What's On My Phone🤔 | Ilayda Akdogan - Duration: 18:09.
I'm here in front of you guys with one of the most wanted videos: What's in my phone?
I also don't know what's in my phone. I mean there are some things which I am not sure about.
I'm pretty sure that there are millions of applications which I downloaded but forgot about because I am one of those people who download and forget.
Let's have a look together at what I have in phone.
There isn't much on the first page as you can see.
I have the most necessary applications here. The wonderful 4 are down below; Instagram, Apple Music, Twitter and Whatsapp.
Other than those, there is a finance section here. I have no idea why it is named ''finance'' but it is also a section in which I have my life saver applications.
I have the most frequently used apps in the first page like Google Maps, Youtube, whoever is using that.
I have two applications below which I use for school: It's Learning and OIS. I study at Bahçeşehir University, we contact with our lecturers through these apps.
Youtube Studio takes place under that. Content creators follow their statistics, comments, views on Youtube Studio.
Sahibinden.com takes place under that. I love Sahibinden. Even when I don't have anything to do with it
I still open it and have a look at the general house and car prices.
Here is the other page. The importance ranking starts to decrease a little bit.
On Turkcell My Account app, I shake my phone every week and get new prizes.
I'm not very lucky all the time but I win 2GB occasionally.
I have the Platinum app above it in which you can view your privileges if you are a Turkcell Platinum customer.
I think we all have E-Devlet on our phones. I have Pinterest and WeHeartIt, I like them both but I started using Pinterest more recently.
What I mean by using is I just open it, have a look and exit, I don't adjust my panel on it or anything.
I have a game called Peek which helps you do some brain gymnastics. I no longer play it but it used to be fun. I got bored of it after a while.
Here is the third page. I know Tumblr is dead. I don't use it either, I don't know why it's still here.
There is WeTransfer next to it. You can sen files from WeTransfer.
SpeedTest takes place next to it. What SpeedTest does is it measures the speed of the internet you are connected to.
You can also figure out if you have ran out of quota.
Upcall is underneath it. I love Upcall because if people who are members of Upcall call you, you can see the name of the caller on the screen.
That's why it's a life saver because sometimes we might not want to answer the calls from people we do not know.
If that person isn't saved into my guide, I pick up the phone like ''Who is it?'', feeling a little weird.
That's why it's pretty life saving to me. There is Lifebox next to it, I downloaded it from Turkcell for storage purposes but I didn't use it much.
I don't know why I didn't use it. My phone's storage is enough for me right now, I don't feel the need to use it.
Flo takes place next to it which is one of my favorite applications. You insert your period schedule into Flo and follow your own period cycle.
It's a pretty useful app fpr women.
Here is one of our favorite pages. The Super 3: Netflix, BluTV and TVPlus.
I don't know if you're using TVPlus but if you're a Turkcell customer, TVPlus is very useful.
Since I am a Platinum customer of Turkcell, I have separate GB's which I can use for TVPlus.
So if I'm in traffic in a taxi or if I'm on a ferry, I can open it up and watch my favorite channels like TLC.
I have two apps which I never use here. I'm actually starting to move into Yandex from Google Maps.
Yandex is much better on long trips but Google Maps does better in the city.
I sometimes open Spotify to listen to Ayşen's lists and I don't have anything else to do with it other than that.
Here is the second and most complicated page. I think one of the most life saving folders is the one which include the apps of the stores which we usually shop.
Why?
If you love online shopping, you must already have these apps on your phone.
But if you don't like it, you must start to like it asap.
Because there are sales special to online shopping. Or when you go to a store and tell them the reference number of a product on the app,
you can have a reach to that product much easily if it hasn't put forward yet which saves a lot of time for you.
Other than that I have the Dolap app here. I also love this app because I sell my clothes on here, the clothes I don't wear anymore.
I think it's pretty beneficial to our daily lives because after some point, way too much apparels are accumulated in your closet
and you watch them grow older every day. Opening room for new apparels is very helpful and a piece of cloth which you don't wear anymore
may become somebody else's favorite.
I feel very good when that happens. I will leave the link of my Dolap app down below. I constantly upload new products there, you can have a look.
Here is the folder which everyone is curious about: photograph and video folder.
I'm using most of the apps in this folder.
Facetune is our family photoshop application. I love Facetune very much. You don't always have to fix your mouth, legs, trees, etc. on Facetune.
You can cover up a small acne, you can do color adjustments, so it's actually a pretty versatile application.
Especially the second version is very nice.
I use the Gopro app when I record my CarTalk videos to see if the framing is alright by connecting it to my phone.
There is an app called Pocketphoto above it. It might be my favorite but it's also the one that upsets me the most because
I have a small pocket photo printer. It used to print out small photographs.
After a while, the films of that machine ceased to be sold in Turkey.
That's why I can barely obtain those films and stick the photos on my notebook.
It's actually one of my favorite activities.
I have Afterlight here which I used to use it for editing photographs but I don't use it much anymore.
In the next section of photography and video, there are familiar apps if you have watched my previous videos.
Jane, Inshot, Unfold and Snow are the apps which I use while editing my Instagram stories.
I won't go into much detail because I had made another video about it which you can watch from here.
This is a point which I am pretty indecisive to mention or not because
I won't have any time left for other apps if I mention these.
Yes, I use Afterlight, Lightroom, etc. to edit my photos but these are much detailed subjects.
If you guys want me to make separate videos about them, you can write it down on the comments section below.
I only use these apps but I'm leaving it superficial as it is, it's such a detailed subject.
Here is an extremely nice folder. I have lots of things to mention here. First of them is Zomato.
Zomato has a nice feature that helps you find the best places to eat.
Let's assume that you're at Taksim and you want to eat. What should you eat, where should you eat? What about the prices? How are the menus? You have no idea.
You open Zomato. You can search for what you want to eat on Zomato.
You can search what kind of restaurant you want to eat at, you can see what's around you
or you can have a look at a specific restaurant's menu and prices.
It's a very helpful app, I sometimes have a look at the menus from Zomato before I order food from YemekSepeti.
It's current in Istanbul but it was not in reach at Marmaris. I'm not sure in which cities it can be used.
I have the Starbucks app next to it. With the Starbucks app, when you buy a beverage from Starbucks, if you pay it with the barcode in the app instead of
money or credit card, you get a star. After collecting 15 stars, you win a free beverage. There might be some people thinking that 15 stars is too much
but when you pay with the app instead of money, you eventually get a free drink, I think it's a fair deal.
I have the Getir app next to it. If you are a lazy person,
it's also pretty useful in situations like you arrive home at 1-2AM, you want to clean your make-up but find out that you ran out of cotton.
It's a problem to look for open groceries at that time.
You don't know where to find it but Getir is there for you.
I'm talking like it's a paid partnership but I love it so much. I'm really passionate about it.
There's almost everything on Getir. They bring it to you at any hour very quickly.
It's a very reliable app. Underneath that, there is an app which I haven't started using but I will start using soon, Glovo.
I don't know if you had heard it but there used to be an app called Kap Gel.
You could order food from Kap Gel and they would bring it to you.
But it's a bit more private than YemekSepeti because you can order from Starbucks, Cookshop, etc.
You could also order for grocery shopping. You were choosing whatever you wanted from Carrefour, Migros, Macro and they would bring it to you.
These are the promises of Glovo, it's pretty popular abroad and it's new in Turkey.
I'll give it a try. I haven't tried it yet. YemekSepeti takes place next to it, I won't even mention it.
There's another amazing app below it called Bakkaldan. I discovered this yesterday, a friend of mine named Tuğçe posted it on her story
and I was so amazed when I saw it.
The grocery stores bring your order home. It shows you the open grocery stores around.
I normally don't give any orders from grocery stores but I can see the open grocery stores around me which can bring me my orders.
I love technology, it really eases life. It's amazing.
I have only signed up, I haven't tried it yet but there were already three open groceries.
I have another folder next to it called Travel. I have apps like Turkish Airlines, Pegasus from which I look for flight tickets.
I have Trivago and Airbnb below them from which I look places for accommodation. Booking.com also stands for the same goal but it's no longer
utilized in our country, unfortunately. I keep it for vacations abroad but it's also pretty tough to do that.
I have an app from which I check the exchange rates. Next to that, I have an app called City Maps to Go.
It's such a nice app to be honest. If you're going abroad and if you're planning a trip there,
for example, I'm a tourist and I arrived to Turkey, Istanbul.
I label the places which I want to visit in Istanbul.
For example, there's a place I want to visit at Nişantaşı, Taksim and Şişl
and I'm a tourist, so I don't know how close they are to each other.
It demonstrates the metro lines, bus stations, other public transportations which go from Şişli to Taksim, so it eases my trip.
Especially when you travel abroad, it helps you out a lot when you label the places you want to visit
and see the distance between them. That's why it's a nice app.
Uber is above that one, I usually call taxi cabs from the Uber app since Uber is banned in our country.
There's a pretty meaningless folder next to it. Of course there are some useful apps in it like KitapYurdu.
You can buy books for lower prices from KitapYurdu.
You can find books for 10-15 Liras cheaper from this app.
They are also original by the way but they're usually on sale. If your basket costs more than 30 Liras, you get free shipping.
A single book is almost 30 Liras in stores nowadays.
That's why it's a nice app. There are some games here. I don't play them often anymore. We used to have picnics on summer with Zeynep and Ayşen
so I downloaded Tabu on my phone and it still remains in my phone.
Now I will mention a very good app if you love stars and planets. Hilal showed me this first.
It's an app called Skyview. I don't know what it's going to do since it's the middle of the day but..
