Waching daily Jun 28 2017

Om Shanti !

Today's Murli Date Is 29th June 2017

( Sweet Sweet Baapdada showers divine knowledge on us and makes us pure. Also Baapdada spiritually intoxicates us with Knowledge )

Essence: Sweet children, always have the intoxication that you are being showered with the rain of knowledge by the Father, the Ocean of Knowledge,

and that you will become pure by this and return to your great home.

Question: On what basis will the faith of you children continue to become even stronger?

Answer: As chaos increases in the world and your divine tree continues to grow,

the more your hearts will move away from the old world and the stronger your faith will continue to become.

Service will happen at a very fast pace.

If you continue to pay attention to dharna, the enthusiasm will increase in your intellects and you will stay in limitless happiness.

Essence for dharna: 1. In order to become free from the suffering of karma, stay in remembrance of the one Father.

Don't waste time by remembering any bodily being. Keep the line of your intellect very clear.

2. Eat very pure food. As is the food, so the mind.

Therefore, do not eat food prepared by impure people. You must make your intellect clean.

Blessing: May you know the deep philosophy of karma and experience alokik pleasure in Brahmin life.

( by understanding deep philosophy of karma, we will perform elevated deeds, resulting in alokik pleasure of Brahmin life )

Brahmin life is a life of pleasure

but staying in pleasure does not mean that you can do whatever you want and remain intoxicated.

The pleasure of temporary happiness and pleasure of temporary relationships and connections

are different from the pleasure of a constant stage of happiness.

"I say whatever I want, I do whatever I want; I am always in pleasure".

Do not please yourself with temporary pleasure in this way.

Stay permanently spiritual and alokik pleasure: this is the real Brahmin life.

Together with this pleasure, also be aware of the deep philosophy of karma.

Slogan: Instead of being caught up in the ego of "I" (Ahem) and doubts (veham), have mercy (reham) for everyone.

To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.

We spiritual children convey to spiritual Baapdada, our love our remembrance, our good morning & our namaste namaste

Om Shanti !

JUNE INSTAGRAM Q&A - Duration: 21:13.

Hey guys it's me Chaseypoo and today I am doing a Q&A video

Um this is an Instagram Q&A video, not a Twitter one

And I have not looked at any of the questions yet so we're gonna do this together

Um I usually do a Twitter Q&A but I thought I'd-- you know um mix it up a bit

Also I love this tank top and I just-- I just realized that it's a Coachella like brand from H&M and I'm like

"Oh God I am a white girl"

"A racist cultural appropriation white girl"

So I posted a thing and I got 332 comments so I regret not looking at these before I started this video

This is gonna be really fun

Alright y'all got some weird fucking handles I don't know how to pronounce

@Dark_Otaku666: How was your day?

Thank you for asking I've been having a really, really bad week so today I decided to just do me

And work and make videos and stuff like that so pretty much having a--an OK day right now so thank you for asking

@AmyDickson03: If you could move anywhere other than Vancouver, where would you move and why?

I don't know maybe Portland maybe-- somewhere on the west coast 'cause west coast is way more relaxed

And I'm talking more like doable not like Europe or anything like that but

Somewhere that's more relaxed honestly I don't want think about moving other places than Vancouver

I have my heart set on moving to Vancouver so let's just leave it at that I guess.

@PeteWenceEnthusiest: If you could have any number of cats how many would you have?

Really? How many? Depends on how-- like I would love to like li-- like work at a cat sanctuary

Where there's like thousands of cats that are all taken care of and it's not one of those Facebook videos

Where there's like-- they like give food to cats and they're all like jumping on each other

And everyone's like "Aw that's so cute"

That's not cute hunty they haven't eaten they're hungry. They're hungry!

Emil asks "Why are you so cute?"

Mmm bae I don't know why because I have like hair on one shoulder and not the other

And everyone always thinks that this is a bruise and it's not a bruise it's just hair

@Saxibone: How many limes are in your house?

Unfortunately none but I will say that today is the the three year anniversary

Where I asked my dad "Why do you wish you were a lime?"

