Facebook Messenger Bots, ManyChat, Facebook Comment Triggered Post - Video #7 - Duration: 13:30.
In this video, Video #7in my series of videos about Facebook
Messenger Bots and ManyChat, you will learn how to set up an automated
messenger response, from a keyword typed into a Facebook post comment box. Hi, my
name is Sue Ferreira, creator of Wisdom To Wealth Mastery, where I show you how to
take all the wisdom you have up here in your head, brain dump it, organize it and

cutting edge tools. Now, back to how to create an automated keyword response
from Facebook Comments, using Facebook Messenger bots. Here we are -we've come
over to my ManyChat dashboard and in this video, as I said, we are going to
create a Facebook post, such that when one of your viewers or your readers of
your Facebook post, puts a keyword into the comment box below, it triggers the
automatic Facebook Messenger Bot to deliver whatever it is you want to
deliver to your viewer, your reader, such as a PDF, an invitation to join you on a
webinar, whatever it is, you can set your delivery item to be triggered by a
keyword placed in the comment box below. When we do this within ManyChat, we
will be using two of the ManyChat growth tools to create this keyword
triggered post. We are going to be using first of all, in growth tools, a new
growth tool of the Facebook Comments kind and we are also going to use, within
Automation Keywords, we are going to create the keyword, within Keywords.
Then we are going to link together, the Facebook Comments Growth Tool and the
Keywords, so that they work together and deliver your free gift, your invitation
to the webinar, whatever. Let's go back to Growth Tools - you can see here, I have
created a new growth tool and as I've said in previous videos, the first thing
you want to do is change the name of the Growth Tool to something that you will
remember and be able to identify it in the future.
To help me remember which Growth Tool this is, I have "Facebook Comments" because
that is the kind of growth Growth Tool I have. I say it is Keyworded with a
trigger and that trigger is going to be "Menu", because I want to deliver my PDF to
people, showing them how to set up their Main Menu within ManyChat. Let's
focus first on the Facebook Comments. As with all other growth tools, we have the
actions set out in sequence here, First of all in the settings, if we
come down, it says Facebook Post for comment tracking "Select A Post". If
we "Select A Post", it automatically goes to all of your Facebook posts. I've got a
lot of talks coming up, so there's a lot of my talks and events I've been to, but
eventually - I want to use this post here, because this post is about one of my
videos in this series on many chat and facebook Messenger Bots. I've already
set up this post for the delivery of this ManyChat "Menu" - "to receive my free
guide on how to set up your ManyChat Main Menu, type the single word, Menu, in
the comment box below, which will be sent to your messenger for download". This
is a post already prepared. I could select the post right now, but I'm not
going to. I'm going to come back and select the post at the end of setting up
the rest of the keyword commented trigger. The reason I'm going to do
that is that if you are going to set up a triggered keyword post for an event in
the future, such as a Facebook Live, it actually helps to set everything up
first and then come back and select the post later, so I make it a habit
that I will do that, for all of my triggered posts. Let's go back now to
the dashboard and we're going to select this post later. Here we have
"Track first level comments only". Here is the advice. alongside this option - "will
disable the growth tool for second-level comments". In other words, this
means that if you click this to "on", you will only be tracking first level
comments. In other words, your trigger to post will only be sent to the people, who
comment in the box below. It won't work for any of the
replies beyond that. Here "when user leaves the comment, send the message
immediately, within seconds or minutes afterwards" - most people want to receive
it straight away, so I just leave this on "immediately". "Exclude comments with these
keywords" - as I'm specifying a keyword, I don't really see why I would want to
exclude particular comments, but you may want to use that at some stage, so I
leave that empty. Here "only trigger for comments with these keywords" and you
put it in, as a comma separated list. You could use several keywords to trigger
the post, but really, let's keep it simple and the only word I'm going to put in
is "menu". Upper case and lower case doesn't seem to make any difference, but
suppose someone is in the habit of putting an exclamation mark after a lot
of their comments, I usually put in one that has this as an option too, just in
case. Now, we've finished up our "Settings", we go to "Next", which will take us to Auto-response and here is the the "default" one, which ManyChat has built out for you.
