrategy.com Please like comment share and subscribe

to this video and to this channel if you have any questions or comments then

leave them below I respond to every single comment

and really the main takeaway from this video is that you have to focus on

taking small incremental improvements and also you know just focus on making

small small incremental improvements and also blocking out distractions so that

you can focus only on the most important things thank you very much

Deepening the entry masks with the field Date of birth and Telephone of the Database - Duration: 18:13.

Hello again Infonauta, welcome or welcome to a new installment of your YouTube channel Infoductiva ...

this time we will continue with the course of databases

and in this particular video we are going to delve

in the input masks

interesting, right?

We begin ...

good first

I'm going to focus on the table students

I'm going to start

ending

all the field of date of birth ...

for this I will fill in a fourth student in this case

Julia ...

López

Alvarez

and then at the time of writing the date of birth notice that here we have the date box ... remember that this is

as a selector to be able to select a date

next to which we are

in the current day

since if this is going to help me to put a date of birth it does not make sense for us to use

this selector since we would have to leave until the year in question, go backwards during

enough pulsations ... in short this is interesting stop when we have to put a date close

to the creation date for example

from the student

so

first issue to consider

with the entrance masks ... the entrance masks

we only have to use them in case we have clear the fixed mold to be used at the time of entering data if it is not so

let's say that field in question in which you are you thinking

he is not a suitable candidate

to be able to add input mask ... second

the entrance masks

do not support, for example, the fact that you have this date selector enabled

so that having these two limitations clear

what I'm going to do is go to the design

from the table in question, to the design

from the students table

and what I'm going to do is in the date field

turn off the display

of this selector

for this I am going to put a date already ... observe that when entering I can write letters

which should not be like that ... I can enter scripts ... okay?

Take this into account for what we are going to do next and I am going to put you on the date of birth because on the 20th, for example

of the deck

of the year 2010 so that it has the same age as the rest of companions

in the selector

I will select female

in the hair color I will select

blond

in the color of eyes I will select

green

and street ...

my street ...

33

and I will leave the data by default and then observe in the case of

the phone as you see does not let me enter

nothing more than

agreement numbers?

and how do you see me represented with underscores

what we would have to introduce ... well in principle I'm going to put a

fictional phone

let's go back

here

926 444 444 ... well, I already have introduced

the new student ... the new student

Julia ... well ...

let's go to the design of the table ... we will select the date of birth ...

and in the sub options remember that we have here

the option to show the date selector of so that

I will never select

agree? then I will close ... I will save the changes

I'm going to open the table again

So you can see that the selection selector does not appear when the date is selected?

I'm going back to design

of Table and then we will focus on the input mask for the date of birth of the student

in principle, he should only

allow to write numbers well? in the input masks for the direct input of numbers

There are two characters ... okay? At first

we can

use the 9 for example

99/99/9999

99/99/9999

99/99/9999

it would be an optional entry mask

remember I'm doing it with the same mold of the date format that we have ... like

we have selected short date remember that the short date are two digits for the day

/ two digits for

the month / four digits for the agreed year?

then as I was saying the entrance mask the 9 in the entrance mask mean

have to enter for each 9 a digit or a number from 0 to 9

optionally

all right? that is, the user can write a digit or for every 9 that there is but does not require him to enter

in this case the 8 digits ... in agreement? so this would not be the most appropriate ...

let's check how it works

let's open the table students

and then I will delete March 20, 2010

and now I can put 20

I'm going to put for example just a 3 here

and of 2010

I pulse enter and as you see you have entered it but you have accepted me to introduce only and exclusively

one digit when I said that they are 2 since this is optional ... remember the 9

in the input masks is optional digit entry ... digit I mean numbers from 0 to 9

well, if we want it to be mandatory to have to introduce

these eight digits basically instead of using

the character 9 we should use the character 0 ie

00/00/0000

00/00/0000

00/00/0000

00/00/0000

all right? by doing so we are forcing

let's close and say yes

I'm going to open the table again

and I'm going to erase it again

this birth date of March 20

and then I will put 20, I will try to move, I will put a 3 and I will put 2010 by pressing enter as you see