Yeah, it doesn't do much since it's the middle of the day but
when you open this app and point your camera up into the sky, it demonstrates the actual positions of the planets and the stars.
You can actually see Mars with this app.
I couldn't believe how you could distinguish Mars from the stars but your eyes start to get used to it. It's got more like an orange color.
You can see the stars and star groups, etc. It feels amazing when you look up in the sky through this app in the evening.
Especially when we go to the village, the stars become very visible at night. I really want to go to the village and try out this app in the evening.
I also downloaded NightView with the same purpose but SkyView is much better.
There is an app called MyFitnessPal next to it.
You can measure your casual calories through this app by inserting what you eat.
It also demonstrates how much nutrition intake you should provide in a day.
For example, it sets a goal for me which is 2060 calories according to my weight, height, etc.
I add my meals here and it tells me how much protein I consumed.
For example, it warns me against a meal with high sodium amount, etc.
It has a pretty wide range of list. You click this plus button here and pick your meal, drink, etc.
For example, I had some oatmeal for breakfast today. I choose oatmeal from here and it informs me that it's 150 calories.
I chose my portion amount and added to my list.
Now I will have a look. It tells me that the saturated fat ratio is low, it includes 15 grams of protein, 2,5 grams of fat, etc.
If you're careful about what you eat, it's pretty helpful.
I have an app called My Water next to it.
I used to use it much and now I returned to it.
The amount of water I want to consume in a day is 2 liters.
I add the amount of glasses I drink during a day.
The screen gets filled. It's moving around as you can see.
It keeps track on the amount of water you have drunk and sends you reminders to drink more.
So it's basically an app reminding you to drink water.
The final page is the page of unnecessary apps. I have CicekSepeti on this page. I download it when it's someone's birthday or if someone starts to a new job.
I also have Slowtime. It's like a sleeping song to me.
Very soft and smooth songs play in Slowtime so I listen to them when I struggle to sleep at night.
I have Yandex next to it which I already mentioned.
Ikea Mobile and Evidea; I have a look at them for decoration ideas.
Scotty takes place above. Scotty is one of the best apps for Istanbul.
You get matched with the motorcyclists on the same route and they bring you to your destination.
The prices are very reasonable and you avoid traffic. while you also save a lot of time.
I really love Scotty.
There's also an app on the top called Photoshop Fix, Doğuş made me download it. But I forgot how to use it. I might have to delete it.
And this is it. This is all I have got in my phone.
You guys would see lots and lots of nonsense apps if I hadn't made a cleaning recently.
I even got bored of them myself and decided to get rid of them. I even skipped some of the apps while demonstrating because I don't know
why they are still in my phone. I will have to get rid of them too.
I actually love discovering new apps and finding out their features.
So it ends up being a little messy but I think it's fine.
I hope you guys adopt some of these apps and benefit from them in your daily lives.
Especially the apps like Glovo, Bakkaldan, etc. might be charming.
They sold them to me right away. I hope I can sell it to you guys either. I'm pretty sure that some of them will ease your lives.
This is it from today's video. I regularly upload new videos every Monday and Wednesday at 6PM.
See you guys in another video, bye.

CORÉE VS FRANCE : COMMENT "PUNIR" SON ENFANT ? - Duration: 11:01.
Today i'm gonna talk about different punishment way between french parents and korean parents
I thought the most severe punishment is korean way
But i watched one documentary about french parent's education and punishment
French way look so severe too so i wanna compare what is differenc between korean and french
Whenevere i made mistakes and faults, they hit my back like that
But the most common way, we use some tools for punishment
We call that "LOVE STICK"
I know it sounds like weird. Every single family we have this stick at home
So whenever kids need punishment parents have used this stick
- It works like that still now? - Yes i think so?
- I mean still in this generation too? not only your generation? - Yes maybe it become less severe but yes still works like that
Whenever i made mistakes when i was young, she always had showed me this stick and explain me what did i wrong, why she had to punish me
And then we might make some negotiations "How many punishment do you need to realize your fault" like that
So i always answered "i can realize my faults without any punishment" but it didn't work at all
So when she suggest me something for punishment 99% i had to accept that i have no choice
Normally they hit my hands or legs
Why?
Why this zone?
Um... I don't know...?
Hands and legs are most common part for punishment in korea
But i don't know why this zone exactly
So you can punish your kid in legally?
I think so? this kind of punishment is kind of society things
Also sometimes i should write papers about what kind of mistake i made, how much i regret. and i had to show my parent for that
"Look at that mommy and daddy how much i regret!!!"
Or...sometimes i should go out from home . i think this is just only my generation not anymore
Get out from house?
So when i had to get out from house, i always went play ground becuase there were a lot of kid always
So when i played with my friends in play ground their parents asked me what's happen to you like that
If i explaned my situations they just invite me their home and offer me diner . Of course they told my parent your daughter is here like that
We had safe community like little village
Little village
All of neighbors are so close together, so at this moment it worked in my childhood
But i'm not sure for now
Do you think it is different now?
Because neighbor is not that much close together like past so to let kid go out is dangerous
In school, if i make mistake or didnt finish my homework or fight with my friends, teacher had punished us with stick too
Here?
No here
Hands or ass...
Your ass?
Yes... ass too!!
But fortunately not anymore in school... it was my generation not new generation
France too, my and my brother generation we had be punished here! end of finger
- So hard! - Yes looks like! - when i was elementary school...
Korean parent accepted teacher's punishment because this is for student's education
Especially If i had problems with society rule, my manner and morality i get a lot of punishment
But french never use any tools for punishment right?
No?? at all?
I read one article they slap kids cheeks
Once again french punishment is different depending on family becuase france is multi culture country
Sorry mom if you watch this video, personally when i made huge mistake just blahhhhh!!!!
So when you got it you could see stars and realized for your fault so well
I could go galaxy so quickly
It works well cuz it made me don't repeat same mistake anymore
Do you have the other punishments? like getting out things?
Getting out? never my mom never accept i go out home like that because she was worried about situations i think
- So what kind of the other ways..? - go your room or clean your room...
My step father he said to me "you should fall aslepe 9 pm "
Becuase i would to watch TV lately too
But he said "No tonight 9 pm"
Ah this kind of punishment
But i was 14 at this moment why he said that !!
I'm sure even he will tell me that
"go to bed 9 pm"
Oh I Love you dad
They just made me understand something wrong
But never let me go somewhere
I have no idea for french punishment now
Because i saw some french law it is changed like you can't hit your kid
- with hand too? - yes... we call that
Can you make some comments for that? because personally i have no idea
A lot of things are changed so quickly since our generation
We just talk about our generation and experiences
What about in french school
When you make mistake or fault, teacher can punish you? - NO way
No way?
No way they can't
What is teacher's role?
Maybe teacher make you stay school more, for example elementary school finish 4 but you should stay untill 5 or 6 and just you should finish your homework
But never physical punishment
Teacher can give you some penalty score too?
-Yes - it works?
No
- Never works - of course it doesn't work with teenager
So one day if french teacher punish students with stick in korean way
No impossible
- Impossible? - Teacher will go jail
Really? -Yes
Who knows maybe student is too much rude or ganster so it disturb class
Yes Yes but even this...
Why
What is teacher's role
Teacher always have to teach good way for manner, morality too
Actually no...
Why teacher is another parent in school
Mathmatics teacher doesn't need to teach you morality things just teaching math
We have different justice for teacher. In korea we consider teacher as second parent in school
French... no... at all
And did you have thinking chair punishment too?
Thinking chair
Yes thinking chair!
No
But teacher said like go on the border there!
You just should look at the wall right? - Yes
Suddenly i remember if teacher doesn't want to punish us physically, they make us like that ! this is the other common way
We had to do that ....
At least it is useful for your body
This is training
yes
This one is common
So if we have kid, which way do you wanna take it ?
Depending where we live
- Depending on country? - Yes
If we live in france i can't punish with love stick right?
Maybe we should check some laws....
But if we live in korea we can follow korean way
Of course
Maybe french punishment way is a little bit weird for me
You accept the country's rule where we live
Do you think parent need physical punishment for kid's education?
No i don't think so?
No physical punishment doesn't mean i will not handle kid's education. i can handle that with my strong voice. my voice will be impressed !
I'm sure about it
As you said, there are a lot of cultures and different family way in france
So if your family has the other ways can you make comments becuase i wonder for the others
Me too
punishment is different depending on New generations and family's own rules..
Thank you to watch my video today too
I'm super happy you watch my video
And i always read all of comments so if you make one i will be super happy too
Yes me too!
Dada's secret make a lot of good promotions too
10 Products are 20 euro!!!
20 euro?? - yes
I'm crazy i think
i think so
I think you will lost your money
After you watch my video don't forget like my video and subscribe my channel too!
