Waching daily Nov 3 2017

(Episode 110)

Why did you come all this way?

I had to tell you as I'd promised.

I don't think Spotty's the one that killed

your husband.

What do you mean?

I think the real culprit is someone else.

That can't be.

I met the witness, and his description of

the perp doesn't match Cheon Yangbae.

And the statement at the prosecutor's office

is different from what the witness said.

So...

If what the witness said is true,

someone deliberately altered the statement.

But who?

We'll have to find out.

That can't be.

So what have I been doing thus far?

Moo Gunghwa.

Yunjae died unjustly.

And...

I'm a police officer.

What have I been doing?

What have I been doing with my life?

Cha Taejin's looking into your case again.

I thought I'd made this clear to you.

Don't mess with just anyone.

Stick with losers that are in your league.

Don't waste your time.

And I thought I'd made myself clear too.

I'll mess with anyone who's causing trouble.

Such wasting of time leads to the truth.

You're home.

I'm back.

Taejin, hurry up and give us the details.

Come on.

About what?

We saw the news story about you.

I'm tired from bragging about you all day.

People kept calling nonstop.

I had people calling me left and right too.

Media sure is powerful.

How did you come up with such an idea?

So you raised a huge sum of money, right?

Most police officers aren't that well off.

And it's something that can happen to any of us.

Good job.

I was so pleased to hear about it.

He was grinning ear to ear all day.

Hats off to you, Uncle Taejin.

So you won't be home tonight?

What about Bora?

Okay.

Suhyeok, take power naps as you work.

You'll wear yourself out.

Okay.

Suhyeok can't come home?

I'm home.

Come sit here.

Your brother came to see me this afternoon.

I see.

If you want to study abroad,

you should've just told us.

Why get your brother involved?

I'm sorry, Mother.

So you're going to study abroad?

No.

I should return home first.

Bora.

Return home?

My father collapsed and is bedridden.

I think I'll have to take care of him.

Have you discussed this with Suhyeok?

You made the decision alone without

even telling Suhyeok?

Bora.

This isn't right.

Suhyeok wouldn't be against it anyway.

I'm sorry, Mother.

Bora.

Unbelievable.

What in the world did she just say?

Inspector Cha, how much did we raise?

$120,000.

Wow. We went over by a lot.

We should close the account.

What about the leftover money?

Why are you looking at me?

The settlement money is more than enough for me.

I don't want another penny more.

Let's use what's left over

to help other officers in similar situations.

That's what I was thinking too.

You and I are on the same wavelength these days.

Officer Choi, meet the victim and settle first.

Thank you very much.

Okay. Let's start another day with gusto.

That'll be all.

Suri Suri Chamsuri.

Let's go. Let's go.

Are you okay?

Of course.

After what I heard yesterday,

I'm even more motivated to catch Spotty.

Sir, I'll have to step out during lunchtime.

Sure. Do what you will.

Senior Officer Jang, would you like coffee?

No. I had coffee in the morning.

Good luck.

With what?

With Inspector Cha.

Your strongest rival will step down.

Stop it. I told you it's over between us.

Officer Moo, are you being coy with me?

Senior Officer Jang.

Truth is, I lied to you.

When I asked him out after you broke up,

Inspector Cha said

nothing would change for him.

What else could he have meant

but that his love for you would never change?

I really hate saying this,

but I lost.

I surrender completely.

How can I beat your fly-kicking devotion?

I give up.

Good luck.

Seeing you smile makes me regret this.

How annoying.

Uri, what are you doing?

I'm reading.

Ta-da.

Here.

Oh? You're giving this to me?

But it's not my birthday.

I'm giving it to you because you're so adorable.

Thank you.

His name's Duri,

your little brother Duri.

He's so cute.

He'll be your friend.

Do you like him?

Yes.

Uri, can I give you a hug?

What are you doing?

Mother,

thank you for everything.

Bora, what's the matter with you?

What about Suhyeok? Does he know?

I'm sorry, Mother.

Hey, Bora. Bora!

Wow. The response to the multi-cooker is crazy.

Look at the hits on the video.

Something's brewing here.

They say good things all come at once.

Maybe we'll win the contest

and make it big.

Are you listening, Suhyeok?

What are you getting at?

I think everything will work out.

So make use of this momentum

and work things out with Bora

like a man, like Moo Suhyeok.

Hi, Mom.

Bora left, saying she's going home.

Did you know about it?

What?

(Suhyeok)

Is this that sauce?

Yes. Could you taste it?

My dad said it was really good.

Sure.

Let's see.

Ms. Jin.

I'm sorry.

My stomach is upset.

It's not good?

It's good. It's very good.

Definitely go with this.

I think it'll do well.

Do you mean that?

Of course.

Good going, Kang Haechan.

- Thank you. / - Sure.

Really?

Ms. Jin really said that?

Yes. She said it was very good.

See? I told you it was good.

I was disappointed at first as she was dry heaving,

but she said she had an upset stomach.

She said the sauce was very good.

Dry heaving?

Yes.

She went like this.

After tasting a student's sauce...

She must be pregnant.

Right. She just got married.

So Ms. Jin is having a baby?

It's an adult matter, so stay out of it.

Go make the sauce instead.

Okay.

Wow. What great news for Officer Moo's family.

It sure is.

Her family must be thrilled, right?

Why are you so happy about their family?

Officer Moo's not some stranger.

She might end up marrying Taejin.

Good grief. Don't get ahead of yourself.

I think it's bound to happen.

She must not be in.

She's not answering her phone either.

Mr. Jin Dohyeon.

It's been a long time.

I don't think Bora's in.

I see. See you again.

Can we talk?

I'm busy right now.

I won't take a lot of your time.

You suggested studying abroad.

I think it's a great opportunity for them.

I also want Bora to be more comfortable.

Unless Ms. Lee's intent on living with her son,

I don't think it's a bad option.

You must be against it too.

It's not that.

You don't seem like yourself.

Is something wrong?

And Bora too...

I get it must be tough because of your father,

but you two have suddenly changed drastically.

I'm honored that

you're worried about me.

Of course.

We're basically family now.

Why didn't you come?

Pardon?

That night I asked to see you.

Oh. Something urgent came up.

Did I keep you waiting long?

I'm sorry I couldn't call.

I was so frazzled.

I've always been that guy to you,

that guy who always waits for you.

I was the guy who was thrilled

if you'd call once in a blue moon.

But alas...

I don't think

I can be happy anymore when I see you.

I'm sorry I hurt you.

I'm sure you'll meet someone nice soon.

Because you're a good, warm person.

If you weren't, why would Uri like you so much?

I want

to stay a good person to you forever.

Mr. Jin Dohyeon.

Please tell Uri I'm sorry I couldn't keep my word.

I think I'll be getting very busy,

too busy to even see you or Uri.

Yet I'll probably long for you

and miss Bong Uri a lot too.

Man. This has never happened to me before.

I should go.

How are you?

Bora's in her room.

Let's go.

Let go.

Jin Bora.

I can't go.

I'm staying by Dad's side.

What are you saying?

Make yourself clear.

Let's separate.

You really want to call it quits?

Do you think that makes any sense?

