Thanks to there being so much sugar in the foods that people eat today along with processed

ingredients it is very difficult to avoid sugar in the diet.

One child, however, has only been fed food that is completely organic thanks to the right

amount of knowledge and dedication from her parents.

Grace Cooper is now two and a half years of age, and she has never eaten a single gram

of sugar throughout her life.

This is an amazing feat due to the fact that foods today have so much hidden processed

sugar in their content.

STUDY REVEALED BABY FORMULA HAD DANGEROUS CHEMICAL IN IT A recent study by Reuters revealed

that a leading baby formula had trace amounts of what could be a dangerous chemical.

Melamine was found in the formula and this is used to make plastic and was found in the

baby formula that is popular in the US.

There have also been babies who have died or got sick in China from the baby formula

that was polluted.

While breastfeeding is the way to go for anyone wanting to feed naturally, what happens when

the baby has passed the breastfeeding stage?

Almost all of the foods for babies sold on the market today are said to be organic and

healthy and 100% veg or fruit.

However, in reality, they are often but and some of the leaders on the market are packed

with processed sugar and preservatives.

These are unhealthy, and parents are better off preparing and making their own baby food,

so they know what ingredients are in the food.

One shining example is Grace Cooper, whose parents did just that.

MOTHER PASSED HEALTHY DIET ONTO DAUGHTER Shan, the mother to Grace, said that when Grace

becomes old enough to understand why her mother does not like to her sugary and processed

foods, she will allow her to make her own choice as to whether to remain on a diet.

Shan has had to deal with allergies of food all of her life and redesigned her diet so

that she can perform at maximum capacity.

Shan cut out all gluten, dairy, and processed foods and she passed her diet, which is loaded

with fresh fruit and veg, onto her child.

12 SIGNS YOU'RE EATING TOO MUCH SUGAR The diet of Grace is heavy in nutrients, and so

it is responsible for the strong immune system of Grace.

She plays with children who have coughs and colds, and she does not get sick and has only

had one single cold in all her life.

Her mum said that when she is old enough she can choose what she wants to eat and she will

perhaps eat so many sugary foods that she will not feel well.

However, she will learn, and instead of gobbling down 12 cupcakes she might eat only two or

three.

Shan said that she wants Grace to eat what makes her feel good and that is what any parent

wants.

She said that they were taking steps one day at

a time.

What is a song made up of? - Duration: 3:28.

Before we start talking about rock songs, you should learn some words that I will

use in the following videos are you ready to rock? Let's go!

A song is divided into different parts and such a part is called a verse, like in this example.

Did you recognize the song? I'm sure that most of you know the chorus - the part

that is repeated more than once.

But do you know the verses? If not, pause this video and go and have a quick look. Now!

And please, don't confuse a chorus and a choir because a choir is a group

of people who sing together. The whole song is made up of lyrics, the words for

the song. A poet who writes the words (the lyrics) is a lyricist and the person who

writes the music for the song is a composer. For example, all the members of

AC/DC are lyricists and composers for Highway to Hell. The main character in a

song is a protagonist. So, "I'm on the highway to hell" means that the protagonist is on

the highway to hell. A song might also have a pre-chorus. It's a small part

between verse and a chorus, like in this example.

'Imagine all the people living life in the piece' and 'imagine all the people

sharing all the world' are also examples of pre-chorus in this legendary song

Another part of a song is a bridge. Yes, you heard it right - a bridge, which

usually goes in the second part. In the lyrics a bridge carries an important

emotional meaning preparing a listener for the explosive part.

Of course there are many other words related to songs and music in general

and it's impossible to discuss everything in one go.

watching adrenal fatigue In this video I am going to share with you

5 strategies to improve adrenal health and manage stress

naturally.

These 5 strategies all have to do with a powerful hormone that lowers cortisol, the stress

hormone and balances the body after the stress response.

So stay tuned As you probably know by now, adrenal fatigue

and stress go hand-in-hand.

The very root cause of adrenal fatigue is stress.

When we encounter stress whether it�s physical, mental or emotional, the same chemical reaction

occurs.

It looks something like this.