If you wonder my life you can visit my instagram! you can see how much we enjoy our life so well

Sewing Vintage Inspired Jeans on a Vintage Sewing Machine | Whitney Sews - Duration: 22:51.
hi everyone I'm Whitney and I post videos here on my channel to help sewers
of all skill levels learn new projects and techniques this week I'm sharing how
I made my 1940's inspired jeans I'll be showing the step-by-step process and
some of the struggles that I ran into along the way and much much more
as many of you all know I've been transitioning my wardrobe over to a
1940's and 1950's inspired style and as we get into fall and winter I knew that I
definitely wanted a pair of jeans that fit into that era and I just always want
jeans no matter what decade I'm dressed as no matter what at all I always want
jeans when cold weather hits I couldn't find a specific jeans pattern that I
liked that was available at the you know regular sewing stores so I started with
simplicity eight four four seven I had made a pair of the pants from this
pattern already so I knew how they fit overall so I knew that I needed to make
several adjustments to make them fit more like jeans the pattern originally
was very baggy because they were intended to be working style pants so I
definitely had to take them in quite a bit they also had darts in the waist
area so I knew that I needed to take the darts out because jeans typically do not
have darts so I made all of those adjustments took in the legs
took in took out the darts and all of that to get a starting pattern now I am
definitely not an expert at altering patterns so I was kind of just trying to
figure this out as I went I also completely drafted the pocket patterns
from scratch the original pattern had very small pockets and I wanted actual
big pockets that I could put my hands in and put my phone in and everything and
so I drafted those from scratch I'm really happy with how those turned out
so I made a trial pair of the pants out of just a gray corduroy that I had on
hand then I made some more adjustments I felt like the legs were still
really really wide so I made those adjustments to the pattern and then I
made another practice pair this time it was shorts because I had enough denim to
make a pair of shorts and that turned out really well I've actually worn the
shorts many many times already then I bought an entire bolt of fabric
it arrived today and I'm very excited it is huge
it's very heavy and that was actually really scary to me I hate making big
purchases so to spend about 80 dollars on a bolt of denim was so out of my
comfort zone but it was so exciting at the same time I have 15 yards of denim
to work with so even if I messed up it was okay because the price per yard was
definitely very affordable and so once my bolt of fabric came in the mail I was
ready to work on my pants so I cut off about two and a half yards of the fabric
and pre-washed it according to the washing instructions on the bolt of
fabric this was to make sure that if it was going to shrink any which is a
hundred percent cotton so it was very likely that it was going to shrink I
wanted it to do all of its shrinking before I made the pants so that I knew
they would actually fit when I was done then I laid out my pattern pieces and
started cutting everything out for my pants I actually loved a lot of this
progress over on my vlog channel Whitney's tiny life many of you have
already seen that video and I definitely will have it linked up here in the
information icon if you haven't seen it already it's a really fun video vlogging
my thought process as I make the jeans because there was definitely a lot of
doubts happening while I was working on these and I've talked through all of
that on my vlog so definitely check that out if you want to see that so I popped
a denim needle into my sewing machine and did several rows of test stitching
on some denim with my top stitching thread and I definitely struggled a lot
with my top stitching thread when I was sewing with just regular thread is sewed
beautifully but when I was using the top stitching thread if I was going through
more than one or two layers I started having a lot of problems it would kind
of bunch up on the back side or the thread would break a lot and I just
really struggle with that part that was probably one of the biggest struggles
making this pair of jeans so after I had done all of my practice stitches and I
felt a little more comfortable with doing the top stitching and all of that
I started in and the first thing I wanted to do was add some stitching
detailing on the back pockets I used a white colored pencil and I just marked
out a few guidelines I took some measurements and just marked out exactly
where I wanted the lines to be and then I top stitch directly on those lines
that I marked and then I use those as a guide for making the rest of the top
stitching and here's how the pockets turned out then I turned over the top
edge 1 inch and top stitched twice to secure it in place
I did search the edges quickly before top stitching I took each pocket over to
the iron and pressed in the remaining edges by a half inch I used hem tape on
the first version I made but quickly found that denim will hold a pressed
edge really well and the hem tape wasn't needed the pockets repent onto the pant
back pieces and sewn on I back stitched several times at the top to secure and
the double row of stitching helps enclose the seam allowance
then on to the front pockets I'm doing patch style pockets that are sewn on top
of the main body pieces I search the edges turned in the slanted side one
inch and top stitched I then pressed in the long side the slanted corner and the
bottom edge the two other sides didn't need to be turned under because they
will be enclosed in the seam allowances later the pockets repent onto the pant
front pieces with the raw edges lining up each pocket was sewn on with two rows
of stitching and reinforced at the bottom edge of the slanted side because
it will get the most stress
since my jeans were inspired by the 1940s I knew I didn't want any visible
serging when they were completed so I thought it'd be interesting to use bias
binding to enclose the raw edges at the side and at the crotch
I used bias binding on another project recently to finish off a dress as well
I'll have that video linked down below in the description box now it was
finally time to start assembling the pants themselves I matched up one front
and one back right sides together and clip together along the inner leg seam
this is the scene that would normally have a flat felled seam but I didn't
want to try doing them on my first pair of jeans I went ahead and added the same
bias binding to the curved edge of the crotch on each side of the pieces laid
them right sides together and sew it along the curve to attach
I also open the seam allowances pressed at top stitched along each side to sort
of simulate the flat felled seam look
then I laid the front and back right sides together and sewed along the entire
edge on the front and from the edge of the pocket to the bottom on the left I
sewed the front facing on at the upper part of the left it gets flipped to the
back and top stitch down the buttonholes will be sewn there later unfortunately I
forgot to turn down the seam allowances so I had a bit of trouble with the
buttonholes later I also sort of searched the bottom edge of the front
facing as well at this point it was actually pretty late at night and I was
trying to rush these jeans to get them finished so I kept forgetting to pay
attention to the little details like trimming the seam allowances and surging
that bottom edge and so I really don't recommend trying to rush when you're
working on a big project like this because looking back now I should have
just quit for the night and to pick back up the next day but I was just so
focused on wanting to get done that I skipped over a few little details that I
should have paid more attention to I also added the back flap piece with
the seam allowance already turned in it then gets folded in half and top
stitched in place this is where the buttons will be sewn on
next up is the waistband the original simplicity pattern used a straight strip
of fabric but it didn't fit well that way so I sewed a dart into mine so it
fits to my body a little better it's not a very big dart but it does make a
difference I did this for the outer waistband and the lining I lined the
dart up with the side seam on the right side and sewed around to attach flip the
waistband up and added the other band matching up the darts with the band's
still right sides together I sewed a line of stitching along the
short sides I trimmed down the seam allowances at the corners then turn to
right sides out the inside waistband covers all the seam allowances inside
giving it a nice finished look I top stitched along the lower edge of the
waistband to hold everything in place I wanted to use my top stitching thread
for this but it was so many layers that it didn't work out so I just used
regular thread and it worked perfectly now time for the belt loops
I cut a strip one inch wide and serged the edges then I folded them and the
amount of the stitching and pressed and top stitched
all I had to do then was cut the strip into five pieces three and a quarter
inches long and I had belt loops to attach they are turned in about
three-eighths inch on each end and sewn along the top and bottom this was easier
said than done by this point I was on my last denim needle running out of
topstitching thread and both kept wanting to break but I finally got them
on then it was on to the buttonholes this was an even harder task I could
barely even get the jeans in the buttonholer partly because I forgot to
trim that one seam and when I did get them in the pants were so heavy
it had trouble sewing straight so after a few failed attempts I finally just
gave up and I ended up binding the buttonholes by hand the denim was so
thick to sew through I ended up having to use needle nose pliers to help pull
the needle through the first one looks a little rough but I got better and ended
up actually liking the look
each buttonhole took between 45 minutes and an hour to bind my hand here's how
the first hand bound buttonhole looks you can see how roughed up the denim is
at the corner from trying to get it in and out of the buttonholer the last
thing I did was so on the buttons and I actually did a poll in my Instagram
stories and that you all picked the buttons unfortunately I was a little too
hardcore about how I sewed on my buttons and the first time I went to unbutton
the pants to take them off I broke the button it was so done so
tightly that it just did not have any wiggle room at all to end the shank
ended up breaking in order for the pants to come on buttons so I am going to end
up having to replace all the buttons so that they match but for now I'm just
wearing them without that top button and I just make sure I have a belt on to
hold the pants closed and to hide the fact that there is not a button in the
top spot actually waited to do anything with the bottom of the pants they are
not hemmed or anything at this point I wanted to make sure I was super happy
with the length and how they looked double cuffed before I did anything to
them and so now I need to go in and trim up the bottom edge a little bit because
I've washed the jeans and so they're a little ragged now and then I'm just
going to probably I don't know if I'm going to serge it or if I'm going to
bind that bottom edge and then that is all I'm gonna do because I plan on
always wearing them double cuffed so no one will ever actually see that bottom
edge so this is how the jeans turned out I really love them despite all the
struggles I had I had so many struggles with denim needles breaking I broke
three or four needles working on these jeans I also had the problems with the
top stitching thread that would bunch up on the inside or it would just break and
then the whole button holder issue that was that was a frustrating process let
me tell ya and but even though I had so many struggles and so many doubts along
the way once I actually got them done and more than the first time I
so happy with them I'm so proud of them and it's just such an amazing feeling to
say yes I made my jeans like who knew I never would have even imagined making a
pair of jeans for myself it's just so amazing and it just feels so so special
to do so as I mentioned earlier the denim is pretty heavy and bulky and I
was so afraid that it would be uncomfortable but to remedy that as soon
as I finished the jeans I actually soaked them in a plastic tub of water
with about a cup of vinegar and a tablespoon of salt this is to help set
the color and it also helps to soften the denim a little bit and then after I
soaked it I went ahead and put it through the washer and the dryer but I
didn't completely dry them I just dried them enough and then I actually put them
