take your document and fill it with color #77909b

now drop this boy in your document

rename the layer as "boy"

now use "ellipse tool" and draw a shape as shown. use color #ebcbc3

now take a pen tool and add "anchor points" in the path as shown

now adjust thoes points as shown

rename the layer as "outer part"

duplicate the same layer

you can turn off the previous layer

now select all the upper anchor points

and move upward as shown

adjust

now get the selection of this layer and turn it off

go back to the "boy" layer and cut paste (ctrl + x) (ctrl + v)

rename this separated layer as "top"

you can turn off the "top" layer

turn on "outer part" layer

now duplicate the "outer part" layer

and rename it as "inner part"

change the color to #bf8d85

apply free transform tool to the "inner part" layer and adjust as shown

you can also adjust the anchor points manually using pen tool

now get the selection of "inner part" layer

and take a new layer

rename it as "noise"

now fill it with 50% grey

go to filter - noise - add noise

filter - blur - motion blur

filter - blur - gaussian blur

blending mode "overlay"

you can adjust the opacity

now take a new layer

rename it as "shadow"

color black

use soft brush

adjust flow

get the selection of "inner part" layer

now paint as shown

undo (ctrl + z)

try again

some competition. About the gym, I successfully passed

the examination of fitness and body-building with CSEN and I'm waiting for the certificate.

food issues to resolve any of your doubts or to

dispel stereotypes circulating in this environment.

Moreover, having my assigned profiles the dream to promote the discovery of our identity

and the consequent dissemination of a new concept of humanity, that influences

Premier League: Why Musa, Iheanacho aren't playing regularly – Leicester Manager, Puel

Leicester City manager Claude Puel has explained why Kelechi Iheanacho and Ahmed are not getting play time at the club.

Puel admits Iheanacho is facing a lot of competition for a starting spot.

He, however, added that the 21-year-old must be ready to seize the opportunity when it comes.

The Nigerian has made nine appearances (two starts and seven substitute appearances) for the club this season.

He has struggled to break into the Leicester City side following his £25 million move from Manchester City in the summer.

On the other hand, Musa has been totally frozen out, restricted to cup games and U-23 fixtures.

Puel said, "He (Iheanacho) is a good player but he must improve when he finds his place in the squad," said Puel during his pre-match interview.

"We have a lot of players in this position.

It is good competition between them, perhaps a little more because for one or two positions we have six possibilities.

"We have Iheanacho, Islam Slimani, Ahmed Musa, Shinji Okazaki, Leo Ulloa and Jamie Vardy; it is a lot of players but I hope we can give them good game time for the future because we play every three days.

"It will need all these players with good qualities and attitude.

"They need to work hard in the training sessions to keep a good level.
