requested a video about

NCT Mark and Johnny's English.

So I made it!

Mark is from Vancouver, Canada.

Johnny is from Chicago, America.

Let's listen to Johnny's English first.

Jinger English

Johnny used

'start off'.

It basically means 'start'.

Off means away from something.

So you start your step to begin something

and feet off your ground.

Native speakers use 'start off' a lot.

When Johnny talks

he tends to raise his tone at the end of sentences.

It's not a Chicago thing.

Maybe a personal preference.

I've met someone who talks like Johnny before.

But she was from Canada.

Now, let's listen to Mark's English.

When I heard Johnny

his English sounded casual and laid-back.

Marks sounds organized

and speaks like a news anchor.

Honestly

There isn't a significant difference

between Canadian and American accents.

People often call them

North American accent

including Canada and America.

But there are differences.

Canada spells in a British way.

Center in America.

Centre in Canada.

E and R are reversed.

In case of flavor,

flavor in America

flavour in Canada.

Alphabet Z,

Canadians say 'zed'.

O sounds different too.

The most common one is 'about.'

Canadians tend to have

a long O sound.

In case of sorry,

they say 'So-orry'.

Bathroom is 'washroom' in Canada.

Different expressions.

But unless you hear something like this,

it's hard to distinguish.

Let's listen to Mark and Johnny

together this time.

I'm not sure how I read NCT 127.

NCT one twenty seven? One two seven?

One hundred twenty seven?

Anyway, NCT has members from

Korea, American, Canada, China

and Japan. International group!

At first, they communicated

with a dictionary,

Johnny said.

They all speak Korean well now.

We have a saying (kind of a joke too)

You'll make it

when you have to.

I think that is true.

When I was 23

my English was like

'I'm sorry' and 'How are you' level.

Anyway, I went to Australia,

lived there for a year.

I did my best to survive.

And my English improved a lot.

Your surroundings are important.

Other than being jealous of

Mark and Johnny's English.

Why don't you change your surroundings?

Study group, making foreign friends,

Online or phone English classes..

There are many ways

to learn English.

There is one common thing among what I mentioned.

You don't do it by yourself.

You do it with someone else.

English is a language.

If you want to speak well, you need to open your mouth.

Listening and reading won't

improve your speaking skills.

If you have no friend

talk to yourself in the mirror.

Even 10 minutes everyday, consistently.

Richard Dean Anderson Open To Stargate Return - Duration: 9:49.

In August 2018, at the Fan Expo Convention in Toronto, Canada -- Stargate SG-1 fans heard

the words they've been dying to hear for many, many years: Richard Dean Anderson, who

played Col. Jack O'Neill in Stargate SG-1, is up for a potential return to the Stargate

franchise... should a worthy script merit his involvement.

When asked by a fan about such an opportunity, Anderson replied:

"Yes, immediately I would do that.

I was thinking of dropping Brad Wright a note just to see how he was doing, and touch bases

with him [and] see what his status is in all this.

He's a brilliant writer.

I really respect him a lot."

While Anderson's comments could easily be attributed to hopeful musings in an energized

convention setting, the greater context is just as important as the quotes themselves.

More so than any time in the last decade, new live-action, in-canon Stargate is a real

possibility -- and with it, the return of Stargate Command heroes like the man himself,

Jack O'Neill.

So it's been twelve years since Stargate SG-1 finished its run on the Sci Fi Channel,

and it's been over a decade since the last live-action SG-1 adventure was released -- that

being the direct to DVD movie Stargate: Continuum.

So it's been quite some time since we've checked in with Stargate Command.

What have our heroes been up to?

Honestly, that's anyone's guess.

While licensed Stargate material like the American Mythology Comics and Fandemonium

Novels have captured our imagination and given us a fresh taste of the galactic adventures

that we miss so dearly -- such properties are not technically canon.

When the Stargate franchise went dormant in 2011 -- and the door closed on any immediate

SG1, Atlantis, our Universe prospects -- Stargate's canon essentially went dark, and many loose

ends were never resolved.

