hey welcome Peck and in today's video we have a very interesting video today as

you know yesterday in rep reports I talked about how monkey Jones his

channels were deleted he was not getting to get them back and now he his new

channel that he just created it was deleted too so I got to thinking about

it and at first I was like oh man it's conspiracy and I watched a couple videos

from different creators and I have this new opinion formed and on to share it

with you you should not get a strike if it was uploaded more than a year ago to

punish somebody today for a video that they made in the past that might have

been okay back then but now isn't like it's retro actively breaking the Terms

of Service you can remove the video but why does my channel have to get a strike

and then get terminated for something that I dated eighteen months ago they

didn't give you a chance and so-and-so talked about that they didn't give you a

chance to even correct yourself that's scary

if you guys are familiar with Tim pol he did a video where he was talking about

the reasons and or why why not they're doing this and he he went into the

specifics of advertisement and he even talked about he compared it closely to

the YouTube rewind as in how the YouTube rewind seemed so disconnected to the

community but in reality it wasn't ever targeted towards the community but it

was actually more targeted towards the advertisers so that was a commercial

video for advertisers that's why you had Will Smith in there it's why you had

everything that was going on it was literally a mainstream commercial for

advertisers like Pepsi and Coke and saying hey we were family-friendly weird

this word that come on bring your ads over here and it's all priority-based by

money and they're moving towards this direction and

a lot of it is because YouTube is now more mainstream and they don't want

controversial topics or creators or anything like that they're moving away

from that and this is their sanitization purpose and the reason that monkey Jones

like literally monkey Jones cannot even create a channel as he created a new

channel just yesterday and it was it was deleted they're moving towards this

direction because the whole entirety of the Internet is at this day and age

becoming more mainstream so the more mainstream it becomes they want it to be

very advertiser friendly because we're talking about huge corporations YouTube

is owned by Google and they're trying to get it prioritized in that direction at

first glance I thought that this was a conspiracy theory because there were

weeding out creators specific to YouTube but this isn't specific to the YouTube

platform as even might have heard of Sargon who was the platformed off a

patreon and it was for similar reasons been on patreon for about three or four

years now and I've never had a problem and so I

thought well I better female jack conte the CEO of patreon because clearly there

has been some kind of mistake I said hijack sorry to bother you but I woke up

today to find my patreon account had been removed I've not been provided with

a reason why and naturally I assume this is some kind of mistake as I don't

believe I have ever exhibited any manifest observable behavior that would

warrant this would you be able to help me out please thanks in advance and

Merry Christmas manifest observable behavior means that kind of like if

you're working at a job if you're working in a job or a career and you was

to get arrested or she was to do something just wrong then that job would

let you go you guys might have be familiar with this you might have had

this experience but that's kind of what manifests observable behavior is about

and literally Sargon was removed from patreon for something that he said on a

completely different platform that platform was YouTube look

for me I received an email from patreon a few hours later hello Carl my name is

Sydney and I'm on the trust and safety team here at patreon

I want you to let know that my team and I removed your crate page for violating

our Community Guidelines around hate speech patreon doesn't allow creators to

use racial slurs as insults in a conversation posted on Michelle

Caitlyn's YouTube channel use language that we consider harmful and degrading

for this reason your patreon creator page has been removed and I thought to

myself that's really interesting it is very interesting because you have two

different creators on two different platforms that are the platform for

similar reasons I believe the Internet is transforming into this thing that is

catering to the mainstream it's so if not to offend the people that are on

there and be more advertiser friendly to have a better environment let's say for

example a a big a big restaurant of McDonald's right so McDonald's is

advertiser friendly and it's gonna stay advertiser friendly it's not gonna have

anything edgy on it it's just a corporation it's nice and clean and

that's why they are able to get advertisements with coca-cola and all

the different kinds of brands like that that's what YouTube wants that's what

the internet once and I think the Internet is going to move to more

towards that as time goes on so after watching a lot of videos doing a lot of

research on this it became completely obvious to me that this is not just

something that YouTube is doing or patreon is doing it is the entire

internet that it's doing it and as time goes you're gonna see this it's pretty

obvious like if you go out to the restaurant I went out to get breakfast

this morning and as I was sitting in line there were

you know there were people that would get angry because their food wasn't

getting their it right at the exact time and it reminded me of everything that's

kind of going on right now because everybody was standing in a single-file

line they were waiting on their order number and everything even the colors on

the wall everything in general was nice orderly very neutral neutral colors

nothing that was controversial nothing that was edgy just very inviting I

believe this kind of set up like an atmospheric attitude if you will because

when the customers did get a little frustrated because their orders were not

there on time they were able to stay more calm and I think that if things

were more edgier and things were just more controversial it like if the colors

were crazy or if anything was like out of sorts or anything then those people

would probably act out a little bit more that's what it feels like it feels like

everything's becoming more synthetic that's a really good word for this but

as interesting as this is there's always some sport interest to me that's right

you guessed it don't you think so I'm just good leave your creative in direct

written responses the comment box there's always brothers and sisters I

will see you in the next video the world's changing but is it really a

zit or has it always been this way and we're just now noticing another XI

Her dad was a former football player here.

We've known Elie for a long time.

We recruited her at a young age.

She's a very good outside back and maybe even outside mid.

Can get up and down the flank.

Has good knowledge of the game.

Ellie plays for the Rush team out of Jackson, Mississippi.

She's played with the Rush National team as well.

She's someone that's going to add stability to our backline.

I think she'll compete for playing time right away in our backline.

And we're certainly excited to add Ellie to the team.

the best athletes for our program.

