So, we're interested in studying triple negative breast cancer.

This is a particularly aggressive form of disease

and we're interested in the mechanisms which make it aggressive

and how eventually we can try and treat that.

Triple negative breast cancer accounts for a third of all breast cancers.

It is probably the least understood of the breast cancers

and even for patients that are successfully treated at the time

the disease can reoccur.

We're interested in understanding the biology of why it reoccurs

how it also spreads to secondary sites

or its metastases, because ultimately that's what will lead into

the death of the patient.

If we could understand the biology, we could stop the spread of the disease

we may have much better outcomes for these particular patients.

So preliminary work that we have already done

has made an association between the major cancer gene in triple negative breast cancer

BRCA1

and a protease that we had a long-term interest in called cathepsin S.

We know that in cells that have a BRCA mutation you get increased

expression of production of this particular protease.

We know that that this protease can accelerate dissemination of the disease

to other parts of the body.

Specifically now in this project, what we want to do

is we want to look in more depth

okay, to understand the expression of this protease years in patient samples.

that have the BRCA mutation.

Ultimately, we want to find out just how important

this protease is in BRCA mutant tumours.

If we can prove, or disprove, its involvement

we could open the avenues for new potential treatments in the future

for the treatment of this devastating disease.

The government in Turkey claims to have evidence that US-based journalist Jamal Khashoggi was murdered at the Saudi Arabia embassy after the critic of the country went to get a visa for his upcoming wedding

He was captured on CCTV footage entering the building in Istanbul October 2 and a source has told The Washington Post he was killed and then dismembered by members of security

'The voice recording from inside the embassy lays out what happened to Jamal after he entered,' the insider told the newspaper that Khashoggi, 59, worked for

'You can hear his voice and the voices of men speaking Arabic … You can hear how he was interrogated, tortured and then murdered

'Scroll down for video  The audio reportedly hold the key to the 'gruesome' goings on that day but the Post reports the Turkish officials have been reluctant to release the recording as it may give away how they spy on foreign entities that are based there

Recordings allegedly are very 'persuasive' in revealing the journalist was 'beaten' before various other details that have been shared with American officials took place

It's not clear if the US side has listened directly to the alleged evidence however

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia denied the claims something happened to the man - who has been known to critique KSA - inside the consulate and state he left unharmed

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has recently been promoted as the member of the royal family that has pushed forward for one of the strictest Middle Eastern countries to take a more liberal approach to culture

 Khashoggi wasn't necessarily supportive of his vision however.However, the Post reports that even before the journalist's plan to go to Saudi, some people connected to the US government believed Salman was involved in a plan to lure him back

'    Mr Khashoggi had been living in self-imposed exile in the US since late 2017, fearing arrest back home

 John R. Bradley – who is also a former colleague of Mr Khashoggi's – has revealed exactly why the kingdom wants him dead

In an article called for The Spectator, Bradley, who worked alongside Mr Khashoggi at Saudi daily Arab News, reveals Khashoggi 'had dirt' on the kingdom's links to al-Qaeda before the terror attacks on September 11, 2001

 Bradley believes the Saudis may have also worried that he had become a US asset. Earlier this year, Mr Khashoggi had established a new political party in the US called Democracy for the Arab World

But Mr Khashoggi's recent rejection of the offer to return to Saudi Arabia as an advisor – a snub to the Crown Prince - may have been the final straw

Friends of Mr Khashoggi told the Washington Post that for several months, senior Saudi officials were offering him protection, 'even a high-level job working for the government' if the critic returned to the kingdom - but he was sceptical of such offers

He was the most well-known political pundit in the Arab world with more than two million followers on Twitter

 In his columns, Bradley says, he urged Crown Prince Mohammed to embrace the rise of political Islam, rather than western-style democracy

 Last month, he criticized the Saudi war in Yemen, which is closely identified with Crown Prince Mohammed

'Saudi Arabia must face the damage from the past three-plus years of war in Yemen,' he wrote in the Washington Post on September 11

  On Thursday, the chairman of the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee said sanctions would have to be imposed at the 'highest levels' of the Saudi government if it were found that the government was behind the disappearance and reported death of Mr Khashoggi

It comes as Turkish investigators prepared to enter the Saudi consulate in Istanbul where he was last seen