He is giving me an error, he is telling me that I am not respecting the entrance mask

So with this you already have to be clear that every time you use a 9 in the input mask

is that you optionally allow the user to enter a number from 0 to 9

but we do use the character 0 we are

asking that it be mandatory

your fill then I will reselect it

and now when you enter 20 03 2010 and press enter I accept it perfectly

agree?

next I will go back to the design of the table

to clarify

already more in depth than

the entrance masks actually

When we introduce an input mask, the input masks must have

three separate parts

with semicolons (;) as is usual in Excel and Access also in other languages

but basically what I mean is that with this I'm defining the input mask

but there are other things that can be defined

for example

the 2nd paragraph after the (;) would be the one that allows me to indicate

if you have to store all the data or just those we have written

all right?

so here we only have the possibility to indicate it by means of a zero or a one ... if after the (;) that is to say in the second section

we enter a zero in the input mask this indicates that the characters of the mask will be stored with the data ie the

bars or any sign we would have written as constant, okay? in this case as

they are all of them, not only the 8 that we write but the two bars (/)

that is to say the ten characters, we want them to be stored here we would have to put after the (;) a zero

agree? below (;) because there is a third section

and you have already observed

when

we are introducing

the date actually

what we find

is that they appear at the bottom

underscores (_)

lines in the base of the characters that we are writing

if we wanted to change that character because that underline character is used by default, so we would have to

to do is after the second (;) that is, in the third section

introduce what character we want us to use in this case, for example

the script of agreement?

how do you see the first section

that is, until you reach the first (;)

we are defining the input mask after the first (;) or between the first and the second a zero means that the

characters that we have not introduced but that are in the mask

and after the second and last (;)

we put the character we want to appear

symbolizing that we must fill in ... in agreement?

press enter ... let's go to visualize ... let's save the table

and then when ...

we are going to erase this ... how do you see when you enter now the input mask is reflecting me

the characters that I have to fill out

with scripts so that we could write again the same

all right?

suppose we want to change them for a slightly more distinctive character, for example, use the (*) and we will put here

an asterisk ... press enter ... we return to visualize the table after saving it

and then I delete a date

observe that an asterisk appears for each character that I am asking

So this is not just for numbers remember that the masks are made up of three parts that allow us to select

or define what we want to be the characters that symbolize

the one that we have to introduce

a character in that position

and in this video you have to be clear that we are using

in the input mask or 9 or 0 ... if we use 9 it means that

are optional characters that the user will enter, that is, if you do not want to, you do not have to enter all of them

but if we put zeros we are forcing it to be exactly that amount

of numeric characters entered ... okay?

Well, we have already clarified this, I will initially leave it with a script instead of with an asterisk

and then we can look

the phone number ... in the phone number remember that we did

with 9 so that now with what we know

this tells us or you have to say that we are asking the user to enter nine

optional figures

so if I enter 4 the database would accept it

agree? if I introduce less

of which we are indicating here and we have said

or we said in his day that there was a space

after each block of three, to separate it as traditionally is usually done here

well, let's check that this is how we just talked

so that for example in the phone number of any student

if we delete the phone number here

we could enter 926 and give it to enter and we would have accepted it ... I'm going to expand it so that

you see it in full as you see and this is not a valid phone number so that

the entrance mask is not doing its full function and on the other hand

the underscores (_)

or the underline symbol indicates the three blocks of three that must be entered

good with what we already know

we will go

let's enter a new phone number because otherwise it does not comply ... here ... and then we will go

to the design of the table

we leave it as it is but in the entrance mask with what we already know we could say

to be mandatory the introduction of the nine-digit agreement?

we could say 000 would be mandatory script (-) because I want there to be a specific sign that in this case we do not want to save