Because he wrote on Facebook [laughs] on Facebook "I wish I was a lime!"

So that's exciting isn't it? No? Yeah? "How do you

think your life would have been if you were born a cis man? How would it be

different?" I've had this conversation a lot with myself and with Aaron because I

feel like I only grew up with my dad and my dad had a girlfriend and they had a

son and I feel like I probably I would have grown up way more sexual than I

grew up even though I grew up like-- I was a very sexual child as a kid

and I feel like if I was born cis male I would have been even more than that I

think that I would be gay for sure and I would be super open and I would be super

queer and I would probably [pauses] I would probably have found the trans community

and want to do work with the trans community not because it's fascinating

but because I love to help people and I don't think that that's something that I

would have not learned as a cis man because my dad is such a sweetheart and

my dad has taught me some great values to have and helping other people he's

always helped other people; so for me helping other people is like a core part

of my identity I guess so I would have found a way back probably into the trans

community somehow by helping people. @brave_sprout: "Are you still

doing Chase Raw vlogs?" I am currently not doing any vlogs because I am extremely

depressed and anxious and I'm not really doing anything with my life um so

vlogging about nothing would be nothing but I am doing a lot of live streams on

Younow so I guess I could make up for it. Fucking Zuzia! Okay Zuzia wrote "Why do

you hate Zuzia so much?" Okay I see you you just wanted me to say your name go

follow Zuzia on Instagram @zmizet I know you guys are gonna "zmizet"?

Whatever. "Have you been to the East Coast? It's a lot better than the West Coast."

@halfway_hamster I live on the East Coast and also the

West Coast is a lot better than the East Coast in my opinion the East Coast is

very fast paced very whereas the West Coast is more like yeah I have a job to

do [whispering] but let's relax. And that's the type of life that I want to have I guess

@fin_chu: "Do you plan on getting any you cats soon?" No I do not because the two that I

have are a handful yes I'm looking at you children. Aw Beauty is literally

just sitting like she's just sitting right beside me and Minou's on the bed

but no I am not planning on, on getting any more cats because both of these are

rescue cats and Beauty was a foster cat that I adopted and Minou is from

a like a, like a flea market so I'm okay with the cats that I have because I

travel a lot it's really hard to like find people to watch these cats so yeah

@thisstrangelifeofmine: "How many peens make a lime?" I wish I could like can I

flip this I'm going to flip this for you you get to see my whole room see like

there's my peen wall don't flag this video how many peens does it take it

takes that many peens you just got like a whole view that's my laundry yeah okay

I'm gonna go all the way random are you going to the trans conference yes I am

and yes, yes I am how much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a wood really [cute laugh] shit

okay "what do you find to be hardest part about being trans?" I think the hardest

part about being trans is having so much internalized hate for yourself that you

maybe project it onto other people, and that's something that I struggled with a

lot in the past and now I realized that I have a lot of like internalized

transphobia that I have inside me and I try to do things now that kind of

reverse that where I try to help more people and I try to really dig deep into

myself and think to myself like no I'm fine it's okay that people transition

and that you're allowed to transition and they let you transition who is they

I don't know but my brain has all of these internalized thoughts of hatred

towards myself as being trans that it's really

hard to deal with but it makes me feel like I'm transphobic so that's it's not

a fun place to be. @yunhitori: "What is your favorite lush product or

products?" Good question I am obsessed with lush sponsor me literally sponsor

me lush I love their shampoo I don't know what it's called in English but in

French it's like Donova and it smells like bananas it's like made of bananas

it smells so good and it doesn't like strip your hair of the hair dye which is

really great and then I-I-I follow that up with the combination of the American

cream hair conditioner which smells like a vanilla milkshake so literally banana

and vanilla milkshake in my hair is the best combination I haven't found a body

gel or body cream or body whatever thing that you wash your body with that I

absolutely love and I only want that one for the rest of my life I have not found

that unfortunately but I really like the prune one that just came out that was

really good. baby ohhhh she loves the limelight @featcasper:

