TIPS FOR HEALING IBS | foods to eat for IBS - Duration: 11:58.

Hi, if you're new here, my name is Nisha, and today I'm talking about IBS, or

irritable bowel syndrome. I know this can be an uncomfortable topic for a lot of

people. for some of us it's a daily battle with our digestive systems and

for others it's dealing with the occasional but severe flare-up when

we're really stressed. whatever your experience is, today I'm sharing tips for

healing your IBS and vegan meal ideas that are IBS friendly.

I have IBS. Like millions of other people, including possibly yourself. and while my

symptoms have ebbed and flowed over the last 10 years they have definitely gotten so

much better since I became vegan a few years ago. but my body's not perfect so I

do still have symptoms from time to time, and these strategies in this video as

well as the meal ideas have helped me feel better when I have those symptoms,

so I hope they can help you as well.

One of the major triggers for IBS symptoms is stress. I know that

firsthand because I first developed IBS about ten years ago when I was studying

for my first semester of law school finals, and yes I was a little more than

stressed. but snapping out of a stressed out phase can be difficult, so here are

some techniques that I use to help ease the stress, and I hope they can help you

as well. one of these strategies is meditation. and if the idea of sitting

silently and thinking about nothing sounds overwhelming or boring, then don't

worry because meditation is actually quite the opposite. it asks you to be

fully present and to just experience everything that you're feeling and

you're thinking, whether it's your stomach growling or your heart beating

really quickly. I notice that after just a few days of regular meditation, even if

it's just for five minutes every morning, really reduces my overall anxiety levels

and helps me feel a lot calmer. if the idea of a formal meditation sounds

boring or something you're not interested in, you can still incorporate

meditation into your life in other ways. I really like to enjoy a meditative cup

of tea. I take the time to prepare a really nice cup of tea and then I go

find somewhere quiet to enjoy it. before I drink the tea, I inhale the aroma, I

observe the quality and color of the tea, and I give thanks to the cup of tea in

front of me. and when I do drink the tea, I savor each sip, really focusing on what

it feels like to have the warm liquid against my mouth, as it goes down my

throat, and finally settles into my belly. taking this time to enjoy the tea for

myself and to be fully present with the tea is an easy but effective way that

helps me feel a lot less stressed, and I really encourage you to try it out.

Another instant de-stresser for me is to spend a little time outside in nature.

being in nature reminds me that there's a whole entire world outside of

whatever's going on in my head at the moment, and that gives me

perspective, which instantly makes me feel calmer.

Even if you live in a big city like I do in New York City you can always find a

little patch of greenery or even some indoor houseplants that will make you

feel instantly happier.

One of the strategies that has really helped my IBS

symptoms is taking a daily probiotic supplement. of course I also recommend

eating a diet that's rich in probiotic foods such as fermented foods, and I have

a whole video on vegan foods that are rich in probiotics. but when our

digestive systems are in distress, sometimes our bodies really need a

highly concentrated source of probiotics taken on a regular basis. I also find

that when I take a regular probiotic, I'm more regular in my movements, so there's

also an added benefit. but if you are vegan, you do want to make sure that you

read the labels on the probiotic supplements you buy because a lot of

probiotics are derived from dairy so they're not vegan. I've included a few

links to vegan probiotic supplements in the description box below if you're interested.

For some people, specific foods can trigger IBS symptoms. for me, before

becoming vegan, it was dairy products. specifically ice cream, which I loved, and

it's no surprise because I'm highly lactose intolerant. if you want to know

which foods trigger your symptoms, I recommend keeping a food diary for at

least a week. write down everything you eat - every meal, every snack, every nibble.

and write down the time at which you eat it and also record any symptoms you have

throughout the day, including the time as well after a few days, you'll be able to

start identifying foods that trigger the symptoms and you can gradually eliminate

them from your diet and see how you feel. now if you're wondering "what if my

trigger food is chocolate and chocolate happens to be my favorite food am I

supposed to just live my entire life without it?" No, you don't have to do that.

Once you've eliminated the triggering food or foods from your diet, after a few

weeks, you can experiment with gradually incorporating them back into your diet,

one by one. And you might learn something about your body. It might be that

chocolate triggers your symptoms but only if it's milk chocolate, or only when

you're really stressed out, or only when you're on your monthly cycle. So you can

still enjoy your favorite foods but be smart about it.

One of the reasons you might be experiencing IBS symptoms is that you're

not eating enough dietary fiber. Fiber is what keeps our digestive tracts in

regular working order, but unfortunately most Americans do not eat enough fiber

on a daily basis. One thing to keep in mind is that the type of fiber you might

need to add to your diet may depend on the type of IBS symptoms you have. There

are two types of fibe: soluble fiber and insoluble fiber. Soluble fiber slows

things down in your digestive tract so it's a great solution to your diet if

you experience--everyone's favorite word-- diarrhea.