000 - 000

agree? then;

and in this case I do not want to save

the data the scripts are saved so that so

in the second part of the input mask we should not use a 0

since this would do as in the previous case

save me those signs that I am using as constants so that here as is logical we will have to put 1

below (;) again

and the sign that we want to be used

as a fill-in selector

in this case for example I'm going to put the asterisk (*) again pulse enter

and then

let's see the table ... we will select the phone of the student Julia and we will delete it ... as you see here

the asterisks appear indicating that I have to enter nine digits

and among them the script ... the script remembers

we do not want it to be part of the mask that Reality is saved

basically just the number, so here we are going to fill in again 926 if I pulse

enter gives me an error because it tells me hey it does not match the mask that you've

indicated, the one you have specified so that what you intend to enter

does not comply with that data entry rule well?

clarified this we will continue to write the phone number

and press enter ... really inside the database

having put the 1 in the 2nd paragraph of the mask is not keeping me

the 11 digits, that is, the nine digits and the two dashes, not ...

If so, would it give us an error because? because this field we have defined as a number and a script as well you know is not part of that type of data

so in the 2nd section we have put a 1 so that only 926 keeps us

444 444 according? this information is very important and in future videos I will continue

deepening with the input masks since apart from having these two characters

to be able to enter

number ... digits from 0 to 9 both optionally

which are the movements, as in a mandatory way that are the zeros in the entrance mask we are

with that there are 10 or 12 more signs that we can use within the entrance mask not only these two and we will see them in future videos ...

How To Get YouTube 4000 Watch Time Fast and Legal! - Duration: 3:21.

The Fast and Legal Way to Get 4000 Hrs Watch Time.

Hi, JagoanSEOYouTube subscribers.

Please subscribe if you haven't done so!

We know that we have to get 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours watch time in

365 days or one year.

If within one year the target is not reached, then your channel will fail to be verified by AdSense.

Getting 1000 subscribers is not too difficult, because there are many ways to get subscribers,

for example by exchanging YouTube with friends in a community.

See the link at the top right card to find out in what way YouTube allows you to exchange

channels and sub for sub.

But will all the friends who eventually become subscribers will really watch the video you made?

Especially if you exchange YouTube with fellow YouTubers who prefer to be watched rather than watching.

Luckily I found the SalingAbSense website.

There I can find fellow YouTubers who also have a hobby of watching other's videos.

So the point is, I joined the community, I gave my video link to watch other members,

while I watched other members' videos.

This makes it easy for me, I don't have to bother putting my links in various places

like I did before.

Because you know what happened?

My video isn't watched, instead, I got the "please subs back comment".

Very annoying!

The community where I joined has 5 admins who will watch my video 24 hours nonstop.

This is amazing.

Moreover, the active member will get an exclusive view from the admin for several hours outside

the video that has been watched by other members.

This method has proven effective, and some have exceeded 4000 hours, even though the

subscribers have not reached a thousand.

So my activities now are, creating content, posting it to YouTube, giving my video links

to the community, and watching other videos.

But, I often fall asleep watching.

The video that I watched was already selected by the admin, so I definitely watch quality

videos too.

Interested in joining?

The conditions are easy, first, obviously, you have an interesting video.

Second, you must have unlimited internet access to watch other member videos.

Check the link in the description section.

Hurry up, because the member slot is limited to only 30.

See you at SalingAbSense.

The Rare Type | Spina Bifida Awareness Month - Duration: 2:38.

- We're back and it's Spina Bifida Awareness Month.

Now, past Spina Bifida Awareness Months,

I have made very generalized videos.

I've talked about the different types very briefly.

I've talked about how shitty

the Spina Bifida Association is.

I've talked about colorism in the spina bifida community,

the lack of LGBTQIA plus representation.

But for this Spina Bifida Awareness Month,

I wanted to talk about one of the rarest types

of spina bifida, which is also the type I have,

and focus on that.

And that type is called spina bifida lipomyelomeningocele,

not to be confused with spina bifida occulta,

myelomeningocele, and meningocele.

Lipomyelomeningocele is a lot different.