"Does your family still mess up and call you your birth name how long did it take

for them to use your preferred name?" Oh she is not happy. Um so here's the thing

yes they do mess up and I've been on T for seven years now and they still mess

up my pronouns and it and my name, um my dad was getting a lot better and they were

getting really good and then like I got sick and it was kind of like his memory

kind of like went back so he like started calling in my old name again and

in the pronouns but now it's come to a place where like I look so masculine

when we're in public if you say she people are going to look around and be

like who are you talking to and when we go to gatherings and they're like don't

you have another daughter and I'm like standing right there

my dad's like no just my son so it's like very validating that my dad is now

doing that but it is sucks that they still call me my old name but it's a

variation of my old name it's a nickname that doesn't really sound like the old

nickname and they're the only people in the world who are allowed to use that

name and they know because my aunt was being really rude

and like using my old name and my stepmom came to my rescue and like was

like no, no, no, no you're not allowed to call him that no like damn hunty Jesus

where'd you come from like she was like actually like I think that they're

understanding like look this is my life this is my life. I'm all over the

Internet because I'm trans because I talk about my life my experience all of

the things that I do are trans related my research I love it

and I think that because I've embraced my identity so much they're

understanding more that this is who I am "Who is your celebrity Hall Pass?" I don't

know what that means @zelgrassy but if you want me to tell

you what my, what my, what my, celebrity crush it I don't know what a

Hall Pass do so I'm just going to say well I have a crush on who is a

celebrity because I don't have many I am obsessed with Jamie Lee Curtis okay like

I listen I get it she's old but I can't watching scream queens I'm like oh my

god like a boner alert I don't know how to explain it she is just so beautiful

and so funny and I just, I feen for Jamie Lee Curtis and I'm whatever you're

seeing another side of Chase Ross right now. @bothofhope: "What is your favorite

song of all time?" well my favorite song of all time is

Levels by Avicii dun nu nu du nu nu nu nu nu nu nu nu--No? Yeah? if you don't

know it you should look it up it is literally my favorite song I have

another favorite song but I don't want to share that on the internet because

that's a more private thing that I want to share with just one other person

you know what I'm saying like it's like a it's a private thing but it's a really good

song @vansheforic (??): you guys with your names "What's your favorite

memory?" this is such such, such a great question and I I have a lot of amazing

memories of my dad and I can't pinpoint one of my favorite ones but I used to

have long hair and my dad used to put like you know the firecrackers I have

the stick what you used to take the stick not the Firecracker and used to

put it in my hair and like my hair would be like a sun and I remember standing

like sitting on these shoulders and walking around the flea markets

and working with him and I just remember people looking at us and it was just

such an amazing time that they loved my hair and that's one of the memories that

I love to cherish but if I want to talk about like one of the best days of my

life I-I haven't had it yet I feel like the best day of my life I-I-I I'm waiting

for and it's going to happen eventually and there are days that come close me

graduating from university was a very big thing that you know no one in my

family has ever even touched University so that was really that was really

intense for me and I was really happy um and that I graduated so that's a good

one and then last summer I went to Vancouver and my friend Kai brought me

backpacking and like literally it's the background of my phone this is literally

one of the happiest places like I look at this picture and I see the happiest

Chase I've ever seen um because I am outside I am in nature I am away from

technology lol but that picture a picture was taken and just I feel like

I'm just being me and I don't have to worry about anyone else and I just feel

so peaceful and I have no anxiety other than dying because you know you're in

the wilderness with your friend and there's nothing else that you can do if

something bad happens but I identified so much with nature and that's a weird

thing to say but it made me I don't know that's one of the best days of my life

but I just remember it just being just so good and being able to just relax

like maybe not the best day of my life but it's just like it comes close to

like it's one of those good days and I think another best day of my life um like I

don't anticipate it because you don't want to chase it like you can make

inside jokes unless they're inside jokes you can't pre make them but I don't know

