Waching daily Dec 16 2018

Warning

This video contains my strong opinion.

Now, over 2 billion views.

I'm a mom of 2 children.

I've heard it maybe a million times.

I feel the same.

Everyone knows this song in Korea.

I heard it for the first time

back in June, 2018

from DickHunter channel which I'm subscribing.

Young-al-nam participated too.

One day I went to a kids program at a local library.

They played Baby Shark and made kids dance.

My first baby shark song was the tainted version from DickHuner

it made the situation seem humorous.

So I sent a message to Young-al-nam. "The local library played Baby Shark!" Lol

"DickHunter had a vision." Lol

He answered and laughed.

After that, Baby Shark hit UK music chart in August, 2018.

UK music chart.

Baby Shark done by Korean music company has its place in the chart.

And Sophie Turner and Josh Groban

Donald Trump version

and many more versions followed.

I love Ellen show

and she did it too!

Amazon Alexa which is similar to iPhone Siri couldn't avoid it either.

A toddler asked Alexa to play Baby Shark

she danced to the music and that video on YouTube

hit 800K views

The toddler and her family ended up appearing on TV.

Baby Shark wave is still going on.

Because of my 2 kids

I'm suffering. Lol

This song is driving moms crazy.

But their kids love it.

So they tolerate it. Lol

My husband is a therapist.

One day he went to a daycare to see his client

they played Baby Shark the whole time.

Please help me!

Just kidding.

Korean kids songs are getting popular too, not just K-pop.

I'm proud of being a Korean in America.

I'm Jinger.

Please help me to create quality videos.

As low as $1.

Check the description box for details.

Thank you.

See you next time.

Bye.

Designing An Incredible Life (Part 1) - Duration: 7:51.

- So we're coming to that magic time of year.

The end of the year and this is when naturally all

of our thoughts seem to go towards the new year.

Or, maybe reflecting on the prior year

and looking at the new year.

So I thought I'd do a three part series here for you

around the new year and around planning

and around achievement and creating the life you want.

Because the word that's on my mind right now,

we'll see what these three end up being,

but, the word that's on my mind right now is intention.

You know when I started out so long, 22 years ago,

when I started my business

and I'm sure you've heard this story

by now but it was a pretty much a rags to riches.

We weren't in rags but we were really struggling.

I had not made any money and had zero income

for probably about five or six years.

I was a stay at home dad taking care of the kids.

Now I've got this multimillion dollar business.

I've had a multimillion dollar business for many years.

I'm a leader in the industry.

I've got a best selling book. On and on and on.

I have thousands and thousands of clients.

Have these huge events.

Life has turned around.

By my measures, I've been extremely successful.

And when I think back on how did this shift happen,

I think back to way back in '96 and 1995 really

that was when it was all starting to happen for me.

I was taking my baby steps.

At that time I heard Tony Robbins,

who I'd just gotten to know or I just learned of,

and he used this phrase called design your life

or designing a life.

And at that point I was super,

I was not very empowered within my life.

I was sort of drifting along.

I had a good marriage.

I had a baby, a new baby.

So there were some great things going on in my life

but I really didn't feel like I had much power in my life.

And then I heard that idea of designing a life

and I was like "Wow. Does that actually work?"

And so I started to chip away at it.

I started to come up with strategies

to change different areas of my life.

And what I've learned over all these years

and as I look I've gotten to know a lot

of super, super successful people.

Amazingly successful people and I look

at the commonalities among them

and the commonalities among people I see

that aren't having that much success.

What I see tends to be,

well, there's a lot of different things,

but one of them is this idea, this realization,

that you actually can change your circumstances,

whatever they are.

And if you're going to change you're circumstances,

I think the best way to do it is through intention.

Is actually looking at your life

and the areas in your life and saying,

"What do I want my life to look like in that area?

"What do I want my health to look like?

"What do I want my relationships to look like?

"What do I want my love relationships to look like?

"What do I want my friendships to look like?

"What do I want my business to look like?

"What do I want my income to look like?"

And then start to create a vision in each

of those areas for what you want.

And so that vision, what I'm talking about,

that's what I mean by intention, acting intentionally.

If we look right now, the world is getting really,

really great at pulling our intention away from us

and controlling what our experience of the world is.

We have these technology companies like Facebook,

like Google, and there's plenty of others

that have thousands of engineers

that are spending all of their time trying

to create an environment for you

where they grab your attention

and then they control your attention

and this isn't to make them evil.

It's just that's their job.

You know we're in this attention economy

where you get paid the more attention that you can hold.

And that's the way those companies make their money,

through advertising and through holding you

on their site or in their app.

So they are extremely intentional

about creating a super immersive environment

that are an addictive environment.

That's what they have planned for you.

So in a way that we've never seen before in the world,

where people, a group of engineers,

a group of people are working so hard

to grab your attention and have you move

through your day zombie like.

I mean people are better at it than they have ever been

and the only way you can fight that is

by putting as much effort into designing your life

and intentionally living your life

and your experiences throughout your day.

Putting as much effort into that as they are putting

into grabbing your attention and holding your attention.

So like I said, I'm going to have three videos,

maybe I'll go deeper, who knows.

We'll see.

But I'll give you one example of intention that I've had.

It's been almost two years, so I've been doing

this thing that's called intermittent fasting.

And what that means is that on most days,

I'll go usually around 14 hours without eating.

Sometimes it's 12 hours.

Sometimes it's 16 hours.

Sometimes 18 hours.

Basically it's super simple.

All I do is when I eat my meal in the evening,

I stop eating and then I go 12, 14, 16 hours

until I eat the next day.

I'm not a doctor.

I'm not saying you should do this.

It's just something I've been doing.

I'm not the world's greatest expert on this.

Lots of other people are experts on this.

I'm not the only person doing this, but I'm just sharing.

I'm not doing it to lose weight.

I'm doing it for overall long-term health.

I'm convinced that it might help

my overall long-term health.

But what I've noticed is its

made me super intentional about food.

Because before I'd eat my meal in the evening

and then maybe I'd do some snacking throughout the evening,

and then in the morning I'd get up

and maybe I'd do a little bit of grazing

and then I'd eat breakfast.

Well now I know that once I stop eating in the evening

then if I do any more snacking that evening,

that's going to delay when I can eat the next day.

So let's say I eat dinner at 6 PM

and then there's some nuts and I'm thinking

about having some nuts or some ice cream

or whatever at 8 PM, I know if I have

that at 8 PM that means I have

to wait two more hours the next morning to eat.

So it just makes me think about what I'm putting

in my mouth instead of just grabbing something

and putting it in my mouth.

So I've become more intentional about food.

I've been more intentional about what I put in my mouth

and the thing about being intentional is

being intentional in one area leads

to intentionality in each area and it becomes a snowball.

So instead of just grabbing your phone

and instantly opening up Instagram

or opening up Facebook and then all

of the sudden 30 minutes has gone

as you flip through these photos

and flip through these things and you know what

you probably don't feel any better

after you spend that half hour.

So what I'm saying is as you get more intentional

in one area, you end up becoming

more intentional in every area.

So that's what I've got for you today.

I invite you as we're coming to the end of this year

and this new year to be intentional

about your reflection on the past year.

Reflect back and say, what worked well

and what do I want to do differently next year.

And then I want you,

I'd suggest you might think about being intentional

for next year and planning out what is going

to change or what you want to bring more of.

What you want to attract into your life in the coming year.

So I'm Jeff Walker.

Wherever you're watching this, scroll down.

Leave a comment for me

and I'll get you the next episode next week.

Leadership Decisions Are Easy Based On Values & Science - Duration: 7:17.

so Marlene

Marlene said that Otis to pimple landed before I did that's how big it is it's a

good omen it's a good omen

we made it to Detroit where we're going to Novi which is kind of cool

sounds like Novi and associates right Detroit the motor City I'm a little

under the weather but you know I just got to get your mind right this is kind

of all on your head when it comes to I can feel he's got to psych yourself up

and kind of do these two covert rehearsal I'm so tired

we've been traveling now for two weeks non-stop alone playing it's so rad

Marlene pointed out which is a good point every single time that I do a

keynote or a workshop I get this friggin pimple right here like this in the same

exact spot I get this pimple and um eyes are circling yeah it's so damn big it's

like I feel like a friggin unicorn or a maybe a yeah I think it's stress I feel

like a unicorn or some sort of it's a horn it's that big but yeah so today

hopefully we'll get a good night's sleep here in Michigan and

good luck tomorrow tomorrow is we speak from 9:30 to 12:00 and then we do QA at

12:00 to 12:30 so it's me and Matt Linder and our whole topic is defining

organizational culture how small teams drive culture and how to increase

employee engagement and then the four four pillars that many of you may be

familiar with who here by a show of hands is a be CBA all right good so we

can really geek out over stuff I'm excited if you think of these four

principles all being rooted in behavioral science and organizational

behavior management they can kind of run they can bleed through the fabric of

everything you do goal-setting self-monitoring feedback and pay for

performance and I wanted to kind of touch on that a little bit today and

talk a little bit about culture it seems like it's a fancy word everyone uses the