I know how you are.

I don't want to burden you

nor do I want to suffer anymore.

Bora.

I used to lash out at Dad, complaining

about how I hated being a loan shark's daughter.

But I must've gotten used to this lifestyle.

It was suffocating in your tiny room, thinking

that's how the rest of my life would be.

Are you the same Jin Bora I know?

Fine.

I can't do anything about that.

That tiny room is my reality right now.

I get what you're saying.

You should've done better.

Sit her down and persuade her.

I'll try talking to her again too.

I don't think that'll be necessary.

Hey, Moo Suhyeok.

Goodbye.

What are you doing?

You said you couldn't live without him.

I'm okay. I'll be okay.

Jin Bora.

What can I do?

I can't lie to him anymore nor

can I face Mother or Gunghwa like nothing is wrong.

Especially Uri...

I can't look at Uri.

So there's no other way.

It's not like I can betray you.

Suhyeok...

What will you do?

What else?

I'll beat Moo Suhyeok half dead if I must

to get him back with Bora.

Will that get them to live together?

What do you mean?

I looked into Cheon Yangbae.

So do you think I know nothing?

What is it that you want?

Bora.

What?

All I want is Bora.

Seo Jaehui.

I'll leave with Bora once her divorce is finalized.

I did want to study further,

and Bora won't be able to live here.

Have you lost your mind?

I didn't know I'd make a choice like this.

Anyway, I think I can finally understand you.

Although this isn't how I wanted to understand you.

So did you find anything?

Senior Inspector Hwang was in charge of the case.

Really?

Oh, wow. I get the feeling

we're getting sucked into a dark vortex.

I don't want to go up against the Grim Reaper.

You're such a wuss.

How can I not be scared right now?

He's been looking at me funny.

There's something more important.

What now?

I did some digging,

and it turns out that Spotty's lawyer

works for Chairman Jin.

Now we can't help but be suspicious.

So did Spotty take the blame for

an accident Chairman Jin caused?

But the perp was a tall, thin young man.

Chairman Jin is certainly not a young man.

He's tall, but he's not thin either.

No.

He doesn't fit the witness' description.

So what does this mean?

There's someone else?

Whoa.

You just barge in whenever you want now.

You guys let her join the case.

You can't leave her out now.

Ditto to that.

Come with me.

You're so oblivious.

What?

Chairman Jin's related to Officer Moo by marriage.

Oh, right.

So how can this be easy for Inspector Cha

since this matter concerns Officer Moo's husband?

So Officer Moo's husband's death

may involve her brother's in-laws' family?

Now do you get it?

It's complicated. It sure is.

You said you'd tell me everything.

Do you know you keep looking at me like that?

I did?

Why?

Is it something I shouldn't know?

Probably.

They're your brother's in-laws.

Pardon?

Someone with Chairman Jin

was the lawyer for Spotty

in Uri's father's accident.

What do you mean?

So Chairman Jin's linked to the accident?

There's a high probability,

but we must confirm

the extent of Chairman Jin's involvement

if there was any.

You're upset as I'd expected.

Yes. Frankly, I am.

I can't believe Suhyeok's father-in-law is

involved in Yunjae's murder.

You can pull out if you're uncomfortable.

No.

I can't avoid this just because it's hard.

Moo Gunghwa.

It's really okay.

I'm home.

How much did you drink?

Suhyeok, pull yourself together.

I'm perfectly sober, Mom.

Man, I wanted to get drunk, but I couldn't

no matter how much I drank.

What happened?

Suhyeok.

While Bora and I are staying apart,

I'm going to think about this.

What? Think about what?

Mom.

You only just got married.

That's right.

Stop being ridiculous.

I thought it was ridiculous too,

but it made sense when Bora

explained it to me today.

Go study abroad.

And move out if that's what she wants.

Just do whatever Bora says.

So long as you two can get along,

I don't care if you study abroad

or move out.

This is not about that, Mom.

Suhyeok.

I'm sorry, Mom.

I really wanted to make this work for you.

Why do you keep talking like this?

Do you want to see me die from frustration?

Why are you acting so out of character?

You know

Bora doesn't mean it.

No?

I'm not sure about that anymore.

Suhyeok.

I'm okay. I'm really okay.

Good night, Mom.

Mom.

The poor kid.

I should've forced them to move out then.

Um... Bora... Is she...

Never mind. Good night.

Mom.

You're pregnant, right?

Does your husband know?

No.

Right. He wouldn't have left if he knew.

What will you do now?

If you don't plan to be with him,

just get rid of...

Mom.

How can you say that so easily?

Bora.

I'm sorry.

But this baby is simply mine.

It doesn't concern him.

Bora.

I'm going to tie up loose ends here and leave.

So please just turn a blind eye.

I beg you, Mom.

Congratulations, Mr. Jin Daegap.

You'll have a grandchild.

Bora says she's pregnant

with the flesh and blood of the family you detest.

So does this mean it's finally over?

Good grief. You've been through a lot.

No. I put all of you under stress.

At least you know.

Don't ever slip up like that again.

Hi, everybody.

Hello.

You deserve a prize for showing up every day.

That's right. You don't skip a day.

He's like a swallow

flocking to a barn.

You'd better welcome me today.

I'm your lucky charm that only brings good news.

You're getting carried away again.

That's right.

We make our own good news.

There's word of a bonus for Inspector Cha.

Really?

Yes.

But that's only to be expected.

A police officer's inspiring everyone out there.

That's true.

Life sure is full of surprises, right?

Until recently, Officer Choi was crying.

When? When did I cry?

Are you saying you didn't?

And drove me mad

by not eating.

Why did it drive you mad?

You were never interested in me.

Who said I was?

As if.

All I'm saying is I was bit worried.

Being worried is a bad sign.

That's how it all starts.

Am I right?

That's right. It sure is.

What's with everyone?

Won't Inspector Cha soar high and away?

Right?

He might soar too high for us to reach.

What brings you here, Senior Inspector Hwang?

I have business.

This isn't where you work.

Inspector Cha, a word.

This doesn't look good.

Yes.

I doubt he's here about a bonus.

No.

Was I wrong about you?

I didn't think you'd do this over $50,000.

What are you talking about?

$50,000 that was in the donation account

has been transferred to yours.

Excuse me?

Sneak preview of the latest technologies that'll enhance visitors' experience of the 2018 ... - Duration: 4:57.

PyeongChang Olympics' organizing committee seeks to highlight Korea's latest technologies

during the global games.

While virtual reality experience and robot translators are widely known,.. there are

more additions sure to enlighten viewers and spectators the world over.

Lee Ji-won explains why PyeongChang 2018 s being dubbed the 'Information and Communication

Technology' Olympics.

The 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics has designated 'Information and Communication Technology'

as one of its five key objectives to focus on,... and a range of cutting-edge technology

will appear during the games.

5th generation mobile networks,... or 5G, is one huge development that will change how

the games are filmed, viewed and enjoyed.

While on the surface, 5G may just sound like faster internet speeds,... the technology

has allowed other developments, letting viewers watch the games in a way not possible before.

(Kor) "We wanted to provide the viewers with a service

that is not simply viewed, but is interactive as well.

