Comprehensive housekeeping and cleaning of the apartment with furniture, for example, using the Rainbow vacuum cleaner costs an average of 30-50$. The list of services can be greatly expanded. This type of business include Laundry and dry cleaning of clothing, but they require significant investments, as second hand appliances here already can not cope. Here and much more stringent conditions for the staff, easier control (and not only) from tax and other services than with the cleaning of apartments, offices and shops. Apartment cleaning can be a family business and you can start from their relatives and acquaintances. I don't know how things are going with this type of business in Russia, but I read that in Moscow in October 2002, hosted the international exhibition "Expoclean" where you want to create such a business could obtain a large amount of useful information and also to acquire the necessary equipment.

Why Does the MacBook Air Exist in 2017? - Duration: 5:19.

- Hey guys, this is Austin.

My voice might be gone, but what isn't is the MacBook Air.

Why does it still exist in 2017?

Surprisingly Apple released a new version of the

MacBook Air this week.

It's a pretty minor upgrade, but for a computer that's

essentially been around unchanged since 2010,

that's not bad.

What's interesting about the Air is that this is

actually still one of the most popular

Macs that Apple sells.

So while they have updated most of their other more

modern Macs, I think a lot of people look at the Air

and say, yeah, that's all I need.

Inside we get the Air itself.

Now to be fair, this design really has not changed

since 2010, but it's still a nice looking laptop.

So it's all metal and it's maybe not quite as nice

as something like some of the newer MacBooks,

but this is not an old, terrible piece of hardware at all.

One nice thing that hasn't changed is MagSafe.

So while there are a lot of advantages to going with

USB-C and Thunderbolt, there's something really nice

about having a magnetic cable that, if you say, trip

and fall over your cable,

And yes, I'm looking at you, Ken.

(crashing)

Open up the Air and you should see

that it looks very familiar.

Now that's not a huge downside.

So the keyboard, the track pad,

and especially the build quality does feel good.

And especially in 2010, this was pretty solid.

But when you're buying a laptop that literally came

out today and it looks exactly the same as something

that came out seven years ago, you've got a problem.

The first thing that jumps out to me when using

this Air, is how bad the screen is.

So while some things from 2010 holdup pretty well,

that TN panel definitely does not.

So it has a 13.3-inch display

with a 1,440 by 900 resolution.

Low, but not the end of the world.

However, the color, and especially with the viewing angles

here, are terrible.

I mean, look at this.

You can barely see it.

I get it straight you can kind of see it a little bit.

But it's so bad.

For a thousand dollar laptop, this should be a deal breaker.

So to put things in perspective, this is the LG Gram.

And I'm gonna be doing a video on this soon,

but this is also a thousand dollar laptop.

And when you go look at the screen on this

compared to the MacBook Air, it's not even close.

Now if Apple wants to keep selling

the MacBook Air in 2017, by all means go ahead.

There are legitimate advantages to having a MacBook

like this still around.

But the fact that they have not updated the screen

in this many years and it looks this bad, is crazy.

If this screen was on a $200 laptop

I would complain about it.

On a thousand dollar laptop? No.

To be fair, it's not all bad with the MacBook Air.

So this is the new 12-inch MacBook.

Now this is kind of the successor to the Air

and it is a very small and thin laptop.

And when you put it side-by-side with the Air,

you'll see that it is a much, much smaller laptop.

It's definitely not perfect though.

So this is a USB-C port.

While that's a nice thing to have on a laptop,

it is the only port on the 12-inch MacBook.

Now that can cause some big problems when it comes

to using one single port to not only charge the computer

but connect to an external monitor,

connect to USB accessories, it all has to happen

through this single port.

Whereas on the 13-inch Air, that is not a problem.

This guy has a mini DisplayPort that also doubles

as Thunderbolt 2, a full size USB 3, SD card reader,

and on the flip side, you have one more USB 3 port,

as well as the MagSafe power adapter.

So while the MacBook Air is not the perfect laptop

it definitely is not dongle life ready.

The Air has seen an update for 2017, but the upgrade

is incredibly minor.

So it's gone from a 1.6 to a 1.8 gigahertz

Core i5 processor, but it still has the same eight gigabytes

of memory and 128 gigs of SSD storage.

What hasn't changed is the actual processors inside.

So the Air's still rocking a 5th Gen Core processor,

whereas pretty much all of the MacBooks and most Windows

laptops these days are on the 7th Gen.

It really feels like an upgrade just to say, hey look guys,

we can put the 2017 badge on it now.

Take a look at performance and the Air

has definitely fallen behind.

So not only is it slower than the 12-inch MacBook,

which has a much lower power Core m3 processor.

It's also much slower than the LG Gram, which is

about the same price, but has a much newer Core i5.

To be fair, performance is not the be all, end all

for the MacBook Air.

One of the other big advantages here is battery life.

So with the way the 13-inch is specced with it's

fairly large battery, you should expect around 14 hours

on a charge, which is really solid.

The only issue is other laptops, such as the Gram,

have absolutely caught up to that number.

One area where the Air definitely does hold up is

with the keyboard and trackpad.

