Hands are virtually superfluous here.

Since last year, the Ovo spread has been manufactured and filled

in Neuenegg, Canton Bern, completely automatically.

It's of interest to us from a commercial point of view,

because we can manufacture everything under one roof here.

Previously we had to ship some of our product, the Ovomaltine powder,

to Belgium.

Now I can incorporate it into

the product here at the Ovo factory.

Switzerland as a main production base:

The major international company to which Wander belongs has decided

to expand its production here in Bern.

Swissness thanks to automation in the medical sector too.

The Swiss company Ypsomed will soon be

manufacturing hoses for insulin pumps in Solothurn

that were previously made in Mexico.

In Mexico there were around 60 people involved in production –

here we have a dozen or so people

who monitor and control the process.

So, fewer people but more skilled jobs? - Absolutely.

By automating, we are removing employees from production

and replacing them with robots.

Staff now monitor the process and improve it –

so ultimately the staff requirements profile is higher.

For high tech countries such as Switzerland

this development represents an opportunity, according to digitisation experts.

I think there's huge potential here,

thanks to digitisation

and well trained manpower in Switzerland,

for bringing production back to Switzerland.

It gives us the chance to create truly new jobs,

to provide attractive, well paid posts.

I see it as a huge opportunity for Switzerland.

Wander and Ypsomed both stress

their need for fewer staff thanks to automation.

Switzerland is thus becoming more competitive.

Production in Switzerland is also worthwhile financially,

say both companies.

Ypsomed has invested CHF 10 million in its new machine.

This will be paid back in around three to five years.

And Switzerland offers other benefits too:

Our workforce is very reliable,

extremely knowledgeable in automation,

and there's the proximity to development.

That gives us the stability and confidence

to produce fault-free in the future.

This will enable us

to further strengthen the site's competitiveness.

Because we've got the people it takes,

the suppliers it takes, the customers it takes –

all this combined gives Switzerland huge opportunities.

It's difficult to say how many companies

will follow this example.

But automation is clearly strengthening Switzerland as a production location,

thereby creating attractive new jobs.

Engineers Create Stable Plasma Ring in Open Air - Duration: 1:42.

For the first time, engineers at Caltech have created a stable ring of plasma in open air—essentially

capturing lightning in a bottle, but without the bottle.

Matter can exist in four distinct phases: solid, liquid, gas, and plasma.

Plasmas are made of charged particles—ions and electrons—and occur naturally on Earth

as lightning, in the weather phenomenon called St. Elmo's fire, and in man-made objects such

as fluorescent light bulbs and plasma cutting torches.

Usually, plasmas do not have clearly defined shapes of their own.

Lightning follows a path of least resistance through the air, creating wildly forking structures,

while man-made plasmas are constrained by vacuum chambers or electromagnetic fields.

A Caltech Researcher says he was surprised when he and his team were able to generate

a stable ring of plasma in open air using just a stream of water and a crystal plate.

They can create a stable ring and maintain it for as long as they want, without requiring

vacuum or magnetic field.

Though it does not have any immediate commercial applications, the ability to generate a stable

ring of plasma without powerful electromagnetic fields or vacuum suggests the possible use

of plasma structures to store energy.

Hello everyone welcome to another video today, I'll be showing you how to grow and manage your channel using tubebuddy

I have been using tubebuddy since the very beginning of my channel and it helped me a lot in many ways

I might not be getting a million views per video, but the ones that did get the most views

For example if it's a music video type in "trap", "dubstep", or simply "music"

Once tags are loaded, Click on "Show search rankings"

The number next to the tag represents with this video ranks in the search result

Would not suggest you

Copying and pasting all the tags as they are but copied on ones that are ranking in search and paste them into your video tags

Do the same thing again, but this time search for different keywords that are related to the type of video you are uploading...

if you are uploading for example a Call of Duty gameplay search for "gameplay, "Call of Duty", "Cod" "Walkthrough" etc

and copy the ranking tags from the top 3 videos

Number 2 is 'Share Tracker'

Every youtuber should have an account or literally every social media

They can possibly think of it can be Facebook it can be Twitter Instagram and all of them

They will not only help you engage with your audience

But grow your channel too..

tubebuddy share tracker feature allows you to share your video to multiple social media accounts in just a few clicks

To do so go to your video manager and click on tubebuddy icon next to the video you want to share

Here you can find a bunch of other fascinating things

I would recommend you try each of these to get the most out of tubebudy.. In the promote tab select the share tracker a

And you can make a post individually click on any other side where you want to share it

And it will open up in another window where you can create a post instantly think of a clever

But not click very title and down spam in any social media website

Number 3 is video ideas video ideas is the most painful part of being a youtuber

To find this feature click on to body icon on top and click video planner

Find trending topics

And you can save video suggestions that are left by your viewers

You can also use this as a notepad and write your video ideas right on YouTube to help you remember and keep track

You can go to the related tab and find videos that are related to your niche

To help you come up with something new

And last but not least.. 'Upload checklist'

You have no idea how many times this little feature
