When you launch Resume Assistant in Word on Windows,

it automatically extracts a recent role from your resume,

and surfaces examples of how others in

similar roles describe their work experience.

You can also customize by industry.

>> It also allows you to identify top skills used by

other LinkedIn users in

that field so you can update your resume accordingly.

>> But let's talk about applying for jobs.

With over 13 million jobs,

LinkedIn is an incredible resource for job postings,

and Resume Assistant makes it easy to find

jobs right in your area of expertise.

You can even tailor your resume to fit that role.

Then consider letting recruiters

know you're looking by enabling

the Open Candidates feature within

LinkedIn for extra boost when searching for jobs.

In fact, according to LinkedIn data,

Open Candidates makes you

twice as likely to hear from recruiters.

The US Hates Disabled People In Puerto Rico | Disabled y Latinx - Duration: 1:42.

The United States has approximately 48.9 Million disabled people.

The island of Puerto Rico has a high percentage of Disabled Puerto Ricans.

The way that Disabled Puerto Ricans are treated

on the island differs greatly from those state side.

In the United States disabled Americans

qualify for SSI.

For disabled Puerto Ricans living on the island

which if you didn't know, Puerto Ricans are Americans.

Those living on the island have been refused

by Congress for over 40 years

from getting any US Government help.

This isn't surprising considering how the government

treats the island in terms of the debt crisis.

And most recently how it treated the island

after hurricane Maria.

Instead of the US Government allowing Puerto Ricans

to qualify for SSI, the get this outdated

federal program from the 1960's called

"Aid to the aged, blind or disabled".

People in this program get up to $74 monthly.

That's it.

Compared to about $733 that disabled people state side

get under SSI.

Because of this half of Puerto Rico's disabled community

lives in poverty which is twice as those state side.

Now you're probably going to say

"Well if it's that bad, why don't they just move state side?"

Some have but for many other that isn't an option.

You're also asking disabled Puerto Ricans to uproot

their life, their support system, their family

just to access basic needs

that should of been given to Puerto Rico in the first place.

The US Government needs to treat Puerto Ricans

especially disabled Puerto Ricans

like US Citizens.

Because they are US Citizens.

The way disabled Puerto Ricans are treated

on the island is inhumane and we can't stay silent any longer.

So I'll leave you with this,

Clinic of treatment with laughter - Duration: 1:31.

My idea is that people tired of boring everyday problems would come to a single place with a very good atmosphere, where with jokes, stories, anecdotes, exercises (the program was not developed by me), people would forget about their problems and become more fun. To organize such a "Clinic for treatment with laughter" will require a small room, made in a light casual style, a couple of "doctors", a few attendants and other trivia. The cost of one lesson is somewhere around $ 5 (subject to 5-6 groups a day for 5-6 people each), so the program is designed for a wide range of customers. Abroad such an idea has already been developed. I will be happy to hear your comments.

Super Cute and Pink Fruity Slime Review - Duration: 3:44.

Hi Kittycorns!

Today we've got another slime review.

This one is another slime from M&J Slime Factory on Etsy.

I ordered quite a bit from them.

This one, however, is pink!

The other one was cotton candy.

This is their fruit slime.

Let's get it out.

So again, I had to add activator to it because I let them sit around too long.

But I still think it's a really nice slime.

It sat around for awhile too.

I forgot I had it!

Now this is why it's called the fruity slime because, in here, it has little pieces of

fruit.

Now since I had to add the activator to get it back in it's better condition, you can't

really see them that well.

But they are in there and sometimes they come out.

There we go!

There's a strawberry.

It's super cute!

Oops, now I'm losing fruit everywhere!

Look!

little apple!

So that was the fruity slime from M&J Slime Factory on Etsy.

I bought this awhile ago and if there were any problems with it, that's my fault.

I left them in the wrong temperature and needed to add activator.

But it's all good now!

So I'd say that's a testament to how good this slime is.

Really cute slime!

I love the color of it and I love the little fruits inside of it.

It is excellent slime!

Dirty Bomb: Phantom's Rework - Duration: 3:42.

