For chocolate coating: • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder; • 30 g butter; • 5 tbsp. sour cream; • 2 tbsp. sugar.

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add sugar. Whip

Sugar should be dissolved

Pour milk into a separate bowl.

Add egg mixture and whisk

Add some cocoa

Sift the flour in small portions into the dough.

Melt the butter, add to the dough and mix

The dough is not too thick and not too liquid.

For the cake, you can use any recipe for pancakes that you like.

Pour some dough into the pan and fry the pancake

It is important that the pan be heated up.

I grease the pan with oil just before the first pancake

Bake pancakes for 30-40 seconds on each side on medium heat

Pancakes are ready

Now prepare the cream

Pour gelatin with water, mix and leave to swell.

Add sugar to the curd

and sour cream

Beat until smooth.

Gelatin swell

Dissolve gelatin in the microwave or in a water bath. Do not bring it to a boil

Pour gelatin into curd mass and mix

Put the cream in the fridge for 20 minutes
