When I visited the Hill today and saw a story claiming Trump had a �secret� meeting

with Putin, I was curious.

Then, I looked inside and saw the story of Trump talking with Putin during a dinner with

ALL the leaders.

It looks like Trump saw the same BS story, but he took action�

The President immediately took to twitter to let the world know his own, first-hand

story of what REALLY happened.

This right here, this is why nobody trusts the lying Mainstream Media.

Trump fired back at the media:

Fake News story of secret dinner with Putin is �sick.� All G 20 leaders, and spouses,

were invited by the Chancellor of Germany.

Even a dinner arranged for top 20 leaders in Germany is made to look sinister!

So, let me tell you EXACTLY what the story is.

At the END of the G-20 couples dinner, organized by Angela Merkel, Donald Trump traded seats

with someone to converse with Putin.

They were surrounded by world leaders, and Putin�s translator translated.

The �meeting� lasted almost an hour, at which point the leaders all finished eating

and all went their separate ways.

Does that sound secret to you?

No?

BECAUSE IT�S NOT.

It�s our duty, as Americans, to tell the TRUTH the media is hiding by sharing this

Feeling And Healing Our Inner Wounded Healer

As we move through our own ascension processes, we may feel called to serve others in their

own processes too. Actually, it feels like many of us are feeling this calling deeper

and deeper and it�s becoming as loud as a roar while things ramp up in our world with

collapsing systems and collapsing ways of life. As more and more of the inauthentic,

power-over-others based ways of being and doing fall apart around and within us, there

is a growing need to help each other sift through the rubble and find a way to keep

moving forward through life and upward with ascension on all levels of our being.

In addition to this desire to be a part of creating and building a new world, we feel

called to be healers because somewhere inside of us, we NEED to be healers, for the sake

our own growth and healing too. It becomes a crucible for healing just like any other.

The more we open up to serving love with others, the deeper the invitation into our own growth

as souls and sacred humans too.

A question I feel to ask today regarding this call to be a healer, is what qualifies someone

to become the healer they�re meant to be? After all, for many (if not all) of us who

are choosing to expand our consciousness in every moment, becoming a �healer� is more

or less a birthright. In my experience of it though, it�s not a role we�re entitled

to, nor is it something that we can expect to just sort of �happen�.

It seems to me that as healers, we tend to have the toughest life crucibles to walk out

and also, we tend to have inside of us a deep reticence towards healing and serving others

that also needs to move and heal� �healing the healer� involves going deeply into this

shadow of the �wounded healer� and in essence our courage to go into this so feels

like what qualifies us, above all else, to serve others with sobriety, deep empathic

feeling, genuine compassion, and reverential awe for who they are in soul, heart and body.

You won�t have authentic access to feel and hold others in this way while parts of

you are still feeling very much the opposite. This could be subtle too, so this process

of really going into and healing this can be tricky, making it very necessary to have

help from those who have been there when venturing into this shadow territory. This is a key

piece we offer in SoulFullHeart and one that we hold as critical for being able to truly

embody our healership and genuinely serve love.

It doesn�t seem to ever get to the point where your energy can honestly say to others,

�I�m healed so now I can serve you�. Rather, it�s more about getting to the point

where you can open-heartedly claim, �I�m vulnerably working some pieces, but I am ahead

of you enough on my chosen path of healing that I can serve you and help you find your

way to where I am now.�

It feels important to note that �ahead� is not �above� and if the healer you�re

working with doesn�t feel like they are ahead of you and embodying something you too

would like to embody, and is maybe instead posturing as if they are worth more than you

are, this is a sure sign of an inauthentic claim of their healership and that they may

need to check in with where their own love overflow is at.

Ultimately, what seems to �qualify� us is so not certifications, though of course

these initiations can help and can also lead us to the paths we are meant to be on. Instead,

life is the ultimate qualifier, as well as humbled self-authority which is also necessary.

Yet parts of us claiming authority on something we/they haven�t yet lived out or embodied

creates a tinny tone to this claim and our draw of others to serve won�t be what we

really want it to be.

Push-pulls around people or humanity in general and also around living a healthy lifestyle

where there is lots of space to really be with ourselves, our parts and soul aspects,

and work on our own healing, are all indications of a need to go back inward to keep feeling

that �wounded healer� inside, which could be one or more parts of us grabbing at this

role, and use our healing gifts to work with and love THEM first as our number one priority.

It�s a gift to really let ourselves, as healers, collapse into a humble need to continue

healing on many levels and doing so can only benefit us and the people we�re called to

serve.

I knew that I always liked this quote, without really knowing why.

To be honest, for the longest time I never really understood what it meant.

Then, everything changed.

1.

Discovering the Light

In Daosim, it is believed that the journey to enlightenment starts by turning the eyes

inside out and there is an african proverb that states �when there is no enemy within,

the enemies outside cannot touch you�.

