Communica Institute: Live & Study in Kobe - Duration: 3:57.
Hello, my name is Hino, from Communica Institute in Kobe
Communica Institute opened in 1988
and is a Japanese language school with over 30 years of history
Communica Institute is not a big school
but it's a school where teachers and students are really close
and our graduates usually define it as a big family
Kobe area is great because it's pretty well connected to various places around here
You can get to Osaka, you can go west to Himeji
And it's just a beautiful place. It's sandwiched between the mountains and the ocean
Kobe for me is one of the best cities I've visited in Japan
You can go around Kobe because it is very rich in culture and environment
You have mountains in the north, and the sea in the south: what more can you ask for?
There's no way I would trade Kobe for any other city
For me it's an international city, and it's perfect for foreign students
Kobe is an ideal and easy city to live for exchange students
In Communica, I guess there is balance between fun and learning
Because we have activities outside school, like sports fest
But still incorporating Japanese and communicating with my schoolmates from different countries
I focus on encouraging the students to actively engage in the lessons
So I use a lot of discussion, even in reading class
Teachers in Communica make classes really fun
I guess for me their guidance doesn't end inside the four corners of the classroom
They guide us in everything that we need: getting insurance, opening a bank account
They're very dedicated and hands-on teachers
There's nothing to worry about
If you study at home the right way and that you are rigorous
there shouldn't be any problem during classes
It's really easy to get a part time job, at least from my experience
I applied to two part time jobs and I got both of them
The good thing is you have so many options of things that you can do
For example you can work in a convenience store, or in a restaurant
or you can teach English, like I do now
It's not really hard to find a part time job, and fortunately we have teachers to support us at school
They are in charge of helping students find a part time job if they want to
You have a variety of options, and even if you don't speak any Japanese you can still find a part time job
Students are usually a little nervous in the beginning so they are a little tense
but in our school there are events like sports tournaments or parties
where students get closer, so the vibe in class gets more relaxed and fun as well
That's right, the students as well as the teachers get closer and become really easy to talk to
Our teachers see their students as grown ups who can make their own decisions about their learning
So they are treated accordingly
That is why our students learn so actively and happily here
In Communica, the students can learn a lot from different countries while speaking Japanese
they become friends, support each other. If that's something that you are looking for,
Communica is a great choice for you
It's just a great experience to come to a different country and expand your point of view
That's the major thing when going abroad anywhere
If that sounds right to you, why don't you come and join us?

I'm asking for your help.
I believe there is a stranger who comes to this village from the sea.
He comes in the winter when the people are hungry and brings fish.
He comes on the king tide.
That was last night.
Icebergs in the harbor, four months since the last ship got through.
Well, this stranger doesn't come by ship.
There are enemies coming from far away.
I need warriors.
I'm building an alliance to defend ourselves.
Look, I'll give you $25,000 to talk to this man right now.
Outside.
Tell me what those three boxes are and I'll make it $30,000.
You should get out.
Can you at least point me to Atlantis?
Arthur Curry.
Also known as Protector of the Oceans.
The Aquaman.
I hear you can talk to fish.
So let me get this straight.
You do it dressed like a bat? Like an actual bat?
It's worked for 20 years in Gotham.
Oh, that shithole.
When the fight comes, we'll need you.
- Don't count on it, Batman. - Why not?
'Cause I don't like you coming here,
digging into my business and getting into my life.
People from Atlantis tell me, "Do this."
Now you say, "Do that."
- I wanna be left alone. - Is that why you help
these people out here in the middle of nowhere?
'Cause you can just leave?
I help them 'cause no one else does.
If you want to protect them, you need to work with me.

You ever heard that?
That's not a saying.
That's the opposite of what the saying is.

Mankind's melting the polar ice caps,
destroying the ecosystem. They got it coming?
Hey, I don't mind if the oceans rise.
How about if they boil?
Dressed like a bat.
You're out of your mind, Bruce Wayne.

