yo what's up YouTube Coach E here and today is a pretty special day because
sometime over the past month or so we've reached over 30,000 subscribers on this
YouTube channel so it's pretty cool and it's very humbling to think of how many
people are watching the videos and hopefully benefiting from the exercises
the techniques and the routines and concepts that I've been sharing so thank
you to everybody who subscribed and I'm gonna continue to do my best to help you
out here on YouTube now it's also Thanksgiving here so in Canada so it's a
perfect time to celebrate and give thanks for all the stuff that we're
thankful for so again thank you very much for following me here now to

and lead night with no trouble is from Bob Lowe and Bob posted a video
up in our Facebook group of him throwing a pretty nice strike so that's that's
super awesome to hear I love hearing when people can get back to doing the
things that they love to do that's that's my jam okay touch your spine
control now got one from hip control I started the hip control program due to
chronic tightness in my hip flexor and because I wanted to achieve deeper depth
in squats I saw improvement with just a few first
few sessions previously I had tried stretching and yoga before finding the
hip control program and this from henze séjour who is also a personal trainer
now this is very common because static stretching yoga
great things to do but if you're trying to improve mobility which is your active
ability to enter and exit a range of motion they're not going to cut it yeah
that's why we have these exercises that I share that are all about activation
control and working the end range through strength yep and that's what you
get especially with all the control series of courses okay so that's for hip
control and finally one more lower limb control I did lower limb control because
I wanted to understand my feet better and because I had Achilles tendon
pulling away from the bone at my heel on one foot and a flat foot on the other
side indicating that could be next I'm now running pain-free again and my
ankles feel strong when I'm going cross-country and rugged terrain and
this from Chris Ward and again this is what I love to hear is the courses the
techniques the programs helping people to get back to being active not just
eliminating pain but getting back to doing the things they love and being
able to push themselves okay so this is what I love to do and I'd love to hear
