The Trip was scheduled to show that GITMO was �Perfectly Acceptable� to place new

Islamic Terrorist as opposed to imprisoning them on American Soil and Trying them in Civilian

Courts, as the Obama Administration had suggested and wanted it to happen.

During the Election, Jeff Sessions was very vocal in his support for keeping GITMO Open

The reason why I am at my practice room is because

I wanted to show you my "Fly High" Choreography.

So Today I am going to show you my choreography plus the tutorials.

and now I want to introduce you guys my friend who will help me to film today's video.

My name is SeHee Chung and I am a dancer.

I am originally a street dancer but because of this new opportunity from Nicky oppa, I got to choreograph for his "Fly High".

Just because my main focus is on the street dance style, it was kinda challenging for me to choreograph for "k-pop" genre

but I feel very honoured for his great opportunity.

Sehee is one of my closest dancer friend of mine.

that's right

so may be it was like about a week before the music video shoot?

a week before?

it was about nearly a week and half before, so nearly two weeks before?

so two weeks before my music video shoot, I contacted SeHee.

I asked her if she can help me with making choreography for my song and she approved it. So we got to go through a hardship together.

It was very fun for me.

we practice at very late night but except that I had so much fun.

right

suddenly? suddenly? I think you got pissed? lol

but I think it was a great opportunity for both of us and it's was a very meaningful moment.

so for today's video, we are going to show you a short choreography clips plus tutorials so please follow with it.

I was thinking if I should say go or dance lol

From the start of the song, there are 4 different types of choregraphy in "Fly High".

which are 1st Chorus, 2nd Chorus, dance break and the last Chorus.

*for chrous parts, the first and second chorus choreography are the same, but the last one is slightly different.

Feel free to pause the video to learn the steps.

so now, let's begin!!

We will learn the chorus parts slowly first.

So now let's try it with the music on

Now we will be learning the dance break part, it is slightly harder than the chorus, so make sure to stay focused.

we will start the choreography from this position

I think you guys will be struggling at this part, so I will give you a deeper explaning.

this part we did before.

look at yourself in the mirror and let's begin

push your shoulder back first

this was the slower version so if you speed this up a little it will look like this

Now I will try to do it in the music speed.

this is the end of the dance break choreography, now let's dance with the music on.

It's time to learn the last chorus, the front of this choreography is different but it gets similar to last one at the end.

therefore, it will be easy for you to memorize it.

I will start this with the counts slowly.

so like what I did at this part, you just need to do free movements at the last .

we just finished learning this moves with the counts so let's try with the music on.

it have have easy parts and hard parts.

That was my mentality as I made songs.

I invested all the money I made in my 20s

and by 2004

I was in debt for $600,000.

I lost my home.

The money was leaking out.

I heard from Hareem that during those hard times...

"I'm ruined."

He'd say that to himself in his sleep.

- I never knew. / - I didn't either.

I really struggled then. I wasn't that close with you.

I think I started doing variety shows to save myself.

I got on "Ya Sim Man Man."

I did "Family Outing" with Jaeseok.

I was doing well on TV, which inspired my music.

I hear people's stories on talk shows.

And their stories helped me change

some of my perceptions on life.

That was the hardest period of my life.

It was a hard time for me.

Things started going well after you met your wife.

Hello YouTube ! Today, we'll show you how to change the inner barrel and hop up rubber on a M4 AEG

We'll install a Prometheus purple rubber and a Prometheus barrel inside a VFC M4

Please note that modifying your gun might void the warranty !

First, use a drift pin to remove the front and rear pin and pull away the lower from the upper

Sometimes, you'll need to move the charging handle in order to unlock the upper

Pull out the hop up unit and inner barrel from the external barrel

On this type of hop up unit, you have one pin to remove from the hop up arm, which allow you to access the rubber

Be careful to not lose the rubber, it's a small but important part

On this other type of hop up unit, you'll have to remove all the external parts

In both cases, you'll have to remove the C-clip, which locks the inner barrel to the hop up unit

Be careful about the C-clip, it's a bit fragile

The inner barrel can now be removed from the hop up unit

Note this ring around the barrel : it fixes the barrel inside the hop up unit

You have to keep this part for your new barrel, if your barrel is sold without it

Put the new rubber (it's a fragile part !) on the new barrel and put the ring on it

Put the barrel inside the hop up unit ; you may put some silicone oil around the rubber if it's too tight

Then, put back the C-clip

Then put the rubber on the hop up arm (you may use some grease to stick the rubber to it) and put the hop up arm back, and the pin

Then, put the whole thing back inside the exernal barrel

If your gun is front wired, be careful to not cut the wires

And put the body pins back in

In general, putting a new hop up rubber and inner barrel increase considerably the performances of your gun

Keep in mind that you'll also need to use good quality bbs in order to get the best performances possible

change into a world where despair and darkness will no longer exist.