Sorry.

My favorite sources of

soluble fiber are oats, butternut squash, and chia seeds.

Insoluble fiber, which is found in vegetables, legumes and beans, and whole

grains, helps to quicken things up in the digestive tract so it is a great

addition to your diet if you are constipated. In either case, if you

currently aren't eating a lot of fiber, I recommend to add the fiber into your

diet gradually and slowly because if you're eating like 15 grams right now

and then you suddenly go up to 45 grams of fiber per day, you're going to have a

hard time adapting and you're probably going to have a lot of gas and bloating and

cramping which is obviously what you want to avoid in the first place.

My final tip for healing your IBS is to experiment with a low FODMAP diet.

FODMAPs is an acronym for four types of short-chain carbohydrates that are too

long to pronounce in this video, but you can google it afterwards.

And these carbohydrates are found in all kinds of foods, including a lot of

nutritious foods. But they can make those foods harder to digest, which then causes

those uncomfortable symptoms, like gas and bloating and worse. A typical low

FODMAP diet will eliminate all FODMAP foods for a certain period of time and

then you gradually reintroduce these categories of foods, one by one. There are

tons of resources on the internet about low FODMAP diets and which foods to eat

and which to avoid. I've included a few resources in the description box below.

But a lot of these diets call for meat and eggs, which are low in FODMAPs, so I

wanted to give you some vegan low FODMAP meal ideas. And the full instructions for

all of these recipes can be found on my blog, which is linked below. First let's

talk about breakfast because there are certain things you might need to adjust

in your diet. There are a fair number of fruits as well as most wheat containing

grains that are high in FODMAPs so you'll want to swap out apples and

mangoes, for instance, which are high in FODMAPs, with berries and certain citrus

fruits, which are low in FODMAPs. You can easily replace wheat containing grains

with oats, quinoa, millet and other types of pseudo grains that don't contain

gluten. Now for some lunch and dinner ideas. First I'm making a tempeh rice

bowl. Tempeh is made from fermented soybeans and is a low FODMAP food, but

certain other soy products, including soy beans and soy milk, are high in FODMAPs.

The science behind the difference is a little confusing, but just keep in mind

that tempeh and firm varieties of tofu are low in FODMAPs and good for an IBS

diet. For this tempeh rice bowl, start by marinating

the tempeh. This marinade is packed with delicious, flavorful ingredients that

I'm sure you will love. I do steam the tempeh for about 10 minutes before

marinating because it helps remove some of the characteristic bitter taste.

You'll marinate the tempeh pieces for two hours or up to overnight, and after

marinating the tempeh, you'll bake it in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit

for 12 to 15 minutes. Now for the veggie slaw in this rice bowl. I'm using a

combination of low FODMAP vegetables but if you want to customize it to your

taste or whatever you have on hand, be sure to consult a low FODMAP food list,

and you can find one of those in the description box below.

To dress the slaw I made a tahini-sesame dressing that really complements the

flavors of the tempeh marinade. and for an extra crunch factor, I'm finishing it

with a small handful of sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. Seeds are a great low

FODMAP food, but you just don't want to overdo it. To serve, mix together some

cooked brown rice with the vegetable slaw and serve the tempeh on top.

This final dish is for a stuffed acorn squash. Luckily most types of winter squash are

low in FODMAPs, and this one makes a really satisfying dinner. you'll start by

slicing an acorn squash in half. This can be a bit difficult so I've included a

link in the description box below on how to easily and safely cut an acorn squash.

To impart some flavor and get the squash nice and browned, I've brushed the

flesh of the squash with olive oil along with salt, pepper and fresh thyme.

You'll bake the squash in the oven, flesh side down, for 40 minutes or until tender.

for the stuffing I'm using a base of quinoa, which is low in FODMAPs. and for

a bit more protein, I'm using some canned brown lentils. most legumes are actually

high in FODMAPs, but following a low FODMAP diet doesn't mean that you can't

ever have any legumes. Certain legumes such as lentils are lower in FODMAPs

than others, such as kidney beans which are really high in FODMAPs, and you can

have these lower FODMAP legumes in small quantities, like a quarter cup. Also

canned lentils and beans have lower FODMAP values than the dried and cooked variety.

To flavor the quinoa and lentils, I'm adding some low FODMAP ingredients,

including olives, pine nuts, spices, herbs, lemon juice and tahini.