With the aim of bringing spectators 'inside the track', we developed these immersive media

to enhance people's viewing experience of the Olympics."

One of those ways is 'sync view', where viewers can watch the games in real-time from the

athletes' perspective, allowing them to imagine they are the ones breaking world records or

jumping off the ski ramp at a petrifying height.

Previously, people could only enjoy such videos once the athlete had finished the course and

the footage had been removed from the inbuilt camera.

But the 5G network allows high quality videos to be streamed directly and aired live on

TV.

'Interactive time slice' lets viewers choose the screen and angle they want to watch the

games from.

100 cameras are installed around the stadium, all filming at the same time, so viewers can

rotate their view and see the game from any direction they want.

'Omni point view' provides viewers with maps and views from specific points of the event,

allowing spectators to follow their favorite athletes throughout the course of distance

events like cross-country skiing.

Clicking on specific athletes also brings up the athlete's information and previous

records.

(Japanese) "I found this technology really cool It's

so dynamic.

I was able to see the different moments of the games much more clearly."

But the latest technologies at the Olympics go beyond visual entertainment.

Robot translators are already widely known,... but other technology will also assist visitors.

'AR ways' is a mobile travel guide application which uses augmented reality to help visitors

find their way from the airport to their very own seats in the Olympic stadiums.

Unlike previous navigation services which couldn't function well indoors,... the application

connects indoor and outdoor GPS services for a comprehensive guide.

The Smart band is a wearable device that informs users of game schedules, weather, shopping

and more,... based on their current location.

If a visitor walks near Gangneung Ice Arena, the band will show its user information about

the upcoming events.

(Kor) "Collaborating with the government, we will

distribute some 3-thousand bands to athletes and foreign media to provide them with customized

Olympic information."

With hundreds of thousands of guests from all over the world expected to visit Korea

next year,... technology is also being used to tighten security and ensure visitor safety

during the Olympics.

Through artificial intelligence and deep learning, this CCTV system recognizes different faces,

colors, and clothing,... and can even classify people by estimated age.

This classification system lets the surveillance team quickly search and detect people, saving

them hours of having to trawl through recorded videos.

The system can also draw lines around prohibited areas, and have the security cameras zoom

in, pan and tilt on their own to follow subjects making suspicious movements within the lines,...

while alerting the control center of the situation.

(Kor) "Our latest CCTV doesn't just record what's

there,... but also detects potential risks in advance in order for the control team to

respond promptly to an incident before or as it occurs.

It overcomes the limits of a person having to watch lots of monitors at the same time

for a long period."

With all this state-of-the-art technology in use at PyeongChang 2018, the developers

hope to provide visitors to Korea with an unforgettable experience.

Lee Ji-won, Arirang News.

ENG CC) Sản phẩm yêu thích tháng 10🎃 OCTOBER FAVOURITES - Duration: 16:20.

Hi everyone~ In today's video i'm going to share with you all my favourites in October

My most recent fav video was from almost a year ago.

It was November last year or something

But this year is better since I already started from October

So hopefully we'll have a November 2017 favourites video haha

Things I want to share with you today varies from makeup to skincare

and some non-beauty related things aka random favourites

If you're curious about what I've been loving in the past October, please keep on watching

The first product I want to share with you guys is aq sunscreen that I've been loving for the past couple of months

It's from Saravio and called 'RG92 UV milk white' with spf 31 & PA++

I've already shown this product to you guys in a haul video quite a while ago

I will put the link up here and in the description box in case you missed that video

Saravio is a Japanese brand

and what I love about their products is they use all natural ingredients

their products has algea from hotspring in the famous Beppu city

The brand claimed that it's an 4-in-1 product: serum, moisturiser, sunscreen and primer!

a multi-use & convenient product

When I first saw it, I didn't really believe in what they say

Cause when a product claimed that it's multi use and 'all in one', most of the time it's just a marketing method

But after trying it out for a few months, I have to agree with their claim

The consistency of this sunscreen is not thick, but when you applied on your skin it makes your skin feel very moist

It absorbs quickly into the skin and leaves your skin feeling soft and hydrated like you're just apply the full skincare routine

It feels completely different to other sunscreen I've used

because I feel like it REALLY has skincare benefit while giving you the sun protection

I had a detailed review of this on instagram, so make sure to check it out

My skin has been really stress out recently so it's all over the place

I've been dealing with acne and dry patches and this is the product that I really trust

And I know for sure that it's not gonna make my skin any worse (since it's all natural ingredients)

In my recent GRWM video, I've tried out a new sunscreeen

but it was such a fail so I have to comeback to this product immediately

It's a great product for those who have normal skin, sensitive skin or dry skin and even dehydrated skin

I'm pretty sure those people will love this product

Even though this bottle is tiny but it lasts for a longgggg time

I don't even know where the product come from lol

You can buy this from their official website if you're in Vietnam or anywhere else (they ship wordwide)

I will put the link down below in the description box

if I really have to say anything negative (downside) about this product

I might say the SPF could be higher

you can still use it on daily basis but I just prefer a higher SPF

Another things is the packaging is quite plain, it's quite boring tbh, nothing really special

But doesn't really matter cause I put some stickers on so it looks much cuter now hehe

the thing I can stress enough is THE QUALITY is really good!

this product is totally worth your money

Those who like to have skincare ingredients in all the product they use (even makeup)

you DEFINITELY HAVE TO try this out!

because the skincare benefits it gives sometimes are even better than the sun protection function

I really love this product1=!

Next product I've been loving is the too faced hangover primer

It's a primer that has coconut water as the key ingredients

This primer is more for dry skin because the coconut water is very hydrating

I have oiy -combination skin

but like i said, my skin has been all over the place

so I always see dry patches whenever I have makeup on

So many people rave about this, so I decided to get the travel size which is 20ml

This size is prefect for me because I own so many makeup products

If I get the full size product, i probably wouldn't be able to use it up

Back to this primer, the first thing I love is it has a pump

it's very hygienic and easy to control the amout of product coming out

the second thing is it smell like coconut

it's not artificial or overpowering sweet or anything...just a very pleasant coconut scent

It absorbs into the skin very quickly

I've noticed, whenever i use this primer, my foundation goes on very smoothly and doesn't emphasis my dry patches

It also makes my makeup last so much longer

That's what I love about this primer

I will recommend this primer to those who have dry or dehydrated skin

If you usually have dry patches when you wear makeup, definitely try this out. It does wonders in hydrating your skin

highly recommend!

The next makeup item i've been loving and using a lot recently is the liquid eyeshadow from Stila

the completed name is 'magnificent metals glitter & glow liquid eyeshadow'

The shade i'm using is 'kitten karma' which is the most popular shade I believe

It a beige-y nude colour with silver and gold glitter

this is like liquid foil eyeshadow as it's super reflective and pretty

I like to use this product as a highlight in my inner corners for my eyes because it's super bling bling

It just brighten up your whole eye ares and grab people's attention

If you like to party definitely give this a shot!

A little bit goes a long way so it's going to last me a long time!

