CÓMO DESTACAR EN REDES SOCIALES: LA TÉCNICA FOMO ✔ - Duration: 5:02.

You know how to make your publications

social networks have greater

scope

Today I want to talk art as

what it is and how it applies to the

publications you do in your networks

social

[Music]

It is an acronym for 2000 without iron out

fear of missing something and was invented in

2004 in a publication

harvard business school and is a

technical or rather a state of mind

which they applied as drafted faça of

your posts on social networks

It will help generate greater impact

the same as does specifically

reference to the feeling that you

You're missing something because I do not

You know or are disconnected from them

redes sociales urgencia y escasez

number of people are enjoying

your product from your service

This creates the feeling that

person he is not enjoying and

You need not make it look excluded from

a certain or a given

community or social beings who are we

like being part of it and not feel

off if you think this technique you

It can help to have better results

in their campaigns in social networks

Give me like the video and do not miss

the video that I suggest below

Intentionality - Duration: 1:38.

Hi friends, I want to take a moment to talk to you about

the power of intentionality.

This is a subject that we all need regular encouragement in,

and when I think about a garden,

the gardener needs to be intentional

about fertilizing, watering, taking the weeds out,

in order to have a healthy garden that has beautiful vegetables and fruits.

So it is in our own lives, we have to be intentional and disciplined

if we want to have a prayer life and go deep in God's Word,

if we want to see personal growth, if we want to have a healthy marriage,

we need to be intentional in spending time with our kids,

and you know, raising up the next generation doesn't just happen with the snap of a finger,

it requires intentionality.

So does building up your business, or strengthening a congregation.

All of these things require

intentionality, discipline and perseverance over the long run,

in order to see the fruit that we're looking for

So I know in each of our lives there's at least one or two areas where

we need to be encouraged in, and need to sign up again to keep being intentional

And I want to take a moment just to pray for you right now

Father, in Jesus' name, I thank you for our friends all around the world,

and I ask today that You would strengthen them with might,

to continue to walk in intentionality, that they would see the power and the fruit

of that over the long run.

So Lord, strengthen them, fill them with Your joy,

and give them Your vision for what this is supposed to look like.

So I bless you today in Yeshua's name!

WHY HAVING A SENSE OF PURPOSE COULD HELP YOU SLEEP BETTER - Duration: 3:41.

WHY HAVING A SENSE OF PURPOSE COULD HELP YOU SLEEP BETTER

BY ALEXA ERICKSONJULY

Weve surely all had one of those days where life seems to get the best of us.

We become overwhelmed by all we have not accomplished.

We compare ourselves to others.

Our negative self talk ultimately results in a feeling of worthlessness.

It can be enough to throw you back into bed, the covers above your head.

You think maybe sleeping it off will be better.

And while waking up to a new day is a great way to get over your bout of insecurity, some

people find themselves experiencing this negativity day in and day out.

Others may not even know its happening to them, and are suffering from other health

issues as a result.

If youre a bad sleeper which tens of millions of people are you might want

to consider your sense of purpose in life.

The findings of the new study, out of Northwestern University, which looked to finding new options

for treating such issues as sleep apnea and restless legs syndrome, provide scientists

new data on how our state of mind may affect how well we sleep.

Its the first to examine such a connection over a longer period.

The study, which took place over a year, involved asking 823 adults between the ages of 60 and

100, 32 questions about their sleep habits and outlook on life.

The sleep quality measured in the study spanned trouble falling asleep, staying asleep through

the night, and feeling sleepy during the day.

The study also had the participants answer a series of statements, which included I

feel good when I think of what Ive done in the past and what I hope to do in the future

and some people wander aimlessly through life, but I am not one of them, as a means

for pointing out someones outlook on life.

Of the participants who said their lives had the most meaning, 63 percent were revealed

to be less likely to experience sleep apnea, and 52 percent were less likely to have restless

legs syndrome.

They also had moderately better sleep quality overall.

Helping people cultivate a purpose in life could be an effective drug-free strategy to

improve sleep quality, particularly for a population that is facing more insomnia,

says lead researcher Jason Ong.