Alright those are my tips for healing IBS and vegan low FODMAP meal ideas. If

you enjoyed the video or found it useful, go ahead and give it a thumbs up, as well

as hitting that like button. and if you have IBS and certain strategies have

worked for you, please leave me a comment below to let me know what they are. I'm

sure other people would appreciate it as well. Thanks so much for watching and

I'll see you in the next video.

"Business Trip" to the Dominican Republic Part 3 - Rapalje Show 75 - Duration: 12:21.

Oh no! Wait a minute

This is no fun guys

This is a hard job.

This is not a holiday trip

No, we played all day. And yesterday

This is a business trip

But guys, what business are we going to do?

For the next few days?

Business, business, business, - Monkey business

I'm not a business man

Swimming

They need to believe that we are on a business trip

Okay, now, we are on a business trip!

How do you say they have to believe we are

The moment I came here somebody gave me some

I'm still on a business "trip". Ha ha ha ha

Camata .., how is it called again?

Catamaran - Camateraneman

Ca, came, cametemaran

Cametan, cameten, camat, Cametamateran

That's what they call us in Spanish here

People speak Spanish here

They call us a Catemecanaran

Catemecanaran, I can say that

You can do that - It hard to say Catamaran

It's true - I said it!

Yeah, you did it!

On the catamaran

I got a very good question:

A very good one? - Oh god

Are we going to tell anything interesting?

Like:

What kind of birds do live here?

I saw some in, eh,

Tiny bikinis. Oh you don't mean that birds, ha ha ha

Oh no, there is one. I don't know what that is Put a camera on it

I don't know what that is

Oh yes, I do, it's a, yeah, it's a coot

I only know it in Dutch, I'm sorry

It's a coot. It's just the normal Dutch and German bird

And we had a Egret over there

That's a very normal bird in Europe as well

Turtles, there're a lot of turtles

Flamingos

Yeah, doves as well

Well, the tiny "blackbirds"

Who steel the food. They are from the crow family

They're very small and very slender

They're actually very nice. I don't know what they're called

But I like them, I like them a lot

Is that an anaconda there? I don't know

Oh yes, that is. Oh no, it's a coot, again

Oh yeah sorry. Hahaha. It's a bird

A bird. It's a bird, it's a bird

I got another question: Are there any unique sites here?

Is there anything to see here that's really, really interesting?

Look around, we got a 360º Camera

I think it's pretty unique

These are trees, actually growing in salt water

Sea water

Well, it's really a very old forrest

This is just around where we are in the hotel

But still around that, there's really this nature

Which we don't know in Europe

This is so different

Every plant, everything is different

The birds are the same as at home

But the surroundings and the plants are absolutely different

I saw some plants we got at home as well

They grow here for free. In the flower shop they sell it to us

The plants I got a home they don't..

Okay, next question

Did we get any sun? Are we brown?

No, we're red. We're red

It's warm and there's a lot of sun and yeah, we're coming home

Really red, not brown, red!

Because the sun is really strong here. Really strong

I brought my old violin

because it's very loud acoustically

Today we played and yesterday we played acoustically

And it reminded me of the older days

when Maceál and me where together as street musicians

And how hard it was, and a lot of work, just to make sound that people can hear me

And well, that's why I have the loud violin "Il Canone"

But it still was a lot of work. So it's really, really different

But it's good, it's good

Well, we got a lot of problems hearing eachother

So it's very interesting if you

Has nothing to do with the acoustics. Your ears

Eh, what?

Ha ha ha

Hello

Hello, hello

Yeah, we learned Spanish, we learned Spanish

Have we seen any sharks?

I think, eh, perhaps Maceál probably will

Perhaps we will, next Friday, see some sharks

Because that's on the program

It's on the program: "See some sharks" - "Shark seeing"

Yeah - That's what it is..

I think it's funny that you travel half around the world and you get

a T-shirt and colours like this: Like orange and red

Blue and, ehm ..

and white

And then, when we see a flag that almost looks like Dutch flag

Like in the North of Germany

They also got a flag like in The Netherlands

Almost, not quite

A bit upside down

And I will show you some other Dominican Republic flags

So this is what I was wearing

Except for the T-shirt which I got the last day

In Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic

So, what are we going to do? - We are going to play

We're going to make some music for you

Yes, I think that's better for us

I actually think that's a good idea

That's something we can do

People at home, do you have surround systems?

We did not think about this before

Yeah, yeah, okay

Look at that - Little microphone

So, audience, please clap!

Come on, clap!

We really do got an audience

And now you!

THE 180° PODCAST - Episode 02: Tina's Story - Duration: 11:44.