when this video is going to come out okay as I don't know if this have

already happened yet but I am at a place where I am 8,000 away from my 100,000

subscriber goal and you don't understand how much I've been looking forward to

that and it's been my goal all along and the fact that it's so close and I can

taste it I feel like that is going to one of the best days of my life because

I am I'm feeling like it is the best day of my life right now because I'm

thinking about it you know like and it's not because it's a big number it's just

I feel like I put so much hard work into the education that I do and all the work

that I do and it's just so it feels just great to be appreciated I guess and

having that big number it's just, it just that's just to teach then you get your

play button oh my god just I feel like there's a lot of good things that are

coming up I've had a lot of bad things happen and I feel like the future is

brighter like this like this light that's around me that's like blinding me

@snaillumonous: "Do you really wish you were a lime?" no because my dad says that my

stepmom sucks on lime all day long I don't want my stepmom sucking on me

@youtubetrash: "If you get phalloplasty where you close the hole do you have to

get a hysterectomy too since there's a chance you might bleed again?" you have to

get a hysterectomy before phalloplasty if you're having a trigger warning

vaginectomy to me because you can't check those parts there's no more hole to do

any type of Pap test or anything like that it's very dangerous because if you

ended up getting ovarian cancer or anything like there's are cancer cells

down that you wouldn't know so I think every single bottom surgeon that I know

that performs phalloplasty that does a vaginectomy requires you to have a

hysterectomy at least six months before you have phalloplasty.

@smilingsarah14: "Are you a lime or a sprout?" I'm a bee I'm a bee buzz buzz motherfucker I'm a i'm a bee and

like the sprout is, is, is Aaron and the lime is the podcast it's basic math [loud laugh] I'm kidding, I'm not kidding

but for real yes @tobywankanewbie: "What do you do to wake up and

start your day?" well I wake up at 7:00 every single

morning even on the weekends and I go on my phone I text some friends and then I

get up feed the cat I pee I put my andro gel on my shoulder and then I go

make my breakfast I make a smoothie every morning and then I either have a

smoothie Bowl or I'll make oatmeal or I'll make a

I have some like waffle that are vegan or I'll cut up some banana and some some carrots

no some um, what is that called an apple and put peanut butter all over it and then I

sit down and then I watch TV and then after I get my day going that's usually

literally every single morning that's what my morning is like and I don't

drink coffee really at all I guess water and, and, and smoothies "Would you ever do

a meet-up in Indiana?" oh that's the same person how did I end up with the same

person anyways I can't I'm not going to Indiana unless your school organization

wants me to come down and talk but yes @growinglife: "If you could only take one

hair color for the rest of your life which would it be?"

it would probably be turquoise ooh and it wouldn't fade ever and it would never

fade ooh or mystic Heather mm-hmm I don't know mystic Heather is like

everyone loves that one it does they everyone always says my eyes pop but I

really like turquoise the like atomic turquoise oh fuck I feel like that's my look

though but do I want like green blue hair for the rest of my life do I want

purple you know what I'll go with turquoise I feel like thats my

signature look oh can I can I be like half my life is that color and then half

my life is the other color okay let's do that

@hayleydiffi: "What is your favorite part

of yourself not physically but like who you are as a person?"

I feel like I am a very giving person and I like to give back a lot and

sometimes I give too much and that takes a lot out of me and then I need time to

recuperate and that's okay and I'm okay with that like I don't complain about

that at all and I think that giving a lot like volunteering and making like I

give and give a lot of information I give it a lot of myself out but I also

like message companies to do giveaways and to do all these things so I feel

like I don't know having a giving personality is probably my favorite

thing about myself but I also like that I'm funny so if I'm if you don't think

I'm funny then unclick this video I'm kidding away so bright damn

@basilsecual: "Can you get Top surgery and not be on T?" yes

@liam.chung: "How do you take a picture of yourself every day to keep your face centered?" I

