Bonjour! Welcome to a new video. My name is Nancy.

And today I want to talk about

keeping a summer photo album.

I love summertime.

It's one of my favourite seasons.

And the most fun part is

keeping a small album of the summer.

About the summer and all fun things you do.

I would like to give you some tips and advice

how to make a cool summer photo album.

To start off: your gear.

I advice you to use - instead of your usual phone or ordinary camera -

a polaroid camera.

If you have one, I advice you to use it. And I have one.

You can find a review about this polaroid camera on my blog.

I will leave a link in the description box.

Fun part is: You are in the moment.

And you can only take 1 picture.

Which makes it extra special!

What do you need?

A camera.

Polaroids. Obviously.

I have a strap too. Which is convenient if you want to take the camera with you.

And I have a camera cover.

And a little album to put my photos in.

But what do you need to do when you're making a picture?

Think about the moment.

In a photo album you want to capture a certain feeling

or focus on a specific moment.

So choose those moments. And try to pay attention to it.

The idea is

that if you're making a picture - that years from now when you see the photo -

you still know about that moment and how you were feeling at that time.

Catch my drift?

Look at the composition of the photo.

Look, I don't claim to be a good photographer. Not at all.

But I do think about

how I can photograph something the best way I can.

With a composition I think of how I want the photo to look like.

And sometimes it's just an easy selfie.

Or usie.

How much space do you have in your album?

Pretty important.

It is convenient to know how much space you have left in your album.

So you make the exact amount of

photos during summer.

Make sure you have your camera with you everywhere you go.

Are you going somewhere and you don't know

if you will have nice pictures?

When you have your camera with you, you will certainly not miss the moment.

The most important thing during summer: RELAX.

If you haven't got your camera with you

or if you don't know if this is a special moment

that captures summer.

Then it probably isn't.

Pizza McPuff - Veg Pizza Puff - वेज पिज़्ज़ा पफ - McDonald Style Veg Pizza Puff - Duration: 9:52.

Today we will prepare sumptuous pizza puffs, which can be prepared easily.

This is a hot favorite among younger generation.

So let's start preparing Pizza Puff.

To prepare Pizza puff first of all knead a dough with refined flour.

We have taken 2 cup refined flour, add ½ tsp salt to it,

1.5 tsp baking powder, ¼ cup oil, mix all ingredients well.

Knead a stiff dough.

To knead the dough we have taken chilled water from the refrigerator.

Add water in small portions to knead stiff dough.

Stiff dough is kneaded and ready.

We have used ½ cup water to knead this quantity of dough.

Cover and keep the dough aside.

After 30 minutes dough will be set and ready,

Then we will prepare Pizza puff.

Till the dough is set, let's prepare stuffing for the pizza puff.

Add 2 tsp oil to the wok and heat it.

Add ½ inch finely chopped ginger to oil.

You can also add grated ginger, or ginger paste.

Slightly sauté it,

add ½ cup finely chopped carrots,

½ cup finely chopped capsicum,

¼ cup sweet corn kernels.

Saute the ingredients for a minute while stirring.

We have taken 1 finely chopped deseeded tomato, add it too.

Mix well.

Add ½ tsp salt or to taste,

½ tsp oregano and mix it,

add 1 tbsp water to it.

Cover and cook the veggies for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes, veggies are cooked and ready.

Add 2 tbsp tomato sauce mix it, and cook the veggies for ½ a minute more

Stuffing is ready, place it down from flame, and let it cool,

Stuffing has cooled now, add ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese,

Mix it well.

We have only added ginger in the stuffing for the spicy flavor,

because we don't want to make it too spicy.

If you prefer making it spicy

then you can add 2 finely chopped green chili to it.

You can also add chili flakes made from 2 coarsely ground red chilies.

Stuffing is ready, place it out in a plate.

30 minutes are over, dough is set and ready.

Grease your hand with some oil, and knead the dough again.

Now break 3 lumps from the dough to make Pizza puffs.

Take a rolling board for rolling out the Pizza puff.

Pick a dough ball. Press it and make it round.

Roll it slightly thick, slightly big in size.

Rolled out sheet is ready, now we will cut it.

We need a rectangular sheet, mark it 9 inch in vertically,

Cut it like this, you can cut it with a knife too.

and keep it 4.5 inch vertically.

Sheet is cut and ready.

Divide it into 2 parts,

Grease the edges with little water.

Place the stuffing over it, place it at the centre.

Place on the other sheet as well.

Spread the stuffing vertically like this.

Leave little space on the edges,

Stick it same as earlier one.

Press it lightly, marking the corners with fork.

It sticks well by doing this, and looks good too.

Pizza puff is ready, now place it in a tray.

Prepare all the pizza puffs likewise.

Here we have made a dough ball from the dough scraps to make a pizza puff.

Roll it out the same way but slightly small for the pizza puff.

as we are preparing just a single pizza puff.

Pizza puffs are ready, place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

and then fry them.

We have taken them out after placing in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Now fry them.