Hello everybody and welcome to The 180 Podcast

right here at St. Paul's Bloor Street.

We're glad you joined us today to hear stories of

transformation and change in people's lives.

My name is Robert Hurkmans, and I'm one of the staff here

at St. Paul's, and this month we've been asking

the question "What does transformation look

like? How to people's lives get turned around by

the power of the gospel?"

So today I'm sitting down with Tina Murrin. Tina, how are you? I'm good Rob, how are you? I'm good.

So Tina is a member here at St. Paul's. You attend the 11 o'clock service? 11 o'clock.

Tina has got an amazing story to tell,.Tina why don't you take us back, give us an idea of

how does this journey, for you, toward your own 180 moment began?

I was baptized as a baby, but never really followed God my entire life. And before you know

I started coming to St. Paul's, I was married for 20 years

My marriage was breaking down...Can I just ask you - what was your career? Or what is your career?

Yeah so I'm a very successful financial officer for a big company.

I went through a lot of heartbreak and you know I was abandoned my mother.

I was in and out of foster care with my brothers and sisters, ended up back with my mother

eventually, you know was abused by my stepfather, and ended up leaving the house when I was 16.

I was in a group home and so for me there was a lot of challenges in my life

really early on and the only thing that was encouraging

to me was school. And so that's where I got my encouragement from and so I ended up doing really

well in school and went to university and you know became very successful in my career as a finance

leader. But there was something missing.

And I felt like I was living a lie. I was living my life for everyone else, except for God and I didn't really

understand that until it became my turning point.

So even with all that, all of that, you still came to this point where you felt like there was an

emptiness or something? Yeah I felt like I had all of this external thing happening,

material things, and wealth, and a marriage that I thought was gonna last forever, but I just

felt something was missing.

Then what happened in in the same year that my marriage was breaking down, I was diagnosed with a brain tumor.

In the same year. And that for me was the point where I had spent my entire life trying to

control everything around me. I controlled my environment. I controlled my job. I controlled my

people in my life, and this thing came at me like a load of bricks

I couldn't do anything about it. I couldn't control it. I couldn't control the outcome. I couldn't control what was gonna happen.

And that's where I felt like wow, this is it.

I don't know what to do. I was completely helpless, hopeless, alone, broken, I didn't know where to go.

Like what stage was this at? So they didn't know. It was the size, the brain tumor was the size of a golf ball.

So it's about two to three centimeters, and was behind my left eye

And they didn't know if it was malignant or benign. They suspected that it was benign which was good.

But I had to go through a whole bunch of tests and I just didn't know what to do.

So what did you do? I had a friend who was Christian and he started to pray

for me and he said "You know what?" he said "Why don't you go to this church that I know about called St. Paul's?

Why don't you go and just pray?" At this point I was like, I've got nothing else to lose!

Like I don't know what to do! Why not?

And so I'll never forget that day it was Palm Sunday in 2017, so I'm very very new to St. Paul's,

it's only been two years for me. But I felt this warmness, I felt peaceful, it was calming, it was absolutely beautiful and

I sat through the service, and I think I probably I cried my eyes through the whole service.

And then afterwards I went into St. Paul's and asked for a prayer

Right so after the service, we always have this prayer time in the chapel and people can go.

So you went. I did. I went there. I met a lady, and she said a prayer for me and

this was a few weeks before my surgery, and she ended up coming to the hospital when I had my surgery

And I was on the prayer list she had sort of spread my story amongst sort of the the prayer list

that she had going and so I had all these people praying for me.

I went to have my surgery, it was a successful surgery, thank God!

Was there also a change of kind of like, did your priorities kinda change? Did it rearrange your whole way of thinking?

To kinda come face to face with your own mortality? Yeah it did, I mean I was

like all this stuff. Stuff and that's what I call it now. Stuff.

That I thought I had, or I had, didn't mean anything. It really didn't mean anything.

Because I was faced with my own mortality and I didn't know what was gonna happen on the operating table.

And you know I was asked to prepare my will and power of attorney, and all these things

that I never thought about. But it was like it was a big shock. I didn't really know a lot about God at the time,

you know I started praying, I started reading books. So had you been a "church person" if you will, prior?

No, nope, never. So prior to this, you're in the fast lane, you're doing your business career and

just because a friend says you should come to the church, you were open to that.

That is a fairly sudden change. And what I hadn't realized, which I now realize, is that people are brought into your life for a reason.

I know that God's been watching over me, like I didn't really realize this, and probably until about probably six to eight months ago.

And then that person, he introduced me to, yeah he convinced me to come to church. I came to church.

