hey guys what's up it's Amanda and welcome back to my channel so today I'm
going to be doing a little get ready with me um I hope you guys enjoy it it's
my first one ever so we'll see how it goes but I'm excited so let's just get
right into it

so I've never really done like a chitchat get ready with me type of video
um so I thought maybe I can do one for once because I don't know I see all like
the nice cool hip and poppin youtubers doing them and I'm like I'm trying to be
a hip poppin you know what maybe this is why no good things don't happen to be on
here but let's see what's going on in my life I'm currently still in my first
year of university it's going you know I don't really know what to tell you it's
going I'm not having the best time of my life it's not the best time of my life
we're gonna we're gonna go with it we're gonna have fun we're gonna hope for the
best and all I can really say right now about
that I finished watching Shane Dawson's video about Jake Paul um didn't know if I
was really gonna watch it to begin with because I was just like ugh Jake Paul like
cringe I want to throw up um that type of stuff that was the feels I was getting
towards it but then after I watched it I mean I'm not a Jake Pauler I'm never
gonna call myself a Jake Pauler ever um but it wasn't terrible like I love
Shane Dawson I love what he like what he's doing right now with his channel um
I really loved it like the Jeffree Star one was my favorite so far
yeah so I'm not a Jake Pauler don't think I ever will be one but no it was
it was really it was well done on Shanes part um Jake I mean it's Jake
Paul I don't know how to do makeup so I don't know why I wanted to do a get ready with me
but it's okay y'all can roast me on how bad I do this um I'm gonna become a
beauty guru one day gonna be James Charles 2.0 and then we're gonna see
that glow up that I have because right now this is not
looking good for me I mean people compliment me on my make
up sometimes but I think they're just trying to be nice
my skin is dry yeah so that's what i was saying the Jake Paul video is it was good
but it's still Jake Paul still have my feelings about him I don't think one
youtuber doing a video on him is gonna revolutionize him in and make him like the best
person in the world now this candle right here my boyfriend got me I
probably said it already its called hot cocoa and cream it's almost halfway done
but it smells fucking fantastic I love candles so if you ever like you know
wanna get me something you can get me a candle
I'm just kidding I don't want anything I dont need anything but just puting it out there so I
recently started watching a new show its called how to get away with murder i dont know if some of
you watched it already but I'm like literally watching it all on netflix
right now and I'm not gonna give any spoilers away
like this is not really a spoiler because a lot of people die but like you
know when your favorite character on a TV show dies and like you literally
feel it like eating at you I'm like I cried I was crying like a little baby
like someone in my actual like life died that's how I was crying when this
person died TV shows really they really they really get you they really like
stab you in the heart man yeah it's not a good time but it's a really good show
so I would recommend um so what am I getting ready for I'm getting ready for
work I work in 3 hours um so that's fun and I want to look like more than like
half alive by the time I get there so if I'm doing a makeup I like to look
semi presentable so that's that's where we're at right now I'm working a later
shift so I got to sleep in a bit it was great
I highly recommend sleeping in um I fucking adore it I don't get to do it
much so when I do I take advantage of that -- i cant really
okay these mirrors and I got this like thing on amazon its like
this type of mirror just cute I like it it makes me look cuter than I am so yeah so
if y'all didn't know I'm in a long-distance relationship right now my
boyfriend lives in Toronto so that's like about seven hours away from me
which sucks it sucks big time but it's gonna be our one-year next week we're going
to Ottawa which is like two hours away from me for the weekend just to like
chill and like see each other actually like on like a nice day like that so
we're gonna do that I'm gonna try my best to vlog like I really want to vlog more and
stuff and I'm shy to do it alone so having someone there with you is key
and good so yeah that's what I'm doing next next week basically next weekend so
I'm gonna try and take y'all with me to experience some fun and some travel stuff and some
vlogging people are probably roasting on how i do my makeup but like I never branded
myself as a makeup guru so I don't really care I think I'm just making fun
of myself more than anyone else is making fun of me okay so that's done
thats done so I've been trying to think about videos I want to do for this
channel because shit is hard it's hard as hell to figure out what I want to do
because3 I want to do so many things but like I feel like being in school and working
is really really hard to find time to actually do this stuff I want to do it
because the stuff I wanna do are extreme I want to do a lot of travel content to
but you need time and money which I lack all those so that's a no for right now I
also want to do more videos with my boyfriend Chris but as you know like I
said we don't live close to each other so that is hard also so yay me for
thinking of ideas that I can't do so if you guys have any ideas of what you want
me to do please let me know maybe it would really help a lot you know what I
don't even know what I'm doing to my eyes right now I'm just like touching every color I
see and now I just fucking did blue as fudge we're gonna work with this we're
gonna work with it it was like a nice little pink and then I had to shove the
blue on this is my life we're gonna try and take this blue off somehow I don't
know this is me Khalid has a new album out called Sun City so y'all should go
check it out because girl I be bopping to this every day like it's so good it
was so good he better bring his ass back on tour because I want to see him for the first
time ever because I always miss his concerts when he comes to where I live
story time I was scared to use this all the time because this girl in my high school
once she said she used one and it was right before like those school dances
she' said she used one and when she like tried to do it she took all her
eyelashes out and I am scared to do that because I don't know how to wear fake eyelashes so one day you're gunna see me doing
like a makeup video or something and I'm gonna take all of my eyelashes out and
you're gonna see me cry on camera be ready for that day so I've been like
watching more YouTube and stuff lately when I have time at like 11 o'clock at
night when I finally can lay in bed and right now I am like literally obsessed
with Danielle Carolan like I don't know if you guys know her but she does like I
would call her like a lifestyle youtuber she's currently in college um and
she travels a lot and she's living life and you know it really inspired
me because that's exactly what I want to be doing but im not so I have to live through it
from another person but her content is really really good
my biggest goal one days to like literally do a video with her or like just hang
out with her that's my goal guys um we'll see if that ever comes true also
with my millions of other goals that I have one of them is bound to come true
so know this basic get ready with me was talking about school Jake Paul and
how messy my life is so it's a good time it's a good it's a good get ready with
me one thing I really hate though is when people get like it people start off
small on YouTube everyone does but I hate when I'm friends with someone
who like starts up small and once they like get up there they just pretend
that they don't know you that like they just drop you like they just like poof
just drop you and I love and hate people like that like I know that if I ever ever ever got
like somewhere like even like a bit up there I would never ever drop anyone
that supported me in the beginning just because like why like everyone starts
off at zero and everyone can make their way up there like why would you drop
people that support you when you were litterally nothing yeah I'm so messy this
is such a messy get ready with me um this is my look for the day
it's not cute it's not James Charles look but it's my look so yeah I hope