The thing is is the spina bifida community

and people who are just trying to research

about spina bifida, we only really talk

about the three main types: occulta,

meningocele, and myelomeningocele,

with occulta being seen as the one that doesn't really

affect an individual, although there are cases

where it does, meningocele being in between,

and myelomeningocele as being considered the worst,

which honestly, that terminology is crap,

because I've met people with myelomeningocele

and it barely affects them, and people with occulta

who have had had so many surgeries.

So you can't really compare, but the type of spina bifida

that overall doesn't get mentioned is lipomyelomeningocele.

I will link in the descriptions some videos I've made

of lipomyelomeningocele and explaining it in more detail,

but, basically, lipomyelomeningocele is a rare form

of spina bifida, where unlike the other forms,

your back is not open when you're born.

It's closed, but with a fatty tissue at the base,

which is where you get the lipo part of the name,

which is Latin for fat.

The rest of its name, which is myelomeningocele

is there because it does act like myelomeningocele

so oftentimes, since it's such a rare form

of spina bifida, it gets treated as myelomeningocele.

But the thing with lipomyelomeningocele

is there's not a lot of cases,

therefore, a lot of people don't know how to treat it.

So this Spina Bifida Awareness Month, I want to talk

about one of the rarest types of spina bifida

to bring attention to it, so that our spina bifida

community knows that it exists,

and it manifests a little differently than

other people with spina bifida,

and so the world at large can see a different model

of spina bifida that isn't always myelomeningocele

in a wheelchair, because the thing with spina bifida

is, it's different for every person.

So I hope you continue watching

the Spina Bifida Awareness Month series

on my channel, and I hope your learn something new.

So until next time, bye.

Top 5 Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Exercises & Stretches - Ask Doctor Jo - Duration: 9:04.

hey everybody it's Doctor Jo and Lion Kali, and today I'm going to show you my top 5

ways to relieve lumbar stenosis. so let's get started.

so the first thing we're gonna do is a simple knee to chest stretch. so just go

ahead and lie down on your back. I like propping my knees up. that just takes

some pressure off of your back and especially if you have that lumbar

stenosis. you want to bring up bring them up, just to relax that back a little bit.

you don't have to, sometimes people like to keep one leg down and bring the other

one up, but I like to keep them bent. another big thing is sometimes people

grab up here for that knee to chest. if you have any knee issues, you might want

to grab underneath. I just prefer that because that's sometimes putting a lot

of pressure on your knee joint. so if you don't have any problems with your knees

that's fine, but I like to grab underneath. once you grab underneath, just

bring that knee up towards your chest as far as you comfortably can. sometimes

people have a little pain in the groin area, so if you have some pain while

doing that, just don't pull up quite as hard. just go to comfort level. you should

feel a nice gentle stretch in your low back with this and this just kind of

helps open up those spaces and takes the pressure off of those nerves coming out

of the canals of the spine. so you want to hold this for about 30 seconds, and I

would definitely do both sides so switching is the best for me. if you want

to do them all on one side and then switch, you can, but I like alternating

back and forth so one has a little bit of a break. so 30 seconds, three times on

each side. so the next one is going to be a glute stretch. a lot of times with that

lumbar stenosis, if you have tight gluts that puts a lot of pressure on the spine

and again if there's pressure there that makes those little canals were the

openings with those nerves going through smaller, and then it presses on those

nerves, and that's what causes a lot of the pain. so a simple glute stretch, the

easiest one is probably just doing the figure four stretch. if you have a hard

time doing it this way, you can do it seated in a chair, but the side that you

want to stretch you're going to cross it over.

or the other just the top of the knee right there. and so it looks like a

figure four. if you're looking down that's why it's called a figure four

stretch. so you can do this a couple different ways. you want to really try

and keep your back straight if you can. some people kind of curl up like this,

but if you're curling your back, you're not really getting a stretch, and if you

have to notice this even though the the bending sometimes gives it relief you

don't want to do an extreme bending motion. so you can either keep your back

straight and lean forward like that to get a stretch, and I'm feeling a nice

stretch right through there. or you can stay in one spot keeping that back

straight and then slide your heel up this way, and that will give you a big

stretch as well. so this is another one where it's thirty Seconds. I would do

them on each side just like we talked about. so switching in between and doing

thirty seconds on each side. so either again you can lean forward with your

back straight or you can slide that heel up to get that stretch, and again that

stretch should be comfortable it shouldn't be painful.