And then I had this thirst. I was like what is this all about? And I went to Alpha a few times

I joined a bible study, women's Bible study class, I studied the book of Romans

And so for somebody who's just about to read the Bible to start with the book of Romans, was pretty empowering.

And so I spent 25 weeks going through the book of Romans with 200 women.

And it was unbelievable. The story of Romans just absolutely just opened up

my heart and my mind to you know everything that happened. And so then I started reading the Bible

And so then I started on reading the Bible. So I finished the Bible in 2018, that was my goal in 2018 so I read it

from cover to cover. So when you were going in for the surgery, and that moment, that kind of key moment

Did you have a sense of God's presence with you then? You can tell I get real emotional when I talk about it now

I didn't realize how much God loved me!

I talk about it now and every time I say it I could feel myself just well up.

Because I never had that and it was just it's unbelievable! I'll never fathom how much, how much He loves me.

And so through that process around how much He loved me and He forgave me and

it really really just it didn't matter what was gonna happen through the surgery, if something

if I wasn't gonna be here, than that was gonna be okay. So if I were to ask your friends how's Tina different today

than the Tina of three, four. five years ago what would they say?

More at peace. Happier. Thankful. Grateful. More forgiving of others, less judgmental

Warm, kinder, gentler. That's a lot. That's quite an overhaul.

So the whole healing thing can be a struggle for people. What would you say to someone who

is in a similar situation to you, struggling with a health issue, scared, nervous about their own health and well-being

and whether they are going to make it. What would you say to a person?

Faith is so important and you know having your trust in God...it just it has to be there.

But here's the other thing I would say is that your time on Earth, and this is the one thing I've learned

in the last couple of years, your time on Earth is so short. Because at the end of the day, it's you know we're

gonna be together, with God, in an eternal life and so that for me was it.

I had gone though my entire life trying to control everything and I had to finally realize that I had to

surrender to God and I didn't know what that meant and so through this process I finally learned what

surrender really meant. But then you said that you even when you went into surgery

you weren't crossing your fingers saying "I hope I come out of this alive" you were saying

"Even if I don't, I now know God loves me." And so that for me, this transformation, the 180, this is absolutely it

and that was the turning point for me. Yeah. That's a fantastic story, thank you so much for for sharing.

And thank you so much for encouraging others, I am sure that your story is going to bless many people.

Dulce. The Secret underground alien base - Duration: 10:53.

Subterranean construction is not a new idea it has been going on long before Elon Musk

started making headlines with his underground tunnel system.

The idea of constructing buildings below ground level dates backs tens of thousands of year,

with places like Derinkuyu of Cappadocia, and the Hypogeum of Paola, Malta we also have

the more modern counter parts like the bunkers of built by the Nazis in WW2 and Bunkers constructed

to provide shelter from a nuclear conflict during the cold war.

It seems that constructing an underground base provides, security, safety, and ample

room to build something very large and impressive, if we could see what is being hidden that

is.

One of these sub-terra firma bases has become infamous for the claimed technologies it hides

and the stories which have leaked to the surface.

These include alien battles, human cloning, and experimentation to star gates and inter-dimensional

travel.

I am talking about the US secret underground base known as "Dulce".

What secrets hide beneath the rock and just how deep does this rabbit hole go?

Let take look?

Welcome to IF …………………………………………..

Dulce is in good company when it comes to talking about secret government bases, most

are familiar with the goings on at area 51 and the iconic Cheyenne mountain facility

which was made famous by the movie and subsequent TV shows "star gate."

The facility I am talking about is hidden under masses of rock and is almost impenetrable

by man, machine or weapon.

The name given to this type of base is DUMBS, this meaning 'Deep Underground Military

Bases' the average cost to construct one of these secret underground cities reaches

into the tens of billions dollars.

They have been spending this money and building these places since the 1940s.

This constant construction swallowing up a huge proportions of black budgets.

Some say that the mysterious booms and explosive noises that are often heard could be as a

result of this underground construction work.

The use of large explosives to create tunnels and caverns, this would seem a little flawed

as an idea as we know and have seen a lot of the methods and equipment which is used

in large scale underground building projects.

Explosives are occasionally employed but the majority of the work is carried out by large

tunneling machines.

Dulce is said to be located under Archleta Mesa located on the Colorado new Mexico border.

Said to be the home to an over two thousand strong work force and the location of numerous

UFO sightings, a network of tunnels are transversed by a magnetic levitation trains and connected

to a larger ecosystem of underground bases spread throughout the United States and some

say the world.

So why spend so much money and time on these places?

This is when the stories become really interesting.

