i have been staying in this hostel

about 7 days so far and

I m showing you this hostel cause

its different

its authentic

and it feels like you're in five stars Hotel

even they have a Jacuzzi next to me

That's why it's a great place

and the place that I am sitting now

it's my favorite place next to the jacuzzi and

so quiet

my best spot in this hostel :)

The name of the place is Kayun hostel downtown

I will put some information in the description

so you can check it out

Rates starts from 85k ($6) for Dorm rooms

if you come without reservations

If you book online the prices is going little bit lower

so if you can come without booking

you going to pay for 85k IRD ($6) for sure

I booked online by using Traveloka

and I paid 70k IRD ($4.5)

and I think its really

good price for this kind of authentic

and quiet

I really would like to start showing you

the hostel from outside to inside

while you are seeing the area

I will try to tell you all the details about the place

as you can see in front of the hostel

they have a restaurant, cafeteria

place is getting really busy

at evening time for dinner

during the day as you can see there is no one sitting

because of the weather,it is quite hot

and prices are quiet expensive in this street

if you are budget traveler or

backpacker

its going to be expensive for you

lets get in side

when we get inside you are facing

with silver here

the place is also Silver store / shop

You are seeing so many Silvers around this area

and

many tables for cafeteria and hostel

that you can use anywhere and chill

They have free coffee and tea here

for hostel guests

there is no limit for all

also they got

computer area here

you can sit here and do your work or

do whatever you want and chill here

next to it

they got many books and magazines

if you are in to reading

you chill and enjoy your free time

around this area

there is reception, price lists

you can see the 85k here

rather than that

there are price lists for other drinks

and food here

lets enter to the real chill area

after opening this door

we are having a green area right

in front of us

its really great place to chill here

alone or with your friends

cool spot,

I also like this spot cause of

these walls makes me feel relax

when we go deeper in this place

we are seeing the really authentic area

old sofas, tables, chairs

all of them located in this area

and its make you feel like you

are in another place not in this hostel :)

I can say that,these furnitures are really old

and really expensive cause

I m coming from Family who is in to

furniture business for a long time

even there is ,this doodad here > <

if you looks otherside ,we got movie

tv area ,that you can chill here anytime you want

they have all the channels and so many

movies here

its another great spot

and and

here you can see jacuzzi area

which is my favorite spot in this hostel

if you want you can get

enjoy the jacuzzi

but jacuzzi has cold water just you know guys > <

and also there are bathrooms

and sinks areas here

if you like to go to your room

you are having some stairs to climb

its really old style stairs so :)

after that we are having some sitting ares here

there is one room and

table and chairs here

that you can also sit and chill here > <

its really cozy here

when we got upstairs

we are facing with

chairs and small table here

so you can sit and spend some time

on the otherside we got sinks

bathrooms and toilets here

everything is new and there is no

issue here :)

everything here so old and classic

this is the concept of the hostel

there are some stores also

you can keep your important stuff inside and lock

its big enough and good to have it

really close to Kuta beach

this place actually located heart of the kuta

the street is one of the famous and busy street

there is famous club next to here

called Sky Garden

you might heard about the name ,

you are staying in the heart of the city and

its cozy and cheap

I m suggesting you to stay here

there is no wifi connection in the room !!

for man side

but in ladies side they have connection

unfortunately in our side

in upstairs there is no wifi signal

you might have little problem about that

in this area and cafeteria side there is no issue

with wifi connection

its fast enough

8 WWE EVOLUTION RUMOURS, SURPRISES & RETURNS! | WrestleTalk - Duration: 7:01.

WWE Evolution is just one week away, and looking at the current card, they're going to have

to do something pretty drastic to fill it with some more matches.

Six are currently slated for the show, which is eleventy billion less than they usually

have on a pay-per-view card, meaning Evolution is going to last roughly a nano-second.

Sorry, a wonano-second.

And yes, obviously the women's roster is smaller than the men's but when you consider

that half of them have just been chucked into a battle royal you think, maybe you could

have spread some of this out a bit.

Two battle royals.

Kidding, single's matches.

So how will they fill the rest of the card?

What's going to happen on the show?

We don't know for sure, but there are plenty of rumours and I'm El Fakidor Laurie Blake

and these are 8 WWE Evolution rumours.

Women's Tag Titles The mythical women's tag titles have been

rumoured to be coming for a long time, but like the other myths, like the minotaur, these

rumours have been a load of old bull.

WWE have been low-key moving the pieces to set up for their introduction, with tag teams

like the boss and hug connection, gross, The Iiconics, Riott Squad and The Empress's

New Glow all getting a bit of TV time and keeping that tag team dream alive.

Stephanie McMahon has even spoken to Sky Sports about the belts - although she did outright

say that they won't be debuted at Evolution, which is exactly what someone would say when

the belts will debut at Evolution.

More legends The first women's Royal Rumble earlier this

year was jam-packed with Hall of Famer's and Legendary female performers and Evolution

looks like it could be following suit.

Trish Stratus, Lita and Torrie Wilson have all already been announced for matches, and

the rumour is that more new blood vs old guard style bouts will be added to the card in future.

