hey guys I know this vlog is kind of weird because this is jumping day the

day today and I know so I'm sorry it's kind of like weird um but I wanted to

share with you guys I don't think I've ever said in the vlogs but I go to UCI

and during the summer I volunteered or applied to do research for the school so I

thought I would share with you because it's kind of interesting. I am

annotating so linguistically

linguistically annotating our Sign Duo videos from before so right now I'm

working on I'm working on our do you guys remember this one it's the, "How we met"

video and so basically I will annotate how we are signing so I have like my

dominant hand sign so you can see here like I'll say no

*Slow Robotic* No

I'll sign no but I'll also say no as well. The reason why I'm doing this

because I've always been interested in tech and what it can do for people and

help people so I thought it would be, you know amazing at some point and there's

some people who are working on this to make a automatic closed captioning

system for sign language and just imagine how hard it is to

have a computer essentially a machine to be able to read the sign language and

translate back to English the thing is these machines or these closed

captioning systems they need a lot of data to be able to develop an algorithm

write them so basically it'll learned by analyzing all the data that you put into

the system so Ryan just came up from the garage and said he was really hungry so

I'm gonna make some pasta with a hummus I saw this recipe on one of these

youtubers that I absolutely love. Her name is Madeline Olivia and I just

really loved her food recipes and all her other videos too I'm gonna be making

pasta. Humus with tomatoes and hummus as like the cream sauce you're gonna help

me make some pasta

Today I have a lot to do

Ryan was planning to do all of this

stuff he was so tired and it was like

around 11:00 and he had to wake up at

4:30 so he was kind of getting stressed

out because we have to make sure it gets

done so I told him know what just go to

sleep and I'll take care of it tomorrow

like don't worry about it. I was just

trying to help him out I don't know but

this living room I kind of decorated with stuff that I already had at home I

bought like a few things to make the

home feel more cozy so I'll show you

guys right now anything's ready

I brought some blankets that I already had these pillows are from my old

bedroom and then this I got while I went out with Ryan's mom and sister and

brother's girlfriend there was like a sale at a store so I bought that. these

coasters aren't they cute there's so nice but my aunt gave me those but you

can do like a DIY with those. Basically

you just buy these things they're really

cheap I actually have some more and then

you take gold paint and put it on the

side and then put little sticker

thingies rubber sticker thingies on the

bottom but this one is from Rablabs

Yeah. This is the room.

We have these poofs here. Yeah it's very homey like

more homey like than anything

so I have to get started on painting these trim

and the bathroom before Ryan gets back

time now I don't know if you guys know

but my friend volunteered to edit some

of our vlogs for us which is awesome but

this vlog I don't know if you guys saw it yet but it was still when Ryan and I

hadn't moved in to the house yet but

that vlog that you guys saw already

where we were-It's just so weird to look back on those videos and watch the

videos and be like wow I was really stressed out during that time it can be

difficult to post videos where I'm crying but I want to let you guys know

that right now it's gotten so much better and Ryan and I are pretty good

and we are I think we've we have figured out how to

live together comfortably just feel like we are in sync where we're just very

comfortable living here together I think we've settled settled in to the

house but I feel comfortable I just thought I would let you guys know that

her second birthday and I didn't go because I have to do some of my research

difficult to annotate but it made me

better a better signer because now I am

more aware and I'm trying to be more

clear especially for you guys too

but Ryan's at that party and he's just sent

sent me a picture of Missy there's Missy she's so cute it says

Post Pregnancy Weight Loss Journey #5 | 30 Day Before and After Results - Duration: 9:58.