Phil Schneider "a man we talked about in the video linked above"

Is the whistle blower that has provided some of the most fantastical stories that have

emerged from the dark tunnels of Dulce.

The man a geologists and explosives expert talked of 129 deep underground facilities

which the US government had constructed since World War II.

The man claim that he had been employed at 13 of these bases.

Two of these facilities were said to be playing a major part in long term government plans

and projects, these including the bioengineering and at Dulce working with "gray" humanoid

extraterrestrials.

Schneider was part of a 1979 team who were tasked with drilling holes on top of an alleged

underground alien city.

It was during this excavation of the underground base at Dulce that, battle erupted.

Schneider said that 66 Government personnel died in the incident the FBI agents, Black

Berets and secret service men losing their lives to beam weapons fired by the aliens.

It was in this fire fight that Schneider claims to have been hit in the chest, he said that

the beam "opened [him] like a fish", caused his

later cancer and burned several of the fingers off of his left hand, as well as causing the

loss of toes from one of his feet.

He frequently showed the battle scar on his chest as proof to those whom doubted his story.

Project Camelot the whistleblowing organization which is trying to shed light on government

secrets concluded that the following points of Schneider's story are worthy of attention:

1) The American government concluded a treaty with "gray" aliens in 1954.

This mutual cooperation pact is known as "The Greada Treaty."

2) That the space shuttle has been operating a manufacturing base for the creation of special

alloys.

A vacuum is needed for the creation of these special metals, so they must be created in

orbit.

This then provides a justification beyond research for a permanently manned space station.

3) is something I have looked into previously on the channel and that is that our stealth

aircraft technology and X-planes like the TR3B were developed from back-engineered crashed

alien craft.

4) AIDS and other serious illnesses are created at the facility as a mean of population control.

These virus invented by the National Ordinance Laboratory.

5) The existence of a US government earthquake device.

Possibly designed using the invention of the same name created by Tesla.

This linked to the 1995 Kobe earthquake or the 1989 San Francisco quake not having a

pulse wave.

6) 9/11 and prior World Trade Center bomb blast along with the Oklahoma City bombing

were explosions caused by the use of small yield nuclear devices.

The melting and pitting of the concrete and the extrusion of metal supporting rods indicated

this.

Others say this could be down to the use of thermite but that's a whole new video!

Phil Schneider was released from his contract just prior to the release of his tell-all

book.

He says that he had a Rhyolite level clearance, this making him the highest level whistle

blower to leak these secret goings on to the public.

Back in 1995, Schneider gave his now famous lecture detailing what he had seen and discovered

in his time as part of the secret program.

A mere Seven months after this revealing information went public he was found tortured and killed

some say by those for whom he had previously been contracted to work for

The silencing of witnesses is a common thread in ufology if you want to know more click

here!

Phil Schneider reason for risking his life and in the end paying the ultimate price was

down to his thoughts on democracy.

He lamented that the democracy he loved no longer existed.

Instead today world had become "a technocracy" a world that is ruled by shadow governments

with the intent of imposing their own view of things on all of the world.

He made the claim that eleven friends and associates had been killed over a 22 year

period, eight of these deaths being explained away as suicide.

Now you may think that this is all the ranting of a crazy man, a man with delusional tendencies

and he was not part of any secret program but if that was true then why the FBI and

CIA were so interested in the man's work.

Upon his passing the two agencies ransacked his apartment and confiscated many documents.

It's claimed they even took away a collection of his family photos, was this to be prepared

if another leak were to spring up from information which Schneider possibly shared with members

of his family?

I guess we will never know! Schneider always stuck to the claims that

there had been numerous previous attempts made on his life, these included incidents

like the removal of the lug nuts from one of the front wheels of his car.

He had spoken publicly saying that he was a marked man and did not expect to live long

after his openness to write and talk about his history.

In a somewhat prophetic comment he said "If I ever 'commit suicide, I'll have been

murdered."

A prediction that many say came true.

A full link to his talk can be found in the description.

Other stories have provided more evidence of the strange goings on at Dulce, a few years

ago Jicarilla Apache reservation the home to 2500 people, a trooper came across the

remains of a mutilated cow.

Discovered inside of the already decomposing carcass was a fetus like entity this thing

being described as a cross between a frog an ape and a human!

The local people will openly tell those that are interested, about strange occurrences

in the area and it would seem the government does have an interest in what they have to

say.

This because many of the residents that share these tales report the discovery of bugs in

their homes on their person and in their vehicles.

So what do you think is going on in the New Mexico border town?

Do think that bases like Dulce hide aliens and their technology?

Do you think that Schneider was suicided because he told the world?