The next item is an eyeshadow palette from a brand that everyone is familiar with

It's the yes please palette from colourpop

first thing first, the colours of this palette literally scream my name

It's a warm tone palette with lots of oranges, warm burgundy and yellow shades

I love orangey tone makeup so I got this palette

The price is super affordable!

It's only 16USD for 12 colours

the quality of the eyeshadows are pretty good

it's very pigmented and easy to apply, you only need one swipe to get intense colour

it doesn't have too much fall out

I think compare to the quality, the price is super cheap & affordable

I think everyone should try out their eyeshadow palettes

If you like orange or warm tones, I will recommend this yes please palette to you

This is my most-used eyeshadow palette recently

and I REALLY like it!

The next item is another multi-use product

It's Skinfood 'fresh fruit lip&cheek' (shade #3)

it's tiny and consists of 3 cream shades

It's a cream type product which can be used as blushers or lip colour

It's orangy shades AGAIN! (surprise surpprise!)

I usually use this as my cream blush

I do use it as lipstick sometimes but I noticed that whenever I use this and take selfies

so many people asked what product I used so I will give credit to this product!

the colours my face i guess

The tetxure is very creamy and easy to blend, it doesn't clump or anything

And this type of cream product will give you more glowy and healthier skin than the powder type

This also looks nice on the lips but it can be a bit drying after time

so I use this as a blusher more

and this is the product I used on my cheeks today

Overall, it's a very convenient product, pretty colour, good quality & affordable

so it's great for everyone especially for students

The last makeup item is a lipstick from MAC

If you've follow me for a while you will know that I rarely buy MAC lipsticks

even though the colours are pretty but the fomulas just don't work out for me

I think I only own 4-5 MAC lipsticks

and tbh I only truly like 1 colour called 'Chili' because the colour is very unique

But recently, I got a new colour called 'Lee Hi' it's a matte formula

It's a very beautiful red shade

It's like a toned down red...I don't know how to describe the colour exactly but

I think it's a toned down brick red shade with much more red than brown

Lee Hi has more red, darker and a bit cooler compare to Chili (but not completely cool toned)

Even though they are both matte formula

but I feel like Chili is much more creamy when applied and more moistursing than 'Lee Hi'

I think MAc changed their fomular it's not as drying as it used to be

it's still dry for me but i can bear it

It just a beautiful red shade that I've been using a lot lately

I only have 1 fav skincare itemthat I want to share this October

Which means this is a product I truly love

It's the sheet mask from Mebliss

This mask claims to recharge, soothe, provide nutrtion and moisture to you skin

I accidently came across this mask because the Dr.Jart soothing masks I always use were out of stock in store

When I saw the packaging said 'intense soothing' I got this right away

1 box has 5 sheets

the special thing about this mask is sheet is made of gauze

so the sheet is super thin and doesn't absorb lots of essence

This mask DOES soothe your skin and provides great hydration

usually you should only wear sheet masks for 15-20mins

but I notice even when I put it on for 30mins, the sheet doesn't try out and still have lots of moisture

Just massage for 3-4 mins & all the essence will absorbs completely into your skin

I really impressed with this mask and have to say the quality is great

This is actually my second box & I only have 1 left

I will definitely repurchase once I finish

Okkk, those are beauty-related stuff, now I'm going share my random fav

the first item is @#$#%#$#

another thing i love is

this is the front right?

tadaaaa this is the back

I have shown this on my instagram

I'm sure that many people will ask where I got it from

I order this pillow case from a website called 'snapmade.com' I will put the link down below

This website provides a customise service

Which basically you can put any photos, words onto anything like pillow case, mug bla bla

oh yea this is my mug

I also ordered it from that website

You literally can print on anything, bag, shirt, puzzle...like everything

I think this service is pretty awesome

cause you don't need to print photos of guys like me but you can print your own photos, or family&friends

oh this can be a great and unique birthday gift

I will put the link down below (description box) and I also have coupon codes

so if you want to order anything, dont forget to check the decription box to save some money$$$

5 Cách Giới Nhà Giàu Trung Quốc Chuyển Tiền ra Hải Ngoại | Trung Quốc Không Kiểm Duyệt - Duration: 8:20.

On this episode of China Uncensored,

the Chinese regime wants to stop rich people

from moving their money out of China

I'm sure they'll listen.

I mean after all, they got rich in Communist China by always following the rules.

Hi, welcome back to China Uncensored,

I'm Chris Chappell.

China is home to more than a million millionaires,

which is odd for a communist country.

I guess you'd call it

"communism light" or maybe "socialism with benefits".

Well, one of the most popular activities for Chinese millionaires

is getting their money, the Fung Shui, out of China.

Money is flowing out of China on the scale of several hundred billion dollars a year.

And Chinese authorities are scared.

It could hurt their economy.

Plus, all the millionaires now have less money left to bribe them with.

So a few years ago,

the Chinese government passed a law,

a Chinese citizen is only allowed to transfer the equivalent

of fifty thousand US dollars out of China each year.

Fifty thousand dollars?

That's not even enough to buy a single diamond-encrusted bathtub for your puppy.

So it should be no surprise that China's wealthy

have come up with ingenious ways of getting large sums of money out of China

without technically breaking the law,

or at least without getting caught.

A lot of millionaires launder money through casinos in Macau.

But after that terrible typhoon flooded the city back in August,

a lot of them might be looking for new ways to launder their money

without getting it wet.

Which is why I've compiled this helpful list of five additional ways

Chinese elite can get their money out of China.

Number 5, smurfing.

It's named after the little blue cartoon creatures

that demonstrate the value of teamwork.

Like when all the Smurfs got together to kill Gargamel

and bury his body.

Was that fanfiction?

Well, this kind of smurfing refers to using teamwork to get money out of China.

If a rich person wants to transfer more than $50,000,

he can "smurf" it

by getting a group of family and friends together

and they each individually transfer $50,000

into his overseas bank account

Where did those family and friends each get their 50,000?

How the Smurfs should I know?

Number 4, returning merchandise

You can only transfer $50,000

but you can still buy as much junk as you want when you travel overseas.

So let's say a Chinese tourist visits Paris,

he can take his Chinese debit card and buy, say, a $20,000 Rolex.

And then immediately return that Rolex to the store for cash

minus a small service fee.

Thanks to that Rolex,

he's just gotten foreign currency without technically touching his $50,000 quota.

The only downside is, now he has no idea what time it is.

The Chinese government eventually caught on to this though.

Now they're monitoring all overseas debit card transactions of more than $150.

That should put a stop to it.

Unless ,

instead of buying a single $20,000 Rolex,

he buys 500 individually wrapped plastic Casio watches

that could work people.

Number 3, underground banks

carrying a briefcase full of Mao money across the border may work in movies.

But like most things you see in the movies

it's a stupid idea in real life.

Like building a baseball diamond in a cornfield

and hoping dead guys will show up.

But there's a smarter way to carry money across the Chinese border

that doesn't require a suspicious briefcase.

A paper check.

Fortunately there are underground banks in China

that would be happy to provide the service for you.

There's lots of them.

They're part of that shadow banking system you hear about.

So you go to one of these shady underground banks

and give them your Chinese money.