just some tension and some pressure on it. so then the next one's going to be

kind of a combination move. we're just gonna start off with a pelvic tilt, but

we're gonna take it all the way into a dead bug exercise. but the the pelvic

tilt is how you start. so you really want to master the pelvic tilt first. and all

that is is basically it's like it sounds. you want to take your pelvis and tilt it.

so when I'm doing a pelvic tilt, this little curve in my back I want to

flatten it out towards the floor, or the bed, or the couch. you don't have to get

down on the floor. if you're having a lot of pain, it's hard to get up off the

floor, you can do this on your bed or on the couch, but the firmer the better. when

you're doing that pelvic tilt, you want to use your core and your pelvic muscles

to do this. you don't want to use your legs. so if you're kind of bringing your

bottom up like this, I'm pushing with my gluts and my hamstrings, that's not what

you want. to help with that lumbar stenosis is to help the strengthening of

the core, you want to use your core muscles to flatten it out. a lot of times

I'll tell my patients it's like you're fake laughing. like have you gone

your your core tightens up and that's what you want. you want it you want to

feel those muscles contracting. so just holding it for about three to five

seconds, and then relaxing. once you have that pelvic tilt down and you feel like

you're doing a good job not using your legs anymore, then you're going to go

into the dead bug. and the reason that you don't want to use your legs to hold

that tilt is because now you're gonna add some components and while you're

holding that tilt. so I'm going to get myself in that pelvic tilt, and then I'm

gonna take one leg and just lift it up a little bit off the ground. I don't have

to bring it all the way up, I'm just trying to keep that tilt the whole time.

I'm lifting the leg and then when I lift the leg I'm gonna take my opposite arm

and bring it up. so I'm going up like this, and then coming back down. so again

I'm not pulling my knee all the way up to my chest, I'm just kind of lifting it

up, but I'm trying to keep that tilt the whole time. and if you do it right it's a

lot harder than it it's like I can do you know this, but I'm not holding that

tilt. so it's really all about holding that tilt and going slow. and then so

just gently lifting up lifting the arm up, getting that cross pattern in your

body, and then slowly coming back down and building up that core strength is

really going to help with that lumbar stenosis. so that since this is kind of a

combination move, it's a little hard to get figured out. I just do maybe three

lifts on each side and then take a break. if you have to stop in between and reset

the tilt, that's fine. so if I just did one and then come back down, I can stop

and reset that tilt, but if if you can hold it the whole time, that's even

better. so then the next exercise is going to be

going all the way up into a bridge. so again where now we're going to be

strengthening the glutes and the hamstrings. so we're still doing some

strengthening. with bridging you really want to now use those glutes to

hamstrings and kind of drive your knees forward as you're lifting up. you want to

go one segment of at a time of your back. you don't have to stop at each segment,

but you don't want to just come up and down like this. you don't want to just

use your momentum of your body to do it. you really want to come up one segment

at a time, drive those knees forward, and then nice

and slowly coming back down. so with the bridging, as long as it feels good, you

just want to come to about level. you don't want to try and arch your back up.

and then as long as it's not painful, you can just start off with maybe ten, two

sets of ten, a couple times a day. so the last one that's going to be getting up

and we're going to get onto all fours or in quadrupeds. so once you get into this

position, again if you can't get on the floor, you can do these on your bed. it

might be a little squishy, so that might actually make you work a little bit

harder because it'll be unstable, but you can definitely do these in the bed. so

when you're in this quadrupeds position, or on for all fours, you want to try and

keep your back again kind of straight. tighten up that core. so you're not

sagging down like this, you're not arching up, you know that's a pretty

straight line. it might not be exact, but you really want to keep that core nice

and tight the whole time. so in this position, you're gonna do what we call a

bird dog. and so a bird dog is basically you're lifting one arm and kicking out

the opposite leg. so it's kind of like the dead bug, but now you're having to do

a little more stability of your whole body. so if you want to just start with

lifting out your arms, straightening them out, you can do that. just to kind of

practice a little bit. you can also then just kick your leg out, but the goal

especially when you're doing the leg kick is not to lean over and kick like

that. you want your back to stay flat that whole time. like if I had a glass of

water on my back, I'm trying not to make that glass of water fall. so once you

have those two pretty much mastered, then you put it together where you're putting

one arm out and the opposite leg out. and really just nice try and control it.

