LOLITA FASHION THE MUSICAL? BRILLIANT STAR DECORATIONS - Duration: 11:25.

Hey guys and girls we have come to Brilliant Star Decorations

And the topic this time is poison garden.

There is gonna be a fashion show, there is gonna be a musical

there is gonna be singing, quite a lot of things we're looking forward to

Let's check out how the visitors of this event reacted.

I am KAIE, singer in Brilliant Kingdom and designer of the brand Tripple Fortune.

I am also singer of Brilliant Kingdom and together we organize this event.

I also write the script and choreography of Brilliant Star Kingdom.

Could you explain to our viewers what this event is about?

Brilliant Star Decorations is...

Music, Fashion and an overall story line.

This event combines it all.

It's not a fashion show of just one single fashion brand.

It's a synthesis of several brands.

Many brands take part in this event.

Each brand can show their unique aspects but all is combined in the whole show.

Visitors who like fashion will enjoy the fashion aspect of it.

But even if you're not into fashion, the story will be be exciting.

We give our best to make a show that people will fully enjoy.

What kind of visitors come here?

Lolita fashion girls but also those who are looking for something new in the genre

Tokyo is after all the forefront of this fashion style.

How can visitors get the most out of this event?

I always say its not just about watching the event, but I want visitors to take part.

Just watching is fun of course but

The reason why we have shops here before and after the show

is because we want visitors to interact as if it was a salon.

We all have the same interests after all.

So instead of just wearing it, buying things and watching the show

If you see someone with a similar coordinate, and you think you like their style

I want you to say hi to them.

Like "Hey what did you buy?" - Or "Hey how are you doing?"

I want visitors to communicate and grow the community.

Today we had a lot of Japanese visitors but

there were also many visitors from abroad.

Those visitors found this event via connections or word of mouth.

I hope more and more Lolitas can connect and come together.

I mean same with CathyCat here

We met in Houston and we got along great.

And we are glad you came to visit our event here in Shinjuku.

And that's why making connections in the community is so interesting.

I hope to grow the community!

Let's make this fashion community bigger!

Let's do it!

Have you visited this event before? - Yes!

Well in that case let me know why you like this event.

Everyone, Babi, Kaie, the models and visitors...

are creating a gorgeous world in this event.

You can watch the fashion show, the fashion contest and afterwards

even go and buy the items you have seen there and then

It's fun to spend time here and see it all.

The show is fun but I think its fun to watch the visitors too.

The visitors dress up so gorgeous!

I just enjoy seeing how much everyone is dressing up around me.

I like that I can watch many beautiful people wearing Lolita fashion.

There are no comparable big events to this.

So people from all corners of Japan are coming together for this.

And it's great that everyone can interact with each other.

Now is this your first time? - It actually is.

I came to support a model here.

But this type of atmosphere is new to me. It's very exciting.

There are so many cute girls here. I am really happy.

There are so many cute and beautiful things here, I am full with joy.

What did you like the most?

To be honest I don't know much about fashion brands.

But you don't need to know much to see cute clothes and like them.

I had lots of fun.

Instead of sticking with the boundaries of a fashion show

there is acting and there is singing in this.

This stage let's you enjoy many things at once.

I leaned a lot just watching.

It's like a theater and a musical.

And the fashion melts into it.

I think that makes it very different to other shows.

The way Babi and Kaie perform on stage is really wonderful.

And you can see many brand items actually being worn there and then.

It gives you a wonderful time.

This is not just about fashion but there is also a story and song

dance and more.

And the story is something that Lolita fashion lovers can relate to

I hope many more can watch the story and be moved like I was.

What got you to come here?

I like that I can totally express myself here without borders.

In town sometimes you can see people wear this fashion

But it's not that easy to wear

I think events like these are really important.

There are pop up shops.

You can interact with many people

Even if you come here without friends, you can easily make new friends too.

At this event you can wear what you like without getting judged for it.

I think the best thing is that I can really dress all up and come here.

You won't get judgemental looks.

Everyone here is dressing differently.

And you can also discover new things for yourself.

What's your first impression so far?

I am really enjoying seeing all the coords and I am super excited for the rest of the show.

I just love seeing what everyone is wearing. This is a new experience for me.

Its really cool.

I like all the sparkles. - The sparkles?

Yeah I mean, I have seen a very limited amount of Lolita fashion.

We got some bedazzles and butterflies going on.

I like that. It's kind of different.

And then the lace that people are wearing, the layers and the tights.

How did you find out about the event?

I follow Haenuli one of the vendors here on Facebook.

She was posting about it and it turns out we were a 10 min train ride away.

I impulse bought tickets a couple of days ago and here we are.

If anyone is interested in coming here, how would you recommend them to get tickets?

I got the tickets online through the events page online.

It translated to English through Google Chrome.

then you can pick up the tickets from any family mart. That's how we did it.

How did you enjoy the event then?

Very dramatic, very beautiful and we are very happy to be here.

It's a bit like the Takarazuka that we watched.

Definitely very interesting experience. It's my first time.

Interesting the way they mix the musical sections with the fashion.

It's the first time that I have ever seen anything like that.

Definitely worth the plane ticket here.

How did you find out about the event?

She found out about it and was like Stef do you wanna go?

And I was like yeah!

Maybe for other foreigners who would like to visit this event

maybe recommend how you got the tickets and came here?

It was actually a coincidence. I had a friend who was on holiday here.

Google translate is your best friend!

I realized you had to get tickets first, ok.

We went online, managed to get tickets

And just used a credit card. You just need a confirmation order number

after the credit card transaction goes through.