They reach out to a shady bank in Hong Kong

and then use that bank to write you a check in foreign currency.

Now all you have to do is take that check

put it in your pocket and walk across the border to Hong Kong.

And then catch that check at a legitimate shady bank like Citibank.

Hong Kong is legally separate from the rest of China.

So though pesky currency rules don't apply there.

Is this method of getting money out of China legal?

Well technically you weren't the one

who transferred Chinese currency into foreign currency.

So, sure, probably, maybe.

Number 2, Hong Kong money changers.

When I was in Hong Kong last year,

I saw tons of money change shops like this one.

At first I wondered how there could be so many of these

just for exchanging currency for tourists.

Well it turns out, they have a more lucrative business model on the side

Fook Kee seeds.

Just kidding.

The side business is helping rich people move money out of China.

It works like this.

You, a Chinese millionaire, travel across the border to Hong Kong

and set up a normal bank account at say Citibank.

Set up the account in US dollars,

then, you go to a money change shop.

The money changer will give you a bank account number at their bank inside China.

Then you call your own bank inside China

and have them wire transfer your money over to the moneychangers bank account.

That money is still in yuan and it stays in China.

But a couple hours later,

after the wire transfer is confirmed,

the money changer will deposit an equivalent amount of US dollars

into your Hong Kong account,

minus a small fee.

This may sound sketchy, but it's technically legal

because no money ever crosses the border.

You've just got to trust them that they're going to give you your money

after that first transfer.

It's like when a tourist visiting New York

asks a local to take a photo of her

and hands him her expensive camera.

It's all about trust.

And number 1, expensive art

For the truly [nvogue] Chinese elite,

the best way to legally move large amounts of money out of China

is with expensive art.

Buy an expensive piece of art in China.

For example, this ink splatter painting by modern artist Hua Tu Nan.

What's it worth, $10 maybe?

But with the frame - 10 million.

So you, the [nvogue] Chinese millionaire,

take your Chinese money and buy this expensive piece of art / crime-scene photo.

Then, you pack it up and take it with you to the land of art aficionados America,

where you sell your painting / handkerchief from a coal miner

to an American collector for US dollars.

He can hang it on his wall next to his Velvet Elvis painting.

Just make sure you sold him the original

and not accidentally a placemat from Applebee's.

And tada,

you just gone cash in a foreign currency without moving any money across the border.

And hey, don't stop at paintings,

you could probably sell Americans all sorts of objects at inflated prices

statues, ceramics, the beard of a Taoist master

ground up with rhino horn powder and melamine.

So, between these five methods

plus a bunch of others that I haven't even mentioned

China's wealthy have no problem getting their money out of China on a large scale.

No one knows exactly how many millionaires are transferring money like this,

since keeping it secret is kind of the point.

But next time you see a Chinese guy in a suit

walking down Fifth Avenue with an ugly painting

and 500 Casio watches, you found your man.

So if you were a Chinese millionaire, which method would you use?

Leave your comments below.

Once again I'm Chris Chappell.

See you next time.

Thanks for watching and if you are a Chinese millionaire,

the best way to make sure you keep getting episodes like this

is to support China Uncensored with your money.

Money that I assume is about to be transferred safely out of China.

You're welcome.

Time running out to resolve North Korea crisis: McMaster - Duration: 2:05.

"Time is running out" on North Korea... and countries around the world... must do more

to denuclearize Pyongyang.

That's coming from U.S. National Security advisor H.R. McMaster... as Trump prepares

to embark on a five-nation tour of Asia,... with the regime's growing threats... topping

the agenda.

Kim Hyun-bin shares with us his remarks.

White House National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster... told reporters Thursday... that

President Trump will call on all countries... to further pressure North Korea into giving

up its nuclear weapons.

He added that the president... will remind friends and foes alike... that the U.S. stands

ready to defend itself if needed... using its full-range of capabilities.

"What the president has done, is clarified in all of his discussion and statements on

North Korea, our determination to ensure that North Korea is unable to threaten our allies

and our partners and certainly not the United States."

In an interview with YTN, McMaster said Trump will solidify his stance of denuclearization

of the Korean peninsula during his visit and is expected to warn Pyongyang that any attack

will be countered by Seoul and Washington.

He added that the U.S. will consult with South Korea before taking any military action against

the North.

"We are completely intertwined in our command structure we are sharing information and intelligence

every day.

It's hard to imagine any scenario where threat could manifest itself..."

The most critical stop in President Trump's week-long trip to Asia... will be in China...

where he's expected to press his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping... to tighten the screws on North

Korea.

President Xi may be asked... to further reduce China's oil shipments to North Korea,... and

to slap restrictions on coal imports and financial transactions with the regime.

President Trump leaves on Friday... for his tour of South Korea, China, Japan, Vietnam

and the Philippines,... the longest visit to Asia by any American president... in more

than 25 years.

EASY 3-INGREDIENT VEGAN HOT COCOA - Duration: 3:44.

Hello!

I'm hoping it's a good video, because I'm going to be making hot chocolate,

using only three ingredients!

Three!

And, it's 100% Vegan!

I...never did this before.

So...

let's hope it works.

These ingredients are easy ingredients that you could find in any house. Really.

It's just chocolate—we all have chocolate in our house!

Um, there's almond milk, and there's coconut sugar.

If you don't have coconut sugar, I think you can replace it with sugar, if you want.

I think.

I think that should work.

Clearly, I've never made hot chocolate before.

You'll need a cup that is microwaveable, which I have right here.

We're gonna start off with 1 cup of almond milk.

1 and 1 half tablespoons of cocoa powder.

I'm going to use dark chocolate.

'Cause I love dark chocolate.

I have...is coconut sugar.

You're gonna need...two teaspoons.

It's not a lot though.

And, that's pretty much it.

Now this is going to go in the microwave for two minutes.

Let's hope it doesn't create a mess!

Like it did on the table!

Smells like hot chocolate!

Ooh, my god! It does look like hot chocolate!

It does taste like hot chocolate!

Alright, that comes to the end of my video.

And, you can comment down below if you tried this recipe.

And, let me know how you like it. Or hate it.

Give this video a big thumbs up and subscribe if you haven't!

Blue House unveils Trump's two-day S. Korea itinerary - Duration: 2:36.

We begin with the itinerary for the first state visit to the nation by an American president

since the 90s.

When Donald Trump arrives on Tuesday, he'll spend two-day thanking and rallying the troops

at a new U.S. base in Pyeongtaek, holding summit talks with President Moon Jae-in and

paying tribute to fallen heroes at the National Cemetery.

Moon Connyoung has our top story.

The much-anticipated itinerary of U.S. President Donald Trump's two-day stay in Seoul has finally

been unveiled.

Upon stepping on South Korean soil for the first time as the president of the United

States, Mr. Trump will get right back in the air around midday on Tuesday and head 64 kilometers

south of Seoul to the newest and biggest U.S. military installation, the U.S. Army Garrison-Humphreys.

(Korean) "President Trump's visit to Camp Humphreys

in Pyeongtaek will be a symbolic opportunity to show South Korea's significant contribution

as an ally to the United States."