It says, "Hey, Full Name" - well, I'm going to change that first of all to "First
Name" and I don't like the Hey, I guess I'm old, I'm going to put "Hello" here.
"Hello, First Name" and this is the same with any ManyChat, let's add one of
our little emojis and now let us change the message here. To save time, I have
entered the text here and I have written "Congrats on using ManyChat to build
your audience. To access your guide on setting up your Main Menu in ManyChat,
reply to this message, by entering the word "Menu" once again, for the
second time in the reply box, and your guide will be delivered to your
Messenger. if we come down here and read "Please note, people who comment on your
post will become your subscribers on messenger, only after they reply to this
message (the one above). When they do it, you can send them the opt-in message". In
other words, you can deliver the gift that you want to give. This
is the most important point to remember, when you're setting up a
Facebook Comments Keyword Trigger, in that the Keyword has to be entered twice.
When they enter "Menu" in the Facebook Comments box, on the post on Facebook, it
triggers them to come into your ManyChat, but only when they enter the word
again, does it then opt them into your ManyChat subscriber base. I'm using
the same word twice, to make it easy, but if you wanted to use two different words,
that would work too but it's the word you put in the second time that subscribes them. Suppose I
change this to ManyChat, it is this word here, that will trigger the
automation and bring them into your subscriber base. I'm going to go back to
"Menu", because that is the word I want but remember that this is really important. I
also suggest when you are creating your keywords, that you separate the
keyword from the text. For instance, if you squash all the text up together like
this, it's very easy to miss the keyword itself. I would always suggest making
it plainly and visibly obvious that this is the keyword, they have to enter,
because otherwise, you'll just have a decreased response rate. Now we will
"Save". Now come down to the bottom click "Next" and we're going to go to the
Opt-in Actions. We have several options here. One is "Don't send the
opt-in message", the next one is "Send to everyone who replies" and the last one is
"Sent only to users who reply with a keyword". In a way, I feel that these
two are pretty redundant, because here is the Opt-in message over here - it's a
generic message again, that comes with the ManyChat program and usually, I want
to personalize this a bit more. I don't want to send a generic message, so I keep
this at the default "Don't send the opt-in message", because then I can
customize the message better, when I link in the keyword. Now we've set up our
Facebook Comments Growth Tool - we can go over to "Automation", pick up
"Keywords" and we are going to create a New Rule, a new
keyword. Click "New Rule" - down here is message ,and I'm going to say "Menu" and also I
put "Menu!" in with an exclamation mark, just in case - comma separated again.
"Create keyword" - I'll add an action because I want to Add A Tag and I've
added "Clicked Menu keyword". Let's create a New Reply, and this New Reply
replaces the generic reply message. Once again to save time, I've added the
message here "To download your guide "How to set up your main menu, in ManyChat,
click the button below -" and the message is here. To the right here, you can
see that the message is mirrored and it shows you what it will look like on a
mobile device. Now, I'm going to fill in the button and remember you're quite
limited in the number of characters you can add. Here is the button title that
will be clicked, to allow delivery of my Main Menu ManyChat freebie. As
always up comes the little red markers, saying "Hey you haven't finished yet",
which is one of the best features of ManyChat. It really helps you get
everything in right and order. I click that and it asks me what I want to
do? I click "Open website" because I have my freebie saved as a link. It is up
on AWS Amazon Web Services but I have it as a Bitly link, so I come back and I
will add the website address. I will add an action again - a tag - the same tag,
"Clicked Menu keyword" - say done and now it is all happy, because it has gone blue.