Purpose in life is something that can be cultivated and enhanced through mindfulness

therapies.

Though some might believe the age range is fairly old, the researchers believe the same

connection likely applies to the broader population.

To feel good about life is always a positive thing.

Science aside, think about your actions when you arent happy.

This study just gives more weight to how having a purpose in life is an indicator of better

physical and mental health.

And naturally, better sleep is a result of being in a good place.

Collectively, the emerging data indicates the benefits of positive psychology on sleep

health, conclude

the researchers.

ออกกำลังกายทั้งตัวในยิมกัน! Full Body Gym Workout! - Duration: 8:44.

Hello everybody I hope you guys are doing well. Today I

will take you guys to a gym with me. In this time I don't

have the time to go to gym but at least I will try to go to

gym once a week. In one week I will do it full body

workout instead in the past I separate it to upper and

lower workout. So this time I want to show you

how I do my full body workout.

The first step that I do is to do the cardio things about

ten minutes to warm up my body before I lift up the

weight hardly mostly I like this kind of things I like the

wheels machine at this time mostly I play this wheels.

I adjust it to forty five degree depend on the mood of the

the day.

After the cardio part move on to the upper body part by

starting with the shoulders

This method is call Shoulder Press

by focus on the shoulders part for three set with ten

times per set.

This method is not hard just lift the drum bell to meet

together just try to stop at the ninety degree when the

elbows drop.

Next method is the Bicep curls part

you can see many guys do this method when you enter

the gym but this time I will do it with dumbbell it is more

easier than using a barbell for this method you have to

keep an arms not to be moving.

Next method is Tricep Extension by using part under the

an arms that you guys said it getting old it will make that

part flex.

Try to hold at the end of the dumbbell only one hand

and move to the back.

Next is to use the bench by adjust it 180 degree and I will

lay down using the small dumbbell this method is the

chest fly this method is use for the chest part it will

make our chest flex and make our chest look fit and firm

for this method if you don't have the strong wrists I

recommend using small dumbbell like mine.

Next I will put on some more weight which is the chest

press I will do it for three set which are 10 times per set.

This method had an impact on

the chest but in an area of differences of the body part.

I will increase more weight to be higher and higher

The last part for upper body I will do a dumbbell rows

for this method will help on the side part on our body

and also on our back of our body.

This method help us to have a confidence to show our

back and look sexy.

Move on to lower body part by starting with the squats

which are suitable for the one who want a beautiful legs

if I were in a normal gym I would not use a ball to play

but for this gym is the gym in the dormitory so I did not

use the barbell because there are not squat rat

like you guys can see we must not let the knee passes

the foots. Another wise it will be a wrong position I will do

this method for three sets and I will keep increasing

more weights.

Next is the dumbbell deadlift this position are for the

area behind the legs straight to the bottom this method

we have to make our back straight as we can like you

guys can see that I keep watching that my back is

straight you have to straight your back as straight as you

can. This method is the Romanian deadlift this method

focus on the bottom instead of normal deadlift but this

is just keep the legs close together.

The last method for the lower body is the lunges I will do

it for three set for twelve times for each set like you guys

can see that lunges is just to step forward for 90 degree.

You guys can do this position in a fix place or you can

walk around the gym.

Next method is for the belly starting with sit up

is the easy step that I think everyone do it.

Next method is the leg raises which have an impact on

on our lower part of our body.

This method is just to keep the legs together and just

rise the legs up.

Keep the legs as straight as you can.

Next is the Russian twist is for the belly part

I will do it for three set each set for twenty times.

Next I will end it in the one minute plank for three times

but sometime I just go for a half plank.

After I have done all the workout I will stretch my body to

make our body get no pain for the next day like you can

guys can see.

Now we have done the workout.

I have you guys like this video it is the first time that I

had film in the gym this is the gym in the dormitory so

that there aren't so much people if you like this video

please click like and don't forget to subscribe and this is

my social media see you again bye bye.

-What up, Mr. Lee? -Hey, what's goin' on?

How you been, brah? How you doin', man?

-Oh, I'm hangin' in there. -Yeah, yeah.