For all we know, Destiny is still in between galaxies, Atlantis is still perched in the

San Francisco Bay, and SG-1 is still operating unbeknownst to the Tau'ri public as the

Lucian Alliance plots an attack on earth.

In fact, the hope of ANY real answers (in live action form) was almost permanently crushed

when MGM greenlit a Stargate reboot trilogy from Roland Emmerich and Dean Devlin back in 2014.

Such a move would have seen the existing TV universe disavowed in favor of a brand new

set of Stargate movies that a) rebooted the original 1994 film, and b) allowed Emmerich

and Devlin to follow through on their original trilogy plans -- one they've held since

the mid 90s.

Both men have been vocally regretted not getting to finish their three-film Stargate story,

and they saw this as a second chance.

Thankfully for fans of the TV shows, that trilogy fell apart back in 2016, and the reboot

option was permanently shelved.

So where does that leave us today?

First and foremost, Anderson's comments are significant because the window for an

SG-1 reunion is fast closing.

Legends may be legends, but they aren't immortal.

At some point, even if the actors are alive, it will be too late to late to tackle another

live-action Stargate project.

But Anderson addressed his limitations, too, stating that "As far as punching the clock

and going to work, I wouldn't mind doing a mini-series of some kind -- something that

had a clear beginning and end.

I would do something along those lines."

While a full season of television is admittedly not in the cards, Anderson added that:

"In all the series work that I've done, I've enjoyed the process.

And I've enjoyed what's happened over a period of time, which is you become familial."

He remembered his time on Stargate being "surrounded by a great group of people.

"We all got to like each other and play off each other, and it became a real joy.

I wasn't sad to leave, only because I was leaving for an excellent reason."

And since his famed departure after the eighth season of Stargate SG-1, Anderson has been

in a state of semi-retirement -- a choice made largely due to his desire to spend more

time with his daughter, Wylie.

Future health issues and complications from surgery also kept him sidelined from rigorous

full-time work in front of the camera… (the kind he had experienced on Stargate SG-1).

While he made occasional guest appearances on Stargate Atlantis and Stargate Universe

in the late 2000s, those instances were few and far between, and he soon quit acting altogether.

His last screen credit was for an episode of "Don't Trust the B In Apartment 23"

which aired in 2013 ….(although it's worth nothing that he did lend his voice to the

character of Jack O'Neill in mobile game "Stargate SG-1: Unleashed," released in

the same year).

But fast forward several years to present time: his daughter is now in college, and

his health is vastly improved… it's fair to say he might actually be up to the task.

He was charismatic and in good spirits at Fan Expo last month, and carried a seemingly

newfound interest in revisiting Jack O'Neill and the greater Stargate universe.

Now, beyond actor availability and fandom nostalgia -- is there another reason

for Jack O'Neill to make a return?"

Quite frankly, yes.

Stargate: Continuum was never supposed to be the last of Stargate SG-1, or the last

of Jack O'Neill, for that matter.

Upon the heels of Stargate: Continuum successful DVD release in July of 2008, a third Stargate

SG-1 movie titled "Stargate: Revolution" was placed on the fast track to production.

The story was alleged to be very "O'Neill-centric," and would deal with the public

disclosure of the Stargate program.

Furthemore, Producer Joe Mallozzi stated in his blog that Revolution would have see the

long-gestating romantic dynamic between Samantha Carter and Jack O'Neill come to fruition.

So what went wrong?

After two well-received DVD movies and a record-breaking, 10-season run -- why didn't MGM seize the day ...

especially with Richard Dean Anderson fronting such an epic Stargate story?

Well, to their credit, MGM did jump on the opportunity, but pre-production was short

lived with the culprit being the economic downturn of 2008.

Once the recession settled in, physical media sales plummeted -- throwing both film and

television distribution markets into disarray.

Within a few years, the direct-to-DVD distribution model had all but imploded.

Stargate: Revolution (along with the Atlantis movie, Stargate: Extinction) were victims

of this downturn -- initially put into a holding pattern, and but permanently shelved when

Stargate Universe went off the air in early 2011.

To complicate matters, the studio ALSO filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2010, affecting

not only Stargate but their Hobbit and James Bond franchises.