First, our adrenals release and shower our bodies with hormones like cortisol and adrenaline.

In response, our heart beats faster and harder, our blood pressure

rises, our breath becomes shallow and weak and our blood rushes away

from major organs (ie: organs of the digestive tract) and into our muscles so we can fight

or flea from the stress, appropriately.

There are so many situations in our external world that have the potential to be stressful.

Whether you have experienced a traumatic event in your life, you lead a high-stress

lifestyle, have a habit of overcommitting, or choose to burn the candle at

both ends, without self-care and proper rest and relaxation, your adrenals will become

depleted and your health will suffer?

So the question is, how do we change this or how to we move on.

We often feel we have no control over the things happening

around us.

Whether you believe that to be true or not, you can probably agree that we do have control

over the way we react to it.

The truth is if we do not learn how to cope better with stress and take life down a notch,

(even just mentally) we will never truly recover from adrenal fatigue and

our health will continue to suffer.

And to further prove my point of the power of stress over our health, new research reveals

that 80% of all diseases may actually be stress related.

But, it�s not all bad news.

The good news is there are ways to teach your body and mind to cope better with stress.

And there is science behind this.

There is a powerful hormone that is able to lower cortisol (the stress hormone) and balance

the body after the stress response.

This hormone is called Oxytocin.

Oxytocin is often called the stress �off-switch� or the �love� hormone.

In order to produce oxytocin, we need to engage in certain activities

that trigger a relaxation response both in the brain and in the body.

During the relaxation response our mind clears, our

muscles relax, and our heart rate and blood pressure lower.

Oxytocin is mainly released in three ways; during an orgasm and for women during labor

and when breastfeeding.

You might be thinking, that�s it?

Thankfully, we there are Here are several ways we can trick the body into releasing

oxytocin.

Here are 5 strategies that release oxytocin and heals the body from stress:

1.

LAUGHTER Did you know there is science behind the saying,

�Laughter is the best medicine?� When we laugh, our bodies produce

Oxycotin.

Laughter is also known to help boost your energy, your immune system and even reduce

pain.

This can be genuine or fake laughter, the brain doesn�t know the difference.

* So either spend a few minutes laughing by listening to your favorite comedian during

your commute to work or while exercising

* Surround yourself with people who make you laugh

* Or just start laughing 2.

HUG SOMEONE * Embrace someone, it�s best when you hug

someone you love * Enjoy that hug and stay a little longer

than normal and feel the effects * If you don�t have the opportunity to hug

someone you love than imagine you are hugging someone you love or that

you are being hugged by someone you love * Cuddling has the same effect

TAKE A WALK * It doesn�t have to be long, even 10 minutes

is beneficial * Walking outside, is recommended and is statistically

correlated with higher levels of oxytocin * If your day is full of meetings, perhaps

you can suggest a walking meeting with a co-worker, you might be

surprised that when walking and talking business you can experience more inspirations, creativity

and ah-ha moments!

DO SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR YOURSELF DAILY * We often over extend ourselves by trying

to do and be everything.

Especially as women we learn to do this at an

early age and then it becomes a habit that is hard to break.

This busyness just becomes are new normal.

As a result, we end up deleted ourselves and our adrenals.

* Make a commitment to do something special for yourself every single day.

For example, take a bath, walk in nature, book a massage, go to a movie by yourself,

plan a date with a friend or treat yourself to a special treat

BREATHE DEEP * When our bodies are stressed we breathe

shallowly and fast.

* Breathing deep is one of the best ways to lower stress in the body.

This is because when you breathe deeply it sends

a message to your brain to calm down and relax.

The brain then sends this message to your body which slows down

your heart rate and decreases your blood pressure * Ideally sit comfortably, close your eyes,

set a timer for 2-3 minutes and just allow yourself to inhale and exhale,

each for the count of 5 seconds.

Try not to judge yourself for being distracted when distractions come up.

Our brains are just doing their job.

When distracted bring yourself back to the breath.

And just keeping doing that over time it gets easier.

But know that we all struggle with it, even those that have been practicing meditation

for years.

Well there you go.