term culture and company culture but we're going to talk a little bit about a

definition of culture because I got to see century as culture today and at the

time I was out so what I wanted to say is that we we were almost last year when

calculating it we did almost half a million hours worked throughout New

Jersey northern Delaware eastern Pennsylvania the New York area and what

was interesting was that with all these different decisions that Matt Linder and

myself are faced with and our leaders in our company I just wanted to say the

decisions that are thrown at you every single morning you know you're you just

wake up ready for a problem they're not that difficult the reason why they're

not difficult because they're based on values so in other words the decisions

that are faced with doing half a million hours worked would you would think that

would be overwhelming but maybe I'm just a very simple rudimentary guy but I can

the decisions that we make at the end of the day are not difficult we're like

it's really gonna be three but then they're not mad as to cut everybody off

because it might happen once in a while no it's their decision it's making it

better the way you said it first you were cutting everybody I mean doing it

no more that was or don't you guys just I want

them to make the decision by us saying here are the terms we have a history of

canceling 8.3% at a time if you're okay with that and you understand these terms

then we're gonna be great smooth sailing let's talk about what's important otice

the pimple so did you ever have the situation where you you're not sure if

you should try to pop it or not and you wait long periods of time and then

finally you just you give it a shot but then it doesn't pop and it makes it

worse and it just keeps getting flared up so that's our situation

a cyclops one night only we're premiered the premiere voters talk

about the simplicity of the science and how it can help you as a leader and as a

BC be a route everything back to behavioral principles because I like

what Carl binder did in a journal organizational behavior management he

spoke a little bit about work outputs so we're gonna speak about some measurable

outputs today but the reason why I find that with all this volume and the work

that we're doing and the I saw the volume we were doing people are

averaging 100 and some hours a month it would seem overwhelming but it's not as

long as you root every single decision back to behavioral principles but number

one know your values century is up and coming very rapidly growing organization

that passport values they're very similar to what we call BDA or our

company and first being family so anytime you're faced with a difficult

decision all of you that raised your hands is BC bas we're constantly faced

with very challenging ethical Quagmire's we go to a home and you know we see for

example a something going on that we're questioning is that's something we

should report to the state is that learner going to be in a worse situation

if we report it there's ethical guidelines that are very

strict which is great that behavior analysis certification board keeps

raising the bar on those those ethical things but what I've found is that if

you just root all your decision-making back to a couple core values it's easy

and number one being family so what we try to do and I know that century has

done this it's important to know that your family each one of you in this room

your family needs to come before the clients and your colleagues first

Game of Thrones 4x10 REACTION ¨THE CHILDREN¨ 1/2 - Duration: 11:07.

Hello everyone! Welcome to my reaction channel!

My name is Pilar.

And today I'm going to be reacting to season 4 finale of Game of Thrones.

Okay guys. Last episode.

Let's see what happens to Sansa,

to Arya,

with Tyrion.

I'm dying to know.

And I want to see what does the night's watch if it gets attacked again.

Those are the things I want to find out the most.

I hope they get resolved in this episode.

Let's see what happens.

I'm like- I have like-

Idk.

I'm nervous.

I feel-

Anxious.

This is the third episode I've seen today. Third in a row.

I'm ready to continue with my cup of coffee.

Here we go, I hope you guys enjoy ♥

This man has balls.

What's his plan?

Go and kill their leader?

Please negotiate peace and just let them cross to the other side of the wall.

I kinda feel sorry.. they just only want to be safe from white walkers too, right?

Is that human flesh?

Yeah but she could have killed you if she wanted.

what I said

what happens?

who is it?

who is it?

who is it?

Who are they?

But-

How did he get to cross the wall?

They opened the night's watch tunnel?

Oh I remember now.

I remember now.

Melisandre told him to go.

Jon Snow is so amazing.

He will kill you.

He will kill you.

His hand is shaking.

I can't belive this just happened.

If he would have..

If he would have arrived one day before...

None of this falks would be dead.

They would have won like this

Well hello my lady.

What is it with Jon Snow now?

She want's to ... Jon now?

Yup. And that good I think.

Cause it opened his head.

Stay there, don't go.

Hello you guys.

Where are you guys?

Oh God.

Where are they?

Where?

I see the sun, I see the sun.

That's a good sing.

yes yes there you go

just a little bit more-

The tree. The special tree.

Yes. Yes. Yes.

Raven. Raven. Raven.

Where is he?

I want to carve a face on a tree now. lol

What's that?

WTF IS THAT? x2

How do you kill that?

Get inside Hodor's body.

Bran in Hodor's body.

What? What is it?

No, are you kidding me?

What?

Don't leave him alone.

Is she going to kill him?

What???

What kind of power is that?

Oh is there like an spell or something?

This is too much.

Ok so they are like old children?

Cause if they where born many many years ago...

Hey there.

Please be the good...

You eye black, black eyed, three eyed raven. lol

After all that's happ- Aww no Jojen.

What happened to Arya?

And-

I want to know what happened to her.

And The Hound.

They took her horse?

yessss yeeeees

Don't kill Brienne..

Yes.

But.. you guys!

My Go-

My God don't!!

She didn't kill him right? She just threw him. Right?

She got away?

He is dying.

And Arya will be left alone.

Bye bye, he's dead.

Wtf? Are you are a fuc%&# asshole? Didn't you realize that before?

Bullshit is what you just did...

Kill him fast.

Kill him Arya, he is suffering.

Wtf Arya??!! You're pissing me off!!!!

Wtf is wrong with her?

*cursing*

I can't believe this.

*cursing*

Arya is one of my least favorite characters in this show.

There. I said it.

After all they've been through together?!

After he saved her many times, helped her, saved her sister.

Arya is on my black list now.

Please that nothing happens to Jamie. Please.

Please that nothing happens to Jamie. I have a bad feeling.

I knew that Lord Varys was good.

*I need to go to the toilet* lol

What is he doing there?

I don't get it.

Cersei?

Shae?? Shae??!

That's Shae.

What a whore!

Ya' nasty.

*cursing*

Kill her. Please kill her.

Kill her.

I'm happy.

Bye bye Shae, nice to meet you.

Oh man poor Tyrion.

Omg leave!! Leave! Just escape!

Tywin you son of b&%#

Is that Joffrey's weapon?

Is he taking it?

Who's he going to kill?

I don't understand why isn't he leaving already!

*I need to go to the toilet ASAP*

Right in the heart?

Oh right! Lord Varys is behind his scape too!

What is going to happen now??!!!

Cersei will get away with what she wanted... as always.

She is going to be free now!

And maybe she wi-

Oh God they are leaving.

What is he going to-? He is scaping too? Bye?

Goodbye Kingslanding?

He is scaping with Tyrion or staying? Or-

Oh, he is not inside the boat. Is he?

Where is she going to go now?

*goosebumps*

My goodness, the music♥♥

What's that?

She is going to go to Braavos?

Where the Bank is?

But-

But- Who does she know there?

Who does she knows there? And what is she going to do there?

What would she do there?

Who does she knows from there?

I'm trying to think why would she want to go there.

wow what a finale

Yeah.

Ok. I want to show you this. Yesterday they gave me this as a present.

And...

He got killed today.

He is Tywin, in case you didn't notice.

Umm

wow

what a finale

wow what an amazing finale

I'll be honest here..

I was 90% sure they where going to kill Jaime

I got pretty scared.

Cause...

Everything made me think that he was going to get killed or something

Nr 1: the fact that I've been obsessed with Jamie lately..

And... that means that... I mean-

Every character that I like get's killed within the next episodes.

2: We saw a lot of focus on Jamie this las ep.

and I was like, I'm sure something will happen to him.

And numer 3... Idk..

I don't know... I had like a f-

that feeling...

Ok. So, now that Tywin is gone...

Things are going to change a lot.

Who is going to be the hand of the king?

I'm assuming that-

Margaery is not marrying Tommen now.

I'm assuming also Cersei will not marry-

Loras neither.

I wonder how the alliances between the kingdoms will get modified now.

I can tell season 5 will be amazing cause-

I asume that all the alliances will change.

Cause Tywin is gone. And he was always at the top of everything.

Oh God.

Ok, umm..

I'm left wondering now abou-

About the Starks.

Sansa went with Lord Baelish, WHERE?

In the last episode or the one before-

He said: ¨Let's go¨. But never said where to exactly.

Arya is heading to Braavos.. But why?

Who does she knows in Braavos?

That I didn't catch.

Umm..

I'm so sad Jojeen was killed.

I really liked that character.

It was so sad that her sister was the one who-

Agh- horrible..

Well at least they finally found this-

Man?

Who was not really a 3 eyed raven but a man...

who said he has been many thing in life.

I bet he has a kind of-

Umm

Like visions.

He mentioned that he saw all of them during all their life.

Umm..

He said-

Bran is going to fly.

I wonder if it's going to be literally him like flying arou-

I'm still holding Tywin lol I'm going lo let him rest in peace on the table now.

Poor man, he is wearing black, I mean he is dead. lol

Ok, continuing:

I wonder if it's going to be literally Brann flying around-

or if it's gonna be just him flying inside an animal's body.

umm..