on while they were still damp now this was a little uncomfortable for about an
hour and but as they dried they perfectly formed to my body and then
they were so comfortable like I never would have thought it would have made
that much difference to put them on a little bit damp but it actually made a
huge difference and I'm so glad that I did that had I not been shifting over to
a more vintage inspired wardrobe I don't think I ever would have tried making my
own jeans I'm really glad that this whole process and transition that I've
been going through has kind of made me get out of my comfort zone encouraging
me to try making different things like I never would have tried to make my own
jeans before but I am so glad that I did and I'm very happy that I did it on a
vintage machine because I'm not sure I would have been brave enough to do it on
a like quote/unquote modern machine that is more plastic because I feel like the
vintage machines being solid metal are a lot more sturdy and
like if you look at industrial machines they are solid metal as well I know
there's differences between just a vintage machine and an industrial
machine but they definitely are both solid metal and they are so sturdy so I
was not afraid at any point in this process that I was going to do any
damage to my machine now I did break needles but that was because it was the
needle would like come down on a seam and there would be so many layers and
stuff there that it just couldn't go all the way through but at no point during
this was I worried about my actual sewing machine because it is vintage and
it is sturdy and built to last another thing that I'm so happy that I decided
to do was the bias binding and at first I wasn't sure about it because I was
afraid it was going to be bulky in the crotch area and having the extra
thickness there but it actually isn't bulky feeling and I love how it looks on
the double cuffs it just looks so cute when the cuffs are turned up and you see
that bias binding because normally vintage pants would have a selvage edge
there and but I was trying to make the most use of my denim and my denim
doesn't have that kind of salvaged edge so instead of showing like modern
surging I think the bias binding is it's not accurate historically but I think it
kind of simulates the look of it and I'm really pleased with it
so I actually finished these jeans about three weeks ago I think and I have been
wearing them so much during that time I wear them almost every day and they are
my go-to pants at the moment so I'm very happy with them but in that same three
weeks I have also learned a lot of new things like I mentioned earlier I've
learned how to do a proper flat felled seam without like a flat felled foot for
an industrial machine and I've learned some different techniques for the top
stitching that will probably help for next time and just several different
techniques that I've already learned since completing these jeans
that will help me on my next pair so I'm looking forward to making another pair
of jeans I was I was so sure when I started in that I was gonna make these
this one pair and then be done and never want to make jeans ever again but
actually I really want to make more and so I have some plans I would like to
make a more 1950s inspired pair that's skinnier in the legs and has like a
hidden opening for the closure so I got plans for that and I also want
to make the dungarees from the simplicity 8 4 4 7 pattern and I'll
probably follow the pattern fairly closely on that and have the looser fit
so they'll be more like the world war 2 overall style but I probably will still
go ahead and use my self drafted pocket patterns because I love me some pockets
and you know they may not be as accurate I probably still include my pockets on
the simplicity dungaree pattern and I like pockets what's wrong with that and
also for the dungarees I probably won't be using top stitching thread I'll
probably still do contrast top stitching but with regular thread and just see how
that goes but then the next pair of jeans that I make I will go back to
trying out the top stitching thread again and see if the new techniques and
things that I've learned are helpful for that and that's what's so amazing about
sewing and even though I made this pair of jeans and I love them so much it
doesn't mean that I can't keep learning and the next project they make be even
better and then learn from that one and then one after that be even more amazing
like we can always keep learning new skills and keep learning new techniques
and we can love the things we made in the past but we can also keep going
forward and working toward making better and better things and I think that's
just so amazing about sewing like I'm still very proud of things that I made
10 years ago but can I make them even
better now probably and that's that's what's so wonderful about this skill and
this hobby and I just I love sewing so very much so you definitely want to make
sure you're subscribe so you can see all of the other things that I create using
this denim as well as all the other projects that I have coming up to show
you all here on this channel and the way you can do that is to click my picture
right down there and yeah definitely come back soon for more videos and until
next time happy sewing

How are Historic Buildings Renovated? | ARTiculations - Duration: 6:35.
Standing inside a beautifully expansive, light-filled ensemble room
in the Carnegie Hall Studio Towers, I couldn't help but notice a peculiar window detail.
Wherever there's an exterior window,
there seems to be a duplicated window assembly directly behind it.
What exactly is the purpose of this?
There are two major reasons.
One, acoustics.
Two, the exterior facade of the building cannot be altered.
The latter reason is because Carnegie Hall is designated as a New York City
and US National Historic Landmark.
In addition to preservation of exterior facades there may also be limitations on altering
internal structures, functional characteristics, and interior design elements.
Each site is different as each site has their own unique historic significance.
So what are Carnegie Hall's design guidelines and how are architects, designers and engineers
bringing its facilities into the 21st century while maintaining its historic integrity?
♫ ARTicultions Theme ♫
I'd like to thank the sponsor for this episode, Siemens, who provided the building automation,
fire safety, and security systems in Carnegie Hall, for providing me with a unique behind-the-scenes
tour of the building, as well as insights to the its most recent 2014 renovations.
So why do we even designate historic landmarks?
Well, just like how we collect and conserve significant artworks and historic objects
in museums, some architectural works are also important pieces of our cultural heritage.
Carnegie Hall is a world renowned concert venue that first opened its doors
in the spring of 1891.
From inception, it was held as a marvel of acoustic design - a place where
astonishingly rich and warm tones resonated through its halls.
As a venue open to a diverse range of musical genres from early on in its days, including
classical, jazz, folk, and pop - it established itself as an important cultural hub.
For over a century it's also been an important forum of public speech and debate.
And since becoming a non-profit institution in 1960, when New York City purchased Carnegie Hall
to save it from demolition, it has also developed a wide variety of public educational
programs serving both New York and the wider global community.
Carnegie Hall has gone through numerous renovations and additions over the years.
And unlike old paintings, buildings need to be updated to meet contemporary building code,
safety, security, technological, and programmatic needs.
The most recent major renovation was completed in 2014.
A new education wing was created in order to accommodate the growing educational programs
that have been taking place offsite.
The backstage area was expanded and made accessible for those with disabilities.
The upgraded fire alarm system includes automatic protocols that can engage fire door closure,
elevator capture, and air handler on/off toggles upon alarm activation.
A new security and access control system was installed to better facilitate the movement
of staff, performers, students and visitors.
And a centrally controlled building automation system was implemented to efficiently calibrate
the humidity and temperature of each individual space.
The original steel roof trusses were also exposed and skylights were added to create
the space for the new admin offices.
These trusses were also reinforced in order to support a beautiful new rooftop terrace above
which was actually a feature envisioned by the original building architect,
William Burnet Tuthill, that he never actually got to execute.
Speaking of original design - arguably, the most critical design principal of Carnegie Hall
is in maintaining its high level of acoustic excellence.
In the original interior design, Tuthill opted to keep it simple.
By building a smooth, elliptical interior, a domed ceiling and omitting typical theatrical
elements like heavy curtains, ornately decorative walls, and chandeliers - it allowed sound
to distribute and reverberate smoothly throughout the space
while also being aesthetically open and elegant.
In fact, throughout the years, curtains, backdrops and acoustic panels have been added,
which went against the design intent by preventing certain subtle sounds
from being clearly distributed throughout the auditorium.
Thus the added curtains and panels were eventually all removed.
In the most recent renovations, building designers carried through the principle of open and elegant
yet solid and impeccable acoustic performance.
What I find fascinating is that, other than the double glazed windows I initially noticed,
most of these design elements are invisible.
In the new practice rooms for instance: monolithically poured concrete enclosures separated from
the rest of the structure sit behind the walls, finished ceilings hung from spring isolators,
and resilient floors sat overtop isolation pucks.
Each music room is also equipped with its own air handling unit, supply and return HVAC ducts
to further ensure sounds are self-contained within each room.
And while you may think the trapezoid shape of the rooms is just a quirky aesthetic decision,
they're actually angled non-parallel to minimize reverberation.
So if you're holding a violin practice session, it'll be optimized to sound crisp and solid
throughout the room, you won't hear any of the traffic and honking noises from outside,
nor the piano practice session from the adjacent room.
After touring through these spaces, my key take away is that architectural preservation
really embodies a remarkable integration of artistic creativity and technical innovation.
As preserving a building is not limited to aesthetics, but also in respecting
functional elements while adapting to contemporary infrastructure needs.
Carnegie Hall is an active institution that needs to support its present day performance
and educational programs, which are in fact important in maintaining its historic roots.
Thanks for watching everyone.

🔸 Nightcore - For The Glory (All Good Things / Lyrics) ツ 🔸 - Duration: 4:02.
Better back down
You're in my domain
Got the whole crowd
Screaming out our name
It's a blowout
It's a hurricane
It's over (before you know it!)
Why you shaking?
We're a dynasty
In the making
We're the royalty
Now we're breaking
Down the enemy
Move over (for the soldiers!)
Take a swing, I can take a hit
If we die, it's fine, we live for this
It's all for this
We're gonna stand on top with our hands in the sky
Gonna raise our cup to the stadium lights
For the glory (for the glory!)
For the glory (for the glory!)
We celebrate with the city tonight
Hear the hometown cheer, it's the ultimate high
For the glory (for the glory!)
We do it for the glory (for the glory!)
Yeah we've waited
For our time to come
Calculated
Everything we've done
We've upgraded
Now you can't outrun a champion
(Now you're facing one!)
Can you hear them? Yeah, it's all for us
You believe them? Yeah, it's serious
Hear the siren? We're victorious
I'm tellin' ya
(Can I get a hell yeah?) Hell yeah!

Défi leurre HANDMADE ! (édition carna) pt2 - Duration: 8:06.
Hi guys, and welcome back for another video from Les mordus de la truite
Still in Sweden, we have some days left here
and other occasions to fish
here in the sweddish archipelago
And today we gonna do a challenge, with this little crankbait
This is a wood lure
From Germany, I don't know if you remember
Unique Fish brand, we do a presentation of those baits
They send to us a new version of the Rocketperch, a nice crankbait
with a super nice fire tiger color here
we are gonna try this, fish perch with it and see how it goes
on the sweddish perch. Let's go !
fish on !