'If it turns out to be what we all think it is today but don't know, there will have to be significant sanctions placed at the highest levels,' Republican Senator Bob Corker told reporters at the US Capitol

 Corker added: 'You can´t go around killing journalists.'Global pressure has mounted on Saudi Arabia, a close US ally, over the whereabouts of Mr Khashoggi, who entered the consulate to get documents for his planned marriage last week

His Turkish fiancee, Hatice Cengiz, who was waiting outside, said he never re-appeared

'I have to find out what happened . and we're probably getting closer than you might think,' President Trump said in an interview on Fox & Friends

 She also shared her heart-break in an opinion piece for the Post. 'We were in the middle of making wedding plans, life plans

After the consulate, we were going to buy appliances for our new home and set a date

All we needed was a piece of paper,' she wrote. 'Jamal is a valuable person, an exemplary thinker and a courageous man who has been fighting for his principles

I don't know how I can keep living if he was abducted or killed in Turkey.'It comes as a witness claimed to have heard screams for help moments before Mr Khashoggi disappeared from the Saudi consulate

 The source, who was inside the consulate last Tuesday afternoon when Mr Khashoggi arrived to pick up official documents, has spoken to investigators

They said they heard 'sounds of loud screams and shouting, as well as calls for help and the sound of a struggle and then sudden silence,' according to Al Jazeera

Further evidence that Mr Khashoggi never left the consulate emerged, as screenshots of his WhatsApp account shows he last used his mobile phone minutes before entering the building - when he was sent a link to a MailOnline article regarding a prominent Saudi

The screenshots, obtained by NBC News, show the WhatsApp conversation between Mr Khashoggi and a US friend, which indicated that the last time he was active on his phone was at 1

06pm Istanbul time.Just eight minutes later, at 1.14pm, he was caught on CCTV as he entered the Saudi Arabian consulate

The friend sent a message to Mr Khashoggi at 1.24pm - a message which was received, but never read

Investigators are confident they may be able to discover Mr Khashoggi's fate, using data collected from his Apple Watch - which was connected to the phone he left with Ms Cengiz

    Britain warned Saudi Arabia of 'serious consequences' if  it turns out Mr Khashoggi was murdered by his own people

 The identities of an alleged 15-member assassination squad surfaced.The team is said to include a Saudi special forces officer, members of the royal guard and a senior forensics expert

 Police were seen entering the consulate this week but it is understood the Saudis rescinded an offer to allow forensic experts onto the premises after details of the Saudi identities emerged

Riyadh has insisted Mr Khashoggi left the building alive and murder claims are 'baseless'

It says CCTV at the consulate were not working on the day in question.

hello everyone welcome back to my channel so today I am recreating this

zombie Alice themed makeup look and if you would love to know how to recreate

this look right here then stay tuned because I'll be going through the whole

process with you it's a very very easy and quick makeup tutorial that you can

literally use all the makeup that you've got at home you don't need any special

effects makeup you don't need to buy any extra stuff it's so easy to do as well without

going all out if you would love to hurry

so let's come to tutorial so the picture of the look I'm recreating today will be

somewhere here so you can see clearly for yourself

I'm just gonna get started with this look so first of all I'm going to do my

brows because I don't I feel like I'd look better with like a better bold brow

so I'm just going to you see a brow by benefit rich it's like I think it

actually does make the look even more dramatic and white already is and I just

sort of just garage darker and just make sure the basically

he touched me my brows like a little bit on the darker side and a bit more filled

in which will obviously make the look a little bit more polished shall we say a

little bit more so exciting to it then I'm just gonna set them who's in the

ready okay so now so to start with I'm really crate the eyes that bold black

eyes I'm just gonna dig in to this morphe Picasso palette which is now sold

out I believe which is sad and it's got all these beautiful beautiful shades and

I'm going to take this black shade just go right in at the deep end and I'm just

going to dust it around my eyes just to get a little bit of definition first

before I go right in and I'm just gonna use the Real Techniques powder blue bo4

brush and do this it's gonna go in here we go

already like in sloping return and I'm not even really done anything and I've

already looked scary maybe I should just another puppet all right obviously you

should never be like really sort of neat with this but I'm very professional I'm

gonna try a big bunny and then obviously I was gonna extend it I'm just actually

like perfect for how do we make up this palette because it's very sort of

fragile and it's very pigmented so it's extremely good so I'm just gonna it's

done that's just rough me just to my nerves and then I'm just going to do the

same on the other side I look crazy right now

and I said it doesn't need to be like really good makeup the roughness sort of

makes it you know just make something so I wouldn't worry too much make that a

little bit more symmetrical and neater I might just sort of like blend out a

little bit so the moment had an experience I use my varied a brush and

then just use the primer makeup brush peanut uh-huh it's good that little bit

so I can just so I can pretty blend this so I'm just gonna on the outside just to