Bayley has called out Ivory on Twitter and Naomi has talked about facing Melina, so we

could be seeing even more familiar faces on the show.

They'll probably just chuck em in the battle royal though.

Asuka to turn heel

Since Asuka's undefeated streak was stopped by Charlotte at WrestleMania 34, some of the

shine on the Empress of Tomorrow has worn off.

She went from the most dominant force on the roster to losing tag matches to the IIconics

- she fell so far she ended up down under.

According to the Wrestling Observer, WWE wants to turn Asuka heel in the future to make her

a credible threat on the Smackdown roster once more and rumour is that this could be

happening at Evolution in a Battle Royal

And it'd be a good move for her, she wasn't heel on NXT but her badass character made

the belt feel special, and if we get the rumoured double turn at Evolution between Charlotte

and Becky, heel Asuka could be the perfect challenger to try and take the title from

face Becky.

Trish and Lita to stick around There would be way less card to fill if WWE

stopped turning singles matches into tag team things.

And there would be way more joy in my soul if they didn't name newly formed tag teams

such crap names as Besties Best for Business.

Fuck off, just fuck off.

So yeah, Lita and Trish Stratus will face off against Alexa Bliss and Mickie James because

reasons, and the odds are that the legends will pick up the win.

Also, if reports are to be believed the pair will do more than win, they'll be sticking

around.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, "The Besties" may continue as a tag team going

forward and work future "major shows" as a team.

We've gone from can't get no Stratusfaction, to I'm complete stratusfied... you can leave

Lots of NXT talent

So the NXT title is set to be defended at Evolution as Kairi Sane takes on Shayna Baszler.

But there could be plenty of other female NXT stars on the show - we've got the Mae

Young Classic final already booked in and it's rumoured the NXT UK womens title will

be defended and all.

And we could always just pack the rest into the Battle Royal because why the hell not.

But seriously if someone from NXT wins out in the Battle Royal that would be a hell of

a way to call them up to the main roster.

Becky to retain

It's safe to assume that most people would be pegging Charlotte Flair as WWE's pick

to walk out of Evolution with the Smackdown Women's championship because they love her

with the sort of unconditional love one has for a child, of Ric Flair.

She's also great, so they're right to.

But the current odds are suggesting a different outcome to the match.

Betting sites have Becky Lynch as the favourite to retain her title in the last woman standing

match.

Even though the Dis-arm-her is way less useful than the Figure 8 in a match all about standing

up.

If Becky does win that will mean she has retained the belt successfully on three separate occasions,

which usually would suggest she'd be looking for a new challenger.

But this is WWE, so this feud will no-doubt continue so far into the future that the planet

will be ruled by damn dirty apes, they get their own Evolution pay-per-view celebrating

their, uh, evolution and then Charlotte Flair wins the belt.

The apes go wild.

Kairi Sane to retain

As I said earlier Kairi Sane will be squaring off against Shayna Baszler in a runback of

their excellent NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn IV showing in which Sane won the title.

The bookies have tapped Sane for the win with odds in her favour.

Which all makes sense, because she's only had the belt a short time, hasn't done much

of note with it, and losing it now wouldn't make sense at all, she would be the shortest

reigning NXT women's champion ever.

Also, Baszler is heavily rumoured to be heading up to the main roster in the near future,

so Sane gets off lucky, Because Baszler is the absolute best.

AJ Lee return

Now this is about as likely as WWE suddenly giving a high flying fuck about the Cruiserweights,

but that's why it's a rumour.

The wife of WWE's most outspoken skeleton in the closet, AJ Lee, rumoured to make an

appearance at Evolution.

According to an article from Ringreport.com WWE reached out to AJ several months ago with

the hopes of luring her back for a match on the show.

Considering the company fired AJ's husband Punk on their wedding day though, it feels

like she would have turned around and said how about no.

But then again, money!

So there's always hope.

What limitations it has and why, and what agenda hides behind the human science.

And how we are led to believe only what they explain us, what the authorities tell us.

And the example of this is my mom, I am here in Poland visiting my parents,

and yesterday I was taking a walk with her,

and I explained her a little bit about the Pleiadian subject.

She is the only one in my family with whom I can talk a bit about this sometimes.

And I told her that Swaruu comes from Erra, sun Taygeta, in the Pleiades.

And the first question she made was: ¨but is this planet recognized already? Do we know of its existence?¨

It is the first question that people always make.

The people always look up to what the scientists say.

It is like a Bible for us.

So this article will deal with that among other things.

It will also mention the official Extraterrestrial Disclosure,

it will talk about the discovery of the ET skull and what happened there.

It will also talk about the free energy,

Quantum Mechanics,

and it will explain how the world is dominated by the materialist, reductionist and deterministic ideas,

and how all this together supports the Matrix system

that was created for..... well, a lot of things, not so positive ones.

It will also mention the Scientific Method

that the scientists always apply,

and how this method is limited...,

because it works and can be applied for the phenomena of the physical world,

but for science to be able to advance,

Poisonous Mushroom Identification for Beginners: Jack-O'-Lantern vs 6 Lookalikes - Duration: 10:56.