It's time for Phantom, to get some changes.

ooooOOOOooOOooOOOOO

We know you wanna know, so here's Faraleth

to give you a run down on what's happening to our boy Phantom.

Phantom has always been one of our more polarising Mercs, often being fun to play as, but frustrating

to play against and limited in viability compared to other Mercs.

With these changes we aim to keep Phantom's core characteristics and gameplay, but improve

his tool-set to be more effective in utility and team-play.

Firstly, his EMP is no longer a constant aura.

Instead, Phantom can activate a pulse while cloaked once it has fully charged, giving

him have the element of surprise.

However, if he doesn't activate the EMP while cloaked, it will automatically trigger

upon decloaking.

He is now also completely invisible while cloaked, allowing him get behind enemy lines

much easier.

To ensure his invisibility isn't annoying to be on the receiving end of, he has a short

decloaking period before he can attack, giving enemies a chance to respond.

He's also received small adjustments across-the-board, such as the removal of his Refractive Suit's

armour due to his now total invisibility and a small base health increase.

These changes should see Phantom become a much more viable pick to successfully get

behind enemy lines and disrupt their positioning.

Ranked is going to see a lot of refreshing going forward.

We want to swap things up in there regularly so week on week it's fresh and new.

This is kicking off in the next update where we'll be:

Adding two Ranked Weapon Skin Cases which will initially be available for two weeks

Making Javelin available to play Removing Terminal

And removing Phantom Both Phantom and Terminal are being removed

due to their re-works coming to the game.

And they'll be added back to Ranked once it's confirmed they're performing well.

Threads pop up now and then discussing Server Browser match balance, so we decided to ask

you how you'd like us to improve it.

There was two options available, each with their upsides and downsides.

First off pre-match shuffling which would balance the teams just before loading the

map, but wouldn't let you know what team you are on until after selecting your Mercs, and

post-match shuffling which balances the teams before the Merc selection step.

So far pre-match shuffling has been winning since the poll was created and we'll continue

to see how the votes go over the next few days.

Once there are a good number of votes we'll let you know our plans going forward.

This week we're taking a look at Ryhon as they've been putting DB under the microscope.

Those of you who are eagle eyed may have noticed a few easter eggs in the game, and they've

managed to find a ton of them. Enjoy

For these reported issues, we want to start getting a bit more granular with the issues

you've been reporting across our social channels, forums and reddit.

Reported issues this week included Server Browser Balance, Explosives vs Proxy Mines

and Communication For Server Browser Balance we've had a look

at ways to improve it and we're putting it to you to decide so please, head to the forums

and cast your vote.

For Explosives vs Proxy Mines we know this is a proper pain and we're gonna see if we

can get it fixed up for you.

And for Communication, we would love to tell you everything we're working on, but plans

can and often do change.

We've learned from the past the best option is to wait until features are finalised before

announcing the full details.

We're going to continue using this method for now, but at the same time try and give

you more insights into what's going on.

One of the biggest blind sides to raising your vibrations is how quickly you become

a target for negative attacks.

When I first began to consciously raise my frequency through various methods like meditation,

eating vegetarian, reducing EMF in my house and so forth, I was riding the high frequency

vibes into pure bliss and nothing was going to stop me�or so I thought.

Understanding how energy works, I assumed that like attracts like and so naturally I

would only be attracting high vibe people and circumstances into my life.

This was true however it only paints half of the picture.

When I started, I didn�t really pay much attention to the potential of darker energies.

I figured if I didn�t focus on them, they wouldn�t be part of my reality.

Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that educating yourself of only one side of the

coin turns you into a sitting duck ripe for hunting.

And I was most certainly a sitting target.

Some say ignorance is bliss but it�s also the open door that parasitic entities look

for to feed off your energy.

When we are not aware of something, we can�t say �no� to it.

We blindly give away our sovereignty to these negative energy feeders and then can�t understand

why we feel so low after feeling so high.

The ascension process is no joke.

When you wake up to your higher senses and begin to perceive the energies that weren�t

perceivable before, you realize you are playing ball with a whole new league of players.