nailed it hi everyone welcome back to the final episode of my 30-day post

pregnancy weight loss challenge and I'm so happy that it's finished first of all

and second of all that that I made it through the entire thing I'm happy to

say that I stuck in the whole time from day one to day 30 and I feel fantastic

yeah my body made some great changes over this last month but I have to say

the powerful feeling of completing something that I put in front of me

it's like attaining a small goal and I felt really really good on Sunday as

that day clean came to a close knowing that I had completed so last

week I had to do an at-home workout one day for an hour and so I wrote all the

exercises down and I made a big thing for you guys

however I was gonna roll it into this video but I decided to actually separate

it and make it into its own separate video so you can look out for that stay

tuned at real food fit for more of that but for right now this video is more

about the end results of the 30-day program so I think the best way to break

this down is to kind of address food first and then dress address working out

you know to really break down the things that worked and didn't work or the

things that I found hard which you might relate to as far as food goes I would

say my biggest problem throughout the month was just preparation you know I

knew that I had 30 days that I had to only certain kinds of food items and yet

I still didn't necessarily do my best job at preparing a lot of the time so

you know I did hard-boiled eggs and you know have veggies on hand and I would

just throw them into a container but I think I could have done a better job

actually like preparing more meals I did a lot of my like go-to stuff however I

did find some new great like neat new meals and some new like kind of cool

snack IDE things that I found it sprouts including the plantain chips I found in

case I've ever wanted to have a clean sheet and also the energy during the

survey that was also a really great vine that I think I'll continue using even

this 30 days of strict you know heavens I don't know if you can relate but I am

a quick on-the-go person so spending hours in the kitchen is not what I like

to do I like to find a quick meals that are easy to make and now with Logan it's

even more important that I have something that's easy to make easy to

grab because I just don't have a time so that was kind of part of the challenge

as well being able to get things that were kicked quick to grab so I ended up

making a lot of snacks things that I could just like kind of

munch on for extended periods of time which is what I would do in the morning

when I would bring like a hard-boiled or a couple hard-boiled eggs avocado a

banana yeah Laura bar and then I would just kind of spread it out so as more as

more snacky experience I'm always amazed how much I think I need bread and I

think I need cheese to make things taste good or to fill me up once I cut those

things out how much I can create a meal and be full by vegetables and some

protein and some good fats I would say that's always a really good reminder and

something that for me is very vital all right let's talk about the workouts so

working out for me is always a lot easier I just I love it like I love

getting into the gym I love sweating you know all those things that I think most

people think I'm crazy but I do enjoy it however forcing myself to have to get up

really early multiple days in a row is super hard I mean that was probably the

most difficult part of the month but knowing that I had to stay on track

knowing that I had to get my 5 in it was very helpful for me to be able to push

myself but going four or five days in a row getting up at 4:30 but I will say

that I never regretted it after I was done and if you can get yourself past

the early morning or for you maybe it's the late evening you know whatever it is

if you can just get yourself past it then you'll never you'll never regret it

it's it's an amazing feeling to know when when you finish and not only do you

feel like you complete something but you're just your body is tingling it's

like it's an awesome experience getting

yourself to sweat a little bit I will say to getting myself on a five-day week

schedule you know it really helped with keeping the momentum going by the end of

the month I was definitely getting up a lot easier than I was the beginning of

the month so that's a huge benefit as well it was just a reminder again that

if you start something and you start that ball rolling it's not gonna be easy

the whole time but eventually you get into a good pattern and that's the

pattern you want to maintain your the great thing I noticed about the month

too is I can feel my strength coming back I don't know if you guys have

experienced this as well but post pregnancy I mean you just you lose so

much strength you decondition for nine months and then all of a sudden you're

like thrust back in you orbit in my case I went two months without doing anything

so you know that's 11 months of just like really nothing or little to nothing

so that when you get back into it it's like doing a push-up was hard so I found

that halfway through the month I was able to finally do push-ups on my toes

again I was able to pick up heavier weights again and planks felt stronger I

wasn't like weekly like falling out of it which I've had been at the very

beginning so overall that that feels and it really reminds me that again

there's progress and it's you know looking at it in retrospect is always a

lot better than looking at it at the moment cuz at the moment always feels

like you're failing I've even looked back on it and you give yourself that

opportunity to do that then you can see the progress that

you've made I am very happy with my final results here are the stats and

I'll talk you through them as we go so I didn't get myself totally back to my

pre-pregnancy weight but I did lose eight pounds this puts me at a healthy

average of two pounds a week over the month they say that losing two pounds a

week is the healthiest amount to lose while creating attainable lifestyle uh

should be great to drop it all at once but you know what's the point if you're

gonna gain it all back again anyway my measurements were awesome too I was

really hoping to lose more in my arms so I thought it was interesting that that

didn't change too much however is I'm getting stronger the muscles in my arms

would replace fat so you know the circumference might stay pretty much

similar but uh you know my arms do look better I'm also very happy with my waist

measurements but I wish that my hips lost a bit more overall I'm really happy

with the results I really didn't quite know what to expect I thought you know I

thought I'd lose some weight obviously but I really didn't expect to lose eight

pounds I thought that it was gonna be more like maybe five or six or something

so I was reassuring to know that that I can make big gains in a month and if I

went for another month you know I know so much I would lose so I might get

myself completely down to where I needed to be so it is kind of reassuring and

hopefully it's kind of reassuring for you guys too and also I think is a good

display that nothing is perfect so even though I go through this process for a

month I'm not completely down to where I wanted to be so I gotta keep working

there's no stopping you just got to keep moving forward and doing your best

I did have that glass of wine

I really do feel like this was a great way to kind of jumpstart and get myself

back on track you know I want to live life I want to enjoy myself that's why

it works so hard so my goal now is going to be to go six days a week where I'm

focusing on eating right on the same program I've been on eating right and

continuing continuing my five days a week working out that is a huge goal and

then giving myself at least one day a week that I can enjoy myself you know

that I can maybe eat something that I didn't need during the week maybe you

know something with dairy in it or bread or whatever and try to keep myself on

that kind of track so essentially a cheat day you know that always worked

for me in the past but then sometimes you know your cheat day is kind of blend

in to the day before the day after so that's the key up for me is making sure

that it stays you know very rigid as far as when that goes and then we'll see if

I can continue this you know weight loss with actually still kind of maintaining

some kind of fun in my life because you're fun as far as eating goes guys

Some of you had already told me that episode 9 was going to be a hard one to watch.

But I never expected anything like that to happen.

And I'm ready to watch this end of season. I'm hoping all the worst is over for now.