Nice fish I guess
it's a perch
this is the right first cast with this lure
nice sweddish perch, they fight like crazy
so damn nice
the first one, very fat fish
lots of power, I was sure that this fish was bigger
Nice perch either
nice
I think that we can manage to catch a few more
I think so yes
This is a good bait, and in the first cast it was a decent perch
there is also a lot of small ones
that is nice to catch a first good fish
we gonna continue, hopping for bigger
another nice one
with the Rocketperch
before going back fishing, I wanted to talk about
the unique fish lures
it is a German brand
The lures are handmade in wood
there is the small one of the family, the Rocketperch
really nice bait, long lip
it sinks well, I prefer to retrieve it slowly
that is very nice for this one
it works on pike, perch. This is silent bait
a true good point, lots of lures are not silent
I like to have silent baits to have anything else
i have lot more results with this kind of baits, instead of non-silent baits
on crankbaits
this one is very good, love this fire tiger color for the evenings thats amazing
orange belly
all trout Fishermans know this tip, the orange attracts the fish
I thought that is more attractive
the fish can be more aggressive
This is very nice on this one
They sell other lures also

NORA ALLEN BROUGHT CICADA FROM THE FUTURE REVEALED! What Did NORA DO? - The Flash 5x02 Breakdown - Duration: 11:35.
what is good YouTube war Stu here with a video on the flash season 5 episode 2
called locks and it was a pretty awesome episode quite average overall but
there's a lot of major plot points that will carry out throughout the whole
season seeing as I'm back to new to doing flash videos again please like the
video it helped it grow help it get more traffic you know you want to help you
boy would you so did you like the episode
guys comment down below that end tag stinger was pretty epic and I think
Nora's big mistake was coming back in time I mean I know last week they said
that her big mistake there was no big mistake but I think the ramifications of
her coming back means Saqqara cicada whichever way you say I say it's a cada
or a cicada which one dos a I think the ramifications of her coming back has
brought this villain to premise in this timeline much sooner alone originally
expected so we found out quite a lot about the villain quite a lot so at the
end of last week's episode gridlock was on his way to iron Heights and he never
got there because he had a fight with secada
and he got absolutely pummeled which is pretty cool it's very deep an
interesting character this year because we actually get to see that he appears
to have a normal day job so I presume we're going to see him walking around in
everyday life because his once seen weird I guess what could be deems when
his co-workers when he said you had another fight again his eye oh I don't
want to see the other person implying that with his workers or wherever he
works he's known for getting into fights but this is really him killing off the
metahumans so it's gonna be very interesting so Nora Allen comes clean to
the rest of team flash that she was the person that was causing the negative
tachyons and cisco kind of like well i was trying to everything bla bla bla bla
bla and it turns out she did it because she wanted to stay in the current
timeline which is pretty interesting so a - subplot of this episode was Cecile
who obviously has had a metahuman abilities to read people's mind
throughout the whole pregnancy everyone expected her ability to disappear after
the first episode well actually before that when she when she had the baby girl
called I mean I can't actually remember that's
just offhand so I think the baby's called Jana
so essentially Cecile is having to become a real parent what do I mean by
this well most parents can't I listen to what their child is saying and get in
their head and read their thoughts so she's having to become a parent without
the ability to have a psychic connection to her child which is gonna be
interesting and throughout the episode because Barry has to go to Joe for some
advice she's realizing that it is the bad way to raise your kid not knowing
what's in their head but it would be a much better way if you could read
everyone's mind I guess but it would become very annoyed at some point so
throughout the whole episode Ralph and Cisco are pushing Caitlin to find out
more about the father because obviously we've got the stinger last episode with
the fake death of hid for cook so this is just gonna build it to finding out
that a father's icicle potentially all that kind of stuff so Nora Allen is so
funny she literally saves the show so what happens she does this week is she
becomes a CSI she becomes Barry's intern and she becomes really clingy and get
annoying but what is quite cool about that this is iris wes is actually
becoming a rapport again she is secretly working alongside captain Singh to work
out who killed gridlock and later on throughout the episode she finds out
that it's the same person that Barry has a fight with later on being cicada which
is pretty cool because she's becoming a reporter and though she did still step
in on the computer she's becoming a reporter
so essentially Nora Allen is useless at being a speedster or is she or is she
reverse flash I mean you got a question that seriously was some of the stuff
that's happening you've really got a question though so Barry Allen is
teaching her but first he tries to teach her physics but what she says is physics
from her timeline we eat like they learn advanced physics when the base in high
school or grade school or primary school or elementary school so she wants
physical training because she's had no one to train her but the question had no
other youtuber or no other person online is asking is where the hell is Wally
West Kid Flash in the future couldn't if he taught her because they are related
after all so that is a very strange thing comment down below
be interesting it's a bit like on arrow spoiler warning where is green arrow in
the future why is William going to Roy Harper
rather than to green arrow is green arrow dead in the future very
interesting storylines that both could have parallels his season so cisco is
still mourning the debt or not the death this coat is still mourning the break-up
from gipsy because you've got understanding there's not been a seven
month six month time jump in this episode from obviously season 4 season 5
it literally picked up straight away so it's still quite fresh so throughout the
episode you seem to get over it pretty fast after reading raft 27 ways to get
rid of the kind of the pain the feelings and the main one number 27 knife I
remember correct it correctly was she's not the love of your life because she's
not in your life right now she doesn't want to be quite quite vice so the
villain of the week this episode I've tried to do some research I can't really
find anything not sure if she's a comic book villain but I presume she's called
blocked because the episode called blocked and essentially she can stop
speedsters or people breaking out of the particle thing that's she puts around
him and they can't phase out of them which is kind of interesting so
essentially it was a massive setup you could see this because there was some
arms dealer and she was trying to sell a weapon and Kid Flash
obviously Kid Flash being Nora in this situation always she bought Island I'm
not really sure and Barry we're trying to stop it
so essentially Barry messed up and then Nora Allen discovered that if she kept
moving this character would get tired and in Nora Allen put the metahuman
gloves or I guess you could say handcuffs on her and essentially they
chucked her back to iron Heights but what's interesting is the cicada stuff
right at the end of the episode so I think they have changed the origin story
coil are so cicada essentially can temporarily take your powers off you so
that's why we see Ralph a Barry and Cisco trying to fight cicada without any
powers now cicada he's not massive but I guess
if he went to Jim he's probably like an average-sized guy but if he didn't work
out then he would look fused so I can see why you would some people could say
he's big but to me he just looks like an average guy but compared to Barry he's a
beast so it kicks his shit into all of them and obviously none of them have any
powers obviously Cisco stabs his hand and that gets his attention and there's
a bit of a of for Marvel Avengers reference we're here
first who the Lightning bump dagger as Thor's hammer because you can control it
and call it back so it's good they do love their marble references in in a DC
TV universe I guess you could say so what happens is this is very interesting
I can't figure out so I need your help guys coming down below so cicada is just
about to take Barry's power and kill him now I know it's not gonna happen because
you're not gonna kill the main star for an episode
- but then Nora comes back then she shouts dad and then she says no and kind
of like shakes a head or looks like she's about to shake hair so obviously
we do know from the comic-con trailer that he had a family and the family was
killed hence why he wants to kill all metahuman - brother if they're good or
bad so the backstory that the motivation is true is good but I'm thinking is
cicada actually here because of what Nora Allen's done by coming back in time
because I'm thinking she knows about him they clearly looked at each other like
they know each other I'm thinking is this a reverse flash no it's not the
worst fash but then again like she knows about him so I'm thinking that cicada
was not supposed to be Barry Allen's villain yet because we found out from
the flash museum that it doesn't tell you everything because when Barry says
he went to prison she was like he went to prison he's like yeah I went to
prison because obviously it's not going to list everything about Barry Allen
it's going to list everything like the flash so she doesn't know everything
it's just a little bit fishy and then we get the end of stinger which I talked
about a minute so then finally Caitlin snow Caitlin
snow a letter vibe vibe with the death certificate and we see Caitlin Snow's
mother and what could be killer Frost's father because as we know she got her
powers when she was younger so this is obviously building up to a story arc
when we find out that Caitlin's father is really the male version of Elsa no
not really probably Isaac or Smith we're going to
meet him we know there's been casting calls and rumors that's been terrorizing
stuff so we know we're gonna find Caitlin's father and most likely
Caitlin's brother as well throughout this season so is there a connection to
cicada maybe but like I said this episode was pretty good there was a few
major plot points as we know next whichever code is called a death of vibe
vibe going no I don't think years - right at the
end iris West compares the video clip that she had of whoever killing gridlock
and the the kind of sound that cicada made to be the same person and then Nora
Allen's like it sounds like a cicada and Barry's like a cicada and Barry looks
pissed I really like his annoyed face he's like the angry parent and a nice
west's like the disappoint parent but it's pretty funny so she's obviously
gonna explain who cicada is next episode but we already know who he is from the
comics but they've they've literally said that the backstory is going to be
completely different to the comics so obviously in the comics he kills matters
and it makes him like live forever so to speak but I don't think he's gonna go
around killing absolutely everyone because we are two episodes in and he's
only killed one person or two people he's not killed many people because we
don't know how long this has been going on for we don't know when you decide we
can just like perceive or presume but you should never presume too much we can
only presume that he started doing it the night of either the particle
accelerator but I don't think it will be that all the satellite explosion so guys
is Nora Allen working with cicada in the future is Nora Allen reverse flash is
cicada from the future I'm pursuing many years because she looks shocked when she
first seen him they had a cheeky link and said no I don't think it's the
family thing but they are gonna put on the family strings and that's the main
reason why cicada wants to kill every metahuman good or bad because she didn't
realize how oh like the police prison officers weren't killed they would just
beat up bad he doesn't want to kill human beings he wants to kill all
matters because all map matters are equal so you could compare him to like
tuvo but not really because this guy actually is a threat he can fight
he's pretty badass and overall ID i still don't believe he's going to be the
overall villain because let's face it i don't think he will be how they can't
drag us out throughout 20 episodes or was it 21 I know they dropped is it 22
it's somewhere around that I know they dropped an episode or two so I don't
think this villain can carry out throughout the whole season but I really
hope that Nora has some connection to cicada in the future and I'm presuming
he supposed to be a future villain and not a Kirov villain
so it was overall pretty good episode major stingers major setups for cicada
for killer frost as we know it's the death of vibe next
episode if you haven't watched Trey yet vibe gets stabbed I don't think they're
going to be kidding vibe off I think it just means that he's going to be losing
his powers maybe anyway guys please like scrub and comment as it does help the
channel grow and I will catch you in that next flash review or flash trailer
breakdown in another day or so anyway guys I will catch you in a little video
very soon catch ya later

How I Read Books (UNIQUE METHOD) - Duration: 6:36.