again imagine that you have that Cup on your back and if you're going fast,

you're probably going to spill it. so since this one's a little bit tougher,

you definitely want to just start off with maybe two on each side. see how you

feel, and then do that a couple times a day.

and you can progress from there. so those are my top five ways to relieve lumbar

stenosis. if you'd like to help support my channel, make sure and click on the

Trying To Be Happier And More Positive - Duration: 11:19.

(pencil scribbling)

(fast paced, gaming music)

Hello.

So, in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month,

I wanted to do a couple of videos

this month about my mental health.

Starting off with talking about my attempt

to be happier and more positive.

Now, just a quick warning.

This may be a rambly, somewhat repetitive video.

It's a comment that people have

brought up to me recently.

But, I hope that I can just get a little bit

of slack for such a personal video like this because

this is a very personal topic and is kind of

difficult for me to talk about and it's really difficult

for me to get my thoughts about this sort of stuff

kind of concise, so.

I've talked about this before on the channel.

I have a whole mental health playlist

that you can go look at.

I deal with depression and I deal with a lot of anger.

I've talked more about my depression than I have my

anger because I feel like talking about depression is

a little less scary whereas talking about anger,

well, it's anger.

It frightens people sometimes.

And anger also puts a lot of people off faster I feel like

just from my personal experience and I get it.

I get why that happens.

So, this year has been a lot of struggle because

everything that had happened from like 2015 to last year

essentially didn't happen for me this year.

And it happened for other people.

Fellow, you know, people in the same work as me.

And I'm not gonna lie.

I was pretty damn jealous about it.

I was incredibly bitter about it.

And I did my best to hide it, but probably not.

I did my best to tone it down as much as possible

and I might have toned it down a bit but overall,

like, yeah, I struggled with a lot of, "Blah, blah, blah."

"I worked this hard and done all this for all these

"many years and then someone comes along and boop,

"there it is," and then I'm like, "Oh, okay."

And it ate at me so much

and it became such a problem

that it would wear me down and, one, I would get really

really angry and, two, I would get really really depressed

instead of trying to do better,

trying to get more creative, expand more whatever

it is that I needed to do, I wouldn't do it.

I would just be like, "Oh gosh, nevermind. It's not worth it."

Well, that doesn't get me anywhere, does it?

Of course, I do think that having feelings of, you know,

disappointment and being bummed out about not being able

to do what you've worked so hard to do.

I feel like having those feelings is validated.

I feel like you can have these feelings but,

when it gets to a point that it consumes you so much,

it consumes you entirely that you end up doing the opposite

of what it is that you should be doing.

And, it's just making you more angry than it needs to be.

It's not a good thing.

So, that's an issue that I've been

needing to tackle so hard.

Another thing is having instant reactions out of anger.

Some of which I feel is maybe justified.

Some of which probably not so justified.

Things like, let's say, the Kavanaugh thing.

Is that how you pronounce his name?

I don't know but the sexual assault stuff,

that I feel, is justified but then other things that

I can't really think of specifics right now but just

there's a lot of things that because of my anger issues,

I see it, I get angry and I want to tweet about it,

I want to Facebook about it.

I want to do this and that about it

and sometimes it can be done well.

Sometimes, not so well and it's just easier to

kind of chill for a little bit and then talk about it later,

even if it's 15 minutes later, half an hour later.

Perhaps, maybe write it down first

before talking about it so that way you can

get your thoughts in order.