As we have all learned by now, the way that view the world around us, is a projection

of our inner world, and so our quest for happiness, enlightenment and satisfaction lies primarily

upon filling our selves with light and love in order to then radiate it into the world.

Sadly however, as a defence mechanism, we seek to avoid the inner work of illuminating

the shadows in our minds and neglect doing what is necessary, to reach an enlightened

state.

New age spirituality for instance, relies too heavily on focusing on the love and light

aspect; when we seek out, search for, or try to attain this light we are essentially chasing

our own tails.

This may be what Rumi was portraying when he made this statement.

We become like dogs and cats spinning around in circles, all the while missing the point.

Rumi I feel, had a very good sense of humour.

The point being, we are the light because we are awareness and when we can increase

our awareness, we expand our consciousness.

That is, we make the unseen-seen and bring unconscious thought forward into a consciously

understandable level.

You see, awareness is like a field of energy, �awareness is in your whole being, awareness

of itself is like a light inside, do not imagine in as the sort of light you see, light and

awareness is one of the same thing� � Mai Agate Valjataga.

Reconnecting to Unity Consciousness

All is one.

We are all one.

We are all connected and every man and woman is your brother and your sister.

This isn�t religion, this is science.

While there are many interpretations of unity consciousness, and many perceptions to be

had.

Today I will give you a glimpse of mine own.

I am not asking that you believe it, I am not telling you to take it as the �gospel�.

What I am going to tell is that this is my perception.

This is what I saw when I found the light, when I projected out of my body and into the

universe and this is what resonates with me.

The universe is playful.

The universe is God.

My physical body is the projection of my creator because I am just a cell in its body.

I see that the planets are also cells, and we are cells within those same cells.

My aura is my protoplasm and my body is the nucleus.

The entire universe is creation at all moments; cell multiplication, regeneration, death and

rebirth.

I see the big bang as the moment the sperm entered the egg.

I see the milky way as the semen of the gods, and I see that I am a universe.

Because I am capable of creating life, and I am part of creation, I am also a god.

When we create life we are creating a universe of cells with their own unique consciousness,

no matter how small.

I see that my soul is a spark in the night sky, a star, and when I leave my physical

body and ascend into the heavens, I will shine bright for all to see.

You and me.

It was once believed, that a person cannot be truly considered a soul incarnate until

it possesses pure and genuine compassion for others.

I find this to be extremely poetic.

Compassion, while it sounds like a simple and common word.

It isn�t always easy to attain and uphold a higher perspective.

which sees every being as a child.

That is to say, we are all infants in the universe and to rise above and �take the

high road� as they call it, takes an enlightened mind.

A soul who has found the light within, and makes the conscious choice to be righteous

As the black people get guns, they are going to start treating the white people, the way they have been treated.

So this woman who was engaged to be married, was being attacked, maybe by black people I don't know, but when she called 911, the black cop shot her.

Usually the story is always in reverse, where some black people are being attacked by whites and they dial 911, for the white cops to come out and start shooting the black people that were calling for help.

Now the black people are starting to learn the tricks of the NRA KKK gun lobby and the race war is beginning.

Just like Charles Manson predicted.

But Charles Manson was not a prophet of God.

He was a Bible reader.

The Bible says when you mix the races like America has done, there is going to be a great race war.

God made the fish for the sea, the birds for the air, the kangaroos for Australia, the Penguins for the North Pole and the Africans for Africa.

Today we're turning our happy hour attention back to 1971's Playboy Bar Guide for an

intriguing libation called the Georgia Rum Cooler.

To make it, all you do is combine 2 1/2 oz light rum, 1 tsp salted peanuts, 1/2 oz fresh

lemon juice, 1 tsp grenadine and 1 tsp Falernum in a blender with 1/2 cup crushed ice.

Blend at high speed for 30 seconds and pour into a tall glass with ice.

Top with club soda after the froth settles and sprinkle with cinnamon.

It's truly a drink with nuts!

So I first started looking at

this in about

2013,

and that sort of started

through a process of using

freedom of information act

requests if I was to look at

how local authorities were

depositing money in

high street banks, too big to

fail banks.

Many people would be surprised

to learn councils deposit

around 35 billion pounds of

taxpayer money in the big banks

mostly consolidating the big

four like RBS,

HSBC, Lloyds,

Barclays,

and I started to question,

oh okay if they've got all this

cash deposit there, where's it

actually coming from?

So what people hadn't looked at

was the borrowing side of

the local authority equation.

So banks...

But banks don't want you to

look at that do they?

Precisely. So,

you know, academics,

the media completely ignore

the sort of borrowing, the

credit side of the equation and

I always talk about the deposit

side in...

This is generally how I've come

to learn the economics kind of

works.