Their financial woes kept the studio functioning at a reduced capacity for several brutal years,

and it resulted in Stargate -- an otherwise profitable and safe bet -- becoming stuck

in the throes of development hell.

But the first ray of hope came in the summer of 2017, when MGM announced it would be launching

a brand new digital series Stargate Origins along with a digital distribution platform

hand-tailored for the Stargate franchise -- the now famous "Stargate Command."

And -- just last month at Gatecon 2018 -- SG-1 co-creator and showrunner Brad Wright announced

that he's once again "talking" again with MGM about the future of the Stargate franchise.

Though the extent of such "talks" have not been disclosed, representatives of MGM

(on a variety of occasions) have confirmed that various Stargate entities are in development

behind closed doors.

And again, it's reasonable to assume that all these rumblings are linked to actual conversations

of substance that are part of a greater strategic push to revive the Stargate franchise.

Now, as far as O'Neill's potential involvement, it's worth noting that Richard Dean Anderson

isn't bound to what he said on the convention floor.

There are many ways a deal like this could go awry, and an SG-1 / Jack O'Neill return

certainly isn't the most cost-friendly avenue.

At the same time, a return of O'Neill and other SG-1 heroes would be the most prudent

a logical step in restoring the franchise to its former glory.

After all, Stargate became a phenomenon because of the charisma and soul of O'Neill and

SG-1, and what better way to usher the franchise into a new era than to visit the past for

one last hurrah -- kicking off a brand new story and introducing fresh, relatable characters

that can carry the franchise for years to come (long after Sam and Jack have retired

at their lakeside cabin).

And speaking of retirement: Anderson comically acknowledge the challenges of returning to

action-adventure franchise (even if he ends up behind a desk).

"It takes so much work to get there — and I'm so lazy," the actor joked.

"I'd want to lose about 25 pounds before I considered it again.

I want to look like Cary Elwes!"

Or in that case, perhaps Harrison Ford.

In the meantime, stick with GateWorld as we look forward to this new era of Stargate,

and hope, just hope that Anderson's comments are a good sign of things to come.

helped me to get the right speed (50km/h) and he even canceled his date to come and help out

AND he rebuild the landing, made it more wide. was still quite skinny but more wasn't possible

the BTS of riding the motocross kicker is a wrap!

we have quite some shooting days coming up so we are going to do some more for sure

One of the best box mods lately

Let's roll!

Hello everyone! Alex VapersMD is here and I'm glad to welcome you on my channel

Yeah, it's been a while since the last great product in the box mods industry

A whole lot of box mods is going through my hands and a lot of them doesn't deserve a review

But I'm very impressed by these tiny thing

I'm using this box mod since the moment I received it. I opened the packaging, put the atomizer on and start to use it

And after more than two weeks I have things to tell you

Overall, friends, this is Druga Foxy by Augvape

Let's dive down and take a detailed look at it

So, your time has come, black packaging!

Yes, packaging by Augvape, Druga logo, Druga Foxy line and we can see the mod through this transparent plastic window

Under the cover we're met by the mod itself

And under the mod there's a User Manual in English language with pictures

And now it's time for specs. This mod is made out of zinc alloy and plastic - this is regarding removable panels, which is available in different designs

Also it's featuring landing for atomizers with diameter up to 26mm

This mod is driven by branded 150W chip by Augvape with support of only two modes - Variable Wattage and Variable Voltage

And this mod is powered by 2*18650's

Main feature of this device is brand new 510 connection - so called Quick Release. A system, that was patented by Augvape

Overall, this mod's can give out up to 45 Amps and 6.5V. And it supports minimum resistance 0.05Ω

Height of this mod is 93mm, width 48mm and thickness is 27mm

I think you already noticed, that this mod is available in two colors - Gun Metal and shiny polished SS color. Yeah, it's a huge magnet for your fingerprints

And now let's do a size comparison with other dual 18650 mods

As you can see, this mod is average in terms of size

In some cases it's a bit wider, in some cases it's a bit higher, but for me - it's one of the most compact mods on the table

Eh...Nostalgia...

