hey guys my name is Amanda and welcome back to my channel

so I wanted to do this video because I want raise awareness on the mental

mental health community and stuff like that because I suffer from it and I know

a lot of people that follow me do also because you guys always tell me your

stories and stuff so I want to talk about anxiety and anxiety attacks in

particular anxiety is something that I faced for a long time ever since I can

remember like since I was 12 and it's something that I still don't know how to

cope with fully and I don't know what to do when I'm having anxiety attacks

anxiety attacks like they feel if they're taking over your body they feel

like you're being suffocated into something they feel like you can't

breathe and you can't get up and you don't know what to do and that's how I

feel when I get anxiety attacks I feel like my world is crumbling down I

feel like my brain is literally vanishing and I just don't know what to

do I feel this heavy like board stuck on top of my body and I just feel helpless

and lonely and that is just how I feel and I know that I'm not alone because I

have people that support me from all sorts of scapes and I know that I am

worthy of something but my body and my brain and my whole entire being is

telling me that I'm not I get anxiety attacks for several things I get anxiety

attacks when I'm nervous about something I get anxiety attacks when I overthink

something I get anxiety attacks when I literally just sit there without

anything in my mind and that is just how it is and that's just how my life is and

I want to talk to you guys about this because I don't know what else to do I

am fortunate enough to have a boyfriend who literally will be there for me no

matter what whether it's 5 a.m. or 5 p.m. he will literally listen to me talk

about God knows what when I'm feeling like this and I'm very grateful for that

but not everyone gets that opportunity and not everyone gets that not everyone is

that lucky to have someone there for them and if you are not lucky and if you feel

like you're alone you have no one to talk to this video is for you if you are

sitting there in your bed on your chair on the floor on your couch in the middle

of nowhere and you feel like you're alone and you feel like you don't know

what to do and you feel that anxiety building up building literally building

up in your body just breathe just take some breaths breathe in and breathe out

breathe in and breathe out try to clear your mind of whatever it is bothering

you try to clear your mind negative thoughts try to clear your mind

of the nervous thoughts try to clear your mind of the bad things that it's

telling you because they're not true none of them are true your mind is

telling you that you don't deserve love if your mind is telling you that you're

a failure if your mind is telling you that you're fat

if your mind is telling you that you literally shouldn't exist just block it

out I know that's hard to do I know how

that's fucking hard to do but you need to be able to do that to be able to get

past these obstacles when I have anxiety attacks I can't breathe properly I hyperventilate

I cry I literally think of the most worse things in the entire world

and I curl up into a ball in my bed and I wonder what the fuck is going on with

me that is what I think about I think about what the fuck is going on with me

why am I like this why am i fucked up like this but I don't think about the

fact that there is something inside my brain that is going on right now and I

don't think about the fact that I have a mental illness I think about the fact

that I'm fucked up that's crazy that's fucking crazy that people think about

that it's crazy because I don't know it's just crazy

this videos probably all over the

place but I just I need to get my thoughts out there sometimes and I

want to and I feel like this is one of the best ways to do it because you can

ramble and then you could just edit it after to make it sound like more any

more sense I've had anxiety attacks since I was about 12 and now they're for

different reasons obviously because people evolve

people change your worries change those things but it's also something that has

stuck with me since I was 12 and im now 20 so its eight years later and i still

get anxiety and I still get in anxiety attacks and you know what it's okay

because you learn how to cope with it you learn how to deal with it and my

mental illness is not going to make me not get to where I want in life because

I'm not gonna make it I'm not gonna make this take over my life I'm not gonna

make it take over my body I'm not gonna make it take over my career goals

because it's just a part of me now at this point and I'm gonna live with it

and I'm gonna learn how to live with it for the rest of my life and I want you

guys to do that too I want you to learn how to live with your illnesses I want you

to know that there will be someone there for you whether it be a human being like

face-to-face connection whether it being someone you call whether it being someone