To fry them place the oil in wok to heat.

Keep the oil medium hot for frying the Pizza puffs.

Check if the oil is rightly hot.

Put a little dough in the oil, dough is fried, oil is medium hot.

Put the pizza puffs in oil,

it is floating over oil.

It is slightly roasted from below, now flip it.

Flip and deep fry it until golden brown from all sides.

Pizza puff is golden brown from both sides.

Take it out.

Hold the allotted ladle on the edge of the wok like this.

So that the extra oil drains back to the wok.

Fry all the Pizza puffs likewise.

Bob: Welcome back to Velocity Selling TV.

My name's Bob Urichuck, I'm located up in Canada, actually Quebec, Canada, just outside

the nation's capital Ottawa and I have my good friend Matthew Whyatt down on the Gold

Coast of Australia.

Welcome back Matthew.

Matthew: Thanks very much Bob.

Bob: That's great Matthew.

Over the last number of episodes we talked about the Velocity Selling System.

From episode 62 I believe, step one building rapport, step two setting the parameters,

step three uncovering buying motivators, uncovering financial ability in step four, step five

uncovering decision making, last week we summarised step six summarising the whole process and

in the summary we decided to proceed, we can help this buyer so we're moving forward

with a prescription.

What are prescriptions all about Matthew?

Matthew: Well prescription as I said before we use the word prescription quite deliberately

not presentational.

We use the word prescription because we see ourselves as doctors of selling, because if

you get a prescription from the doctor and he hasn't diagnosed your problem, it's

malpractice.

So we want to make sure that we don't just decide that our widget, or our thing that

we are selling is just the only thing that we've got to sell, it actually fits with

the customer.

We've qualified them in or out for ourselves not the other way around when the buyer says

we don't want you.

We want to make sure there's a few things here.

When you go into this presentation meeting if it's the same meeting then you don't

need to do this, but if it's a future meeting where you are presenting a proposal, in a

lot of larger environment's you do need to do that, you want to make sure you start

the meeting with understanding that something has changed.

Mr. Buyer has anything changed since the last time we spoke?

Now I've been in sales situations where the salesperson, myself has gone and given

the big dog and pony show because it's been a number of weeks in between thinking that

I am absolutely crushing it, get to the end, ask for their order, try to get them to buy

because I wasn't fully involved in the Velocity Selling System at that time, and they've

said actually we've had a change of circumstances, we can't do this anymore.

Bob: Yeah.

Matthew: And I'm just thinking, I've just spent an hour doing my best work and they

don't want it.

So make sure that nothing has changed.

It's a super important part about the prescription process.

Bob: So what you're saying is the beginning is summarising everything that you've left

with.

Matthew: Absolutely.

Bob: in other words, whatever your summary was last week, well you start by that summary

today and you open.

That's your beginning.

Alright, great.

So we summarise that and then we move forward, nothing's changed.

Matthew: So we figured out that nothing's changed and say look, last time and throughout

our conversations we've identified these four or five or two or three major issues.

You want to ask them what they want you to solve first.

And they might say well this is actually the most important thing and we move to that and

solve it.

And then ask them what's next and then solve it.

Giving them the perception of control of the conversation whilst making sure you're on

track only dealing with their issues.

That's the point.

Bob: Jackpot.

Matthew: Don't talk about the speed or connectivity or whatever it is, talk about only their issues

in their business outcomes.

Bob: In other words, sell today, educate tomorrow is the rule.

Matthew: Absolutely.

Bob: Sell today, address the issues only.

Don't talk about the other bells and whistles, that's the educate, that can happen tomorrow.

That's when you bring the client more value.

That's excellent Matthew.

You've got the beginning where you summarise, in the middle where you look at their biggest

challenges, let them tell you which ones, you give your solutions to each of them, that's

great, what happens next?

Matthew: So really if you're asking for the business at this stage we want to test

the water.

One of the techniques, there's a thousand techniques that you can use, one of the ones

that I like to use is the scale of one to ten.

Are you happy with everything that we've spoken about today Mr. Buyer?

Yes I am.

Look, just so I can understand on a scale of one to ten, one is I've completely missed

the mark and ten is you're ready to get started, where are you?

If it's under a 6, then you take the fall.

Sorry obviously I've messed up here somewhere, what areas did I not address?

If It's over 7, we want to ask the question, what would take you to get from a 7 to a 10?

What are the two or three things?

I always ask two or three things so the person will go a bit deeper, using the rule of three

plus.

So we start with summarizing to make sure that nothing has changed, we let the buyer

identify the process of which ones they want solved, which problems they want solved first,

we address that, we address only the issue- we sell today, educate tomorrow.

Then we check the temperature on a scale of one to ten, zero no interest, ten they're

already using it, under six take the blame, seven, eight, nine, what's it going to take

to get you to a ten?

Address it and as you said a nine you probably say it's fair you work on a scale of 1-9,

ten doesn't exist, you have a little laugh and then you ask the closing question, what

would you like me to do next?

And then you empower the buyer to buy.