create a bit more dimension and just to make it a little bit run I think that

looks quite good it's a bit rougher and it's not choking me and then I'm just

going to add a little bit more on this just make it a bit more so much for

following that I'm gonna just so add a little bit of a gray shade just to add a

little bit of dimension on surveys and just to make it a bit more buildable

rather than it just be one solid color so I'm just going to go in with the

Urban Decay Naked huh and I'm just gonna sort of merge a bit of Crete from

gunmetal of these shades and I'm just going to just put that more in the

middle and just sort of emerging together in crates or like dark gray and

now I'm just gonna add a bit of red into this lip so for that I'm just going to

use a little brush this is from the car going Cosmetics color that I bought a

just go up and E which from that around the world palette and I'm just going to

talk a little bit on with one side the brush and I'm just gonna use the French

gauge here just to sort of create blood

and then just gonna sort of they're definitely hands oh yes well and then

I'm just gonna sort under a little bit using a real techniques brush I just

sort of make it much together a bit because in the moment it's sort of not

very much

I'm now going to do the math which I'm very excited about so for this I'm

literally just gonna use the red shade on the morphe palette again they come I

use this Real Techniques shooter brush I'm just going to take the red for the

morphe palette that I used for the blood the same red I'm just going to talk

about my lips

and then when that's okay I'm just gonna use black eyeliner to just trace around

the lips a little bit just too great and a little bit for something something

obviously I'm not gonna go okay I'm just gonna go around here just to create a

bit of like creepy so when I smile back to which I think what it really good so

I'm using the connection pass straight eyeliner that looks like this I'm just

going to trace around my lips obviously if it's smudged as well over look like

each pattern say create some like crazy ice book and then

follow it that watch it on that I'm just now going to get a little bit of the red

shade again using the Real Techniques shading brush and then the morphe

Picasso palette I'm just gonna sort of mud use to go over just took Socrate

Bloody Mary

and I'm just gonna use my finger a little bit just bend it a bit of black

just to understand to just read a bit the eyeliner is not exactly antastic

just by watching my lips kiss retina okay so this is my it's the face of like

quick and easy makeup to trot it takes about ten minutes it's really really

easy to do and it's really really creepy and it's

perfect for happy especially we don't agree like came out all right this is

perfect if you're not really into going all out I really hope this I love it I

wore this about not about three years ago I think a Halloween party I

absolutely love to be creating it and I'm also wearing my blue dress I know

it's not exactly out of some Wonderland but I just figured I think blue worksite

Painting Tyranid Hive Fleet Behemoth with an Airbrush - Duration: 12:33.

welcome to root stem game and this is painting hive fleet Behemoth as usual with my

painting videos I've started by basing the entire figure in black and since the

the carapace of this units in black anyway it makes it a lot easier to paint

now I've gone ahead and done beastial brown or rhinox hide as it's modern

terminology is called I've done that into the fleshy part of also than the

ribcage in the coloring I've done that already off-camera because again it's

more of a base court in so it's not more technique that I should really be

showing you because of course it's just simple you can do it with a brush

or you can do it with your airbrush I may have overlapped a little bit on some

of the black pieces but we are gonna be caught in them with black again anyway

mainly to give it a beat Lee like glossy Sheen in wine in future steps so the

next stage then it's gonna be chrome that we know where this is going

then for that one and the drive see if it needs another boss

then hit it with some dry brush of his evil some scarlet not open the feast and

wreck we've got a feast in red not evil sons I'm wondering just a lie in it a

bit not a lot it's a dark red pull up a very dark full skin let's see what I can

very you know not come across as being like a standard white it mainly goes

into blue territory probably going to come tall as a base and then take it

from there