It has been decreed by the heavens that it is time to forgive ourselves for allowing

our great nation to be overrun with evil.

We will stand together against lies and darkness until all �darkness� ceases to exist.

We will create a sustainable global society where everyone is taken care of and everyone

is truly free!

We will become a place where no secrets lie under darkness, where truth will be out in

the open.

We have become slaves of the global corporate elite and the banking families that rule the

world.

They have controlled and destroyed everything and everyone who opposed them.

We have been living in a violent, brutal, aggressive, conflict-ridden, destructive system,

permanently maintained in a constant state of crisis.

But no longer.

It is time to reinstate the United States Constitution from 1789 and reestablish our

Bill of Rights.

We will return to the Supreme Law of the Land and set an example of freedom for the rest

of the world.

It is time for us to again become one world under �God� with Liberty and Justice for

all.

We will become an example to the world for peace, freedom, justice, truth, wisdom, and

kindness.

The current systems are corrupt and do not support life and therefore we need those systems

to peacefully dissolve, as they are no longer needed.

We can soon begin a life of peace, equality, truth, family, joy, harmony, laughter, happiness,

abundance, and unconditional love.

The corrupt, selfish systems and institutions, which serve only a tiny few, such capitalism,

socialism, fascism, and communism will give way to a peaceful transition into a new Earth.

Those institutions will be replaced with what is truly real: Love and only Love.

�Love one another as you would love yourselves.�

Together we can dictate every thought, word, deed, and action so that a new reality is

manifested for all humanity.

This is God�s Divine Plan, to engineer heaven on earth.

It is time to end the enslavement plan designed by the global elite.

This tiny group of people runs a syndicate of money and markets that only benefits their

own tiny group.

It is time to eliminate these corrupt institutions: the United States Congress, the Federal Reserve

banking system, the Bilderberg group, the Committee of 300, Skull and Bones, the military

arm of the Jesuits, the European black nobility and other so-called nobilities (who certainly

are not noble in spirit), and all the public and private institutions of the world that

care nothing for people.

Here are more names: Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, HSBC.

Then we have The Vatican banking system, alphabet agencies, such as NSA, NORAD, CIA, FBI, MI5,

MI6.

Overseas, but really under the same tiny group of people are Mossad and Al-Qaeda and Daesh.

All the other terrorist, military and paramilitary organizations and other secret societies and

institutions enslave humanity through the abuse of power, consolidation of wealth, social

stratification, technological paralysis and labor abuse.

These impressive-sounding organizations with their big powerful structures are each simply

a cover for dictatorship by the ruling elite.

It is time to end the rigged insider�s game in where the rich get richer and the poor

get poorer.

We have been so heavily indoctrinated to accept this system, because we are always denied

the tools to do critical thinking on how to successfully solve real problems.

This is going to change!

It is time to end the system that denied basic medical care to its citizens, that made subprime

loans to poor people, then collateralized them, then raised their rates, and then evicted

the owners in order to keep citizens properties in a never-ending, one-sided profit machine.

It is time to close the scam of insurance companies.

It is time to bring to justice everyone who engineered WTC 9/11 terror attacks, the engineered

Japanese 3/11 tsunami, the Oklahoma City bombings, the London bombings, the Madrid and Mumbai

terror attacks, all of which stampede the world into a terror-fighting vendetta .

It is time to end the illegal wars that go on and on.

There is World War One, World War Two, Korea, Vietnam, Central America, Africa, Afghanistan,

Iraq, Libya, Syria.

And what has come of these wars other than death and destruction?

In truth, with each war, citizens rights go away, martial law rises, prison camps are

built, patriots are murdered.

It is time to bring to justice everyone who designed viruses such AIDS, SARS, avian flu,

swine flu, cancers and other fabricated flus, super resistant bacteria among many other

diseases.

Some of these are racially specific and vaccines whose only purpose was to sicken even further

the entire world population while spread disease and kill in the name of responsible �population

control,� which really equals depopulating the globe.

It is time to end the Big Pharma poisoning and murdering of patients through the use

of toxic, lethal drugs in order to keep them sick, while creating huge profits, and buying

and hiding all patents of affordable and effective remedies and cures that would rid our world

of so many diseases.