What is Time Deposit?

Time Deposit is also called as Term Deposit or Certificate of Deposit.

Or some people call Time Deposit as TD or Certificate of Deposit as CD.

Time Deposit is similar to Savings Account but with Specific Maturity and Fixed Interest Payment over time.

As Time Deposit is called as "Deposit",

the money will be deposed at banks, thrift Institutions or credit unions for a certain period,

and the bank, thrift Institution or credit union will pay the interest over time up to maturity.

In United States, these Time Deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) or by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA),

so basically this financial product is considered as a "risk-free" product.

Let's take a look at a Time Deposit with 2 year maturity and offered at 2.00% of interest.

Usually, Time Deposit rate is higher for longer period, or for larger amount.

And also smaller or riskier banks or other depositary institutions offer higher rates.

okay guys Lindsay is one of the people that watches my videos and she made a

comment to me earlier today and I could not believe I had not thought of this

okay so Lindsay thank you so much guys this video comes to you because Lindsay

suggested it okay it has to do with Garth and this is well I'll just jump

out into it Garth has a special announcement coming up we're supposed to

watch social media for the announcement okay which means since it didn't come

today at least not yet and it's like 10 o'clock at night so I don't figure it's

coming today it's probably going to be here tomorrow which is Wednesday because

they said it would be here before Thursday okay and then whatever he

announces on 3rd Wednesday they're going to discuss on a special edition of

intensity og on Thursday okay here's the thing that Lindsay pointed out to me 7-7

17 hmm okay and I could not believe I had not thought of this we all know how

much Garth loves is obsessed with lucky number is seven so maybe whatever this

announcement is has something to do with July 7th 2017 which is next week okay so

now this is not a personal thing this is just my thinking and well I guess when Z

is thinking which got me thinking that way Thank You Randy but it makes total

sense if you think about it no we're not saying that's actually true we're just

saying hey you know he's obsessed with the number seven and we have July which

is the seventh month and then the seventh of July so that's seven seven

and then obviously the year 2017 so since everything is breaking this week

be it you know the the announcement coming tomorrow the special inside

studio G Thursday and then the following week

think it's on Friday is when seven seven seventeen is so maybe possibly the

announcement will have something to do with something that garth is going to do

on that day the seventh month the seventh day of 2017

that is a week and a half from now so Lindsey that is awesome and I cannot

believe I did not think of this as obsessed with girth as I am oh my god

YouTube is coffee chatting with Lindsey okay so but she is a fellow youtuber and

now like I said we don't know that this is going to happen but since Garth is

obsessed with sevens he's got two huge things happening this week one being the

announcement tomorrow the next one being the whole big special edition of inside

Studio G but I mean you know with everything happening this week and then

the seventh seventh seventeen next week we thought maybe there was a connection

because my personal opinion is I think whatever he's going to announce tomorrow

The Love Island cast are going to be shaken to their perfectly defined cores as the show undergoes the biggest shock twist in its history.

As exclusively revealed to Mirror Online, an explosive twist is set to be announced this week – and will be the greatest test of loyalty that the couples could possibly experience.

Because each of the couples are set to be SPLIT UP - with half the islanders having to pack their bags and move into a second, secret villa.

Theyre going to split all the boys and girls up so theyll be in separate accommodation, a source close to the ITV2 programme told Mirror Online, adding that all the girls will be in one house and the boys will be in the other.

Even more newbies are going to be sent in this week to shake things up. Its going to be the biggest thing to happen to the show..

Our insider revealed how the twist will come as a complete shock to the islanders and is designed to test the relationships that have already been formed – and, of course, make excellent television.

Because of the villas remote location, the second house will be in the same town but is far enough away that both groups can get up to whatever they want, our source went on.

The secret location is going to be used for two or three days and new girls will be sent into the boys house to test them, and new boys will go into the girls house.

Its to test the loyalty of current relationships and its going to be explosive..

Its thought the producers want to make this the ultimate challenge for those who have started falling for their partner already - as well as give the new islanders their own opportunity to find love.

Fans of the show will get to watch as the coupled up cast mates get their head turned - or decide to stick with the person they fancied from the last recoupling.

Whats more, the rumours of Jessica Shears and Mike Thalassitis going back into the villa are thought to be FALSE and are being used as a smokescreen while Love Island bosses sort out the final details of the secret house.

Caroline Flack had hinted at a twist in last nights Love Island: Aftersun, but many thought she was referring to Jessica and Mike. Whats more, this latest twist could leave the plans for the next recoupling in tatters.

Its thought the secret location will be used for up to three days, before the whole cast is reunited at the end of the week. But which of the couples will survive their enforced stay away from each other?.

Previously, rumours of a second nookie nook had swirled - but it was presumed this other location would act as an extension of the Hideaway and be used by couples wanting more privacy.

But the secret villa will actually play just as active a role as the first house in putting pressure on the islanders to play the game - and decide whether theyve got a better shot at the £50,000 prize by coupling up, or take a gamble and stay single.