So you say you have no way of reconnecting with this Aquaman?
Oh, I put a tracking device in his coat, but he left without it.
May, in fact, not have been his coat.
Those squares from Luthor's notes.
I think they must be containers of some kind.
Of what?
I don't know. Money. Power.
Something worth starting a war over.
Well, we've had luck with one person on the team list.
Barry Allen of Central City.
He's completely off the grid.
Squatting, I think. Moves suddenly and often.
Disappearing act.
But he does visit his father.
In prison for murdering his mother.
Jesus.
Young Barry always protested his father's innocence.
But he was nine and nobody listened to him.
We have somebody at the prison?
Oh, yeah. We'll find the address.
What about, uh, Diana?
Well, you have her number.
What, you could've called her.
Oh! Perhaps I should fly to Paris with a handwritten note.
"Will you be Bruce's teammate? Check yes or no."
I'm only interested in her skill set.
- I'm sure you are. - Can we?
Ah, well, facial recognition's a bit dodgy on this one.
But they've got a partial match.
A Victor Stone.
Genius IQ, football scholarship to GCU, and deceased.
Figures.
Fairy tales and ghost stories.
One misses the days when one's biggest concerns were exploding wind-up penguins.
The simple life.
I don't recognize this world.
I don't have to recognize it.
I just have to save it.

remember in my wardrobe which of my club dresses I actually got from sirens so I
couldn't feature any of them but there are two pieces that I distinctively
remember getting from sirens one was actually purchased for me the other one
I purchased on my own recently so sirens and the other store urban planet our
sister companies so a lot of the items I have purchased either from sirens urban
planning but my memory is bad so I love going clothing shopping surprisingly
enough even though it's stressful and annoying I love going clothing shopping
when I go into sirens I I used to feel very very sexy when I went in there now
when I go in there they're doing a lot of different styles a lot of styles that
aren't me so I go in there looking for little tidbits that I could possibly add
to my wardrobe so I don't know if I have featured the skater skirt the pink
skater skirt if I featured it on my channel yet but the first item is this
hold on
black and white over the shoulder dress it is gorgeous long sleeves good for the
Colt spring or mid temperature fall I guess I usually don't go for long
sleeves but I saw this dress this dress was purchased for me I was like I am in
love it looks great on and I think I featured this already in one of my
videos I don't think I've done a try on whole yeah with it so I'm excited to
show you guys what it looks like on second item I purchased recently this is
high waisted skater skirt and it is so cute this shade of pink is stunning
I love mini shades of pink pink is not my favorite color though greatest but
pink gray and red are my top three then it would be white black and purple not
probably not in that order but I love this skirt I usually don't go with
high-waisted this isn't as high-waisted as most high-waisted is just because
like it actually isn't that long the skirt isn't that long and if you pull it
up too high you're gonna have your booty cheeks to the wind you know which is
what you don't want the back is a zipper so you could easily do it up I think
this is really cute for the trend portion I'm gonna be playing it with a
red tank that I have not sure where I got the top from I don't remember it'd
be funny if I got it from sirens but by this style that I'm looking at no I
think oh I got from Old Navy Old Navy I rarely shop in Old Navy so I'm
probably not going to be doing a separate video on Old Navy but I'm gonna
be throwing those items together a red and pink or a great color combination of
course Valentine's Day don't really celebrate that but I think the color
combination of red and pink is stunning so now I'm going to get into the Tryon
portion
okay guys that is my Simon's Tryon portion I really hope you guys enjoyed
the video and I will see you in the next one bye everybody

- Just give everybody, you know, the fair chance to prove themselves.

- You can't just go in there judging someone cuz they're male or female.
- Yep.

You've been an inspiration.
- I'm still at a loss for words that I'm sittin' here with my idol.
- Aw, I appreciate it.
- Oh, can I—?
- Yes, of course.
- Bring it in.
- Of course. So nice seein' you, man.
- So nice meeting you, yes.
- Women constantly have to prove that you deserve to be there
but once you get that respect, and, you know, people acknowledge
that you're not just there as, like, a "token" and they
realize you're good, she'll set the bar and other women will follow.