How's the fog machine workin'? Still pumpin' out that fog?

Still pumpin' out the fog. Customers love it. (laughs) They love it, they love it.

My biggest question is L-Boogie and Church.

-Eh, well-- -Them cats was brawlin', brah.

-Yeah, I know-- -They was makin' a noise.

-L-Boogie: F'real? -Josie: Hey, hey!

(bar patrons clamoring)

-That was a good one, that was a good one. -Yeah, that was a real one.

Yeah, L-Boogie, he's been followin' his comedy,

and I wish him much success with that.

-Okay, and now, Church is your best friend, yeah? -Yeah.

-Aaron: Still? -Still, yeah.

It seemed like they all went their own way,

-I think you brought in some new blood here. -Lee: Yup.

Aaron: How's the bartender with the new drinks?

They doin' pretty good. D'you wanna try one of these?

Yeah, yeah, I wanna try your signature drink.

-What was it? -Lee: The Assemb-Lee Line.

-Aaron: The Assemb-Lee Line, yes. -Lee: All right.

To you, my brother.

-Whoo, you gonna put me off my ass. -(Lee laughs)

Jenny's got a heavy hand.

That Assemb-Lee Line drink was really, really strong.

She might wanna cut back on her liquor.

See, then you'll get some more food.

-Mmm. -(Lee chuckles)

-Or go to sleep. -(audience laughing)

-Now, what about them meatballs? -Lee: Oh, you can check it out.

-Aaron: How you doin', stranger? How's it been? -Sherrie: Good.

I wanna try a meatball sandwich.

I hope you kept the recipe the same.

-It's okay? -Okay?

It's the best meatball sandwich I ever had.

I beat you up when I was here before.

Yes, you did.

(Aaron squeals playfully)

(kisses)

I'm not sayin' that because it's my recipe. It was off the chain.

I'm gonna get a drink and finish this, okay?

-Okay. -All right. And this one.

And this one.

-(Lee chuckles) -Grab that pot, Lee. Let's go.

Watchmen Gathering Montreal 2017 - Duration: 2:42.

Shalom everybody!

We are here in the Land of milk and honey,

and we just returned from a land flowing with milk and maple syrup!

We were in Canada for gatherings there,

and we had a very special time!

Tal was there for two weeks, Sarah for one week, and I was there for just a few days.

Tal, tell us what were the highlights for you?

First, it was really exciting to see the Canada Gathering.

It was really exciting to see the honor that was in the family of Canada,

and the honor toward the nations.

Just to see the journey that has already gone on for the past - almost twenty years.

A lot of people maybe don't know,

we have come into this Gathering movement kind of late.

The movement really started in Canada, about 20 years ago,

as believers in Canada gathered for prayer and repentance,

and saw great changes in the nation.

From there it went to Asia, and now it has come to the Middle East.

Sarah!

There was a lot of special things that God did among the young people, actually.

They had their own special Gathering before the greater conference with everyone all together.

During the conference God really moved on the hearts of some of the young people,

that they needed to repent and turn back to the Lord,

and take up their inheritance as being part of the family,

in taking ownership for what God wants to do in the nations,

instead of leaving it to be something that our parents run with.

There was a lot of taking up inheritance,

and walking in who we are as young people for this generation.

Through the Gathering movement here, in the Middle East and in Israel,

we have seen God really bless the unity,

the reconciliation, but really unity,

between us, the Israeli, Jewish, Messianic remnant, and Arab Christians,

both from Israel, from East and West, the Isaiah 19 Highway,

all the way from Egypt, to Iraq, Iran.

At the One Accord Gathering, the last few days while we were in Montreal,

there was just another step, another real deepening of our relationship,

a sense of covenant relationship, of walking together,

that their destiny is our destiny,

that their blessing,

and the blessing of all the churches and Christians in the Middle East,

will bring blessing and revival to Israel, and vice versa.

That kind of one new man dynamic went to even a deeper level, as

we are preparing for the next Global Gathering,

which will be in the Middle East!

We want to thank you for supporting us and sending us,

and to go and extend more of the Kingdom of God into different nations,

and to be attached to movements to change the world!