What else?

Wtf were those skeletons people killing things?

I mean, we already have:

White walkers.

We have:

The Dead men, alive, idk..

Those dead people that-

And now we also have those skeleton things?

I mean, stop it with all these enemies-

and evil magic creatures!!

I mean, how do-

Where did they come from?

I mean, from the snow... but-

Ok, now some mini doubts that this season left me as a whole.

What happened to Edmure Tully?

Played by Tobias Menzies, what happened to him?

He got killed? Or locked? Or..

Or he is not going to appear on this show never again?

That.

And-

Osha,

and the other broth- Rickon.

Where were they exactly?

I think they went to some village right?

But, yeah, I hope they got there safe.

I hope we get to see them again soon. I really liked Osha.

Jon Snow showing us once again he is such an-

amazing leader!!

Everyone loves him! Even his enemies respect him.

I mean.. Jon Snow is-

just fantastic!

Well, special mention to Stannis...-

who decided to show up in the Wall, but one day late.

Umm. And I wonder now wh-

I want them to make a pact with the wildlings. I mean...

Realize that there's a bigger threat out there, and that is: the White Walkers.

And join forces with the wildlings!

I mean, you can kill the Thenns, whom I hate.

But, with the Wildlings-

Provide them a small community where they can live in safe.

Because otherwise the white walkers will.. Idk.

I really hope Stannis does a good job there.

Ummm, what else?

I wonder where's the other dragon of Daenerys?

Drakaris is his name right? The black one?

He scape or idk where is he.

The other two are chained, that scene was very sad!

But I mean. I get it. She needs to control those dragons.

That scene where-

Sorry, I choked. lol

That scene with the burned baby. Omg. Horrific.

So yeah they should be chained.

Well, I think...

I think it was an amazing finale. I really enjoyed it.

That scene of Tyrion killing Shae tho!!

I liked it. It made me happy.

She deserved it. Bitch.

And.. I liked-

I thought-

Umm

I think it was a good desition to make Tyrion killed Tywin. He deserved that.

Honestly.

He was a trashy father to him.

It was crazy. I loved it.

Last thing I have to say: Arya Stark pisses me off.

Let The Hound died like that. I mean... He was good to her!!!

He was nice. I mean why-

I don't get it.

Can anybody explain to me why she did that? Cause I don't get her attitude of

of letting him die suffering like that.

After all they went through.

Horrible. I didn't like that at all...

Arya is one of the characters I dislike the most from this show.

Oh and that was a great fighting scene between Brienne and the Hound.

I wonder where is Brienne going to go now...

I guess she is gonna go to the Eryie to try to find Sansa!

There are a lot of things that I still wonder how will they go!

I'm so excited! Can't wait to start season 5 cause-

I feel that it will envolve a lot of changes,

I feel that from these past seasons: number 5 is going to be the one with the most changes on it.

I really liked it.

Oh, and Lord Varys!!

Lord Varys is escaping alongside with Tyrion!!

Like.. he is also leaving the capital!!!

I thought that that was aslo really cool.

Well, i really really like this season finale!

I hope you enjoyed my reaction!

Don't forget to leave your comments below and subscribe!

and to like the video if you liked it!

I'll see you guys very soon for season 5!

Episode 18-"Ye shout out" - Duration: 1:14:34.

G'day people. It's a beautiful Saturday morning here in Melbourne. I've

Pulled my cheeky red card today

For those you don't know what a red card is

That's your own fault

we're doing

This is my wine cheese follows into

It's gonna be beautiful

I've got a few low-key Tunes going on the background today

Hey, dude, do you always do that?

No, we don't you only do that sure and we have no Google today

so

You know this can't

This guy, who are you?

I'm Alton Rubens, brother. Just got back from overseas popped in to see him in Melbourne

And he's roped me into a podcast. So

Yeah, there we go. Ah stay. Yeah, that's good a little rock. I can so good. Yes. It was no good

This is like whatever they talk in the morning. Don't try this one. Yeah trying to get rid of my bottle

How bad is it building yours

They're both pretty dusty yeah, but yeah, oh, you know one at a

8:15 in the morning. She's not great. It's never gonna go too. Well is it so we're just gonna do one part today

stay with you until we finish that bottle of wine at least and

Smokies on time watch. Thanks mate. I

Nicknamed smokey

What do you think it was with nicknames in their family? You know, they just got later stuck

Oh my god got smokey got scruff. Yeah, we got

the old man

Smacks the sister you've seen she's on some previous podcasts go check that out

I'm Peter a da and you got radar that doesn't really get used it right out of it the mom or raisin

Yeah turkey leg. So you probably do

Shit out to ghost

Yeah, I know I I think fuck I've always liked nicknames there

I've probably put them down so I probably pushed for it who made them in your family

You're gonna tell us you're the smokey story. Oh, yeah. It's a goodie

so Harley McCarty made it and

Prime beckoned primary school going back a few years playing arm

playing touch rugby on a frosty morning

you know how you breathe that that steam just crossed the Splane type so I could be got a

Cheeky way no run away. Try just

Now while I was running I was like breathing out that steamy stuff and he run

Seemly running and it looked like smoke was coming off my head and there are like my old smoky in it kind of them

Doesn't really stick from there

But then or it was there but not like Iran not as much as it is today

and then at high school my form class of your main little

Class doesn't even have a form class other high schools. I don't think so. They might call it something different

Anyway a mate in main class

I guess I'll just say in main class was right next to a lot of the boys that were there

It started calling me smoky. But yeah like buddy. I don't know who was in there

your Harley McCarty's

Yeah

Scottie Hollis and all that all those boys and they just started calling me smoke old smokey and then all the boys in my class

I'd call them yet. Yeah, just ran let's randomly start from there and just followed me everywhere word spread

Yeah, dude, and then there was smoke eo8

Alton, all right. Yeah, there was a different thing all together

That was just our the boy stretching me out taking my name everywhere trying to get me in trouble

Well, it worked for a bit. Ten year anniversary. Mate. Oh, yeah

Yeah

now that was definitely

How sick you know?

though

Then I got scruff because of you. Yes, you scruffy here to you and um, you didn't like it for a start

I hated it. That's why it stuck. It's the hate of it

That's likely it silently on as I mainly on that's cuz I have a cowlick

Longhand bring it back Chilton the French

Get a cow slit lift the bigger body the back

Of each at

You know there one start to was your nickname broke, yeah, bro

- bro code bro code Oh stinky stinky

Well, I tried to bury that one as soon as I could

It was just

Because I used to bought it at the hostel

And they wondered well, I don't even know how it started wasn't that one doing Corvette get house. That was very key

And then you take it out and then that was pretty much it stinky think you just think about that do

Not eat that and so I'm like, oh no, I don't think now right

And you still get code that today yeah

I'll get around I'll get around that stinky

Name was DJ stink. JJ's think I like that even more do a sting

But broke, oh is that yes this year press and last name bonding outside, right?

No

One day I wasn't super changed it from DJ stink to broken you

Know you think

That good stuff. Okay, mate, so you've been in Melbourne for

Five days

More like 3 1 2 3 3 full days. Yeah, well

What are your initial thoughts who said it? Yeah, I'd heard I've heard good things. I you know, it's gonna

Are there no good?

Good stuff. Yeah now

Yeah, cool. Sorry. I'd heard good things and it hasn't disappointed. Yes

Just I mean obviously learnt here too we taste but mm-hmm, you know pretty you scenic. Um,

Losing 6000. Okay. Yeah, that would be up there

In three hands, yeah now that was pretty it was real sad stuff but uh, really 20 bucks on a hand

Nah, we're a plan. I was actually Jenny 30h one man. Yeah succeed

Just local stuff. But yeah, um, I

Didn't see G so I probably. Mm-hmm. Yeah, cool that I love it shadow

That's a bit about yeah, I would get around

I'd recommend that to anyone who's yeah, and especially since especially me that I've already been told by a couple boy

Especially you well, cuz I fuckin love cricket and sport in general

Yeah odd, but even if you just I don't love crooked or sports. So I did it. It's just a fucking cool piece of

Infrastructure. Yeah, just huge a so big big princess never seen a stadium that big a

so big

Yeah

Now it's cool other stadiums in like, you know, the NFL stadiums and things like that. Are they as big or bigger?

Do you go to some of those

There's big Watson Watson arena do you mean by oxen? That's the one that we bite to that one? Oh, yeah. Yeah, I remember

Yeah, that's about what I don't go inside good stay

We's Google when you need them. I can't member the exact honor

Have you just had Google in the corner for your podcast?