Let me know your thoughts in the comments below.

Das große Insta Q&A: Bin Ich mit Rebeka Koha verheiratet? Was finde ich gut an CrossFit? - Duration: 15:15.

Sings Happy Birthday

How long is this supposed to take today ?

Hello

About one hour

Then let me use the restroom real quick

Today is time for the bro shoes

Good morning competitive sports friend and welcome back on my YouTube channel

Todays location is my apartment

from where I'm going to answer all your questions

I gave you the opportunity to ask me questions via Instagram

And I am going to answer them today

Be excited

But before we do so let's start with a coffee

Hurry up

I want coffee

How long have you been lifting for ?

I am part of the weightlifting business for about 11 years now.

can I ,,,,, *starts coughin*

What the hell was that ?

Can I still lift heavy weights even if I have the feeling that my joints sometimes ...

Isn't something missing there ?

OK well I understand the question like this

That you want to know if you can still lift heavy weights even if you got the feeling your joints can't handle it

Hmmmm No

Well how am I going to start ?

Your own body always gives you signals

And when your body gets the feeling that the way that you about to lift is too heavy

I cant do it

Then it is trying to tell you that and some kind of way

It could be a little pain in your muscle

But it also can be that your knee joints dislocates

OK that might be a little bit too much

your body will tell you what's good and what not

And a little advice from a professional

listen to your body and cater to its signals

Good luck ---- Or get well soon

Is a 38 kg snatch and 48 kg clean and jerk good for a 13 year old boy

Who has been doing weightlifting for about six months ?

When you have been doing weightlifting for only six months

I guess it's not about how much a snatch or how much you clean and jerk but if your technique is right

And what you shouldn't forget starting weight lifting

The joints, muscles and tensions get exposed to a lot of strain.

And they will need time to adapt

Therefore I would say yes

But even if I would've said no,

it doesn't matter

Because after six months of weightlifting

nobody expects you moving heavy weights

The most important thing is that your technique is correct

and that you have fun

After your personal opinion. how old is a person supposed to be, at least, to start powerlifting?

OK let me give you my opinion regarding weightlifting

I know that you can start weightlifting in your youth already ,

And I talk about the age of 8,9 or 10 years

And by that I mean you're not doing only weightlifting

you do more like athletic exercises .

You could almost call it movement therapy

So to start weightlifting about 12, 13, 14 years.

How big is your quad ?

I don't know

And I have nothing to measure it here.

This would be actually funny but I don't have anything here to measure

What is your guess ?

10 meter

I want to start weightlifting , can you tell me how to do it the right way ?

I would say the best way to start weightlifting is in a weightlifting club with a trainer who enjoys teaching

In case you don't know where to find the next weightlifting club

our association had a really good idea

They installed A club finder ,

In which you just have to insert your postal code and it shows you at the nearest club to you

You can read it here

Click on it, insert your postal code and then ..

And even if the club is a little bit further away,

I think it's still a good idea to visit this club

to get to know the basics of weightlifting

And there it rings again

What do you like about CrossFit ?

Well what I really like about it is

That you can go all out

I even did a couple of workouts myself

And the first phase is like

You are excited and you're full of emotion

OK emotion is the wrong word maybe you're full of motivation

And you just want to get things done

The second phase is more like

OK well I have another 15 minutes to go

Can I do it ?

I do not have any joy in it anymore.

Your muscles start getting sore

But still you fight through it

And the last phase The phase of ecstasy

You can't think anymore and start miss counting

I miss counted a couple of times even when there were only 10 repetitions

I am not in control over my salivation anymore

And I have to keep my mouth shut to not drill on the floor.

And your mind is somewhere far away.

Really

And while doing my first work out I mentally missed out on the last five minutes

When I wanted to reflect my performance I was missing on the last third

Therefore if you want to grow out yourself CrossFit is a really good way to do so

That is the reason I enjoy watching it

How the people ....

Well you know already

Is it true that you and Rebecca Koha are married?

I wish it would be that way but no

And it is nothing planned yet.

Well Ritvas wouldn't be happy with it and I am a little afraid of Eduard her coach...

so ——- no

What is the feeling like to always be the smallest ?

I am only 1 m 77 myself

1,77 is huge man.. if I would be 1,77 I would be really happy

Well sometimes I meet people they are smaller than me

Jolie per example

She is really tiny

Like this

The funny thing is

Even if the other person is only 1 cm smaller than me,

I'm always doing jokes about small people

Without exception and I think it's funny

The other person mostly don't think it's funny

Do you do other sports ?