There, he is expected to speak to his servicemen and tour what's been the focus of a massive

11-billion U.S. dollar expansion... over 90-percent of which South Korea footed.

The U.S .first couple will spend the rest of their first day in Seoul at the Blue House.

South Korean President Moon Jae-in will sit down with the the U.S. leader for a one-on-one,

the third of its kind since the two leaders took office.... before opening up the table

for an expanded summit.

Topping the agenda during the bilateral talks are expected to be North Korea's nuclear program

and security issues in Northeast Asia, of course... but also trade... judging from Mr.

Trump's repeated demands for a revision to the Korea, U.S. free trade agreement.

A joint news conference is scheduled for later in the day.

( ) The Blue House says Mr. Moon plans to take

his U.S. counterpart for a nice walk around the front lawn of Sangchunjae, a beautiful

Korean traditional style building in the presidential complex.

Wrapping up the day will be a state-dinner hosted by the Moons... during which the U.S.

delegation will get to enjoy an eyeful of Korean cultural

performances, ranging from traditional to K-pop.

Highlighting the U.S. leader's agenda on November 8th, the second and his final day here will

be his address to South Korea's National Assembly.

(Korean) "The parliamentary address in Seoul, the first

for a U.S. president in 25 years... will mark the only opportunity for President Trump to

offer the United States' views and policy vision for the Korean peninsula and Northeast

Asia."

U.S. President Trump will pay a visit to South Korea's National Cemetery for a floral tribute

after which he will board Air Force One for China...

Wednesday afternoon.

[Clip Studio Paint] CZ skorpion Evo [Explain][EN/TH] - Duration: 8:38.

Hi i'm UCX!

after i make video about my drawing

i thought i need to explain about my picture

for someone who don't know how to start

alright! let 's start :)

first 'sketching'

main of this picture is submachine gun

the gun name is 'CZ-Skorpion Evo'

this gun remind me about compact and mobility

then i looking for pose can express mobility

and.. i found this pose that look mobility

next hairstyle

i thought..

hairstyle that feel the movement i thought ponytail

i choose ponytail :)

next.. shoe

i looking for tactical shoe feel like military style

and.. i got Adidas

for the uniform i find some cute school girl uniform

but i can't show you because it's copy-right

next.. how i sketching

i always create layer for each part of character

to make edit easily

you will see i create layer for each part of character

body

hairstyle

uniforms

shoe

and.. gun

i know you doubt what is the arrow?

the arrow will tell me..

object direction

when i start sketching i will know..

oh.. the object go this direct way

to guide me when i imagination myself

everytime i sketching i always use this..

'Sub view'

to use reference picture

If you don't have it or can't find it

open up Sub view go to Windows > Sub view

to import reference picture

for my drawing step i start at deepest object

at this point is body then hair uniforms

shoe and gun

next 'Lineart'

lineart is similar to sketching

i always create layer for each part of character

but more layer than sketching

example : hairstyle

split 2 part 1.head 2.ponytail

and.. uniforms i split to shirt and skirt

next 'coloring'

first let me explain about coloring idea

why i choose this color?

first.. the gun CZ-skorpion Evo production by czech

Czech national flags is..

blue red white

i decided to add those color on my character

iris is blue.. skin is white and hair is red

and.. this is reference character xD

next uniforms color

the color use from czech military camouflage

i use it for skirt and shirt

next 'how to coloring'

for coloring is harder than...

skeching and lineart

i split two main object(folder)

character color and gun color

why i split ?because the gun has a lot of detail

and.. when i wanna check my picture when i finish the work

make me easily to check my work

let see.. how i manage layer

first.. i add main color

then add more detail (shadow light and more..)

i always use this..

'Clip' it will not run over the edge of painted layer that is an object to clip (Clip = Clip at Layer Below)

Clip can help me add color more easily

if i didn't use it?

it will run over the edge. see it? :)

i recommend using Clip

Clip very useful try use it

tips : how i draw gun

when i drawing gun. i split to 3 part

1.stock 2.body 3.gun barrel

here..

it can help me control ratio

i always use this trick when i start sketching

alright! for this video we talking about my work

is end now. what do you think? useful or useless

please let me know i will use for improve my video in the future

if you wanna see full version of this work

let see link in description down below

it's time to say goodbye. see you again! :D

Tax Q&A Trading Income, English, November 3, 2017 - Duration: 3:10.

In this Tax Q&A video, we take up a question from Vaibhav Panchal

Vaibhav writes that he has given Rs 50,000 to his wife for derivatives trading in her recently opened demat account

Vaibhav wants to know if she earns Rs 5 lakh, what would be the tax treatment? Would there be an audit?

If there is no transfer of the asset or its ownership, then it is an income under business and profession

Whatever money was spent in trying to earn the income is deducted and then it is taxed

Who pays the tax depends on whether you have gifted the money to your wife or loaned it

If you have gifted the money, your wife's earnings get clubbed with yours and you pay the tax

If you have given a loan, it is your wife who pays the tax

No tax audit here, since it starts from Rs 1 crore

Virat - Part 1 - Duration: 20:44.

Now look, the first question I'm going to ask you today is...

...who has come here today, Virat - the post-match gentlemen or Virat - the Delhi boy?

You already know me sister.

The Delhi Boy.

When I have to be a gentleman I become one...

...I have to turn on that switch.

- This is the default setting. - Yeah, this is the default setting.

Once we find the right atmosphere you know what happens then.

Then it's...

I came here only because I watched the previous (Ashish Nehra) episode.

- Nehra ji's episode. - I didn't feel like coming till I saw that episode.

What people don't know is that he doesn't try to be funny, but he is.

That's what we love about him.

What I really like about this show is that I speak to some people in Hindi...

...sometimes, like with the Australians , then I speak proper English.

All my alter egos get entertained.

You must keep it lively.

*Punjabi song*

Just give me a hint, I'll know the song.

Excuse me, what is a 'patola'?

Patola is a good looking Punjabi woman.

A good looking woman is a patola.

Yes, wearing a suit.

We would urge young people not to use that word in public...

...unless you're talking to Punjabi people...

...a patola.

Should I give you another hint?

*Punjabi song*

When I was small I thought he used to say "make yogurt".

- Everyone used to think so. - They taught us that as well.

*Punjabi song*

Sukhbir paaji is…

Ishant Sharma has grown his hair. He came once wearing black glasses…

...so we all nicknamed him Sukhbir.

He is tall as well.

Who are the other Punjabis in the team now….

Because I'm sure the others in the team don't understand these things.

Only Punjabi music is played in the changing room.

Because not many people carry an iPod now.

Hardik Pandya has an iPod. And he only has English songs.

He doesn't even know 5 words from any song.

All he needs is a beat and he dances. So we get irritated with his songs.

That leaves my iPod. I have only Punjabi songs...

... some Hindi romantic songs too, but mainly Punjabi.

Gotta keep the atmosphere lively.

There should always be at least a couple of Punjabis in the team.

There's Shikhar, me and our logistics manager Rishi.

Rishikesh Upadhyaya, a Gujarati but born in Jalandhar, it's a strange mix, but very entertaining.

So who are the other entertainers?