And yeah that's it.

So you book online, you get a code and then pick it up from a convenience store

- That's right. If you are in Japan you can pick it up yourself.

That's right.

Thank you so much.

So Brilliant Star Decorations this time the topic was poison garden.

But every time the topic changes depending on.

If you wanna go there another time you will see a different performance.

What I find really good is that it doesn't only bring together the fans

of the genre but also the brands. Several are coming together.

And you have a performance, sometimes there are people from ballet coming in

And you have different styles on stage and the performance of

Babi and Kaie which is really cool and I enjoyed it very much.

I really enjoyed this event, I will visit the next one.

Hope you learned something about this event, if you're curious check it out.

Thanks for watching catch you soon on Ask Japanese.

上級者向け怖い映画(?)を撮りました!『喰種と人間を見分ける方法』「東京喰種」 連動企画(八木崎第九)#tokyoghoul - Duration: 3:31.

Hey, Yoko. They say another guy got murdered by Ghoul.

Again? In Roppongi this time?

Oh, no, near my home.

So scary, we are hopeless cuz wherever you are if you're targeted, it's the end.

Btw, there's a way to recognize a Ghoul from human, you know that?

I don't know. I mean, can you tell it by their appearance?

You can hardly tell how they look. I heard their eyes turn to red when they attack human.

But when you notice it, you can never escape.

Then how!?

Ghoul can only eat human flesh, if they eat something else, they'll get an adverse reaction.

But somehow coffees are fine.

Then it means, they're eating only human other than drinking coffee huh?

Exactly. They're on a hunt now too trolling somewhere!

Scary~.

Also, seems like there's another way to recognize them...

This is a rumor though.

What?

If you let them hear a song makes them feel down,

their eyes turn to red.

A song makes them feel down?

What? When you done that!?

That extension cable looks so professional doesn't it!?

Erase my memory

I know what I want to know

I just wanna stay beside of you

What, you!?

Noo, totally wrong, why your face turning red!?

This world is wrong!!

Those who make the world distorting is you!?

Were you a pigeon!? (Pigeon = Ghoul investigator)

This is a parody.

Watch the real movie at the theater.

ATOMIC BLONDE - Movie Review - Duration: 5:00.

hey guys Rex Overdrive here was another movie review in this time we're talking

about atomic blonde

my god I think I love you that's too bad

atomic blondes the latest film from director david legion is based on the

coldest city graphic novel about an undercover agent who sent to germany

during the cold war to investigate the murder of a fellow agent and track down

a missing list of double agents i was really excited to check this movie out

david leitch was one of the directors on that first John wick movie and that was

just such a fun kick-ass bare-bones story of a movie I love that first John

wick movie the second one is really solid too but David leach wasn't on that

one but I was really excited to see what this director could do with Charlize

Theron and this guy is also directing the upcoming Deadpool sequel so I was

really excited check this movie out but this definitely isn't just like a female

version of John wick it definitely has a lot of action throughout the movie but

it's more like a spy film I mean there's there's a shit ton of action throughout

this movie but it definitely has that like espionage flavor I also have to

talk about some of the action sequences in this movie and when you have a

director whose primary background is in the stunts part of this industry oh my

god this movie has some of the most amazing stunts that I've seen all year

like it's that good and there's a particular scene that takes place in a

stairwell and when you watch this just keep in mind the camera does not make a

single cut in this scene is roughly like it's probably 10 to 12 minutes and just

keep that in mind while you're watching this this is all one take all the fight

scenes and action sequences they're all really top-notch but that one in

particular is just insane and it just really makes you think about like the

preparation and like training and just the fight choreography that went into

that and it's brutal it never feels like fake or anything like that it really

feels like you're watching these people beat the shit out of each other and I

admire that this is also a very stylized movie and I can dig that you throw Blue

Monday and the soundtrack can you pretty much just have my money but I just

really like the way they use color in this movie some scenes are grey and they

had that real grimy feel but then when you walk into a nightclub

there's this contrast of color and 80s pop music and the soundtrack of this

movie is just so kick-ass there's so many awesome 80s songs throughout this

film and they actually work within the scenes whether it's an awesome action

sequence or even just a scene between two characters setting up that vibe and

this one is actually kind of a mystery thriller and the way it told us plot and

story is kind of a little bit different it does a lot of cutting back and forth

between past and present and every time the movie does that you get a just a

little tasty nugget of the story until it moves along and you finally realize

what's actually going on and I also dug the performances in this movie

especially James McAvoy and this guy's really been killing it lately whether

it's in this or split from earlier this year but his character has a lot of

personality and you're not really sure which side this guy's on but one of my

main issues with this movie is the story and it's not like it was an interesting

or anything like that it's just kind of really the way it was told like I said

earlier the movie does a lot of cutting back and forth between past and present

and I don't think it was entirely necessary to tell this story I think you

could have done it a little bit different but just as the movie

progressed it just started to feel a little bit convoluted and the bulk of

the exposition takes place in this sort of like interrogation room

and I really wish they would have found a different way to tell the story and at

times it's just kind of hard to figure out why we're following a certain

character or why does this particular thing matter but then again I think

that's what makes this kind of a smart political thriller this isn't just an

action spectacle there's a lot of thought and mystery to what's going on

this is also a film that you need to pay close attention to because if the story

starts to lose you the end of the movie is not going to have that impact and I

think you're probably going to be scratching your head so with all that

said I'm going to give atomic blond of be guys let me know what you thought of

this movie down below in the comment section and please make sure to

subscribe for future videos I'm Rex overdrive I'll see you next time