Improvement Pill here, now - I know a lot of people like to talk about things like speed
reading.
about reading at least one book every single week.
But I think what's most important is that you actually remember the lessons that you
come across in the books that you read.
Because I'm sure something like this has happened to most of us before.
We read a book, have a couple of those aha moments, moments where we learn about something
that's game changing, where the gears in our head click and we say aha it makes sense,
but then a couple of months pass by, and we can't seem to recall a single thing we learned.
Or if we do, we only have a vague idea about what it was.
I think it's extremely important to be able to go back and relive those aha moments.
Because most of the time, it takes a while for these powerful concepts to get drilled
into our head.
Chances are – coming across it just one time in a book isn't enough.
You have to be able to go back and refresh it if you want that wisdom to stay with you
for the rest of your life.
So today I'm going to show you guys exactly how I do just that.
This is how I get the most out of my reading.
So first and foremost, I don't really physically read books anymore.
I will occasionally when I want to slow down and take my time with a book but more than
90% of the time I choose to listen to audiobooks.
And that's because it's just more convenient.
See there's always periods of time throughout the day – commuting to work, grocery shopping,
working out at the gym, doing chores at home, even while you're eating.
Where you're not really doing anything.
You're brain is on autopilot and your mind is just wandering - daydreaming about random
things.
You can't really pull out a physical book and read while you're shopping for groceries.
But you could easily listen to something.
So I choose to listen to audio books.
Another great thing about listening to books is that you can go through a book up to 2-3
times faster than you would if you were to physically read it.
When you listen to audio-books you can control the speed of which the narrator talks, personally
I like to listen to most books at the speed of 50% faster.
Sometimes if I feel like a book has a lot of fluff I'll even bump that up to 75%.
This means a book that would normally take you 10 hours to read can be finished in half
the time or even less.
Now some of you might be thinking well Improvement Pill – if you're listening to these books
that fast won't you accidentally skip some of the valuable information?
Well here's where I do things a bit differently.
And it's going to address that.
So for every single book that I read or listen to – I'll start a text document on the notepad
app that comes with my phone.
Every single phone nowadays has a basic notepad app.
It look something like this.
Most of the time when you read a good book you'll come across again what I like to call
aha moments.
Moments where you feel like you've just learned about something new that's very powerful.
Now whenever I come across a moment like this – I will immediately pause the audiobook,
open up the notepad app and write down what I just learned.
And I try to do it in a way that really captures the idea.
Here is an example of what I mean from a book I read pretty recently.
Which is sleep smarter by shawn stevenson.
As you can see whenever I come across aha moment, I write down which page or timestamp
that it's at and I try to convey that idea as best as I can in a very short sentence.
That's the part that I've highlighted in red.
Then I elaborate on the point.
Books tend to back up all of their ideas with many many points.
So I'll take the ones that have the most impact.
The ones that got my gears to click and gave me that aha moment and I add them into my
notes.
(you might notice that the example I'm giving you guys right now isn't on a notepad app,
this is a word document.
And this is because after reading a book, I'll transcribe all of my notes for that book
onto a word document.
This will refresh everything into my mind once more.
And it also allows me to archive all of my notes)
Now why is this style of note taking so powerful?
Well - as we already know.
We tend to forget things pretty easily.
Using the example of Sleep Smarter.
The book provided me with over 30 ideas – strategies that I could apply to my life to improve my
sleep quality.
There's no way I'm going to remember all of these things.
In fact I've been actively trying to apply what I learned and for every 2-3 things that
I manage to add into my life, I find myself having to go back and refresh my memory.
To make sure I'm doing everything correctly.
And it's a hassle to have to go back and reread an entire chapter over and over again just
to refresh my memory.
But since I take notes, I can just open up my notepad and get a clear idea of exactly
what I need to do next in just a couple of seconds.
Now you might be thinking...well if having notes are so important.
Why shouldn't I just start reading cliffnotes or listen to summaries of books instead of
reading the entire book on my own and making my own notes.
I'd save hundreds of hours and get a lot more done right?
Well There's actually a huge difference between reading someone elses words and re-reading
your own.
See everyone has unique ways of thinking, unique choices of words.
For example the word happy brings up certain memories for me that are going to be different
for whatever they bring up for you.
This means everyone is going to have different aha moments when they read a book.
I might have gotten an aha moment that really impacts me from a paragraph on page 25 but
you might have gotten that same aha moment from a segment on page 37.
When you listen to someone else's words – the aha moment isn't as powerful.
And most of the time you won't even get aha moments from listening to summaries.
Because they're describing their aha moment that suits the way they think, not the way
you do.
On the other hand when you make your own notes.
And you reread them you're going to get a crystal clear idea of exactly what you were
thinking when you first came across that aha moment.
It's going to take you down the same thought process that you initially had.
It's basically going to allow you to relive that aha moment.
And that's very very powerful.
Remember guys reading books is only useful if you get something out of it.
When you get those aha moments.
But even more important is the fact that these moments of insight stick with you, not just
for a day or two after you finish the book.
But for years and years.
By employing this method I've been able to retain a lot more information because I can
easily go back into my notes and refresh it as if I had just read the entire book again.
Try it out, and you'll see some of the benefits too.
This episode was brought to you with the help of course you guessed it - Audible.

Volkswagen: Lichttechnologie / light technology - Duration: 2:26.
Lighting technologies are extremely exciting
because the growth is extremely rapid.
We come from halogen, xenon and LED
and now we are talking about high-resolution systems.
At the same time the design feature
of this system has become extremely overgrown.
The current Touareg is an important benchmark project for us
because we have developed twelve different light cones
in addition to the classic functions.
We actually have the option
of automatically placing an optimum light cone for the driver
via speed data and GPS data,
thus ensuring optimum safety and illumination.
When you switch on Dynamic Light Assist,
the high beam will be activated
from a specific speed threshold on.
And with our current camera and other sensors inside,
we identify the surroundings, scan them and then are able
to fade out and mask vehicles in front and vehicles approaching,
continuing to place light optimally in this environment.
This means that I permanently drive with high beam mode
and thus actually have the maximum light output.
Light is becoming increasingly important
to support the exterior of the vehicle.
In its own way, for example by tracing body edges with signatures
and making proportions clear, emphasizing them.
In the future, it will also be a question
of making light even more tangible and three-dimensional.
In the future,
light will have an additional function in autonomous vehicles:
The vehicle has to communicate intuitively with its surroundings,
which the driver does today through eye contact or gestures.
Lighting systems will do this in the future.
Our light demonstrator is a pure working tool
that we have developed in order to do communicative things
such as tell the driver or passer-by something
and do functional things
such as display warnings and so on.
So, we want to keep enlarging the playing field that light can occupy
and assign new tasks to light.

The Try Guys Test Drunk Driving - Duration: 21:01.
- [Woman] Sir, have you had anything to drink today?
- Nothing.
- [Everybody] Eugene.
- Wait a second, that's beer.
- [Woman] Sir, sir I definitely think you're inebriated.
- Am I under arrest?
- You're free to drive.
- Drive, drive drive, let's go.
- [Everybody] Whoa!
- Ned, Ned, Ned!
- In this epic four-part series,
the Try Guys will test what's it's like
to drive under the influence four different ways.
- We're gettin' drunk,
we're gettin' stoned,
we're gettin' sleepy,
and we're gonna be texting.
- We're doing this specifically
to show you why you shouldn't do this.
And, we're gonna do it safely.
- [Everybody] To science and also safety.
- Is involved.
- It's science ladies and gentlemen.
Barely science.
- [Keith] What dog?
- [Zach] You just crushed a...
- You crushed a dog all ready.
- What dog?
Where was there a dog?
Where was there a dog? (laughs)
(car starts)
(drink pours)
- DUI driving.
We're here at the beautiful Irwindale Speedway.
We've got a closed course set up
and we are gonna' get irresponsibly educational.
- These scientific explorations that we do
with real life applications
are some of our favorite videos for views.
- Because we're educatin' the children.
- You hear that all of these things are bad.
I don't know how bad, 'cuz I've never done 'em.
I don't do, well that's not true.
Actually I've kinda' done 'em all.
