>> When was the last time you worked on your resume.
Well for many of us, it's been a while.
Well did you know that this week,
Microsoft Word and LinkedIn introduced a new feature
designed to make updating and even
creating your resume easier than ever?
It's called Resume Assistant,
and it was created to help Office 365 subscribers
craft compelling resumes with
personalized insights from LinkedIn.
When you launch Resume Assistant in Word on Windows,
it automatically extracts a recent role from your resume,
and surfaces examples of how others in
similar roles describe their work experience.
You can also customize by industry.
>> It also allows you to identify top skills used by
other LinkedIn users in
that field so you can update your resume accordingly.
>> But let's talk about applying for jobs.
With over 13 million jobs,
LinkedIn is an incredible resource for job postings,
and Resume Assistant makes it easy to find
jobs right in your area of expertise.
You can even tailor your resume to fit that role.
Then consider letting recruiters
know you're looking by enabling
the Open Candidates feature within
LinkedIn for extra boost when searching for jobs.
In fact, according to LinkedIn data,
Open Candidates makes you
twice as likely to hear from recruiters.
>> All of this is easy to do.
Simply open your resume in Word,
click "Review" and then "Resume Assistant."

>> Are you looking for a premium,
rigorously tested, reliable Windows 10 laptop?
Well, hold on to your hats,
because this week, Toshiba has your answer.
>> The Portégé and Tecra series of laptops bring
ultra mobile powerful PCs with
the new 8th generation Intel Core Processor,
Intel's first quadcore U-Series processor.
>> Now, what does that mean for you and me?
Well, it means these laptops are
business class and built to go the distance, literally.
They are thin and light.
In fact, the Portégé X30 for instance
weighs in at 2.3 pounds.