The answer is 7,  Jack-o-lanterns, chicken of the woods, smooth and common chanterelles,

honey and ringless honey mushrooms, plus some waxy caps.  These seven mushrooms do not

always look alike, but the Jack-o'-lantern, the only toxic mushroom in this list, can

resemble the rest six non-toxic species at its different stages of development, enough

to fool starters.

That, is a patch of Jack-o'-lantern. From afar, it looks just like the Chicken of the

woods, or Laetiporus sulphureus, to be specific, which is also orangish in color. But the tell is,

the chicken of the woods belongs to the polypore family, thus the undersurface of the cap has

numerous tiny pores, whereas the jack-o'-lantern, like a a typical toadstool, has gills.

Then, we have this guy, very vibrant colored, can be confused for the jack o'-lantern

at the first glance. It is a waxy cap mushroom, probably the crimson waxy cap. Now the way

to differentiate the two is that, first, check the gills. The jack-o-lantern has closely-spaced,

decurrent gills, meaning that the gills are running down the stem. In contrast, the waxy

cap have relatively widely spaced gills that are attached to the stem. Second, the crimson

waxy cap is relatively small and flimsy. And as its name indicates, the cap is waxy or

slimy, but the jack-o-lantern has dry, smooth caps.

Okay, ready for the "real" lookalikes of the jack-o-lantern? Right, chanterelles.

Both the smooth and common chanterelles can look like the jack-o'-lantern. Smooth chanterelles

resemble mature jack-o'-lanterns, as both tend to have very wavy margins, and their

caps can be more-or-less depressed or funnel shaped. Yet again, the tell is the undersurface

of the cap. See how smooth the undersurface of a smooth chanterelles is? These shallow

winkles can hardly be confused with the true gills of a jack-o'-lantern.

But the common chanterelle can be much trickier. Although common chanterelles have what we

call "false gills," or ridges, which are mush shallower and blunter than true gills,

it's not always easy to tell the jack-o'-lantern apart from chanterelles with more developed

ridges, especially considering that both the true gills on the left hand-side and the ridges

on the on the right hand-side are decurrent.

So here is the key. When identifying mushrooms, don't only focus on individual specimens.

Instead, you need to get the big picture, aka how and where the mushrooms grow. These

are chanterelles. See? they are scattered and gregarious. You may find two or three

growing together, but that's about it. You probably won't find anything larger than

that. The other thing is, they often grow on the ground, although occasionally you can

spot some next to tree stumps. Now, see for yourself the habitat and structure of jack-o-lanterns.

They always grow on stumps, or on some buried roots, meaning that they don't just pop

up on grass or forest floors. In addition, they grow in pretty big clusters, real clusters

with their roots connected.

By now we've covered four characteristics of the jack-o-lantern, the orange or sometimes

brownish color, decurrent gills, growing on tree stumps, and in large clusters.

But what if there are some species out there that possess almost all the same features?

Now check these out. They are the honey and the ring-less honey mushrooms. When they are

young and are yet to fully reveal their features, these three species are especially confusing.

One thing you can easily tell is that both honeys and ringless honeys have yellowish

caps, whereas jack-o'-lanterns have orangish caps. But never identify a mushroom only by

its cap color. There are more to check.

The honey mushroom has a partial veil that protects the gills when it's young and forms

a ring when the mushroom matures. But there's no ring on the stem of the jack-o'-lantern.

Yet there are ringless honeys too. They also grow on tree stumps and in big clusters, and

have decurrent gills.

But see, jack-o'-lanterns have orange caps, orange flesh, orange gills, light orange stems,

whereas ringless honeys have pale brownish-yellow caps, whitish gills, and brownish stems that

are whitish on top and get much darker toward the bottom. Besides, if you look closely enough,

the honeys and ringless honey have dark hairs on their caps and stems. and both produces

stark-white spore prints, but the spore print of the jack o'lantern is yellowish.

Okay now you should be able to properly identify these 7 mushrooms.

It's October now so you probably won't see many smooth and common chanterelles, as

well as the waxy cap, but the jack-o'-lantern, chicken and honeys should be flourishing out

there. So, go out and look for them. Good luck!

I guess a back burner of the video and welcome to a hypixel for another bed

Wars video but today is gonna be different

alright so here's the thing I've been planning this for about a month and a

half now I decided I need a lot of videos for the upcoming semester because

I'm not gonna have any time and I also figured you know what I think I'm pretty

good at solo bed Wars so I decided today I am going to be attempting the bed Wars

wins in one day world record which is currently held by this dude I was just

about to say that it was held by be a good sport for something like a hundred

and thirteen wins but I login and I see this dude type 4000 with a hundred and

forty daily wins well that victories gonna be very

short-lived buddy because today I'm gonna be tackling your record so here's

what's gonna happen I know you guys are really excited about me being that

youtuber who never NYX but I already went out and did a poll for those of you

guys that have seen it I wanted to find an excuse to finally Nick this one time

just so I have a fighting chance in this challenge especially now that I have to

get about maybe 18 or 17 more wins and I thought I had to get so this is gonna be