take like nine pictures a day to make sure that my face is actually centered

you think after seven years I'd actually be able to get it in but nope

@Jay_wolf7: "Do you think there are only two genders?" nope and we are not going

to get into that but nope that's, that's my answer right there

@Leo_Jacobson: "Would you ever consider Metoidioplasty as an option

for bottom surgery?" no I would not the reason being is because I already feel

like I've had Metoidioplasty I don't want testicular implants I don't want a vaginectomy

and i dont want a urethra lengethening because

are too many complications as like with your urethra lengthening and so I already

feel like the only difference would be that they would release the skin

underneath and my Weiner would pop out more which is cool but it's really

uncomfortable when your running is really uncomfortable you're biking and like I

feel like my wiener is like hard a lot so I would always just have like an

erect boner so I would be more looking for phalloplasty in the future that's a

good question though @Leo_Jacobsen: again "Will you

ever make a video with your boyfriend, girlfriend, partner?" if I had one I am

lonely as hell [sad chuckle] @queertransboy: "Do you have a favorite podcast episode I do is

when we started talking about our queer identity and like embracing our trans

identity that is probably one my favorite podcast ever and of course the

conspiracy casts and spoop casts are really good but I think that the one

we're were like how to embrace your trans identity that's one of my favorite

ones @ThatoneHufflepuff: "Do you think maybe you could to do a meet-up when

you're in Philly for THC?" oh for the trans health conference I was like THC

like weed my god well I'm going to have a table so people come to meet come to

my table and like I mean like I sell shirts and stuff but that's usually

where I have my meeting I guess. @justanothertransguy: "Do you ever have

one-night stands is that even possible for a trans guy for trans people?" yes it

is possible I have not had a one night stand I mean does it count if you're like

talking to someone on Grindr and then they come over and they fuck you and

then they leaves is that kind of the one night

because if so I've done a lot of those so it is possible but if you mean like

meeting in a bar and stuff like that I can't do that I have too much anxiety

but it is possible I have friends who have done that um I feel like the world is

a little more open and if you just kind of tell someone you like talk to them

you meet them in like hey by the way I'm trans like as long as you like make sure

that like if like the person is comfortable with what's going to happen

and also make sure that they know that your top or your bottom reaches a

feeling that Cis always expect trans guys to be bottoms and I'm like I know

so many trans guys who are tops who like never bottom so like just make sure

if you're a top you tell them I'm a top anyways that it that was a lot of

questions actually I just like that all these questions and these are amazing

some of these are going to make topics about um so thank you so much for these

questions this video is boring I'm sorry it's just a Q&A you have questions for me

and I have answers for you I think next time I'll do it again on Twitter though

because it's easier because then I can actually screenshot the question and

show you whereas on Instagram it's impossible to do that cuz I don't want

to do that so too much work but it's easier on Twitter anyways I love you

guys so much thank you so much for the questions and engaging with me and I

love it I will have a Q&A a live Q&A on Younow frequently so make sure that you

subscribe to my channel to find out when I'm having the Q&A and I'll answer all

of your questions and you can do that alright thank you so much for watching I

love you so much bye

How to Breathe Yourself Out of Fear and Anxiety in 8 Minutes or - Duration: 7:14.

How to Breathe Yourself Out of Fear and Anxiety in 8 Minutes or Less

When youre stressed out you hold your breath.

You likely dont mean to, but stress causes a physiological demand on your body which

results in a cascade of responses changing your brain, your hormones, and even how you

breathe.

Oddly though, just changing your breath, you can slow the release of cortisol, epinephrine

and norepinephrine so that you start feeling more like a cuddly lamb and less like a rhino

about to charge a bullseye.

The way we breathe can determine if we add to our current level of stress, or turn it

around, literally changing our physiology, and reducing a state of hyper-vigilance resulting

from the ancient fight-or-flight response.

If we dont learn how to mitigate this stress, it can contribute to auto-immune diseases,

diabetes, depression, substance abuse, and cardiovascular disease and make us, well,

not so fun to be around.

Conversely, deep breathing, and other pranayama exercises practiced for centuries throughout

India, have proven to slow aging, reduce stress, and can even induce a mild, euphoric high.