So the keyboard itself actually still feels pretty decent.

I slightly prefer what you get on the newer MacBooks.

But I do think a lot of people like the extra

key travel.

And the trackpad is good.

So again, it's not quite as new and quite as nice

as some of the newer Force Touch trackpads,

but I still feel like this is a better trackpad

than pretty much any Windows laptop you can buy.

When it comes to actually using the Air,

it does feel reasonably snappy.

So yes, if you look at it compared to something else

on a benchmark, it's not going to be as fast.

For more basic usage like web browsing, which honestly

is probably what everyone does on MacBook Airs anyway,

it does feel pretty good.

The screen definitely does let it down, but besides

that it's a pretty solid machine.

The value proposition with the MacBook Air

is a little bit weird.

So on one hand it's $300 cheaper than any other MacBook

that you could pick up.

On the other, it hasn't really been thoroughly updated

in quite a few years.

It also only comes with a 128 gigabyte SSD

in the base configuration.

Now if this is just your Facebook machine,

then sure, that can work out.

But other than that, once you start upgrading it

it just doesn't make any sense.

The MacBook Air was a really impressive laptop

when it came out in 2010.

However, if you're buying a new laptop in 2017,

it just doesn't make sense.

are totally obsessed with the lives of wealthy wives.

"I'm an enigma, wrapped in a riddle — and cash"

But the richest of the rich don't have time for reality TV.

They've got things to do: like run a multi-million dollar company, solve global poverty, and

remind the President to put his hand over his heart during the Pledge of Allegiance.

Here's a look at the boss-ladies behind the cash.

Melinda Gates

She's best known as the wife of Microsoft founder Bill Gates.

Although her hubby is worth a whopping $87.2 billion, the couple has worked tirelessly

to fight global poverty.

In 2012, the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation pledged $560 million toward providing contraceptives

for women in third world countries.

She explained on the Ted stage, quote, "we used to have consensus in the United States

around contraceptives…"

"We got back to that global consensus and actually raised $2.6 billion around exactly

this issue.

For women."

But did you know that Bill was originally Melinda's boss?

Apparently, Bill caught up with her in the company parking lot and asked her out:

"He said well would you go out with me like two weeks from friday night and I was like

'Two weeks from Friday night?

Who knows their calendar that far out?'"

Needless to say, he revamped his strategy, and the two went on a date.

Seven years later, they tied the knot.

Dasha Zhukova

Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich, who's now worth $8.9 billion, met Dasha Zhukova,

the daughter of a Russian oligarch at her dad's New Year's Eve party in 2005, when she

was just 25.

At the time, she was dating a tennis star, and Abramovich was married to his second wife.

But the stars aligned, and Dasha and Roman went on to have two children together, secretly

marrying in 2008.

Zhukova is the founder of Garage magazine, which was recently acquired by VICE media.

In her mid thirties, she's now a major media mogul in her own right.

And, speaking of media…

Priscilla Chan

Mark Zuckerberg, the creator and founder of Facebook, met Priscilla Chan in the line for

the bathroom at a Harvard frat party.

She told NBC:

"I thought he was this interesting guy who really wasn't that studious."

"On our first date he told me he'd rather go on a date with me rather than finish his

take home midterm.

And the Type A first-child in my was appalled.

The two dated for nine years before getting hitched in 2012.

Zuckerberg announced the nuptials through a Facebook life event, of course, leading

many to wonder just who landed the founder of Facebook, who was worth $62.7 billion?

Chan, the daughter of Chinese immigrants, graduated from medical school at the University

of California at San Francisco.

She is a pediatrician, and speaks three languages: English, Cantonese, and Spanish.

But you know who really has it all?

Mackenzie Bezos

As an aspiring writer, Mackenzie Bezos was looking for a day job in the early nineties

at a hedge fund in New York City — and Jeff Bezos interviewed her.

She landed the gig, but was interested in more than a work relationship, saying, "My

office was next door to his, and all day long I listened to that fabulous laugh.

How could you not fall in love with that laugh?"

"Ha.

Ha.

Ha."

After dating for three months, the two married in 1993, and the couple moved to Seattle,

where Jeff founded a little startup company called Amazon.com.

Today, according to Forbes, Jeff is worth $80 billion.

Together, the two are parents to four children, and Mackenzie is the author of two novels.

When asked if she thought Amazon was destroying the publishing industry, she told Vogue, "Not

at all.

I think Amazon has been great for readers."

Not a surprise, considering she has her cake — and eats it too, telling Charlie Rose:

"He wanted to..um.. sell books over the internet.

At the start it was exactly that."

Jerry Hall

Model Jerry Hall is best known as the former partner of Mick Jagger and mother to their

four children.

After years of Jagger's rumored infidelity, the pair split in 1999.

In 2015, Hall began dating business magnate Rupert Murdoch, worth an estimated $13 billion.

A year later, they were married.

It was Murdoch's third marriage at the age of 84, and Hall was 59.

But it wasn't a marriage for money — Hall's divorce settlement from Jagger reportedly

clocked in at $40 million.