Let's preview at this stage, and the message has arrived down here in my
Messenger, so this bit of the Messenger Bot is working. If you want to continue
the conversation, you can add another button, you can have a quick reply, you
can do- as always - anything, with all of these other features that many chat has
in its growth tools. You can add an image, a card, a gallery, etc etc, but I'm going
to keep this nice and simple. Let us go back now to the Growth Tools, to the
Facebook Comment trigger keyword and now we are going to "Select the post". Here
is my post that I'm going to select, and now I have to say "I confirm that the
selected post is explicit, that this page is going to contact users, who comment
via Messenger. I'll be a good girl and I will click that one. The rest we have already
set up before, so we are going to save once again. Here on my Facebook Page is
my post. Let us put in the word "Menu" and Hey Presto. in my ManyChat, here is my
reply "Main Menu ManyChat"t and it delivers my free gift to you - done! Here
is another important point to remember - if you are using the Business Manager to
run your Facebook Page, then if you come down to the post on your Business
Manager - here - and test to see if your Facebook Comment trigger works and you
add it to the box in your Business Manager page, it will not work. This will
only work, when you add the word "Menu" to the page which your viewers will come to,
which will not be your Business Manager page. I think business manager can be
pretty confusing, but Hey, we've got it so we're stuck with it. We change it from
Draft to Active and there's a quick summary once again. If you want to create
a Keyword Triggered post on your Facebook Page using the Facebook
Comments box, this is how you do it. Within ManyChat, you use two features of
ManyChat. You use a Growth Tool - New Growth Tool, Facebook Comments and then,
you link that to a Keyword that you set up within the Keywords page. You will
have a great way of not only engaging your audience, but of delivering them

''Just another page'' , very philosophical
in which, as you know or maybe don't know if you're new
we talk about book that
we read in this month or recently
that we particularly liked
-Exacly
-And, can I say that we took two very feminist choices?

we can say that this is the keyword for today

-So we talk about womans
Who start?
-I start?
-Yes, you start
-So the book that I took
is this one, called ''The story'' by Elsa Morante
And this was given to me last year
so a little time ago
I had started reading it but
for time and study problem I had to stop it
and a short time ago I started it again
is a book written by Elsa Morante
and set in Italy from 1941 to 1947
so in and post the frist world war
and tell the story of a woman
of Jewish origin
that after the death of her husband
decided to change the accent in her surname
for hide her origins
because we all know what happened to Jewish
she just want avoid this for her
and for her sons
a legitimate one, and one born
from a violence from a German officer
it's a very interesting story
and I think that the theme is important for everyone
particulary in this moment
even in honor of the day of memory that was last day
this book talk about
the condition of this woman
the condition of Italian people and how they use to live it
offers some very interesting and suggestive views
of the Jewish condition
So...There is a moment
that I like the most
Is the description...
- Do I have to cry?
of, if I can tell the truth,
this book is really heavy
-Well, just from the theme...
-Heavy because, and don't take it wrong,
is really thick
it's 600 pages
and I think that for understand it completely
need a lot of time
and it's heavy even because the theme
it's not rosy or light
-Probably this is better
-This is better, so take your time for read it
two parts that I really enjoy are
the frist one is in the back of the book
and is a phrase written by survived by Hiroshima
and tell: ''There is no word
in any human language, capable of comforting the guinea pigs
who do not know the reason for their death''.
''the reason of their death'' because
the real reason of this
was know only later
the people who lived in that situation
and who lived this moments
doesn't know the reason
for all of this brutality
another part that I really like
talk about
the moment of the end of Hiroshima and Nagasaki
so is the part that talk about Japan
I don't know, I just read it
and everyone will have different emotions
''Meanwhile, in August
after the launch of the atomic bomb in the cities of
Hiroshima and Nagasaki
even the Japan had found total surrender.
The news about the atomic blast were such
that talk about what happened was reluctantly
like of repulsive abstractions
you can't even talk about time

I advise you to read it, besides the fact that
knowing our past is fundamental, in my opinion
for understand who we are
who we were, who we can be.. It's fundamental
-The mistakes we must not do
-There are so much things that we have to do
and I think that one of that is knowing our past.