really really difficult so clearly over 80% of people think that I should Nick

for this and I'm still gonna be the youtuber who never takes it would just

more been like that statement that techno blade ever dies of course he dies

but you know he says it anyway so it's gonna be like that I'll mostly not Nick

but for this challenge and for the majority of videos you're gonna see over

the next four months I will be nicked because I'm recording all of them today

hyper cactus here we go geez hyper cactus coming in with the

record alright I heard that the leaderboards here they reset every every

day about 9:30 a.m. its 9:06 right now I'm gonna get some practice games in and

hopefully time it right so that by the time the

I only took like the equivalent of a few sips because I was so full from last

night I like God well I ate like four pork chops two is a lot of food I don't

know why I did it either way it's resulting in me having a

lot of energy at the moment so I'm probably gonna be able to skip lunch

because I'll just take sips of my shake every now and then here's an update on

the challenge guys it is currently 3:30 which means it's been nine ten eleven

twelve one two it's been six hours and I got 240 wins which at this pace I should

be on track to get 160 wins this is depending on if my skill

stays exactly the same as it has been and I had some pretty rough games in

this first 1/4 of the challenge so honestly I think I can still do this

let's continue on the only two people left in the game is the red guy which

has 200 plus stars and the pink one which looks like they're about to fight

actually so that's gonna be Union please fight and then probably get killed by

red and then me clean how did you do to switch I didn't even get to do anything

what the Frick okay I got a peek okay let's see it's almost 5:30 oh my god oh

all right I'll be back I have an hour and a half to go until I need to hit 70

wins where are we at now 67 that is more like it alright if I get three wings in

the next hour and a half I'm gonna be on track to beat this record dude we got

left thumb is killing me I can't think about anything else right now my

was a problem earlier my hard drive ran out of room luckily I have a secondary

drive for this reason and I was able to drag and drop half of the recordings

into the new or the the backup drive I have but in the process I lost about 20

minutes of adverse footage it wasn't recording and who knows how long I was

playing bed Wars on camera and it wasn't recording because OBS ran out of disk

space so things are gonna be a little questionable as to what makes it in the

editing but if you guys haven't seen it if it hasn't

I managed to get the record I beat the 140 wins in one day oh man I can't

believe I freaking did it and now I'm probably somewhat close to 150 because

I've just been blasting through games now for whatever reason I think it's

because everyone's ping is starting to get better so I mean the games actually

becoming you know a pleasant experience again which is kind of funny because you

know I try hearted the most when everybody was no lagging so as soon as I

get this last final kill I'm gonna show you guys how many wins I'm at at the

moment I'm not sure but I know it's above 140 because I freaking recorded me

passing it but it might not have gone through in the editing or because the

file might not have even recorded because I was out of disk space at the

time what are you doing that's not even a file he'll probably yeah oh there's

someone left there on great team okay I wasn't paying any attention okay

apparently there is somebody left

got it and now I'm level one or two or six so I have 206 stars I don't know

what I started that it was probably way lower than that oh my god time to look

at the leaderboards oh man please be 150 already heavy neat its 147

so I am currently seven wins above the old record I have five hundred twenty

four final kills in the past day in solo mode as you can see I take some

screenshots here cuz look at that oh that is amazing

of course I'm gonna keep going since I cleared up that space of my hard drive

and obviously I want to make this record a little bit harder to pass I want this

to be my record for quite a while and man I think I've gotten a lot better

than horse I guess that's one thing that's positive about this I am next

time I stream this I'm gonna have a really hard time readjusting to being on

nichts again I did promise that I'm only on nicking for this err I'm only nicking

for this challenge I'm only gonna Nick if you guys let me if you guys want me

I hit over 2,000 wins in bed wars obviously I gained the record for the

most bed war SolarWinds in one day I probably got the most bid wars solo

final kills in one day I don't know if that's even a statistic I don't really

know if you could maybe it's a statistic I don't know but it's not really

something that people talk about but I technically probably got it I mean I got

over 500 final kills in the past 24 hours which I guess there's something to

be said about that I'm still called it's summer this nick has been treating me

very well not a lot of people have been targeting me I think at some point in

about like 2 or 3 a.m. I was getting mad targeted like sniped

I think somebody noticed I was trying to go for the bed wars wins in one day

record and they were freaking targeting the crap enemy I lost like six games in

a row at one point two people that were like immediately cross mapping to get my

bed I don't know and I was nicked and then I changed my NIC like twice and

then eventually it died down and then we're back to the way we are now but

where things are actually really eventful I'ma be honest with you I

cannot wait until this challenge is over I am so ready to go and get some sleep

and just be done with bed Wars for now and minecraft in general so the next few

days I really don't want to do anything minecraft related I don't think I'm

going to for another like four or five days I'm gonna be doing survival island

then but that's different look at that game everybody's a thousand

stars and then you have me with a hundred and forty nine wins so let me

have one after this game I only have an hour and

a half left so you know hitting 200 Stephon Utley not gonna happen

160 is what I was going for that's what the guilts telling me I should do so you

know I should do it that would mean about 10 wins in an hour and 20 minutes

that's actually kind of tough to do because that would be um let's see 80

minutes for 20 wins no anyone know any minutes for 10 wins I'll be about an

average of 8 minutes per game I could do that I have been doing that the past day