There are a lot of entertainers. Hardik Pandya is one I've already mentioned…

I've never seen such a lost soul like him in my life… meaning he just says anything.

A few days ago he was talking about Ash (Ravichandran Ashwin)...

...so in a hurry he says Ravikashyap Ashwin bowls so well.

He has no control on his tongue. He has a very good heart, but just says anything.

Rohit Sharma is actually one of the funniest people you will ever come across…

you've spoken to him… the best thing about him is...

...if he has to address an issue, he'll say it in his typical Mumbai street lingo….

...like if I have to say, there's a lot of traffic in Lokhandwala.

He'll say, "There's a lot of this over there". Then we wait... 5 seconds, 10 seconds…

"But it's very this, man". Basically, it's up to you to understand.

I've said what I had to say now it's up to you and how sharp your brain is…

I'm not going to explain what I'm talking about.

Initially when Rohit was bursting onto the scene…

...we were all very curious because everyone was talking about this player Rohit Sharma.

We were very curious because we were also young players but nobody was talking about us.

Then during the T20 World Cup I saw him bat… And I just slumped in the sofa.

That shut my mouth for ever.

When you saw him play you understood what people were talking about.

What we are witnessing here, amazing. I haven't seen someone time the ball better than him.

It's as if he has one second extra to play the shot.

Actually one and a half.

In real life, he looks like such a space cadet.

The number of things Rohit Sharma forgets, I've never seen anyone else so forgetful.

iPad, wallet, phone... not the small things, but daily use essentials…

...I don't care, I'll get a new one.

He has no idea he's left something, the bus would've travelled half way to the hotel and then he remembers...

"Oh, I left my iPad on the plane".

Did he ever forget his passport?

He's left his passport also a few times. It was really difficult retrieving it.

The logistics manager always asks, "Does Rohit Sharma have all his stuff?"

Once he gets a yes from Rohit, then the bus departs.

Bat, check. Passport, check.

No sir, he'll never forget his cricket gear.

If he has his passport and kit bag then he is good to go, he needs nothing else.

You know about 'Jatt ji' - Shikhar Dhawan.

This one time, we had a Ranji trophy match in Delhi, our wicket keeper was Puneet Bisht…

Shikhar Dhawan was at 1st slip and I was at 2nd. Regular game at the Roshanara Club in Delhi.

We were switching ends between overs… There was a new player in the team.

He kept coming to me, saying things like, "That's a good bat, where did you get it from...

...where did you get these shoes from?"

I started getting irritated because every time I turned around, he was there…

Puneet, our wicket keeper said, "He can be annoying, but he's generally a nice guy."

Then there was Shikhar Dhawan ji… He chimed in and used his magical brains…

"He's a good kid but he's trying to get into your notebooks".

I said, "What do you mean by notebooks?"

He's like, "What books do you call it..." He was referring to 'good books' as notebooks.

I said, "Didn't you ever touch one in school?"

The slip fielder, keeper, everyone was in splits...

...and I was rolling on the ground, laughing.

How can a person call notebooks as good books, and in all seriousness.

That is the level these guys operate at. It's too much fun.

Shikhar is also super entertaining, he has no care in the world.

No chance. I remember this New Year party at our friend's farmhouse in Delhi.

He was very excited… "A big party, all our friends will be there, lots of fun…"

So the plan was made, everything was organized. Shikhar was on his way home when he got a call...

The person on the other end says "Shikhar Dhawan ji"? He replies,"Yes".

There was lots of traffic, and he was trying to drive and talk at the same time…

The caller says, "There's a function in Mumbai and we want you to be the Chief Guest".

So Shikhar says, "Yeah yeah okay, just call me later". And he hung up.

In the meantime, the other guy got the invitation cards printed in Mumbai…

And later that evening Shikhar gets His flight ticket on the e-mail.

The guy calls him again and says, "The program for tomorrow is all set...

Your flight is at such and such time." Shikhar asks, "Who are you"?

The guy replies, "I just spoke with you in the afternoon and you said ok, to call you later...

...and we've got the cards printed". Shikhar says "Brother, but who are you?"

"You've got a flight tomorrow at 12 for the function in Mumbai for which you are our chief guest".

But who are you??

So while we're all enjoying our New Year's party, Shikhar is sitting on stage for a function in Mumbai.

He says, "I don't remember saying that. He got the cards printed, now what could I do?"

Yuvi (Yuvraj Singh) said the best way to get Virat to pay the bill is to call a miser.

What can I say now?

- Say something. - No, let it be

He has this way he does things… What Ashu said was correct…

"Who is the thief?" "Sir, not me". That is absolutely correct…

Before someone sets you up, you set them up… Whoever says it first gets the advantage.

In the early days, Yuvi used to call me, "Cheeku order some food".

"What do you want to eat?" "Anything." He'll never tell you what he wants.

I ordered the food - Cottage cheese, spinach with corn, daal…

When the order arrives, he'll have a bite, "You call this daal? It's bland! You call this spinach??"

He won't say want he wants to eat, he'll make you order and then he'll complain…

criticize the food ordered, useless. You ask him the next time, "What do you want to eat?"

He'll reply, "Why don't you order". Till date he's never said what he wants to eat…

...because he wants to criticize, until he doesn't stir the pot he doesn't have fun.

Zak (Zaheer Khan) said that Virat thinks that he's a very deceptive bowler.

- Those days are now gone. - Not anymore.

No man, I mean I do bowl sometimes.

Earlier, I genuinely used to believe that I could deceive people.

It has happened a few times as well, where they didn't understand where the ball was coming from...

Because I've also slipped a few times while bowling.

I once slipped and yet managed to release the ball.

Mark Boucher was the keeper in an IPL match against Kings XI Punjab and (Ravi) Bopara was batting.

Most times when you slip, you don't release the ball.

That day I slipped and yet I released the ball and it wasn't even called a no-ball…

It just fizzed over the stumps. Bopara was foxed and Boucher was trying to catch like that.

"What's this guy doing. He's lying on the ground and still bowled the ball..."

And it swung too! Even Zak pa has never done this. - Rajnikanth.

I have been blessed with a terrible bowling action.

What is that action?

I don't know, I can only get my rhythm with that action. I can't bowl any other way.

Even if I bowl spin, it's still the same. I can't do it.

For the first time on Breakfast With Champions we're having soup.

How is this breakfast? It's 8:30 at night!

- In the morning! - In the morning?

- We're cheating. - When it's indoors you can show anything.

It can be anything indoors. You don't know how bright the sun is outside right now. People are going crazy.

For those who wake up at 7:30 in the evening, This is breakfast.

- There will be some for sure. - They've been dying for some show for their breakfast.

There you go, your breakfast has arrived.

What do you usually eat for breakfast?

My breakfast is set…

I eat an omelette.

Three egg whites, one whole egg.

Spinach with black pepper & cheese, some grilled bacon or smoked salmon along with it.

I eat papaya or dragonfruit if it's available, watermelon.

I eat a decent amount of cheese for good fats.

I carry my own nut butters and I get gluten free bread from the hotels. So I apply it on that.

A nice big pot of green tea with lemon. I drink 3 - 4 cups of that.

And lunch and dinner is all grilled chicken & grilled fish.