It is time to inform the world that most illnesses that plague our world, such cancer, among

many others are curable.

But these same cures are being purposely being kept away from any public access.

This is going to end!

It is time to end all GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) production and not just label it,

but completely remove it from the shelves and remove it from all crop fields around

the world.

It is time to end the poisoning of our public water supplies that are purposely polluted

with highly toxic chlorine, fluoride and harmful heavy metals to keep the general populace

dumbed out, compliant, sick and controllable.

It is time to bring to justice those who sprayed our skies with chemtrails, causing sickness

and death from toxic and harmful chemicals and heavy metals.

It is time to release all the suppressed technologies that have been maliciously kept from us (some

for centuries) that would have freed us from fossil fuels.

It is time to release the free, renewable and clean energy systems.

It is also time to bring to justice those who murdered inventors.

They were the ones who discovered how to make cars run on water, provided free-energy devices,

and created safe, efficient and non-polluting public transportation vehicles such as the

Maglev magnet propulsion technology (no wheels, 4,000 miles per hour, and travels on land

and under water from France to China in under 2 hours!).

And what about the highly advance star travel space machinery and technology that creates

abundance?

It is time to inform the world about how we have been kept ignorant through �black budgets

and secret projects� from the knowledge of the populated solar system, galaxy and

universe.

It is time to let everyone know we have created a secret space service fleet called �Solar

Warden� with advanced Aurora type space ships that can reach distant planets and star

systems.

We have colonized the moon and Mars since the 1970s or before!

It is time to open for public scrutiny of the many E.T. races that frequently visit

our planet.

What about the 1947 Roswell incident?

It was real, folks.

It is time to open up the areas of secret research.

What about those back-engineered miracles gained from downed space craft and the secret

treaties put in place for exchange of technologies for research with the extraterrestial Greys,

among other E.T. races, who have visited our planet for hundreds of thousands of years?

They kept this information and its records secret from public history and knowledge!

It is time to stop the pursuit of a Third World War with Syria, Iran, Russia, Korea,

or China!

These wars are simply methods to depopulate our Earth.

It is time to end all the illegal, horrible, detaining dungeons (Guantanamo, anyone?) scattered

around the world.

Imprisonment has become a completely failed social experiment that does not work except

for the private corporations who have rigged government contracts to serve them only.

Our current governments spent budget of billions of dollars every year in prisons and police

but only a small fraction of that budget is spent on programs to abate poverty that would

prevent these sad situations.

It is time to stop the use and development of HAARP (High-Frequency Active Auroral Research

Program) and to stop engineering these huge Frankenstorms that cause or amplify earthquakes

It is time to stop the speculation of currencies that bring down national economies around

Today in Military History: 7/13 - Battle of Kursk ends - Duration: 1:01.

Today in military history, 1943,

the largest tank battle in history ends.

The Battle of Kursk began on July 5th

when the Germans attacked the USSR forces

in western Russia.

Adold Hitler had hoped for a decisive defeat

of the Soviet Army, meaning he could concentrate

on the western front.

The battle involved 6,000 tanks, two million men,

5,000 aircraft, and left over 350,000 men dead

on both sides.

Unable to match the Soviet's fortification,

a defeated Hitler withdrew from the operation,

shifting the operational balance from the eastern front

in favor of the Soviets.

The Red Army then began a major offensive

that forced the Germans to retreat.

The war on the eastern front would continue

for another two years.

White Home Decor - Duration: 3:41.

Have you ever wanted to decorate a room all white but were so scared that it was going

to look cold and sterile?

Well, you're not alone.

This is one of the common questions I get from clients.

I want to share with you some of my top tips for creating a white room that looks beautiful

every time.

My first tip is I want you to understand that white has undertones.

Just like every color, white has undertones.

To make it simple, it basically is either a warm undertone or a cool undertone, and

that's usually either a yellow or a blue.

Now, you're not going to, with the naked eye, sort of see this yellow and blue unless you

start comparing them to each other, but if you're painting, or choosing finishes for

a kitchen, it's something you really want to take note of.

Are you going with the warmer undertone, or are you going with the cooler undertone?

My second tip, and this will probably confuse you from the first, is you can mix the different

whites.

I think sometimes people get stuck in saying, "Well, I've chosen a certain type of white,

and now I have to find other types of white that are the same to mix with it," and I say,

"No, don't do that."

You actually want different types of whites, or creams, added to it.

That's what adds that layering and depth.

My third tip, and one of my favorite tips for every room but especially white so listen

up, is texture.

You want to add different textures to the white.