Like it's been chilling over there and you just fire my question when you need to. Yep

Thank you

You'll be yes. I already watched a few year one sudden and

Never sickened like Kiwis and Melbourne. I am watching you. That is the

Fourth episode. So you've just like I'm broken

James rants from skelter who are playing tonight. That'll be good and J Birkin, okay

That's a good idea didn't have Google for your first latte. Mmm pretty got it just yeah, I haven't seen anyone else doing it

So I'm yeah

Hang on to that man

quite

Wasn't as much of a first but I'm going to I think I like the old sit up bit of though more

More control, but it's good there. It's good you're doing the sound now

It's fucking way you beautiful

Makes link. Oh

So you just come back from Berlin and Europe and general go on

Get her going just watch justly sum it all up

Yeah, right. So I

Highlight low-light something that's Gidget most important thing you learned this is you classically okay? Yeah

So highlight

Probably the flights. Okay, Singapore Airlines Singapore. It didn't touch them. But yeah

Good question I Oricon just

Highlight probably just getting involved and

The Berlin Grizzlies and plant some carrot overseas and meeting all the lads and for the who sorry

Berlin Grizzlies shadows the name of that. Yes. Shut up. There's an over there. Yeah quick club over now. That would be the highlight just

Getting involved there. Yeah, how old you play for them?

So the whole time I was there I was and this yeah

I was on the team but they have shit. They have massive gaps in between they have a massive

Three-month four months even get in the middle of this season. So stupid man Oh,

Cuz apparently it gets too cold and like the grounds

freezer

Exactly

Now, I mean, maybe I could have a month off even their Thai Ricans

Dark' or maybe a month off but fact they have a way to long off

But they're not love sight now they may as well do the season in Reverse exactly

They might as well

They might as well like because the season and in the end of season to the start and it seasons a small gap, hmm

I was talking to them

I was talking to my mates swerve who's he was in my flat and didn't the team just stars weather. So we're both showed up

and then he said he's from America say

He said the seasons the same they have that so get. Oh you did she know about that or not. We didn't do that

Okay College must be different. Maybe. Well, yeah, he said he had similar story but it wasn't so bad because they

I wasn't so bad though, because they did actually go all year round because they had a Seventh Circuit

And so it was just rugby regular we get actually I didn't get there till January

Yeah

Yeah, okay. There you go. Yeah

Anyway it what let's highlight low-light

Lowlights

Fact you should have asked me this before it starred and I could have had decent thing, but I'm low on the spots funny

Right authenticity mate the watch me squirm watch me squirm

Low-light your pro world probably the flights. I mean yeah admin and you came home for a stint as well

Yeah

They're probably just the stupid flights, you know, they're getting wet. Did you enjoy working over there?

Dad, I was good. I mean a guy I think about Trevor in Berlin. The last thing I want to do is fucking work

Yeah, but then again the Taylor hey if you want to love this

No, hmm now if they just help they're just like help you

That they just help they put you you know

They've got a rugby player flats give you a cheap accommodation and there and then just help you

Get a visa

get

Registered to Berlin and they do offer you a job. They can get you a job if you aren't that pretty dusty jobs

I stayed away from them. Just sort of sort of myself that yeah

Started off the deliver ooh. Oh, yeah

Done that for the mr. Hat

On a fuck actually low light was not flights at all it was fucking captain my fingering over there

Yes, that was definitely not the whole I forgot about that. Tell us that story

Oh, yeah

Then the liver reminded me of it because I was I was when I was just all set up ready to go work

we're just at work and for delivery ready to get on the bite and then

Not even during the game rugby after the game of rugby drinking beers got a bit carried away shut off

don't even that really was just unlucky was drinking to be a drop to

drop the bottle glass bottle and as it was

Heading the ground like I was smashing

I was trying to catch it and recover like great and it was smashing and I was putting my hand through it and it just

Honestly tiny little cat like less than a centimeter long

Just on the side of my finger and that that cut my ligament and at the time I didn't even think anything of it off

You know, I was a as half cat. I was drinking a beer. I just wrapped it up and

carried on pretty much and then

Yeah, and then the next day I was like over now

It's not good and winning and yeah, I couldn't even I just couldn't move that last joint

And I was just like how old like ominous was that feeling when you woke up and you're like oh

That's not good

Yeah, I mean

It was pretty but I was that fuck. Is it all good? Is it gonna come right but the old drunk push there? Yeah

Yeah. Yeah, but then

You had to get surgery over there. Luckily. I had fucking travel insurance

Always get travel insurance. Yeah

Definitely is ah, it was like hello. But yeah, I

Mean we had. Yeah, it was pretty ugly but could well, I mean, we only probably had like for

For something games a rugby lift before the winter break, so I must three or four games of footy

The Grizzlies are good too as well way. Yeah, they were yeah, actually they fucking they helped me up

Cuz I couldn't work then I was about to get on the bike but come but they just helped me up with

What I do or they let me um and

Jeremy you can recycle your bottles and get money for it

So they had heats at the club and they just let me have the money from that to live off for a bit and stuff

I was Chet. Yeah

Yeah, and then I was unlocking back it was pretty much a fingered enough it's a probably don't want it just pretty ugly

Okay, I showed your way. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, cuz it's that's how it's recovered. Then that had me in a cast for

Five works, I guess

and

just couldn't play footy help helped out a little bit coaching where I could

not much of a coach really more of a player was there but IH

That there was a low line different beam and fucking's been in a hospital overseas where they're not speaking much English

In getting fucking surgery in there

Injecting oh shit. You don't know what this

Was the most scary thing then was it that and being in hospital

Scary

Yeah, I reckon pretty scary when you are

Lost there guys key in Amsterdam. No, that wasn't scary. That was more just

The boys love their

Well you listen Jews iam balling love that and Taylor himself

So went yeah, we're in it. This wasn't that long ago. The finger thing was fucking a year ago now, but this was just

Maybe a month or two ago

Just finished my job and stuff. So I was traveling around and the arm the boys camp event

Hollander to they call it. It was a name name quite fitting for the lads supporting their target hardest. But anyway

Yeah, but yeah was worth it was just me

Wrong I'm boiling in Jacob fuse my two good leads good mates

Sure

But was worth in and we were heading to Amsterdam in my off

We'd been dock omit title mcCormick whose would just meet him a couple weeks a week or two ago at Oktoberfest

Real good buy a Kiwi fella and he's living in Amsterdam

And I'm heading map on the way there just as we're coming in like oh, yeah

we're here for the weekend without to is our fact that's a bugger luck feminist missus and if we're away for

Hello, Oh, like if just just pretty much the time were there or five days there away traveling Albania and Eastern Europe?

Yeah

and I asked it so they weren't gonna be there and

He's our but you can I'll meet you tonight give you a house keys, and you can just have it flat for the weekend

But in the like a nice flat

but a real good real good location and in the middle of answer they're like perfect, but the boys are so if

we get on there you brought and

so yet caught them up for a beer got the keys said adios and then

Okay, yeah, we're it was all good smooth sailin a couple of nights there

And then I think it was a third or fourth night. Yeah, somehow managed to lose their house key if flat key in town my

slow

Say yeah that happen and

Work out the next day and was like

Oh shit, cuz I'll luckily we had some other mates so we could stay at their house

Which was good and wait so you can get into the flat now where it locked out for the dot

Yeah, like you say popular bar. Yeah

Yeah

Probably loves probably so beacuse Ian, um Bowlings benta they got us out of the line, really?

and

So yeah, that was me poor where he got me and um, so here we go

But then I realized I have so here's some Shingen check here. I

Had to I had to get out of the Shingen before

Like my visa had finished and I owe my visa. The Berlin was a for Germany was about to finish

On a certain day. Oh, you know that being like a day after we lost the key

maybe just over a day after I lost the key and

Woke up the next day and I was like fuck I've got like I've got to get this key to the apartment because my part

All of our all that stuff's in there Hughes importing as well annoying for them, but even more bloody

Sort of panicked for me because I've got a I've got a flight the next day to get out of the Schengen

And if I stay I have a shingen machine gun sighs pretty much this Europe pretty much there's a few exceptions here in there

But pretty much that was kind of like it

Oh, it's just because there's a Shingen like a Schengen visa

agreement where like they all all the pretty much all Europe just all agree on like

Every country

There's other countries involved. But yeah for New Zealand for us if you fly into the Schengen area

like

For example, you can stay

Just off the bet you to randomly flying you're allowed to stay for 90 days in a row and the Schengen

Ooh, I don't know. I'm still

I'm still scratching me here over the laws, but all I knew was

We thought you know

I had to be out of here the next day and I had a flight in my passport shit

was that all inside the flat side and it's ASEA nice and it's a Sunday -

It's a Father's Day. Yeah

So yeah thinking I was like fact so message. Oh you got company chief man, okay

Can you match camera time does he come

See them involved

Because some time chief

Here's some good stuff hips

so

We was like, yep. So there's a Sunday message Taylor who's in I can Albania or somewhere over there

They don't have they've got a different phone network. So he doesn't have data. Yeah. Luckily. He'd pulled into a cafe

Luck it was very lucky

Singing my message and he's like fuck I hate. You're lucky. I'm just got some Wi-Fi like a fair

Here's the bloody pretty much. Yeah, just here's the landlord's number. Good luck

so as I think spoke and got on the most just I

Gave a few different numbers of people that might be able to get me in there and I tried them all rang rang

and then

You know announcer so just takes them all luckily that takes them because then the landlord got back to me is that I Oh, yep

People don't answer random calls and I give it get a tix there. Oh Allah I

Think bowling told me to do that. I wouldn't have even thought to do that

But yeah, like I did and he's like yes, wait come around. I

Sent one of his poison lead us into the flat like honor. Yeah, that's pretty lucky. The landlord was a good bugger

Hey, cuz I'm not obviously on I'm not even living there

He's not even my landlord. I've explained that I said, I'm Tyler's mate

just that any he was real good about those like yeah, hold it you let me in and

it was alright and then the next day I just bought Taylor a new key obviously and then

Ya head on one part smooth sound hits ready to go. Yeah. Mmm. Oh never fight. Yeah, where's my flight from?