My associate head coach Rob Thompson and assistant coach Jess Hiskey

have done a great job scouring the country to bring in some of the brightest

and best players that we can that really fit Ole Miss and Ole Miss soccer

and what we're trying to do.

I think they're going to be great students and great players for us.

We've got, you know, everything from forward and midfielder

defenders, and a goalkeeper.

I think all nine of them are going to come in

and really help take our team to the next level.

We're thrilled to add Morgan to the team.

I've known Morgan now since she was probably eighth grade.

I've watched her score goals for fun for years and years.

We're so thrilled that she's an Ole Miss Rebel now.

And I think Morgan is going to add a ton of scoring punch for us up top

with the loss of CeCe Kizer

Morgan's one we're really looking to

to really come in and help kind of fill that void.

But Morgan is a big time dynamic goal scorer.

She's tough.

She's tenacious.

She's fast.

She's strong.

All the things you want in a forward and she wants to score

and has a nose for the goal.

So, we just can't wait to get Morgan on campus and glad she's an Ole Miss Rebel.

Sergey Lavrov's Remarks on Preparations for Elections in Syria - Duration: 1:39.

In the past few days and weeks, we have been working within the framework of the Astana format with our Turkish and Iranian partners to assist the Syrian opposition and government in the creation of the Constitutional Committee,

which needs to be functioning as soon as possible, to write the new fundamental law or to specify the existing one and use it as the basis for preparing general elections in the Syrian Arab Republic.

At this point, our special representatives have visited Ankara and Damascus and tomorrow they will head for Tehran. We discussed this matter with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu today.

Yesterday, I talked to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran Mohammad Zarif over the telephone.

There is already an understanding between us that the list that is being worked out by the government and the opposition, with the assistance of Russia, Turkey and Iran is, on the whole, complete.

We will be ready to present this list on behalf of the Syrian parties to the UN Secretary-General's Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura early next week.

I hope this will make it possible to accomplish a very important stage in the efforts to advance the political process, and then, in the beginning of next year, the Constitutional Committee will be able to convene in Geneva.

Has a great right foot.

Has great vision and a great athlete.

So, and a family of Ole Miss Rebels.

So, we're certainly really thrilled that Jenna's going to continue her legacy,

her family legacy and become a big time Rebel for us on the soccer field.

take your channel to 1 million subscribers so first off I would like to

gonna give you four things that you can do right now to get 20 subscribers

technical stuff what I want you to do right now is click on the subscribe

button below ihit the bell and give this video a thumbs up by clicking on the like button

videos and and doing these four things will make

sure they click on the subscribe button and engage your content so number one

get their focus there's a high probability that someone watches your

content the whole thing if you grab their attention in the first seven seconds

it's a proven fact tons of people have done research on that you can't just

google it if you don't believe me so what you need to do is think of

strategies to grab the attention of your audience

don't start with a 15 seconds intro video video it's completely useless

it's useless just look how popular YouTube is grab the attention of their

audience and do something similar but related to your channel's theme as an

example you can add a short preview of the best part of the video in the beginning

just before the intro so that when someone clicks the first thing he sees

is the best part of your content it will make sure that he's intrigued and wants to

watch more of your content this is extremely important you need to grab the

attention the first seven seconds all you can do what I typically do in the first

10 seconds of all my videos I gave a quick preview a 10 seconds preview of

exactly what the viewer will see in the entire video it is intriguing

it makes the viewer want to watch the video so number two remind them people

are often so focused on your content that they forget to Like subscribe and engage on

your content you should always always remind them you can do it in the

beginning of the video and the end of the video if a video is long you can also

remind them in the middle as long as you're not pushy as long as you're not

constantly telling them to LIKE and subscribe it will be okay but you

need to do it you need to remind them they can like your content but if you

don't remind them they may not like and subscribe to your channel number three

make a don't click link I put a link like that in all my videos which was

clicked hundreds of times and I got many subscribers because of it here's how to

do it so--yes here's the don't click

link I've been talking about I put this link in all my videos the don't click

makes people click and when they click on that link you see that they are

prompted to subscribe and most people who see the subscribe button here if

they are not subscribed already we click on the subscribe button more than

300 people clicked on this link so use it to do your own don't click

link it's really simple you see the link right here when clicking on my don't

click link you just copy this and paste it in let me use notepad for this you

can use any editing tool you want so you just need to replace this code with your

channel's code so how do you get your channel's code you simply go to your

channel let's take testing let's just try something really simple let's go to

any channel like this one and you see for this channel this is the code you

just copy this code right here and you go and paste it here now the next thing

that you need to do is go to google.com and Google link shortener you click on the

first one and then you come here and copy that link that you created you just

copy it here you shorten and that's it that's it you just copy this and you

place this link in your videos in the description of our videos we don't click

text just prior to it exactly what I do so let's just test the link to make sure

that everything works we just copy it and paste it in the browser and you'll

see that this channel that we used as an example open so you see the

subscribe button right here so when creating your own link it's your channel

that will open when people click on the link and they will be prompted to subscribe

use it guys it really works this method makes people click on the

subscribe button because it's intriguing number fout pin a comment most of your

viewers if not all will go to the comment section of all your videos to see what's

going on so a good strategy is to remind them in the comment section to like subscribe

and leave a comment here's how to do it so once you post your video you just click

on the video and go watch it now in the comment section just write a comment and

after that you wrote the comment just go to the comment and click on these three

little buttons and click on pin that's it so that's all for now it was short

and sweet but believe me these strategies work they will bring the 10

Great coaching in FC Pride.

and certainly strengthen our midfield group, fight for playing time.

But Elyse is a technical, really gifted player.

Someone we're certainly excited to add to our team.