(laughs)
- I guarantee you,
every adult you know has probably done
at least two out of the four things we're testing.
- Yeah, I've definitely had a couple beers
or a couple glasses of wine and then driven' home.
- To tell us about some of the dangers of DUI driving,
we are going to talk to a traffic cop.
- And, I have 32 years of experience.
17 and a half years recently overseeing traffic crimes.
Many, many collision investigations
of involving impaired driving.
- As well as a doctor who is also an addiction specialist.
- I think it's a good public service type of experiment,
because driving doing any of these things,
it's going to impair the person's ability to drive safely.
- Gentlemen.
- We have to get drunk.
- Yes.
- Legally too drunk to drive a car.
- We've done a few videos on alcohol before,
so we know how many drinks it takes to get us drunk.
- [Eugene] Therefore, we're gonna' drink
what we personally elect to.
- [Everybody] Yeah!
- We're gonna skybox, baby.
- Woo!
- But first,
We gotta' take to the course
to see how we do like normal human beings.
- Since this is science, we are going to be doing a control.
I'm completely sober.
Gonna' try out the course.
- We love you, dad.
- Be safe with the car.
- Or not, you know.
- [Eugene] You know, feel free to...
- [Keith] No, we need to use it.
- Feel it out!
- Go wild, daddy.
- There's so many more drives.
- [Keith] Today we are using my car,
because my car is the most new.
- I don't know why Keith is letting us use his car.
I think that's a horrible idea.
Let the record show, we've designed a course
that is difficult when sober.
- First, we open on a straight away,
then an easy left turn that goes into a serpentine.
We stop at a stop sign at a four way intersection,
take a simple left turn into a lane change.
Then we go into a stop light,
or at least someone holding a stop light
'cuz we tried to buy a stop light,
we couldn't find one and it was expensive.
Anyways, then we continue on to a fork in the road.
At one point, we will have to put the car in reverse.
We continue onto a couple of hairpin turns
and then the road narrows and narrows and narrows
until the car can barely fit.
We finish with a straightaway and then finally,
a parallel parking challenge.
And of course, there will be
a couple of surprises along the way.
- Alright, this is my sober run.
Here we go.
- He's talkin' so much.
- What do you think he's saying?
- Um, you know, as the best driver of the Try Guys,
"I feel like I'm gonna' nail this course.
The Try Guys are all actually pretty great drivers,
so if you see us fuck up in these videos,
it's because we're fucked up.
- [Everybody] Aw, Eugene.
- [Keith] Aw, he coulda' made it.
- But you know what, he was better safe than sorry.
- If I make mistakes, how fuckin' embarrassing,
because it's my car.
- Maybe he'll be more careful
because he doesn't want anyone to hurt his car.
- [Ned] Yeah.
- Aw, Zach, I'm doin' great, sweet aww.
- [Ned] All right, and we shall proceed slowly.
- Did somebody put Ned's baby in the car without me looking?
He's driving so slow.
- Now with a baby,
it's not just my own life I'm taking behind the wheel,
it's my whole family's.
- [Keith] He really almost manned that stop sign.
- Oh, he's tryna' take this for speed now.
- Oh, that's a tight.
I am an excellent driver.
I am a terrible drinker.
- [Everybody] Wow, Zach.
- He is the best driver.
(laughs)
Oh my God.
I hate reversing like this.
- Weirdly this is one of my favorite things to do
just because people look so sexy when they reverse.
- [Ned] Is he gonna' make it?
- You can do it.
- [Everybody] Ah, no!
- I thought I could do it!
- We're gonna' be measuring two things.
One, how long it takes us.
Two, how many cones we knock over.
- Oh, now he's just re-driving over the same cones.
- Get out from under my car you stupid cones.
- Physically impossible to get through.
- That's how Wes was born.
- Okay, gross.
- [Eugene] Right, look, see.
- This is very funny, though. I get it.
(imitates baby crying)
- [Eugene] Yeah!
- It is doable.
- I felt like it was a pretty good
representation of typical traffic obstacles you would have,
but just condensed into a small course.
- How am I supposed to do this high or drunk
or sleep deprived or anything.
- Since I was sober,
I was able to do it all without hittin' any cones.
- [Zach] I really can't imagine this being more difficult,
regardless of what substance you put into me.
- We'll see.
- I'm pretty sure we're all familiar
with the fact that drinking and driving
is not a very safe thing to do and in fact
leads to many, many accidents
and even deaths in this country.
- Oh, it burns.
- Oh boy.
- In the United States, over 10,400 people die annually
as a consequence of impaired driving.
Before people go out to celebrate we ask them to
think how they're gonna come back home safely.
- We're doin' it so you know why you don't do it.
- Oh, oh I see.
- [Keith] Cheers.
- So, alcohol is a central nervous system depressant
and it's going to slow the brain down.
- It's like we're on The Bachelor.
Just get 'em really drunk and then, like,
I'll have them go up to the same person.
- Can I steal you for a second?
- Oh wow.
- This might be the alcohol talking,
but I think we really have a connection.
- Hey Keith, can I borrow you for a second.
I don't really like the way that Ned pulled you
because I could tell that you weren't into it.
- Can I borrow you for a sec?
- Yeah.
- [Zach] Feel the jam.
(laughs)
- I haven't picked the final one yet.
Ned, you're goin' home.
- Yeah!
Suck it, Ned, suck it!
You leave him alone!
(arguing)
You won't see my paradise
because we're gonna' be in paradise together.
- [Ned] I used to not drink very much
and then I had a baby.
Now, once the baby goes down for a nap,
mandatory three glasses of wine.
- Here's to Ned's wife.
- What am I like drunk.
I'm very loving.
Oh my God, that is so sweet.
I just wanna' party.
Let's amp this up, guys!
- I have a really low tolerance.
Any time that I drink too much,
I get a stomach ache.
- Go go go!
- Oh, I gotta do two fuck.
- Everyone's different
and some people are much more sensitive
and can be impaired at a lower limit.
- I feel like the times that I get the most drunk
is when the cameras are rolling for Try Guys videos
so you're to blame.
- [Keith] Ned, take your time.
(cheering)
Drunk Keith is, like, everybody's friend.
I mean, Keith in general is everybody's friend.
- Blah blah blah blah blah.
- Where as some patients,
who are more chronic alcohol abusers,
can have a higher limit in their blood
but still seem like they're pretty sober.
So, it really depends on the person.
- Eugene had the most.
- Eight or nine drinks.
- That's so many.
- Yeah that's a lot.
- In thirty minutes, crazy.
- [Eugene] I'm what people call an avid alcohol enthusiast.
When I'm drunk, I'm confident.
Does everyone here know what big dick energy is?
- Once we start to get to about the legal limit,
which is .08,
then we start to see coordination problems.
- [Ned] Pretty good.
- Problems with judgment.
Depth perception can change.
(laughing)
And, as the person drinks more and more,
this is going to get worse and worse.
- Zach, I hate working with you.
(laughing)
- Let's get drink some more drinks!
(upbeat music)
- [Eugene] Wait, weren't we...
- What fun we have, but we gotta' drive now.
We'll see you on the race course.
- Well, we gotta' breathalyze one more time.
- Point one two O.
(cheering)
We're ready to drive.
- Before the traffic stop actually occurs,
we look for indicators of how this person is driving.
- [Woman] Sir, have you had anything to drink today?
- Well, you know, I had a couple glasses of wine.
- Yeah, have you been drinking today?
- [Woman] I have not.
Blatant disrespect of the law.
- For science,
take you to court,
then I'm gonna' be the juror,
and you know what somebody's gonna' let me off.
- Don't argue with the officer.
- Don't fight the cop, don't fight the cop, bro.
- What we do is The Field Sobriety Test.
A person is gonna walk a line.
- Eyes are the windows to the soul.
Seven.
How many do you think I've taken?
- Give it some flare.
- One, two, three, four.
- [Ned] There it is, one.
- Baby, baby, baby, baby.
- Oh my God, this is crazy.
- [Eugene] Baby!
- I'm sorry my friends are drunk.
I'm the designated driver.
- He's designatedly hot!
- Also, there's a finger to nose.
- [Woman] Right.
Left.
Right.
Left.
Left.
Left.
Right.
Right, left.
- Look at him, he's so cute over there.
- [Woman] A little inaccurate, but...
- Nah, I fuckin' nailed it.
- You elevated their foot six inches off the ground.
- Oh, is it, okay.
- One 1000, two 1000.
- Seven 1000, eight 1000.
- Look at me go, guys,
I'm crushin' this.
You guys have macaroons!
You have macaroons!
- All those are indicators of if that person
is able to drive a motor vehicle safely.
- [Woman] I can safely say you're very drunk.
(laughs)
Ready to drive.
(high fives)
(suspenseful music)
- What's up, my name is Zach and I'm too drunk to drive.
So, today I'm gonna drive.
Babies, are you save?
Is you seatbelt on?
- So safe.
- I feel like I'm at that party
where you have a lot to drink
and then you hang out for an hour
and you're like yeah I think I'm okay to drive.
Hey, let's just take a little beer.
- No you can't drink the beer right before.
I'm tipsy, that's what I would say.
Right now I would say I would be tipsy.
Watch your most drunk friend fucking nail this.
- Drinking and driving is 100% preventable.
You choose to drink and then drive.
- I don't even know how dangerous I am right now.
Let's find out, bitch.
Woo, let's go!
- 100% preventable.
- Drive drive drive drive, let's go.
- [Everybody] Whoa!
- [Everybody] Ned, Ned, Ned!