Super lucky. Yeah, very like it. Yeah, so yeah, the flight was to hear about lucky tales of travelers

Mmm-hmm. It seems that always work out. Doesn't it except for all made over here?

Last night. Let's go out with a bang we go

I have some dinner if you might tell us is like a week ago, right? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah a week ago. I

Have you my ties started getting pretty happy found this little bar down?

dance-like just

Where it was it was just a cool bar played darts got wasted

Haha, everything is winter beer. We hadn't wear to flight it like had to be up about 5:30

we got up at like

6:30 anyways bowed to the apakah there about seven the fight left at 8:05 and they were

We missed the fly by way in the end

We missed the flight, but wait

The only thing we couldn't get on there like we can check you all but you can't take your bags

There's no way we can get the bags out on the tarmac

Yeah, that's a way we can like ship them there. Can we like take them on another plane or something? Yeah, just

use

Like we were late but still

They don't wanna help at all

But they may are that she so what you did so we had to book another flight

With Hawaiian Airlines, which really lovely very lovely

He's booked it on the spot or like you're like, what's the next flight?

We need it or did you yeah like for a bit for cheapest

Well Qantas had a flight coming, but that was the only flight to Melbourne for that day

so we had the flight of Sydney and there from Sydney to

Melbourne, were you originally gonna go?

Yep

But we were just gonna take whatever was there Qantas had a flight and then yeah

We they wouldn't need us onto that was too early

I'm sorry too late, but tell me we've gone there and then

We went to Hawaiian Airlines. It was all good

At a cost five. That is neatly how much we're talkin. How much does that shit cost?

All laugh probably cost us to give back

Cost us about two and a half for two of us. Yeah, so

Right there in a holiday sneak in there for a cheeky 2.0

Give it to much fun

It was a great, uh was a 2.5. Yeah. Okay. How long were you there for?

Like two weeks. I just just under just yeah, just um, what was um,

Well, just get a highlight from your way. Yeah

Probably the highlight would be I went to Honolulu that's if you want to go to Hollywood

Honolulu

Okay, once he commits one

it's

You yeah, go but it's it's like gonna LA it's just like you I mean, it's Trump Towers

Is that many Hilton's similar temperature? It's it's just like a constant 24

Humid. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah quite humid 24th. Nice I can get around. Yeah, it was but that was the limit

so, uh

So that was that was yeah, that was like perfect for us

Yeah, and then it obviously was hot in the day but in the winter, you know

Didn't went down to the Big Island

Saw the volcanoes. That was a

Kind of wish it was lava. There was no like active flowing lava, which was good like it's safe, but it's not like

You know, I'd rather see lava

But we stayed on like a lava field

It was created like four years ago

Then we stayed in had like a stargazing dome, hey looking telescope and stuff like that it was pretty cool

but oh

Definitely what I do, Hawaii again. Yep, but I do like the small islands

I wouldn't do I wouldn't basel with it was good times. I wouldn't bother with the main island

maybe maybe I would for like the last four days and you just go to a Hilton then like just

Chill all day by the pool. Get out. Yeah for three or four days. Otherwise, you better go too big

I get a Maui some of the small islands and just like

The culture there's way cool. What's real close is naughty culture. It's look actually just us state

Yep, Oh USD, which trips me out how that's just another state in America. Yeah. Yeah then oh, that's great. So yeah, yeah

Yeah. Yeah, how far is Hawaii off the coast of the states? Like oh

we were yeah, like how long

It's like three hours II write the wheat

Into all these sort of thing. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah pretty much right? Yeah. Yeah

Sure. Yeah, it's pretty funny out. We made we met these these two travelers. They they come from New York and

There's a six-hour flight and then another three hours to

To think so that's it's pretty much the same

Distance from like it took us nine and a half from Melbourne

So

That's in two country

And in this state, how big is that fucking country?

Jesus

There's some big

rock miss Russia mate, Russia

Isn't huge

Trying to stop huge as well. Yeah. Yeah

Not as huge as Russia, obviously, I mean Russia takes the ka and Ozzy, isn't she pretty big - yeah. It's up there

On the scale the world. What is it like

Man, we need some Google. Yeah

Where is he? Yeah, life sucks without Google

chief

But you did bring me that fucking that pipe needs to start getting the shot on the table. I mean think about that

Back to you. Oh, yeah, the thing that's scared you the most scared me

Um, to be honest, I had never had much overly tough. I

Just didn't get and I don't get into too many dodgy scenarios AF so far as like traveling skew London

Uh-huh, but the scariest does that mean you didn't brunch you out far enough?

maybe maybe I

Think I think I've branched out enough

but it's just pretty I

Mean if you at the end of the day if you ever got got a bit of common sense

You're gonna you're not gonna get yourself. And do you say your common sense is home. Y'all I'll bake myself

Wow since rating 85. Oh, yeah. Yeah rugby awaits it but now well Oh, baby nothing

scariest

Something that wasn't the finger well, here she is yeah

What she feel like

I'm struggling to think of something scary

You said what the like being in the hospital getting injected by shit, that would have been the scariest

Yeah, that sounds like the scariest. Yeah, definitely by a long way

I'd say I can't remember other points where I was like, this is scary. Hmm

There was loss fever

No battery on the phone. You mean loss? Yeah

No, yeah, it's so trippy to think about how crucial phones are though

Yeah, I just move around no to battery when it work when it would have cost me I never happened. No

Yeah, I mean if it doesn't change it, yeah, I knew my way around Berlin pretty fun

Yeah, but not initially. Oh, no. Yeah, and also when I'm just doing those weak cameos and I like you slut

You did most oh

We did like on this it's called shucking guides you basically I plug it into your back, Chaka Chaka

Goodnight. Yeah. Oh god. You guys are fucking awesome. Actually. Okay, I'll get around the night. This is

They literally

You plug it into your thing. And as you go just works on in GPS

So you just download it if you've got Wi-Fi while you're at your hotel

Whatever plug it in to you to your radio as you go

And as you hit certain points, it plays you like music, you know tells you like history stories. So like oh not. Yeah

It's like, how can we talk? God? Yeah, yeah

Basically just tells you

This is math is whatever the story behind that is that the creation story there. Is it a free like

Not free. Yeah, but

free how much is premium premium you

Give the app Freer's sweet airs. Everything's good

Then you buy the packs as the depending on where you go, but I think that works better. Would I pay for it again?

100% is it easier than

Like taking a tour bus

100% but because you can stop when you want do what you want you can take a few photos bail again go to the next

place and it's got suggestions on like we you want to eat and stuff like they're

Nice, so Lucas got the whole package weird. Yeah, it's other EPS it like like you say like suggest weird and stuff. Yep

Well, they call business is everything one

Node one are there. Yeah. Yes. That's sound good. Of course nary skull

Boy, folks. Oh, he's coda. I'm gonna bet you a

Game I was putting it on I'm cringing inside

By yo your you're gonna be tough

15 I give him nah, you don't have to another one

Could be chat gone DJ stick

Something you learn what was the most important thing you learned on your travels?

Probably learning fucking

How main not great but learn to speak about German a bit it but it's Deutsch, but it's you know

Exactly, you know. Yeah now that was that was good. I guess I'm just spin us a couple sentences

Can you say

Would you say you feel like dancin, you know, and she said you're asking the wrong guy for that sort of carry on

Know about that one, but what what do you say?

To a girl dancing. Yep

Sure

probably

What would you get here? But every duster you go you go for that?

I mean the only option I hear bizarre least he's giving it a go

Speak German there. I'll probably be like

ah

Look the stool mit mir Tansen, would you like to dance with me? Mmm-hmm. That's very funny

You're beautiful blue eyes. There was Venetian at press session blough algún Oh

Beautiful Vonda Sherwood. You can't just say shewn she have Linda shewn. Yeah, Xuan Jun. Yes

Yes, well, I think my pronounce my pronunciations still not great. Mmm, Linda sure

Sure. All right

Because they still know what you're trying to say

Yeah, you got to put on a little bit of an accent to do it properly a yeah, it helps. Yeah, just trying

It's the same as Spanish roots, like you say it with your normal accent as like yeah

Yeah, you're gonna like for Jeremy just stay at the satellite. Irony. Tribe. Try to talk like an American

Like what? Oh, yeah

Okay. Yeah, that's what no G much

He'll be watching surely. Yeah. Yeah, Oh Donna on the watch man

Get him on a podcast Oh when they're in the Melbourne Lee

It'll be messy for you Matt no cheese get him over

All right, get around it. But yeah, he's not really a Kiwi Melbourne liber

True

Yeah, okay. Take that back. Sry ID. You're off. No cheese. You might get it out, though

Cause you hit you did you they just don't the nen's it? I

Who um note. Yeah, it was in you didn't omnia no, I

That's about that guy there I get around him what else is there to say about him

Love note

Carrying on was there another what else so that was there was everything excuse Lola was

About that cuz fuck you're away. How long were you wait for?