And now let's get to the detailed look and we'll start from the main thing - it's the center located 510 connector with inscription Quick Release on it

So, this is the main feature of this mod and let's take a look how it works

Here we have a button, after you press on it this will happen - as you can see, 510 connection is splitting in half

So one side of the connection is moving to the side and giving us opportunity to quick install the atomizer

It works like so - you press the button, insert the atomizer, hold it and release the button, after that twist atomizer a bit and it's done

I'll say it's pretty quick. Let's see how it's being released. Press the button, unscrew it a little bit and remove the atomizer

This atomizer fixation is pretty fun, I never saw anything like this before, because this is patented invention of Augvape

So, it's Quick Release - by pressing that button you're splitting connector in half

Also here we have spring-loaded gold-plated pin and landing for up to 26mm atomizers

On this side we have Fire button, which is protruding out of the main body, you'll not miss it for sure and it have pretty soft throw. Nice Fire button

On this side we have a removable side panel with such a design, as I said - there's different designs available

Also this panel has this little window - through this window we'll see he screen of a board

Yes, it's a tiny window with a minimum of information

This panel is removable, at the bottom we have a notch, so we can catch and remove this panel, which is held by 3 magnets

There's a film on the panel which protects the screen and the control panel is look like so

All of this is decoration, here we have different formulas of voltage, amperage, wattage and resistance.

Also there's +/- buttons and the screen

On the sides we also have information where's Watts/Volts, where's resistance and where's battery life

And on the very top there's a line - Press + and - at once and you'll get into Select mode

We'll get back to it a little bit later, let's see what we have on the other side

On this side we have another panel with the logo of this mod

And this panel is hiding compartment for dual 18650 batteries

As you can see, one battery should be installed positive side down, second positive side up

And here we have a correct polarity marks on the plastic. Upper contact group is spring loaded and the panel is held by 2 magnets

On the bottom we have information that this is Augvape Foxy and vent holes

By the way, we have pretty long ribbon for battery extraction, which is good

Okay, it's time to insert the batteries. As I said, one battery goes positive side down, second battery goes positive side up

After that put on the panel

Yeah, regarding the panels - it doesn't wobble and it doesn't protrude

It have good fitting, in some cases it might play, but insignificantly

And after you inserted the batteries - mod will automatically turns On

Right now we're in VV mode. As you can see on the screen is Voltage, resistance and battery life

You can switch the mode by pressing + and - buttons simultaneously

And now we're in Power mode. You can adjust the wattage with 1W increments. If you press and hold - adjustment will switch into auto-adjusting mode

Not the fastest, but it's speeding up and we can go up to 150W

As you can see, wattage and voltage settings are adjusting separately

Even though we set 150W, the Voltage doesn't change - it remained 2.5V

So here you can go up to 6.5V

Yes, this is pretty simple chip. And last function of it is turning box mod On or Off by 5x clicks on Fire button

And mod will automatically turn On without any delays or logos

Yes, friends, that's all I could've tell and show you about this mod

It's a very simple mod and that was the goal of Augvape when they been releasing this device

In their opinion it should've been the most simple, the most convenient, logical and understandable and I think it turned out like it is

Overall, let's put an atomizer with this Quick Release, twist it a bit and we're ready to get back to face-time

To test this device and speak about its pros and cons

Let's talk about this box mod

And let me give you a brief background before we start discussing pros and cons

In pros and cons I won't be discussing new Quick Release system and lack of MicroUSB slot, we'll talk about it after pros and cons sections

And now let's get to cons

And first con to this box mod I'll give for this gap from Fire button near the 510 connector

We all know very well, that bottom airflow RTAs and RDAs are creating a lot of condensate around themselves

Small puddles on the mod

And this is critical for this mod, because there is a gap

And all this liquid might get inside of the box mod and this isn't cool at all

So my first con goes for a gap near the 510 connector

Polished steel version. When I say polished - you can count it as a con right away

Because any polished device will be a huge magnet for your fingerprints

This box mod is a dream of prosecutor - it gathers all your fingerprints and dirt. And I never liked all that shiny devices appearance, even back in 2015

I don't know why Augvape decided to make a polished mod.