"I do sometimes pinch myself still because I've led such a wonderful life."

But not every marriage ends happily ever after...

Laurene Powell

After Steve Jobs' death in 2011, his widow Laurene became one of the four richest women

and fifty wealthiest people on earth, with $14.1 billion in assets and shares.

Laurene met Steve when she was pursuing her MBA degree at Stanford, when Jobs had come

for a speaking engagement.

Like Jobs, she was a vegetarian and former investment banker.

After a year of dating, the two were married in a Buddhist ceremony at Yosemite National

Park.

According to Forbes, Laurene's total net worth is just over $20 billion dollars, thanks to

her work with Emerson Collective and College Track.

In September 2015, she made a $50 million donation to XQ: The Super School Project,

which showcases a competition to redevelop high school curriculum.

It's clear she puts her money where her mouth is.

"Truly seeing an individual and listening to them and believing in them changes their

lives."

Lucy Southworth

In 2007, Google co-founder Larry Page, who's worth $44 billion, married research scientist

Doctor Lucy Southworth.

The pair met at Stanford University, where Lucy was studying to get her Ph.D. in biomedical

informatics.

The two married on Necker Island in the Caribbean, an island owned by British mogul Richard Branson.

Since their wedding, the couple have welcomed two children, and Lucy remains very involved

in the family's philanthropic work.

In 2014, Larry announced on his Google+ page that he and Lucy had donated $15 million to

fight Ebola through a series of nonprofits.

Melania Trump

A former model who would one day become the first lady, Melania Knaudrss met Donald Trump

in 1998 at the Kit Kat Club in New York — when she was 26, and he was 52.

But it wasn't all smooth sailing for Donald and Melania.

They split up in 1998, and again in 2000.

Melania later said they were apart for a few months, suggesting that the reason they broke

up was because Trump was weighing a presidential run.

In 2004, Trump proposed with a $1.5 million dollar ring at the Met Costume Gala, and they

were married in 2005 in Palm Beach.

Though Donald Trump is the least wealthiest person on this list, worth about $3.5 billion

dollars, he was elected as the 45th President of the United States.

These days, Melania has adapted to her husband's lifestyle.

For instance, like Trump, she doesn't drink alcohol, and she promises that White House

life won't change her, telling CBS:

"I'm very strong and I'm tough and confident and I believe in myself and I will do what's

right to what feels to my heart."

Okay, every year in Helsinki this magazine is published, and it's

called 'Kevät Pörriäinen', and that word...I just...it's...you can't imagine how hard

that word is to say for a non- Finn. Anyway, so what it is, is elementary school

students around Helsinki -- they write jokes, they write stories, they draw pictures,

etc. and it's all compiled into this one issue here. As I was reading it, I was

really laughing hard. I was surprised, actually, because I thought I was going

to sort of hate those jokes...but they really were funny. As I was reading

it, I was thinking it would be a good idea to do a video on these. That's

what this video is about. What I'm going to do is I'm going to first show you the

question -- or the beginning of the joke -- in Finnish. You should try to translate

it, and then try to guess the punchline as well. After that, I will show you

another slide with the punchline, or the answer, and the English translation as

well. So let's get started with that.

that's objectively funny? OK....

bus in school and I'd go straight in my first period class like I wouldn't even

straight to my first period class before Diego started and I used to actually

bring a pillow and put it in my backpack in

and I flipped my backpack upside down so the soft cushy fact that touches your

back and I just and just pass out and I'd sleep and then the bell would ring

you stand up to the Pledge of Allegiance and stuff and we sit back down I just

fall asleep in the Bell to dismiss to the second class and actually wake me up

so I was the guy who always slept in class and that was awesome oh my god I

got so much sleep so I'd rather be the student who talks in class now just so I

knew I had that field I was actually pretty quiet in high school believe it

or not I was awkward then - you okay would you rather wear an eyepatch or

have a peg leg of piratey stuff I'd rather have a peg leg than eyepatch and

nobody else agrees well you know what I probably picked the wrong one because

I'd rather be missing in this in a leg you can like really still kind of

function with one eye eita would you rather wear Woollett woolen bodysuit in

the Sahara or wear bikini in the Antarctic mm I'd rather be cold and hot

but then again no extra clothes available and you're not allowed to take

off clothes you won't die I won't die then I'm fine I guess

live in Florida it's way more likely to burn to them so I'd rather be resistant

probably see it through this shirt because this shirt is very very poor

choice to wear in a recording session but would you rather get $20 to

yeah would you rather live the life of Amy Pond and doctor and the TARDIS or

live your life alongside Sam and Dean Winchester in an B Impala you would not

live in the supernatural world of Doctor Who

like on but then again you guys know I still haven't gotten around to watching

Doctor Who I need to do that one of these days I really really need to do

that and I'm in love with supernatural I love supernatural would you rather eat

nothing for two days or eat the same meal for a month nothing for two days I

have personally eaten the same meal for almost a month and you you get to the

point where you just can't or at least I do I get to the point where I just I

just can't handle it anymore there's there's no way it's happened in