So I came back for Christmas last year I haven't been back since then I if you don't count that I was

traveling Europe since

So if I want to sum it up, yeah, I went to year and a half of me. Yep a year and a half

I guess but for n Berlin was yet, 14 months there was

Ice cold here. Yeah enough so through two or three months of just mucking around not knowing what I'm doing

Lifts, New Zealand just chair. Would you got the shared out to come to grill on them?

Play some but in gets it up there and I thought yeah

Well do that sled can use kind of go through the run-through of how you got a reg be good. Yeah, because I

Probably good to know. I'll be sure to done that early arm because that's pretty crucial first people put a waste. Yeah

Well, that's what I thought

No one's watching now I'll do a snippet of it if you made it yeah, yeah definitely. Um, so

Yeah, that was good. It was Mike. Sean Rankin had been Sean Rankin ranked. Oh, yeah

Big Rankin like he's a Larry. You ain't you know, yeah

Are you doing oh, yeah

Oh

She did. Yeah. Yeah, he was fucking good. Yeah, he's yeah, I think he's

Having a raincoat Wenk festive. Yeah. Yeah the rank fish the rain

You know, he's a lead. I don't know. What is it she doing now, but

Back yeah, I was here done the same thing in a Holland or Netherlands. I know it Hornet ones

I don't know what the difference is really bit. Yeah

He was playing footy there, and he just I was so interested in there

That's pretty cool. What you done bear? He was back in NZ. I sort of I think I rang him a couple times today

Yeah, and I got the idea of him and he said yeah, I just am

Gay he made her a greasy V

In

Yeah, oh, he probably did but I didn't he probably yeah, he's probably well. He might have I don't know

anyway you better with a video, but I didn't and it still worked out but

So, yeah, he's gave me the idea and I was like he's like, yeah

Just make a like rugby CV pretty much just all the team all the team's you've played for and the positions you play

Your achievements if you've got any awards and stuff

And I was like are we battling bill if you put on paper you can kind of like like I'm nothing special

Especially on the scale of New Zealand just even use your own Club players

I'm I'm pretty fucking average but overseas

you're actually you'll be more valuable than you think really you just you just

Fuckin write it down paper, but the top level right be you played New Zealand was Dunedin Peters was it?

Yes. Yeah prick I may not. Yes. Yeah odd for Ag the Union probably

Can that rugby league team oz and was probably a highest and with that right right in Oakland, Oakland

There's it was probably a high hard to compare two cards

But I reckon that rugby league was probably a higher level than the unionize plan

yeah, but anyway, but you were playing Union and

and Jeremy yeah Union, they don't have played there but

What was and the quality of rugby in Germany was similar to Peters

Now but bitter a little bit better yeah or creams no no no

No

Not as good as premium club foot it may be may be similar to um didn't bring no no

Maybe sitting out the name previous would be better probably similar to like country prims. Yeah, not that I've tied in that grade, but

Ya know that like I can't really say that there cuz I haven't actually played a game in it

But I just know it's not as good as like Preem twos in Dunedin

But imagine sorry, sorry better than primitives in between preempted and prim ones and club rugby of the cities in New Zealand

There'll be where it is. Do you not working perimeters would give country Prem's ago. Oh

That's the thing though, I mean I've said that but I don't it I haven't actually played can't you hoodie

so maybe I'm but yeah, I think no I think the likes of luck Luther Priam team would be

Every four Grizzlies. Oh

No, I was gonna say every priam totem and donated by EU

Maybe the good maybe yeah

a

big good game American like the Tamar's paying for and like the country cream teams in New Zealand will be hmm and

Even sort of yeah

Like I'd say, that'd be pretty way to engage it. Yeah

Yeah, I think but I don't know because everyone knows who the prims are. Nice all your watch doesn't if I know that they do

So you didn't see V

Well, you might told you about it. Oh, really? Oh, sorry. Yes. I'm right PCV. Yeah since the rugby CV out this different little black

recruitment

Agencies don't know if you'd call it that or not

you can do it inside around recruitment and they just get your AG receiver and just

Disperse it off to different clubs, they'd they are the links. Yeah that yeah, they charge a bit though

I might charge once they hook you up once that's all done and dusted

There'd be like 500 bucks

But the one I went could just just one payment no, no, no

No, this is what you pay the you just brewed orange and it what yeah

500 yeah, but I didn't know neither was I there was one option

I got one offer through there. That was the one I turned down and Olin which was a bit of deal

But yes that deal. I was just no, I mean it was bitter, but it was by our free accommodation

Miners that's pretty cool though. Oh, that's pretty good. That's what most of should be

But in Berlin, ah, there's not there's not that much rugby in. Um, oh sure. We've only got about six minutes. Oh,

Yeah, they own last class yeah, oh he's both, huh, I really catch up so Yugi

So

Yep. Got the audio franken handout that I'll see there to a few things and then there's one on there's one just on Facebook called

the rugby agents

rolled the dice of them which was quite fucking cheap is like

thirteen thirteen dollars for the year

And that's that's where?

the growing Grizzlies

manager dude found me

We were out given to him that out

We weren't get into him that's a whole another podcast in itself. But yeah he

He lives of Melvin I should catch him for a bit now. Anyway, he's dodgy crook but he got in touch and um

yeah, he's like

Come here, and we'll see you up

Accommodation blah blah blah blah blah but no real offer

you're not getting paid to play but just real comfort sort of set up and I so do you with some and you're in a

Your nickel for lads, you know, you've got mates as soon as you get there. So that helps

In your AP team would have that. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. No, no, no, you know every team would but just on the

specter files an option like on a way to usually the Grizzlies

Yeah, but now I know I'm just mean like on a way. It's a good way

It's a good way to travel but I wonder on the subject of handing your egg be severe as well

I mean, it's good way to yeah

You did it

Neither did I until?

Ranked and done it and I just Kiwis. Yeah, we're fucking way better at rugby in either on it. I mean

honestly, if Y J's, I'm not that great at footy, but anyone out there that's

Once the way way to do a years traveling, it's the best way. Wow, I mean, well not many people

I don't I don't know the other way. So but it's a good way to do it. That's a good way to do it

yep, just like

when I was in America, the best thing that I did was pay for opt and was because um

Cuz you're in uuk massive amount of people that you mate. Yeah

You in plus you love it? Cuz you're good. Yeah, I was gonna say stuff people love. Yes

Scruff was gassed in NZ, but he was stiff and everyone over there that I think it was Benji Marshall

Not you guys should like cheeky. Oh, yeah

There's my try yeah, that was my try yeah, I'm a passed forward point

Shit mom, what do we got - two minutes

Am I just seeing today? Yes don't know don't want to like not get the nine before wine

The wine before nine. Yeah, nine before one

Do I say that? I probably did stammer. I

Won that one

Well, take it upstairs

Sweet. Yeah, I'm before 109 before one

Oh my god, all right card accordingly explain when I read katas, okay

So, um basically in Dunedin each

Every person and a flat has the opportunity to pull a red card and every

Well every year I suppose you'd say, yeah and

so I've kind of brought the tradition over here, but the red card means they're

basically, um, you get to dictate the rules of the day for drinking and

You can do whatever you want so you could do like a themed party you could do

You could do a spontaneous come home from work

You're pulling my red card. Everyone has a drink

or you could do like it a

One before 9:00 you get to dictate the rules

If someone pulls a red card, you don't have a choice everyone else and flat hands

It's a drink everyone in the flat has to do and you can invite outside people

They're not obliged to do it, but they have a little bit of obligation

This graph got senior staff got some or a lot of people getting around him on this one

Yes heaps of people join it all go back. But you know the Melman crew loved the idea and

Sprinted here the idea. They were like, I have no one before 9:00 podcast on my own

Just like yo o

Pull marika cuz it's December, you know ya have anymore time?

Like six seven months ago

Yeah, yeah that's gonna be fun

What else we got playing? So I did a wine before nine and then it's gonna be our we're gonna do a lunchtime BYO

which will be

Busy, have you got a venue or what's not yet. Now, we're gonna roll into town. It was even better. No no, no

Oh trying to tell. Oh, yeah, I mean roll into Chinatown shit like fine

It'll take us massive shift from the boys Oh

We'll just go in there when we start to get hungry again, we're about that breakfast and shit

Yeah, big old fry up

So good. Um, I have to give the higher virtue test for you mate. I'm gonna grab my laptop, okay

I'll get a question. Yeah, go when you're over there

did you pull and

Yeah is easy to pull, ah, no because

The deeper voice

Oh, no, it kind of adds up I don't know if the deep voice thing this is that Mass Effect

I've never been told I've never been like fuck you have a nice deep voice lat but get her again. I love it

Yeah, yeah good schedule schedule, thanks, man. Um

Or to beef yours. I had like a couple of or had definitely one girlfriend while I was there

Light and

For like the last through four months, I guess. What wait, why don't we yeah

that

Yeah, but as far as just before that for I was like a murder there

Yeah, I mean, I've probably done better than a damn when I was in New Zealand, but it's probably not saying much

But you know, I mean fuck obviously I think from your perspective fuck it's way more

exotic when someone's from another

Language, yeah, yeah

Why it was nervous they can't fucking talk. Oh no. No, I mean they usually can that's good. Like I said

And what to not to go and wear em V beers in town marker see?