I've been doing much better than that so yeah I am fine I can easily get 160 so

my plan with the commentaries kind of failed I did most of them though so I

mean I still have like a good 35 commentaries recorded probably so those

will do well I think those will last me quite a while during the semester and

then I record with that did enough hopefully gets her my blonde out of the

way and then the most part I won't have to worry about YouTube so my conclusions

about the challenge it was it started out alright you know the first like 13

14 hours went swimmingly funny adjective there and you know okay but it went good

I was winning a lot of games feeling confident recording commentaries and

then at some point I just started to lose my ability to commentate because I

was so it was so late and I was just getting like kind of tired and I was

starting to feel mentally drained so I couldn't really you know effectively

commentate whatever I was supposed to talk about without just rambling on and

forgetting what I was talking about so then I decided I'm gonna stop

commentating and then things started to get boring so I loaded up YouTube videos

and was watching them while I was playing and then I just slowly dissented

into the way I am now where I basically kind of like

I just I feel like I need to get stuff done it's kind of stupid because I have

a lot of other stuff outside of YouTube that I got a do not necessarily today

but like eventually so it's just like I don't know I'm feeling very drained and

I cannot wait to finish this challenge wrap it up you know get the get the wing

or get the thing on the the leader board screenshotted make a post on Twitter or

something and conclude the challenge you at a final number no I just don't even

want to think about what happened in my bed broke right now I'm just doing the

motions autopilot mode basically at the moment just like break beds kill people

move on I'm not even using upgrades anymore I'm going that fast it's just

like I'm not even using diamonds unless they basically are handed to me they're

like a final kill or something our regular kill even oh this is the thing I

was talking about earlier how like some people start to recognize my nickname I

think someone just dead someone was like hi summer and I'm like oh no somebody

recognizes my Nick I'm overwhelmed with an urge to just stop the challenge right

here for whatever reason there's no I can't pin down a specific reason but it

just feels wrong that I'm still doing this I don't know why we don't even like

care about wounds anymore I'm just so done I'm also at the point where like I

I'm losing like focus on like my body itself like I'm just like I'm not saying

I'm like not feeling stuff I'm just like I'm emotionally dead at the moment it's

just like I just exist right now it's really weird

to describe them I'm just I'm at a point where I just I can see why people don't

go as far as they can't with these anymore or to begin with it in because

once you beat directly I don't really feel the need to do any better

probably because you're freakin exhausted after playing better voice for

so long it just like I don't want to do the same more this is how you get burnt

out of video games by the way not saying that's gonna happen or either there's a

you know this is how it happens to people yeah I think after this game I

might call it quits just I I think I'm done you know I'm gonna finish this game

and then that's it my mental capacity has reached its limits

I I'm this challenge is just I'm gonna record more stuff later once I am I'm

awake again and you know excited to pay you to begin and recording and bed worse

for now I just need to get some sleep desperately need to get some sleep so

I'm gonna take a whole bunch of screenshots I'm gonna tell people what

Is Wholesaling Real Estate Profitable? - Duration: 7:54.

Hey, thank you so much for hopping on to watch this video. And discovering whether

wholesaling is actually profitable or not. There are some people out there

flipping contracts and real estate making crazy amounts of money. And then

there's a lot of people just spinning the wheels. And I've decided to bring

Jerry Norton, my friend. Who is my in-house expert on the entire flipping

game, to join us here to really answer this question of is it really profitable

to flip deals? Is wholesaling real estate profitable? I think for us to really

answer this question, we need to define it and understand the difference between

flipping a deal that you are the wholesaler on and then also flipping the

home that you did all work on. -That's right. -So, you look at a fix and flip in

the amount of time and money that you get and you look at flipping a contract

in the time and money... Let's repair them. -Well, you're exactly right. Because making

money is all in the context of time energy and effort, right? I mean, if you

make some money but it took a lot of time and a lot of energy and a lot of

effort, it's really more about was that worth the time energy and effort for the

money, I mean. -Jerry, there's a lot of people watching this that if we could

show them how to make $100,000 flipping real estate, they'd probably be thrilled.

Let's actually do an example on fix and flipping, right? -Okay. -I mean, you're brand

new so you do a deal and it takes let's call it 90 days. 90 days. And you're the

one that's either doing the work. Maybe laying the tile and doing some trial. -Yeah.

You know. Or you know, you're going to be hiring some of it out. But you're there

pretty much every day managing the whole process. And let's call it 90 days from

the time that you buy it to the time that you sell it. And let's say you make

30 grand. Dude, there's a lot of people watching this Jerry. They would say..., -"All

day long. I'll do that." -That's freaking awesome, right? They maybe take another

couple months find another deal and then you repeat it again. And you know, over

the course of the year, let's say you could actually get three flips in. I'm

thinking of some friends in my mind that this is what they do. And on the one hand

it's like, "I'm making $100,000 a year and I'm in the game of real estate." But, dot, dot,

dot. -Well, here's the thing. I mean, when you're out there managing these projects,

right? And it's a 90-day rehab. You're meeting contractors, you're making

all these decisions all the time. You're running the Home Depot and buying

materials. And you're tied to that project because, let's face it, you don't

show up one day, your contractors don't show up. And there's another day, you know.