As quickly as you may be able to get rid of some tweets

or Facebook posts or whatever is just.

Or even in your personal life, even if you're just

saying it out loud even to yourself it's just,

chill a little bit, woman, just chill.

My depression's been, you know, up and down lately.

I mean it's always there but you know, you have those

moments when it gets a little bit better but then

sometimes it just sky-rockets, right.

And it goes along with what I said,

sometimes I get so angry about something,

my anger issues get so high that then

depression gets high and then...

Like a lot of it, like, I said I was feeling like

it's not worth continuing what I'm doing anymore.

Somebody else is already doing it.

But I don't need to be thinking that way.

And a lot of the time, I get so depressed that I

stay in bed and I don't want to do anything or I'm

just gonna watch something on Netflix instead,

or if I am going to do something,

I don't do it when I say I'm going to do it.

For example, my filming days, I made them be Saturdays.

I take one day off from streaming and whatever

and I'm gonna sit down and film and edit.

But sometimes I get so depressed,

I get so fed up with things, I feel it's not worth it

that I end up waiting until like, Sunday to do it.

And my uploading days are Mondays and Thursdays.

So, it just gets too last minute and then I get more

stressed out and then insert more

mental health issues there, right?

While I'm trying to not focus on the bad part of that

and try to get better at things,

I realize that sometimes life just happens.

And, you know, sometimes you just don't do what

you want to do in time, on time no matter how much

you try, but at least I don't want it to be so

often as it has been.

And that has also led to like, not taking care of myself.

For example, I stopped going to

the gym so much and, it shows.

I did really well last year. Stuff happened and part

of it was medical stuff that I just couldn't go to the gym.

That would've been a bad idea but then,

a lot of it was just, I don't feel like going.

Like, my brain is not letting me go and then I get

depressed that I didn't go and then it's just a never ending

cycle of well, I didn't go and now I feel like crap,

but I'm still not gonna go and I'm gonna

feel more like crap and, you know,

there's also this whole not showering thing and keeping

up on hygiene and whatever.

And it's gross and it's just.

And it also leads to very cluttered space.

I have a very small space, there's so much stuff.

So, I've been working really hard.

I made a minimalism series a long time ago and it was

going nicely and then it failed,

and then I've been spending the whole year like trying to

declutter and it works and then more clutter comes in.

But this time I'm trying very hard to do that seriously.

And it's been going well- I say as

I look at this pile over here.

At the very least, what I'm trying to do

is once, like, laundry comes in, right.

It's washed, put it away as soon as possible

instead of letting it accumulate on the floor.

So, what is it that I'm trying to do?

It's not going to cure it, but make it a little bit

more manageable or at least make me realize that

there are good things, good things in my life

and stop worrying about all these bad things, right?

Well, the first thing is actually an object

and just so we know, this video is not sponsored

and I bought this thing with my own money.

This is a thing called a Happiness Planner and I

saw this in a video of another, like, planner person

that I watch and basically this is supposed to make

you realize or at least help you remember

like all the good things in your life.

You can highlight your traits like,

your bad traits and I have a lot of

bad traits that I highlighted.

And, you know highlight the good traits

and then there are things like what makes you happy

and what makes you unhappy.

Qualities and habits you would like to approve on.

Stuff like that.

It's kind of like your everyday planner.

Planners that you've seen before.

You have a weekly, and what-not, but

then there's little notes here at the bottom

that say good things about today and what you're

grateful for and what you hope for tomorrow, right.

And then there's a weekly, like, overview that you're

supposed to fill out.

I've been trying to, like, do this

and focus on this a little bit.

I don't know how long I'm gonna keep up with this

or really if I'm going to do it again.

I don't think I will because most of this is just,

really, it's a regular planner and then little bits of it

are about happiness and what-not, right.

And I could've just added that in to other

planners as, like, a little section.

I don't know, I thought I would give it a shot at

the very least, see if it does anything.