This book is interesting even for
the structure of the book
Now, you probably see this huge book
and you think that this is heavy and thick
-Better not
-But inside is really intriguing
for how it is divided
It's divided into seven parts
from 1941 to 1947
so the frist page shows you the year
and immediately there are pages
that historically explain what happened in that years
after this a sentence is given
chosen by the author
and the true narration begins
-It's very well structured
-It's very well structured
in fact I would never have expected it
-Well... We all know that Elsa Morante is an author
of importance among Italian authors
and we are lucky to have her
womans and authors like her
-it's important that the book talk about a woman
that remains with our theme
-Exacly

-I talk about another woman
more contemporary
but I think that, despite the history and the time,
the issues we deal with are always the same, unfortunately
and the book is ''Milk and honey''
by Rupi Kaur, I hope I have pronounced her name right
and she is Canadian naturalized
but has Indian origins
infact she have a particular beauty
but I think that she's really pretty
And I don't know that you ever see her before
because she stat with an Instagram profile
in fact they are called ''social poets''
because they start from the Social
writing their thoughts
and she was very provoked in the beginning
in fact she post, time ago, a picture
of her, completely dressed, so nothing provocative
or particularly erotic, in which
there was only a stain of menstruation on her clothes
that photo was banned by Instagram
because it violated the Instagram rules
and about it she say that everything it's ok on Instagram
even half-naked girls, nude
or erotized without a reason
but her period make scandal
We are in 2018
we are not anymore in 1950 or in 1940
but unfortunately we are coming back slowly
and so...
The book is divided into several chapters
with different themes
in fact it begins to explain a healing process
so talk about a girl like her, or like anyone
in fact I don't like when
someone say that this is a ''Feminist book''
now, independently from the person
that watch this video, boy or girl, is or not feminist
I still recommend reading it
to anyone who lives such situations
-I don't think that there are categories of books
I think that everyone can read any book
without problems
-Exacly, but since be ''feminist'' for someone
is an insult
because they can't understand completly
the word
that is just
''gender equality'' but I don't call it like that
because it was too abused as a term
so I prefer to use the name ''Feminism''
So, the book is divided in chapters
that are: love, loss, trauma
violence, healing and femininity
in fact talk about issues like
violence against women
in a candid manner
in first person
in fact everything that is written
is written by impulse
sometime punctuation is used
sometime not
because the tought
is flowing
and in it's written in this way
and the best part, for me
even because I have an artistic soul
it's the fact that there are illustrations
that accompany each poem
and...
I don't know how to say it
I think that my favorite
are those that speak of violence
that for someone can be to heavy
because they aren't to much explicit
but explain exacly the feelings that someone can feel
in a situation like this one
a ''catastrophic event'' in his life
from which you survive
if you are not alone
and..... I don't know...
I can read one of these
that I really enjoy
In which she say:
...look at the montain...
''I want to apologize to all the women I have called beautiful
before I've called them intelligent or brave
I am sorry i made it sound as though something as simple as what you're born with
is all you have to be proud of when you have broken mountains with your wit
from now on I will say things like you are resilient,
or you are extraordinary not because I don't think you're beautiful
but because I need you to know you are more than that"
I'm shivering
-It's really beautiful
-Yes, often the first compliment someone make you
is ''you're so pretty''
''you're so cute'' or ''nice hair''
because sometimes
we don't stop and talk with them
-And we already stat with judgments
-Exacly, not because be ''pretty'' is bad
or..
a weakness
but there is more behind anyone
which can be a baby, a woman, a man
-I think that eveyone want to be
more than just pretty
maybe beautiful inwardly but more than just pretty
I have to say that this book was recommended to me
-So you must read it
has just come out her new book
that it's similar to this one
from the cover
the only one difference is that the other one
is completly white and have this sunflower on it
and the name is ''The sun and her flowers''
so the Sun with her flowers
and....
it inspires so much
and another good quality is that
don't talk just about the womans minority
because this is minority
but talk about minority in general
in fact in one page she say that:
''our shoulders'' of black womans
endured so much
that is really difficult think about it
but I think that the shoulders say anything
about ethnic minority
underestimated
of underestimated woman
of an humiliated man
bulled
There are so much to talk about
and so little time for do it
-But there will be time
with all of the book we will read
we will deal with a bit of everything
-Why not
-So this was our books for today
We hope that to have inspired to buy these books
if you like them, or maybe just the authors
maybe you don't like this book but
you can like another one