Whether youve heard about the importance of breathing from practicing meditation and

yoga, or you just notice that you feel better when you take a deep breath, it should be

evident that the way you fill your lungs, holds some deep secrets for changing your

physiological state.

Funny then that the 17,000-30,000 breaths we take each day are usually taken for granted.

We hardly notice how we go about breathing, and most of us do it all wrong due to a conditioned

response to stress.

As Children We Knew How to Breathe

When we were small, we breathed like we should we took deep, expansive breaths.

We screamed with joy at the top of our lungs (with a fully supported, diaphragmatic breath)

that no one had to teach us.

Over time, our breath became contracted and small, as we learned to make ourselves small

in response to stress, and anxiety.

We literally started to hunch over, closing off the pathway of the lungs and trachea,

and began to unconsciously contract our muscles so that even a full breath couldnt

fill a tiny carnival balloon.

Slow Oxygen Deprivation

Most adults now take what is called a stress breath a constricted breath that only

takes place in the upper chest.

If you ask them to take a deep breath, they will likely do so by lifting their shoulders

into their ears, and hardly expanding their abdomens so that the diaphragm can drop and

the lungs can fill completely.

This style of breathing amounts to slow-torture, or low grade oxygen deprivation.

Our blood literally becomes choked with toxins, and lacks enough oxygenation to fuel healthy

decisions, joy, or elevated emotional states.

One-Nostril Breathing

If you do a little test, you will also notice that you likely are only breathing through

one nostril often the right or left, dependent upon your dominant personality traits.

If you only breathe through one nostril, you also arent using your whole brain.

This means you are cheating yourself when it comes to problem solving, meditation, and

even just having the energy to get up every morning.

For instance, a study in 1988 showed that breathing through your right nostril significantly

increases blood glucose levels, while breathing through your left nostril has the opposite

effect.

It is speculated from this that abnormal nasal cycles, such as breathing through your right

nostril for many years without a switch, may be one contributing factor in certain cases

of diabetes.

Other studies have shown that there is a marked increase in peace, equanimity, and lower levels

of cortisol, and reduces toxins, just by making sure you alternate your breath from one nostril

to the other.

If you want to practice this method of breathing, called Nadhi Shodhana

Pranayama to Control the Emotions

Bhastrika paranayama, another breathing practice can help to control yo-yo emotions.

Most of us are slaves to our emotions they control all our actions, which become reactions,

instead of a mindful choices in the moment.

All the subtle channels throughout the body (more than 700) become cleansed when we practice

Bhastrika, allowing our chakras to function as they should, and not become clogged with

old, worn out emotional responses.

This breathing exercise can also revive you when you feel sluggish, replacing the need

for coffee, even.

It is named after the old bellows used to pump oxygen into a fire, and translates

from the Sanskrit to mean Bellows Breath. This is an energizing breath that you will

want to practice before a workout, when you wake up in the morning, or during a mid-day

slump, not when you are about to retire at night.

Baba Ramdev explains how to practice Bhastrika properly:

Turn Your Stress Around in Eight Minutes or Less

It doesnt matter if you are practicing energizing breathing or deep, calming breathing

in a slow and smooth manner, you will increase oxygen to your brain, fight the bodys tendency

to dump stress hormones in your blood when you are feeling overwhelmed, and counteract

the fight-or-flight response.

Just a few minutes of mindful breathing, even when you are sitting in your car in traffic,

in a business meeting or just after you rise in the morning can set you up for an entirely

different experience of your day.

Every breath we take, every step we make can be filled with peace, joy, and serenity.

 Thich Nhat Hanh

I will watch a dog with a cat.

>> [LAUGH] >> I'll watch a goat.

I'll watch a horse. I'll watch a chinchilla.

You get the idea.

I don't need to name all the animals.

There's a lot. >> [LAUGH]

>> But it turns out there are a lot of

other kinds of videos on YouTube, did you know that?

They don't even have animals in them.

There are tutorial videos that are very popular.

You can learn how to do anything at all if you watch.