And so it's just it's a lot of effort it's a lot of time energy and effort

managing that project to take, let's say 90 days. Like you said, once you're done

with that one deal, now you got to put your hat back on your finding hat. You

got to go find another deal. Maybe that takes a couple months. Then you're going

through that whole process again. So, although you could make

100,000 in this situation, if you did three deals in a year, first of all,

that's not scalable because that's all you can do.

-Yeah. -Right? With your time, you're limited with what you can do. -You won't believe it,

but it actually gets old fast. -It gets old real fast. Trust me. -Good

money but then it's like (*Kkkhhhh*) That's where I got on my way when I got to my 25th

property that I was even holding and I buy them and I'd have to fix him up and

I manage that whole thing. After 25, I'm like, "Oh my gosh, shoot me." -That's how... -And I'm

making crazy good money but I'm not happy. -I'm not happy. -That's how I was. I

was so tied to my projects. I had all these deals going on. it was so stressful

and I was like, "This is not what I got into this for. Why am I doing this?" -Yeah,

where's the freedom? -Yeah. where's the freedom? Where's my time, right? And so

when you compare fixing flip with another flipping strategy called

wholesaling. it's a whole nother way to look at this business. -Now it's actually

a part of the game because if you get a really good deal, you could be then the

investor that's going to actually fix and flip that. But there's a second

option that you have. You find a really good deal and you say, you know what? I

could actually take this to you right now. I could pass it on to someone else

get paid a 5, 7, 10 thousand dollar finder's fee and then I can walk onto doing it again. So

just imagine for a moment that... Let's say that you made 5 or 10 thousand

dollars every time you did that. But it only took you maybe 5 or 8 hours

of work to get one. Well in a week, you could... You know, in a month you could do

4 or 5, 6 of those and you could find yourself making 40 or 50 grand in a

month. If you get really good at finding, you can do in the same time it takes to

manage one rehab. And in like a month or time managing that. You could do 4 or

5 deals. We're talking now 3 months because you're doing that rehab

for 3 months, right? Think about 4 or 5 wholesale deals for 3 months.

-You pick the freedom because now it takes a lot

less time to make a lot more money and then you get to take your time and

actually use it how you want. Which is not driving to Home Depot and not

babysitting contract. -You know what's great about it is your stress level goes way down.

-Yeah. Because you're turning the deal, you're done. You're on to another deal.

None of the headache. -Now, I want to be clear about something. We're not saying

that that flipping and fixing flipping is bad. What we're really saying is that

there's a professional way to do that. Like Jerry has a massive operation on

fix and flip. I have a massive operation with my hedge fund that finds these

deals and has to get them all fixed up. -I actually don't see a lot of my

properties. I know you don't even see. Because that's a good system. But for people

getting started, I mean, I didn't do that at first. I know you didn't do that at

first either. So, it's this transition of... -Yeah. -...man I got to be all this hands-on

or take a different approach. -Yeah. One of the things that I learned a long time

ago was this idea that you know, I used to think if you wanted something done

right you have to do yourself. And that wears on on you. And you start figuring

out how limited you really are. -If you want to... If you want to be limitless,

you have to use leverage. And so, I developed a new philosophy that said, "If

you want something done right, don't do it yourself. Go find somebody's good at it."

Find somebody whose good at it. And you're going to give up margin every time you do that.

But it actually frees a time where you need less time to do the things that

make more money. We're talking about valuing your time. And really it can come

down to simple math. You make $30,000 over 3 months

flipping a deal and you can actually say, "How many hours did I clock? How much

money did I make? What's my dollar per hour?" I would bet at least 3 to 1

or 5 to 1 that you will make more money flipping a contract on a good deal

than you will actually getting hands-on and doing the deal.

The only reason Jerry why people get hands-on and say, "I need to actually see

this flip through", is there can be some scarcity in the mind that says, "I won't

find another good deal and I'll make more money if I actually just spend way

more time and effort on this one." And you know what it comes down to? Honestly, most

people that get really hands on as their model, their margins are too tight. Like

they got to... They got to cut corners by you know, buying the material at Home

Depot. And I'm going to do my own demo. And I'm going to swing the hammer or paintbrush.

-Spend all that time. Freedom's gone. -What I do is I say, "You know what? I'm going to

build a little bit bigger you know, margin in my rehab, so I can hire

professional that can do the whole thing way faster than I ever could. And I don't

ever got to go see the property." -Yeah. -Different mindset all together. -Yeah. So

friends and shooting this video today, is wholesaling profitable? Yeah. You get good

at it, it may end up being a whole lot more profitable than ever running a

rehab fix and flip crew. You know, especially some of those deals that turn

Hefesto Tutorial - Master it injury free - Duration: 17:53.