No unfortunately not

I would really like to. I would really like to play some soccer once in a while

But I just do not have the time

If you train twice a day I don't know how to find more time for another sport .

And it would be contra productive if I do something on my rest days

But I like to watch other sports

Would you like to give squat classes ?

Yes I could do that but it's quick explained

That wouldn't be a long class

I think the limitation for the majority of people is the mobility

And when I hear mobility are always have to think of moving monkey

Therefore go and contact him.

Are you still an active member of the army?

If yes which career path ?

Yes I am

I am there for as long as the army wants me to be part of them

But this also go hand in hand with my competitive sports career

Therefore yes I am and my career path is

Seen on long-term sergeant

Do you have to wear your uniform from time to time ?

Do you have one ?

Of course I have a uniform

It doesn't fit really good but I have one

How did you deal with your injury ?

An injury always sucks

There's no discussion about it

The question is how you cope with it and how you cure it the fastest way?

And especially my last injury of the bone marrow odema

I really needed to rest.

And there was nothing I would've prefer then continue training

Maybe even training in pain

Which is definitely not a professional advice

But if you are injured

Dependent on how big the injury is

The best thing to do is take a break

Especially the people who aren't professional athletes as I am

Can and should really take a break when needed

Wait till the pain is gone and then you can restart doing sports

Why no belt ?

Actually a lot of people recommend that I should start using a belt

Well the thing is

Years ago

I trained with a belt

And I lifted with it as well

Till I forgot to bring it with me to a competition and it really made no difference

At least I didn't feel the difference

From that time I question myself do I really need it ?

Or makes it no difference?

Still it can be

a situation when you reach high weights and wearing a belt is useful

Therefore maybe I will try it again

Somewhen in the near future

Why do you breathe like that?

Well basically I breathe to stay alive

And in a free country like Germany

Everybody is allowed to breathe as he please :)

The next question is probably how often do you breathe like that

What is your personal best with the military press ?

When I hear military press I always think of somebody in uniform does a strict press

I don't even know where the name military press come from

Probably from the military

Does that mean you're only allowed doing strict press when you join the military ?

I don't get it

Well I never performed a strict press wearing my uniform

But wearing regular clothes

Not too sure it's the same thing still

My personal best is 105 kg

I had a really good day

can't do it always

What do you think before entering a platform on a competition?

Are you using any visualization?

Before I enter the platform I think ...

Did I turn off the oven ?

Did I feed my cat ?

Did I put my golf bag back into the cellar ?

Did I park my Maserati right ?

I'm only kidding

My Masarati stands in the garage.

Well before I enter the platform I'm very focused

I don't recognize what's going on around me

But at the same time I am trying not to get too nervous

So Actually I'm still cool

Because actually I know what it's going to happen

Are you happy with your performance and what would you like to improve ?

Well I'm never totally happy with my performance

And what would I like to improve ?

What would I improve

I would improve everything what gives me the ability to move more weight

This could be strength

But I'm already working on that

This could be technique

I'm working on that too on the daily basis

Well I guess my biggest problem is

My clean

But I'm working on that too

As you see I'm trying to work on myself

And I hope that I will gain from that

What are your goals for 2019 regarding your performance

Yeah I really have to give my all 2019

And mentally I think I can do a 160 kg snatch

And 195 kg With the clean and jerk

But I would still not be satisfied

Because I always want to do more

But 160 kg and 195 kg would be a great start

And if I make more I wouldn't be disappointed

The question of all questions

Since you made a cooking video with EDEKA Who did the female voice belong to ?

That was Charlotta

And Charlotta works for a Edeka

She took care of that I get the receipt right

And don't talk any bullshit either way

What is in your training bag ?

I remember that Gregor from All Things Gym did a video about this

I think I must've been at the European championship

We show you the link right here

So you can take a look for yourself

But let me say this, there are a lot of things in it

What is your favorite time to train morning , noon or evening's ?

Well Actually evening's

Because in the morning my body is still little bit tired

And noon , it is my time to eat and I don't want to train

Therefore in the evening

when I'm already awake a little bit and I already eaten it's my favorite time to train

Most competitions taking place in the evening as well

Especially the Bundesliga

And then I'm really motivated

What is the best place to weight lift in Germany ?

Our former national trainer Oliver Caruso

Open a big training place in Schwarzach.

I think they even opened a new training hall recently

And I think

Well not only think

I know that everything is brand new there

The plates are from Eleiko so as the whole equipment

So this makes it a really nice place to train

And I think it's the best place to do weightlifting in Germany

In my opinion

So that was it Bye

And if you like the video thumbs up if you dislike the video thumbs up as well

And greet your grandparents from me. Ciao
