For this one, Fryne's video was my inspiration
since I didn't think he was recording
and I doubt that he knew I was also recording.
So today I'm uploading my point of view. (lol I misstyped in Vegas, meant to say "ce" and not "de")
Note that I'm letting him live a bit

NARRATOR: How to make creme brulee without a torch.
Creme brulee in French means 'burnt cream.'
And to make your own, in a pan, add heavy cream and vanilla--
with the seeds, of course.
Cook it over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
Cover with the lid and let it steep for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, add the egg
yolks and whisk it with the sugar
until it's pale yellow and fluffy.
Continue on whisking and temper the egg
yokes with the hot cream--
it means making the yolks slightly hotter.
Remove the vanilla bean from it.
Now, my secret ingredient-- mascarpone--
mm, so rich in fat, that makes everything creamier.
Pour the better into shallow ramekins
and bake it in a water bath at 300 Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
Once they have cooled, we can broil the top.
I'm not using a torch.
I'm going to use to a spoon.
Select one that you don't love, 'cause it's going to get
destroyed.
It has to be a metal spoon.
Place the back of it in direct heat
and let this heat up for a few minutes,
or until it gets really red.
Always wear and oven mitt for extra safety.
Spread a thin layer of sugar on top of the creme brulee,
and burn it with the burning spoon.
The handle won't be hot, 'cause silverware don't conduct heat.
Now, you just have to get ready for the orchestra
of crunchiness.
Beautiful.

YCC 250 ton Coke Drum by Cranes Etc TV - Duration: 4:20.
It's time to get loaded and in this review we're looking at a load made by
YCC Models. It comes all dressed in black with a black sleeve enclosing a black
box and if we lift the lid we switch from black to white as we get to the
expanded polystyrene trays. Lifting the top tray we're getting closer and if we
then unwrap the soft paper we see the model which is a coke drum, and nominally
the real drum has a weight of 250 tons, and the model also includes some plastic stands.
Well I suppose you can call this assembly but there is not much to it because
all we need to do is to space out our four stands, and then we can place the
coke drum on them. The only thing to note is to place the stands where the
reinforced rings are and you've got a variety to choose from so you can space
the stands however you like.
The model appears to be a very large resin casting and it's certainly crisply
formed with some nice sharp detailing including these big bolt heads. At the
bottom end there's a nicely detailed ring with two giant lifting lugs on top.
There are some interesting graphics which are sharp and it also has spelling
errors which may have been present on the real coke drum. This is a large piece
which is surprisingly heavy so let's put it on the Cranes Etc weighbridge and we
find it weighs nearly two kilograms or just over four pounds. It's also a long
piece so let's get the measuring tape out and end to end is about
50 centimetres or nearly 20 inches.
In terms of features there are no moving parts on
the coke drum but as a load the flexibility comes from the ways you can
display it, so to start with we'll put it on board a big self-propelled modular
transporter. Once it's all on board if somebody asks you 'can I have a can of
coke?' you can say yes you could have a whole drum of coke.
Another nice option for the model is to pair it up with others in a lifting
diorama and you can get an interesting display as you make the coke drum ready
for a big lift.
This is another nice high quality piece of modelling from YCC Models. It is
impressive on its own but it looks best when it's paired up with some other
models, and it looks great if you hang it from a crane, but you need a big crane to
lift it. So if you want an impressive-looking load this one is
very good.