you write to anything like that there will be that one person at least one

person for each person in this world that will be there for you to help you

to motivate you to help you cope with these things there will be someone and

if you're losing that strength if you're losing that power if you're losing that

will to keep going just please please please please for the sake of it text

one person and tell them how you're feeling whether it be your mom your dad

your grandmother if they know how to use a phone cuz mine doesnt, whether it be your

best friend your boyfriend someone you met over the internet that is probably

maybe dealing with the same things just please reach out to someone because your

life is valued and anxiety attacks can seem like a little thing to people

because people don't realize how much they really take on your body and how

exhausting they could be some people don't get that and that's okay because

not everyone knows how to handle it and not everyone experienced it before but just

know that your life is valued and that you are important

and you should not let these attacks and all these things take over your body

and take over you because you're special and this literally I went from

here to here to here you know but that's okay because my mind cannot think in a

straight linear line my mind goes everywhere so but if you got one

this video maybe that means I did something right um we're gonna hope I

But what your behavior is telling me is that you're seeking a sense of belonging. I'm

going to purposely put you into a role of

getting a sense of belonging of having a purpose for being in my classroom of being in my building and that's intervention an

Intervention is not something that you should have to earn

Kids are asked to earn things that they don't have the skills to earn and

That's where we fall short when it comes to some of these tangible

external behaviors systems

So there's a clear difference between intervention

How can we exercise our faith in God to receive His strength?

Well here is one way.

In Isaiah chapter 40 the Scripture says those that wait upon the Lord, they will renew their

strength.

And that word renew literally means to exchange.

We exchange our weakness for His strength as we wait for Him.

As we wait hopefully.

As we wait expectantly.

I want to encourage you, take time, get quiet, wait on God and you will experience His strength

in your life.

because she's part of the else world crossover so all the DC TV shows are

DC legends of tomorrow are not part of the crossover war she was like cool

thinking okay why take the letter tomorrow then bring in a chunk of

different people so it is interesting that I don't know a version of Superman

is going to be in this crossover as we know Henry Cavill is still Superman I'm

not buying all the fake advertising it's clearly a ploy because Warner Brothers

are currently not looking to make a super movie but he didn't actually fire

him so everyone who serves and recalls out he's not out but what is interesting

is the crossover is else world now they did release some artwork early this week

with Stephen Amell not Stephanie Mao Stephen Amell come on guys

Stephen you always told me when I say things wrong Stephen Amell not Stephan

him out his name is Stephen Amell in of a flash suit now this is kind of

funny because I did make a video I think or maybe I tweet or something

well anyway when Stephen Amell tweeted out in a tweet of Secrets Twitter he did

say I never thought I'd be wearing his costume and everyone including me I was

making some funny kind of Tralee jokes and oh my god he's gonna be in the

Batman suit and it turns out he's gonna be in the red flash suit now is this why

the current flash suit doesn't have any chin strap then we get Grant Gustin aka

Barry Allen the flash in the green arrow costume now this is very in

dressed in a very compelling storytelling well at least it could be

so we have two characters who are playing different characters during the

else world crossover but what I want to know guys is is this else well crossover

actually going to coexist inside the same universe as like the era verse but

what does what you mean well what I'm actually trying to gather

is is this crossover going to have any relevance to the movement of DC TV after

the crossover obviously we know that Batwoman is being introduced during this

crossover and we're going to go to Gotham City and Tyler hoechlin this

version of Superman is going to dawn of a black Superman cape but does this mean

that the storyline is going to be centric around the death of Batman

because as we know the Wayne tech built Wayne tech building was featured in the

bat woman image and Cena's final actions version of Superman is in the black

Superman suit then I'm left thinking they doing the death of Superman and a

death of Batman very compelling that storyteller then we find out we are

going to be getting the lowest Lane Lois Lane's come in coming with Superman very