English man, everyone can spot. Yeah, a lot of people can sleep and saying that though like, yeah

They can't speak it real fast by that

Yeah

Pretty good, though. They're pretty good work. They're pretty fucking good though, especially if ya think oh wait now oh you'd be surprised me

I'm like, especially for me, you know for me like knowing how should I was it speaking German?

But I could I mean I could still say what I wanted to and understand it as long as they spoke slow

But I was it speak slowly in

lungs them

our lungs and means slow that yeah, if someone says I ain't quick just be like

Just go like oh you can you can

Then oh you mean lungs them?

That's a good thing ah, so ever use that what

Yeah, there was a nochmal lungs and bitter like repeat again slowly, please

Yeah, no smile one more time, I guess that means here

yeah, but yeah now now but you'd be surprised how like

How good people are at English and Europe? Yeah, I I thought there was to go

I thought that was the go but especially especially in the I wouldn't even thought I would have thought they would

Good especially when you realize how when you start learning another language and you're like fuck I must be dusty I

Mean no, I mean I'm kind of like but then even but if I speak in German, it's I'm gonna be like

Oh fuck. You're actually you're from New Zealand. Are you actually fucking pretty good?

Like even I'm not but they'll be like hey now you can vice

Yeah, they're like think this they're kinda you can say them to go back and they're here and they're like, oh, yeah

And they always kind of just add the we factor that fuck. It's Germans way harder to learn that I all along

you're actually pretty good, you know shit, you know how to

But then yeah, so like we're talking about that the other night

So do you guys want to keep this rolling for a bit as well?

There do you guys want oh

Yeah, go on then I'm easy so I asked a question first look at some BB gun keep the people happy

Um anyone if anyone's still here now, they're gonna listen for another beer out there

shortly

I mean they've heard the worst of it

So yeah, we're talking about the other night with the language barrier thing. Hmm, and I

thought that

What did I think again

Uh, you know English I thought English was the easiest the hardest language to learn. Yeah, that's wrong. Yeah

yeah, I mean you probably know many international listeners, but now English is well, I

thought

Yeah, that's not well not that I really I'm only thinking German dressing notion of live growing up with image

So yes

I'm not really I'm not really in a real life fucking definite position to say about yeah from your position though like you're saying

Yeah from from our position

I'd say definitely not I'd say it's fuckin

And just so many people

No one has told me that that knows what?

Anyone that knows English in another language has been like English is like easy to learn and easy

So now I'd say English is like one of these months. Jeez, man

It is

Now I mean, I'm not like I said, I'm not and this got to say that

I'm glad as by bilingual as it gets in this room right now. So hey you guys, yeah

Manju Brogan. Yeah, what do you speaks fluent Moldy I get to pick we

Get to pie oh-ho

Yes, no, I think the main vibe I've gathered is English's every easy language to pick up

Get an international get a non-english mother tongue Gaston. How do we chat?

But like really hard to get your couch-surf Akana. Yeah exactly

I mean I was gonna say that's hard to get but now but not really as I said when I was walking around

walking around the streets are there was a

Different I heard one

full like just

You know

I wasn't really expecting it but there was a full Spanish combos going down the foot and some fool German combos and I was like

If you're lying ditch boss splits boots Perkins, it's bricks to touch sprechen zie Dutch

Yeah

That's the other thing I forgot to say yesterday when you're asking or not English his way more shit

and I was like no we have lists and they have words that don't there is but they have like

They have a formal way of saying something to someone and an informal way

Yeah, yeah, I know. Yeah most languages do French as well. Yeah Oh every I think you'll still adhere to those

You pretty much just say the formal way if you like greeting someone over the counter at a some sort of a

Shop, or you know, this is what I mean that the fact that all the European languages do do that. Yeah, they're makes that common

Yeah in if you don't do that, it's uncommon. Yeah, but the transition is just

Sure more more people speak English. Yeah

the most people who are speak Mandarin, I'm pretty sure but

I think there is I think I'm pretty sure Mandarin. Oh, yeah a lot of Chinese

Mmm, but I think yeah, but um, I need Google this is the most universal. Yeah, I'm pretty sure most well. Yeah

If you could give me no languages and I had to pick one, I'd pick English from four maybe we're off travel. Yeah. Yeah

Only have one up my arsenal. I would take that. Yes. Oh, yeah. I don't even think I'm being advised

I don't think I've even been biased no laters, then it served me. Well, yeah, you know, yeah, well, you know

Arts and culture had a massive factor in that all the major artists come

Yes, you either you it hey as I said to you yesterday like what we know

To kpop lately and that's fucking huge Hume is getting beg

Yeah, but when it's like I mean you look at that side, dude

Remember having Gang Gang Gangnam style. Mm-hm, obviously correct America market, but that's all kpop

Love that stuff

Okay pops massive

Yeah, oh it's very like high paced yeah, yeah

140 plus like it's it's it's up there but it's it's more 140

Bpm, what does that mean beats per minute means it's fast

Beats per minute faster Smee. It's per minute baby. It's the same speed as don't ruin a sandstorm. Oh

No, now you talk now you now you're talking my language

Can you put that on the background?

so

It's faster

Yeah, no, I didn't even know

As I was saying, I don't know if I think it was just a nice graph, or maybe you as well. Um

like the radio stations and one hand Germany were like

So minute so much just English spoken English song

What and a lot of the people was working with just didn't couldn't speak English and I was I just imagine that yeah

How good oh

Yeah to us

I see what I think of Germany. I think of them thinking yeah

That's a classic

Honestly though honestly on the radio there's just like, um, I guess the edge was aired in here

I'm like oz the other night, New Zealand Asia was it in like?

Fuckin. Oh

I'll be driving to it

Oh, we did initially get to the point where I don't actually do delivery of the whole time

I end up getting a surveying job there and trying to speak some dusty jazz. You're a surveyor. Yes

Ah, ah, sorry. All you don't know is to be very well

Yes, sir by Iran is that that's watching this to be honest, let's be honest

No, I just mean we've got like three people watching and they all know me say

Yeah, but you know it Emanuel Brando Oh Brando knows I'm certified

Very knows the man. Anyway, I wanted to say that the whole podcast to be honest Brando. I love you work love

Love love your yeah. I love your podcasts. Anyway, um

Well, fuck where was I with it?

Yeah, yep. I know. Yes. So I started with delivery then I end up getting somehow flicking a surveying job

Probably should have put that earlier. Yeah, yeah

Connie this job. Just when I Oh done deliberately stop, you know dilute so don't down to liver for a

Couple months and then I just roll the dice. Ah

That was Chet but could be fun to have like it or could be

looking if I'm looking back if I'm looking back 10 years later be checked to say I I

Try here's my degree over there as I give good experience. But yeah, yeah, exactly v/o differently

Yeah, but I was like everyone like everyone pretty much said off, bro

You need you need to speak German and they were probably right

they were right but

So Chet because it worked out

There like I just go I literally just googled

like barrel and surveying firms

Tight typed it in German popped up if you're in a country in it you need just cuz I'm typing in English

was not good just

yeah, exactly where not just

If you're in a random contrary to thank you

Yeah, if you're honoring random country, it doesn't speak your language

Just still can we just stop on that point at that point for a second Google knows if we're language in the world? Yeah

It doesn't just know German what you are

That's a great easy boy

There is nothing that it doesn't there's no link there is no word that it doesn't know yeah

Sometimes a lot of you don't know a lot of words, but that thing knows everything. Hey, bro. I know a lot of words

you think you know a lot of words Wow, I always think that - I'm like

Pretty good. Yeah. Oh fuck. I thought you mean like translation translation wise as well. Oh, yeah as well

Yeah, but just you know, you're right. Yeah, just English in a sec

That's a good point cuz - very dusty to be fair for a mother time. I'm really reading I just pretty shit

I consider a waste of time

Yeah, I'm like, holy shit

- Billy mine's mother spelling

Like if I looks it like if I'm looking up a word like the other day

No

I think I would have seen it somewhere. I mean you go through how many ticks books who have been through it you need I

Reckon, I've seen em, Maggiore. I

reckon, I've seen it with joy like it would be hard to say a word unless it's like some scientific word about like a

Some sort of insect where they have massive long as words. I reckon what I've seen you as surely we would have seen at least

90% Oh, yeah English. Thanks. It's one of the best parts. Well, it should be one of the best

Yeah, you'd probably say 90% yet, highly 90% Oh, I mean I'm probably over is the interesting tonight

It would be interesting

Oh spelling million there's a lot 90s a lot

You know, but 90% I guess 10% is a lot as well

Yeah, I guess I guess not even seen it seems like oh, yeah

I should be able to get there but no no, we know every everyday lingo

Yeah, ya know so many somebody just random. Where is that? Maybe you don't know knows 100 percent of the woods

Yeah of all words does see the only thing that true that's like true

Many muscles. Yeah, it's so big. It's so strong. I fucking hate those things cuz they're scary scary

It's the same as Google. They're not a big fan of the pig. It's so strong that thing kind of scares me

I don't know if it should because a lot of horses are nice

Yeah, like you can tame horses horses are nice things. They could fucking stomp on me if you like

Once they get the chance take a break kids do they?