And, other things that I started to do is

I started to unfollow a lot of people on Instagram,

on social media and what-not because I realized

that in order for me to calm down,

I needed to not see it and then maybe eventually,

once I start to attempt or try to do my best to

reprogram my brain to not be so

bitter, jealous, envious all the time.

I could slowly start getting back into following these

same people because I just realized that

it wasn't good for me.

I don't know if that sounds ridiculous but

it's something that worked for me, right?

And if it works, it works and then once things get

a little bit better, bring it back.

It's like when people tell you to get all

the negative stuff out of your life.

This isn't negative in the sense like

they're bad, it's just, I'm bad.

Does that make any sense?

And of course I've been trying to take care of

myself once and for all and do better, eat better,

not perfectly but you know, at least

do a little bit better than what I have been.

Try to get back into the gym.

I think right now my issue it that I was going at four

in the morning because that's when it opens and that's

when there's no people but then I realized that my

sleep schedule is crap and my sleep schedule is like

6 A.M. to 11 A.M. which really isn't that great.

And I just, I want to try to get back into the "normal

people" schedule where it's go to sleep at the very

latest midnight, one A.M. which is better than six A.M.

And then wake up eight, nine-ish or something like that

and just have a regular routine which I think would

help better with eating habits and

all of that and I get more sun.

I actually liked making coffee and going outside

and sitting for a little bit and I couldn't get that with

this whole like sleep during the day and be awake at night

schedule because it's not so

peaceful outside after noon, really.

And then of course you know, like,

taking the time to chill before reacting to something.

I already mentioned that earlier, but

that's a big one at the very least,

if I want to react to it just write it down here

or turn it into some sort of content for Patreon.

But really I think first and foremost

it's just keeping it to myself even if

it's in something like this or a regular piece of paper

and then shredding it later on.

So yeah, that's me spilling my guts about things

that I never really want to spill my guts out about.

I hate talking about my personal problems like this.

But, trying to hold oneself accountable.

Anyway, if this is something that you can relate to,

if you find things that are not so great qualities about

yourself and you're trying to do better,

feel free to share your stories down below in the comments.

But, before you go, if you haven't,

consider pledging on Patreon.

You get perks like Spotify playlists, written content

that you won't see anywhere else and

if you go up high enough you get pen pal letters.

And, I'll see you later. Bye.

Shoe Cleaner - Duration: 3:51.

If you like something to do especially passionately, you can do business on this, no matter what. Because only one of your passions can create interest in your service and will lead to you even those customers who did not intend to receive it. That's how Nizhny Novgorod Konstantin Dorokhin loved to clean his shoes. It was his special point since childhood - probably, he moved from his father - a military one. And the military has to clean their shoes to shine. He decided to revive such a service in Nizhny Novgorod. He installed a special throne for clients in one of Nizhny Novgorod's elite fitness clubs.  Created a Facebook page - facebook. com / gutallini / - and began to invite customers. Gentleman's appearance, white gloves - this is in itself attractive. And if it's the hands of a professional, then it's not only pleasant for them, but also honorable. And no money is not a pity. Especially since it is not so expensive (from 500 to 1200 rubles). And why should I clean my shoes? That it not only began to look like new, but also became more resistant to bad weather and dirt. Until recently, our people said: think, the shoes worn out. It's easier to buy a new one than to repair an old one. But after everyone was confronted with the availability and fragility of Chinese shoes (which flooded all the shelves), yearned for expensive and quality shoes, the price of which always bites (especially today). And which to throw out much more pitiful than the Chinese remake. And if I'm already thinking about this, then people for whom "the image is everything" has long understood this. And from customers at the beginning shoe cleaner there is no release. Not only do people of high caliber go to him , but also the middle class. And not only go, but also call. Because Constantine offers his service not only in the elite fitness center, but also on the phone. At the client shoes will be taken away, cleaned - and brought back (if there was a similar service in my city, I would not hesitate). If you know how to do something and like to do it as passionately, as Constantine - to clean shoes, you can try the same technology to create your business. People will be very interested in getting a high-class service from the hands of a real professional - this is how to fly to space. I do not feel sorry for any money.