Did you see this headline here?

This week, an eight-year-old boy in Ohio used YouTube to learn how to drive.

He took his four year old sister to McDonald's.

>> [LAUGH] >> If they were smart,

they would've gone to Denny's cuz kids eat free.

So that was- >> [LAUGH]

>> Smart, but not all the way smart.

The boy drove almost two miles.

Witnesses said he drove safely, followed all the laws, didn't hit anything,

which means he's already a better driver than most people in Los Angeles.

>> [LAUGH] >> People here.

[SOUND] >> [LAUGH]

>> It happened around eight o'clock at

night, he took money from his piggy bank to buy food for his sister.

>> Aw.

>> Sweet. Then someone at McDonald's recognized him

and called the grandparents to come pick him up.

Isn't that scary though?

I mean, an elderly person driving after dark to pick him up?

>> [LAUGH] [APPLAUSE] >> I mean,

obviously I'm glad this story has a happy ending, but

it made me wonder what other things you could learn about on YouTube.

So here's what I found.

Makeup tutorials are very popular, very.

Here's a girl showing how to put mascara on.

>> You know now they have like really fancy mascara with little a battery inside

and you will vibrate.

And, but you know what?

You can do the same thing.

And if your mascara don't vibrate, you just vibrate your head like this.

>> [LAUGH] [APPLAUSE]

[LAUGH]

[APPLAUSE]

>> We don't have time to show you

the whole thing, but here's the finished product after she put it on.

>> [LAUGH] [APPLAUSE] >> That's a [LAUGH]-

>> [LAUGH]

>> It's okay.

>> Hey, you guys, another idea.

If you can't get an electric toothbrush, just hold the brush and just do that.

>> [LAUGH] >> This next video is called

a proper opossum massage, in case you were looking for one.

>> Always work both sides of the body.

Otherwise, you might inadvertently interfere with your opossum's natural chi.

>> [LAUGH] >> And nobody wants that.

>> [LAUGH] >> Next, we knead down the quadriceps.

We're checking for knots.

Ugh!

And I think I found one.

Okay.

>> [LAUGH] >> Move it out.

There.

I bet that feels better!

>> [LAUGH] >> I have been doing it all wrong.

>> [LAUGH] >> I've been messing with an opossum's chi

and I didn't even know it.

Finally, here's a guy showing us how to use his taser.

>> Hold up, I'm gonna shock this can.

Look. Look.

[SOUND] Holy [BLEEP]!

[INAUDIBLE] [BLEEP]!

Now I'm about to shock this.

[SOUND] >> [LAUGH]

[APPLAUSE]

>> All right.

[LAUGH] All right.

>> How many people saw that coming right before it?

Everybody, everybody.

What was going on in the background?

I don't know if you saw that.

>> [LAUGH] >> Let's watch it again.

>> Now I'm about to shock this.

[SOUND] >> [LAUGH]

>> [LAUGH] It was a shock, and

then a shock after that!

>> [LAUGH] >> Here's something just as shocking.

You'll never guess what's about to happen right now.

We're gonna dance!

[APPLAUSE]

Ai Wei Wei Sees His "Trace" For The First Time | Arts | NPR - Duration: 1:41.

This is the first time I see this.

Suprising.

Very well done you know?

This is a work we made for Hirshhorn.

And uh, I love it.

The piece is about freedom of speech.

It's about surveillance cameras and Twitter birds under the fight with freedom of speech.

So.

Legos is a toy kids like to play with.

My son also started to play with Legos when he was 5 or 6 years old.

So I started to borrow my son's Legos to construct some images.

Unfortunately we have a lot of political prisoners.

They lost their freedom because they love freedom.

They love freedom for other people and they love freedom for their nation.

I came up with the idea to present those prisoners.

I want the image to be seen and to create that image we need a language.

So Lego I think is the easiest language.

We cannot take freedom for granted, but rather to understand people paid their duty and their life.

I think to have a show like this, to make people understand, to stay with those most

important values relating to human rights, human dignity is very important.