Look about their lineup. I don't know that I'm a big fucking

Why that weird thing with you exactly?

Well too cool for their

horses and snakes and my biggest fears Oh a lot of the categories and I'm but

Like I think that's a previous trauma cuz it was I remember

Where we went to school once and they're like they broke off their things and they'll fucking panting

But yeah mate shadow they tell me

Banging kick this lady than this people like these people will help this lady up and then we had to go on the bus again

And then we went back home. We didn't get to ride in the horses or anything because they like going crazy

So that's from from that moment on I was like fuck dad

I was tiny is and I was like, oh hoses want a fucking Kubek rule. It's so big. They're huge mess of things

I'm scary there but there's Hospital creatures

Like with dogs nicely came out

Girls love

they like they had these massive connections with them and I'm like

How do they force that what do you think it is because it seems to be seems to lean more towards girls

See this side or is that the horses limp eyes come to us because this is Chicot. Whoa

She's a horse rider and she's like she's a female when when she bought her like new partner her new boyfriend around

the horse got real like

Get in between them

If he tried to like, you know, like cuddle or something would go at him

I would have a go at it might kind of bucket him. Yeah, I was like, oh shit, they get real protective. Holy shit

So maybe they get particularly a woman

Maybe maybe horses are super masculine

Yeah, they're pretty mushy things what's that I was a good horse face baku

Feliz feliz

There's a more common to have a male version of a horse or a female version of horse male because they can race them

Because they can make rye from them cuz they're faster. Yeah better. I mean

Oh

Jesus

I'm out. I'm out I didn't

But what happens to them if they fucking suck

My wife the investment. Mm-hmm. I don't know I don't that's why Mike

I'm not so sure because I don't feed on horse racing

For that reason? All right, you know Mike I

Think it's weird a horse racing. You don't write it

What about green hands? Is that better than no. I think that's probably worse. So all of its not that good. Yeah

The bidding we're gonna grant

House greyhounds arrests and horses. I

Don't know why just because they've got that rabbit in front of them making them go. Yeah. Yeah

Uh, I think there's a fair enough reason

because it's not actually the horse that means that means like

um being there

But you're probably right the popos probably not great that the Greyhounds are being like teased by a yeah

the teasing factory by their horses horses

We tease him all the time oh my doing doing treat but no it's not it

Not on the scale of its his job like and he's fucking true. Yeah. Yeah, there's just fun and people

一日侍体験! Japan in Motion S14#37 "Tokyo" - Duration: 9:11.

Hello everyone !

I'm Cathy Cat working for YouTube channel, "Ask Japanese"

The most favorite Japanese culture for foreigners is "Samurai", military aristocracy in English

I've seen many Samurais in animation films and Manga (catoon)

Today, here in the middle of Tokyo,

I can experience a "Samurai" here

Let's do it !

some moving images are shown on the screen

Should I watch the video ?

Oh, OK !

Oh, it's superb !

A samurai of housemaid

She's so cool !

She is very cute !

Can I meet her ?

Oh, it's great !

I'd like to live strong and lovely like her

The maid Samurai to be currently gossiped about in SNS

In fact, she is practicing as a master of swordsmanship in Tokyo

Right away, Cathy goes to meet her to become a samurai

Hello,

It's something great !

A variety of people are practicing together

Excuse me !

I'm looking for a "Maid Samurai". Where is she ?

It's me !

Are you ? Yes, I am

Oh, dear ! "Maid Samurai's" real nature is a young man

Doufu Takizawa, handsome young man who wields a sword

is the master of swordplay of "Tenshin-ryu which has been inherited over 380 years

Is it true to learn the real techniques used by Samurai here ?

Yes, you can learn the real swordsmanship of Tenshin-ryu here

Immediately, Cathy changed her clothes to jerseys

Let's go !

Many followers are learning "Tenshin-ryu swordsmanship here, irrespective of ages, sex and nationalities

There are some foreigners to learn Tenshin-ryu as walk-in customers

Then, let's draw a sword

At first, you put the thumb of your left hand on the inside of the handguard

Yes, that's right

Please push it forward as it is

Oh !

After like praying with your both hands, place the left hand on the sword and then right hand on it

That's right !

Let's pull the sheath backwardly

You push the position of right hand forward as it is

This sword is fairy long

You'd better pull the sheath downwordly

This sword is fairy heavy

This imitation sword belongs to those of being light weight

Oh, it's light one !

Most of the imitation swords weigh slightly less than 1 kg

How about this one ?

About 700 g ~ 800 g

This exercise can be more applicable to the situation of actual fighting with real swords

You can experience a real Samurai for itself

The devoted followers with their serious look participate in that practice

At first, Cathy is going to have the teacher teach her its basic actions

I think I understand the basic actions of swordsmanship of " Tenshin-ryu",

Could you kindly get checked my performance of the basic actions learned so far ?

Yes, why not show it to me ?

I'm nervous !

Let's start, then !

What do you think of my performance ? Wonderful ! I'm relieved !

I feel like I got stronger

Is it true ?

Yes, I really feel I got stronger

Will you come ? "Positively !"

Ready, Go !

What's this ?

What is "Very like Japanese for Japanese" ?

Cathy is going to ask passersby

Let's ask Japanese ?

What do you think of "Typically Japanese" ?

While commuting in the morning,

I'm frustrated with delay of a train even in a couple of minutes

It is common in other countries

However, in Japan, railway companies sincerely appologize for only a few minutes' delay of the train

This is typically Japanese, I think

We are cultivating rice in our paddy field

Do you have your own paddy field ? Yes, we have

We have to do all the works of rice farming from transplanting to harvest

When do you think you are Japanese ?

Whenever I look in the mirror, I really feel I am Japanese

When I go out of a room together with someone, I'll concede a point

Mutual concessions, A little to refrain

I hesitate to go ahead of others

Mental pressure

Try to go along with others

I always consider not to do different things from others

You are anxious to suit your opinions of those of others, aren't you ?

In the United State, they positively take the other persons' new opinions

But, I rather hesitate to say my opinions

Do you have anything proud as Japanese ?

Courtesy !

There are courtesy in all the sports in Japan

Particularly, in "Budo", sport unique to Japan, the courtesy was important in maintaining authority as leader, so

the courtesy has been considered as Japanese pride

Thank you very much !

Through experiencing "Samurai", you can not only strengthen your mental condition,

but also learn courtesy

Now Cathy has mastered basic actions of the swordsmanship of Tenshin-ryu,

after that, she is to amazingly chanllenge together with the master of swordplay, Douhu Takizawa

Ready, Go !

Oh !

What's this ?

I've applied "Make Over" to you, which is currently very popular in YouTube

Although "Samurai Maid" was very cute

I've finished Lolita Maid up to my taste

Does this look good on me ? Yes, it really suits you well

Alas !

They've miraculously changed to Lolita Maid Samurai

You've taught me an ordinary performance of swordplay so far,

I'd like you to teach me more superb performance, if possible

All right ! Let's try !

"Nawatedachi", another name, "Yokemi-gaeshi"

In case you hold baggages on both hands,

you are attacked by the enemy from the front,

You conversely striked back the enemy with escaping from the enemy's attack

Can I do that ? Good luck !

Yes, please !

Finally, she is challenging a powerful technique

The person keeps her company is Mr. Doufu Takizawa, the master of her swordplay

Can Cathy get the real Samurai Spirit through this final superb performance ?

The scene setting is that Cathy'll be attacked on the way back from shopping

Give me a fair chance !

Let's go !

Good job !!

The master, thank you so much !

Cathy, you were very quick to understand and your performance of the swordplay was superb !

I realy feel like I got stronger

From now onward, what's your objective as Samurai

I'd like to make Tenshin-ryu popular not only in Japan but also in the world

and I'll do my best for everyone to enjoy practicing Tenshin-ryu swordplay all over the world

Do you intend to rarely wear the Lolita from now on ?

Seriously consider it !

Cathy, what do you think about your experience of Samuari Life ?

Surely, Japanese Samurai is very cool !

Irrespective of flashy clothes and sex, they are all very cool and everybody attended were deeply moved

I've got more interest in the Samurai World

If you are interested in Samurai, why not experience Samurai World ?

See you again !

If you do not so, I'll cut you with my sword

Apart from cute and cool in Japan,

Why not experience Japanese proper etiquette by way of "Bushido", Japanese chivalry ?