- Ned, dude, my car.
My car, dude, it's my car.
- Alcohol actually decreases your ability
to make good judgements in your frontal lobe, the cortex,
the part of your brain that helps with decision making.
- [Zach] All right, here we go.
- [Ned] But, we're gonna drive drunk.
- Don't, don't, why is everybody, like,
peeling out, like, just drive like you would drive.
- I'm driving like I would drive.
- [Keith] Are you?
- [Zach] Oh shit, oh here we go.
- So, we all have, normally,
a nice filter that's going to say,
you know what, maybe we shouldn't do this,
or maybe we shouldn't do that.
- [Ned] Let's go Keith, go Keith.
- Take it nice and safe, but not too slow
because I don't want people to think I'm drunk.
- [Doctor] What happens when you start drinking alcohol,
is that filter starts to get diluted and go away.
- Eugene, would you drive right now, like for real for real?
- I would drive right now.
- [Ned] Oh my God.
- [Everybody] Oh, whoa whoa whoa.
- And, we're able to sort of say oh,
you know it's okay.
Let's go ahead and do these things
that normally we wouldn't want to do.
- Left, right!
- [Eugene] Go go go go go!
- Ned Ned Ned Ned, stop stop.
Jesus Christ, calm calm down.
- I think any adult who tells you
that they have not pushed it just a little bit
is lying to you.
I'm gonna' stop even though I don't have to.
I've definitely been in that situation where I go out,
I have a drink or two and I feel fine,
and then by the time I get home
and I'm pulling in my driveway I'm like,
oh boy I should not have done that.
Ah shit.
- [Keith] Aw, you're in the middle of the intersection.
- What're you talkin' bout?
Oh.
- [Ned] Wow, you are definitely in the middle
of the intersection.
- [Zach] Am I in the intersection?
- Okay, nobody's coming this way.
- What, are you kidding me?
- [Ned] Where did that come from?
- [Keith] How's the cone...
- [Zach] Was that one real?
- The cone looks good, the cone looks good.
I mean, I think a lot of people do this
because it's really hard to gauge your own sobriety.
I just knew this guy, I know this guy,
he's always fuckin' with me.
Everyone's always like, "Keith just seems normal.
And I could be super fuckin' sloshed
and everybody's like, "Keith's fine."
- Wow, that's very aggres-ah!
- How's everyone doin'?
We're fuckin' doin' great.
I'm not proud of it, but I've driven drunk before.
You're fucking ready, bitches?
Let's do it.
- Yeah, we're all bitches.
- When I'm legally drunk, we've tested and proven
that I feel sober which is dangerous.
- Eugene has this.
- Eugene drinks, Eugene knows how to drive.
- Yeah, he drinks.
(chatter in the backseat)
- Okay Mike, don't get yourself killed.
Be careful bro, be careful.
Oh shit.
(laughing)
- Ned, Ned, Ned, Ned stop, Ned stop.
Ned stop, stop.
- Oh fuck.
- Bro, get us home safe.
- Zach drives talking on the phone,
it stresses me out.
Eugene drives listening to loud pop music,
stresses me out.
Keith drives like too safe,
stresses me out.
Put your head down and let me see
out my back seat.
- [Eugene] Be careful.
- I drive just right.
- Be careful, wow, you're crushing it though.
Be careful, stop, don't kill anybody.
Stop, stop, stop.
Dude, dude, stop fucking up my car.
- Keith you look good, why don't you back that thing up.
- [Eugene] You are fine mother, back that thing up.
- [Ned] You don't know which ones you're hitting.
- [Zach] You're hitting some for sure.
You're hitting them, right now, you're hitting them.
What do I do?
- Back up.
- You may not be able to determine where
your lane is going to be.
You're going to be weaving throughout the lanes.
- [Zach] What did I hit?
- [Keith] A cone.
- No.
- [Doctor] And often times if you're really drunk,
you're going to fall asleep.
- [Keith] You're in the intersection.
- Let me drive.
- Let me drive.
- Impairment affects your reaction time.
- Stop sign.
(yelling)
- And may cause traffic collisions because of that.
(talking over each other)
(yelling)
- What was that, what was that?
- Before people go out to celebrate,
we ask them to think how they're going to
come back home safely.
Use public transportation, use a taxi.
Do not drink and then drive.
- And of course there will be a couple of surprises
along the way.
- Oh God!
- [Keith] Was that a dog on a skateboard?
Why is that dog skateboarding?
- I would never hit a dog, never hit a dog.
I'm doing pretty well.
I don't fucking give a shit.
(yelling)
- What was that, what was that?
There's a stop sign.
(yelling)
You got to be careful.
Zach, stop here.
(yelling)
Dog on skateboard.
(back seat chatter)
- [Eugene] Stop hitting stuff, Keith stop hitting cones.
- What?
What dog?
Where was there a dog?
- When there is a loss of life, we have to respond
and knock on the surviving family member's door
and let them know that their loved one is not
going to be coming home.
And that can happen to anybody.
- Did you kill the dog?
(yelling)
- [Deputy] That gives us motivation to do what we do
to try to save lives by doing enforcement,
by doing education such as this video.
- Oh, the dog's fine.
Look at this dog, get out of here.
My God.
- You guys ever know anyone who got into
a drunk driving accident?
- Yeah, that's a lot heavier of a subject to turn to
because they died.
- They died?
- Yeah, that's what happens when you drink and drive.
- I'm totally fine guys.
- [Ned] The dog's over on that side.
- [Keith] No, no, I think the dog's under your car.
Stop fucking up my car bro.
- The closest it came to me is a drunk driver
hit a car that my sister and her friends were in.
Yeah, everyone was okay so they got lucky.
- Yeah I had a couple kids from my high school
die in a drunk driving accident.
- It really also depends on the age.
So a younger driver like 15, 16, 17,
would have even more of an effect because
they're not used to driving.
It's not such an ingrained habit in their brain.
- Things were going so well.
- I thought I was doing really well.
I don't know how I feel about this.
- Car crashes are the number one cause
of accidental deaths for our young people in this country.
We need to do everything we can to prevent that.
- Okay, we saved the dog, we got this.
We're good to go.
- The consequence of drinking and driving
are very, very serious.
First the driver is going to get arrested.
He's going to lose his or her freedom.
- I want to do this thing without fucking it up.
- [Deputy] The vehicle is going to get impounded.
The drive license is going to get suspended.
The insurance costs are going to increase.
- [Eugene] You guys, whoa, he got it.
- No he didn't.
I would not call this getting it.
- Also telling your employer that you were arrested
for drinking and driving,
and that can may have implications
as a condition of your employment.
Monetary cost is well over $10,000,
taking everything into account.
- [Everybody] Go, forward, go, go.
You're good, you got it.
- Wow.
- This is a big ole jingle.
- [Zach] Wow.
- [Keith] Whoop, whoop, hit another cone.
- I did it.
(yelling)
- [Keith] Stop dude, stop fucking up my car.
- Make him make out, give him a kiss.
- Let's parallel park this bitch.
- Driving is very complex.
So although we get used to it
and it becomes a reflex after time,
we need our vision, we need our hearing,
we need our coordination.
If you don't have all of those things going on,
you're not going to be able to be safe on the road.
- Done.
Good night, goodbye, good luck.
- So what was everyone's final thoughts?
- That we all crushed it.
I think I can fight you right now if you needed to.
My reflexes are good.
- Did I hit a couple of cones, maybe.
Did I finish the course in half the time, yes.
- The dog seemed okay.
The dog skated away from the accident.
- That went exactly according to plan.
What happened?
The morning after driving drunk,
I feel.
- I don't even remember everything about the drive,
you know, I couldn't tell you all the things
I did wrong.
- I remember feeling just this surge of confidence
like I have never felt before.
- This was funny and fun because it was a simulation,
but each one of those cones,
that could be a pedestrian.
I'm hearing what I actually did during the drive,
and it's so different from my memory of the drive.
In my mind, I did pretty well,
but if you look at it, I was a nightmare.
And also my friends were there.
This is a pretty dangerous video.
When you're driving, it's not just you.
Everyone else is on the road too.
- And even those mistakes were like small things
initially like clipping cones or clipping corners,
when you're drunk and you hit something,
it's a DUI.
It's a $10,000 ticket and you go to jail.
There's just no excuse not to take an Uber or a taxi.
If there's no safe way to get to and from
wherever you party,
maybe today's not the day to party.
- You drive drunk once, you do great,
you have this undeserved confidence from being drunk.
Now you've tricked yourself into thinking
that you're good to go.
This scar is from a car crash that I was in
when I was in fourth grade.
No one was drunk, that was just normal people driving
30 miles per hour and I almost died.
Nothing about a car is a game.
If used incorrectly, it's a weapon.
- It's not just, here's a video,
slap a bandaid on it, everyone's good.
We individually as people who do drink
need to examine the way that we approach
our confidence and pride when we're drunk.
And I think this video really helped me
to change the way I approach my own drinking culture.
And I think that's something I have to do to change.
- I think we all knew going into this video
this was going to end up bad.
But we also wanted to experiment some other things.
What's it like to be high and driving,
sleep deprived and driving,
too text and drive.
- Three more videos to examine and compare
what it's like to be under the influence
and behind the wheel.
- Hit the subscribe button.
Someone's going to get hurt, you want to see it.
(upbeat music)
- Can I just borrow you for second?
I think I've fallen in a deep hole
and I need a strong man with a rope.
- I just feel like that Zach is not in it
for the right reasons.
- Remind me of your skill set.
- Dental hygienist assistant.
- That's what I thought.