interested then we find out that Lex Luthor is gonna be part of Supergirl

this season then we find out that apparently there's going to be a

Superman show if it's received well during the crossover then we find out

from I don't know someone maybe that it's complete nonsense and there isn't a

Superman show well as much as I don't currently like Tyler hoechlin version of

Superman I do before his Superman version to the Supergirl TV show but

watched you your constantly came to contradict yourself not really guys I

like some of my shows the Supergirl but others not so much like the first

episode of the new season of Supergirl what was actually going on so guys we've

had some okay let's explain how YouTube works to people that don't my YouTube

on this particular day they filmed several scenes in downtown Vancouver for

the flash I didn't see every scene shot because some of them were happening

while I was checking on other things at the set so base that he goes over a

seamlessly just starts away I didn't have the best angle for it then we

talked about Supergirl Supergirl Melissa Benoist shoots the scene where she lands

down on the ground then gets up and stares probably heat vision as we know

they do add CGI and special effects after at something told on her

I believe Daniels character as I saw him earlier around the same time so Daniels

character it says but I don't believe he was filming in that specific scene or if

he was it was completely out of my view so then it goes green arrow on the

rooftop first with stuntmen then later briefly with Grant scene sees green

arrow shooting his bows at something or someone the flash sumin super go team up

to fight Daniel character he's now down at their level and the two soups being

Superman and Supergirl but that's kind of disrespectful to super girl because

she's no Superman i holding on arm each well flash is

holding him from behind I mean this sounds very unlike me to say I'm

thinking they did this with the stunt team first and then it's Steven and

Tylar did the scene with a Supergirl stunt double somewhere in the mix was a

scene with the flash running out of the way as green arrow was riding in on his

motorcycle wow that's pretty cool anyone reads the green our comic books would

know Green Arrow riding motorbike is pretty iconic let's go on Grant Gustin

was dressed as Green Arrow's Stephen Amell was dressed as a flash Melissa van

dice was dressed to super go okay shocker Tyler hoechlin was there dressed

in his traditional red and blue Superman suit attire which after the spoiler

photo Stephen Amell posted earlier this week was a mild surprise though okay so

that's pretty much all it says so Supergirl and Superman try to defeat an

unknown villain called Daniel Cudmore who ironically actually did play the

character gridlock in Episode one of the flash season 5 called Nora

now obviously else world will be in different universe in a different world

so yeah I mean I don't know how trustworthy IMDB can be but apparently

if this guy is the person it says in calligraph blog then he did actually

play gridlock so it's kind of interesting that what character will he

be playing because Superman that Supergirl the flash would not struggle

to have a fight with gridlock in my opinion so I've been quite quiet when it

comes to talking about this crossover mainly because every year the dominators

crossover crisis in effect in my opinion were not very good the best crossover

for me was super go and flash green arrow and the flash why because what I

think what does what do you think does anyone care well what would you actually

thinks is when they have too many people on the crossovers it gets over saturated

and then realistically it becomes pointless and meaningless meaningless I

mean obviously yes seeing the superheroes take on an evil version

himself was pretty cool but it wasn't very creative from my point of view

anyway guys let me know what do you think all these image mean who are they

Stefan I mean Stephen Amell because you don't say Stefan because that's just

Foundations of Engineering | Leaning Tower of Pisa, Italy - Duration: 5:33.

The world was built by engineers, so why try learn engineering just through a

textbook. In this series we're exploring some of Europe's landmarks to find out

some of the theory and practice of engineering. Today we begin with one such

monument, the Leaning Tower of Pisa. If 800 years of trying to stop this

structure from falling over has taught us one thing it's that you can't skip on

the foundations

This is the Arno river and a key source of Pisa's soft soil. Even before it was

built people noticed that the Tower of Pisa was trying to sink into this soft

ground. Today land prices are becoming more expensive, making reclaimed land more

popular, however this suffers from the same problem as the soil here at Pisa. We

need to find a way of building on soft soil. Welcome to my laboratory, well

technically it belongs to the University of Leeds, but they've been kind enough to

allow us to borrow it to help make this series. It has everything that we need in

order to demonstrate European engineering. Most importantly for us

today it also has a supply of liquid nitrogen, but we'll get to that later.