And so we looked at the

borrowing side the equations

started sending in request

through those same local

authorities to say okay

the records might say from

central government you borrowed

in the case of Newham,

half a billion pounds,

where does that money come

from?

And we started getting replies

back saying okay we've got a

couple hundred million from

Barclays a couple hundred

million from RBS,

and then we find the councils

are paying between 7 and 8

percent interest on some

of those loans.

And this is at a time when Bank

of England base rates are at

what? Zero point five percent?

The Councils are triple AAA

rated so ultra safe

basically you know sovereign

grade credit rating they're

paying interest rate two or

three times what you and I

could get for a home mortgage.

And the obvious question

became, well, how the hell do

you justify this?

How is a Council borrowing

hundreds of millions of pounds

paying such high interest

rates?

Today in Military History: 7/20 - Armstrong walks on Moon - Duration: 1:13.

Today in military history, 1969.

Neil Armstrong, a U.S. Navy aviator and

Korean War veteran, becomes the first man

to walk on the moon.

The Apollo program was created when America was

trailing behind the Soviets during

the Space Race of the Cold War.

NASA worked furiously and with a budget of

24 billion dollars, which is about

a hundred billion dollars today,

to beat the Soviets to the moon.

On July 16th, Apollo 11 took off from Kennedy Space Center

for the moon, with astronauts Neil Armstrong,

Edwin Buzz Aldrin Jr. and Michael Collins on board.

Four days and 240,000 miles later

Armstrong was the first to exit the lunar module Eagle

onto the moon's powdery surface where he famously said,

"That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind."

Buzz Aldrin joined moments later, and the two did

what anyone would do, a little bit of science,

took some pics, called the president.

They left behind an American flag and a plaque that read,

"Here men from the planet Earth

"first set foot on the moon July 1969 A.D.

"We came in peace for all mankind."

First of all, let's briefly look at the Customer Lifecycle Funnel.

In marketing and sales spheres, the funnel is normally represented as a circle to show

the consistency of the process.

The customer has to pass six stages to complete the full circle.

Sadly enough, most of the visitors use your product only once.

The process of converting a visitor into an active user is known as User Acquisition.

The series of actions aimed to turn users into the loyal customers are called User Engagement.

These two pieces of a puzzle are crucial to your startup success.

Let's now follow 3 steps of user acquisition and engagement at the early stages.

Step 1.

Prepare a product for user acquisition The first and the most important thing is

defining your audience.

Try to think of two audiences: your current audience, it's the one you can reach already,

and your ideal audience, that you're eventually aiming at.

Alexa, analytics tools, and social media can tell you about your current audience in no

time.

In order, to define the ideal one, your will have to do some research.

Keep in mind the power of the first impression Though the first impression is only the impression,

the importance of design shouldn't be underestimated.

A potential customer sees your interface for the first time day by day.

At this point, they already know whether they would launch your app or visit your website

again.

Sure, you may question the necessity of creating an outstanding UI at the first stages.

However, by putting efforts into the UI, you build the basis for long-term advocacy, you

are moving from 'acceptable' to 'respectable'.

Step 2.

A well thought-out start First of all, help users get started.

You should be ready that every day new users will land on your website front page, landing

page or app's first screen.

So the 'greeting page' should do these three important jobs:

Gradually immerse users into your product functionality

It's not the best idea to load users with every feature your product has at once.

Let users watch around and discover what they might find useful themselves.

Sure, you can have a FAQ in order not to leave users in a tight corner.

Another way is to schedule the promotion of the product features and to expose them regularly.

As for newly introduced features and updates, you can announce them ad hoc.

And of course, Talk to your users.

Communicate proactively to your first adopters to gather their feedback and build the foundations

for the improvement.

Identify the right social media platforms and master them.

Measure user engagement.

At the stage of user acquisition and engagement, your goal is to build a customer funnel.

On the way from one step to another in the funnel, try to monitor three core metrics

at most.

How to analyze?

The most tried and true way to analyze is to apply analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Such tools help you track what is happening with your products: view traffic, sources,

referrals, set up goals and events.

Other tools, like WebVisor, provide visitor behavior analysis (mouse movement, clicks,

text copying etc.).

To gain the deepest insight, you can use both.

However, at the early stages, data based on numbers is normally enough.

Having received the conversion metrics, optimize Never stop testing and trying variants of

the UI on the landing page or app, increase the readability and call to action.

There is no universal recipe of optimization, just best practices, so you should be testing

and analyzing again and again.

Coming and leaving as the days went by

The wind carrying their scent on my face

We were good friends back then I observed them in silence

Behind the barrier of sand

One of them pulled me into her run

She was fiery and fast

The other, peaceful

Unveiled her treasures

in the sunrise

You never stopped calling my name

Carrying my body on your swell

pulling me away from the shores