When our trainer Mr Basu tells me to put on a bit of muscle then I increase red meat…

Otherwise generally for lunch it's grilled chicken and mashed potatoes, spinach and veggies

and for dinner it's seafood.

You told me four years ago on your birthday…

You lifted your shirt and below I saw glucose biscuits

You said, "Sister, I haven't had butter chicken and naan since a year".

Make that 4 (years) now.

Yeah, it's been 4 now. I could see the pain of a Delhi boy.

Now it's pride

If you had one cheat day, That no matter what I eat...

...it'll go down like it's broccoli, what would that be?

Ram's chole bhature in Rajouri Garden (Delhi), 110%. That too you have to go to his shop and have it…

...not take away. By the time it comes home it's not a bhatura anymore.

It feels like stale bread. Fresh bhaturas where pop a hole with your finger.

Along with some onions, mint chutney, carrot pickle & some pepper pickle.

Back to our spinach soup now, back to reality

Shake it off.

So your cheat will be just that one thing.

You don't have a dream wish list of this big menu. There'll be samosa also.

Once I have my cheat meal, my desires are over, then I get back to default mode.

How do you do that?

I don't know, now it's become second nature. I'm very possessive about what I eat and how I train

You're training for what like...you are in a gym for like…

I remember I called you once when you were in Bangalore...

...and you were in the gym and I said "Okay, I'll see you after". You said "Yeah, see you after 4 hours".

I was wondering if you were sleeping there or what… have they not given you a room?

4 hours is usually when you combine two session together, which is off season.

During season it's about an hour and a half. It also depends on your metabolism.

If my metabolism was like Hardik Pandya or Shikhar Dhawan or like KL Rahul... They all have lean physique.

… then I could eat to my heart's content.

If my diet is not controlled, all the hard work and training will go for a toss.

- Your cheeks will become like this. - Within 4 days you can see it on me.

Like your earlier younger pictures, your face was considerably wider.

I didn't have a jawline.

- You can't find it. - I tried finding it with my hand even then I couldn't.

Back in those days I've eaten so many sweets, it wasn't sweet anymore. It finished.

Now I just smell it and think, wow that must be delicious. I enjoy the aromas …

I then become a salesman for other people, "Wow, what a cake...

...that's a great desert, you must try some."

The habit to sell.

I would have been a solid salesman, if nothing else I would have sold Aquaguard.

Look at this, it's good, such good halwa

Don't people abuse you when they have to run an extra 15 minutes on the treadmill after eating so much.

No, no, only those who can afford to do it, because their body allows it.

Everyone else is now very disciplined.

- Brilliant discipline. - That's a good thing.

30 years ago people had bulging stomachs.

At that time the demand of the game was different. Now you play 3 formats …

If you aren't fit, you cannot play.

If there is no training, then no chance, you can't recover and major injury will be very close.

The game has now become so professional and is moving forward so fast.

Now if you don't train properly, you'll get left behind.

It's about inches, the margins have become so little.

It's about... you go for a catch, you miss, And everyone says, wow great effort…

but for that catch to be taken… what was your acceleration from point A to point B?

How much did you train for that, what was your nutrition, have you slept well?

These are the factors which determine whether you cover that distance in 3 seconds or in 2 seconds.

If you cover it in 2 seconds, it's an easy catch and in 3 then it's a great effort. So it's about margins…

...it's about a second here and there, are you training for that extra second or not...

...that's what matters now.

MS Dhoni said a few years ago that he'll make India the best fielding team.

Do you remember this? He said it quite a few times as well in public.

- Champions trophy in 2013. - 2013, so 4 years ago.

Where we actually fielded better than anyone else in the world…

So that was a revelation for us at that point.

Did everyone think at that time, "What did we just do?"

No I mean, for one we had a young team…

..we went for the Champions Trophy thinking that it's a very young side, we'll go and enjoy ourselves…

When a team is looking to enjoy themselves the most…

...the only thing that helps...

...or that allows the team to do something together is on the field.

So we're enjoying each other's company and the grounds are brilliant in England.

The crowd support was amazing... So that whole atmosphere counts.

So we were throwing ourselves around. We actually fielded our way to the Finals in the Champions Trophy...

...and we ended up winning it. Very special.

Who have you enjoyed batting with the most?

I know there will be a few

In test cricket I think I have enjoyed batting the most with Jinx (Ajinkya Rahane).

We've had quite a few good partnerships.

I think I've had few of my best partnerships with Chris Gayle and AB (de Villiers)...

...in the IPL. It is great fun playing with both of them.

Such superstars those guys are.

Both of them are amazing. All three of us have a great understanding with each other.

It's fun being on the field with them and off the field as well, they are brilliant human beings.

What is that action you do with Chris Gayle.

Can you explain the meaning of this?

I don't know, I once saw Bhajju Pa doing it. I asked him, "What does it stand for?" Even he didn't know.

I said it looks nice though.

In ODI, Rohit...

...me and Shikhar have had quite a few partnerships.

Me and MS (Dhoni). MS and me actually have a great understanding.

When we are running between the wickets and if he says two, I just close my eyes and run...

...because I know that his judgement is so correct that I'll make it.

For you to become captain and to have someone like MS Dhoni still there, at least in ODI cricket…

...first question I want to ask you because I've noticed this about him.

In the last few years…... he enjoys being in the game more than even playing the game

Yeah, amazing... I don't think I've come across a better cricketing brain…

...just in terms of planning and knowing what's happening in the game and what can be done.

Sometimes I like to follow my own instinct as well but whenever I ask him anything...

8 or 9 out of 10 times he always tells you things that work.

So it's a blessing to have him. Our friendship has grown over the years immensely.

A lot of people try to spin a story, Create a controversy, it doesn't matter to us.

We have no idea what's been said in the papers because we don't read it.

We get out together, we know there's nothing happening.

The transition went so well, him and I are very close. No one felt it on the field as well.

Everything is going well, we're all happy, Our relationship's been the same like it was before.

So I feel really lucky that...

... he's still around in my initial years of captaincy and I'm still learning a lot from him.

Matthew Hayden said to me that MS goes around finding things funny in everyday life...

...that a 7-year old would find funny. He says he's like a child, his enthusiasm is like a child.

He's very intrigued by things very quickly and he's always looking for some things that interest him.

So Matthew Hayden is not far away from his judgment

I was recently having fun with him. There was an ODI in Kolkata against Australia. I remembered something...

...when I was captain of the U-17. I think it was a club game. So if Bhuvi (Bhuvneshwar Kumar) has to bowl...

...so in general cricketing terms I ask them "From where", meaning which end…

...you don't even say "From which end do you want to bowl?"

So this new guy came into our academy and he was from Najafgarh, I had no idea.

He used to play well, so he got selected.

When it was his turn, I passed him the ball and I asked him, "From where?"

He responds "From Najafgarh".

I asked him, "Which end are you going to bowl from?"

He says, "Brother, from Najafgarh".

He was so innocent, he didn't understand that I was talking about the end.

So, I told MS this story.

In the middle of the game, he couldn't stop laughing.

You feel like he's very serious but in his moments, he laughs a lot.