Welcome to Danube Calisthenics and welcome to this new Tutorial, today I'll show you a much that people talk a lot about: the hefesto.

Why do people talk a lot about it? First of all it's a pretty hard move that can be quite extreme because of the position your body is in while doing it.

Second because some are even afraid of getting injured from training for it. So today I want to show you how you can still learn that move without having to be afraid of that.

I want to show you the right form and the most effective preexercises and how you should train for it now so watch till the end to get all important info!

If you wthink that you already know about the form and if you want to skip to the preexercises immediately then just go to 4:19 of this video. If not we'll start now.

1. Execution

We'll now take a look at the most important things that you should know about the execution so listen carefully because everything I'll explain here is also important for the execution of the preexercises!

Some call the Hefesto "German Hang MU" and this hang is actually the starting position for the real Hefesto. Arms and shoulders are completely extended in that position.

From this position you then pull up without momentum you by using your arms and shoulders until you are in the upper position with your arms above the bar and the bar touching you back.

If you want you cen then also sit on the bar but that can be quite a struggle because of the coordination and not because of the strength and you don't have to do it since it's not part of the necessary movement.

The Hefesto counts if your back touches the bar while you elbows and shoulders are above bar level and you are in the steady position there.

The execution is actually quite simple but it's still not that easy to actually do it.

What's most important to be able to do a Hefesto is to always have a proper grip, especially if you just started with it.

You should always twist your hands around the bar as much as possible and also grab the bar as tight as you can. Use magnesia and a grippy bar, this will make a very big difference and it's almost impossible if it's slippery.

So always pay attention to that first!

In addition to that you can try to concentrate on rotating the bar torwards your body during the movement, in that way you won't loose the grip as likely.

It's best if you hang into the bars with you legs before starting so you can adjust the grip.

The next thing that is very important fo r keeping a steady form and for using you muscles in the right way (also during all preexercises!) is to always have protracted shoulders while pulling up.

In that way you'll have much better biceps activation and you can stay active with your shoulders. Your elbows will move away from your body then and you can pretend to pull them in front of your body for the right movement.

You'll avoid getting in an unstable position by concentrating on that.

Never use momentum to pull the Hefesto.

Lets sum it up: The movement starts (after you got a good grip) by protracting your shoulders while you starting pulling with your arms to go up until you reach the point of getting over the bar.

There you then try to get your elbows behind the bar in order to then stay in the upper position with the bar at your back.

That point of getting over the bar might be a bit different depending on your shouldermobility and strength.

The Hefesto especially targets your biceps, your forearms, the shoulders and you also need a really strong wrist for it.

2. Preexercises and learning methods

So now we saw what a good hefesto should look like, but now we have to see how we can get there.

I now want to show you the most efficient and most important preexercises for that

[1. Hefesto Attempt] This is the most important exercise for learning the Hefesto and if you are already on a good level this then might be the only exercise you need.

Go into the starting position for that and then try to pull up as high as possible with the proper form I just explained before.

You might have to actually fight a bit for that and it could be that you only go up pretty slowly.

If it's too hard for you to start from the deadhang then you can also try to start with you hip in a high position to get used to it.

In that way you won't have that much stress on your shoulders and it should be easier.

It's possible to learn a hefesto in that way at first and to then go for the Hefesto from the hang by starting lower and lower with your hips.

Another variation you could do are pulls where you just try to not go as high as possible just for leaving the lockout. That is not that stressfull and could still help a bit with getting stronger in the starting position.

As said: Attempts are probably the most important exercise for learning the Hefesto but they'll only be useful for you if you are already strong enough to get out of the lockout position.

If you see that you can't stand a chance with getting out of there you should probably get stronger with the other preexercises that I'll now show you right now.

[2. Assisted Hefesto] Hefestos with as little help as possible with your legs are the second most important exercise and if you still can't get out of the lockout then this will be the most important for you to start.

Search for a bar that allows you to stand in a kneeling position while keeping the arms and shoulders extended (Or use something to stand on if you don't have that)

From there you then try to do a Hefesto with as little help as possible. There are some quite important things you should pay attention to for that.

There is a big difference between rows behind the back and assisted Hefestos!

First of all you should try to keep the hip as low as possible during the movement. Try to get out of the lockout without the help of the legs if you can.

Second: Try to really immitate the movement that you body goes through during the Hefesto.

The right and natural starting position is important for that so just get your legs off the ground and swing until you stay still. Then put the feet on the ground and you are good to go, that's the right position.

Try to pull as high as possible at first before you try to bring your elbows behind the bar.

The third important thing is that you don't push yourself up too high since it's not realistic to come up with your lower back to the bar. During the actuall Hefesto you can't come this high and you should get used to that.

So only concentrate on you upper body and hel as little as possible just as if you'd actually do the hefesto.

Don't push yourself up too high as said. Your wrists and shoulders should be pretty much at the limit of their movement range during the whole time.

Therefore it's good to keep the hip as low as possible from the beginning till the end.

If you are strong enough to do that you can also do the first part completely without your legs and use them only if you can't go no more, you can let go of your legs in the last part again if you want to.