This tub of water is going to help us simulate land reclamation. We'll begin by

pouring in some of the sand. The sand looks relatively dry but dig just a

little bit below the surface and we find it wet and waterlogged. This is just like

the soils around Pisa, or freshly reclaimed land. We're going to

finish off our scene by adding in our own Tower of Pisa. Looks okay for now but

give it a little bit of time. [Splat!] Soft soil is terrible, in fact it's so bad that the

best thing to do is just rip it up and replace it. That's what we call

foundations. The Leaning Tower it does have some of these but at only 3 metres

thick they are not nearly enough to support this 14,000 tonnes tower.

For buildings as large as the Tower of Pisa on timescales of decades or even

centuries, soft soil may as well be really slow moving water. How do you

build on water? Well, you can't but what we can do is use a raft. Today we'll be

using these two bricks to simulate something appropriately called raft

foundations. As you can see this is much more stable. Laying massive slabs of

concrete isn't the most cost efficient way of creating foundations, so instead

we often turn to pylons. Today we're sinking these PVC pipes through the soil.

The goal is to find bedrock or in this case the bottom of the container. As you

can see that's just a stable and a lot easier to create. Of course these two

methods only work if you put the foundations in at the beginning of the

project. Unfortunately for the Leaning Tower of Pisa that just wasn't the case.

The only reason that this tower can exist today is because of a hundred-year

break between building the first two storeys and then the upper levels. This

time and pressure squeezed on the soil taking out some of the excess water

making sure the soil was at least and relatively stable. Today it's now

standard practice to wait a couple of years before building on reclaimed land

but what if you don't have the time? That was the case in 1995; engineers working

on the tower needed a way to make sure the ground was going to be super stable

while they were adding in some extra supports. The problem isn't that there is

water in the soil, it's that this water is allowed to move. Their solution: freeze

it in place by using liquid nitrogen. Let's head to the lab to see if that

would actually work. Super-cold nitrogen from this tank

passes through a plastic pipe and into this copper tube. The plate is here to

help with the cooling process. It's buried deep enough not to provide any stability.

The now gaseous nitrogen passes through this pipe and out of the lab, to be

harmless and dissipated into the environment. It's been about 40 minutes

and in that time everything has cooled down. The surface is now solid, it's

basically a sheet of ice. Let's see if that will affect our tower. Putting it in

now.... yes much more solid, that's not going anywhere. By freezing

the ground using liquid nitrogen, Pisa's engineers were able to keep the tower

steady until a more permanent solution could be found. Melting the ice came with

a whole new set of challenges, but in principle it works just fine. I think

there's a lesson we can learn today: if you can build solid, good foundations but

if you can't, a bit of ingenuity goes a long way.

laptops for architects today we hunt down the top five laptops that can work

great for architects starting their career and even the ones at the very top

game and we've tried to cover the price bracket from budget to most performance

oriented high end laptops so without further ado let's begin now if you are a

student or starting your career and you need a beginners to intermediate laptop

for AutoCAD drafting needs or basic modeling and rendering isn't your

preference than most I five laptops with 8gb RAM and a one terabyte of hard drive

you're moving towards the intermediate line and you need rendering - then you

surroundings as well like parks and parking lots then you may look up at the

HP omen 15 T it has an 8 7 5 0 H 6 core processor with decent RAM and storage

the gtx 1060 6gb GPU so software's like photoshop indesign premiere after fix

they would run fine on these laptops so i'm not going to dig down into those but

mainly this laptop can even help you in rendering on lumion or 3ds max with

some architects who have performed render tests on their 1060 GPUs I'm

for similar specs in the most robust sell it

built with a better battery life then you may check out the Alienware aw 17 r5

it comes for around $1499 if you demand more speed and performance for your

detailed renders particularly for rendering multiple buildings and they've

got City and site plans when you should check out the eluktronics 650 hsg

although it's gotten older 7700 HQ but with 2.8 gigahertz quad-core processors

it gives off 1070 video ram and then along with the decent ventilation this

will have you covered and it costs around 1650 dollars and if you prefer

more multi-core performance with six cores 8750 h processor at 1070 GPU with