If they had made it with Satin finish - it would look much more expensive

So, friends, that was all regarding the cons. As you can see - there's a not lot of them. And now let's talk about pros

First pro to this box mod I'll give for excellent quality of manufacturing.

I really liked those side panels, which doesn't rattle, doesn't wobble and doesn't play at all

Yes, it might have a little bit of play, but it's so insignificant, that it doesn't even worth mentioning

Other than that everything is very well made, box mod is built like a monolith and it's lay great in a hands

And regarding the ergonomics - due to the fact, that this box mod is compact it have a very nice grip

It's very comfortable and firmly lays in hands and have a very nice weight

Simple and convenient chip, without any extra functions and other stuff

If you don't need other modes, like TC, Bypass and so on, than this chip is the best.

It's simple - wattage, voltage and everything you need for a good vape

Next pro I'll give for center located 510 connector. I always liked mods with centered 510 connector.

In my opinion - it's the most convenient location of 510 connection possible

I'll give it a pro for battery life. This compact box mod is powered by dual 18650's. As you saw, they feel great there.

So a pro for the fact, that this box mod is powered by dual 18650's

And last pro I'll give for the fact, that side panels are replaceable and you can swap them with other panels, which Augvape will make in the future

And that's all regarding pros and cons. Now we'll talk about new Quick Release system and this button

How much the market needs it?

As for me - yes, it is convenient. Yes, it is fast. Yes, it is something new

But on the other hand - is it necessary for the market right now? Will it take root?

If this system is the first bird in the new fixation of atomizers - it will be cool

If other mods with similar system will be appearing based on this system and absolutely different atomizers connections

That will be having more fast and reliable fixation - it might be good

It's some step forward and I like it

And, I guess, there will be questions right away - how are the conductivity, is there a resistance jumps and other stuff?

Folks, after two and a half weeks I haven't noticed anything like this. Connector make a good connection and there is no resistance jumps whatsoever

Overall this is pretty interesting system, but how much the market needs it - I don't know

If you look at this globally - this is interesting. If you will look at this from the view of 510 connection - it isn't very interesting

I don't mind to make couple extra twists to screw down the atomizer

Ghost Tutorial: Inviting Team Members - Duration: 3:07.

In this video I will show you how you can invite other team members or guest bloggers

into your Ghost blog.

For this to be working, you need to have email configuration of your Ghost blog setup correctly,

if you are a customer of Ghost (Pro) hosting, then this is already done for you so just

follow this video.

If you host your Ghost blog on your own hosting provider, then please click on the top right

corner now to watch my video on how to setup email configuration in your Ghost blog, you

will also find the link to that video in the description, but once it has been published.

Here is the Ghost blog from which I want to send an invitation to my official email address.

To send an invitation to any guest blogger or your team members, firstly click the team

menu on the sidebar.

If you recently installed Ghost, then you might already have a user with the name Ghost.

This user is the owner of the demo stories that Ghost comes with.

If you are in a production blog, then deleting this user will remove all the example articles

from Ghost.

To invite new people, click on the green Invite People button at the top right corner.

In this dialog, enter the email address of the user you want to invite on to your Ghost

blog.

Next we need to specify the role of the invited user.

If you are inviting someone like your business partner or someone similar to that, then setting

the role to administrator, will give them full access to the blog once they accept your

invitation.

Setting the role to an editor will allow the invited user to edit your pre-created blog

posts, but will not allow him or her to create a new story on themselves, and setting the

role as author will allow them to write new articles as well as edit the ones that they

have created.

For this video, I will leave the role as an author.

Once that is done, simply click on the send invitation now button to send an email invitation

to the invited person.

If the invited user doesn't respond to your invitation email within one week, the invitation

will be expired and you will need to send a new invitation to that person.

Here is the email I received from Ghost, clicking this link will take me to the website from

which I got the invitation.

Now, fill in your name and a password, and click on the Create Account button.

This is an author's dashboard which is limited to only creating new articles and editing

the existing ones.

Inviting guest bloggers into your Ghost blog will give benefit to everyone, you will get

more articles on your blog, the guest blogger will get exposure to your audience, and your

visitors will get to see new content more frequently and maybe in a different writing

style.