Let's give an example of a living room.

Say you get a white linen couch and then you want to get chairs.

Well, maybe don't do a white linen chair that's the same, do something in a velvet.

Maybe it's a cream velvet, or maybe it's a white leather.

And then, if you're having drapes and you wanted them in white, maybe you're going for

a silk or, again, a different tone of the white.

This will really help create the layers and the texture in the room and make it not feel

that cold feeling.

My fourth tip, which is kind of two tips in one: if you don't want to accent with colors

with your white, which is fine but, again, any color will obviously go with it, is add

in greenery and add in wood tones.

Greenery, live plants, are great, even there's some great fake ones out there, but greenery

will just add that warmth and touch of nature.

And then, wood tones.

Wood tones look so good with white.

Think of woods in your side tables, maybe, in your coffee table, in some accessories,

and instantly it creates that warmth to a white room.

I hope this helps, and this has inspired you if you've thought about creating a white room

or moving over in that direction.

(Jay) And I'm Jay

(Yifei) In the last video we

discussed the need for a SFOC

We also emphasized on what does

it take to be a successful

UAV operator

(Jay) So that's to be efficient,

to be safe, and to deliver

results

(Yifei) Exactly

Now today we want to discuss

how to achieve those goals

and just so happens,

it's also three steps

We have equipment, operator,

and workflow

(Jay) Equipment, are we going

back to reading the

instruction manual?

(Yifei) Actually equipment is

about two sections,

We have airworthiness,

and continuing airworthiness

(Jay) Now that sounds pretty

official, who is responsible

for that,

is that Transport Canada?

(Yifei) For traditional manned

aviation, it is Transport Canada

Currently, for UAV, it's

actually the manufacturer

coming in to say

why is this drone fitted

for the operation

(Jay) So it's the manufacturer's

responsibility then

(Yifei) For airworthiness, yes

For continuing airworthiness,

it's actually us, the operator's

responsibility

(Jay) So that means we're

responsible for checking

the battery,

checking the propeller,

and making sure there's no

physical damage on the

drone then

(Yifei) Exactly,

It doesn't have to be

complicated, just a set of basic

handling,

maintenance, and repairs

procedures

similar to maintaining

your car

So airworthiness and

continuing airworthiness

make up our equipment section

Now we also have the operators

(Jay) That's pretty

self-explanatory, isn't that

just us?

(Yifei) Actually, it's pretty

well-defined

We have five requirements,

starting with age,

18 and over,

and medical

(Jay) So does that mean I need

a physicians note?

(Yifei) Actually medical is a

self-declaration form,

Similar to the requirements

of a diver's license

(Jay) So I need to be able to

see, and I'm assuming no

drinking and flying then

(Yifei) Exactly

In addition to age and medical,

we also have

knowledge requirements

Currently knowledge can be

achieved through a UAV pilot

ground school,

or, self-learning

(Jay) So, taking a course

is not mandatory then

(Yifei) No, it's not

Most people prefer to take a

course,

Because it shortens the

learning curve

Transport Canada has an official

document outlining the knowledge

requirement

and it's quite a bit of

information,

we have airspace classification,

we have air law,

meteorology, navigation,

radiocommunication,

and even more

(Jay) That sounds really

intimidating

(Yifei) Well, that's what

training courses are for

In addition to knowledge,

now we also have the experience

requirements,

and experience comes down to

individual pilot's flight hours

Lastly, we have skillset

Skillset is about the

UAV application,

for example we have survey,

inspection, or filming,

which is no longer just about

flying,

you also need the knowledge

and experience from that

specific industry

(Jay) Okay so we need five

things for operators

Age,

Medical,

Knowledge,

Experience,

and Skillset

(Yifei) Those are the five

requirements that make up

our operators section

(Jay) So that just leaves us

with workflow then

(Yifei) Workflow is the one that

doesn't have specific

requirements,

really comes down to how we

want to run our operations

Some common elements include

locations,

using checklists,

having emergency contingency

procedures,

and flight operations manual

(Yifei) Just imagine if you're

laying down a single operation

on paper,

what would the steps be

(Jay) That just seems like

a lot of work, though

(Yifei) Well, no one said it

was going to be easy

Keep in mind, don't look at the

requirements from Transport

Canada's perspective,

look at them from us, as the

operators, what do we want?

We want to know what we're

operating,

who is operating,

and how to operate

(Jay) So I guess training is a

good place to start, then

(Yifei) Well, that's what

we're here for

We have ground school, flight

school,

as well as post-training support

for SFOCs

Now when we come back,

training options