And they don�t play nice.

Why?

Because as you raise your vibes you are stealing from them the one thing they need to survive.

In today�s video I go into depth of two common ways (one direct and one indirect)

that these parasitic entities will attack your high vibration mission and divine sovereignty

and why they are relentless.

What You Don't Know About the 2018 Super Bowl Selfie Kid - Duration: 3:48.

Lady Gaga jumped off the roof.

Katy Perry danced with Left Shark.

And now, Justin Timberlake posed with the apparently uninterested Selfie Kid.

Once again, the best part of a Super Bowl halftime show was watching yet another instant

meme created right before our eyes.

But this is a stranger phenomenon: 13-year-old Ryan McKenna shot to viral fame by simply

holding his phone, and looking at it for awhile.

Is there any more to the story than that?

Sort of!

Here are few quick facts you may not know about the Selfie Kid's big moment.

"Super Bowl selfies!"

Mystery solved

The memes hilariously suggest otherwise, but did Selfie Kid actually know who he was taking

a selfie with?

Had he ever even heard "Can't Stop The Feeling"?

Yes and yes, according to a New York magazine interview:

"I'm a big fan of his and I know all his songs.

I listen to his stuff all the time.

I definitely know the words.

That's my favorite song of his."

Ryan even made sure to reiterate that point by posting a screenshot a couple days after

the game featuring the hit single with the caption, "Best song."

So why did Ryan appear so aloof?

His phone crashed before he tried to snap the Selfie of the Year.

Fortunately, it booted right back up, giving Ryan a second chance to get the shot, but

the damage was already done.

"So I had a video going, and my phone shut off.

That's why I was on my phone, and I love him, 'cuz he's like my favorite singer and I had

to get the selfie with him."

School legend

If you were wondering whether taking a selfie with Justin Timberlake is as cool to middle

schoolers today as it was in 2003, wonder no more.

Derby Academy, the private school the seventh-grader attends in Hingham, Massachusetts, gave him

a shout out on their official Instagram with the caption, "Did this just happen?

Is this real life?"

Oh, it happened.

And Ryan is reaping the rewards.

He told the Pioneer Press,

"All my friends have been texting me and stuff.

It's insane.

I've gotten so many notifications.

I've got like 36 Snapchats, like 21 DMs, and like 150 follower requests on Instagram."

Make that 57 thousand followers, and counting.

Free publicity

You might've noticed that Ryan was wearing sweatshirt with "Sunday River" on it during

his moment in the spotlight.

The company behind the name did too.

Nick Lambert, the Marketing VP for the Maine ski resort, had an understandable two-word

reaction when seeing his gear front and center at the Super Bowl — "Holy s---."

Realizing the company couldn't buy this type of publicity, Lambert tried to repay Ryan

the best he could by offering a free season pass to their unexpected brand spokesperson.

The exec tweeted 20 minutes later,

"Seriously.

Someone send #superbowlselfiekid in my direction.

Maybe after the game.

He has good seats."

Patriots fan

Although he'll never forget the halftime show, let's not forget that McKenna was at the Super

Bowl to watch a football game featuring his favorite team, the New England Patriots.

Was the Massachusetts-resident bummed after his team's 41-33 loss to the Philadelphia

Eagles?

He told New York magazine he was, "a little disappointed," but then again, he's sort of

a Super Bowl legend himself now.

He told the Pioneer Press,

"It was already crazy to be at the Super Bowl in the first place.

Then all of a sudden I'm up on the jumbotron and everyone is talking about me.

I can't believe it."

Fifteen minutes

Not too many fans who go to the Super Bowl get invited on network talk shows the next

morning.

"It's crazy.

Everyone is just like, everyone like thinks it's so cool and stuff."

Needless to say, Ryan was probably the only Patriots fan who had a great Monday.

Both Today and Good Morning America asked Ryan about his legendary selfie – and he

got to miss a day of school.

It really can't get much better than that for the seventh-grader, unless Ellen books

him as a guest and gets him a new phone, which seems like a totally plausible next step,

if not an inevitable one, in our meme-loving age.
