Add water until firm
Make vessel base of desired shape and size
Make holes for vessel drainage
Model the stones with small batches of dough

chronic tightness in my hip flexor and because I wanted to achieve deeper depth
in squats I saw improvement with just a few first
few sessions previously I had tried stretching and yoga before finding the
hip control program and this from henze séjour who is also a personal trainer
now this is very common because static stretching yoga
great things to do but if you're trying to improve mobility which is your active
ability to enter and exit a range of motion they're not going to cut it yeah
that's why we have these exercises that I share that are all about activation
control and working the end range through strength yep and that's what you
get especially with all the control series of courses okay so that's for hip
control and finally one more lower limb control I did lower limb control because
I wanted to understand my feet better and because I had Achilles tendon
pulling away from the bone at my heel on one foot and a flat foot on the other
side indicating that could be next I'm now running pain-free again and my
ankles feel strong when I'm going cross-country and rugged terrain and
this from Chris Ward and again this is what I love to hear is the courses the
techniques the programs helping people to get back to being active not just
eliminating pain but getting back to doing the things they love and being
able to push themselves okay so this is what I love to do and I'd love to hear

Here I am. Hi everyone. Here we are finally in a new video, it's been
a while since we saw each other, a few things have happened, the problem with the computer, which however
has passed, and some backlog, but finally I'm ready
to make videos again. But let's start immediately with the
April accounts, then I'll tell you about the computer.
I make you appear on your left the accounts of March and to the right, gradually,
the accounts of April, in fact. Let's start with the accounts related to the channel. Easy,
zero collections and zero expenses, and for private accounts instead we have 78 euros of
receipts and 201 euros of expenses. The total since I started is 51 euros, the
budget, while keeping in mind also the previous debts, we are at - 2.353
euros. As for the private income I managed to sell an
electronic device, while for expenses,
apart from the usual weekly food expenses, I managed to pay,
I think the last one, the internet bill I had back for the dsl line,
that I canceled a long time ago, and this obviously leads to a decrease
in short-term debts.
Let's talk about one of the problems that led me to delay in producing videos.
Some of you rightly asked me how such a big delay in
repairing the computer is possible.
In fact, the failure would not have been so difficult to repair.
If you remember the failure was a computer card,
the video card, which in itself is not ... it's fast enough to
repair. My obstacle, however, was to find an economic video card.
Video cards are one of the most expensive parts inside the computer, so
finding an economic one was not that easy. At the beginning I lost ten days,
a couple of weeks, just to look for a video card,
which means meanwhile looking for it and finding it, then contacting the seller,
ask for information, because as you know if you have ever treated something
in the second-hand market it is not so immediate and then
decide for the purchase. In the end I found the card I bought
for sale on eBay from an English dealer. I bought it, after asking
for some information, and then I waited for the shipment of this card.
The expedition took almost a month to arrive ... yes, almost a
month, a few days less than a month, and I'll
explain why, at least for what I know because
the shopkeeper after contacting me for information on the card has
not made itself heard, however, following the state of the sale of the product
on eBay I saw that he made 3 different shipments for this card,
so this lets me deduce that he was probably using it and he
requested the shipment three times because he probably waited to send it to me, I have
no other explanation. The moment I made the last
video, it had news in the second expedition,
if I remember correctly, after that video I saw a third expedition there. From each ...
from one shipment to another it passed 3, 4, 5 days, as news, so in
the meantime an expedition that had to last 15 days just lasted almost
a month. Then of course it arrived, I tried it
it went well, it was just what I was looking for, and that was what I expected,
and the computer has resumed functioning and of course, after almost a month and
a half stop, I was in very late with all
the backlog, all the things we say I do for ...
to live, to succeed in having some money, so the first thing
I had to do catch up with all of this.
I also had a nice project under way, of which I will speak to you later and this
took me a lot of time. Now the computer is fine, I have more or
less finished the backlog, I'm on a par, so from now on I'll start making
videos again. I take this opportunity to catch up
with the videos of the accounts and then we'll see a little 'more often,