Pay attention to the perfect execution like explained before and especially try to not use an unrealisticly high grip, that's not realistic and you also won't be able to do that during the real hefesto, so try to get used to it.

If you want to test if the grip is realistic then let go of your legs for a moment and see if it slips or not. If you can maintain the grip then it's ok and you can start.

After you pulled up with help you could also go down without any help for the negative movement in order to come up again then.

I would highly recommend you to always stay in a very low rep range with the assisted Hefestos and also with the attempts I showed you before.

So just do one attempt or assisted Hefesto per set, you could maybe also go for two or three but don't go higher in order to maintain a high quality and to stay in the low rep range that you need to get strong at for the Hefesto.

[3. Negative Hefesto] This is the third preexercise I know want to show you. But it's not as important as the Attempts and the Assisted Hefestos.

The reason for that is that you can't have that much of a realistic stimulation there and I'll explain to you why later in the video.

So negatives will probably work out as an additional exercise but not as the main exercise for learning the hefesto.

During the negatives you start fom the upper position and then try to let yourself down into the lockout as slow and controlled as possible.

Also don't use a too unrealistic grip here but try to imitate the actual grip that you'll have during the hefesto.

Don't ever let yourself fall down into the lockout and only do it if you can stay controlled. It's better to just let go and jump off the bar in case you'd fall into the lockout and maybe even injure yourself.

A little easier and less stressfull option would be to just go down as much so that you are able to go up again. This could help you to get stronger at the upper part of the movement.

So the negatives are good for getting a feeling for the hefesto but they are not the most important exercise because the hard thing about the Hefesto is to get out of the hanging position without any tension.

But during the negatives you come into that position with a lot of tension and therefore you won't get really used to the first part of the movement which is so hard to learn.

I personally never did any Negatives to learn the Hefesto and you can do it to get a feeling for it but also only if you can do them controlled without just falling down.

It's also not that useful to start training for the Hefesto without a basic strength level and if you are too weak for the preexercises then it could be that you won't see too much progress there.

I now want to show you some exercises that would be good to maybe have tried before or master before learning the hefesto. If you can't do any of them with ease then it's probably too early for you.

The exercises are the supinated Backlever, the One Arm Chinup Hold or even the OAChinup (not completely necessary), assisted Hefestos with some more help and bulgarian dips.

During these you work on the structures that need to be strong and if you still struggle with all of these exercises and can't do any of them then you should work on your basics strength first.

Of course all other exercises that you might know for the muscles needed for the Hefesto could help for improving the strength.

Since the Hefesto is a very special kind of movement it's also an exercise that doesn't have that much transfer for other exercies.

So getting better there won't help you that much to get better at other exercises. It might work out better the other way around and with a good strength level build by other hard Moves the Hefesto might not be too hard.

So also because of that it doesn't make too much sense to start training for it too early.

You also have to think about the high stress that is put on your body during the movement because you are especially in an ending position with your wrist an therefore the basic strength is very important.

3. Cunclusion & Implementation

So as you have seen it might be enough to just do one or two different exercises to learn the Hefesto if your level is already high enough for it.

I can now tell you a bit about how I learned the hefesto: I was lucky enough to get my first "bad form Hefesto" with high hips at the first try because I had a very high strength level when I first tried it (5OAPUs, 10HSPUS,...)

Here you can see it in the video this was one of my very first Hefestos ever.

But as said I already had a good level and I also didn't get it from the Deadhang or German Hang without special training for it, that took me some time then.

For learning the "real Hefesto" from the Deadhang I had to do some work and all I did for that was pretty much Attempts and assisted Hefestos.

So I really noticed that these are the most important exercises then in order to learn it in the most efficient way.

So how often should you train for the Hefsto now? I always say "as often as yor regeneration and time allows it" so as often as you feel good doing it.

I had some problems with my forearms when I learned it because I din't wait to fully recover between the trainings and I went a bit too hard.

If the Hefesto is important to you then always try to do it with fresh strength in order to have a high quality.

Always choose the most difficult possible preexercise at first for the high quality and it's a maximum strength exercise so that's really important here. Also keep the reps per set very low as said.

Between the Attempts or sets you can train something else for other muscles or take a break of about maybe 2-5 minutes, depending on how soon you feel fresh again.

You can do as many Attempts or sets as you feel comfortable with, so go for it as long as you can maintain high quality.

You don't need to completely kill yourself every single day but it's still very important to go hard

But you could possibly also overdo it with your wrist and forearms and therefore you just have to find an amount of workload that works out best for you.

Maybe it's not necessary to train them every day or every second day but you should still do it as often as your body allows it.

Try to always be freshly regenerated when you train for it and if you still feel very weak from the last Hefesto training then it's maybe too early to go very hard again.

I still have to say that you also won't learn it if you are super super careful because you will still have to try hard to get it and as you have seen in the video of my first one I also had to fight, that is necessary.

If you never do that then it will also be hard to get it so always try to measure the amount of stress that your body will be able to bear.

It's also important to train for the Hefesto over a longer period of time and to be consisting and patient and to train it often enough. Then you'll also be able to learn it.
