Basic course of cardboard furniture - Lesson 3 Decoration - Duration: 9:00.

Hello! We are sticking with the basic course furniture

cardboard If you have not yet seen the lessons over and

Now if we start with the lesson 3. Today we will see different ideas for

cardboard furniture decorate the table and finish we've been

making, giving an appearance of aged wood.

Here are some suggestions of techniques and materials to decorate.

The kraft paper, kraft paper or wood is a very tough thick paper. usually

sold in rolls and is quite economical. You can use it to cover

furniture, sticking with white glue mixed with water and give thus a

appearance of wood. You can also crumple it and use it to add texture.

Another option is to use napkins to decorate or decorative paper.

At craft stores or decoration you can easily find them.

Applied using the technique découpage. To make it you must remove layers

napkin paper and glue with white glue diluted with a little water.

The bitumen is used to give an aged appearance, highlighting

larger or smaller. The length of the strips I'm adapting

to look like wooden boards and what I do is go placing them this

These pieces'm sticking with hot glue.

You can do it with white glue but you have to put some weight on.

Once covered the board, I'll do the same with the rest of the furniture,

less legs. We will being so. To paint over these parts

we have to give a layer of white glue undiluted. You can wet the brush

it easier to apply but not dilute the glue. this layer

will seal the surface preventing the board from absorbing too much paint.

Once dry I paint in black completely. Let it dry and if

necessary to give another coat of paint. The truth is quite resultón

well but I'll give an aged look.

So now I need a candle to the next step.

I use a small candle and what I do is go passing by all

unions and parts of the surface.

I then apply white paint using a sponge.

You can also brush but I like the finish that leaves sponge.

Let it dry well

and then we spent sandpaper across the surface.

As we had previously passed the candle, white paint will rise with

ease and give us the aged we are looking appearance.

With a dry brush we will remove all the dust generated when sanding.

And now let

to protect the table. I use this wood varnish

It is colorless and glossy finish. Market much choice. I have

but always used other than for wood. Normally you have to

mixed with a little water and give at least two layers. It gives me very good

result and protects fine furniture that I've done.

If you can not get varnish, another option is to use white glue without

dilute only with wet brush. It serves to protect even if you will not give

as much protection as varnish. I apply the varnish all over the table and leave

dry thoroughly. To finish protecting the furniture I will cover the bottom of

eva legs with rubber because it is a very strong material.

Hi this is Vijaya & welcome to Vijaya's recipes

Today we'll make Mysore Masala Dosa

Which is very easy to make & it turned it out really tasty

So let's make Mysore Masala Dosa

To make Mysore Masala Dosa we've taken 1.5 Cup Rice

1/2 Cup Split Black Gram, 2 tbsp Bengal Gram

2 tbsp Tuvar Dal (Split Pigeon Peas) & 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds

We've soaked all these ingredients for 8 hours or overnight

Further we've grind it and kept it aside to get fermented for 8 hours

Here we have prepared the batter

Butter

Salt to taste, 1tsp Sugar, Potato Curry to make Mysore Masala Dosa & Red Chutney for Mysore Masala Dosa

Adding Salt & Sugar into the Batter

Mix it well

Now we'll make Dosa with this batter

Turn on the flame and pour the ladle full of batter on the pan

Spread it evenly

Adding 1tsp Butter on it

Put 1 tsp Red Chutney

Spread it evenly

Put Potato Curry on it

Spread some Butter on the other side too

Here we have our Mysore Masala Dosa is ready and now we'll serve it into the plate

Our Mysore Masala Dosa is ready & we've served it with Coconut Chutney and Sambhar