The thing that intrigues me the most of all this is what is going to happen with Arya now.

She lost all her family, I mean she only has her two little brothers left

And Sansa of course, who is trapped in King's Landing. She is a Lannister now, basically.

So I really don't have any idea what is going to happen to Arya now.

Where is she going to go now. What is she going to do. Who is she going to hang out with.

I know that she is with The Hound and tbh i think that's a good thing, because...

I honestly think he is a good man and doesn't have bad intentions with her so...

Really, this show makes me feel so many emotions.

I feel happy, then sad, then scared, then I'm excited again.

Its fantastic. Honestly I'm so happy I decided to watch this show, I really mean it.

Daenerys definitely gets the best episode´s finals. I love it.

I really want to talk about this episode, so many things happened.

You guys I'm so happy Jamie and Brienne got safe to Kingslanding, I honestly couldn't be happier about it.

Jamie makes me feel so many mixed feelings.

He is such a complex character and so great. Cause sometimes I hate him, then I care for him.

I cried twice when he saved Brienne and I felt so grateful fo that.

And he made me cry one minute ago when he and Cersei met again.

She is his sister, I MEAN, HIS SISTER!

That's so wrong in so many levels.

But, I don't know, I felt happy for them cause... They LOVE eachother. They really love eachtoher.

It's horrible and messed up af, but..

They love eachtoher.

And, and… and… and…

And I know its wrong but.. I just feel happy they are back together.

I feel like they all are just victims of the power and everything that goes with it.

And the only thing real and honest they have is the love for each other.

They were raised without a mother, so they had to learn to stick together and love each other as they could.

I just don't know what to think about it. I'm just happy they are back together, that's all.

Another thing that I would like to talk about is about that conversation between Lord Varys and Shae.

Shae puts me in such a bad mood.

Because I also don't like that's she is there.

I only like she is there because she really is helping Sansa, and she cares for her.

But on the other hand her presence there is no good to Tyrion and Sansa as a couple.

Tyrion needs to get Sansa pregnant, and Cersei said that that would make Sansa happy.

But Tyrion wont do that if Shae is always there given looks at him.

And Tyrion feels bad cause he does loves her.

So I think that situation is getting very complicated.

I love Lord Varys cause I think he is one of the smartest man of this series.

I love that he wants Tyrion to be king. I like that. I totally agree.

Tyrion would make an excellent king, merciful, intelligent,and crafty. I like him.

Another person I would like to talk about is that bastard, bad person, and asshole: Ramsay.

Now I finally get what he is trying to do. He is trying to manipulate Balon Greyjoy..

by using and torturing his son, in order to take full control of the north.

We will see how that goes. My prediction is that Balon Greyjoy is going to die soon.

Cause if the Red Woman guessed that Robb was going to die first, then I think Balon will be the next one.

Now more than ever cause she has his daughter kind of against him. We will see what happens with that.

I swear that in that moment when I saw Ramsey eating that sausage, I thought it was Theon's......

I was dying you guys, I felt like I was going to throw up. God.

Another thing I want to talk about is Jon Snow and Ygritte scene.

I wonder how the story between them two will go on now.

They will have too meet again somewhere.

Ygritte was totally heartbroken.

Not to mention Jon Snow, who got shot with three arrows in his body from the woman he loves.

But I'm so happy Jon and Sam got to meet again.

And I bet Sam is going to tell him about Bran, and that he is fine and he is heading to the other side of the wall.

I'm really worried about that btw. I hope nothing happens to him.

I mean with all the threats that are out there.

I find that very interesting but I'm scared for them. I dont know how the will survive out there.

North of the wall... or is it South? I got disoriented.

Another thing: I'm happy Gendry got to scape from Dragon Stone.

I have come to grow my feelings for Gendry. Idk why, but I really care for him.

So I really hope he arrives safe to King's Landing. Nobody will recognize him there, that's good.

And, remember I say at the begining I didn't know what was going to happen to Arya?

Well I'm hoping now that Arya will find Gendry soon. So they can become a family for eachother.

I don't think they can be together as a couple, but..

But they can become eachothers family.

The thing I didn't understand is: where is The Hound and Arya going to go now? I didn't catch that.

Oh wait. Can we talk about Arya killing that man?

I mean, they were talking about how they chopped his brother's head off..

It was only natural she reacted that way but still, wow.

She did say that was the first man she killed, but.. Didn't she killed that a boy at king's landing on the 1st season?

I remember she stabbed that fat boy with needle, she stabbed his belly.

Another thing: I have a small prediction. And I'm BEGGING you guys dont confirm it nor deny it.

When Shae said ¨I would kill for that girl¨

I had the prediction Joeffry is going to try to do something horrible to Sansa...

and Shae is going to do something bad to Joeffry.

It was like a premonition I felt.

Three months ago,, when I started watching it, I didn't even know what this show was about.

Cause everything I say I dont say it cause I already know it, or because I read it somewhere.

But because I just think about it and I like to predict and relate scenes.

So don't you worry. I promise I haven't seen this before and nobody has told me anything about this.

I even avoid googling ANYTHING about this show, just to avoid any type of information lol.
